Well, it's just a McDonalds, you drive there sheepishly, eat a burger 🍔 and maybe fries 🍟, wash it all down with a soft drink and an hour later you're hungry again. But it's always the same, and this branch was well managed - at least when we visited, we go to McDonald's once a year.

I had to wait 50 minutes for food

Very long waiting time at the drive in, the service was completely overloaded and unfriendly. Burgers were really poorly packaged. Then I was told that they closed at 2 a.m. but we were able to order something from the mcdrive and there is never ice cream or a milkshake at night. But I also know that there is always a way to overwrite a system or find a work-around. This works at Lufthansa, in the Telekom call center, just to name a few. In the end, despite the system and process, it is always the person who makes the difference. That's exactly what I miss with many systems. The process is above the guest. That may be important and right for reasons of cost and efficiency, but for me it ultimately lacks the very atmosphere that actually defines hospitality. In any case, I will endeavor to no longer support the “system experts” in the future, but rather the local providers on site. McDonalds, you lost a customer today.

Habe gestern da gegessen und muss wirklich sagen das es mir sehr gut geschmeckt hat die Bürgers u Fritten waren frisch und schön angerichtet ist auch mein Lieblingsstandort ! Gut erreichbar weil der 5er Bus davor hält und auch schöner großer Laden und ich fragte einen netten Mann glaub der war Türke hat mir bei meiner App von McDonnalds sehr gut geholfen bin da leider technisch nicht begabt!Der Türkische Mitarbeiter war stets geduldig und sehr höflich so das man sich wohlfühlte! Die Pommes waren zwar etwas übersalzen die Bürger dafür super, dennoch eine gute McDonalds Fiale, der Mittarbeiter war sehr nett und freundlich, sollte ich noch einmal in Hamburg sein, dann gerne wieder 😉👍

Lecker Mc Cafe, Rest typischer McD. Da bestelle ich extra ein Aktionsmenü und dann wollen die einen noch um das Glas behummsen, das gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Die Pommes waren zwar heiß aber völlig ungesalzen. Der neue Big Mäc ist kleiner als der in den 80/90ern.

Wir waren eigentlich zu spät da aber sie haben für uns extra nochmal die Bestellung gemacht, auch war die Eismaschine auch schon aus und wir haben dann einen Donut als Ersatz bekommen

Essen am Schalter ohne Probleme bestellt, die Bestellung kam zügig und warm. Ceasar Wrap und Bürger bacon cheese irgendwas 😂war sehr gut

War mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kids dort. Fünf verschiedene Menüs, und alles fehlerfrei an den Tisch geliefert bekommen. Personal freundlich und angagiertes. Toiletten waren einwandfrei.

McDonalds halt. Bisschen laut gewesen, aber das ist halt mal so.

Sehr sauberes Restaurant, nette Bedienung und schmackhaftes Essen und ein neues Ambiente!
