Burger King Altona in Hamburg

So unfortunately I only had one card with me as a customer and only 20 cents in cash and I urgently had to go to the toilet. The “toilet guard” turned me away very unkindly. All I can say here is that since you are Muslims, Allah will punish your greed. I think it's completely okay to charge non-customers money to use the toilet, but to also demand this from paying customers is an absolute impudence and, as a supporter of the Muslim faith, an absolute impudence. Allah will burn you in hell for this greed.

No ice machine, so it's not broken, they just don't have one. In addition, the staff was not friendly and chatted more privately. The voucher said Dip, when I pointed it out he gave me one with the words: it actually costs €1. According to the motto “I’ll give it to you”. Oh well. Also got a cola and mayo without asking. It's probably the most common, but in my opinion it's still not okay. The burger was also rather lukewarm.

If you want to see people who have absolutely no interest in their work then please go to Burger King in Altona. I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time. No smile comes across his lips. I'm glad she at least got her teeth apart. You should work on it. The food is ok. But it's also cheeky that you have to pay extra for the toilet.

Solid Burger King. I've had much better experiences here than at the Burger King on the Reeperbahn, for example. Quieter than there and generally quite well maintained.

Sometimes you just need a burger, but this place is the worst place I've ever seen. I'm really sorry that I disturbed the staff during their private conversation. We were allowed to order and it was quick, we were hungry and didn't look around, fatal mistake!!! 10.40, empty, no table clean, chairs dirty, the pigeons would have all had their fill. Instead of grabbing cleaning materials, you prefer to shake your hair behind the counter.

When I visited it was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was freshly prepared.

Incompetent employees, you rely on everything being included in the order. But of course you can't manage it...

We simply closed the doors 10 minutes before closing time. I would have taken some of what was left, but that wasn't an option.

Disrespectful employee on June 11, 24 Very rude to me when I asked when the burger would be ready because my subway would have arrived in 6 minutes. She replied if you can't wait then don't buy here. I thought to myself what please, not recommended at all and she isn't wearing gloves either!!!

I would appreciate longer opening hours, particularly on Thursday nights.

It's just a typical Burger King restaurant. Ambience is functional. You can eat in it, but otherwise it doesn't necessarily invite you to stay longer. So it's okay.

Had to wait 20 minutes and then got the wrong burger. Pay people better so that they at least somewhat like their job and do it properly. Never come back.

Very unfriendly service from 3 people because we wanted our 2 drinks in reusable cups. We were told there wasn't. We have pointed out that there is a reusable obligation. Was denied. After we pointed to the big sign behind them that said “Reusable is King,” after some annoyed whispering among each other, the answer was, yes, okay, there is. There wasn't a word when handing over the cups, no "thank you" when accepting the cups, no "here" or "please" when handing over the deposit (I could ignore that), but I don't even think there was a "bye" or anything like that already rude. It is so important for the environment to reduce packaging waste. This is not possible if customers are treated badly just because they choose more environmentally friendly packaging.

Clean shop. But using the toilet also costs 50 cents for guests.

This restaurant has always been my first destination for a great dining experience and first class service. The staff here are truly remarkable with their exceptional courtesy and professional service. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends

Clean shop, friendly staff, food was ready quickly and ok.

The service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, in the recent past there have been more and more very unpleasant people in the guest area. Heavily drunk, shouting loudly, begging and generally aloof. However, action against this is only hesitant or not at all. Overall, this is a shame as it makes future visits to this restaurant unlikely.

Very clean Burger King but unfortunately from time to time hungry poor people came into the store and looked for food in the tray return, which bothered some customers. Otherwise I would like ordering terminals so that it is much clearer. Very nice employees.

The Cheesy Onion Fries are the best I've ever eaten! In Altona the fries are always nice and crispy and the cheese sauce is top notch! With the onions on the side, it's a really, really good snack for lunch!

It's the worst Burger King I've seen and unfortunately I've also eaten something. The burger was cold and had been on display for at least 30 minutes. The nuggets were cold and had hardly any flavor. I often travel via Altona but have never received such cold and listless service

The employee was so unfriendly. Fries were only in the deep fryer for 1 to 2 minutes. Fries were inedible and not cooked through at all. Mayo tasted so disgusting, as if the mayo had expired.

Food was inedible! The meat was half raw and there was even hair in the food💪 I have never been so disappointed by any fast food restaurant.

If you have to pay 50 cents to use the toilets even though you ate there, I don't feel comfortable and avoid the snack bar!

Tastes like always. But the staff is overwhelmed and you have to wait a really long time. I also find it cheeky that you have to pay for the toilet.

Der BK entspricht mir sehr, weil er sehr Zentral liegt, außerdem sind hier die Leute cool und freundlich und das Essen schnell serviert. Tische und Stühle, sowie Umfeld, erinnern mich an ein Dinner U.S. LG

Das Essen war sehr gut. Auch war es sauber. Dennoch werde ich definitiv nie wieder da hin gehen. Und dies hat folgenden Grund: Es war eine Dame da, der es hoffentlich nicht gut ging. Sie wollte sich nur etwas aufwärmen und auf die Toilette. Sie war nett und höflich und hat niemanden etwas getan. Dennoch hat der Chef sie auf sehr unmenschliche Art nach draußen befördert. Auf den Einwand von zählende Kunden, dass es ja nicht schlimm sei, wenn die Dame bliebe, sie tue ja keinem was, wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Die Dame wurde rigoros vor die Tür beordert (rausgeworfen). Den Kunden wurde dann pampig und arrogant mitgeteilt, dass die Dame halt immer wieder komme und es so nicht gehen würde.... Ich weiß nicht was in der Vergangenheit vorgefallen ist. Aber was ich deutlich gesehen habe, ist, dass diese Frau dringend in der akut Situation Hilfe gebraucht hätte. Es hat draußen geregnet und es war kalt. Sie hat gezittert. In so einer Situation ist es unverantwortlich als Mensch, der in einer höheren Position ist (Chef und damit auch Vorbild) , ein aufwärmen zu verhindern. Es ist unmenschlich. Natürlich hat der Inhaber Hausrecht und ich kann ihn nicht zwingen, die Dame im Restaurant zu lassen. Allerdings bin auch ich zum Glück nicht gezwungen, nochmals in dieser Lokalität mein Geld zu lassen. Zu einem Restaurant, in dem so mit hilfsbedürftigen Menschen umgegangen wird, gehe ich nicht wieder!

Ich wurde heute außergewöhnlich freundlich bedient . Das ist heutzutage leider eine Seltenheit, deshalb möchte ich unbedingt 5 Sterne vergeben . Bitte macht weiter so.

Burger King in ALTONA, immer ein Erlebnis, nettes Personal und leckeren Kaffee

Nachts in Altona wenn kfc geschlossen hat erstmal Burgerking. Mittlerweile sogar die erste Wahl die plantbase Dinger sind besser als erahnt.

Typischer Burgerking. Leider sind die Aktionen immer sehr schnell alle. Und das Milkshake Problem besteht auch.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Essen schmeckt sehr gut.

Gut geeignet, wenn man 15 Minuten in Altona überbrücken und aufs Klo muss

Wer gerne Burger isst, wird sich pudelwohl fühlen. Alle anderen gehen eh dran vorbei.

Ich bin manchmal später abends noch da und treffe fast immer auf den selben Mitarbeiter. Er ist immer so freundlich und kompetent, dass ich nicht anders kann, als jetzt mal eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Zudem bereitet er die Bestellungen immer sehr schnell und frisch zu und achtet akkurat auf alle Extrawünsche. Ich hoffe sehr, dass mein Lob ankommt, da dieser Mitarbeiter der Grund dafür ist, dass ich regelmäßig nach der Arbeit die Filiale besuche :)

Mein vegetarisches Essen wurde schnell gebracht Personal war freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Man könnte das Ambiente noch schöner gestalten aber man ist ja zum Essen hier und nicht um sich niederzulassen.

Ich habe mir heute den Bikini bottom Burger gekauft und muss sagen, das der echt nicht empfehlenswert ist. Auf gut deutsch ungenießbar. Die Frage die ich mir die ganze Zeit Stelle ist die:,, warum kommt Ananassoße auf diesen Bürger. Das macht vorne und hinten kein Sinn. Ich würde mir diesen Bürger nicht noch einmal bestellen. Meist nicht ganz so sauber wie man es sich erhofft und der Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Das man in die küche schauen kann ist vielleicht auch nicht zum Vorteil...

Diese Burgerking ist fabelhaft! Leute sind freundlich und geben was Kleingeld für ein Bürger aus. Tolles Geschäft.

Warum schafft man es einfach nicht auf die Haltezeiten der Produkte zu achten? Burger war trocken und lag da definitiv schon länger. Schade!

Schmeckte irgendwie alles pappig und nicht richtig gewürzt, sowohl die Nuggets, die Pommes und auch der Burger.

El servicio es malo. La comida normal como cualquier burger king. El ambiente sucio y mal oliente deben de mejorar es esa parte.

Lecker Burger die durch das Feuer gehen

Overcharged for basic food accompanied by incorrect order.

Bin zügig dran gekommen, sehr nett bedient wurden, und war wirklich lecker.... Long-Chicken-Burger und Crispy-Chicken-Burger. 😍

Bedienung hatte ultra schlechte Laune Extrem unhöflich

Der Burger King ist sehr klein aber fein direkt am S und Bus Bahnhof perfekt zum Snack für Unterwegs. Sehr saubere Laden, Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet und ist immer warm.

Habe Plantbased Nugget bestellt und Chilli Cheese Nuggets bekommen. Beim tauschen gab es wieder ein Missverständnis und wir bekamen Chicken Nuggets statt Plantbased... passiert mal. Die Korrektur Nuggets gab es umsonst und ich war am Ende satt. :)

Recht unfreundliches Personal, besonders das männliche, ältere Personal.
