Der Burger war lauwarm das Fleisch war trocken. Einfach nur eklig, nie wieder.

Ich mag dass Essen bei Burger King aber leider nicht bei diese Filiale!!! Innerhalb ein Monat war ich 2 Mal dort beide male das selbe zu lange gewartet und am Ende das Essen KALT!!!!!!

Extra hingefahren, um Eis zu holen - Eismaschine war aus! Die Info kann man nirgends finden…

Kein Eis kein shake nur ausreden und echt unterirdisch

Ich war nach den vielen negativen Bewertungen etwas skeptisch, hatte aber keinerlei Probleme. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung, wie in jedem anderen Burger King Restaurant.

Man hat mir versucht die Hälfte meiner falsch Burger zu verkaufen.Obwohl ich dann mehr bezahlt habe und die Hälfte was mir zustande es war einmal ein gratis Burger plus dazu kam für dieses Menü was ich bestellt habe für 7,99 € waren dann drinne Chili Nuggetshatte , dann sollte da ja eine Pommes sein und dann sollte er der richtige burga drinne sein und noch ein Getränk dazu fehlt da Burge und die Chille Nuggets.Mann hat ja nicht alles rausgegeben. Ich musste erstmal das alles zeigen im Handy was ich bestellt habe und da wurde ich noch Kunden belächeln hat man dann weiter provoziert also den Kunden geärgert. Ich würde den Laden nicht empfehlen. Kunden schlecht da stehen die Kunden dafür noch beschuldigt dass die Kundin noch Schuld hat.

In jeder Hinsicht hervorragend! Ich wohne seit drei Jahren in diesem Viertel und bin wegen der niedrigen Bewertung bisher nie in dieses Restaurant gegangen. Heute war ich zum ersten Mal hier und wurde positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend – das Essen, der Service und die Atmosphäre waren einfach top. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Heute wieder bei BK und wieder Falsches Essen erhalten. Burger als Planet Base Burger erhalten obwohl Normalen Burger bestellt wurde der vor Fett Tropfte und Übelst Gerochen hat .Haben dies sofort Reklamiert aber es wurde nicht Darauf eingegangen, due Angestellten drehten sich einfach nur weg. Kann dieses BK RESTAURANT NICHT EMPFEHLEN DIE GESUNDHEIT GEHT VOR

30.6.26: sehr lange Wartezeit heute, kalter Burger ohne jeglichen Salat, Brot ungegrillt, insgesamt sehr trocken gewesen, Pommes mit Käse überbacken bestellt - Pommes mit Röstzwiebeln und in BBQ Sauce ertränkt erhalten. Sämtliche Rückgabewagen komplett überfüllt. Kam Mir genauso schlecht bedient vor wie bei "MC Dreck" üblich. Man sollte von denen kein Personal rekrutieren! Was machen die hier wenn der Laden mal nicht nur halb voll ist? 2025:Essen war ok, trotz längerer Wartezeit, nur das Getränk hatte keinerlei Kohlensäure.

Ist halt nen Burger King, natürlich stellt sich die Frage, wenn eine Filiale so ist wie andere, ist sie dann gut/sehr gut oder ist sie nur mittelmäßig weil es besseres Essen für das selbe geld gibt? Ich für meinen Teil war zufrieden mit dem Essen vom King.

Keine Klima Anlage , Bestellungen dauern zu lange, die Pommes worauf ich mich am besten gefreut hatte sind nicht mehr su knusprig als sonnst.

Ich habe mir einen Eiscafe gekauft. So lustlos bin ich noch nie in einem Fastfood laden bedient worden.

Edit:Terminal druckt keinen Beleg, keine Mehrwegbecher bekommen, aber bezahlt, Diskussion an der Theke - ist ja egal, man ist sein Geld ja schon am Terminal losgeworden. Hey, Franchise-Nehmer: zeig deinen Mitarbeitern woher das Wort“Service“ stammt. Bin bis vor wenigen Jahren dort gerne gewesen und war für mich einer der besseren Filialen. Jetzt hat die Qualität in allen Punkten nachgelassen: ich wähle bei allen Burgern immer etwas ab oder hinzu, weil dann die Wahrscheinlichkeit einen frischen zu bekommen höher ist. Die Reihenfolge der Bestellungen scheint willkürlich und ich musste mich erst bemerkbar machen, obwohl ich Minuten am Tresen stand. Auf meine Frage wann ich denn nun meine Chicken NUGGETS bekommen wurde nichts gesagt und mir eine Tüte Chicken WINGS auf die Theke geworfen. Habe gesagt, dass ich die klassischen Nuggets bestellt und bezahlt habe, möchte die auch bekommen. Am Tisch waren es dann die vegetarischen - und damit sieht mich dieser BK nicht wieder. Dass es sehr viel besser geht, sieht man z.B. an der A7 bei Fallingbostel - für den Fall, dass man mal auf den Weg dort vorbei kommt. Nur zum Essen dahin fahren, wäre natürlich Unsinn. Dieser Filiale habe ich mehrmals, eine 2. Chance gegeben. Aber nach der Geschichte mit den Nuggets: davor waren es keine Einzelfälle, sondern eher die Regel. LIEBER HUNGER ALS DORTHIN ZUM ESSEN!!!

Ich verstehe einfach nicht, wie IHR es schafft, die Hamburger so mit Soße zu füllen, dass sie am Ende SCHEIßE schmecken.

Erster Besuch seit dem Burger King Skandal – und direkt bereut. Filiale Friedrich-Ebert-Damm (18.04., ca. 16:50 Uhr): massive Hygienemängel beobachtet. Mitarbeiterin mit offenen Haaren fasst sich mehrfach in die Haare und nutzt ein Taschentuch im Nasenbereich – wischt danach damit über Ablagen. Keine Handschuhe. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter fasst Lebensmittel mit bloßen Händen an und legt heruntergefallene Pommes wieder in eine Kundenportion. Unsere Cheeseburger waren zudem kalt (Käse nicht geschmolzen, Fleisch und Brot ungenießbar). Kurz nach dem Verzehr hatten sowohl meine Tochter als auch ich Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall. Sehr enttäuschend – offenbar nichts aus der Vergangenheit gelernt.

Beim ersten mal ok aber an 2 tagen war die mit denn weiß gefärbten haaren spricht nur mit mitarbeitern man muss gefühlte 30min warten bis sie kommt zum bezahlen dann nochmal bis sie mal aufm zettel guckt dann bis sie das eingibt und dann nochmal zum bezahlen.. ahh fast vergessen dann geht man nochmal weg zum reden und dann irgendwann kriegt man das geld zurück aber hauptsache ich bin schön und muss meine haare 7mal bei einer bestellung richten

Ging schnell und essen war heiß.

Schneller Service und die Babyburger waren sehr lecker.

Hallo Leute Bürger King, ich hab bei euch einen XXL big king bestellt 🍔 dazu eine große Pommes 🍟 und eine Cola für 14, 99 Euro das ist eine Frechheit der Bürger war ganz klein 🤮🫣 die Pommes? Das ist doch nicht groß? Und die Cola schmeckt nach Wasser. Da Publikum da oh mein Gott, wir wollen nicht Poilitisch werden!!!!!!!!!!

Typisches Drive In Restaurant mit gutem Angebot. Preis / Leistung ist voll ok. Kann man immer wieder Besuchen! Ich komme gerne erneut vorbei !

Ziemlich teuer geworden der Wopper

Wir waren in einer großen Gruppe dort essen , die Autos auf dem Bürgerking Parkplatz , das Essen ging ein Tick über eine Stunde, pro Auto auf dem Parkplatz 48€ Strafe für zu langes parken, aus genau diesem Grund werden wir aus Prinzip niewieder bei Bürgerking essen. Bürgerking niewieder!!!

Mitarbeiter können Kassen nicht bedienen geben Sachen falsch ein und übernehmen keine Punkte bei der App weil sie nicht wissen wie das funktioniert… ganze Bestellung falsch und das leider nicht zum ersten mal… meine ganze Pause umsonst da gewartet bin gerne bei BK aber nicht bei dem 😤

10 Minuten vor Laden Schluss kein Eintritt kein Drive in. Die Kunden wurden vor meiner Tür mit Essen raudebegleitet. Dann schreibt bitte das ihr eine halbe Stunde vor Laden Schluss niemanden mehr annimmt

Das Essen schmeckt, wie man es von dieser Kette erwartet. Die App ist brauchbar und die Bestellungen werden zügig abgearbeitet.

Also von Fastfood kann man in dem Laden nicht sprechen. Am Drive Through einfach mal 30 min gewartet. Unglaublich.

Am liebsten würde ich NULL Sterne geben. Unfassbar langsamer Service. Nicht zu empfehlen. Fahre lieber zum Goldenen M. Für 2 Cheeseburger 15 Minuten gewartet. Wie wäre es mit mehr und qualifizierten Personal. Unglaublich, nie wieder.

Wie kann es sein, dass man jedes Mal bei Außer-Haus-Bestellungen, Burger "vergisst"? Ich habe heute den Fehler gemacht und nicht kontrolliert und was war? Wieder mal etwas "vergessen"

Normalerweise ist hier alles in Ordnung, alles schmeckt sehr gut, aber seit fast einem Monat hat Kolosov einen muffigen Geschmack. Ich rate vom Kauf von Coca-Cola ab, sie schmeckt wirklich schlecht.

Habe gerade bestellt. Ich habe eine falsche Lieferung erhalten und als ich die richtige Bestellung bekommen wollte, wurde mir von der zuständigen Mitarbeiterin in unfreundlichem Ton gesagt, sie könnten nicht noch einmal jemanden losschicken. Ich könne die Dinge nur abholen kommen. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ich werde hier nie wieder essen oder bestellen, obwohl ich zuvor regelmäßig vor Ort Kunde war. Schade, Burger King, dass ihr Kundenservice nicht verstanden habt.

Eigentlich sehr sauber aber ich weiß nicht ob die ein Problem mit der Heizung hatten. Selbst in TShirt war es leider nicht zu warm

I was in the branch today and I'm truly shocked. An employee insulted and threatened me. I also saw him spit in my burger. That's completely unacceptable; I'm definitely not coming here again.

Incompetent staff who barely understand. I ordered chili cheese nuggets around 11 p.m., even though I asked them not to re-fry old nuggets, and they apparently didn't arrive. Barely edible. Not recommended.

Beware of this parking rip-off company. You'll quickly receive a ticket at a completely overpriced price, and if you can't provide an invoice (the invoice arrived after three weeks), you have to pay. Who keeps receipts for coffee for weeks? The staff just grin stupidly when asked, happy to see the money flowing into the till.

I ate there today around 8pm. My burger and my friend's burger were cold. Then I went to the cashier and told him my burger is cold. He didn't say a word. I took my burger in my hand and said nothing and gave it to the kitchen worker and she put it in the microwave right in front of my eyes and then gave it to me. That was the last time. I went there a lot as a child but last time there was no apology and nothing. Then I cheekily put the burger in the microwave. How cheeky, never again.

A few days ago, I ordered takeout. When I got home, I realized you didn't give me the €2.50 sauce I paid for. Why do you do that? Is it so hard to deliver a simple order of two burgers and one sauce? Wow... or maybe you don't deliver those sauces so you can take them home with you! That's stealing. If I pay for something, the least I expect is for it! I'll never go to that store again where you don't get what you paid for!

The new employees are slow, unfriendly, sluggish, and unfocused. Three employees stand around here, and three people take one order. The funny thing is, everyone still waits 25 minutes for their order. It's insane. Two months ago, I still enjoyed working here. The old employees were flexible, friendly, and reliable. My friends and I went to the restaurant today and ordered food. We didn't have to wait long, which was unfortunately partly a good thing. Our two burgers (Whopper Junior) were so cold that we couldn't eat them. My colleague went to a member of staff to show him the burger, but this man was pretty rude and annoyed. He said, "It's normal for the burger to sit on your tray for 20 minutes." But we hadn't been there for 10 minutes! The staff in the restaurant is not friendly, they do everything in the kitchen with their bare hands, without any knowledge of hygiene. They left out the fries from the order, I asked for them to be taken away...

I was there with a colleague, we bought 3 burgers and each one was supposed to come with fries, which for some reason weren't included in the package, but the accompanying ketchup and mayonnaise were there. And after taking it to the hotel, we noticed that the fries were missing and this is a very negative experience for me that you pay for a meal and only get half of it.

The wait for food is long. You go to get food yourself. But these are the little things in life. The surroundings aren't exactly inviting, but it's still a good BK. The staff is very friendly, and the restrooms are top-notch. The last time I used the drive-thru, it took a very long time (sure, that happens sometimes, maybe because they're understaffed), but otherwise everything was great.

For me it is delicious and better than McDonald's.

Be careful when parking at Burger King (in conjunction with Smart Park GmbH)! I would like to warn everyone who drives to Burger King: Be absolutely careful where and for how long you park! After just 25-30 minutes, you'll receive a hefty parking ticket from Smart Park GmbH – in my case, €40, but it could be up to €90 if you don't pay immediately. The whole thing seems like a complete rip-off: There's no clear or adequate signage, and many people don't suspect anything bad when they stop by to grab a quick bite. Instead of being customer-friendly, they immediately issue a parking fine. I think it's a shame that Burger King works with such a company. This definitely drives customers away. I'll think twice about eating there in the future.

Nice and chill place especially at nights , great that the place works at night as well the staff is friendly and hard working . The customer service is top notch.

Bürger King is located directly on Friedrich-Ebert Damm, on a major thoroughfare. The restaurant has undergone extensive renovations and is now more pleasant to dine in. Orders can be placed at the vending machines, and payment can be made in cash or by credit card. The menu is as you'd expect from Bürger King. Prices are within the usual range. Highly recommended.

They were very friendly and flexible this time. They even added an extra request afterward because I couldn't enter it on the terminal. At some other branch offices, they couldn't even understand me.

I was here for the first time this afternoon to meet up with an old friend. Plant-based Big King XXL menu (€13.69). I liked it. But be careful: he's quite a Kaventsmann! My friend had a crispy chicken (€6.29) and a medium soft drink (€3.79). €23.77 is quite “sporty”. Otherwise everything is OK. Cleanliness OK. Food was ready after a few minutes (ordered at the counter; there was hardly anything going on). Be careful when parking! A maximum of 90 minutes, otherwise a fine of €40.

It's conveniently located and a meal in between is perfectly fine

Anyone who stands here for longer than 90 minutes will receive mail from a parking lot rip-off company. The 90 minutes go by quickly if you have to wait 30 minutes for your order. The children's play equipment in front of Burger King is intended to give you a family-friendly impression. It's just a shame that the guest is not given any time so that the children can play there.

As of 3/1/25 Apparently there hasn't been an ice cream machine for milkshakes or soft ice cream for 18 months (according to the employee). But advertising the new ice cream flavors is possible. Super disappointed! (Attention, same drama in Bramfeld)

I think either the employees can't read the orders or they don't want to read them. We tried it here twice. There is always at least one thing that is completely wrong and usually cold. Even by Burger King standards, this is absolutely terrible.

I recently visited this Burger King restaurant and was really impressed. The restaurant was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, which made the entire visit very enjoyable. My order was prepared quickly and the food was fresh and tasty. You can tell that the team attaches great importance to high standards. I would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended!
