Just McDonald's. Nothing more, nothing less.

Every time you order takeout, there's always a burger or nugget missing (you pay for 9, but only get 6 in the pack). Be careful!!! You'll just be annoyed at home. They should do it like they used to, where they packed your order right in front of you.

You have to wait so long, and then you leave, and they say, "We're finishing up," and you have to wait even longer because others who came after us have already left and gotten their food here. I think that's a disgrace.

Unfortunately, after ordering at the drive-thru at home, I discovered that three cheeseburgers were missing. I ordered two meals using coupons: two Chicken Big Macs with Coke and fries, a Filet o' Fish meal, two double cheeseburgers, and three regular cheeseburgers. I paid just under €38 and even tipped. Unfortunately, this has happened to me several times at the drive-thru. I hope this changes in the future. Unfortunately, no one was available by phone. The store is open until 2 a.m. I hope for a positive response. Thank you... A grumpy customer after a hard day at work.

I recently ordered a special non-food promotional item using the app. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the shop, no one was able to locate the item. One of the staff members, who delivered the food to me, informed me—rather rudely—that the item was not available in the store. However, I later spoke with the female manager (wearing glasses), and although she was also unable to find this item, I truly appreciated her attitude. She took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and made a clear effort to resolve the issue. Her professionalism and customer care stood out, and I want to thank her for that.

A normal McDonald's in a big city. I was satisfied. The staff was nice.

If I could, I wouldn't give it a star at all. The staff was the rudest and most unsympathetic. I ordered from Lieferando and waited for the food, which never arrived (the Lieferando label said "Food was left outside the door"). I then went downstairs and saw that the driver had returned with the food. A friend specifically asked if he wanted to go in, to which he replied "No." Did I get my food? No. Did I get a refund? No. The employee could barely understand me because he couldn't articulate himself, and no one answered the phone. Simply rude.

I was there last Friday. My boyfriend got a burger without meat. His brother's burgers were completely squashed. Unfortunately, there was no bacon on my Big Tasty Bacon BBQ... I could have gotten a jar, but they were sold out, so I didn't get one. I don't really want to go there anymore!

I bought two small breakfast meals via the app because of the glasses. I know I was a little late, but some branches still had a few, and I was looking for purple or green. According to the app, the branch should still have all the colors (unfortunately, they didn't have any left). But the store manager called another Mc's for me, and they set aside two glasses for me, and I was able to pick them up there with my signed receipt. Initially, the store manager offered to cancel my meal if I wanted. Very friendly and competent service; I haven't experienced such good service at any Mc's before.

We stood in front of the drive-in counter for 10 minutes. Unfortunately one of the scumpiest Mecces. There seemed to be no running water in the restroom for a while, but there was no sign either. I had to get in the car and clean my hands with wet wipes. The tables were all still dirty from previous guests who had sat there. We had to clean them ourselves with the wet wipes we had brought with us. The burger had fallen apart in the packaging, and I had to put it back together like a puzzle. It tasted like vinegar and bread, and the sauce was running down everywhere. I have no idea if it was supposed to taste like that, but it didn't. After my first and only visit to Mecces, I've had enough for this year.

Today on March 21st. Around 9:30 a.m., three presumably homeless people were sleeping in the cushions of the Mc Café and snoring loudly. The service employee wasn't interested. In addition, it seemed to me that the service was rather annoyed by my order.

Typical McDonald's. This is usually our final contact point after events or concerts in Hamburg. Conveniently located and meets the chain's usual franchise standards.

I think it's bad when the employees don't understand you or claim that they do and then the branch manager comes and says something completely unfriendly... You have to order over there, not here at the checkout 🤔 MC. It's Donald's fault I don't do it like that, MC.Donald does it like that. It's just a McDonalds, unfortunately I often forget my sauce and the soft drinks are often watery, but apart from that the burgers are warm, the staff are nice and always ready to correct your mistakes. So very good compared to other branches.

The service I received there is very poor from an older employee. One had the impression that the gentleman didn't want to take an order straight away and rather referred me to the ordering machine. Unfortunately I'm missing a burger from the order 😑 I had 2x bigmac in the menu and only got 1. I also waited 10 minutes for the food... Nuggets are NOT crispy! Charging is poor.

The store is generally okay. Unfortunately, the staff is poorly trained in using the computer system. Orders appear on the monitor as “ready for pickup” long before they are actually ready for pickup. You traipse over, you ask, you're confused, you wait, then the number disappears completely on the monitor, you're in the dark and you have no food.

We confused chicken nuggets with plant nuggets in Mc Drive. + The sauces were forgotten. Instead of apologizing when you complain, you are quickly dismissed and looked at stupidly.

Extremely satisfied! The McNuggets were really crispy and the fries were super tasty. Top location, nice crew and always in a good mood. I go here regularly and have never been disappointed. The service is quick and friendly. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately I had to wait almost two hours for the food to arrive. Because of the holiday, I can totally understand that, but what I don't accept is that the food came ice cold. It has obviously already been put together and set out for collection. If it takes so long to find a driver, you should actually expect that the food will be fresh for a fast food restaurant.

Was there at night last week. Mediocre waiting time. Food ok... Sat comfortably there and chatted... until then everything was fine - like the times before. Had a fee notice from ParkDepot in my mailbox today. Because we were there by car for longer than 90 minutes (at midnight... a total of 3 cars in the parking lot, three photos were even taken) we were charged a contractual penalty of 45 euros. Are you serious? I still can't quite believe it...!

I will definitely never go to this McDonald's again. When I came in at night, I was the only customer. But the staff seemed more occupied with themselves, as if I wasn't even there. Instead of customer service, there were stupid, hurtful jokes between each other that seemed anything but professional to me. When I placed my order - a double cheeseburger and a large hot chocolate - I received it surprisingly quickly. The fact that it happened so quickly gave me the idea that it couldn't be anything good. And that's exactly how it was. First: the price! Almost 8 euros for the whole thing? Half a fortune for fast food. And what I got in return was pure disappointment. The double cheeseburger tasted like cardboard, was cold, and had probably been sitting around for an hour before it was served to me. Then the "grande" hot chocolate, which was anything but "grande" - a maximum of a normal size of 200 milliliters and with a taste that was more reminiscent of hot milk than cocoa. This is called fast food, but without any claim to quality. A visit that I will avoid in the future - I definitely don't need something like that again!

The worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. The three of us spent a weekend in Hamburg. Ate here on Friday evening and waited 35 minutes for food. Thought it would be an exception and wanted to have breakfast on Sunday morning on the way back, but same disaster. Waited forever again, then only parts were ready, wrap was brought to the table later. The quality of the burgers wasn't ideal either. Cheese was stuck in the packaging, burgers were already cold and dry. Both times it was ordered at the terminal with table service. Our numbers were never on the scoreboard. The order was only put together upon request. I really can't recommend this McDonalds!!!!

Actually everything is good. Clean, nice staff, but unfortunately the toilets smelled like urine and the changing facilities weren't really great.

The numbers called weren't actually ready to be picked up yet and we were ignored by everyone for 5 minutes when we complained (it wasn't particularly busy). Our order was missing a burger and the fries were cold. When we complained, we were referred to the manager (or so it seemed), who was very helpful and immediately suggested several solutions. The first impression was very negative, but was then improved by the very friendly staff!
