Not really recommended, when I got my order my burger was already cold and the fries were neither well done nor warm and the portion was very small. Furthermore, I had taken everything from the menu, and there would have been a drink, but they forgot to give it to me (I only noticed afterwards). However, what I find most outrageous is the price! I had to pay almost €16 for the cold, small fries, the cold burger and the non-existent drink, which is just cheeky. The only positive thing I noticed is that there is a large selection of sauces that you can refill for free, which were actually delicious. The only reason why premium quality is advertised is that the price is at the level of a premium dish. In any case, I won't come again

The vegan currywurst was not particularly tasty, typical fast food, the mayo was bland and the curry sauce was too spicy. Fries were crispy and ok. Vegan nuggets were fine. Unfortunately the tray was dirty.

Super nice staff. Super good food. The only drawback is that it can happen from time to time that most of the tables in the area are occupied. But the company can't do anything about it. My friends and I were in Hamburg and decided to eat at Fries's Friends. The food was okay, the fries were good and crispy. Like others before me, you shouldn't expect to experience the service of a Michelin restaurant - you would be justified in deducting a star because of the lack of napkins. We had to wait a long time for 20 minutes and then get a burnt currywurst. Employee doesn't know how to use the cash register to make a cancellation. Then the employee grabs money with his gloves and then puts cheese on the burger again. Unappetizing and unhygienic. Not recommended.

Worst fries I've had in a long time, greasy and raw! When I returned them with the comment that the fries were still raw, I received a derogatory response. Then the employee tried my finger out of my bowl and then simply tipped it back into the deep fryer. After that they were ok. pretty subpar - the cheese chilli currywurst especially. the fries get really soggy and taste cheap, huge jalapenos just thrown on the fries. currywurst was just as bad. had to pay more than the item in menu? randomly 60 cents steeper price dont go.

The guacamole fries didn't come as ordered, and once the currywurst with fries was a joke. 5 small pieces of sausage with a tiny blob of fries for it Price is cheeky...for a small spritzer €3.50. Next time you'll want to go to the shop next door because you get more for your money and also better service. Been there first and last time.

Super leckere Pommes. Wäre schön, wenn sie mehr vegane Sachen hätten. Aber die vegane Curry Wurst ist sehr lecker. Klasse wäre auch, wenn bei den Pommes Saucen dran stehen würde, welche vegan sind. Schön auch, dass es Mittagsangebote gibt. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Soßen zu den Pommes sind Weltklasse. Die Pommes an sich, sind okay. Aber Preis Leistung Menge stimmt nicht überein.

Also wir haben Currywurst bestellt in Geflügel - Helal. Meine Freundin hat ganz normal gefragt, ob das Helalfleisch auf demselben Grill gebraten wird wie der Schweinefleisch, doch Madame hat wohl die Frage genervt und antwortete mit „ajjajaja“. Kann sie sich sonst wohin stecken. Für eine normale Frage sollte man auch eine normale Antwort bekommen. Aber anscheinend sind die Arbeiter Intelligenzgemindert. Frech und komplett schlecht gelaunt.

Ein Imbiss im Foodsky der Europapassage im obersten Geschoss mit einer guten Auswahl an Hot Dogs, Burger und Pommesvariationen. Uns haben die Burger und der Hot Dog sehr gut geschmeckt. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis bekommt die Speisen auch als Menü mit Pommes und Getränk. Die Menupreise bewegen sich so zwischen 10,-€ und 15,-€. Also akzeptabel. Der Service war o.k. Hat leider bißchen länger gedauert, bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben durften. Dann hat aber alles gut geklappt und nach kurzer Zeit, ca. 5-10 Min. konnten wir unser Essen abholen. Was positiv zu erwähnen sei, so kann man sich kostenlos eine von 7 tollen Saucen selber zu den Pommes abfüllen. Das Ambiente ist leider nicht so schön, da dort mehrere Foodstände sind und die Platzsuche zur Mittagszeit sehr schwierig ist und man sitzt zu dicht gedrängt an den Tischen. Leider ist auch sehr laut. Im großen und ganzen ist es aber eher ein positives Fazit was man hier ziehen kann.

Die Süßkartoffelpommes die ich hatte waren gut durch, jedoch recht salzig. Die Auswahl an Saucen waren super. Die Mitarbeiter sahen jedoch nicht so aus, als hätten sie viel Lust zu arbeiten. Dementsprechend lang habe ich auch auf meine Pommes gewartet, obwohl ich die einzige Kundin war.

Essen war ok, Saucen sind kostenlos, aber zu viele Dilaras...

Die zwei Hotdogs die ich hatte waren gut, der Preis setzt sich aus der Lage zusammen und war noch akzeptabel da es ein Tagesangebot war. Jedoch musste ich auf die Hotdogs lange warten und zwei Kunden die nach mir bestellt haben, haben ihr Essen (auch Hotdog dabei)vor mir bekommen! Ich durfte dann noch 3-5min länger warten. Das Personal sah gelangweilt aus, einer ganzezeit am Telefonieren und schauen ob der Chef kommt, zwei Frauen die an der Kasse stehen und nur für Pommes zuständig waren und nichtmal "guten Appetit" sagen können und nur rumstanden und einer der als einziger am Ware auspacken und zubereiten war. Da lagen übrigens auch ca. 20 Würstchen schon fertig auf dem Grill...

La persona que me ha atendido ha sido muy amable y resolutiva com mis dudas. El menú está bien de precio, la hamburguesa que me he pedido estaba sabrosa, las patatas eran abundantes y todo esto acompañado de una gran variedas de salsas. Buen lugar de comida rápida para comer algo si quieres hacer una breve pausa.

Die Pommes waren gut durch. Man hat viele verschiedene Soßen bekommen und von jeder so viel wie man wollte. Freundliches Personal hat uns bedient. Ich bin rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Haben dort das erstemal gegessen & das Essen an sich war auch ganz okay. Trotzdem gibt es nur 3 Sterne, weil wir für ein Burger menü und eine Pommes + Getränk überteuerte 35€ bezahlt haben. Dazu kommt noch das die Frau, die unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hatte alles was in dem Burger Menü inklusive ist einzelnd gebucht hat obwohl sie vorher gefragt hat ob es als Menü sein soll. Für mich ist alles einzelnd dazu buchen kein Menü mehr! Außerdem waren die Portionen sehr klein und nicht ausreichend. Finde für die Preise sind die Portionen echt ein wenig unverschämt.

Super freundlicher Service. Essen ist Lecker gewesen,kann man nix gegen sagen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Macht weiter so.
