Burger war kalt und die Pommes nur so lala. Service okay aber nix Besonderes. Schade eigentlich...

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert drinnen nicht, es ist sehr heiß, ich werde wahrscheinlich zum Bürgermeister der Stadt gehen und mich beschweren müssen, warum die Klimaanlage bei McDonald’s nicht funktioniert, die Leute werden drinnen krank von der Hitze, es ist eine Bedrohung für das menschliche Leben

Das Personal war nett, wirkte aber teilweise überfordert, obwohl es vormittags noch nicht viel los war. Leider war der Tisch klebrig (er war nicht gewischt worden) und die Filiale ist nicht behindertengerecht! Für Menschen/Kinder im Rollstuhl nicht zu empfehlen! Es müsste dringend eine Rampe angebracht werden, um den Zugang zu den Plätzen im Freien zu ermöglichen.

Wie kann es sein, dass seit 1,5 Wochen die Kartenzahlung am McDrive nicht funktioniert aber am letzten Wochenende funktionierte. Das ist sehr seltsam, man wird immer aufgefordert mit Karte ins Restaurant zu gehen um zu zahlen.

Essen und Bedienung waren ok. Toiletten in einen sehr schmutzigen Zustand!

Schlechtester McDonald Ever! 4 Autos in der McDrive-Schlange, 30 min. gewartet, dann 2 KALTE Burger, umgetauscht, WIEDER 2 KALTE BURGER....‼️ Ich wollte EIGENTLICH nur SCHNELL etwas WARMES essen......🙈🙈🙈🙈

Laut, inkompetentes Personal und Kaltes essen einfach schlecht .

Bislang hatten wir eigentlich gute Erfahrungen hier, aber nachdem was wir heute gesehen haben, haben wir das Essen noch auf dem Parkplatz in den Müll geschmissen. Völlig überforderte Mitarbeiter, die mit dreckigen Rohren hantieren, während cm daneben offenes Trinken steht, eine Mitarbeiterin, die prüft ob die Sahne leer ist, indem sie sich den Sprühkopf an die Handfläche drückt & die Sahne die raus kam, in den Becher klatschte. Das zeigt mal wieder, wie egal den Leuten ist, was du zu dir nimmst. Ihr solltet ganz dringend euer Personal schulen.

Habe gerade eben auf einem Sonntag gegen 18:00Uhr im Drive-in via Coupons essen bestellt. Darunter 2x Stilles Wasser, da ich das immer gut im Auto lassen kann und es wenigstens die einigermaßen „gesunde“ Getränke Variante bei Mc Donald‘s ist und zusätzlich eines der Gläser die mir zur Auswahl angeboten wurden. An der Ausgabe dann die Ernüchterung: das Wasser wurde mir in 0,5l Pappbechern mit Eis gereicht. Auf meine Frage, ob es denn keine Flaschen mehr gäbe meinte der blonde 30-45 jährige Mitarbeiter „Nein, schon ganz lange nicht mehr.“ auf die Frage wie lange genau…kam die Antwort: „Seit mindestens 2 Monaten.“ Okay. Passiert. Als ich ihn dann noch fragte, ob er das Glas dann ganz nach unten in die Tüte gelegt habe , nickte er fleißig mit dem Kopf. Zu Hause dann die Tolle Überraschung: Pommes mehlig, pampig und kaum bis gar nicht gesalzten Mc Rib super matschig und das Glas fehlt. Ja, ihr habt gerade Stoßzeiten, aber wenn man euch schon fragt und ggf. auf einen fehlenden Bestellungsteil hinweist, dann lügt uns Kunden doch nicht noch dreist lachend ins Gesicht.

Wir standen gerade beim McDrive in der Schlange, als uns mehrere Ratten auffielen, die herumliefen. Das hat mir persönlich den Appetit verdorben. Ich fahre da nicht wieder hin …

Die Zufahrt ist etwas erschwert,für Gäste die aus dem centrum kommen. Vorbeifahren bis ein Wenden zugelassen ist. Bei verlassen das gleiche, wenn ich wieder nach außerhalb möchte. Richtung centrum, bis ich wieder Wenden darf.

Das Essen ist typisch für ein Maczek-Restaurant, einfach, aber sättigend; das Lokal ist sauber, die Bedienung schnell.

Essen war Ok aber der Service war volle Katastrophe wir wollten heute um 18:10 Uhr ein Spielzeug umtauschen ich wurde sehr unhöflich behandelt und wurde mit den Worten "was willst du ? " begrüßt an der Theke das geht absolut gar nicht eine so schlechte Erfahrung hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr.

Sehr schlechte Toiletten, Klobrille auf halb acht.Pommes sehr labbelig,also nicht wirklich ein Erlebnis.

7,30€ für einen BigMac? Niemals.

Nichts schlechtes Auszusetzen. Doch am meisten stach mir ein Mitarbeiter ins Auge. Er gleitete so schnell und elegant durch die Gänge wie ein Blatt durch den Wind und servierte den Kunden das Essen in kürzester Zeit.

MC Drive. Das war wohl der schlechteste Cheeseburger den ich je bekommen habe. Das Patty lauwarm. Der Schmelzkäse kalt, nichtmal angeschmolzen und war in zwei Teilen. Sonntag 29.03.26 15 Uhr

Leute, McDonald's ist echt gut, mir gefielen die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die Atmosphäre, ein toller Ort für Kinder, um Spaß zu haben.

Sollten mehr an der Sauberkeit arbeiten. Toiletten zb. eine reinste Katastrophe!

Ich wollte Kaffee trinken und habe eine halbe Stunde auf meinen Kaffee gewartet.

Absolut unfreundlich Ganz normal nach etwas Milch für Kaffee gefragt, darauf sehr unfreundlich reagiert. Am frühen Morgen schlechte Laune. Zum hier essen bestellt und Kaffee im Pappbecher serviert.

Die Öffnungszeiten sind auf Google Maps nicht richtig angegeben. Zumindest die am Sonntag.

Das Küchenpersonal spielt lautstark seine eigene Musik, und gleichzeitig läuft die Musik für die Gäste; beides überlagert sich mit unterschiedlichen Liedern. Hier zu sitzen ist eine Qual.

Viele Ratten auf dem Parkplatz! Wir standen nachts auf dem Parkplatz und haben mehrere Ratten 🐀 rumlaufen sehen.

Das Personal ist durchweg unfreundlich und benimmt sich schlecht. Sie sprechen weder Deutsch noch Englisch.

Ich möchte meine große Beschwerde mit allen teilen, die in diesem McDonald’s-Restaurant einkaufen gehen. Erstens ist es nicht das erste Mal, dass ich betrogen werde: Von dem, was ich bezahle, fehlen immer 1–2 oder sogar mehr Produkte. Ich betone noch einmal: Es ist nicht das erste Mal. Ich bin sehr verärgert über den dortigen Manager, der dieses Restaurant leitet, weil er die Mitarbeiter offenbar nicht ernst nimmt. Wenn man Produkte bezahlt und sie zum Mitnehmen bestellt, merkt man oft nicht sofort, was im Beutel fehlt – und am Ende bleibt man jedes Mal mit einem Schaden von 3–4 Euro zurück. Was ist das für eine Einstellung? Beim nächsten Mal werde ich das Lokal melden bzw. Anzeige erstatten! 😡

Schlechter Service am Wochenende am Abend , Tischservice wird nicht durchgeführt Essen wir dadurch kalt , Manager bevorzugt bekannte / Freunde beim bezahlen und Essensausgabe , Das Order System wird einfach bestätigt damit Man offiziell die Zeiten einhält …. Peinlich 😬

Nachts gibt es hier leider keine Milchshakes, weil die Maschine gewartet werden muss oder sowas. Wäre natürlich schön, wenn das während der Frühstückszeit passiert, wo es sowieso keine Milchshakes gibt und nicht während einer Zeit, zu der diese erhältlich sein sollten. Habe es hier leider auch schon mal erlebt, dass meine Bestellung vergessen wurde, weil der Koch während der Zubereitung Schichtende hatte. Drivethrough ist leider oft ziemlich voll/langsam hier. Sonst generell wie jeder andere McDonalds, die mittlerweile hohen Preise drücken auf die Gesamterfahrung. Edit vom 12.02.2026 Musste eben 12 Minuten auf einen (1!) Cheeseburger warten. Früher lagen die einfach im Regal und man hat immer einen bekommen. Jetzt sind sie 4 Mal so teuer und man wartet ewig. Wundert mich ehrlich gesagt, dass hier noch Potential nach unten war.

Großes McDonald's Restaurant mit McDrive in HH-Lokstedt nahe am Siemersplatz in der Nähe der Automeile Nedderfeld. Bestellt wird an Bestell-Kiosken oder per App. Tischbedienung ist auch möglich. Es gibt viele Plätze, sodaß man meistens auch einen Sitzplatz bekommen kann. Das Restaurant ist meistens sehr gut besucht. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Zustand der Toiletten ist wechselhaft; manchmal ist alles gut, manchmal sind diese sehr schmutzig. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, die Bestellung meistens vollständig. Zwischen 0 und 1 Uhr nachts wird häufig die Eismaschine gereinigt, sodaß Eis und Shakes zu dieser Zeit nicht verfügbar sind. Es gibt ausreichend viele Parkplätze..

Mitarbeiter möchte gern mein Zettel sehen obwohl ich online bestellt habe und dann auch noch 2 falsche Burger…. Lassen mich erst ma 20 min warten obwohl nichts los ist…

Meine Eindrücke, schäbigster Mc Donalds in ganz Hamburg. Mitarbeiter diskutieren mit den Kunden, wenn das essen kalt ist und sehen es nicht ein, warmes Essen zugeben nur weil die zu faul sind. Sowas asoziales hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Das war mein letzter Besuch dort

Nach 22 Uhr ist da die Hölle los. Unfreundliche und unfähige Mitarbeiter. Toiletten sind Katastrophal

um 2 Uhr morgens dort sein, ist das beste Gefühl Essen schon geil aber Mitarbeiter sind frech. Ich habe mit meinem Kollegen 100 Nuggets gekauft und haben sogar mehr bekommen sehr nett aber dennoch all in all sehr doof

Sitzauflagen: Alt und fleckig. Stühle: Fleckig Tische: Nicht wirklich sauber gewischt. Fußboden: Essensreste und Papier (Bürgerverpackungen usw). Es ist hier gerade nichts los. Und trotzdem sieht es echt Schlimm aus. Katastrophen Restaurant!

In my opinion, it's one of the best McDonald's in Germany. We stopped by briefly after visiting the zoo, and one employee in particular was so quick and kept the place running smoothly. It was also very clean and tidy.

I order a caffee but she give me only milk shaum no caffee this is money wasted

Worst food I've ever had from this chain. Someone probably ejaculated in my kit. Be careful with them.

Service has deteriorated significantly, and something is missing from my order again. How many times do I have to pay for something and not receive it? You have to be controlled like little children, even for a simple order. This shouldn't be allowed!

The fries and burger were no longer hot. Service was canceled.

We were there at midnight. Unfortunately, it was dirty; the staff were sitting in the bar having fun. The music was playing loudly and twice. When one of them asked for the music to be turned down a bit, they pretended to do so, so we couldn't be heard.

Unfortunately, the counter staff are sometimes completely incompetent, and they can't process any order without making mistakes. You really have to check every order at the counter to make sure it's complete... Annoying...

I ordered two Happy Meals, among other things. When we got home, we noticed that there were no toys. After I called, they just turned us away. So, we paid more for nothing, and still didn't get any toys.

A good music choice from the kitchen after 23:00

Never again! I ordered something from you at mcdrive and had a big surprise at home. I called you and received an unfriendly response (that can't be right). I repeated it several times... but unfortunately, it's true! I was a regular customer, and you'll never see me again! You also think I have nothing better to do than call you, but that's just not for me...

This McDonald's is clean, the employees are nice and the food is top for a McDonald's. I have never experienced cold burgers or burgers that have been lying around for a long time.

Ordered food from a McDrive, spent almost €50, and the most expensive burger, a Philly steak, was missing. This isn't the first time, and I'm starting to believe it's a system or a shortage of skilled workers! It ruined our evening!

I don't need to say more, the pictures speak for themselves. Anyone who comes here for dinner has to expect bird droppings when looking at these trash cans.

The restrooms in the women's area are very run-down. The toilet seat and the washbasin should be thoroughly cleaned at least once a day. From what it looked like, only the waste bin was being emptied.

If you need something quick, it's okay, but the burgers are never like the photos... 😒 Everything is carelessly prepared and flattened.

Unbelievable! I was here last night at 12:56 AM, and German rap was playing extremely loudly in the restaurant. Honestly: Who would ever think of playing that kind of music at full volume in a McDonald's? The lyrics are aggressive, vulgar, and completely unsuitable for a restaurant where families, children, and ordinary customers all want to eat. You don't feel welcome here, but rather like you're in a bad club atmosphere. McDonald's should provide a pleasant environment—but instead, you get headaches and a bad mood. This is definitely going to lose you customers!

Landed here around 9:30 p.m. after a tour. The men's restrooms smell worse than rest stop restrooms; I wouldn't have thought that was possible. There was no soap in either the men's or women's restrooms. (This was fixed after reporting it to the staff.) Order at the counter? No way. You MUST order at the terminal. It's fine for us, but what do older people do? We waited about 20 minutes for our order in a moderately full "restaurant," so it's no longer a "fast-food restaurant." The order was brought incomplete, but after a complaint, it was fixed. The fries were refilled; they were fresh and good, but one portion was missing (see above). The burgers were good; unlike about 10 years ago, the buns were no longer soggy, mushy, or flabby. But they were lukewarm at best. Even the employees didn't know about the "competitions," but they tried to figure out how it worked themselves 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Everything's a complete disaster. There are always mistakes with the burgers. There's always something missing from the tray. Dirty... what else? A boss works there, and she's incredibly rude. The blondie treats customers and employees very badly.

It's dirty. Our toddler crawled 8 meters across the floor. His hands and feet were black. On the way to the play area, he put a cigarette butt in his mouth. There was no soap in the toilet for handwashing.

Dirty, unfriendly, incompetent. There's no other way to describe this branch. Tables aren't cleaned, orders are almost always wrong, and no one here is customer-friendly—quite the opposite. The night attendant, in particular (always the same one), is so rude and rude that you wonder how he's even allowed to work in customer service. Unbelievable... Simply unbelievable!! My girlfriend wanted plantain nuggets and got garlic pepper chicken nuggets. She's allergic to garlic. And they also forgot a cheeseburger. Always check your order before you leave.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. And I worked at McDonald's myself for 4 years. I NEVER write reviews, but that's not okay. I was there this morning (July 28th, 7am) to get breakfast after a 10-hour night shift. I was so looking forward to my breakfast. Someone forgot to turn on the fryer to make the chicken for my fresh chicken, and I was pressed for time to get home. I was told it would take another 10 minutes. I then told them to put bacon on it instead - I was then served the burger with an egg, which I don't eat. Luckily, I noticed this in time and got a new burger with just bacon and cheese - no salad, no sauce - I noticed this too late. I really think a lot of McDonald's, but that would never have happened at the McDonald's in Braunschweig at the main station. There was hardly any communication, especially shortly after the store had opened. It's just sad that you don't even have time to at least make brief arrangements then. So I paid the price of two fresh chicken burgers for a burger with a poorly prepared, dry topping. What a shame.

What kind of store is this?! We ordered something a few minutes ago and part of our order was missing! When we called, we were IMMEDIATELY hung up after a few seconds. We called twice again, no answer. On the fourth call, a woman yelled disgustingly into the microphone! We are absolutely shocked by this "customer service." This is simply immature and disgusting. They mess up our order and then don't want to take responsibility for it? Shame on you!!! An absolute shitty store, not recommended. And to the person on the phone: you shouldn't have a job like this!!!

The speed is outrageous - both in the drive and on the spot.

The food was lukewarm, the service was very unfriendly, the ordering terminal was out of order, and the lady at the cash register, who didn't speak German, couldn't understand what we wanted and repeatedly referred us to the terminal that wasn't working. When it finally worked again, we were at the very back of the queue. The two milksakes weren't full, but our criticism wasn't understood either. Instead, she called on the next customer. I hope they were having a bad day.

I don't understand bad reviews here - I never had a problem with this restaurant. The place is cleaner than any McD I visited in Hamburg, food comes really fast, workers do their job well. Additionally the interior is pretty, someone takes really good care of plants there. Good service overall.

The kiosk charged me double mayo and ketchup, and I couldn't return it. Customer service was awful. There were no straws for the milkshake, and no napkins either!

I'm honestly very disappointed. The staff was anything but friendly or customer-focused. Their tone was rude, their attitude condescending – even though I was absolutely respectful. I'd like to remind you: The customer is right. And a little courtesy and professionalism should be a given in an establishment like McDonald's. I expect a certain standard during my visit – not just in the food, but also in the service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time.

I'm really disappointed with my last visit. I ordered two strawberry milkshakes, but instead got two vanilla ones. When I politely pointed this out, I was told in an unfriendly tone that they were supposedly strawberry—even though they were clearly vanilla. After I complained again, the shakes were made again—and again, they were twice vanilla! It's really unpleasant to have to complain about the same mistake twice. Instead of letting me have the wrong shakes (which they could have done with goodwill), they simply threw them away. I find that absolutely irresponsible—especially at a time when many people don't even have enough to eat. This is pure food waste. I was polite the whole time, but the employee had an extremely unfriendly demeanor and a brusque tone, which is absolutely not what I expect from a customer service representative. In the future, please listen better, remain respectful, and avoid being so wasteful with food.

We arrived at McDonald's and encountered an unpleasant attitude from the management: An old grandmother (presumably from India) behaved rudely and said, "Deaf, deaf—they don't hire people like that." We were shocked by this disrespect towards people with hearing impairments.

Sometimes it's very dirty, but you get your food relatively quickly. Should there be a problem, the staff are very keen to fix it.

McDonald's with drive-thru and the usual equipment and menu. Unfortunately, even when ordering through the McCafe app, it's served in a paper cup. Reusable cups are only shown in advertisements.

The vouchers aren't available online, and the PIN code in the app doesn't work. The food was cold. Never again.

Very dirty. The tables and floor looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The wait time was very long, which has nothing to do with fast food.

Only 3 stars this time. I had the 295 to go today. It came with a large hot chocolate. Unfortunately, it was just milk 🤣 When the young man in black with the big button in his ear makes me the chocolate in the McCafe and immediately puts the lid back on, I think he stirred it. PS: Has anyone ever gotten the lid off the cup? I have 3 teaspoons of chocolate to give away for a good price 😅

We stopped there for a coffee on our return journey. It was a lot to do for the staff and we still got our coffee and chocolate served in cups. Excellent, we've had something like this elsewhere. Therefore full stars

Loud oriental music, you have the feeling you are in a shisha bar somewhere in Arabia. Disaster. The employees probably do whatever they want without thinking about the customers. Embarrassing and anything but customer-oriented.
