ACHTUNG!! Verstehe nicht warum der Laden nicht längst geschlossen wurde! Essen und Service Unterste Schublade! Lange Wartezeit, der Mitarbeiter schreit und beleidigt wenn man nachfragt. Falsche und ungenießbare Sachen wurden geliefert ich bin sehr enttäuscht und hungrig! Tun Sie sich und den Kunden einen Gefallen und suchen Sie sich einen anderen Beruf. Beispielsweise als Toilettenreiniger dieser Beruf würde gut zu Ihnen passen.

Richtiger Müll. Haben hier bestellt und es hat über 3h(!!!!) gedauert bist das Essen ankam. Wir haben 4 mal angerufen und immer heißt es der Fahrer ist auf dem Weg. Der Mann am Telefon schreit wie eine hysterische Frau und wird beleidigend. Das Essen kam kalt an und war ungenießbar. Das Burgerfleisch war hart und roch nach Erbrochenem. Wer Lust auf starken Durchfall am nächsten Tag hat, der sollte hier bestellen. Alle anderen: FINGER WEG!!

Heute dort Pizza zum Liefern bestellt und wirklich positiv überrascht gewesen! 🍕 Die Pizza kam heiß und frisch an, der Teig war super lecker und die Zutaten haben sehr frisch geschmeckt. Besonders gut fand ich, dass trotz Lieferung alles noch perfekt war. Auch die Lieferzeit war top und insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst. Definitiv nicht das letzte Mal dort bestellt — klare Empfehlung!👍

Essen komplett versift und Tüten bei den Pommes komplett durch geeweicht und haben 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet

Leute, bestellt dort bloß nicht! Ich habe dort spät am Abend zwei Croques bestellt. Abgesehen davon, dass das Brot extrem weich und durchgeweicht war, roch der Croque sehr säuerlich und schmeckte meiner Meinung nach verdorben – besonders das Fleisch. Daraufhin bin ich noch in derselben Nacht zum Laden gefahren und habe mich beschwert. Auch der Zustand des Geschäfts machte auf mich keinen guten Eindruck. Der Koch wollte den Croque nicht einmal probieren und erklärte dies damit, dass er vegan lebe. Aus meiner Sicht ist das gesundheitlich sehr bedenklich. Ich hoffe, dass die zuständigen Stellen den Betrieb überprüfen.

Ich musste ingesamt 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung warten. Nach 1 1/2 h hatten wir es satt und mein Freund erfuhr dann bei der Filiale, dass der Lieferant los ist, wohingegen er wieder zurückfuhr und der Lieferant an der Bestelladresse wartete und wegen des Wartens 5€ verlangte. Musste er dann nicht zahlen und bekam bei der Filiale eine Cola „kostenlos“.

Filiale Bürgerweide, da Bürgerweide Kommentare gesperrt hat: Pizzaschnecken waren lecker, daher nochmal bestellt - warten seit zwei Stunden. Bei Nachfrage fragen sie nur, bei welcher Filiale man bestellt hat und dass sie sich melden.

Hab dort heute bestellt und ehrlich gesagt war das mit Abstand eines der schlechtesten Essen, das ich seit langem geliefert bekommen habe. Der Burger sah schon beim Auspacken einfach nicht appetitlich aus. Das Fleisch war total überwürzt, hatte eine komische Konsistenz und hat insgesamt einfach ekelhaft geschmeckt. Salat, Gemüse und die restlichen Zutaten wirkten auch überhaupt nicht frisch, eher alt und pappig. Der Bacon war komplett labbrig statt crispy und dieses Crispy-Chicken-Patty sah aus wie billige Tiefkühlware aus der Metro, komplett fettig frittiert. Geschmacklich war der ganze Burger einfach nur komisch. Teilweise sogar leicht süßlich gewürzt und überhaupt nicht wie ein normaler Burger. Nach ein paar Bissen konnte ich das nicht mehr essen. Die Pommes waren pappig und fast kalt. Der Nutella-Crêpe war direkt ein Fall für den Müll. Die Schokolade oben drauf war schon eingetrocknet und der Crêpe sah aus, als hätte er schon ewig rumgelegen. Sowas passiert sicher nicht nach einer normalen Lieferung. Nach einem Anruf wegen einer Rückerstattung wurde mir dann nur mehrfach gesagt, dass ich „beim nächsten Mal ein Geschenk bekomme“. Ich habe erklärt, dass ich gar nicht mehr in Hamburg bin und auch kein Geschenk möchte, sondern einfach eine vernünftige Lösung. Darauf wurde gar nicht richtig eingegangen, stattdessen kam immer wieder nur „du bekommst Geschenk“. Das Gespräch habe ich dann irgendwann beendet. Für über 26 € einfach nur enttäuschend. Werde da definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen. Ich denke die Bilder erklären alles dabei! Nachtrag 21.05.26 Ich habe den Kaufpreis vollständig erstattet bekommen und möchte deshalb 2 Sterne vergeben, da sich das Restaurant einsichtig gezeigt hat und sich bemüht hat, mit mir gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden.

Ich habe bei Mr. Zapata (Croque Hütte) bestellt: einen Chilli Cheese Burger, zwei Cheeseburger, einen Bacon Cheeseburger sowie zweimal Nudeln mit Käsesoße und Spinat. Die Lieferung hat unglaubliche 196 Minuten gedauert und das Essen kam fast komplett kalt bei mir an. Die Burger waren alle komplett durchweicht, die Soßen darauf haben extrem sauer geschmeckt und das Fleisch hat nur so vor Fett getrieft. Vom Käse war kaum etwas zu sehen oder zu schmecken. Die Nudeln waren total verkocht und die Käsesoße hat lediglich leicht nach warmer Milch geschmeckt – von würziger Käsesoße leider keine Spur. Meine klare Empfehlung wären 0 Sterne. Ich kann das Essen definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Keine Empfehlung!! Wir haben relativ spät über Uber Eats bestellt. Essen kam 2,5 Stunden später, obwohl eine halbe bis 3/4 angegeben war. Ich habe mehrmals mit den durchaus unhöflichen Mitarbeitenden dort telefoniert, die mir über den Zeitraum einer Stunde mehrmals gesagt haben, das Essen sei in 5-10 Minuten da. Schlussendlich hat das Essen doch noch den Weg zu uns gefunden, war allerdings sehr enttäuschend. Trockenste Pommes, die ich jemals gegessen hab, Burger lies auch zu wünschen übrig und mein Crêpe sah aus wie ein Unfall. Alles kalt. Zusammen haben die Sachen etwa 30€, wo ich zumindest etwas mehr erwarten würde. Absolut keine Empfehlung!!

Die Lieferung war erstmal zu spät.Wir hatten zwei Menüs bestellt beide ohne Zwiebeln. Im einem Burger waren Zwiebeln und im anderen Burger ein Haar ! Die Pommes waren viel zu hart ! Werden nicht mehr bestellen!

Ich habe Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Der Fahrer war so faul, dass er sich weigerte, die Treppe hochzusteigen. Er stellte das Essen einfach draußen auf die nasse Straße, während es regnete. Ich hätte es ja noch verstanden, wenn es in der Wohnung gewesen wäre. Die Verpackung sah aus wie ein Haufen Hundekot, und es gab nicht einmal ordentlichen Karton, um das Essen abzudecken. Ich arbeite selbst in der Gastronomie und habe noch nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt. Einfach nur furchtbar!

We ordered pizza here. Delivery took about 2 hours for 5 pizzas without any specifications. When it arrived, the pizza was only lukewarm, if you're being polite. It wasn't sliced, despite explicitly requesting it when ordering. I had the Kentucky pizza. The chicken tasted a bit tough in places. The worst part, though, was the pineapple. It tasted bitter, and I felt slightly nauseous after about 3 bites (when I figured out what the offending flavor was). This was 100% the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten.

It's the branch in Langenhorn. I've honestly never had anything so disgusting delivered in my life. Not to mention that I waited almost two hours, the pizza rolls were completely burnt and barely filled. 🤢 I ordered my pizza with ham and beef salami as a calzone. I was surprised by the taste. I opened the calzone and it was definitely not ham, but a pressed meat/beer ham mix. The pizza dough was half-raw, simply disgusting. But to everyone in Langenhorn, CAUTION: Croque Hütte has the same address & they USED to be really good. Now they're also such a disgusting place. Recently, my husband ordered a crepe there: ham/cheese. The crepe arrived with little cheese and something like sausage? Unidentifiable. The food goes in the trash, but everyone...get something from McDonald's or eat dry bread instead. 🤮

A subsequent order of mine was then simply canceled because I had previously given the shop a bad review... I then wrote the same thing on Lieferando, but the shop then called me a liar with bad intentions directly via messenger (they got my number from the app) and had my review deleted so that others wouldn't see it. Not exactly open to criticism and punished for bad reviews. In the end, they told me that they would never deliver to me again.

Ordered a croque, it took 25 minutes longer than stated, and unfortunately, the croque wasn't good. The bread was extremely soft and mushy, and the toppings were thin. I wouldn't order it again. The driver was very nice, though.

Is your chef on vacation? Hard sesame bun instead of brioche. Ketchup instead of burger sauce. Meat oversalted. Fries tasteless. Italia Burger lacks arugula and tastes more like feta than goat cheese. Mushrooms were missing. We've been regular customers for a long time and hope the quality improves soon.

Anyone who ends up here has already lost: all the other shops are closed, their cell phones are dead, and even their stomachs are screaming, "Why are you doing this to me?" I ordered a burger. I got an existential crisis in bun format. My boyfriend took the first bite, paused, stared into space, and simply said: "Wow, that's disgusting." The burger – if you can call it that – had the consistency of wet concrete and smelled like it had made a stop in the sewer. The bun was so dry that I briefly wondered if it was compressed sawdust. The cheese? A sad, see-through slice of something that once saw cheese. Probably from a safe distance. There are dips. You're not supposed to eat them. One tasted like a mixture of forgotten toothpaste and shoe sole, the other... honestly, I think the other one was looking at me. I strongly suspect the "Special Burger" came with a pact from Hell. The combination of taste, texture, and smell definitely has something devilish about it. Maybe even demonic. Who needs an exorcism when you can eat here? Bottom line: Mr. Zapata is a culinary emergency brake in free fall. If you ever eat here, make sure you record your last words. It could be the last thing you taste. And it will haunt you forever.

I'd like to share my experience with ordering from Zapata through Lieferando in the hope that others will avoid this hassle. I ordered from Zapata through Lieferando and waited over five hours for my food. The order never arrived, even though the app showed it as "delivered." I then tried to contact the Zapata phone number listed on Lieferando, but the number was down. The next day, I contacted another Zapata branch and was finally connected to the manager. He sent me a video that supposedly shows the driver ringing my doorbell. However, the video clearly shows that he was on the wrong doorbell, because I hear a recognizable melody when someone rings the doorbell, which isn't the case in the video. I then sent the manager a video of my working doorbell to prove it. The manager also claimed the driver had a screenshot proving he called me, but I never received that screenshot. I'm not concerned about the €10 here, but rather the principle: I ordered and paid for a service, but received nothing, and instead of understanding or consideration, the blame was shifted onto me. Instead of getting clarification, I was ultimately completely removed from the system. I can no longer order from Zapata, even though I did nothing wrong. I also didn't receive a refund. I will report the case to the police because I find this behavior dubious. For anyone considering ordering from Zapata: I strongly advise against it. The effort, ignorance, and stress are disproportionate to the actual order value.

We ordered at exactly 00:07, it's just 3:39, the gentleman said we couldn't be reached even though they hadn't even called. Then the driver came back and said I'm there, we said 3:40 minutes later it must be free or not the full price. He called back and said he left it on her doorstep and it was free. Pizza rolls completely soggy, fries just disgusting.
