Good morning Present to date at MCDONALDS HAMBURG, I was surprised that my order was delivered at the time and in the presence of a German Federal State Official. People present on site filmed a simple scene of a French customs official speaking French to order his menu. An Asian server was aggressive so it's normal to make requests and suggestions. A shaved head Arab waiter and his colleagues were having fun speaking in Italian, Spanish, etc. Thank you for the service, we will speak German next time. Actually everything is good. Clean, nice staff, but unfortunately the toilets smelled like urine and the changing facilities weren't really great.

Total chaos, disorganized. Order numbers are deleted in the status without having put together the menu and you have to wait and wait until you respond to it. The menu was put together via an online receipt and things were missing. 3 stars for the food because it was already cold

The worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. The three of us spent a weekend in Hamburg. Ate here on Friday evening and waited 35 minutes for food. Thought it would be an exception and wanted to have breakfast on Sunday morning on the way back, but same disaster. Waited forever again, then only parts were ready, wrap was brought to the table later. The quality of the burgers wasn't ideal either. Cheese was stuck in the packaging, burgers were already cold and dry. Both times it was ordered at the terminal with table service. Our numbers were never on the scoreboard. The order was only put together upon request. I really can't recommend this McDonalds!!!!

The employees all seemed a bit overwhelmed and the processes were confused. The numbers called weren't actually ready to be picked up yet and we were ignored by everyone for 5 minutes when we complained (it wasn't particularly busy). Our order was missing a burger and the fries were cold. When we complained, we were referred to the manager (or so it seemed), who was very helpful and immediately suggested several solutions. The first impression was very negative, but was then improved by the very friendly staff!

Annoying high-pitched repeating tones sound from the kitchen every 2 minutes. Various timers from the kitchen that are so annoying that they give you a headache. You have the feeling that you are in a factory and not in a place where ambience is important. Is not a place to relax. Just annoying and bad

So McDonalds is no longer child friendly. As an 80' child I am of the opinion that McDonalds has grown up with us. Too bad for our children

Food was good as expected, the ambience was too, but you weren't allowed to eat and talk for longer than 1.5 hours. It was around 3 hours. We kept ordering something and a parking violation came a few days later and wrote with 50, - so in A total of just under 145,- was not that exciting

I picked up food to take away earlier. The citizen's bread was just hard and sticky. The nuggets were hard. I don't even want to know how long it's been there. Everything ended up in the trash. I'll never eat there again.

It smells like old grease in here! Although we got fresh hot fries and hot filet-o-fish around 11:30 p.m., they had a really strange aftertaste with the first bite. As if they were fried in old fat. Pleasant in style, food like you would expect from McDonalds. But what stood out was the service, we were allowed to take our dog in, although we went outside but it was a nice touch. So overall we didn't know anything like that before.

Unfortunately an item was missing from the order. That was borderline, but instead of plant-based nuggets we were given chicken nuggets. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home, but it doesn't work at all!!!

After 30 minutes we realized they forgot about our order (our number never turned green I was watching the whole time it was just removed from the screen after 30 minutes) when I went to remind them about my order we waiting another 15 minutes and we got still frozen chicken nuggets. Doubt it’s like this always but the night staff on Wednesdays is horribly dysfunctional. Granted they were very busy because of a concert.

I'm completely disgusted by McDonald's now.. Ugh, I threw up everything I ate when I opened the glass to rinse it. I paid 2 euros for a dirty glass, it’s not clear what it was in (the photo shows that I drank Fanta) Horrible. Completely unsanitary. I don't recommend it!

McDonalds again after a long time, well, what can you say at the ordering terminal, the information is only for take away. Well, not that bad even though there were some sitting at the table. After receiving the order including drinks, we politely asked for straws. The employees can't do anything about the products. But the ice machine is not a decoration, simply being too lazy and not using it to then give out warm cola is grossly disrespectful, every time I have to follow up and every time the employees are extremely annoyed. :) What's going on guys, don't you have your employees under control or what?

I don't know how unlucky you can be, but I got food poisoning after eating McDonalds in southern Germany last August. Well, I went to McDonals late last night and ended up lying flat again afterwards, vomiting etc... the curse is real. But it really pisses me off, I didn't eat anything else and it started pretty quickly after eating... maybe you should pay attention to that again.

Ordered a McSamrt menu to take away, after waiting 10 minutes, I received cold food with a half-full cola cup. At the beginning I wanted to order directly at the checkout. Even though no one was there, the colleague said "go order [digital]" with a tone like he was my "owner". "His description": 155-160cm tall, 40-45 years old, brown skin, (not sure if he wore glasses). Last time I ordered 2 McFlurry; took 5min and one of them should be called milk because it was almost liquid.

Relatively clean and very friendly staff, although they seemed a bit stressed. But I received everything as ordered and it was very quick. The lettuce on the burger was fresh and crunchy. Everything as it should be. But in some McDonald's branches the burger was even better. Unfortunately I don't know why that is.

Often incorrect orders, However, this is always corrected! Waiting times are often longer than usual. However, the food tastes just as good as at any McDonald's. (It's best not to go in the evening or on weekends as they are often very crowded!)

Warning: Poor service and rude staff We have been loyal McDonald's customers for generations, but our last experience was at the restaurant on Stresemannstr. 354, Hamburg on May 23, 2024 was a disaster. After ordering and paying at the kiosk, we waited 20 minutes without receiving our food. When we asked the staff we were treated extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite showing the payment receipt, our order was not found in the system and the staff refused to help us further. The manager was particularly unprofessional, insulting and even threatened to ban us from the premises for a year if we continued to inquire. This was a humiliating and discriminatory experience. As always, the order was packed incorrectly instead of a chili cheeseburger, a cheeseburger was packed. 4 Happy Meals all of them lack sweet and sour sauces and only some of them in Ketcup. I don't know what kind of staff they hire there. But it can't be that an error occurs every time. Just avoid cheeky prices and 0 service.

This branch is an absolute surprise. It is never certain what service you will receive. Sometimes the employees are friendly, quick and very attentive, other times it is the exact opposite. Sometimes the guest area and the tables are clean and inviting, other times you take napkins and disinfectant spray and clean the table yourself. Sometimes there is table service, sometimes not. Sometimes the employees find the tables with the number, sometimes not. There's something kind of amusing about it. It's only annoying when I order "out of the house" and am really forced to check the entire contents of the order immediately on site. It often happens that content is simply wrong or completely missing. Some employees also don't seem to understand the electronic display for "in progress" and "ready for collection". Orders are then displayed as “ready for pickup” even though nothing is ready yet. But overall it always remains an experience to be here.

Were there today on April 6th, 2024 at around 10:30 p.m. and, among other things, wanted to redeem 1000 points via the app for a Big Tasty Bacon. At the order terminal we were told that it was not available with points, but we could have ordered it without exchanging points, so we went to the checkout counter. The lady there made a few clicks on her digital cash register and explained to us that it should now work on the order terminal. Unfortunately it didn't work. I restarted the app several times, loaded a new registration code and also changed the order terminal, without success, now I couldn't even log into the Accpubt on the terminal. My partner was still able to log in, so it wasn't the app's fault (maintenance work or something similar). So we went back to the checkout counter. The same lady replied that it was probably due to the app (which we were able to refute). Furthermore, she couldn't and didn't want to help us. When asked whether there would be any kind of service, since we made our way here extra hungry, she said no. So she sent us away hungry. In my opinion very poor service, it was much better back then. We then drove to the competition Burger King on Langener Landstrasse and, as always, received excellent service. McDonalds will be avoided in the future. In such cases, Burger King always offers services, be it just a soft serve ice cream or a cheeseburger.

Loading not even 1/4 occupied, duration of 1xMC smart menu 18min. Wow Then I got the child an ice cream, the cup was 2/3 empty, if there was a complaint, only a little, that's how it is now. Never, ever again

Rating refers to a visit to the store, at prime time around 7:30 p.m. two months ago: staff friendly but absolutely overwhelmed with orders. “Ready for collection” appears on the monitor stated, but the staff just served people in a jumbled manner (I waited another 10 minutes from then on). Many delivery services come here and mess up the order order because they are brought forward in an uncoordinated manner. Burgers were cold, missing a drink. The inside of the store is relatively dirty (packaging dropped on the floor, tables not cleared for a long time) and chaotic. Unfortunately, the audience was also a bit dark and inconsiderate (e.g. several who loudly watched cell phone videos). Restaurant manager tried hard and responded nicely to feedback. Overall, the staff would need significantly more training and routine, then a good shop. Idea maybe a separate queue for delivery services? Location and opening times are perfect. Since then we have only done drive through, which is fine and is much quicker

This MC Donald is a disaster❗ We ordered €60 worth of food, several citizens were ice cold, then we waited almost 20 minutes for a new citizen. We don't even want to start with hygiene. An employee runs around the MC Cafe with the same gloves, cleans, wipes and operates the coffee machine, then the food was served with the same gloves, so hygiene is zero. There is no communication with people, either you don't want to or you can't. The restaurant was dirty. Overall, one star is still too many.

I have never ordered there again for over 60 euros. It was canceled without comment 5 minutes before delivery. Unfortunately I paid the money via immediate bank transfer and can now wait 3 working days. Never again this store, it's the last one

So the three of us were there last night around 7:00 p.m. All three of us were hungry and had to go to the quiet place. The women's toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. Then we waited half an hour for our seven burgers and three drinks. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were cold. After we ate half of our menu, my kids got a stomach ache and had to go to the toilet to throw up. I only got a stomach ache after about 15 minutes. My older daughter is not feeling well this morning, so we can't send her to school this morning. So I'm completely satisfied. What a terrible experience.

It's just loud, kids are just screaming around here as if you were in kindergarten. Not a good McDonald's... that can save me money!

I've never experienced anything like that. I ordered food and wait and wait (the people who came after me have already received their food) after 20 minutes I ask what's wrong with my food, the employee doesn't answer, instead an employee comes and she said I still have to wait. If I said no or gave me my food or wanted my money back, she quickly put something in the bag that I didn't order and left. I find this very rude, impossible and racist...

By far the most disgusting mecces toilet stinks all the way into the restaurant, the tables are all extremely dirty and the staff doesn't even speak German properly... never again in these mecces!!!! Actually not even worth a star, really rancid!!!!!

We were at the McDonald's on Stresemannstrasse in Hamburg today and it was total chaos. We ordered to eat there and after waiting 20 minutes, we asked for our food at the checkout. There we were informed that our food had already been sent out. We never saw the food... The number we got wasn't active at all. While we were waiting, various meals from other customers were returned because they could not be assigned. In some cases, trays with 2 numbers were sent to the customer. They were all completely overwhelmed. Never again Stresemannstrasse! We asked for our money back and went to another McDonald's.

Dirty place This McDonald's is past its prime. Bacteria and viruses have found a new home in the sanitation sector. Hygiene is not a priority here. Burgers were fresh (but only because ordered without cucumber, etc.). Fries were the worst I've ever eaten at McDonald's; they had been on display for half an hour. Service was nothing, there was only one monitor. The ambience was so-so, people were cleaning around you while you were eating.

Oh Mac Donalds, what a shame it's come to this 😞 The burgers have shrunk by half, don't you think we notice? As always, the coffee is too hot and outrageously expensive. The atmosphere is rancid and greasy. No cash payment! An employee who doesn't speak German immediately calls you on your first name and lectures you like a child who needs to use the ordering machine. The whole thing was very unfriendly and domineering. The employees' loud private conversations were interesting. Please excuse me for disturbing your conversations, it won't happen again.

The floor in the women's toilet area was completely stuck and the toilet room obviously has no corners. At least they aren't cleaned. The counter staff were okay, but I didn't want to eat there. It's a shame, the chocolate cake looked very tasty (hence 1 star)
