Just picked up an order. The payment online beforehand was fine. The employees were super friendly and corrected the error immediately when asked.

My personal record: since I preferred not to touch the faecal germ monitor before eating, I was refused to order by an employee who barely spoke German. Unfortunately, I see it this way: McDonald's wants my money and I don't want their hoof, nose and eye pads. I cycled briefly to Burger King, where they were even able to help me analogously and in German.

Clean place, great coupons, but the wait time was too long for fast food.

I would really like to say something about the quality of the food, the staff, the branch in general, but I CAN'T as it seems they have decided that opening hours are more of an option. I stood in front of the locked door almost three quarters of an hour before the official closing time. No coming in, no ordering, no food... Thank you...

It was supposed to be a large cappuccino to go. I think EUR 4.39 is a big statement, but it doesn't matter. The whole store is empty and the employee behind the three free checkouts tells me "You have to order at the terminal". So I have to laboriously tap on an order column so that I can order a simple coffee? What if there isn't another customer in the store? Nope, I definitely don't HAVE to. She shrugged boredly and showed me her backside without saying a word. I then left shaking my head. The purchase decision for the future has now been made. McD is no longer visited without exception. I'm loving it. Not. By the way, the cappuccino at the Turkish bakery (super friendly staff) cost me EUR 1.50.

We recently went to this McDonald's to pass the time before heading to an important family event. My wife had ordered a drink and needed a straw so as not to ruin her careful makeup as it was a special day for her. To our astonishment, we were initially refused the straw and were drawn into a lengthy discussion about whether it was really necessary. After a long and unnecessary debate, we were finally given the straw, but the experience was anything but pleasant. It would be nice if simple requests like this didn't lead to such unnecessary drama. I expect more customer friendliness, especially from a company as established as McDonald’s. Nobody wants to have a discussion about a straw before an important event like a henna evening.

I left my tray and went to the toilet with the child. When I returned, our table was occupied by another visitor, and the lemonade the child was starting to drink ended up in the trash. The child is injured. We left in silence... it's strange that after so many years of existence of McDonald's you have never learned simple things that are understandable to all countries

That was my last visit here BURGER cold, fries soggy There's another way...also with MC The Mc Flurry was a joke...I had to look in the cup twice Then I went and complained about it. I don't like the tone within the McDonald team at all. Also, when I'm a customer eating, I don't want my feet to be wiped when it's not necessary at all. And then being talked at stupidly by the cleaning lady just tops it all off

I just don't understand the service. The ordering machine worked. I got help. There was no one and I was ignored. Ultimately the machine reset and my voucher code was gone. A young woman came, hardly said anything, typed on her cell phone and then left without a word. She just left me there, she didn't care. I complained, she didn't care, it's my bad luck. First the manager had to come. What's wrong with people? Does no one know how to behave towards a customer anymore? Completely desocialized. And that's why McDonald's is annoying. It's always like this everywhere when the technology doesn't work or mistakes happen. At McDonald's it's basically the customer's fault!

Today we went to MC Donalds on Ahrensburger Straße In general we are very satisfied. However, our usual positive impression was quite shaken today. This evening there was a woman standing at the counter who was wearing her long blonde hair in a loose style in front of her. Between servings she went to the french fries station, with her long hair hanging dangerously over the fries each time. Not enough, she then reached into the fries and put some in her mouth and shortly afterwards she scratched the back of your head. To be honest, I find it borderline and not really appetizing. Hands were neither washed nor disinfected. Because we had to wait an unusually long time, we had enough time to observe everything closely. I don't want to find long hair in my fries.

I ordered a vanilla milkshake 0.4L. It was liquid, when I spoke to the employee he said they were all liquid. The milkshakes from these McDonald's are not recommended if you want a "real" milkshake.

McDonald's is getting worse, not only unfriendly but also impersonal. Employees explain that they are no longer allowed to talk to customers because the employer forbids it, only EC cards or credit cards..., ordering is only possible at the terminal, special instructions on orders are not followed, they are reluctant to give in when spoken to... it doesn't work at all ...was definitely the last time for us in Germany...

I took my kids to McDonald's because of the Playmobil figures. We ordered two HappyMeals and I was able to choose the “Playmobil” toy at the terminal. When it was handed out, no toys were initially packed. When I asked about the Playmobil figures, I was rudely told that they no longer had any and I was offered "old promotions" as an alternative. When I asked if we could have the exhibits from the glass cabinet (all the animals were still there), I was told a very unfriendly and annoyed "no". What a shame! The children were of course sad and disappointed. 1. Can this be communicated nicely and sensibly and 2. I expect that I won't be able to choose the toys at the terminal and that they will disappear from the display case as an exhibit if they are no longer available.

I don't understand how people can be so persistent in ripping off customers. Don't you realize that satisfied customers COME BACK and PAY AGAIN? How can you think so inefficiently? If the sundae or cappuccino is only half full, the customer is UNSATISFIED and even if they don't complain, they won't come back. But if you behave like this manager and react so rudely to complaints, you shouldn't be surprised if you get reviews like this one. With that in mind, a heartfelt, you too!!!

Paid our order in cash but didn't get a table number. Not even when asked. And the pickup numbers aren't even shown on the display. Customer service non-existent. Leider ist es wohl inzwischen üblich, dass man im Drive‐In von McDonald's gut 20 Minuten auf seine Bestellung warten muss, drinnen sowie auch draußen. Normalerweise war beim Drive‐In von McDonald's die Bestellung fertig, wenn man von der Bestellposition etwa zwei Wagenlängen bis zum Schalter vorgefahren war, an dem man die Bestellung entgegen nahm und bezahlte. Wenn man 20 Minuten auf Fastfood warten muss, kann man auch in ein Restaurant gehen und warmes Essen genießen ...

Der langsamste McDonalds in Hamburg. Und immer wieder gerne die Ausrede: Heute den ersten Tag hier! Aber die Gesichter vor Ort sind immer die selben... Man muss hier einfach längere Wartezeiten einplanen, auf die Schnelle gibt es hier leider nichts. Qualität aber in Ordnung!!!

Am Terminal bestellt und bezahlt, nach 5 Minuten am Schalter abgeholt. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Magen Darm bekommen nach den Chili Cheese Snackers. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Automaten im Laden sind am Anfang komplizierter, wenn man erstmal weiß wie es geht sind die super.

Hat mir heute gar nicht geschmeckt. Big Mac zu trocken und Pommes wabbelig und fast kalt. Die Nuggets schmeckten wie aus der Mikrowelle. Schade.

Habe heute so gegen 23 Uhr da essen am mc Drive abgeholt und da habe ich diese wunderschöne Mc Donalds Mitarbeiterin gesehen die mich abkassiert hat also muss mal echt sagen das diese Frau echt mega ist und vor allem mega süß Ich werde in Zukunft öfter online bestellen und es da abholen und das nur um diese schöne Frau wieder zu sehen

Ei McDonalds in dem meine App irgendwie nie funktioniert obwohl ich mich auch in WLAN vor Ort eingeloggt habe. Der Cheeseburger in meiner Bestellung war kalt und hat auch schonmal besser geschmeckt.

Der Mc Muffin Bacon Egg ist kleiner aber viel teurer geworden....

Das Essen ist wie in jedem McDonalds, das Personal etwas wortkarg, aber freundlich (wenn sie denn mal sprechen ;-)). Lediglich die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Manche Tische waren noch vollgekrümelt, der Kinderspielturm im Außenbereich war sehr verschmutzt und mit Müll gespickt, da würde ich mein Kind nicht spielen lassen.

Der neue Big Mac ist noch schmackhafter wie der, den wir kennen, sagt Ronald McDonald. Irgendwie anders aber irgendwie gewohnt. Cheeseburger und der Hamburger Royal TS ohne Tomaten wunderbar wohlschmeckend. Ich bin gespannt ob die Kundenzufriedenheit die Marktforschung hierzu bestätigt! 4 Sterne 🌟

Sehr schneller Service trotz großer Bestellung - es wurde sogar geholfen, die Tabletts zu den Tischen zu bringen :-) Leider sind viele Gäste anscheinend Schweine...die Toiletten sahen schlimm aus...

"Neu ist der Mai" in diesem Restaurant in Stadtteil Wandsbek. Es wurde renoviert. Das Ambiente und das neue Design sind Geschmacksache. In dem Zusammenhang gibt es ein neues Konzept. In einer Schlange stehen war gestern. Heute gibt es auch Terminals, wo man seine Bestellungen eingeben kann. Rückfragen scheiden damit aus. McCafe gibt es hier auch nicht mehr. Auch das jetzige Konzept erscheint mir nicht vollständig durchdacht. Zuerst suche ich die Angebote. Das ist nicht jederzeit möglich, was vorher anders war. Warum? Heute gibt es hinter dem Tresen einen riesigen Monitor mit Werbung, die - nach geschätzten 30 Sekunden - dann - im Wechsel - die Angebote anzeigt. Auch an der Wand - sehr versteckt - eine Tafel mit Infos über Bestandteile und Allergene. Auch diese Anzeige wechselt, um Angebote auf-/anzuzeigen. Warum man das nicht separat macht, bleibt sich mir verschlossen. Vor der Bestellung sollte man sich über Sonderangebote oder Aktionen informieren. Ich bestelle als Sonderangebot/Aktion Filet-o-Fish für 3,89 € (2 Stück). Ich erhalte einen grossen Aufsteller mit Nummer. Das Gericht wird mir an den Tisch gebracht. Der Geschmack ist okay. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant ist heute gut. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Auch ein Drive-In gibt es hier. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe.
