I ordered a fish burger without sauce and with ketchup instead I got normal sauce. When I pointed this out to the staff I got the burger back after 10 seconds and they simply scraped off the old sauce and smeared ketchup on it, let's assume it was me allergic to the sauce and there are now remains of the sauce which could be clearly seen and tasted and this would result in an allergic reaction who would take responsibility... INSURANCE!!!

I ordered on the PC with a 100% Groupon for 20 nuggets. I waited almost 8 minutes while there was little going on in the almost empty restaurant with around 10 employees and around 4 customers. You just can't call it fast food anymore. I had to wait 6 minutes longer than expected and therefore didn't get my next connection on time. There was hardly anything going on at McDrive. I don't know why it took so long, but if it takes them almost 8 minutes, they can't get anything done with a lot of customer traffic in 30 seconds.

I waited over 15 minutes for my order, this is no longer fast food. The employees are overwhelmed and don't care at all.

Pancakes were dry and probably warmed up twice! It was around 9:30 am. AS ALWAYS, the related ordered products were missing. There was 1 vehicle in front of me, it was easy to see through the 2nd window “how many guests were being served/waiting inside the branch, but I still waited 17 minutes.. and unfortunately that wasn't the first time. It always takes forever and there are always missing paid products, which you usually notice when you're no longer there! I cannot understand this CONSTANTLY poor service quality and the demands they place on themselves!

WORST Mc Donald I know. My child was crying and the employee didn't care. She upped the ante again and completely reduced the child to tears. Just don't go here! We had the app with a voucher. Somehow the employees couldn't handle it. a man who didn't speak German fetched a woman. She didn't know how to scan it either. Me neither, which is not my job. Then there was just back and forth and they refused to redeem the voucher. My child, who had been looking forward to it, started crying. I insisted on the voucher. The app said “Scan in the restaurant”. They said that doesn't work. Then they got another woman. It couldn't scan either. I do not know why. She then said that this had happened 100 times today and that this was my mistake. I get nothing. The child, who has now calmed down, cries again. I tell her to give it to me without a voucher. Pros: The food was freshly prepared and hot. Unfortunately, an employee had a tantrum. Right at the food counter she screamed at the store manager and wouldn't calm down. The boss responded professionally, but couldn't get his way. The woman kept getting loud and gesticulating wildly. Very uncomfortable. The McDonald's of my childhood has long been lost, what remains is a non-functioning store with overwhelmed staff that can hardly be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. Zum zweiten Mal habe ich für meinen Enkel ein mc menü geholt wohne nicht weit entfernt .Daheim habe ich festgestellt das wieder etwas fehlte . Mein Enkel musste die Pommes sowie Chicken Nuggets ohne Ketchup und Soße es .Nach der sofortigen Reklamation und wieder hingehen bekam man dann denn fehlenden Ketchup sowie die Soße und ein sorry . Mein Enkel hat es da es kalt wurde in der Zeit ohne gegessen . Mc Poppenbütteler Weg ist einfach nur das letzte .

The worst McDonald’s in Hamburg! 1.) Hygiene measures are not observed here. There are leftover food all over the floor. The tables are not wiped. You have to wipe your table yourself. 2.) A burger was simply missing from the order. It's written on the order in black and white. The staff should be able to read. 3.) A shrimp and a chicken nugget were eaten in a snack box. You couldn't see that at first glance (because it's deeper in the box). When I realized this, I went to the service and showed the snack box. One of the staff told me it wasn't a bite and took the snack box away. The supposed “manager” then came and said I had bitten into it myself. Shortly afterwards he backtracked and said I should have seen it from the start. I asked the gentleman if I had to explicitly check each food individually for bites. And his answer in a serious way was: Yes! I’m not used to that from a McDonald’s and I was shocked (by his response). When it comes to complaints of any kind, I have so far been courteously accommodated. There was zero percent goodwill and competence here. A pity! (This happened on January 14, 2024, at around 6:30 p.m. If this gentleman is actually the manager of this branch, then he is out of place! I wish that a higher authority (department) would take care of this matter and that Check the potential of this gentleman!

Nach der Ankunft mit meiner Kindern. 🤔 Haben wir online bestellt, bezahlt un 15 min gewartet, halbe bestelung kam an. ICH VERSUCHTE DIE MITARBEITERIN ANZUSPRECHEN, ABER DIE GING EINFACH WEG 😞Alles super kalt 🙄SCHOCO milch shake schmeckte nach kaffee 🤔 Bis heute war ich mit der Filiale sehr zufrieden, BIS HEUTE!!!! Na dann bin ich nach vorne, erstens 2 Mitarbeiter die kein Deutsch können, und genau die eine die mir das essen gebracht hat. (da hab ich dass verhalten an den Tisch verstanden) Dann kam eine dame die deutsche sprache verstanden hat. Oha!!! 15 min spater, kam auch unseres essen, weiterhin nivht besondres frisch, allerding vollständig.

Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine große Auswahl an Essen. Auf das bestellte Essen muss man nicht lange warten und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

Mc Donalds halt... das essen war ok, der Service auch. Unschön die Müllmengen, aber da kann das Personal ja auch wenig machen, wenn die Kunden sich keine Mühe geben, etwas ordentlich zu sein.

Einfach klasse alles sehr gut gelaufen. Die haben eine Top Hygiene, und die Mitarbeiter Weltklasse Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

Teurer Mc Donalds! Die Preise sind leider viel höher als bei anderen Standorten das ist schon erstaunlich. Weil die Personalkosten, Energiekosten und Warekosten sicher an allen Standorten gleich sind. Bei Mitnahme kann ich nur empfehlen gleich im Geschäft oder am Drive in zu prüfen ob alles in der Tüte ist, hier kommt es immer wieder vor das z.B. der Burger oder die Pommes fehlen.

Leider war die Klimaanlage an und das wo es kalt draußen war ,hab ein Mitarbeiter gefragt warum die Anlage leuft den es war sehr kalt in laden und das mit Kleinkind, er sagte es ei nicht einstellbar und auf minimum er friert auch ,das war sehr frustrierend für uns und für uns kein wiederbesuch zu folge hat ., Nachtrag mittlerweile läuft alles wieder wie es soll

Heute ist es ziemlich dreckig. Viele Sitzpolsterung sind zerrissen, jemand hat eine gr. Pfütze am Tisch hinterlassen, es wird aber nicht gewischt. Butter den Tischen ist Müll.

Habe heute das Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Bei der ersten Stichprobe vor Ort festgestellt das ein Getränk fehlte. Habe dies dann gleich nachgereicht bekommen. Zu Hause haben wir dann festgestellt das auch noch ein Burger fehlte. Schade eigentlich. Leider ist es auch nicht das erste Mal das dies passiert ist. Auch wenn viel los ist und auch vielleicht zu wenig Personal da ist, hat der Kunde ein Anrecht auf die Vollständigkeit der Bestellung. Ich zahle ja auch nicht nur ein bisschen was, sondern den gesamten Betrag der Bestellung. McDonald's ist nicht mehr das was es früher Mal war. Schade.

Beim Eintritt muss man selbst über eine Online Tafel die Bestellung aufgeben, kein Personal mehr dafür, dauert lange wen man unschlüssig ist, nicht selbst erklärlich, bez. Per ec Karte, ich ziehe den MC drive vor, da sind noch freundliche Mitarbeiter und Barzahlung möglich

Lange Wartezeit trotz mitnehmens. Lediglich 2*Pommes und 2*Burger für 25min. Preis = 20€. Gibt nichts warum es mehr als 2 Sterne sein sollten. Schade.

Zwei Burger, Pommes, Chicken Mc Nuggets Chilli Cheese Nuggets per SB bestellt und über 20 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Burger und Chilli Cheese Nuggets nur lauwarm bekommen. Scheint so, als hätte auch diese Filiale von Mc Donald's zu wenig Personal....

We were lost and so we had a cuppa chino and were glad to get on to wi fi and use Skype to phone our friend. The cuppa chino was very good and we will return for more.
