Bad service and completely understaffed. Food is okay but nothing special, burgers taste like they've been lying around for at least 40 minutes. Tables dirty and seats full of crumbs.

If you don't know what to do with the ordering machine, never ask the staff. We asked for help, an employee with 5cm long fingernails typed and then there was much more in the order than we actually wanted and of course much more expensive, even though I had told her exactly what we wanted to order. The boss didn't want to cancel (EC payment), he wanted to give me cash back. I didn't want that. I then took everything that was on the receipt. Unfortunately there is no ice cream anymore. That's the only reason we went to Burger King.

The citizens were okay. Fries could be better. The staff was nice and quick. What's off-putting is the parking space that was given to a company, which in my opinion is a rip-off if you forget your parking disc, you don't necessarily pay attention to the signs because it's not that common everywhere

Restaurant was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the trash cans outside were full, but the staff were on site and cleaned up. Food drinks as I expect at Burger King. Therefore five stars because it was as I expected.

CAUTION!! I'll tell you what happened to me here is completely neutral and you judge the situation. I recently drove into the drive-thru and immediately noticed that the monitor was off. I still placed my order as normal and then it said: “Go on to the window” I wanted to pay for the order by card (which was possible), but the price seemed a bit too high, so I asked for an invoice. The bill then said that I should have paid in cash for €32.26 and got €2 in change. (Honestly, in what scenario would I have only had €32 instead of €30?). This means €32.26 was debited from the card, even though the order actually only cost €30.26. As I said, I wouldn't have gotten the €2 if I hadn't specifically asked. You don’t know where the €2 “change” would have gone. Of course I asked the seller about it and he said it was just an operating error. I don't know whether that's true or not. Everyone can form their own opinion. Here are two more pictures as proof that this is what happened.

Unfortunately the burger was pretty dry. Too little sauce or meat too dry, I have no idea. A colleague recommended a few burgers that I should try. It just doesn't taste good. But it's not the only branch I've tried. Fatty/expensive burgers taste relatively good everywhere. I will go to McD again. At least the sauces cover the rest. And why is service rated here? There is no service here. You can be happy when the tables are clean and the floor doesn't stick. The atmosphere is just fast food.

Order at the terminal, as is usual today, but the preparation still took almost 30 minutes, 2 Lieferando orders pushed forward and all customers who ordered after me were served beforehand. I could see exactly how my order was still visible on the monitor, just before everything was packed, the lady dropped the bag and spread half of it on the floor, luckily everything was newly prepared. But the wait isn't even possible!! Next time I'll just order via Lieferando to the store's address...

Absolute disaster. Fast food works differently. The time at which you order seems to have no relevance to the order in which an order is processed. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. During this time, the orders that were placed after mine and from the drive-in were diligently processed.

The best fresh burgers used to be, but what happened to it? Was there yesterday after a long time, burger was dry and not even lukewarm, fries aren't what they used to be either. Half the night with diarrhea on the toilet...sorry never again.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my standard meal with just a few guests (2 cheeseburgers, fries with coffee crema). The coffee I ordered had to be thrown away twice because it was there for so long that the washing up program was running. The hot Blondi was only available after repeated requests (English and German were only spoken brokenly). This was cold and not edible. Instead of a cheeseburger there was a double chili cheese... worst BK experience of my life.

Playground is closed/locked off? Even on nice days you can't sit outside. There are no typical Burger King crowns for the children... They once forgot to pack us mayo and gave us the wrong drink. Unfortunately we ordered takeaway and only discovered it when we got home. I don't have to go here again.

There is the checkout area and the order counter. If I go to the checkout I can order and get my food. If I go to the counter I get my food too. The toilet was clean and the restaurant was also very well maintained and clean. It was really great, but that goes without saying for me. When it comes to service, you have to come up with more ideas: balloons for the child, deodorant or hygiene products in the toilet in bad weather, perhaps a play area, etc. Otherwise we are happy and would love to come back and can recommend the Kaden

Unfortunately I only have to give it one star. On January 28, 2024, I went to your restaurant to eat "fast food" as I didn't have time. After 30 minutes my order still hadn't been processed. When I complained they only started preparing the order. Unfortunately I had to cancel everything and continue my lunch elsewhere. Still, the staff was friendly, but I find it unacceptable to have to wait 30 minutes for a few burgers at a fast food chain.

Standard Burgerking mit Drive in. Kioskbestellung an 4 Stück möglich. Zu bestimmten Zeiten kann es voll werden, ansonsten geht alles sehr fix.

Leider muss ich meine Rezession ändern.... War jetzt 2 x in den letzten 14 Tagen da, leider war die Bedienung am drive in sehr leise und nicht wirklich freundlich, kein danke fürs Trinkgeld etc..... Schade

Das Restaurant ist optisch wie man es erwartet, tendenziell schmutzig. Die Burger sind selten frisch und liegen oft viel zu lange. Daher ist die Qualität schlecht da die Burger sapschig sind. Wir haben zwei Mal an unterschiedlichen Tagen vergohrene Shakes bekommen und Bestellungen über den Drive sind fast jedes Mal unvollständig gewesen. Nach 3 Monaten wöchentlicher Besuche dort haben wir beschlossen dort nie wieder zu essen. Es gibt schlechte Tage, das ist normal, daher haben wir viele Chancen gegeben. Die Qualität war konstant katastrophal. Zum Service, wir haben bei Beanstandungen immer neue und frische Burger bekommen und haben konstant Feedback gegeben. Mfg Franzi

ich war war vor kurzem bei Burger King und war enttäuscht von den Toilette. Es roch unangenehm und es gab kein Handpapier Das hat meinem Besuch beeinträchtigt ich hoffe dass sie in Zukunft daran arbeiten diese Probleme zu beheben

Byłem z żoną i kolegą , piliśmy tylko kawę i gadaliśmy o interesach. Dobra obsługa i spokojny , przyjemny klimat. Polecam to miejsce.

Der Laden war sauber und das Essen schmeckt wie Fastfood schmecken soll. Für schnell was zwischendurch bei einem Umzug in Ordnung. Burgerking gibt sich wohl gerade Mühe, von seinem schlechten Image herunter zu kommen.

Ich kann die ein Sterne Bewertungen hier nicht Teil, bei uns ist immer alles in Ordnung, essen ist schnell bestellt und wird schnell ausgeteilt, die adds sind super! Automaten Bezahlungen perfekt! LG

Burger kalt und (nicht zum ersten Mal) nicht in der Tüte, was ich bestellt habe. War vor Jahren schlecht, wurde besser und jetzt wieder zur alten Gewohnheit. Bedingt zu empfehlen

5 - 10 Minuten Wartezeit für 2 Krabbenburger also schon etwas lange wie ich finde, aber macht ja nichts. Die Bürger allerdings haben mir nicht gefallen und das Brot hat geschmeckt wie voll von Gestern. Trotzdem habe ich moch das Essen runter bekommen dank mein Fanta/Wasser 50%wasser 50% Fanta, die sind sehr auf spar modus.

Gestern dort gewesen, Burger🍔 waren genau so kalt wie die 🍟. Burger wurde zwar mit murren getauscht war aber auch kalt Nee nie wieder, da lege ich noch 5 Euro drauf und fahre zu Schweinske, Currywurst mit Pommes kann ich jedem Empfehlen

Bestellung am Terminal gemacht. Das war ja noch ok. Aber der Rest? Wehe man macht Sonderwünsche. Total überfordert und unorganisiert. Der eine weiß nicht was der andere macht. Ende vom Lied, es fehlte was. Ok,hätte vor Ort kontrollieren können, vergessen denn ich wollte nur weg.

Ich gehe eigentlich gerne zu Burger King essen. Habe diese Filiale besucht und muss sagen, dass mich das Essen nicht gerade vom Hocker reißt. Das Fleisch vom Burger wurde viel zu lange gebrutzelt und das Brötchen viel zu trocken. Offenbar kamen die Mitarbeiter mit dem Abräumen nicht mehr hinterher, so dass ich mein Tablett zenmäßig auf einen wackeligen Turm draufstellen musste.

Leider gab es hier eine sehr lange Wartezeit von 25 Minuten. Außerdem waren die Burger und Pommes auf Zimmertemperatur. Die Getränke waren ebenfalls warm. Ob da je Eiswürfel drin waren weiß ich nicht. Andere Gäste haben sich ebenfalls beschwert. Lange Wartezeit ist ja okay bei Überlastung. Dann darf aber nicht alles kalt sein.

Natuurlijk is dat gewoon Burger King. Maar er zijn toch verschillen. Hier was de sla de ik in een ander BK heb genomen minder vers. Service was helemaal onder zwar stress en daarom een beetje onvriendelijk. Maar ik ben niet bloß-de hebben te veel te doen.

Sehr bemühtes Personal. die Eismaschine ist in Folge defekt und das im Sommer. Da sollte sich Burger King mal Gedanken machen. Ein kleiner Tipp die Mayo/ Ketchup wären praktischer in kleinen Dip Schälchen... Ähnlich wie bei den Nuggets
