The atmosphere was incredibly dirty, the service was sloppy, and the €35 change wasn't paid until I asked for it. The fries were cold. Normally, this place gets 0 points. Once, never again.

Zero stars, seriously. The people who work here wonder why no one comes to pick up their orders. It's because they can't hear them mumbling when they call out the numbers, and they don't bother to take them off the screen. So everyone's order sits there being prepared, and no one's order sits there to pick it up. So no one has any idea that they actually have to go to the counter and get the number because they can't hear the people yelling anyway... and then when you tell them, they look at you, shrug, and say, well, it's like they're wondering what the hell is wrong with you. Twice!!

Got food poisoning and am now severely disabled never again

The fries arrived only half full, lukewarm, and barely cooked through. I decided not to exchange them, as we had already waited about 30 minutes and the staff were obviously more concerned with themselves than serving the 10 guests. I got stomach cramps and diarrhea after this visit. I've never experienced anything like it.

The food was so-so, the staff were extremely unmotivated and there was no atmosphere.

A friend and I bought the new squid game burgers and 10 chicken wings. I only had 8 chicken wings and my friend's was raw inside.

Waited 20 minutes for a milkshake and burger. The somewhat strong one keeps the place running. The others who were there that evening were sleeping pills. No idea who hired them.

Sold-out products can still be ordered. You're only told at the counter that the item is sold out—after you've paid. You don't get your money back—you're only offered random substitutes from the available range that don't match the actual price you paid. If you complain about this, you'll even get yelled at. The fries taste like they were made three days ago—cold and soggy. Better go to McDonald's or Burger King, or drive out of Hamburg to any other KFC. You shouldn't waste your money here! PS: The tables are disgusting and aren't cleaned!

Probably the slowest and most disorganized KFC in Hamburg. Some terminals don't work, and you wait over 20 minutes for your food.

I wanted to go to the bathroom after dinner. The guy in front of the bathroom still charged me a euro to use it. Impossible.

Never again. The place is empty and you wait forever. The burgers are cold, you say something and get yelled at. We left without a word and without having anything to eat.

The staff was nice. There was hardly any wait time. However, the milkshake was an ice cream shake. So much ice... terribly cold, and the paper straw eventually softened. But we were full.

Unfortunately, the fast food chains on the Reeperbahn, and especially this KFC, are disappointing. The fries and chicken are always old and lukewarm, and I've been left out of my order a few times.

Not recommended! I had my food delivered here on May 19th around 10 p.m. via Lieferando. My order came with no paper towels, no cleaning wipes, annoying wooden cutlery, and no sauces (I forgot them). I also got a 7Up as a drink, but I ordered an iced tea. They don't take you seriously here. NEVER AGAIN.

Wir waren kürzlich bei KFC auf dem Kiez und wurden auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Das Essen war komplett kalt, die Burger wirkten alt und die Buns waren weder getoastet noch frisch. Die Pommes waren noch halb gefroren – als wären sie seit dem Wochenende übrig geblieben. Trotzdem wir die einzigen Gäste im Laden waren, wurde ein Teil unserer Bestellung einfach vergessen. Statt aufmerksam zu arbeiten, unterhielt sich das Personal lieber lautstark mit Freunden, die gemütlich auf dem Tresen saßen. Für diese miserable Qualität und den schlechten Service dann auch noch so viel Geld zu verlangen, ist schlichtweg frech. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist katastrophal. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

If you know one fast food restaurant, you actually know all of them. What was exciting, however, was that we were all alone in the restaurant at lunchtime. But the employee was very nice and the food was prepared quickly, as expected.

If you want a cold burger with half a piece of chicken and a drop of sauce, go there. So it's really unbelievable and I can't recommend it

Oh my gosh, how awful!!! Now I'm glad there are reviews, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get this off my chest. Totally unfriendly, not even a hint of a smile. The food was way overpriced, cold, and greasy. Even though it's on the Reeperbahn, they could keep the place a bit cleaner! I can't remember ever having such a bad meal. Not recommended....

Entered 5 minutes after midnight, waited 6 minutes in front of the counter, only to find out that it was only available for take-away as it was closing soon. Closing at 1 a.m. (Only 49 minutes left) What a shame, plus the small tables and the floor are completely dirty. Lowest level.

Bedienung versteht kaum Deutsch, Hilfe kam von einem sehr ungepflegtem Dickerem Herren. Der Laden selbst auch nicht grade Einladend. Zu Hause haben wir dann auch noch festgestellt das nicht mal das im Eimer gewesen ist was wir bestellt haben, das Fleisch selber ist total vertrocknet gewesen der Maiskolben ohne Butter und auch ausgetrocknet. Preis Leistung steht dort nicht im Verhältniss. Der Laden ist wohl nur drauf ausgerichtet am Wochenende Touristen und Angetrunkene Abzuzocken. Nie wieder

The store only survives because of the location, everything else sucks... Ordered a burger from the machine, got a message on the receipt. Oops, something went wrong. At the checkout I felt less quaotic now... Burger was okay but could be better...

I ordered a buckit fries and cola for 22.39€ clear fries and sloppy chicken completely cold. There was no cola at all. Let the camel driver suffocate on the pesi behind the braids. Sry but not only the city but also this KFC gave me the rest.

Very small hot wings and way too salty. We often go to KFC but you should avoid the one on the Reeperbahn.

It's a chain restaurant, so you broadly know what to expect. This one was particularly clean and orderly, the food came out fresh and tasted great. The manager spotted us as tourists and was quick to offer us a hand and was genuinely sweet. Excellent vegan options versus what's available in the UK.

Food was cold and had probably been on the shelf for a while. The staff was there and very busy. Otherwise it was very unclean there. The great thing was the toilet, in front of it sat a very large, strong man playing on his cell phone. You had to pay €1 to use it. But it could have at least been clean, there were organic residues stuck to the toilet and the walls, horrible! When I pointed it out to him he said it was clean. Oh my god don't think about it!

First of all it's very busy place, due to the Reeper Bahn . The outside area of shop is not safe The WC is paid The cooking time is high and there is not enough staff.

Had a delivery from KFC today and all we can say is "never again". The food was cold and tough and the burgers were carelessly thrown together. The fries weren't even remotely seasoned and were limp, as if they had been defrosted next to the deep fryer. Absolutely no recommendation, there are really better ones, even in the immediate vicinity.

Thank you Mo and Taher and the team, I ordered something online in Harburg yesterday, then it was ordered from Reeperbahn.. I then called and the employee (Taher) said it could be picked up tomorrow.. Here today and everything is fine. Great team.. That's how it should be

Only 2 orders on the screen, yet our food was cold when we received it, with missing items. I was in the restaurant for about 50 minutes and the table beside us which was covered in crispy batter crumbs wasn’t cleaned. The floor is also disgusting. I didn’t bother going to the toilet because if the restaurant is that dirty, I’d probably need a tetanus shot after using.

Unfreundlich, Deutschenfeindlich, kaltes Essen, dreckiger Laden... dass der Laden noch nicht geschlossen wurde. Kein Geld an diese Leute verschwenden, lieber den Obdachlosen geben. Hat den gleichen Effekt.

Today June 22, 2024, the toilets are closed. Zero hygiene overall. The staff is a disaster. I didn't even have the guts to eat here and have my order canceled!!!!

Incredible! In front of me was a lady who obviously had drug problems, i.e. a junkie. After ordering, she begged the staff for more chicken to share. Because said lady acting like a little child, the staff gave her several pieces of chicken and other things for FREE. After complaining, I was ignored and blocked, only to continue interacting and arguing with the lady. Instead of sending them away, true ones are given out for free and other guests are ignored. Not only did I feel badly treated, but I also felt ripped off. After such unfriendliness and the preference for unkempt junkies, I will definitely never go here again.

Honestly. I don't need that again. Chicken wings were ok. The sauces and the cole slaw weren't really to the point of being inedible. Service seemed a bit overwhelmed. Ambience is really just sustenance.

I don't recommend you go at all unless you want to sit at home with a terrible stomachache and nausea and diarrhea. I was there yesterday and if I could I would even rate the service with 0. The staff are unfriendly, the food was apparently so bad that it gave me food poisoning and I've been sitting around in the hospital since last night.

3 times kids menu without toys! In other KFCs there is usually a small voucher or a drink as a bonus. The parts for the children were all too spicy - we don't know that either. So don't go there with children anymore

Can't be put into words. Food cold toilet and seat possibility of everything sticking. If you don't want to spend the next day in the toilet, go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I didn't like it very much. The service wasn't really friendly, the tray inside for the tablets was overflowing and my chicken pieces were unfortunately only lukewarm if at all. So there is still plenty of room for improvement.

My previous review was deleted, which I wrote years ago on a school trip...(2018) Apparently because it couldn't be assigned to any customer. I can only repeat what happened years ago. "Service was very nice and everything but my dish was almost cold and wobbly (chizza)" It looked like it had been lying there for a long time because why should it have been cold and wobbly I find it unbelievable that they want to have a review deleted years ago and on the grounds that they cannot assign it to a customer. No wonder if you want to address it after 6 years. Because only constructive criticism is allowed here. I'm absolutely not thrilled with this Don't go to KFC anymore
