McDonald's in Hamburg

The shop itself is nicely designed, but incredibly dirty. There are crumbs from yesterday's meal all over the tables, and they're dirty. The employees seem very dissatisfied and unmotivated. You don't even want to sit down at a table because of the hygiene issues, because every table is so dirty. What a shame!

Very unfriendly staff. Ordered DARK Chocolate Regular, the cup was half full. So I pointed this out to the staff and they promptly accused me of having already drunk some. I had it in my hand for just 10 seconds and noticed the low amount. Finally, the new mug was slammed onto the counter. This is not service and definitely not customer friendly.

Unfortunately a very negative experience today. Cocoa was only half full. At a price of €3.99 you can expect to receive the amount you paid for. When you spoke to the staff you were portrayed as a liar and treated in a very condescending manner.

I like the atmosphere in the morning. It's quite, not so many people.. Food is fresh. Service is also good..

People made fun of me while I was waiting for my food. A large, very unpleasant, loudly laughing supervisor or something similar, dressed in a shirt - bleached hair, receding hairline with a big forehead, gradually brought all the southern colleagues to the counter to serve food - so that they would take another look at me and laugh at me!! I've never experienced anything like that with you. This was absolutely impossible and bullying. Does the Lord not have a mirror? I never want to visit you again! Happens today, March 18, 2025 at 8 p.m.

I ordered some small fries and they couldn't come because they forgot and suddenly the system deleted my order

I've never seen such a bad Mecces. The food is not good and poorly made. The restaurant itself is dirty and overpriced.

When we complained that the food was very cold, we did not get any positive response and were told that we should eat it that way and were treated in a very bad manner.

Yes, but there are no toilets left! Impossible!!!

They put a toy instead of a book in the happy meal, there is no ice cream (McFlurry), they brought a burger in the wrong package 🫠

The food arrived 30 minutes late and I was yelled at when I asked.

The employees are extremely unfriendly and incompetent. Small requests are responded to immediately.

An employee snacked on my fries (she apparently liked them). Fries were cold. The employee with glasses and a beard who is very thin spit on our fries (see attached)!!!!!! Hopefully he would be fired, I whistled for a whole week after that. Also super dirty in here!! I'm wondering how to set this up. Conclusion unacceptable

I will never come to this establishment again and I really regret that I left my money there. I ordered cola, not 0.2 cola + 0.2 water = 0.4 cola. The employees blatantly mixed cola with water; there was absolutely no taste. The nuggets were very greasy. I wanted to wash my hands before and after eating, but there is no toilet there. It would be nice to know about this in advance, but it doesn’t even occur to you that there is no toilet in an establishment with tables. It's good that I carry napkins with me.

Ordered everything cold online 🥶 Nuggets were totally hard, inedible and not fresh

We had dinner in the branch today. According to the notice, the opening time should be until 9:00 p.m. We were at the branch at around 7:30 p.m. and had our order brought to the table. This came quickly and was really hot and good. At around 8:00 p.m. the employee started cleaning in our corner. Shortly after 8 p.m. and the menu had almost been eaten, we were told to change tables because she had to clean up. However, shortly before 8 p.m., another family sat in the same corner. It was quite rude and we felt forced to leave the store. We will no longer visit this branch. As long as there are no signs indicating that the corner can no longer be used after 8 p.m., the same times as the opening hours apply to me. I'm assuming that the employees still have some follow-up time. I find it very unpleasant to be forced to throw in the food.

All free tables were dirty. Employee cleaned the table upon request and the bench too. But then it was wet. McFlurry is smaller here than other branches. Burger was packaged very poorly and everything was moved in the packaging.

There are no toilets here. I've never experienced a McDonald's without toilets. There were still some on my last visit. Why are restaurants getting rid of toilets? Incredible.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's but it was really great there

I bought plant based menu today at 5:12 p.m. I don't know how you can put plant based nuggets in it but the burger was a big Mac... Great 👍🏼 I had to throw it away.

It was very spartan... for me personally, very dreary... food was okay... staff were very friendly...

Every time the food was only warm, you get stressed if you want to eat everything warm. Mostly very crowded and unfortunately rather uncomfortable. Table service always worked very well, but the tables themselves do not invite you to eat. However, some guests, including the children, could also go to etiquette school, which would make things a lot more pleasant.

Es gibt dort im McDonalds keine WCs, find ich unmöglich, da ich mir nach den Speisen verzerren gern die Hände ✋️ ✋️ waschen würde!!!

Das Essen schmeckt genauso wie es bei McDonalds erwartet wird. Service ist perfekt, Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Glück, es war etwas leer. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team.

Leider kam es zum Wiederholten Male vor das die Burger trotz Extras bei Bestellung kalt sind. Pommes total weich. Oder Extras trotz Bezahlung nicht erhalten. Musste über 25Minuten warten auf Bestellung.

Der Laden wirkte einigermaßen aufgeräumt. Die Tische waren am Abend leider alle belegt, sodass eine Dame im Rollstuhl nicht problemlos essen konnte. Das Personal hat dies gesehen und leider vollkommen ignoriert. Das war sehr schade!

Laden ist voll aber nur eine Kasse offen. Essen war nicht wirklich warm.

Recht schneller Service und das Produkt wurde frisch zubereitet...... So soll es sein

Wir hatten heute ein couponangebot mit q happymeal mit 4 chicken Nuggets incl. 6 er chicken Nugetts . Leider waren sie so trocken das sie zurück gebracht wurden . Die früheren Standards mit der Persönlichen Kundenberatung waren besser .

Leerer laden und ich hab bei McDonalds, fast so lange gewartet als wenn ich in ein Restaurant gegangen wäre. Sry Nein. Und das liegt für mich nicht an dem Laden. Die Qualität kann nicht mithalten liegt aber preislich bei deutlich besseren Gerichten. Ok, ist mcdonalds wenn ich dann aber auf 2 Cheeseburger, weil ja finde ich manchmal kuhl, 8min warten ohne eine andere person im laden da leg ich 2 euro drauf und kauf 1 Döner.

Mein persönlicher Eindruck ist das das Essen bei Mc D immer, ich will nicht schlechter sagen, wird, aber man merkt schon das aus einem Bürger das Maximum an profit rausgeholt werden soll. Nun zum Laden . Der Mc D im Billstedt Center ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das essen wird warm an den Tisch gebracht wenn man das Essen bei einem Mitarbeiter bestellt. Es ist bisschen von der Tageszeit abhängig ob man in Ruhe speisen kann, oder nicht. zu bestimmten Zeiten ist der Laden echt voll. Alles im allem, schöner Laden, nettes Personal, und frisches warmes Essen.

HEY! Ich war mal wieder im MCD. Die Osterüberraschung hat mich hier her gelockt. OK, eigentlich wollte ich nur was essen. Da traf sich die Kombi mit Chickenburger (schmecken tut da eigentlich nur die Tunke) und ein Paar Burgersocken als Sonderzugabe doch gut. Kurz anstehen, ganz schön was los hier. Aber netter fixer Service. Wobei in dieser Filiale das Regal noch gut gefüllt war - wollte der bekannteste Klopsbrater der welt nicht auf "always fresh" umstellen und keine warmgehaltenen Burger mehr servieren? Egal, mal wieder einen Burger mampfen und die Socken dazu (tragen sich echt gut). Da will ich mal nicht meckern. Das verrückte Huhn weis sicher warum! Nachtrag: Derzeit viele Produkte in genau dieser Filiale nicht verfügbar. In anderen schon. Die Ausrede das das mit der Ukraine zu tun habe ist wohl sehr frech gelogen. Zudem fällt auf, oft wird außer Haus gebucht obwohl man zum "Hier essen" bestellt. Entweder man möchte die Gäste die nur ne Kleinigkeit essen und trinken wollen nicht an den Tischen haben, oder aber es geht um die Steuer und hat System. Denn man bekommt jedes mal auch alles raus aus der Tüte und rauf aufs Tablett!

MC Donalds wird immer schlechter. Hat nichts mehr mit dem vor 40 Jahren zutun

Unterschiede der einzelnen Restaurants sind eigentlich nur an den weichen Punkten zu machen, den Menschen. Netter Service ist das A und O, um sich besonders herauszustellen. Ein Lächeln und den Kunden zeigen, dass man Spass hat. Und nun zu dem Standort im Billstedt Center: Einfach mal lächeln, einfach höflich sein....

Nicht gerade sauber der Laden und essen nur lauwarm und dann noch sehr laut da.

Für mich ist Fastfood immer eine Notlösung wenn Hunger und Zeitplan nicht zusammenpassen.

Durch einen technischen Fehler hat die Bestellung eine Ewigkeit gedauert. Sehr schade

War Voll mit Kindern und sehr Laut

Es ist halt der klassische McDonalds, allerdings war zu dem Zeitpunkt wo ich da war eine der Bestellgeräte kaputt. GraKa orderso. Ansonsten war relativ wenig los.

В очередной раз посетили Мак и в очередной раз нам насыпали макфлури ,даже не половину. На фото отлично видно,что мороженого ровно по начало ложечки. То крылья горелые приносили,теперь криветки. Салфеток влажных к крыльям не дождешься,зато теперь приносят к криветкам. То Колла не долита. А персонал не знает даже английского языка,хотя страна европейская! Я никогда не писала ничего подобного. Всегда все прощалось. Но в этот раз уже перешло все границы. Принести пол половины мороженого,это уже издёвки какие-то!!! Какие там пять звёзд. Минус три с натяжкой!!!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man wird schnell bedient. Das Essen schmeckt wie gewohnt und es gibt sehr gute Parkplatz Möglichkeiten.

Was soll ich sagen Megges halt. Ist wie überall, schmeckt wie überall, kostet wie überall, lecker ,!

Waren schon mehrfach dort, aber beim letzten Besuch schmeckte einer von zwei FischMacs nach Parfum. Die darauffolgende Reklamation wurde erst nach minutenlanger Reklamation seitens des Mitarbeiters durchgeführt - echtes Armutszeugnis.

…про макдональдс ничего хорошего для ценителей здоровья скзаать немогу))) но как же порой охото чего-то такого)) из всего ассортимента обычно беру салат или ролл с овощами и мясом. все как всегда, быстро, аккуратно и вкусно

Este fast food no me parecio de comida tan chatarra como otros . y el ambiente era agradable no de jovenes desgreñados y mochileros como en otras partes.

Sin dejar de ser uno mas entre los Mc Donald ,s porque ya sabemos lo que podemos esperar y pedir, visto uno visto todos , este esta muy bien.

Típica rede americana com comida de hamburger, batatas fritas, refrigerante. Para quem não quer gastar muito aqui é ideal.

Langes Warten in Stosszeiten.Das Essen ist wie in jeder anderen Filiale auch.Eben ein Restaurant das nur Füllstoffe anbietet.Nach einen Big Mäc bekommt man nach einer Stunde wieder Hunger.Das Ambiente leider unpersönlich.

ビルシュテットセンター一階のマクドナルド。ドイツのマクドナルドは好きです。ただ、今回、カードで支払いを行おうとして、最初 はビザ、次にマスター、さらにAMEXを出したのにも関わらず、店員のお姉さんが使い方をしらなかったのか、いずれのカードも使用できず。連れからは「カード、ロックされてるの？」といわれる始末。かっこわる。
