McDonald's in Hamburg

- Türen wurden (kurz vor Schließung) verschlossen obwohl der Laden mit Gästen voll war (Fluchtwege versperrt). - Essen eher kalt als warm - mehrere Bestellungen vergessen und seeeeeeehr lange Wartezeit ! - statt den Kunden zu bedienen wurden eher Toiletten geputzt.

Sehr unfreundlichen Personal. Spricht nur gebrochen deutsch. In den Getränken zu viel Eis und Haare. Die Burger trocken. Die Becher wurden an der Kante mit einem schmutzigen Tuch abgewischt. Dieses Restaurant war mal gut. Aber jetzt ist es ...... Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!!!! 🤬

Bei der Bestellung über Lieferando einfach Nuggets vergessen und danach einfach nicht erreichbar. So gehts nicht.

Saftladen. Wenn ich 30 Min auf eine Portion Nuggets warten möchte, kann ich auch ins Restaurant gehen

Tische und Boden total dreckig Essen ok

Die Bestellung wurde vorne bezahlt und dann wurde die Bestellung einfach vergessen und nach dem Kassenbon gefragt obwohl wir eine Nr auf dem Tisch hatten die der Verkäufer uns als Wartenummer gab. Beim Kunden daneben war es das selbe. Wir sitzen hier schon ne halbe Stunde und warten auf vergessenes Essen . Beim Drive in läuft es anscheinend besser.

Freches Personal, schlecht beraten, Fußboden dreckig und rutschig. Essen kalt. Öfters mal fehlende Burger über McDrive und zuhause erst gemerkt.

Die Unterkunft ist im Allgemeinen gut, bräuchte aber ein paar Reinigungsarbeiten.

Sehr dreckig, Schichtleiterin unhöflich, Essen nicht frisch. Es bring nichts Burger frisch zu machen, wenn das Fleisch ewig im Warmhalter liegt und schmeckt wie ein Stück Leder. 8.mai. 2026 17:00

Das Restaurant war sauber, und das Essen wurde heiß serviert – ein Zeichen dafür, dass es frisch zubereitet war. Der Kaffee kam in einer vollen Tasse, nicht wie in manchen McDonald’s-Filialen, wo oft nur etwa die Hälfte eingeschenkt wird. Dazu hatte ich Mango-Kuchen. Es waren viele Kinder und Jugendliche da, aber man hat es kaum bemerkt, da sie ruhig waren, nicht herumgelaufen sind, nicht geschrien oder mit dem Essen gespielt haben. Sehr gut erzogen.

Leider muss mein Essen schlecht gewesen sein oder der Milchshake!!! Daraufhin habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen, wo man mir sagte das so etwas nicht vorkommen kann und nicht am Restaurant liegen würde. Das war mein letzter Besuch bei Mc Donalds. Alleine wegen dem schlechten Lebensmittel und dann noch so eine unkulante Weise. Unfassbar von so einem Konzern.

Leider einer der schlechtesten McDonald’s. Er ist sehr dreckig, die Toiletten ebenfalls. Das Essen - wie überall. Der Boden klebrig und die Tische leider auch dreckig.

Es war laut aber das Essen war ok.

Mega schlecht Öffnungszeiten bis 1 Uhr und die Türen sind um 23:30 zu... Drive ist geöffnet und man soll zu Fuß zwischen lauter Autos dort bestellen... Noch nie sowas erlebt und sehr verantwortungslos

Heute wurde erneut die Bestellung nicht kommplett verpackt. Man muss auch wenn, man im Restaurant zum Mitnehmen bestellt, die Bestellung gleich selbst kontrollieren. Vertrauen ist nicht mehr..... Sehr schade.

Selten so einen ungepflegten Eindruck erlebt. Der Gastraum war extrem dreckig – der Boden so verschmutzt, dass man kaum treten wollte. Überall lagen Essensreste und es wurde offensichtlich längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Die Toiletten waren ebenfalls in einem absolut unhygienischen Zustand. So etwas ist in einem Restaurant schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Die Bedienung wirkte desinteressiert und wenig motiviert. Statt sich um Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu kümmern, hatte man eher das Gefühl, dass es niemanden interessiert. Hier besteht dringend Handlungsbedarf.

Bei jedem Besuch im MC Drive fehlt essen in der Bestellung , immer!! Das Personal kommt lustlos und müde rüber.. Wenn alle so arbeiten würden , wäre die Wirtschaft zugrunde!

Schlechter McDonald’s macht kein Spaß hier zu essen wir als V9Erz sehen das als unser Café kommt hier besser nicht vorbei Olm 21149 Gefahr Toxisch Energie ⛓️‍💥⛓️‍💥 die Ketten wurden durchbrochen🥶 !!

Also nach 5 min steht abholbereit … aber trotzdem wartet man dann noch ca 15 min … reine verarsche damit sie ihre Geschwindigkeit einhalten auf Papier … für Kunden mehr als verwirrend … das ist jetzt das dritte Mal hier passiert .

Habe heute um 16:00 über lieferando Essen bestellt,und seit 17:00 steht da , Bestellung ist fast bei dir. Telefonisch erreicht man niemanden und 60€ sind weg vom Konto. Echt traurig und null zu empfehlen. Möchte gerne mein Geld wieder haben . Vielen Dank für nichts. P.s selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Heute gegen 16 Uhr reine Bestellung aufgegeben: 3x friends Menü, 1x Happy mal und 1x chickenburger extra. Während der Wartezeit habe ich 2x den Schichtleiter? Zu einer Mitarbeiterin sagen hören: "Diese große Bestellung jetzt nicht machen, mach lieber diese kleinen schnell." Dies führte dazu, dass ich knapp 20 Minuten auf meine ausser Haus Bestellung warten musste. Zu Hause musste ich dann feststellen, dass 1 Royal TS, der ohne Käse und ohne Soße sein sollte (Aufkleber war auf der Verpackung) beides enthielt und der Chickenburger fehlte. Dies passiert seit dem Francisewechsel 2023 regelmäßig, selbst wenn der Laden kaum besucht ist dauern Bestellungen nie unter 15 min, wenn es mehr als 1 Menü ist. Die Bestellung inhouse ist ebenfalls regelmäßig unvollständig.

Sehr unfreundlichen Personal leider. Man merkt ihnen an, dass sie nur arbeiten ohne Freude.

Dafür, dass das Essen viel zu teuer ist, können die Menschen die hier arbeiten nichts! Freundliche Bedienung haben die aber drauf! Und das macht dann eben auch wieder Freude!!

Pommes und Burger kalt. Ich habe mich an den am wenigsten dreckigen Tisch gesetzt und trotzdem war es eklig. Im Kinderbereich war kein Licht und auch dort war es irgendwie eklig.

Waren heute zur Mittagszeit da. Die Dame an der Kasse und am Dive waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war schnell fertig. Bei anderwn McDonalds ist es öffters so wenn man doch was anderes möchte sie sofort anfangen zu stöhnen oder die augen verdrehen. Aber die Dame heute war sehr nett. Vielen dank. Dieser McDonalds ist sehr zu empfehlen.

There's no water in the changing room!! Nothing at all!!! Is this a joke, people?

A classic McDonald's. Not gourmet food, but you shouldn't expect that from a chain restaurant. The staff are friendly, service is fast, the drive-thru is available, but it's very cramped. Plenty of parking is available.

The cleanliness between the guests and the serving of meals leaves much to be desired. The tables aren't cleaned regularly, and the leftover carts are also overflowing. Otherwise, it's just a McDonald's.

A wide variety of dishes. The staff is also friendly. Perfect for a quick stop.

The last straw. The franchisee's license should be revoked. Delivery times are only displayed after the order has been placed. 1.5 hours for three burgers, which are then delivered cold and soggy, is excessive. Especially when you're walking past the restaurant and it's quiet. Then they just have to hire more staff, but for the price, it's not worth it if you get cold mush. I can only advise everyone not to order delivery from here.

My food was cold and only arrived after 30 minutes, and had something sticky in it and I didn't get a replacement

We were there with eight people just before closing time. We still received first-class, professional service. Everything was freshly brought to the table. Great staff. 👍

Fries were so fresh, the staff were really friendly, it was super fast and it was just fun to have something to eat quickly

Mc drive-thru, cold burgers, happy meal toys are missing or burgers that you paid for are missing, employees can't work together as soon as there are more than 1-2 people processing the order, pure chaos and everything is missing, on top of that it takes a long time and the food is cold! If you can, drive further up the B73, the next McDonald's is max. 10 minutes away and it's 1000 times better! The franchise should be ashamed of itself for giving someone like that the rights to a McDonald's! It's unworthy of them! Stay away from this McDonald's!

If it were possible, I would give it 0 stars. The one star is just for having a parking space. The branch itself is very dirty, the toilets are very dirty/germ-filled... And the burgers weren't up to Mecces standards. This branch manages to make a simple cheeseburger taste like nothing. I tried eating at Mecces again after a long time, but I'm thinking about giving it a miss. It would be best to order an inspection of the branch...

What a shockingly filthy place. The restrooms are disgusting and probably full of germs. I've never seen mold in a hand dryer. There's no toilet paper, and the floors are filthy. The trash cans are overflowing, and everything is sticky. There's a mess under the coffee machine in the mc Café. But... the burgers were fresh and delicious.

We ordered takeout and left without checking because of the large order. Unfortunately, several (!) items were missing, and no one answered the phone. So, our money was gone... and so were we in the long run.

It seems a bit dingy... unfortunately, you won't get a smile from the staff here. Everyone seems very annoyed.

Today, they've reached a new level...it's never been this bad. None of the burgers were packaged properly, the fries (large portion) were half full and therefore contained less than a small fry. And of course, something was forgotten again, accidentally, of course. This was truly the last time.👍👍

It's a McDonald's. Staff are nice and plenty of space to sit indoors and outdoors.

Food was delivered quickly. The store was dirty, with trash littering every corner. Some teenagers took their electric scooters into the store and rode them around... Not to mention the way they talked to the lady at the counter, who just wanted to do her job...

Well, MC Donalds has gone down quite a bit and the prices are crazy too. I'm surprised that there are so few people there. Well, it's probably because of the price.

I ordered food through Lieferando, it took 20-45 minutes, and the food still hadn't arrived after 2.5 hours. No one wanted to answer the phone. Never order from that McDonald's!

An employee of southern origin insulted me and yelled at me about my order because they had forgotten to pack something... Since there are new employees there, I will never go there again. Very unfriendly staff.

We were there today. Almost all tables and/or seats were dirty during our visit. We then cleaned our table ourselves. Food was McDonald's-like... you like it or you don't like it...

First of all, you can't rate the food and ambience because the branch was closed at 11 p.m. for normal visitors. Why can't you just change it on Google from 1 a.m. to 11 p.m. or something like that? I've heard that so many times now. Service is absolutely catastrophic.

We went to McDonalds because it was supposed to be a certain toy from the current Happy Meal. Not available. But it wasn't communicated openly and actively, it was just published like that. Especially in packaging from another promotion. When asked about this, they denied that other toys were advertised on the official McDonald's website. The shift manager was then called in and explained that you were buying a Happy Meal not just because of the toys but also because of the food. Please don't let a McDonald's employee decide why I buy something. For eating: no 60 degrees serving temperature. Nuggets so sticky as if they had been reheated and the fries so salty that they were inedible. Especially for children.

The last shop, every time something is missing. Today the first two employees couldn't speak any German, I have nothing against foreigners, but 0 German is annoying.

I'm shocked to find that this branch doesn't keep its opening hours. Two days in a row the branch wasn't open at half past seven in the morning without any notice or anything... All the people stood in front of the locked door. A little notice that the opening times have changed would be great!!!

The 4 of us were there today at 10:25 p.m. The employee immediately ran up to us and said we were no longer allowed to eat here. We can order takeout if we want. I wonder why we can always eat inside at this time, but not today. His answer was no, it always ends at 10:30 p.m. This is simply a lie, if the employees don't feel like it, please look for another job! To the management, they missed out on 3 meals. I think that would have easily been 40-50€ more sales. I will consider eating here again in the future. There are enough alternatives in the immediate area where I can still eat inside at 10:25 p.m.

Some employees should reconsider their career choice or attend training on how to deal with customers and learn friendliness. This doesn't apply to everyone working at this location, but it does apply to some...

Standing in front of a locked door at 11 p.m. on Saturdays, even though it's supposed to be open until 1 a.m. Please adjust your opening hours, we weren't the only ones who came by for absolutely nothing.

It's always a disaster. Apart from what you order and get and what can be seen in the pictures. The staff is so unfriendly. Nobody greets you but everyone looks at you. You stand there with your number in your hand and from the farthest corner out of nowhere comes a “Did you pay?”, that’s it. It's not an isolated case at this McDonald's, unfortunately it's always the case that staff need training in guest service and guest satisfaction.

Ordered at 9 p.m., delivery is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. I called at 10 p.m. and couldn't reach anyone. Called again at 10:30 p.m. no one reached and last time now at 11 p.m. Nobody answers, delivery has been confirmed and already paid for. Never been so stolen from and taken for a ride in my life.

It doesn't even respond to knocking or anything else! 3 hours early and people drive there for nothing... Shame on McDonald's. To believe that you are allowed to do anything. We ordered at 7:59 p.m., the order was confirmed at 8:01 p.m., should be delivered at around 8:40 p.m. We called at 9:04 p.m. and were told that the delivery should arrive in 10-15 minutes. I haven't been able to reach anyone at the branch for 15 minutes, it's now 10 p.m. and there was still no one there.
