McDonald's in Hamburg

It's just a McDonalds, unfortunately I often forget my sauce and the soft drinks are often watery, but apart from that the burgers are warm, the staff are nice and always ready to correct your mistakes. So very good compared to other branches.

Average McDonald's, nothing exceptional, nothing particularly bad either. In my experience, the service was less good, but better at McCafe. The parking situation is often difficult.

The place is clean, which is not often the case in McDonald's in DE

This was the tastiest Big Tasty so far this year. The food. The ambience. Everything wonderful

The service I received there is very poor from an older employee. One had the impression that the gentleman didn't want to take an order straight away and rather referred me to the ordering machine. Customer-friendly is something else. When I asked if he wanted to serve me, the gentleman didn't respond and simply walked away. A colleague noticed and ordered another colleague to serve me after I said what kind of behavior this is towards customers. Friendly service looks different...6. set....

Not clean... At the counter it says it's ready for collection but when asked: no, it's far from ready... I won't eat here anymore sorry ☹️

Unfortunately I'm missing a burger from the order 😑 I had 2x bigmac in the menu and only got 1. I also waited 10 minutes for the food... Nuggets are NOT crispy! Charging is poor.

The store is generally okay. Unfortunately, the staff is poorly trained in using the computer system. Orders appear on the monitor as “ready for pickup” long before they are actually ready for pickup. You traipse over, you ask, you're confused, you wait, then the number disappears completely on the monitor, you're in the dark and you have no food.

We confused chicken nuggets with plant nuggets in Mc Drive. + The sauces were forgotten. Instead of apologizing when you complain, you are quickly dismissed and looked at stupidly.

Actually this is McD. OK... Unfortunately, the staff is a little overwhelmed, even outside of peak times, so you often get the wrong menu. Which can't always be exchanged without problems. That's a shame, because otherwise the staff is quite friendly and the food meets the MC standard. So, if you like it, you're in good hands there, but checking your order is absolutely necessary. Extremely satisfied! The McNuggets were really crispy and the fries were super tasty. Top location, nice crew and always in a good mood. I go here regularly and have never been disappointed. The service is quick and friendly. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately I had to wait almost two hours for the food to arrive. Because of the holiday, I can totally understand that, but what I don't accept is that the food came ice cold. It has obviously already been put together and set out for collection. If it takes so long to find a driver, you should actually expect that the food will be fresh for a fast food restaurant.

I buy with a voucher and in the end nuggets are missing and the wrong burger is in the Big Rösti packaging. Simply a Dubble Cheeseburger in the Big Rösti packaging ??!?? Now I'm home and can't do anything anyway. I paid 13 euros for fries, 1 double cheese and an apple spritzer. Really bad

Rooms look worn out. Suggest a renovation. The food is usually hot, which is probably because I change my burgers so they are not standard. Last time, however, the extra cheese (ordered and paid for) was not included. Unfortunately I only noticed it on the way.

The ChickenMcNuggets taste like they've been swimming in old frying fat for 5 hours and are completely soggy, no hygiene and half of the order was forgotten. Unfriendly employees and rats.

In my opinion the best MC in Hamburg

Was there at night last week. Mediocre waiting time. Food ok... Sat comfortably there and chatted... until then everything was fine - like the times before. Had a fee notice from ParkDepot in my mailbox today. Because we were there by car for longer than 90 minutes (at midnight... a total of 3 cars in the parking lot, three photos were even taken) we were charged a contractual penalty of 45 euros. Are you serious? I still can't quite believe it...!

The store is empty but you wait forever because the staff is unmotivated.

I will definitely never go to this McDonald's again. When I came in at night, I was the only customer. But the staff seemed more occupied with themselves, as if I wasn't even there. Instead of customer service, there were stupid, hurtful jokes between each other that seemed anything but professional to me. When I placed my order - a double cheeseburger and a large hot chocolate - I received it surprisingly quickly. The fact that it happened so quickly gave me the idea that it couldn't be anything good. And that's exactly how it was. First: the price! Almost 8 euros for the whole thing? Half a fortune for fast food. And what I got in return was pure disappointment. The double cheeseburger tasted like cardboard, was cold, and had probably been sitting around for an hour before it was served to me. Then the "grande" hot chocolate, which was anything but "grande" - a maximum of a normal size of 200 milliliters and with a taste that was more reminiscent of hot milk than cocoa. This is called fast food, but without any claim to quality. A visit that I will avoid in the future - I definitely don't need something like that again!

Always littered and tables dirty. You wait an excessively long time. Nobody empties the trolleys or wipes the tables... we couldn't recommend anything less.

We waited a full 30 minutes for our food and then asked when our number disappeared from the screen and we still didn't get anything. Our order was forgotten. Of course the burger was then cold. Customers after us felt the same way. This shouldn't happen on a Friday evening!

I was pleasantly surprised We were asked while we were eating whether everything was OK with us. Some restaurants can follow an example.

Good morning Present to date at MCDONALDS HAMBURG, I was surprised that my order was delivered at the time and in the presence of a German Federal State Official. People present on site filmed a simple scene of a French customs official speaking French to order his menu. An Asian server was aggressive so it's normal to make requests and suggestions. Actually everything is good. Clean, nice staff, but unfortunately the toilets smelled like urine and the changing facilities weren't really great.

Total chaos, disorganized. Order numbers are deleted in the status without having put together the menu and you have to wait and wait until you respond to it. The menu was put together via an online receipt and things were missing. 3 stars for the food because it was already cold

The worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. The three of us spent a weekend in Hamburg. Ate here on Friday evening and waited 35 minutes for food. Thought it would be an exception and wanted to have breakfast on Sunday morning on the way back, but same disaster. Waited forever again, then only parts were ready, wrap was brought to the table later. The quality of the burgers wasn't ideal either. Cheese was stuck in the packaging, burgers were already cold and dry. Both times it was ordered at the terminal with table service. Our numbers were never on the scoreboard. The order was only put together upon request. I really can't recommend this McDonalds!!!!

The employees all seemed a bit overwhelmed and the processes were confused. The numbers called weren't actually ready to be picked up yet and we were ignored by everyone for 5 minutes when we complained (it wasn't particularly busy). Our order was missing a burger and the fries were cold. When we complained, we were referred to the manager (or so it seemed), who was very helpful and immediately suggested several solutions. The first impression was very negative, but was then improved by the very friendly staff!

Annoying high-pitched repeating tones sound from the kitchen every 2 minutes. Various timers from the kitchen that are so annoying that they give you a headache. Food was good as expected, the ambience was too, but you weren't allowed to eat and talk for longer than 1.5 hours. It was around 3 hours. We kept ordering something and a parking violation came a few days later and wrote with 50, - so in A total of just under 145,- was not that exciting

I picked up food to take away earlier. The citizen's bread was just hard and sticky. The nuggets were hard. I don't even want to know how long it's been there. Everything ended up in the trash. I'll never eat there again.

After 30 minutes we realized they forgot about our order (our number never turned green I was watching the whole time it was just removed from the screen after 30 minutes) when I went to remind them about my order we waiting another 15 minutes and we got still frozen chicken nuggets. Doubt it’s like this always but the night staff on Wednesdays is horribly dysfunctional. Granted they were very busy because of a concert.

The employees can't do anything about the products. But the ice machine is not a decoration, simply being too lazy and not using it to then give out warm cola is grossly disrespectful, every time I have to follow up and every time the employees are extremely annoyed. :) What's going on guys, don't you have your employees under control or what?

I don't know how unlucky you can be, but I got food poisoning after eating McDonalds in southern Germany last August. Well, I went to McDonals late last night and ended up lying flat again afterwards, vomiting etc... the curse is real. But it really pisses me off, I didn't eat anything else and it started pretty quickly after eating... maybe you should pay attention to that again.

Ordered a McSamrt menu to take away, after waiting 10 minutes, I received cold food with a half-full cola cup. At the beginning I wanted to order directly at the checkout. Even though no one was there, the colleague said "go order [digital]" with a tone like he was my "owner". "His description": 155-160cm tall, 40-45 years old, brown skin, (not sure if he wore glasses). Last time I ordered 2 McFlurry; took 5min and one of them should be called milk because it was almost liquid.

Relatively clean and very friendly staff, although they seemed a bit stressed. But I received everything as ordered and it was very quick. The lettuce on the burger was fresh and crunchy. Everything as it should be. But in some McDonald's branches the burger was even better. Unfortunately I don't know why that is.

You can say what you want, I think the burgers used to be bigger. The taste is somehow no longer as we know it. Maybe I'm just getting old.

Got a Sprite I didn't order that also tasted disgusting. Worst of all was that I got sick to my stomach afterwards which lasted for several days during the holiday.🙃

Very dry food hardly any effort was made. And the ice cream was only half there. And the chicken meat is still raw
