McDonald's in Hamburg

This is where I was after the first date with my now wife. Extremely emotional McDonalds for me. McDonalds is generally a nice, tasty place to eat. Always nice to be on the move. hahaha. ILDU, Alona holes <3

Just McDonald's. In my personal experience, the service here is worse than average. Otherwise the food is always the same at McDonald's. You like it or you don't. Drive-in and play facilities for children available. Unfortunately, the interior is often rather dirty.

Cold fries, cold burgers - as so often. At a cost of 21 euros for two Mc menus. The very last thing.

The fries are not really wobbly and hang. The burger looks like it's been sitting there for hours. The Sprite no longer has a bit of carbon dioxide.

So a Persian lady was just there at the drive counter. Ordering alone easily took more than 20 minutes. Then when you get to the payment you can't even pay because no one comes. When the money is handed out, they politely say we haven't paid yet, but are then asked to go back. I just thought I would like to pay when it is served and suddenly the employee says ciao ciao and takes the food away. I've never experienced anything like that before. And I'm very disappointed about it. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here again. Waiting time of easily an hour, just too much for a fast food chain. Oh, plus you can easily see three rats running in the yard.

It always takes forever here and there are always a lack of paid for products, which you usually always notice... when you're no longer there! I cannot understand this CONSTANTLY poor service quality and the demands they place on themselves!

Ordered to take away, Curly Fries were almost raw, but unfortunately they weren't baked through. The deep fryers have a timer, but it doesn't help if you take the basket out earlier so that the orders can be ready. Uncool...

It's just a McDonald's, not particularly nice, not particularly clean. But everyone who goes to an MC knows that. It's just a shame given the high prices, the burgers are becoming increasingly bland and 90% of them aren't really warm. But every MC customer knows that too. What's really bad is when the bags in the MC Drive are packed incorrectly and there are wrong items in the bag or parts are missing. When everything goes well, it's nice to feel hungry every now and then.

I don’t even know where to start. Wow… just wow. This McDonald’s was hands down the best fast-food experience I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I stepped in, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were not only friendly but genuinely seemed to care about ensuring each customer left happy. The food? Perfection. My burger was hot, fresh, and so well-put-together, and the fries were the perfect level of crispy. Even the drink machine was on point—my soda was perfectly carbonated and ice-cold. And the speed? Lightning-fast without sacrificing quality. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, with the team constantly working to keep everything spotless. Honestly, this location sets the bar for what fast food should be. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this spot to everyone I know. Amazing job, Mickey D’s team!

MC D is catastrophic if you need help because it doesn't work at the terminal, as in the normal case you then go specifically to the people behind the counter then scream that you need help and you don't get any..2. No matter which order is larger,... there is always something missing, a drink, or a side dish... out of 7 times, almost every time, one time and the other were missing. Updated 9/14/24 And tried again after a long time and paid in full AGAIN and more than half of the order was missing! Only people who understand next to nothing. If even the boss is already gnawing on patience, that says it all. The best for last !!Pushing the garbage truck without gloves and then immediately picking up the burger again!!...the hygiene there was very hygienic! Conclusion MC?....no thanks, I'd rather go to Citizen King! It's cleaner and quality is the order of the day! __________________________________________

I ordered a fish burger without sauce and with ketchup instead I got normal sauce. When I pointed this out to the staff I got the burger back after 10 seconds and they simply scraped off the old sauce and smeared ketchup on it, let's assume it was me allergic to the sauce and there are now remains of the sauce which could be clearly seen and tasted and this would result in an allergic reaction who would take responsibility... INSURANCE!!!

I ordered on the PC with a 100% Groupon for 20 nuggets. I waited almost 8 minutes while there was little going on in the almost empty restaurant with around 10 employees and around 4 customers. You just can't call it fast food anymore. I had to wait 6 minutes longer than expected and therefore didn't get my next connection on time. There was hardly anything going on at McDrive. I don't know why it took so long, but if it takes them almost 8 minutes, they can't get anything done with a lot of customer traffic in 30 seconds.

The McDonald's of my childhood has long been lost, what remains is a non-functioning store with overwhelmed staff that can hardly be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. Zum zweiten Mal habe ich für meinen Enkel ein mc menü geholt wohne nicht weit entfernt .Daheim habe ich festgestellt das wieder etwas fehlte . Mein Enkel musste die Pommes sowie Chicken Nuggets ohne Ketchup und Soße es .Nach der sofortigen Reklamation und wieder hingehen bekam man dann denn fehlenden Ketchup sowie die Soße und ein sorry . Mein Enkel hat es da es kalt wurde in der Zeit ohne gegessen . Mc Poppenbütteler Weg ist einfach nur das letzte .

The worst McDonald’s in Hamburg! 1.) Hygiene measures are not observed here. There are leftover food all over the floor. The tables are not wiped. You have to wipe your table yourself. 2.) A burger was simply missing from the order. It's written on the order in black and white. The staff should be able to read. 3.) A shrimp and a chicken nugget were eaten in a snack box. You couldn't see that at first glance (because it's deeper in the box). When I realized this, I went to the service and showed the snack box. One of the staff told me it wasn't a bite and took the snack box away. The supposed “manager” then came and said I had bitten into it myself. Shortly afterwards he backtracked and said I should have seen it from the start. I asked the gentleman if I had to explicitly check each food individually for bites. And his answer in a serious way was: Yes! I’m not used to that from a McDonald’s and I was shocked (by his response). When it comes to complaints of any kind, I have so far been courteously accommodated. There was zero percent goodwill and competence here. A pity! (This happened on January 14, 2024, at around 6:30 p.m. If this gentleman is actually the manager of this branch, then he is out of place! Na dann bin ich nach vorne, erstens 2 Mitarbeiter die kein Deutsch können, und genau die eine die mir das essen gebracht hat. (da hab ich dass verhalten an den Tisch verstanden) Dann kam eine dame die deutsche sprache verstanden hat. Oha!!! 15 min spater, kam auch unseres essen, weiterhin nivht besondres frisch, allerding vollständig.
