Yesterday I ordered something for food. Delivery time was 45-60 minutes. After 1.5 hours it still didn't work. I tried to call for 30 minutes but there was no one to answer. When the phone was turned off, an employee answered at some point tells me I entered my address and name incorrectly even though the contact details on Ubereats are always perfect. Sometime after 2 hours the food arrived. Food was very cold and very soggy. In addition, the wrong sauces were delivered.

Würde keinen Stern geben wenn möglich. Haben um 11 Essen bestellt. Nach einer Minute hat mich der "Chef" angerufen und gesagt die Bestellung sei da. Nach Aufklärung hat er dann gesagt, die Bestellung würde jetzt fertig gemacht und los geschickt werden. Nach 1,5 Stunden habe ich angerufen und gefragt wo die Bestellung bleibt. Ich musste nochmal die Bestellung aufzählen und es wurde gesagt, dass in 10 Minuten geliefert wird. Nach 2 Stunden ist keiner mehr ans Telefon gegangen. Noch 15 Minuten später kamen dann 2 von 3 Pizzen. Bezahlt werden sollten aber 39,50€ für 3 Pizzen. Wahnsinn, ganz schlimm. Kann ich wirklich nicht empfehlen.

Es hat geschmeckt, aber warum werden wünsche nicht berücksichtigt und die Bestellungen durcheinander gewürfelt?! Update: Lieferando hat mir mein Geld zurückgezahlt. Deswegen hab ich den Service höher bewertet.

Erste und letzte Bestellung. Hatte über Lieferando bestellt, wo dieser Laden tatsächlich gute Bewertungen hat. Nach 5 Minuten der erste Anruf: den Burger, für den ich einen Aufpreis bezahlt habe, gab es nicht mehr. Man wollte mir einen anderen günstigeren Burger anbieten, zuerst ohne Ersatz für den bereits gezahlten Aufpreis. Nach weiteren 10Minuten der zweite Anruf: es wurden die falschen Nudeln gekocht - ob ich denn auch diese einfach nehmen könnte? Nein! Ich möchte das Essen essen, für was ich auch bezahlt habe? Ich bin Studentin und das eine Mal, wo man sich mal etwas gönnen will und sich darauf freut, dann so ein Theater. Man bekommt hier ein schlechtes Gewissen, wenn man als Kunde das möchte, was man bestellt und bezahlt hat. Irgendwie unverschämt. Das Essen kam dann natürlich entsprechend verspätet, weil ja erstmal etwas falsches gekocht wurde… ein Gericht war dann kalt als es kam. Danke, ich verzichte auf ein weiteres Mal. Schade!

Habe gestern einen Bacon Cheeseburger und dazu onion rings bestellt. Lieferung kam wie angegeben nach 45 Minuten was ich dafür das es zur Prime Time war ok fand. Essen war noch heiß und ordentlich verpackt. Zur erst zum Bacon Burger, dieser sah nicht nur optisch super aus, sondern schmeckte auch außerordentlich lecker. Würde ihm eine 9/10 geben. Dann waren da noch die Onion Rings die zusammen mit einer Kräutersause bestellt wurden. Habe schon so einige Onion Rings in meinem Leben gegessen , aber die waren mit die Besten, da super kross, sehr schmackhaf und optisch 1a. Die Sause hat das alles gut abgerundet. Ich kann diese Essenskombi nur wärmstens empfehlen , wann man hier bestellt.

Die zwei Sterne gibts aus Sympathie, weil noch bis in die Nacht geliefert werden kann. Der Service und das Essen verdienen gerade mal nen halben… Haben mangels Alternativen zweimal an einem Wochenende dort bestellt. Essen wurde beim ersten Mal eine Stunde zu spät geliefert, aber wenigstens war alles dabei und das Essen war…essbar. Beim zweiten Mal kam das Essen pünktlich, jedoch waren die bestellte Mayonnaise und die Jalapeños, für die extra bezahlt wurden, nirgends zu finden. Voller Preis wurde natürlich trotzdem bezahlt…Der Burger war fast geschmacklos und das Fleisch halb roh. Mieser Service, fast noch mieseres Essen👎nicht empfehlenswert

Mr. Zapata schmeckt hervorragend. Ich habe einen Bürger als Menü bestellt und mein Bruder eine Pizza beides hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und das Personal ist auch super nett. Ehrenmänner!!!

Super Bedienung!! Ich habe bei Lieferando in diesem Restaurant bestellt, mit zusätzlichen toppings was Lieferando leider nicht angemerkt hat und Pizza ohne Toppings gekommen ist. Am Telefon konnte man alles klären und der Besitzer hat eine kleine Entschuldigungspizza geschenkt, obwohl er es eigentlich nicht machen musste. Finde es top und kann nur empfehlen!+

Ich kann nur danke sagen! Ich habe selbst mal kurz vor Ladenschluss bestellt gehabt, alles tip top! Und das Essen schmeckt gut!👍 ganz klar ein guter Service, meiner Meinung nach:)

Also es ist echt echt toller Liefer-Service vom Essen her. Das Essen kommt immer warm an, jedoch braucht die Lieferung echt ihre Zeit. Ich würde aber nicht dran zweifeln, da noch mal zu bestellen. Also wirklich alles top:)!
