Fries were old and sticky, burgers had hardly any sauce and the wrong way around, the drink wasn't nearly full and you couldn't refill it yourself like everywhere else. The upper floor is closed, including the toilets. Always a queue in front of the disabled toilet. Atmosphere very cold

Had a delivery from KFC today and all we can say is "never again". The food was cold and tough and the burgers were carelessly thrown together. The fries weren't even remotely seasoned and were limp, as if they had been defrosted next to the deep fryer. Absolutely no recommendation, there are really better ones, even in the immediate vicinity.

First of all it's very busy place, due to the Reeper Bahn . The outside area of shop is not safe The WC is paid The cooking time is high and there is not enough staff.

Nice stuff, nice party food. Vegetarians have a hard time.

The chicken was undercooked and the skin was soggy. Hamburgers stink. French fries have been baked for a long time. I really want to throw away food. Even if I starve to death, I will never come here. Is the headquarters providing chicken education? Please come to your senses!!

Thank you Mo and Taher and the team, I ordered something online in Harburg yesterday, then it was ordered from Reeperbahn.. I then called and the employee (Taher) said it could be picked up tomorrow.. Here today and everything is fine. Great team.. That's how it should be

Only 2 orders on the screen, yet our food was cold when we received it, with missing items. I was in the restaurant for about 50 minutes and the table beside us which was covered in crispy batter crumbs wasn’t cleaned. The floor is also disgusting. I didn’t bother going to the toilet because if the restaurant is that dirty, I’d probably need a tetanus shot after using.

Unfreundlich, Deutschenfeindlich, kaltes Essen, dreckiger Laden... dass der Laden noch nicht geschlossen wurde. Kein Geld an diese Leute verschwenden, lieber den Obdachlosen geben. Hat den gleichen Effekt.

Today June 22, 2024, the toilets are closed. Zero hygiene overall. The staff is a disaster. I didn't even have the guts to eat here and have my order canceled!!!!

Incredible! In front of me was a lady who obviously had drug problems, i.e. a junkie. After ordering, she begged the staff for more chicken to share. Because said lady acting like a little child, the staff gave her several pieces of chicken and other things for FREE. After complaining, I was ignored and blocked, only to continue interacting and arguing with the lady. Instead of sending them away, true ones are given out for free and other guests are ignored. Not only did I feel badly treated, but I also felt ripped off. After such unfriendliness and the preference for unkempt junkies, I will definitely never go here again.

Honestly. I don't need that again. Chicken wings were ok. The sauces and the cole slaw weren't really to the point of being inedible. Service seemed a bit overwhelmed. Ambience is really just sustenance.

I don't recommend you go at all unless you want to sit at home with a terrible stomachache and nausea and diarrhea. I was there yesterday and if I could I would even rate the service with 0. The staff are unfriendly, the food was apparently so bad that it gave me food poisoning and I've been sitting around in the hospital since last night.

The fact that animals had to die for the tasteless cardboard that you sell as 'food' is a shame for humanity. The toilets were also broken.

My 2nd time at KFC. Was pretty disappointing. Chicken dry, cheaply seasoned. Fries dry. Amount of dip too small. I'll probably have to press another Hesburger next time (:

3 times kids menu without toys! In other KFCs there is usually a small voucher or a drink as a bonus. The parts for the children were all too spicy - we don't know that either. So don't go there with children anymore

Can't be put into words. Food cold toilet and seat possibility of everything sticking. If you don't want to spend the next day in the toilet, go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I didn't like it very much. The service wasn't really friendly, the tray inside for the tablets was overflowing and my chicken pieces were unfortunately only lukewarm if at all. So there is still plenty of room for improvement.

My previous review was deleted, which I wrote years ago on a school trip...(2018) Apparently because it couldn't be assigned to any customer. I can only repeat what happened years ago. "Service was very nice and everything but my dish was almost cold and wobbly (chizza)" It looked like it had been lying there for a long time because why should it have been cold and wobbly I find it unbelievable that they want to have a review deleted years ago and on the grounds that they cannot assign it to a customer. No wonder if you want to address it after 6 years. Because only constructive criticism is allowed here. I'm absolutely not thrilled with this Don't go to KFC anymore

It's just a KFC. It was very clean for the location and we were the only guests. Portions for the price were a joke. Employees had nothing to do and were standing around, but they were nice! There was a homeless man lying in front of the store, on the other side you could see three junkies who were also presenting their cutlery. Little culture shock :D

KFC would not have become so well known with its classic dishes. Others can do that much better

The meat wasn't really crunchy but what annoyed me the most was that despite ordering I had to pay €1 for using the toilet... after a €30 bucket that's a bit cheeky...

Went there today, April 27, 24, different prices at the door than at the counter, after that nothing is ready and the cashier goes to the back and slaps the chicken piece onto the overfilled roll halves and wraps the whole thing in wrapping paper without gloves. It couldn't be more disgusting... The taste is not great at all!

Food was burned, really small cuts were considered as a piece, we ordered the bucket 8 pieces, twice , and food hardly filled half of the bucket . The place was so dirty that we had to wipe the chairs and the table.. we love to eat KFC, but that place had nothing to do with it. I sometimes crave a meal from KFC( not from this branch). But I find myself thinking of this place and then i can't force myself to eat it.

Was there on Saturday evening around 2230h! Two people behind the counter! Both on cell phones! Store empty! Tables totally greasy and rubbish on the tables! The floor was also very dirty. Unfortunately, I can't prove my experience with a receipt that I was on site at the time mentioned 🥲.

I would like to give more, but the experience was very disappointing, it was the second time in my life that I was in a KFC because it's way too expensive in Switzerland and only at the airports. The food was lukewarm... All the sauces were forgotten, and when they gave it afterwards they said they had given it and a bucket of sauce is pathetic... An entire menu was forgotten... The fries were forgotten in the other menu... No salt, no refreshing towels (we had to request these later) They got wobbly very quickly... Maybe it was because we asked for our things a few times. They confiscated the receipt from us so that we could no longer show what was missing. Very unfriendly employees, seemed very stressed. Unclean restaurant and no open toilets, had to use the broken one across the street. Absolutely no customer friendliness would not recommend this restaurant, go somewhere else. So something like that really can't be true At least the milkshake was okay.

Honestly, I don't know where to start :/ Food was cold full of oil and inedible. Half of the order was canceled and the employee claims that he gave it to me beforehand with poor conversion 😂. The employees were unfriendly anyway. Finally, I had to pay money to wash my hands and use the toilet but I still couldn't after I paid and I can't get the money back because the sinks and toilet were super disgusting and dirty like I've never seen in my life!! It was all horror movies to me Under no circumstances would I recommend…

Unfortunately no coleslaw and with the bucket I had the feeling that there were different pieces of chicken from different preparation times...unfortunately it was hardly crispy.

Nothing is better than getting fried chicken after spending whole evening drinking. Food was exeptionally bad , although it should have a certain quality. Service is questionable, because you order everting though a terminal, but bathrooms are controlled and paid - I found it absolutely unacceptable to pay for using a toilet in a restaurant, even if it goes to someone’s personal pocket, it is really bad practice. And lastly, there is nothing more desperate than KFC on Friday midnight when homeless are chilling outside.

Out of 100 times i've been there they never got anything right. One time they forgot the sauce or the wrong one, then they forget the burger. Always check what you get!!!

The food is good and warm, sometimes the staff is not in a good mood but otherwise everything is fine. It's a shame that the upper floor is closed.

Addendum: Due to the fact that a recession appears to be reported months later ("The complainant argues that the evaluation violates his personal rights."), I will now comment in more detail: I was there in the evening with a colleague. Because of my hearing impairment, I had to ask the employee several times. After the third time I asked, I was told not to hold up the whole store. The food was then slammed onto the tray and very briskly pushed into my hands. The food was beyond greasy and when I asked for another wet wipe I was told "there was one". For this reason this review! I was in a branch years ago and the fries weren't cooked through. Original recession: Well, as in all branches, unfortunately there is no friendly staff and the food is still okay as an “emergency meal”!

I delivered in the evening via the homepage kfc.de. The Wolt driver was actually there in the afternoon, when we weren't even at home. The manager then blamed me and refused to deliver again that evening.

Das Lokal ist dreckig und verschmutzt, die obere Etage mit WC war versperrt, die Hot Wings absolut unterirdisch, lagen vermutlich seit Tagen in der Theke schlechtester KFC meines lebens

Ist halt nen Fastfood Restaurant. ABER: ich wurde hier IMMER mega freundlich, großzügig und kulant bedient! "Der Filialleiter hat es einfach drauf " möchte ich mal so salopp sagen. Kundenzufrieden scheint hier höchstes Gut. Bleibt bitte so!

Gute Aussicht und zum Aufwärmen fantastisch! Ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. Das Essen war ranzig, kalt und völlig überteuert. Da schmeckt die tote Taube auf der Reeperbahn besser. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr nett. Die können auch nichts für diesen räudigen Laden. Ich komm nicht wieder.

Das Essen ist halt typisch KFC: kann man mögen, oder auch nicht. Da es häufig Wellen mit großem Andrang haben, werden Getränke manchmal schon vorab abgefüllt. Da ist dann oft weniger Kohlensäure drin, wenn die Becher schon ne Weile stehen . Im doppellstöckigen Lokal ist eigentlich viel Platz, aber es ist nicht wirklich gemütlich, da permanent Wellen von Leute kommen und aufs Klo rennen. Dort wartet dann mindestens ein Aufpasser, der die Besucher darauf hinweist, dass der Toilettenbesuch für Nicht-Gäste 1€ kostet. Bei dem meist angetrunken Klientel sind die Dialoge manchmal echtes Comedy-Gold. Durch genau dieses Klientel sind viele Möbel auch nicht mehr im besten Zustand und trotz Security tummeln sich da die komischsten Gestalten (total betrunken, auf Drogen, etc.). Der Laden ist wohl auch nicht zum längeren Verweilen designt, denn es gibt kein WLAN und auch Steckdosen sucht man dort lange vergebens (ich habe nur eine entdeckt). Die Bedienung am Counter war nett und hat schnell und flexibel auf die meisten Gästewünsche reagiert.

Preislich sehr übertrieben und geschmacklich ne Katastrophe. Für mich war es das Erste und letzte Mal im KFC.

An anderen Orten ist das Ambiente schöner. Essen wie üblich gut.

Man musste 20 Minuten auf sein Essen warten, chrispy Nuggets waren nicht chrispy sehr labberig und die Toiletten waren sehr dreckig.

Erstes Mal in meinem Leben bei KFC. Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf eine natürliche und unaufdringlich Art, absolut sympathische Ausstrahlung. So stell ich mir Service vor. Essen schön warm und total lecker. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Auch beim zweiten Besuch in Hamburg extra zu diesen KFC gegangen.

KFC eben.. lecker wie immer..vor allem der Amarena Kirschshake..und natürlich der Reeperbahnflair.

Ich frage mich allen ernstes wie KFC seine Preise rechtfertigt. An der Qualität kann es nicht liegen. Wenn ich KFC von vor 10 Jahren Vergleiche und heute wie z.b. auf der Reeperbahn dann war das Essen heute kalt, die Hähnschenteile trocken und alles in allem viel zu teuer. Ich werde KFC künftig meiden.
