Food MC Donald standard, atmosphere cool for kids. Service was once again a disaster - a middle-aged employee refused to hand over two straws and smiled cheekily. This is not helpful, especially if you have two children who have to share a drink. Overwhelmed when entering the order.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with today's visit. It started with me getting an old mug without the McDonald's ab sticker. I had to go to the counter again and point it out to the employees. A short time later I ordered another menu. That works but with ice the same problem again. Instead of a reusable cup, I was given a disposable cup and the peel off mäcci stickers were missing again. After I wanted my money back for the ice cream, the shift manager gave me two cups with the stickers. But it was still annoying and put a damper on my experience in this branch for the day

Wiated 20 minutes for 2 burgers. I then asked how much longer and was told 'this is a fast food restaurant ' despite showing my receipt of the time it was ordered. After 33 minutes spoke to manager who assisted quickly. Was not enjoyable.

Fast food works differently .... How can you be so slow and unmotivated.

Fast - lukewarm and sticky. McDonald's supposedly has the same quality everywhere. That would be a reason for me never to go there again. Luckily there are better McDonald’s.

On May 12, 2024 at 11:49 a.m. we ordered two frozen yogurts to take away from the terminal and immediately went to pick them up at the counter. The pickup display system was broken. After two minutes, our frozen yoghurts were standing next to hot coffees in front of the espresso machine. Despite repeated advice from colleagues, they were not released. Burgers and fries were coming out all the time and there were now 6 sundaes, two frozen drinks and two coffees in front of the espresso machine. After 8 minutes the time had come and of course - how could it be otherwise - the ice had already melted a lot. I then pointed out this and the long standing time and asked that the two frozen yoghurts be remade. After consulting with a colleague (probably a supervisor), I was asked whether I could accept the ice cream like that. When I politely said no and explained it again, the supervisor came back with a snappy “So, what’s your problem?” That was already underground. My explanation was followed by “That melted for you?” - “Yes.” - “Yeah, for YOU, it melted for YOU.” After more back and forth, she remade the ice cream and slammed it onto the tray with two spoons. Of course there was no excuse for the long wait - just rudeness. That was my last visit here - you can be disorganized sometimes, but if you as a customer are insulted and have to argue about getting the product you paid for in an acceptable condition... big fail.

Catastrophe! Despite a lot of service staff, there was no sign of organization at all. The finished food and drinks were piled up everywhere. Our two frozen yoghurts stood in front of the hot coffee machine for 10 minutes, along with at least six other iced drinks. It's great when it all melts away like that. After one of the employees desperately pointed out to her colleague that someone would bring the iced drinks to the customer, it took another five minutes until someone actually did so. When we received our two frozen yogurts, we immediately returned them because they melted. We then had to have a serious discussion with the extremely unfriendly and hard-to-understand employee (she could barely speak German). Absolutely bad.

The fries were limp. The veggie burger had no taste. The coke had no spark in it. After bringing it back we got the same coke. We tried another Mc Flurry with cookies but it was so sweet that we left it after two bites. We arrived late after a flight and were hungry. But we don't do this anymore. In these times and prices you can no longer sell such junk.

Unfortunately the fries were cold and the cola was non-carbonated. The best thing was the outside area because you could see the planes landing and taking off. Once and never again!!!

A nice McDonald's with the advantage that you can see directly onto the apron.

Refers to McCafe: Rarely have I experienced such demotivated and unfriendly service. The cappuccino is just loveless and bad. Poor preparation. A (wooden!) spoon was reluctantly given upon request. Very very annoying.

One more restaurant from the franchise that does not disappoint compared to the rest.

04/28 at 10:00 there was only one cashier who did everything from taking orders to frying potatoes and taking out other orders / Because of this, we could not pay for the order for about 20 minutes in a queue of 3 people

If I had read the reviews beforehand, I could have saved myself a lot of time. The pick-up system doesn't seem to work and then my order of 2 cheeseburgers was simply forgotten.... Of course it's great if you have a hungry child with you who is of course impatient. It's best to close the location straight away. I've already seen branches with 5 times the crowd and it works perfectly...

There is a good viewing platform nearby with a view of the runway.

You don't expect culinary masterpieces from McDonald's and even if slow food is modern, I don't want that in a fast food restaurant. When I read in the recession that you have to bring your time here and that's why I thought, well then just have a burger, hamburger Royal Dobble cheese without any special requests without any extras, how long can that take. Before I go into further detail, here's a LONG spoiler... A hustle and bustle like a heap of ants in which a wasp has invaded but no elegance, the only one who feels like he has control over the whole thing is a young man who I asked after waiting for over half an hour where my burger was... With a look at the note he assured me that I would get my burger straight away. After another 5 minutes the burger was lukewarm. HOW DOES THAT WORK? you just made the thing, you have a production throughput like the iPhone 2 did back then, the burgers have to be hot, When I order an MC Rip in my shop around the corner with 2 pattis, the burger is so hot that the first layer of the roof of my mouth falls off the roof. How can a freshly made burger BE LUKEWARM. Then there are people standing around, I'm aware that you can't always go full throttle, but when there's a lady standing around you just want to scream at her IF YOU'RE BORED GO TO THE BACK AND HAVE MY BURGER and then there's another person who acts like he's the boss (maybe he is the boss) but doesn't get anything close to it, then you're just annoyed. More staff won't solve the problem, you simply need more space and I know that nothing will change because you live from walk-in customers. But gentlemen, you are bad.

Unfortunately very unfriendly bosses there. Staff works hard and is friendly. Orders are only possible at the terminal. It's a shame, otherwise it would have been the same at the counter. I won't be able to come back that quickly.

The food was brought to the table after 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't just the drinks that were ice cold. To make matters worse, the Big Tasty Bacon didn't have a burger patty (however you manage that). All in all: By far my worst McDonalds experience to date!

Food still wasn't there after 45 minutes. We have cancelled. Totally overloaded and had no perspective. Complete catastrophe. Never experienced anything like this at a McDonalds

They didn't give us any food because they didn't have their situation under control, there weren't enough staff, and the machines appeared to be broken. Simply a disaster. They didn't have any change either.

Staff extremely unfriendly, insults customers and shouts at them because they pick up their order 3 minutes later. Absolutely under all circumstances I will never eat again where I am personally insulted

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm normally a Mc D. FAN. We ordered and paid for breakfast. After a long time we were told that there was no longer any breakfast. Manager unfriendly. Completely inflexible. One can only hope that Mc.D headquarters will take care of it. Never again

A McDonald's. View is great and the children's area. It took 3 attempts to hand over my order completely. The employee didn't speak any German, which didn't matter to me but maybe not to other people. The terrace is great.

Mc Café not open despite full display. The employee at the checkout at the restaurant only gives curt answers that they are just as affected by the lack of staff. Then put up a sign, it can't be that extremely difficult.

I am deeply upset and disappointed by what happened to me. As someone who is a vegan, I very rarely go to McDonalds. But the circumstances after a long flight left me no choice: Driven by hunger and under time pressure to catch my train, I went to McDonald's and specifically ordered a plant burger - no cheese, no mayo - and the vegan nuggets. To my horror, I discovered on the train that my express wish had been completely ignored: the burger was with cheese and mayo, the nuggets were made of meat. There I sat, after already seven hours of travel, hungry and with another two hours of driving ahead of me, without the possibility of eating anything. This experience raises a serious question: Why offer the option to specify individual preferences when ordering if, in the end, they are simply ignored? Ignoring my specific order is a huge disappointment.

I waited 30 minutes for 1 burger and 1 drink ("fast food") and then saw another customer return her burger. This burger was then put in my bag and given to me. When I said I wouldn't eat food that had previously been with another customer, they rolled their eyes and said there was nothing to it. I didn't look for a moment and the same burger was put back in my bag. When I asked if it was new, I was told to look in the bag. Absolutely disgusting and rude!!!

Typical McDonald's dishes, very nice employees, we were also allowed to take a balloon with us for our son :) In addition: great play area for the little ones and a great view for young and old!

Das Personal will es nicht verstehen und ich sollte die Zentrale per Mail kontaktieren, Ausgang noch ungewiss. Ein Happ- Meal gekauft, falsche Beilage, falsches Spielzeug, falsche Soße und die andere Soße vergessen!!! Schlimmer kann man es nicht machen!!

Ich war nur wegen der Kinder da. Ich ernähre mich anders als mit Fastfood.Aber der Kaffee war lecker, auf Wunsch mit Hafermilch. Man kann dort toll sitzen und in die Halle schauen oder man geht auf die Terasse und beobachtet Flugzeuge.Beides ist toll. Manche Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, manche eher wie Roboter, servieren und gehen ohne ein Wort zu sagen.

A great place to grab a drink and some food before going out to the balcony to watch the airport.

They serve international customers but they still insists on reading out orders in German. That's the main reason their orders take long to go out because an international customer will wait until their order is read out in English.

I ordered a large fries and large vanilla shake on the self service screens with payment . When I came to collect, I was informed that there was no shake available. Naturally disappointed, I asked for a refund for the entire order. I was asked to wait, quickly a second person came to inform me that the shake machine was out of order. I said I knew and that I was dissatisfied and would like a full refund ‘But the fries are ok!’ they said. I asked for the manager and for a refund. A third person ( not the manager) appeared and guess what? The shake machine is out of order they informed me. I asked for a refund and was given 4 euros for the shake which I refused. The manager, who had seen this going on, then pointed the third assistant towards the shake machine. After two minutes a shake appeared. I took the opportunity to ask the manager to update the self service screens if the product is unavailable. He could hardly be bothered to make eye contact. The shake whilst basically ok was a little more fluid than normal, one could say substandard. You will be luck to get what you order at this MacDonalds and even luckier yo experience good customer service, but then again is it ever on the menu at MacDonalds nowadays?

Sehr schön gelegene McDonalds Filiale mit direktem Blick aufs Rollfeld des Hamburger Airports und Zugang zur (kostenlosen) Außenterrasse. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Obwohl nicht viel los war, leider etwas längere Wartezeit auf die beiden bestellten Menüs. Bestellung verlief gewohnt einfach über die SB-Terminals. Erwartungsgemäß sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Auch heute am 09. 09. 23ist das Mac Caffè nicht besetzt wie die meiste Zeit des Tages. Aus pappbecher trinke ich den Kaffee nicht, weil es nach Pappe schmeckt. Gestern konnte man seit Tagen bei der Drehtür zum außen Bereich nicht durch die glasscheiben sehen wegen schmutz. Auch die großen glasscheiben sind alle verdreckt. Statt Mac Donald, könnte es jetzt Mac Dreck heißen. Nach fast 2 Stunden war mal jemand im Mac café und gab mir eine Tasse mit Dreck und Lippenstift an den tassenrand. Viele Gäste wurden nicht bedient wegen nicht Besetzung Von Mac Cafe. So ist das jeden Tag.

Typisch wie jeder Filiale, preislich billiger als nach dem Check in...

Wie jedes McDonald's, allerdings vom Ambiente her etwas hochwertiger. Wenn ich in der Türkei bin, ziehe ich heimische Speisen vor, aber wenn es schnell gehen muss. . . Aber viel war hier nicht los, andere hungrige Gäste denken wohl ähnlich, wie ich.

Tischservice ausgesprochen schnell. Essen ok. Pummes wie sooft labbrig.

Kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten keine Probleme und die Burger waren frisch zubereitet.

Wir mussten lange warten mit Tischservice: Pommes und Burger waren teilweise kalt, einzelne Bestandteile der Bestellung fehlten. Das ist leider nicht der Standard, den man an so einer Location erwarten würde.

Hier kann man sich kurz vor dem Flug noch was günstiges Zum Essen holen…

21 Uhr am Terminal bestellt und alle die nach mir bestellt haben bekamen vor mir ihr essen. Nach 25 Minuten Wartezeit bin ich gegangen. Nur weil ich Barzahler bin dauert mein essen länger? Die Logik versteh ich nicht.

Das mc Cafe im Flughafen hat ein sehr gutes Angebot. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Service ist ok, aber bei grössere Bestellungen fehlt immer was, also immer Kontrolieren Fragt man die Person die die Bestellung gebracht hat, zuckt sie mit der Schulter, und sagt im gebrochenen deutsch ("da kasse").15.06.19 Nachtrag: wieder wurde die extra Bestellung nicht beachtet. Filet -O-Fish ein patty dazu bestellt. Trotzdem nur einen einfachen bekommen

Non e’ facile mangiare peggio del solito mcdonald eppure ci sono riusciti. Partiamo dal servizio: sono in dieci a servire e non riescono a unire due menu’. Hanno dimenticato nell’ordine indrink dei bambini, colori sbagliati dei giochi bimbi, le salse dell’insalata e le patatine erano di diverso gusto. Penso che peggio non si riesca a gustare.. Panini: indecenti, carne vecchia e insapore ma piene di cipolla. ddisorga

I ordered a Trüffel Beef from the classic menu. It looked absolutely great, well presented but greasy as hell. Needed a bath after it with grease and water everywhere. Tasted crap too. Anyhow not my thing as the real complaint is about the 2 milk coffees I ordered. They tasted like hot water in cigarettes. My wife tried to make wir work with extra milk and sugar but it tasted like an Afghan sewage system. I took it back and they said they don’t off milk coffee. Wouldn’t swap it or refund. 2 full coffees returned in drinkable and no negotiation. Manager wouldn’t even speak or look at me.

It looked busy but we needed to have some food, so the order was placed via the electronic touch screen system and then we waited...... As as in 50 minutes of frustrated wait. After several attempts to speak to a human behind the counter our order number appeared ready to be collected. To then disappear off the screen again. Another 20 minutes of waiting and finally after 1hour and 10 minutes we now have 5 minutes to eat in order to get thru customs to fly on holiday... In short the actual food was typical McDonald's.... the service APPALLING 😨

I visited both the Cafe and restaraunt. The cakes from Mccafe were very tasty and great value for money. Also purchased a Hamburger and soft drink from there store. All staff friendly and polite and all areas kept clean.

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, man hat gemerkt der Job bringt ihr Spaß. Das bestellte Essen wurde uns an den Platz gebracht. Hatten wir bisher nur fast etwas noch nicht fertig war.

This is a good sized McDonald's that is located on a level above the check-in counters in Terminal 1 and is located before you go through airport security. So, if you stop to eat there, remember to allow time to get through security and make it to your gate. The prices there were good, not airport rip-off prices like some other airports have and when I was there, the staff taking orders spoke English.

I had to have a hamburger in Hamburg, so I went here with my niece. I must say, because I hadn't had a McDonald's hamburger in many months if not years, it was really delicious! McDonald's knows how to make a burger that appeals to the taste buds, and no matter where you travel, in any country, I have found they always taste exactly the same. Very predictable, very cheap, very tasty. I don't need to ever have another MCD's burger again in my life, having had this one in Hamburg. Oh, they have the new self serve terminals here, which I used and it was so fast and easy. While there was a long line for the traditional method of ordering from a person, there were no lines at the terminals. And it took a visa card for a $1 order!
