Despite a first unclean impression (toilet, and a bit "shabby"), the food was excellent!

I ordered a cheeseburger without pickles and ketchup and got one dripping with ketchup...

A fairly large McDonald's restaurant in Hamburg Lokstedt with McDrive and play equipment. There are sufficient parking spaces available. You can order via the kiosks or via the app. Table service is possible and quite quick. On Fridays around midnight the ice cream machine is often cleaned, so no ice cream or shakes are available. Prices are fair. The toilets are mostly fine, but occasionally a bit very dirty. The staff is nice and friendly. You are welcome to go there.

INCREDIBLY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I've picked something up on your drive FIVE TIMES now and EVERY 5 TIMES AT LEAST ONE BURGER WAS FORGOTTEN!!!!!! How can you be so stupid and backward that you can't even eat McDonalds!?!? And then I come back and say “you FORGOT MY BURGER” and you tell me “not our problem, you can lie and have already eaten” how can you be so disgusting and deceitful!!

Unfortunately I accidentally got chicken instead of plant based nuggets. The lovely employee immediately gave me new plant based nuggets and lots of words of apology as well as fries and apple turnover 🥰🥰 really sweet!!

Overall, very clean McDonald’s. The person who brought us the food was very attentive and a “complaint” about food being forgotten was dealt with promptly. Thank you for that

McDonald's in Hamburg always has the best service. The Big Mac Box is my go-to when I'm really hungry. Everything comes quickly and fresh, never too long of a wait. Highly recommended. The service is always friendly and professional.

Absolutely bad, I ordered a Royal Ts menu and got a lumpy, dried out cheeseburger and the Curlys were raw and cold ......absolutely not recommended!!! Since I was visiting Hamburg and was already on the way back home, I obviously couldn't turn around and complain about it

Oh dear... all hell broke loose here. We've never had to wait an hour for fast food. Of course everything was cold. Milkshake not available, cappuccino not possible... staff rotating without any sense or reason. Even the coffee that we usually love was undrinkable.

The best thing first: the coffee tastes good and is hot. But that was it. Service stressed and unfriendly. Tables dirty. In the so-called winter garden there were only students who used it as a warming hall. There was enough for a coffee, but I wouldn't eat there. I was beyond horrified by the toilets.

I guess this is what we like about Mcdonalds. Regardless of where you go, you know it will be the same. I don't live in Germany, but if you want something quick and familiar you know this will offer it.

I had to wait 50 minutes for food

Very long waiting time at the drive in, the service was completely overloaded and unfriendly. Burgers were really poorly packaged. Then I was told that they closed at 2 a.m. but we were able to order something from the mcdrive and there is never ice cream or a milkshake at night. We were there at 4 a.m :20 there and other times we were there at different times there was never ice cream or milkshake at night

The ugly face of system catering Ordered and paid for breakfast via the app. Got to the counter at 10:29 a.m. and gave my code. It was already 10:30 a.m. in the system and I was told that breakfast was only available until 10:30 a.m. and my order was therefore canceled in the system and there was nothing more that could be done. Now processes are what they are and I could have been there five minutes earlier (although I don't know if that would have really made a difference). But I also know that there is always a way to overwrite a system or find a work-around. This works at Lufthansa, in the Telekom call center, just to name a few. In the end, despite the system and process, it is always the person who makes the difference. That's exactly what I miss with many systems. The process is above the guest. That may be important and right for reasons of cost and efficiency, but for me it ultimately lacks the very atmosphere that actually defines hospitality. In any case, I will endeavor to no longer support the “system experts” in the future, but rather the local providers on site. McDonalds, you lost a customer today.

I would say one of the best McDonalds in Hambourg. Kind and fast service. Clean and fresh meal. I had the smart menü which was very nice. The outside place was also nice - with a nice decoration of flowers. 5 stars for every point. Thanks for the nice stay 🤗
