What a bad shop, employees listless and unfriendly. Nothing going on at midnight on Thursday and nothing happened. Canceled my order after 20 minutes

Entered 5 minutes after midnight, waited 6 minutes in front of the counter, only to find out that it was only available for take-away as it was closing soon. Closing at 1 a.m. (Only 49 minutes left) What a shame, plus the small tables and the floor are completely dirty. Lowest level.

Bad organization. Service bad. Staff completely overwhelmed and completely understaffed. Orders incorrect and €1 toilet fee for what is consumed here is a complete disgrace.

The shop is really dirty, the toilet is locked so you don't have to clean it, according to the employees, not enough staff present, long waits for food. Never the store again.

Bedienung versteht kaum Deutsch, Hilfe kam von einem sehr ungepflegtem Dickerem Herren. Der Laden selbst auch nicht grade Einladend. Zu Hause haben wir dann auch noch festgestellt das nicht mal das im Eimer gewesen ist was wir bestellt haben, das Fleisch selber ist total vertrocknet gewesen der Maiskolben ohne Butter und auch ausgetrocknet. Preis Leistung steht dort nicht im Verhältniss. Der Laden ist wohl nur drauf ausgerichtet am Wochenende Touristen und Angetrunkene Abzuzocken. Nie wieder

The store only survives because of the location, everything else sucks... Ordered a burger from the machine, got a message on the receipt. Oops, something went wrong. At the checkout I felt less quaotic now... Burger was okay but could be better...

I thought after the disappointment of the city of Hamburg, KFC would at least be the usual thing that works! No, unfortunately not. I ordered a buckit fries and cola for 22.39€ clear fries and sloppy chicken completely cold. There was no cola at all. Let the camel driver suffocate on the pesi behind the braids. Sry but not only the city but also this KFC gave me the rest.

Very small hot wings and way too salty. We often go to KFC but you should avoid the one on the Reeperbahn.

It's a chain restaurant, so you broadly know what to expect. This one was particularly clean and orderly, the food came out fresh and tasted great. The manager spotted us as tourists and was quick to offer us a hand and was genuinely sweet. Excellent vegan options versus what's available in the UK.

Food was cold and had probably been on the shelf for a while. The staff was there and very busy. Otherwise it was very unclean there. The great thing was the toilet, in front of it sat a very large, strong man playing on his cell phone. You had to pay €1 to use it. But it could have at least been clean, there were organic residues stuck to the toilet and the walls, horrible! When I pointed it out to him he said it was clean. Oh my god don't think about it!

Terrible that they can’t pay via card at 01:38 a.m!!! Only cash, what a shame! I think the employees are lying, seemed like they would like to earn some private cashes!!! What a shame! Had a delivery from KFC today and all we can say is "never again". The food was cold and tough and the burgers were carelessly thrown together. The fries weren't even remotely seasoned and were limp, as if they had been defrosted next to the deep fryer. Absolutely no recommendation, there are really better ones, even in the immediate vicinity.

Only 2 orders on the screen, yet our food was cold when we received it, with missing items. I was in the restaurant for about 50 minutes and the table beside us which was covered in crispy batter crumbs wasn’t cleaned. The floor is also disgusting. I didn’t bother going to the toilet because if the restaurant is that dirty, I’d probably need a tetanus shot after using.

Thank you Mo and Taher and the team, I ordered something online in Harburg yesterday, then it was ordered from Reeperbahn.. I then called and the employee (Taher) said it could be picked up tomorrow.. Here today and everything is fine. Great team.. That's how it should be

Today June 22, 2024, the toilets are closed. Zero hygiene overall. The staff is a disaster. I didn't even have the guts to eat here and have my order canceled!!!!

Incredible! In front of me was a lady who obviously had drug problems, i.e. a junkie. After ordering, she begged the staff for more chicken to share. Because said lady acting like a little child, the staff gave her several pieces of chicken and other things for FREE. After complaining, I was ignored and blocked, only to continue interacting and arguing with the lady. Instead of sending them away, true ones are given out for free and other guests are ignored. Not only did I feel badly treated, but I also felt ripped off. After such unfriendliness and the preference for unkempt junkies, I will definitely never go here again.

Honestly. I don't need that again. Chicken wings were ok. The sauces and the cole slaw weren't really to the point of being inedible. Service seemed a bit overwhelmed. Ambience is really just sustenance.

3 times kids menu without toys! In other KFCs there is usually a small voucher or a drink as a bonus. The parts for the children were all too spicy - we don't know that either. So don't go there with children anymore

Can't be put into words. Food cold toilet and seat possibility of everything sticking. If you don't want to spend the next day in the toilet, go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I didn't like it very much. The service wasn't really friendly, the tray inside for the tablets was overflowing and my chicken pieces were unfortunately only lukewarm if at all. So there is still plenty of room for improvement.

My previous review was deleted, which I wrote years ago on a school trip...(2018) Apparently because it couldn't be assigned to any customer. I can only repeat what happened years ago. "Service was very nice and everything but my dish was almost cold and wobbly (chizza)" It looked like it had been lying there for a long time because why should it have been cold and wobbly I find it unbelievable that they want to have a review deleted years ago and on the grounds that they cannot assign it to a customer. It's just a KFC. It was very clean for the location and we were the only guests. Portions for the price were a joke. Employees had nothing to do and were standing around, but they were nice! There was a homeless man lying in front of the store, on the other side you could see three junkies who were also presenting their cutlery. Little culture shock :D

Went there today, April 27, 24, different prices at the door than at the counter, after that nothing is ready and the cashier goes to the back and slaps the chicken piece onto the overfilled roll halves and wraps the whole thing in wrapping paper without gloves. It couldn't be more disgusting... The taste is not great at all!

Food was burned, really small cuts were considered as a piece, we ordered the bucket 8 pieces, twice , and food hardly filled half of the bucket . The place was so dirty that we had to wipe the chairs and the table.. we love to eat KFC, but that place had nothing to do with it. I sometimes crave a meal from KFC( not from this branch). But I find myself thinking of this place and then i can't force myself to eat it.

Honestly, I don't know where to start :/ Food was cold full of oil and inedible. Half of the order was canceled and the employee claims that he gave it to me beforehand with poor conversion 😂. The employees were unfriendly anyway. Was there on Saturday evening around 2230h! Two people behind the counter! Both on cell phones! Store empty! Tables totally greasy and rubbish on the tables! The floor was also very dirty. Unfortunately, I can't prove my experience with a receipt that I was on site at the time mentioned 🥲.

I would like to give more, but the experience was very disappointing, it was the second time in my life that I was in a KFC because it's way too expensive in Switzerland and only at the airports. The food was lukewarm... All the sauces were forgotten, and when they gave it afterwards they said they had given it and a bucket of sauce is pathetic... An entire menu was forgotten... The fries were forgotten in the other menu... No salt, no refreshing towels (we had to request these later) They got wobbly very quickly... Maybe it was because we asked for our things a few times. They confiscated the receipt from us so that we could no longer show what was missing. Very unfriendly employees, seemed very stressed. Unclean restaurant and no open toilets, had to use the broken one across the street. Absolutely no customer friendliness would not recommend this restaurant, go somewhere else. So something like that really can't be true At least the milkshake was okay.

Nothing is better than getting fried chicken after spending whole evening drinking. Food was exeptionally bad , although it should have a certain quality. Service is questionable, because you order everting though a terminal, but bathrooms are controlled and paid - I found it absolutely unacceptable to pay for using a toilet in a restaurant, even if it goes to someone’s personal pocket, it is really bad practice. And lastly, there is nothing more desperate than KFC on Friday midnight when homeless are chilling outside.

The food is good and warm, sometimes the staff is not in a good mood but otherwise everything is fine. It's a shame that the upper floor is closed.

Out of 100 times i've been there they never got anything right. One time they forgot the sauce or the wrong one, then they forget the burger. Always check what you get!!!

Addendum: Due to the fact that a recession appears to be reported months later ("The complainant argues that the evaluation violates his personal rights."), I will now comment in more detail: I was there in the evening with a colleague. Because of my hearing impairment, I had to ask the employee several times. After the third time I asked, I was told not to hold up the whole store. The food was then slammed onto the tray and very briskly pushed into my hands. The food was beyond greasy and when I asked for another wet wipe I was told "there was one". For this reason this review! I was in a branch years ago and the fries weren't cooked through. Original recession: Well, as in all branches, unfortunately there is no friendly staff and the food is still okay as an “emergency meal”!

I delivered in the evening via the homepage kfc.de. The Wolt driver was actually there in the afternoon, when we weren't even at home. The manager then blamed me and refused to deliver again that evening.
