Food poisoning after the BigMac menu. That was a disaster. Never again!

Went there for the last time after coincidentally getting food poisoning for the third time after the visit.

Actually good food and good service… but unfortunately Nicolas locked all the doors and locked me in including everyone else.

The food was very tasty, but… Nicolas unfortunately locked all the doors… and locked all the guests (approx. 20 people) in! So there was no escape anymore‼️

The order was ready quickly. The restaurant was clean, as was the toilet

Something is permanently forgotten in the mcdrive, whether nuggets/sauces/burgers. I go there 10-15 times a month and something is forgotten every second order... so annoying

With the “take mcees off” campaign, you’ll be lucky to get the sticker when you order. When we asked the staff, they said that they would not be stickered, but the manager had put a sticker on the bottle. So the question arises as to whether you should trust your employees. Most of the employees just ignore you, totally unfriendly for a restaurant!!!

Device off, children can't play... slide dirty sticky not child friendly...... They asked for a paper straw because employees work unhygienically without gloves, reach in when taking cups... etc... because of straws, my son was told that soft drinks are supposedly no longer available since Corona, but the child was still given a straw, but the employee was likely to listen to the rude complaining conversation... then when I called the shift manager, he gave environmental protection instead of corona as the reason... paper straw is already an environmentalist... that's why I switched from plastic straw

The working time thing was a total disaster. The online page said it was open until 1am but they closed at 11pm

Ordered via Lieferando. Waiting time 35-60 minutes ok. After 90 minutes still nothing. Now still nothing there. No one available by phone. Absolutely great

You can't reach anyone by phone. Service can be forgotten because food arrives cold or squashed. Ambience as you know it. I wouldn't order anymore because it's always a matter of luck whether the food arrives or not.

The service is completely hopeless. Today I ordered a Royal with regular meat and received it with vegan meat. After I pointed out to the staff that I had a vegan burger, my burger was felt by two women (without gloves) and then they said it was good and wanted to give it to me. When I said I wanted to speak to the boss, he replied The lady at the checkout told me that she was the boss. The staff laughed at both me and my mother and constantly joked about us. If you look at other opinions, half of the people also had unpleasant experiences with this place and the service, and the other half were bribed with a larger portion of fries 🤣 I'm completely embarrassed and I definitely can't recommend this place - the service needs to be completely changed!

When you order a Cola Mix up, you see that Cola Zero is pressed and then you are told that Mix up is only available with Zero. OK. But if you then look and see that you also get the same thing with normal Coke, talk about the whole thing again and are then told that you got normal Coke, it's simply a lie. Especially when the drink definitely tastes like Zero. Definitely no longer recommended. It used to be different

There wasn't much going on, the staff was unfriendly. Food cold, the cheese on the cheeseburger came straight from the package. Drinks were swapped. Employees were reprimanded several times by the boss. Food hygiene? Garbage trucks overflowed.

We got the kids menu and the game stuff was supposed to be sold out upon request. There were still a lot of them on the shelf When I got the hamburger there were only rolls and meatballs in it and nothing else on it.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Saleswoman (service) aggressive, spoke to other work colleagues in a foreign language - without respect for the customers. Unfortunately German can be spoken but after my question she was able to answer NO quite cheekily...

They simply can't prove citizens, every order that isn't standard is still issued with standard occupancy. I don't think I've ever gotten exactly what I ordered in the last few years.😂

The service was very helpful and super friendly. I can only recommend. The burger menu was put together very carelessly. So after 1.5 years nothing has changed. But the service can't do anything about it. Until next time 😸.

Food as always but rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's toilet.

Overall very dirty, whether chairs, tables, outdoor area and also the toilets, not really inviting and suitable for short stays.

Ordered a happy meal. There was another toy there without any notice as stated! Tables were dirty! Burger was cold. Little going on and still overwhelmed.

The shop was totally dirty on Sunday evening (04/21/24) (although not overcrowded). We first tried to roughly clean the totally sticky table (dried sauce residue, etc.) with napkins and disinfectant from the disinfectant dispensers. The staff saw it but didn't react to it. The packaging of the delivered food was also partly greasy/sticky on the outside. The returned trays were already piling up in the return cabinets, which apparently hadn't been cleared away for a long time. I'm actually used to something different from McDonald's (of course it is and remains a fast food restaurant but all the other branches I know are much cleaner). Some of the food was cold, for example my wife's sliced ​​cheese on the Big Mac hadn't even melted and the burger patties also looked very light brown. We didn't know about McDonalds either. All in all, we were happy that we were all still healthy the next day...

From two orders onwards, 15% of the food will be forgotten at Mc Drive!!! Very uncoordinated > Rude if parts were forgotten on their part. No compensation... Tested more than 10 times. Never once had a complete meal. Although there are always orders from 25 - 35 euros, that can't be the case. Not permitted because you have to check. Forgot Happy Meal - Larger and smaller burgers as soon as more than 2 are ordered, 1-2 are always missing... Sauces are forgotten by over 80%... Chicken nuggets are often given out or forgotten. 2x6 1x9 Ordered. 1x9 Forgotten. 1x9 Ordered only got 6 etc... I really enjoy eating at McDonald's, but given the poor condition it's in, I'd rather not eat there anymore.

Unfortunately the normal ice cream is far too small for the price, it used to be bigger. The fries were stale and almost cold. Hamburger Royal with cheese was also only lukewarm. I won't be going to this branch again anytime soon

Unfortunately, it's no longer what it used to be. Lately there's been a suspicious lack of ice cream or shakes. It's an open secret that the employees often do that because they don't feel like cleaning the machines. I think that's a shame and we now drive past this location regularly. The loveless composition of the burgers always makes us stop visiting this location. It's a real shame that the store has slacked off so much. Maybe one day we'll be lucky enough can get an ice cream or a shake again. Hope dies last

The delivery was delivered incorrectly (given to the supplier directly) and I was able to wait a total of 2 hours until my order arrived correctly. Let's see if it even gets through :) It's always great to reach someone over the phone

Yesterday at the drive-in counter a somewhat corpulent lady with black hair served me. She handed me my ice cream with a bad look on her face. I'm not even sure if she had even spit in it. When she then reacted completely annoyed because I wanted a 2 spoon and I asked her what was wrong, she slammed the sliding window shut in my face. If the lady doesn't like her job then she should work as something else. A few fewer burgers at mealtime and a diet would also do her good. The boss should definitely look for new staff, otherwise she will scare away even more customers.

If you order via Lieferando it takes forever for the food to arrive. You can't reach anyone by phone and there are few employees on site who speak normal German

The coldest restaurant I have ever experienced. There is never any heating here. All customers sit in the lobby with thick jackets. Savings are being made at the wrong end at the expense of the customers.

The McDonalds is no longer the real deal. I've been waiting for my order for more than 1 1/2 hours even though I live about 10 minutes away. The wrong phone number is listed on the Internet. That was definitely my last order. Terrible!

Not exactly service-oriented when you are told at the checkout that you should have ordered at the ordering terminal, but that, exceptionally and mercifully, you will be served at the checkout. That was only topped by the sticky, almost cold fries. Next time they will go back, as will the lukewarm burgers... a disgrace.

It's always a disaster. Apart from what you order and get and what can be seen in the pictures. The staff is so unfriendly. Nobody greets you but everyone looks at you. You stand there with your number in your hand and from the farthest corner out of nowhere comes a “Did you pay?”, that’s it. It is not an isolated case at this McDonald's, unfortunately it is always the case that staff need training in guest service and guest satisfaction.

It's always freezing cold, the air conditioning is running in cold weather, you don't necessarily feel comfortable!

I'm shocked! It's freezing cold in the building, we haven't even taken our hats off. Employees have to work for hours in the cold. It's -6 degrees outside and there's no heating! You don't seriously expect that the employees can serve customers in a friendly and happy manner?? And yet we had nice service. Create humane working conditions for the MA!!!

Eiskalt im Laden, lädt nicht zum Sitzen ein. Dreckige Tische wo man hin sieht. Und am Nachbartisch hatte Jemand ein Haar im Burger. Habe mich gefragt wie das da hin kommen konnte 🤔 Reklamation und zack einen neuen Burger bekommen. 👍 Personal stritt unschön mit einer Kundin über Werbung für Monopoly. Auch wir hätten einen Gewinn laut Verpackung gehabt, der Aufkleber war auch auf unserer Verpackung vergessen worden zu entfernen.

Wir sind öfter in dem MC Donalds und hatten nehmen positiven leider auch negative Erlebnisse. Am schlechtesten ist leider die Temperatur im Laden. Besonders im Winter, aber eigentlich durchgängig, ist es hier so kalt, dass man kaum es kaum ohne Jacke schaffe, vor Ort zu essen. Zum aufwärmen hat aber die Belegschaft ein Heißluftgerät bekommen (siehe Foto). Leider kommt es häufiger vor, dass Pommes nicht frisch und schon kalt sind. Insbesondere auch im Mc Drive. Dort wurden auch einmal Pommes auch einfach nicht gewürzt aber trotzdem mitgegeben. Auf Nachfrage, war das durchaus bewusst und es wurden Salztüten mitgegeben. Schließlich ist der Boden leider manchmal so rutschig, dass man aufpassen muss, nicht auszurutschen. Das Personal war bisher allerdings freundlich und es ist relativ sauber.

Am Drive in bestellt und wieder wurden Sachen vergessen. Diesmal waren es die Nuggets im Happy Meal, unfassbar und es scheint dort eine Masche zu sein die Kunden über den Tisch zu ziehen.

Halt ein Mc. Donalds. Nichts herausragendes. Allerdings ist das Personal erfrischend freundlich.

Mcdonalds ist nicht nur ein fast food restaurant es ist ein Erlebnis, eine Erfahrung die nur mit positiven Worten beschrieben werden kann. Als Mc donalds Conisseur war ich heute jedoch schockiert als ich in meinen BigTasty biss. Das Produkt war trocken und schmeckte als läge er schon Tagelang rum. Möget ihr euch besser um dem wunderbaren unternehmen welches Mcdonalds ist keine Schande zu bringen. Pfui!

Klassischer McDonald's mit moderner Ausstattung. Das Essen wurde schnell zu den Tischen gebracht und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Mcdonald ist Mcdonald, Sie sind auf der Suche nach einem Burger, aber es kann eine Weile dauern, bis das Personal knapp ist.

Meine geehrten Damen und Herren. In meiner Wahrnehmung waren die Apfeltaschen vorzüglich. Es war ein Genuss diese zu verspeisen. Diese hochwertigen Apfeltaschen haben wir von dem Mitarbeiter mit dem Kussmund-Tattoo auf dem Hals zu verdanken. Empfehlung auf Mitarbeiter des Monats und ebenfalls des Jahres. Er hat mir meinen Tag erneut versüßt.

Lecker, die Mitarbeiterin fühlt ihre Trinkflasche am Sprite Automaten auf. Wo sie schön ihre angesabberte Flasche an die Düse des Ausschanks hält. Wo die Gäste ihre Sprite erhalten. Sauberkeit null.

Etwas versteckt hinter einer Tankstelle aber dadurch hört man die stark befahrene Hauptstraße nicht, selbst auf der Terrasse erstaunlich ruhig

Der Big Mac war köstlich und die nette Dame hat mir eine riesengroße Portion Pommes gebracht. Freundlich, sauber und lecker. Verstehe die schlechten Rezensionen hier nicht.

Bei Schließung etwas ungeordnet

Lieferung über Lieferando ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Annahme der Bestellung dauert stellenweise länger als die eigentlich angegebene Lieferzeit. Rekord, von Bestellung bis eintreffen 1.1/2 Std.

Wir war für Frühstück. Sehr schnell war die Frühstück vorbereitet.

Also… es ist ein McD… jeder weiß: McDonald‘s ist Gift! ☠️ … aber der Schokokuchen war sehr köstlich und für n Kaffee, oder ggf. das WC ist ein McDonald’s immer gut zu haben 🙈 Abgesehen davon; ich bin hier sehr freundlichem Personal begegnet, das hat mich sehr erfreut 😄 vielen Dank

War gut und schnell. Restaurant sauber.

Die Bestellung am Terminal bzw. Automaten ist extrem nervig. Nicht jeder Kunde ist für solch einen modernen Kram geeignet bzw. zu haben...

Essen hält wie immer und überall. Personal bemüht aber leider sehr häufig mit Versäumnissen beim Bereitstellen der Waren - ganz oft fehlt ärgerlicherweise etwas. Hinterhoflage unattraktiv zwischen Waschanlage, OBI und Tanke an belebter Hauptstrasse "off-track"...

Nichts besonderes, außer das es untypisch etwas versteckt hinter einer Tankstelle liegt. Ansonsten alles OK.

Schließe mich dem Vorredner an, irgendwie ist es hier zu dunkel und nicht gerade einladend. Personal stark mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Aussenbereich stark verdreckt. Mach nicht wirklich Spaß:-(
