Very nice, well-kept restaurant, super friendly staff. Customer requests, including special requests, were fulfilled as quickly as possible with a smile. Other McDonald's can follow an example. :)

Very bad service. The floor, the tables and seats are dirty and in some places sticky. The employees don't care about their job and are annoyed

As always, the order was packed incorrectly instead of a chili cheeseburger, a cheeseburger was packed. 4 Happy Meals all of them lack sweet and sour sauces and only some of them in Ketcup. I don't know what kind of staff they hire there. But it can't be that an error occurs every time. Just avoid cheeky prices and 0 service.

Yes, that means fast food. I waited no less than 45 minutes. Ok, it was very full but never again, sorry

This branch is an absolute surprise. It is never certain what service you will receive. Sometimes the employees are friendly, quick and very attentive, other times it is the exact opposite. Sometimes the guest area and the tables are clean and inviting, other times you take napkins and disinfectant spray and clean the table yourself. Sometimes there is table service, sometimes not. Sometimes the employees find the tables with the number, sometimes not. There's something kind of amusing about it. It's only annoying when I order "out of the house" and am really forced to check the entire contents of the order immediately on site. It often happens that content is simply wrong or completely missing. Some employees also don't seem to understand the electronic display for "in progress" and "ready for collection". Orders are then displayed as “ready for pickup” even though nothing is ready yet. But overall it always remains an experience to be here.

Were there today on April 6th, 2024 at around 10:30 p.m. and, among other things, wanted to redeem 1000 points via the app for a Big Tasty Bacon. At the order terminal we were told that it was not available with points, but we could have ordered it without exchanging points, so we went to the checkout counter. The lady there made a few clicks on her digital cash register and explained to us that it should now work on the order terminal. Unfortunately it didn't work. I restarted the app several times, loaded a new registration code and also changed the order terminal, without success, now I couldn't even log into the Accpubt on the terminal. My partner was still able to log in, so it wasn't the app's fault (maintenance work or something similar). So we went back to the checkout counter. The same lady replied that it was probably due to the app (which we were able to refute). Furthermore, she couldn't and didn't want to help us. When asked whether there would be any kind of service, since we made our way here extra hungry, she said no. So she sent us away hungry. In my opinion very poor service, it was much better back then. We then drove to the competition Burger King on Langener Landstrasse and, as always, received excellent service. McDonalds will be avoided in the future. In such cases, Burger King always offers services, be it just a soft serve ice cream or a cheeseburger.

Despite the pandemic, nice, friendly service and completely calm. Thumbs up. 👍🏻

Food was good as always. Too few staff to ensure that the dining room is clean. The local people give everything, but they can't do everything.

Loading not even 1/4 occupied, duration of 1xMC smart menu 18min. Wow Then I got the child an ice cream, the cup was 2/3 empty, if there was a complaint, only a little, that's how it is now. Never, ever again

Half of the order was missing I had to ask, the faucet in the toilet wobbles. And the employees cannot operate the espresso machine.

Rating refers to a visit to the store, at prime time around 7:30 p.m. two months ago: staff friendly but absolutely overwhelmed with orders. “Ready for collection” appears on the monitor stated, but the staff just served people in a jumbled manner (I waited another 10 minutes from then on). Many delivery services come here and mess up the order order because they are brought forward in an uncoordinated manner. Burgers were cold, missing a drink. The inside of the store is relatively dirty (packaging dropped on the floor, tables not cleared for a long time) and chaotic. Unfortunately, the audience was also a bit dark and inconsiderate (e.g. several who loudly watched cell phone videos). Restaurant manager tried hard and responded nicely to feedback. Overall, the staff would need significantly more training and routine, then a good shop. Idea maybe a separate queue for delivery services? Location and opening times are perfect. Since then we have only done drive through, which is fine and is much quicker

This MC Donald is a disaster❗ We ordered €60 worth of food, several citizens were ice cold, then we waited almost 20 minutes for a new citizen. We don't even want to start with hygiene. An employee runs around the MC Cafe with the same gloves, cleans, wipes and operates the coffee machine, then the food was served with the same gloves, so hygiene is zero. There is no communication with people, either you don't want to or you can't. The restaurant was dirty. Overall, one star is still too many.

1 order kiosk broken, long queues. You are ignored at the counter. 15min to order 2 cheeseburgers.

I have never ordered there again for over 60 euros. It was canceled without comment 5 minutes before delivery. Unfortunately I paid the money via immediate bank transfer and can now wait 3 working days. Never again this store, it's the last one

Organization of the team is really sick. The shift manager ignores his non-functional team at the front. Even send someone on break. 09.03. 3-4:30 p.m

So the three of us were there last night around 7:00 p.m. All three of us were hungry and had to go to the quiet place. The women's toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. Then we waited half an hour for our seven burgers and three drinks. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were cold. After we ate half of our menu, my kids got a stomach ache and had to go to the toilet to throw up. I only got a stomach ache after about 15 minutes. My older daughter is not feeling well this morning, so we can't send her to school this morning. So I'm completely satisfied. What a terrible experience.

We had to wait an hour for our food, even though we went to the front several times. Very unfriendly staff. Others ordered much later than us and received their food beforehand. It's just loud, kids are just screaming around here as if you were in kindergarten. Not a good McDonald's... that can save me money!

Not even worthy of one star! No napkin, no lid on the drink, no straw with it. Big Macs were smashed and everything fell apart. The packaging was also dirty. Even the cloth under the order had been brought to the table dirty. Mc's food is just Mc's food in terms of taste. The worst Mcs I've been to so far!

The best McDonalds in Hamburg, and has been for years.

I've never experienced anything like that. I ordered food and wait and wait (the people who came after me have already received their food) after 20 minutes I ask what's wrong with my food, the employee doesn't answer, instead an employee comes and she said I still have to wait. If I said no or gave me my food or wanted my money back, she quickly put something in the bag that I didn't order and left. I find this very rude, impossible and racist...

By far the most disgusting mecces toilet stinks all the way into the restaurant, the tables are all extremely dirty and the staff doesn't even speak German properly... never again in these mecces!!!! Actually not even worth a star, really rancid!!!!!

We were at the McDonald's on Stresemannstrasse in Hamburg today and it was total chaos. We ordered to eat there and after waiting 20 minutes, we asked for our food at the checkout. There we were informed that our food had already been sent out. We never saw the food... The number we got wasn't active at all. While we were waiting, various meals from other customers were returned because they could not be assigned. In some cases, trays with 2 numbers were sent to the customer. They were all completely overwhelmed. Never again Stresemannstrasse! We asked for our money back and went to another McDonald's.

Dirty place This McDonald's is past its prime. Bacteria and viruses have found a new home in the sanitation sector. Hygiene is not a priority here. At 12:00 a.m. it was super crowded with sometimes strange guests. I have no idea whether there is a refugee home nearby, but the customer structure was accordingly..

Burgers were fresh (but only because ordered without cucumber, etc.). Fries were the worst I've ever eaten at McDonald's; they had been on display for half an hour. Service was nothing, there was only one monitor. The ambience was so-so, people were cleaning around you while you were eating.

Oh Mac Donalds, what a shame it's come to this 😞 The burgers have shrunk by half, don't you think we notice? As always, the coffee is too hot and outrageously expensive. The atmosphere is rancid and greasy. No cash payment! An employee who doesn't speak German immediately calls you on your first name and lectures you like a child who needs to use the ordering machine. The whole thing was very unfriendly and domineering. The employees' loud private conversations were interesting. Please excuse me for disturbing your conversations, it won't happen again.

The floor in the women's toilet area was completely stuck and the toilet room obviously has no corners. At least they aren't cleaned. The counter staff were okay, but I didn't want to eat there. It's a shame, the chocolate cake looked very tasty (hence 1 star)

Das WC ist eine Zumutung.Nicht Mal Seife im Spender in Coronazeiten. Hilfe bei der Bestellung Fehlanzeige, alle stehen nur Rum und quatschen statt zu helfen. Dann bei Rausgehen bemerkt, dass die Pommes nicht in der Tüte waren.Drinnen wird behauptet, man hätte keine bestellt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider nicht die Tische gereinigt gehabt, sonst gewohnt gut, überdurchschnittlich nettes Personal

Das Personal war bei unserem Opa/Enkelbesuch leicht überfordert und wir mussten knappe 20 min. auf unser Essen warten. Tische waren schmutzig und die Geschirrwagen voll, daher musste unser Serviertablett auf den Tisch stehen bleiben.

Freundlich lecker mal weg vom Trubel

Ich arbeite selber in der Gastronomie und solange habe ich noch nie in einem McDonalds auf mein Essen gewartet, alle Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen waren nett freundlich hilfsbereit und haben an ihrem Limit gearbeitet, was ich von dem Service-Mitarbeiter der das Essen serviert hat nicht behaupten kann (creepy Alter man) Hat mich mehrmals fokosiert was echt unangenehm war, ich warte also 10 Minuten auf meinen crispy chicken und zwei hamburger zum mitnehmen als der Manager mit zwei Ordnern auf der Hand hereinkommt, aber anstatt seinem Team unter die Arme zu greifen was sie bei dem aufkommen an Bestellungen nötig gehabt hätten, geht er nach 1 Minute wieder und sagt ich zitiere :" Wünsche euch noch viel spaß" was fuer ein *#&€#@%€&* unangenehmster McDonald's besuch seit Ewigkeiten. Besonders der eklige Service Mitarbeiter der sich während er Kunden am Tisch bedient sich spucke aus dem Mundwinkel wischen muss 🤐🤢🤮. Ich arbeite auch System-Gastronomie und wenn diese Person mein Vorarbeiter wäre würde ich kündigen igitt, vor allem weil er vorne und hinten arbeitet... Wie kann McDonalds solche Leute als Supervisor beschäftigen, widerlich.

Leider wurden alle Soßen vergessen… ich prüfe immer ob alle Burger und Nuggets da sind weil sie immer mal wieder fehlen. Das aber alle Soßen fehlen ist neu

Recht schmuddelig der Laden, Tische klebrig, Toilette sehr schmutzig. Ich hatte einen McRib, der beim Öffnen der Verpackung bereits in der Barbecuesauce lag und die Zwiebeln waren auch nicht mehr auf dem McRib. Also war das Essen einfach nur eine große Schweinerei. Pommes waren nur lauwarm. Nicht zu empfehlen die Filiale.

There are no seats, also it seems that they have higher prices than normal. I payed about 32 euros for 12 cheeseburgers and a large fry.

Ziemlich unorganisiert. Das Display zeigt auch ständig an, dass das Essen fertig ist, obwohl noch gar nicht damit angefangen wurde.

Der Laden selber scheint ok (war im McDrive). Die Warenausgabe normal und freundlich. Aber nach 2 Tagen massive Magen-Darmprobleme bekommen. Habe in der Zeit nichts „böses“ gegessen, so dass nur MCD in Frage kommt. Hygiene sollte in dem Laden einmal gründlich geprüft werden. Ich weiß nicht, weshalb meine Rezession mit dem Hinweis "Möglicherweise gibt es hier Verstöße gegen unsere Richtlinien" nicht gepostet wird. Ich finde es wichtig, dass auf solche Vorfälle hingewiesen wird - gerade im Lebensmittelbereich!

Danke an den netten Chef heute, der uns die Bestellung kostenlos neu ausgab, weil mein kleiner Sohn versehentlich das Tablett umkippte. Das essen war frisch und lecker. Herzlichen Dank!

Der Burger war sehr zusammen gemanscht. Hat keinen Spaß gemacht zu essen. Ma's stehen bestimmt zu sehr unter Stress

Falsches Essen bekommen und leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Personal sprach bei unserem Wort kein Wort deutsch und hat nicht mal verstanden, dass wir Strohhalme zu unseren Getränken möchten. Hier noch einmal? Nein Danke

Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Parkscheibe ist hier Pflicht.

Es ist eigentlich ok da. Manchmal dauert es lange. Aber bitte tauscht mal die Lappen von der Kaffemaschine aus. Die sind alt und dreckig.
