The worst place in Hamburg!!! I don't recommend it 🫣 We waited almost 50 minutes for our order, and they didn't even bring us any sauce 🥺 Guys, you can't work like that!!!! The cashier was rude! And the burger completely fell apart in my hand!!!! So I went hungry 😔

The worst place in Hamburg, ordered, paid, waited an hour, they are rude, they collect orders with their bare hands, designed for the flow of people, not for quality, once I came and told all my friends not to go

Everything was wrong with the order. They constantly keep asking for corrections. I wonder if a lack of German is the problem, or if the employees are simply unfriendly and don't want to express simple language customs.

Worst experience I had in McDonald’s. I ordered 2 times in different moments diverse food and everything was smashed. The service was even more worse, so mean and bad manners communicating with guests. Especially the mangy man, screaming all the time, replying badly to guests. I’d not suggest to come here honestly.

Today, once again, a prime example of how a business shouldn't be run. As usual, it's overcrowded at the airport, coupled with incompetence. I place my order with table service, and after waiting for over 25 minutes, I see the employee walking in another direction with the tablet containing what I thought was my food. I'm surprised, because it would be a huge coincidence for someone else to have ordered exactly the same thing as me. As expected, the customer wasn't satisfied with the delivery, so I run over to him and show him my order number, even seeing the same number on the delivery slip on the tablet. He ignores me, walks back, puts the tablet back, and moves on to the next order. After much fanfare, the manager finally hands me the tablet containing, of course, the now cold food. Never again...

Unfortunately, the play area is very, very dirty and unkempt!

For a quick meal after our flight, we decided on McDonald's. We ordered our meals via the app, which was quick. However, we had to wait a long time for the food, which was to be expected given the large number of customers. The Royal TS Burgers we ordered were almost cold and very poorly prepared. The fries were okay, as were the drinks.

Why is the children's playground always so dirty? Giant dust bunnies. You can handle that better than that, right?

A young employee was friendly but extremely slow. She checked her order several times, but still forgot something. So much for fast food. It wasn't even rush hour, just before 10 p.m. The other employee was unfriendly and almost aggressive when asked about the missing items in her order. McDonald's, you can do much better!

The young team especially the boy who did the service was very kind to the clients. He even asked if everything was fine after some minutes approaching to my table. Hope they earn what they deserve! The order was on 24/07/2025 around 20:00. The burgers were good as well.

I didn't get any points for my order through the app. When I asked the clerk at the pickup point for the receipt to add to my account, he said, "I'm not going to look for the receipt right now." All the other employees here don't speak a single word of German.

I had a frustrating experience at McDonald’s. First, they took a very long time to prepare the food. Then, when the screen showed my order was ready for collection, I went up — but the food wasn’t there. To make it worse, the order disappeared from the screen, and I was left waiting another 10 minutes with no explanation. It was confusing and disappointing, especially for a place that’s supposed to be fast and efficient. I hope they work on improving their service and communication with customers.

I ordered my burger of choice, and it turned out to be something completely different. The extra ingredients on the burger were wrong, and it was just plain bad. Never again.

Again, only vanilla instead of strawberry shake. It seems like it's every other McDonald's... it's a farce.

Solo la comimos porque estábamos hambrientos. Todas nuestras papas fritas y salsas también faltaban y solo nos las trajeron después de pedirlas explícitamente. Muy decepcionado y todavía con hambre.

First, you have to wait 8 minutes to go to the screen where you can pay for your meal. Then it took the staff 38 minutes to prepare my meal. So unless you are ready to wait nearly an hour to eat - don't go there

McDonald's Children's Playground The children's playground is cool and attractive at first glance, but unfortunately, it's really dirty and should be cleaned regularly!

Orderd food online got a conformation that the order is confirmed and never got my food

On June 22, 2025, at approximately 9:20 AM. The order was wrong. We ordered a muffin with eggs and bacon, but only eggs came. The manager was furious. She wasn't laughing; she just put two strips of bacon in it. Period. Never again, thank you.

Wow staff here just DGAF , would it just to smile when customers order or is there an extra charge for that. The happiest staff was the cleaner the only one with a smile and very helpful.

We ordered table service. After 25 minutes, we asked where the food was, but it arrived immediately and cold. When we asked, the staff reacted rudely and said the food was warm enough. A disgrace.

What can I say? It's just a McDonald's in the airport with the usual food. What was unpleasant, however, was the missing collection glass from my meal. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I opened the bag on the way. It's a shame, especially if you were looking forward to it.

Went to McDonald (Hamburg Airport) very early for the first time. I didn't know until then that there were no cheeseburgers this early, but "only" breakfast. The really nice lady recommended something to us. We then tried it and were really impressed. So it's so delicious. Highly recommended. Thanks for the friendly service. 5☆

The 2 stars are for the view that we can replace the order if something is no longer there with something else like chocolate cookies for french rolls WITHOUT informing us! When complaining, it is then suggested to exchange it for a pecan biscuit or to stick with the franzbrötcjen. Very great selection for a nut allergy sufferer. Then ice cream was delivered as soup because the lady didn't see him even when he waved.... without further ado mc'dof as he shouldn't be... P.s. Money back would be the right choice.

Big compliments to the cleaning staff on March 30th. worked late in the afternoon. I've never seen a McDonald's so clean, everything sparkling clean and always following through - tirelessly. Also generally fast service, friendly employees.

I recently visited McDonald's and was very satisfied! The service was top-notch—the staff was polite, my order was taken quickly, and I got my food in just a few minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious; I especially liked the crispy potatoes and juicy burger.

Ordered 2 happy meals plus 2 hamburgers. At home I noticed that 2 hamburgers were missing. With the small order, I didn't think it would be necessary to check. I'm annoyed with myself. Something that is forgotten happens all the time. Plus 2 crying children. Were really angry. Especially because the hamburgers already cost €2. Paid €4 for nothing.

Ordered to go today. Paid for two fries, only got one portion. This way you can rip people off because by the time we got back from the hotel the food would be cold. So: check what’s in the bag!

Waited 30 min. Guy at counter, ripped my ticket out of my hand. Had to ask it back but he ignored me, but the girl working therr was great. But that bald dude should be fired. Ice cream came like in the picture. And they fought me saying that it came melted like that. Oh my god. What an awful experience. So cookie dough was finished. Left with an oreo ice cream. Update: burger went in the trash. The thing came in pieces. Fries, trash, they were mushy. Nuggets were okay. And the ice cream was how it was supposed to taste. I have had my share of bad maccas worldwide, but this one broke some records and is in my top 3 of the worst macca in the world.

We visited the branch on February 14th, 2025 in the evening at 7:30 p.m. It wasn't full at first, but you still shouldn't notice that. I ordered via self-order with special requests and wanted to pay at the checkout. There I was ignored by 6 employees. An older lady was fumbling around with an order in such a calm state that the food was certainly already cold. Everyone else played dead bug. They were all so extremely slow with their work that one had the impression that everyone had just started working there that day. I actually waited almost 20 minutes all in all before I got my food. And there was almost nothing going on at first. However, after me it became extremely congested. You can't expect international behavior there either. If you don't understand your order number in German, you shouldn't expect it to be called out again in English. Embarrassing, really. Hamburg also wants to be an everyday city. Luckily I don't have to go there often. At least the special requests worked and the branch itself is clean. I don't often write reviews, but I had to get this one off my chest in the hopes that something will change.

Virkelig ringe service Fik bestilt de forkerte ting pga skærmmenuen som er virkelig ringe og uforståelig. Da jeg tjekker hvad jeg har bestilt så det fint ud men da maden kom var det ikke det ønskede. Forklarede ekspedienten at det var svært at forstå hvad man havde bestilt. Jeg havde bestilt en menu hvor der på en forunderlige måde pommes fristes var skiftet ud med en cafe latte som jeg bestilte undervejs?!! Hun spurgte sin chef som ikke ville ændre noget. Desuden var burgeren (McPlant chicken sweet chili) meget ringe og kold burger. Orkede ikkeat gå op til kassen igen efter den første behandling. Næste gang køber jeg hellere en tør sandwich i bistroen! Utrolig ringe service!

This is by far the most anti-social McDonald's, that I have ever visited. Employees overwhelmed, tables not wiped down, mass processing. Burgers so loveless and sloppily popped into the packaging that one I could hardly identify it as such, let alone get it in my hand in a way that was even remotely edible. DISGUSTING

Went to Mc Café today and were very satisfied. Everyone had a cappuccino, a strawberry slice and a chocolate cake which was very tasty but also very powerful. The lady who served us was very friendly. We also liked the ambience and the tray with our dishes was collected. Everything was also very clean and well maintained.

The McCafé here is really great too! My coffee was nice and strong and the sweet particles were simply heavenly. The atmosphere is relaxed and I always like to come back for a quick coffee. A nice place to take a break.

Was asked twice if everything was there and if everything was ok, never experienced that before! People also asked questions at the other tables, absolutely great! It was a great stay, thank you very much 👍🏼

I wanted to redeem a coupon using the McDonald’s app. I received a code, but it didn't show up on the McDonald's checkout screen. The employee didn't get the problem fixed, nor did her boss. I didn't buy anything because I couldn't redeem the coupon. However, 2 stars because they tried to fix the problem and didn't send me away.

If there are problems or complaints, they get violent and hit customers! Management sees this as “unfriendliness” towards the customer and would like to offer training for more “friendliness”.

Worst ever. Ordered a meal and milkshake. Got a cold burger not even the cheese had melted. No fries either. And they had no milkshake so forced me to pay many € for an extra soda I did not want. Avoid this place.

Decent McDonalds in Terminal 1 of HAM. Service was very fast and food was good. Ok for a quick meal before a flight.

We used to love coming here when our daughter was little. We ordered the new breakfast burrito and it came cold with more lettuce and cheese than egg. The staff was extremely nice and gave me a NEW sandwich - warm with just egg. Beware though, McDonald’s menu has changed. No more yummy eggs and pancakes - everything is meant to be held and eaten in your hand. I also had to get my decaf coffee and the neighboring restaurant. Oh well - still a nice playground for kids and a friendly staff.

From 9 p.m. the table numbers are cleared away so that you can only pick up the food. In addition, only takeaway bags are distributed so that you no longer have to clean the trays. Oh and my fries were old and cold.

Staff talk loudly about smoking weed and their own cocaine use and effects. In a public area where children are also completely out of place and inappropriate.

Despite the high number of customers, the food was prepared very quickly and tasted good.

The queue is 20 people long, 2 of the 6 machines go. I couldn't pay at the machine then this employee comes and laughs at me cheekily, he also thinks he's funny or something. Ordering at the checkout was a disaster, everything was misunderstood by him. Food cold and old. Had to go to the checkout 3 times to pick up things he forgot.

👎👎I placed an order at the machine as an emergency solution, unfortunately it was a bad experience. We waited over 40 minutes (!!) for the food and this only happened when we asked - otherwise it would have just disappeared and remained somewhere in the chaos of the kitchen. The take-away drinks were simply placed in a paper cup. How are you supposed to transport these without a lid and carrying aid? Completely unstructured, chaotic work system among the countless workers, no space for waiting customers and the food, which had long since become cold, didn't taste good either. I definitely could have saved this money...

Food MC Donald standard, atmosphere cool for kids. Service was once again a disaster - a middle-aged employee refused to hand over two straws and smiled cheekily. This is not helpful, especially if you have two children who have to share a drink. Overwhelmed when entering the order.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with today's visit. It started with me getting an old mug without the McDonald's ab sticker. I had to go to the counter again and point it out to the employees. A short time later I ordered another menu. That works but with ice the same problem again. Instead of a reusable cup, I was given a disposable cup and the peel off mäcci stickers were missing again. After I wanted my money back for the ice cream, the shift manager gave me two cups with the stickers. But it was still annoying and put a damper on my experience in this branch for the day

Wiated 20 minutes for 2 burgers. I then asked how much longer and was told 'this is a fast food restaurant ' despite showing my receipt of the time it was ordered. After 33 minutes spoke to manager who assisted quickly. Was not enjoyable.
