👑 Extremely disappointing experience and unprofessional customer service! I would like to express my deepest disappointment with the service at this branch. The order I placed through Uber Eats had issues. After Uber Eats shifted the responsibility to the Burger King branch, I tried to resolve the matter directly with the restaurant by phone. What followed was a customer service fiasco: First, I was advised on the phone to simply place a new order, and they would then add something extra to the bag. This is absolutely unacceptable: As the end consumer, I am expected to bear additional costs without any guarantee of reimbursement – ​​simply because your branch made a mistake. When I asked for the name of the person I spoke to or the manager on duty so I could properly document the incident, the call was abruptly ended, and the phone was simply hung up on. This behavior is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and an insult to the customer. They refused to identify who was responsible and simply ended the call instead of trying to find a solution. This branch seems unwilling to correct mistakes or meet even a minimum standard of customer service. A complete disgrace!

The term "fast food" is being trampled on here. We were in a hurry and just wanted to order a quick burger. First, we had to wait several minutes at the drive-thru before someone even bothered to take our order. That was 20 minutes ago, and we've been waiting here in the rain ever since. The staff is obviously understaffed and unmotivated. You'll get full faster if you go to a real restaurant or McDonald's!

I like it a lot better after the renovation. The owner has also changed, and the service is terrible. I treated myself to a Whopper and left it in two minutes. When I unwrapped it and bit into it, it was cold. I complained and was told there were no new burgers. Incredibly, I've gotten a new one at every other restaurant. Then the second thing: 20 minutes before closing time, they lock the door. That's deprivation of liberty. In an emergency, I can't leave the store on my own. This notice, too, just reminds me that they always do it this way.

The Burger King in Langenhorn impresses with solid quality and friendly service. The employees are generally attentive and make every effort to process orders quickly and accurately. The burgers taste fresh, the meat is juicy, and the fries are crispy. It's particularly positive that the store is usually kept clean, even during peak hours, and the tables are cleaned regularly. Wait times are generally acceptable, and the value for money is also good. This location is therefore a good choice for a quick, uncomplicated snack or a relaxed meal between meals.

I was there on a Thursday evening: - The food I ordered was ready quickly, hot, and complete - The staff was friendly - The tables and restaurant were clean overall - The restrooms were clean (which is a rarity) Overall, the best Burger King I've been to in a long time.

The "Big" at Big King should be banned! What was that supposed to mean? I haven't seen such a small burger in a long time. The chili cheeseburger was even smaller, smaller than a cheeseburger at McDonald's, which I find pretty cheeky, especially for that price. Seriously disappointed! And the fact that the place doesn't serve a milkshake doesn't exactly speak for its cleanliness; absolutely not recommended! But unfortunately, the passing trade takes care of things, which is why the place will continue to diligently reduce the burgers and increase the prices. The owners' greed for profit is quite sad.

It's simply unbelievable how customers are treated. June 21 - 10:45 PM After about 10 minutes of waiting for our order, a cold burger arrives. When we point out that the burger is cold, laughter breaks out in the background. The burger is promptly handed to the kitchen, where the "chef" unwraps it, throws it in the microwave, and hands it back. The entire crew probably thinks it's funny to treat a customer like that. I don't expect much for a €3 burger, and I'm not going to make a fuss, but come on, this is the lowest of the low.

I ordered my Whoppers without onions, why am I allergic!! What did I get?? Lots of onions!!😂😂 the staff were rude!! No desire to work as a waiter!! Just smoking and rubber!! What a shame!!

I ordered two products and received both incorrectly. They charged me €2 for the cup so I could get the recyclable version, but it was paper. My hot chocolate fudge was wrapped over my head with extra chocolate sauce to take away. A young Arab man, in keeping with his culture, was rude and agitated when a woman told him the order I had paid for was incorrect. Thanks for nothing. Absolutely not recommended.

One star is too many, you order a lot, taste-wise it's 0, you pay for King Jr. meals for the kids, but they only take these meals because of the toys and in the end they put paper toys in there because they didn't have anything else, they don't even say anything!! What's really outrageous is that you can just print this crap at home, nowhere does it say that the toys the kids have chosen aren't there.

Newly renovated, it's turned out great. Unfortunately, the service remains rather poor; it takes an incredibly long time, and as soon as you order something more, nothing works anymore.

The cashier with 4-inch nails can leave her chewing gum at home. Her smacking can be heard throughout the restaurant.

I went into the drive-thru at 2:30 a.m. yesterday and was out again at 2:50 a.m. The employee at the drive-thru was very nice and courteous and, out of his own interest, told me he apologized for the long wait, but most of the machines had already been cleaned. I completely understand. The food tasted good and fresh, but as we all know, the quality of these fast food chains doesn't depend on the day but rather on the hour, especially when it comes to the quality of the food.

One of the best branches compared to other bakery shops in and around the Segeberg district. Super friendly staff, clean and tidy dining area. The volume is comfortable, so you can even have a chat :) We'll be back!

The bun is rock hard, the sauce is gone (probably somewhere in the bun because the burger had probably been in the incubator for a while), and, as mentioned, cold... A very disappointing visit – never again! First, we found a man's hair in the tray – unpleasant, but I thought, "Okay, it happens." Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. The fries were completely unsalted, as if they had simply forgotten to season them. But the worst was the burger: The meat was practically raw inside, just slightly warmed. Fast food but a gourmet temple maybe also a 3 star restaurant 😉😉😉versus McDonalds. Sure, the burgers have also become smaller, but not as much as the competitor. The taste is better too, my impression. That is always the subjective impression.

I think you can taste the freshness of the products

I will not visit this store again. I have visited this store several times via the drive. And absolutely EVERY order was missing something. Whether it was the fries or whole burgers. Just bad. Don't even get me started on the quality of the food. Every visit and every new opportunity was one too many.

What should you say if you order your burger with bacon and pay for this extra with the value of a kidney - then the bacon should also be on the burger and not just marked on the packaging. The 2 star was only given because you can at least fill the bag of fries with lukewarm fries... with others there is often a lot of air in the box. It's a good thing that the drive-in customers probably don't make a special trip to you because of the bacon...

“Honey, let's go to the Burger King - I know it, I've been there before - it's good” - but unfortunately it was a bitter, cold disappointment. Not only was the drink wrong - the Sprite tasted a lot like cola - but we also had to wait more than 10 MINUTES (!) only to receive an incorrect order with a cold burger. We actually wanted to give the atmosphere at least 5 stars, but this was lost when we exchanged the wrong drink for the first time. We are often on the corner, but we won't be guests again. A decision that we would like to recommend to everyone. Too bad!

Thanks to the renovation, it is now much nicer and not so dirty. It's friendly. Now people like to stay there to eat their burgers. We order at the terminals.

There were six of us in this Burger King to eat. As soon as we ordered, we noticed that there was no ice cream or milkshake to choose from. I could have gotten over this downer ;-) if the burgers hadn't been "relatively" cool after a short wait. I suspect the idea was to serve all the food and drinks at the same time, but perhaps keeping the already prepared ones warm would have helped ;-). What wasn't really nice was that a burger was forgotten and a sauce wasn't given because it wasn't in stock. Normally not a problem if an alternative is asked for and nothing is simply offered. My conclusion is that anyone who is hungry will definitely get their money's worth, for me and my family it was a unique experience.

Were there on a Sunday evening and it was apparently the wrong day of the week and the wrong time, because the staff was completely overwhelmed, unfriendly and the food took about 40 minutes 🙂‍↕️ Something was missing from every menu, which ultimately took an extra 10 minutes until the order was finally complete.

Not recommended, long waiting time (20 minutes), guy in the colorful Citizen King t-shirt calls out from the kitchen that he doesn't care and he's doing it slowly, there's chaos in the kitchen and nobody knows what to do. As always, super tasty here... Everything looks clean. What I don't like so much is the extremely bright lighting in the entire "dining room".

Very good little Burger King with very good offers. We're there every now and then when things have to happen quickly.

Order did not arrive as requested. There were ice cubes in there even though none were wanted, reusable cups weren't used, you didn't even know what they were??? Some of the food was incorrect or cold... First and last visit, what a shame.

I actually like BK but I'm not at all impressed with this branch. Things were missing from my citizens, the drink came with ice even though it was ordered without, the drinks taste watery, the fries aren't cooked through and even though reusable cups were paid for, we didn't get any. Next time I'd like to drive past it.

I have to take back my positive rating from a few years ago because unfortunately everything has gone back to normal. Despite the new image and visible renovations, food is unfortunately rapidly being dismantled from time to time. The store now has the image of being unreliable, unfriendly, and offering cold and/or dry burgers again. With almost every order now there has been something to complain about because it didn't contain what you paid for. In my opinion the cleanliness is also decreasing. AN example: Drinking cups are often handed over with dirty fingerprints. There are many people in my circle of acquaintances, like me, who love BK but avoid this store for the reasons mentioned. Ambiance is great, contemporary and fresh.

Ordering was done via Tablo, there wasn't much going on in the restaurant, the burger was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted, but the fries were hot. The tables were still smeared with grease from the previous person, leftover food was smeared on other tables, it had a dirty effect, under the tables there were expired pick-up notes and fallen food from the food. We really liked the high chairs for the little kids, which we had was clean. There were enough parking spaces available. Otherwise the restaurant was bright and well laid out.

Actually everything was good, the order went well and the food itself was good, but because I felt really sick afterwards I'd rather not recommend it ✌️

We ate and drank in the restaurant, the car was in their parking lot, after 30 days I got a fine of 48 euros for illegal parking, I will never visit them again.

I ordered 2x Double Whoppers and they were lukewarm and the meat wasn't really cooked through either! Although I complained and got 2 free ones, I can't recommend it. 👎👎👎The cola was watery. Maybe you're better off with the golden M!

Unfortunately, I almost never received a fresh burger at this Burger King branch. I have been very dissatisfied with the quality and service several times. You feel as if you are moving in an environment that does not exude professionalism or seriousness in any way. The behavior suggests that excessive demands may be playing a role when dealing with large orders, as the waiting time is regularly more than 40 minutes. These repeated long delays are annoying, but the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude is simply unacceptable. After five consistently negative experiences, I decided not to visit this branch again. Customer service and friendliness should be a priority - unfortunately that is clearly not the case here. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.

The ice cream machine is basically always broken. You might think that the employees wouldn't want to clean them again. Well, we bought our ice cream from the big M.

Ordered a takeaway order today...unfortunately the BigKing was left alone and the Whopper was forgotten in the menu...it's ok that one order is missing...but two...that's not possible.

We were there at 00:39 even though it closes at 1:00. We walked around, the employees saw us and the doors were closed. He couldn't even kindly come to us and say that the loading is closed. Even though advertising for the entire BK range is running everywhere on the screens in the store, there is only what the management seems to be up for. The current promotional products were not available at all. There are also no ice cream or shakes here. Fast food no longer applies here if you have to wait 15 minutes as the only customer standing in front of the counter for your food. Table service doesn't seem to be known at BK either. It is very commendable to mention that the food is at least freshly prepared and it was actually tasty. It's also good that you're not taking part in the anti-plastic craze that the competition is pursuing.

At the beginning of November I visited this BK branch with my children (9 and 11 years old). During previous visits we noticed the arrogant, know-it-all comments from the female employees. On that day we ordered, among other things, 2 burgers WITHOUT TOMATOES, WITHOUT ONIONS AND WITHOUT CUCUMBERS, to take away at the terminal. When we got home we discovered that our special requests had not been taken into account. So back to the branch and with the order form/invoice to the counter where a nice young lady accepted the complaint. One of my children (9) waited while I went to the toilet. A few minutes later I found my child completely scared. She answered my questions, visibly disturbed, only in a whisper: "They're angry..." When we received the complaint/order we drove off and only in the car did my child tell me the following: An older man is said to have shouted very loudly from the back area "WHAT WITHOUT TOMATOES, WHAT WITHOUT ONIONS...?!" He came forward to presumably inspect the people. At this point it should be mentioned that only one of the previously ordered burgers was eaten once. I then disposed of the last order/complaint. It's a shame I wasn't there for this tantrum.
