The service here is terrible. I ordered a strawberry shake and received a vanilla-chocolate shake. After complaining, I was given a new sake, this time pure vanilla. It's really sad that they can't even do that. The other "employees" standing around just found it funny instead of helping the obviously new employee. Apparently, MC D. has taken a serious turn for the worse, and quality has become irrelevant in all areas. The thick cardboard straws are also a disaster; they shrink after 30 seconds of drinking, making it impossible to continue drinking. A complete design flaw.

Of the 12 items ordered, 5 were incorrect or missing. Wow, new record. Then it takes 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot because the McDrive is backed up across the parking lot.

I arrived at the Mac Drive-In with an online order 10 minutes before breakfast ended. The car in front of me and I had to wait about 10 minutes before it moved on. By the time it was my turn, it was 5:30. Even though I arrived on time and ordered online (including the code), I was denied breakfast for 5 minutes! After breakfast ended, I was told they couldn't do anything because the bread was frozen. And I was on time! Absolutely terrible customer service.

Normally, my expectations of McDonald's aren't particularly high, but something's off about this one. Even the McFlurry and even the Coca-Cola aren't tasty—the Coke tastes more like water than Coke.

Disaster! I waited 15 minutes to pay for my online order in cash. But no one seemed to care. Then I canceled, ordered from the vending machine, and waited another 15 minutes for two burgers. I was starving, but I'll avoid this place in the future. And the delivery drivers are constantly getting ahead of the game! Addendum: Thought I'd try the drive-thru again (against my better judgment)...no luck! I waited in line for 20 minutes, then had to repeat my order at the counter twice, and then the wrong item was in the bag. When will the franchisor finally do something about this?

Watch out! Today we got the wrong burger in the right packaging. Very annoying, as we checked the order on the spot. They couldn't reach us by phone, so we had to drive back, and the whole meal was cold! Another order: Waited 20 minutes for three cappuccinos. Not worth a single star, unfriendly, no way to pick up food ordered with the app using a code. A second order doesn't work either. Mycodes can't be redeemed at the vending machine. Staff are unfriendly when asked for help. And if you do manage to get your food, make sure you get everything; we were repeatedly missing burgers from our bags. Terrible. Today, two of us visited this McDonald's restaurant again after a long time! We quickly ordered our food via the app and waited at the table for our order, which was quick given the busy customer base. The staff didn't give me the correct order. I ordered two long chicken burgers, four small burgers, and two menus, but they only gave us one long chicken burger, four small burgers, and one menu. When I got home, I saw that one long chicken burger and one menu were missing. That's a shame.

Update 2025, May/June No idea what's going on here...but the team has been completely overwhelmed the last three times (admittedly, it's been very busy here). I had to wait forever for my food each time. Update: So, for me, it's now a well-coordinated team with excellent service. Friendly and prompt order taking at the drive-thru meets execution in the kitchen. Great improvement compared to 2021. Thanks. 2021: Unbelievable. Long waits and then only cold burgers. That's annoying. The branch is currently being converted... processes are probably not yet under control.

Completely chaotic and unacceptable! We stood in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes – and that was just for a simple McSmart meal. The staff was obviously hopelessly overwhelmed and unable to direct vehicles with large orders to the side so they could prepare their food in peace. Instead, the entire process was blocked, while smaller orders like ours had to wait forever. The result: a line of cars all the way to the entrance and absolute chaos throughout the entire premises. Such organizational failure is truly frustrating!

What happened? The restaurant seems to be busy, but it seems as if the wait time is artificially high, or the staff is extremely slow. It doesn't matter whether you order in or drive through the McDrive, you wait at least 30 minutes. Fast food until it apparently runs out...

It's not uncommon to have to wait a long time at the McDrive here. But 20 minutes is definitely the worst. The friendly employees are probably just understaffed and can't do anything about it, but I haven't experienced that at any other McDonald's.

Poor organization during order processing. And a guy working there accused me of dialing the wrong number (for table delivery) and didn't bring me what I ordered, but a few seconds later, my correct order arrived. It's a complete disaster. The new Chicken Big Mac burger is really good, though.

When I asked about my order after a 45-minute wait, he rudely replied that it was always like that on Sunday evenings and that I should just go somewhere else if it didn't suit me. Fast food on a Sunday evening... uh, yeah... the place was already pretty crowded when we arrived, and cars were backed up all the way to the entrance. Order placed at 8:13 p.m. One employee at the counter, many in the kitchen and at the drive-thru. Waiting with countless other people. After a 25-minute wait, during which it was clear that the employees had lost all sense of purpose, there was still no food in sight and more and more people waiting (some with a 60-minute wait). I would have loved to. Haha! There's no question they were stressed there, but the way they treated customers was abysmal. Then I asked an employee to give me my money back so I could leave. He was at least friendly, but couldn't help me and said I had to ask the manager (in the gray jacket?). At some point, an employee in a small-checked shirt stood at the cash register. He told me he couldn't give me my money back and then looked for my order. He told me he was the boss. Aha!...when I explained to him again that I just wanted to leave, he offered me a voucher. Several customers wanted one, too. I only had to wait five minutes for it, and 45 minutes after placing my order, I drove hungry to Burger King. There, I had my food in three minutes.

We have been coming here for many years. But the branch has been in such a run-down state for some time now. It's always dirty - the inside and outside. The tables are hardly usable. Everything sticks. The sanitary facilities such as the games tower are unacceptable. Tray carts are overcrowded and the staff has not been able to keep up with orders for several days. Hello, The fries were only half cooked when we visited. First we were given the wrong order and after speaking to it we were asked for the second time what we had ordered. When we supposedly had our things, we had to ask for the glass (this was included with the menu). In the end we got the wrong rap and also had no sauce. The cola was no longer carbonated and was warm (i.e. without ice cubes). Conclusion we won't be coming back.
