When I visited this morning I wasn't satisfied, the burgers took quite a long time to prepare and the Wopper I ordered was lukewarm.

Even after quite some time = the service is just bad! If waiting times are long, employees are unable to apologize. You also get a stupid saying. 7 years ago: Not funny when you as a guest have to request service activities. NOT recommended

Simply bad! With 7 people we ordered food from the vending machine inside, there were 3 vending machines... so you wait forever... Half of the food was wrong... Instead of 0.5 Fanta there was a 0.4. One didn't get a drink at all. The jalapenos were missing from the fries with cheese and jalapenos, and the chikenburger was only half full. And when asked, the staff didn't understand anything at all, there wasn't even much to do...

If possible, it's better to give minus stars - dish trolleys were overflowing, 30 minutes of waiting time, burgers and fries were lukewarm at best, only the churros had a "pleasant" temperature - but the cinnamon/sugar mixture was missing. The young woman was apparently completely overwhelmed. It wasn't until a colleague came along that things went a little faster - just back to this branch

Worst store ever! In the drive we had to wait 15 minutes for the food and then we got something wrong. The food was cold and something was forgotten. When asked if you could still get the food, the only answer was “It was in the bag”. Never again!!!

In this branch only a part of the range is offered, if you ask you will be insulted by the staff. They recommend that you just drive a little further to the nearest Burger King on Alsterkrugchausse, everyone is always friendly and the entire range is available

Burgers were cold and very sticky. Drinks were specifically ordered with ice, but came without.

It's just the typical Burger King food. Of course you have to be aware of that. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian items. The plant nuggets were really good. Of course, nothing beats the crispy chicken burger! The service staff was always very friendly and patient. The snack bar was also clean. In short: Yes, you can eat at this Burger King more often.

The staff makes you wait about 15 minutes because only one person is responsible for the cash register and serving, while five people are talking loudly in the kitchen. When you get the food after a long wait, it is cold and sticky and the extra side dishes are missing. That can happen sometimes. When I complained, I was politely dismissed and given wonderful words. Maybe it was me, but no, similar things have happened to other people too. When I witnessed such an incident, I realized that it must be a new comedy concept. Funny. Very refreshing.

Burger King Langenhorn offers the usual speed, but the quality and completeness of the orders leave something to be desired. Fine for a quick meal, but not if you value warm and fresh burgers.

Unfortunately, the quality in this branch has declined significantly over the last 2 years. While customers who arrived later receive their orders, the long wait begins for us every time. Apparently the employees are not in the warehouse to put together a mixed order with “normal” and plant-based products in a timely manner. Just fast food. The only thing that was warm were the nuggets that came into the bag at the end. The employees are haphazard and listless. That was the last time for us.

Dirty shop. Tables dented outside, dirty inside. Fries were missing, the citizens were cold and when I complained the burger was put in the microwave. Rotten vegetables in the burger, simply disgusting. This is the worst store I've ever been to.

Our order was processed straight away and we only received hot, fresh fries and burgers. Everything was ready in under 10 minutes and tasted surprisingly fresh and delicious compared to other branches! The vegetarian burgers were wrapped in the paper provided and were also fresh. All in all we were very satisfied.

Everything is relatively new and very clean. Burgers were very, very good, especially the extra bacon which was very good. I will stop by Burger King more often again.

We didn't like it at all because the employees were very unfriendly and gave us the wrong food 3 times and when we pointed this out to them they became aggressive.

Very good shop, I recently ordered a Big King menu, it also tasted very good. Service was very nice, and with all the customers I can understand longer waiting times. Ambiance is okay, nothing extraordinary.

3 pieces of lettuce on the Whopper, I learned differently. Unfortunately, they haven't implemented much in the way of standards here. A pity.

The place was clean. Already good. The staff handed over the food quickly when ordered from the machine. Unfortunately almost everything was cold. The burgers - cold, the long-awaited fries - cold. When the complaint was made, the food that had been served was quickly warmed up. After that, of course, the salad was finally gone. We both used to be fans of Burgerking. That's all over now. Sorry.

We will never go here again. It was very dirty, the employees were very unmotivated, two things were missing like some other guests and the entire meal was cold even though we had to wait over 20 minutes.

In my opinion one of the better Burger Kings in the area. The burgers taste quite good and are also visually “well built” and therefore still somewhat appealing.

Burger King and McDonald's are simply not worth it anymore

My buddy and I arranged to meet at Burger King on April 23rd, 2024, and ate and drank together and we had a lot to tell each other, so we were there for about 110 minutes. Unfortunately, we overlooked the signs that said in small letters that you were only allowed to park for a maximum of 60 minutes. We ate and drank together for 65 euros. Now we both also received a letter home saying that we had parked there for longer than 60 minutes and that we each had to pay a fine of 45.10 euros. I then called the managing director of BK and explained the situation to him, unfortunately without success. I could have talked to the wall. I then sent an email to Loyal Parking, which I could have saved myself. The end of the song is that we paid it. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds where you can eat, drink and talk for a long time in peace and don't have to worry about being RIPED OFF. Burger King and loyal Parking are pure rip-offs. P.S. The tables were just dirty that day and the place wasn't even full.

The food and the staff were ok. Wait a little longer for it to be fresh. Ordered 3 times and chatted. The maximum parking time of 1 hour was exceeded. When I saw it while driving away, I immediately went back in and asked for a decision maker. Nobody on site. So I paid €70 for the meal and €45 for parking. Thank you for the great support

Fries were raw. Don't be surprised if Nick throws them into the deep fryer for 1 second and then takes them out again.

This is the worst Burger King I know. Unfortunately, there have been too many burgers that were forgotten when ordering. The staff is completely unmotivated and sometimes doesn't even understand what you're saying. Tried again today, unfortunately again a complete disappointment. Fries were just thrown into the bag so that everything in the bag spilled out. Got home after 5 minutes. Fries cold, sticky and too salty. The burgers were smaller than in other branches and also as cold as if they had been lying there for 2 hours. So it came out of the fridge at home after 2 hours and it was the same as in the drive-thru at this branch. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.

After a lot of persuasion, I was able to persuade the family to visit Burger King (we prefer the competitor). The staff must have had a bad day. We were there on a Sunday at lunchtime. Processing our order took a long time and unfortunately the burgers were cold - so we exchanged them. The replacement was a bit warmer, but then it was the wrong burger - so I exchanged it again. The cola had hardly any carbon dioxide and the sour cream (very vinegar-heavy) was not edible (but the staff couldn't do anything about that - the product came from Kühne). Normally I expect an apology (mistakes happen to everyone). Nothing came from the staff either - silence in the woods... Conclusion: We won't be visiting this branch again and I'm afraid Burger King has probably done away with itself for the family.

We went to Burger King this evening. I had already ordered. At the moment our child's diaper needed to be changed quickly. When I ordered the Long Chicken I forgot the cheese. So I went to the counter and spoke to a nice employee. He fulfilled my wish quickly and easily. The food was ready very quickly. We noticed while eating that we had forgotten something to drink for our daughter, which was quickly taken care of. We also had reason to complain to onionrings. They were tough. As if they were heated several times. These were kindly prepared from scratch for us. Despite the positive impression, I still have a bit to complain about. The children's high chairs were not clean and extremely sticky. But we'd love to come back

Today I ordered the King of the Month and a spicy schciken. Ketchup with the fries. What I received were 2 cold burgers and ketchup. And with such a long waiting time, it's simply absurd.

Good Morning, It's just cheeky, you go out to eat there and you can only park for 90 minutes. Since we had more people, it took longer and now we have to pay a 45 euro fine, never again.

Food is nibbled on by rats and fries are way too salty (there was a rat tail in the burger once). Service doesn't even say hello. Atmosphere is very loud and disgusting. There are leftover food everywhere on the floor .

So I ordered a menu and a coffee at 11:00 p.m. in the evening then the employee's coffee machine was out. OK, that could happen. When I asked if I wanted something else, I said no, nothing else. Who now believes that I got the money back for it? No Neither.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The service (looks like an ink box) is unfriendly. The woman processed each individual order one after the other and always waited until each burger was ready for the order. Although you could have finished the other order sooner. I waited 25 minutes for 2 chilli cheeseburgers and a cola (which wasn't available because there was only water). Dirt loads NEVER AGAIN

We were there today and got ice cold fries, after we complained about them they wanted to charge us again for ketchup. The staff is unfriendly and not service-oriented.

Unfortunately we didn't like it so much this time. Starting with the stupid ordering terminal which didn't throw out a receipt (no receipt, no way to submit the restaurant review online), and the Payback link was probably not posted either (10x points and normal ones either). Plus cold, wobbly fries and a warm drink called Cola Zero (if ordered without ice, you have to remember that the Coke is probably stored in the oven). In any case, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Food was good Burger King standard, fries were very fresh and super hot. The plant based burger was great. The staff is so friendly, patient and polite. It goes quickly and tastes good.

The food is quite okay. But! Parking rip-off. Even though you are there as a paying guest, you will be mercilessly penalized with a parking fee of 45 euros if you have exceeded the length of stay. No goodwill provision from BK. We as a family will avoid BK in the future.

Die Zubereitung der Speisen war nicht im geringsten annehmbar, wenn etwas Rösti heiß sollte es durch und knusprig sein und ein Raclette Burger sollte keinen Käse auf Kühlschrank Temperatur haben sondern einen geschmolzenen. Leider waren wir Kunden des Drive und konnten nicht zum reklamieren zurückkehren.

Wir haben länger gegessen und gequatscht als die erlaubten 60 Minuten, was uns gar nicht bewusst war, da die Parkschilder im Dunkeln so schlecht zu lesen sind, dass wir nicht bemerkt haben, dass man dort nur 60 Minuten parken darf. Nachdem wir einen Brief von loyal parking bekommen haben, mit 45 Euro Strafe, bin ich extra noch einmal schauen gefahren.Tatsächlich, weiße Schilder mit kleiner Schrift weisen auf die maximal erlaubte Parkdauer hin. Keine Ahnung, ob die neu sind oder da schon länger stehen, mir sind sie nie aufgefallen. Bewacht wird das ganze per Video. Wir haben loyal parking und Burger King angeschrieben, da es ja wohl nicht deren Ernst sein kann, Gäste zu bestrafen. Am besagten Tag haben wir, eben weil wir länger da waren, sogar 2 x Essen geholt. Wir können sogar nachweisen, dass wir Gäste waren. Aber beide verweisen auf den jeweils anderen und zucken mit den Schultern. Pfui. Nie wieder!

Ich möchte mich Beschweren! Ob es nun eine Pr*st!tu!erte war oder eine Mitarbeiterin von Burger King war mir nicht klar! Sowas Arrogantes und Unfreundliches hatte ich schon sehr lange nicht mehr gehabt! Keine ordnungsgemäße Begrüßung, dazu noch eine sehr schlechte Deutsche Aussprache kaum kommunizierbar! Nie wieder, beim ersten Bissen vom Long Chicken einen Fingerkuppengroßen Knochen und beim 2. Einen Daumendicken Knorpel gehabt. Von meiner Begleitung die Burger waren kalt.

Wenn man keine Lust hat,Gäste zu bedienen, dann ist man hier an der Kasse falsch. Null Motivation der Dame an der Kasse. Dazu kommt,die Pomnes waren wohl schon etwas älter. Der Bürger war zu Hause kalt. War dieses mal sehr unzufrieden mit Essen und Service.

Die auf maximalen Profit ausgerichtete Parkraumbewirtschaftung auf dem Restaurantparkplatz nervt. Ansonsten durchschnittliches Burger-King-Restaurant.

Burger King wie man in kennt...das Schnellrestaurant war sehr ordentlich...das Essen war schnell zubereitet und die Qualität war gut 👍

Leider sind die King Wings nicht mehr bestellbar. Wurden zumindest frisch zubereitet, aber 6min. sind dem Konzern wohl zulange - schade. War der einzige Grund dahin zu gehen und zu warten.

Nachtrag zwei Jahre später: Menschen können sich ändern, es sind oft nur Kleinigleiten und auf einmal wird das Herz warm und der Appetit groß! Und auch nun möchte ich euch sagen, alle (!) Mitarbeiter*innen sind super lieb und nett, es ist einfach ein Geschenk bei euch zu Essen! Dankeschön liebes BK Team Langenhorn ihr seid super und toll! Und das Essen auch! Liebe geht raus an Euch <3! ... Eine manchmal sehr unfreundliche weibliche Bedienung am DriveInn Schalter. Ich bin nicht die erste Person, die das so wahrgenommen hat, siehe andere Kommentare und muss nicht wiederholt werden. Echt schade, da es nur eine Bedienung ist und ansonsten BurgerKing allgemein eigentlich doch ein leckeres Fastfood Restaurant. Und die Pommes sind sehr lecker (die Burger auch)!

Das ist jetzt das dritte mal, dass bei mir etwas von der Bestellung fehlt! Beim ersten mal habe ich mir gedacht ok, kann passieren. Beim zweiten mal habe ich auch nichts gesagt, aber jetzt zum dritten mal reicht es allmählich!! Entweder stellt mehr Personal ein, oder macht den Laden dicht!! Das ist schon Betrug am Kunden!! Kann diese Filiale keinem empfehlen als Burger King Fan. In Zukunft werde ich etwas weiter fahren müssen, um meine Burger von BK zu bekommen.

Ich hatte mal den Danisch-Burger probiert. Eine Fusion aus Hot-Dog und Burger. Der Burger war okay, den muss ich nicht unbedingt noch einmal testen! Das Team war mega, die Filiale mega sauber! Selten so positiv überrascht! Schade dass Team, bedingt durch die Zentrale, so schlechtes Essen anbieten muss! Das Team ist weit mehr als 5 Sterne!

Werbung für neues Eis mit Bestätigung das man es in dieser Filiale kriegen könnte. In der Filiale heisst es dann auf super guten deutsch "Diese Filiale keine Eis" 🙃
