We ordered two Cheese & Bacon Burgers, repeatedly emphasizing "without bacon." We arrived home, unpacked them, and what did we see? You can probably guess: Burgers with bacon! We threw them straight in the bin. A Persian woman served us: please learn the language before serving customers.

After years, I visited KFC again, ordered food, and took it home. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations. One portion of fries was missing, the food was only lukewarm, and the cheese sauce containers weren't even a quarter full. The marinade was also disappointing in terms of taste. Overall, a very unsatisfactory visit that I probably won't repeat.

I went to KFC today and wanted to use the online deals from the app. The prices looked pretty good, but when I arrived, I was told that the branch, or rather the manager, doesn't participate in the app deals. This is really confusing because you initially think you're doing something wrong. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to activate or redeem the deal before it was explained. It's a shame, because the app advertises that the offers are valid everywhere. If a branch isn't participating, this should be clearly communicated beforehand. As a customer, you simply feel cheated. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, even though the food itself was okay.

The facility could use an update; it's yellowed and dirty on the outside. Inside, everything's fine.

Unfortunately, I only discovered at home that the drink concentrate was obviously empty; the drinks tasted like water. And the chicken bites were way too salty. The most expensive burger was already cold, even though the others were warm. I'm very dissatisfied!

There are only a few deals in the app, and not a single vegetarian deal is currently redeemable here. The vegetarian options are currently only available via Click & Collect, but this store doesn't support that at all. And the regular prices... well, :/

Not only do you get your food here, but you also get food poisoning for free. Three out of three people who shared an order with you yesterday got sick, and today they're still showing symptoms.

Never in my life have I had such stomach problems! The food didn't taste like regular KFC when I ate it, but more like old food had just been refried. Four hours later, I paid the price: 6 trips to the bathroom within two hours, accompanied by cramps and nausea.

The burgers were too dry (there was hardly any sauce on them), and there was quite a lot of breading. The bread was definitely old, and you could really taste it.

First of all, you're better off going to the KFC in the Meuse area where it's better. Which brings me to my complaint. The Twister Warp is great, but we ordered a chicken box with 6 crispy chickens for €10.49 and these chicken things were smaller than my little finger. Massive rip-off for almost €11. I can get more chicken and better fries at McS for that price. The fries were soggy and cold. The €2.45 burger had a mini chicken in it and half the burger was without chicken (sauce and bread). Here's another picture of how small these chicken things from the menu were. I definitely wouldn't recommend them (get the Twister Warp instead), although the Warp has also been made smaller or is simply smaller there than in the Meuse area. As I said, go to the Meuse area if you're going to KFC because it's tastier, better, and the wrap is bigger. Before I forget, you haven't been able to order a milkshake there for YEARS because the machine is broken (instead of them fixing it). Not recommended. Better to go to BK or McS. The restaurant is also incredibly dirty, and you have to ask if your table is being cleaned (they do wipe it, but they just wipe all the crumbs off the table onto the floor), so it's very unhygienic!

I ate there and have the feeling that marden are forming in my body. I feel sick and have a headache and stomach ache. I would not recommend it.

No! The food was absolutely delicious and far too expensive. The tables were greasy and the staff were pretty grumpy.

The staff is friendly and efficient, but the restaurant gives off a slightly messy impression. There's quite a lot of stuff lying around on the floor under the tables. This is certainly not only the fault of the staff, but also of the guests. But it's just the same.

KFC, once a prominent fast-food restaurant chain, has undergone significant changes and no longer operates as it once did. The quality of their chicken has also diminished, deviating from the original KFC experience.

As always, it's packed, and then there's the kind of people who are there in the natural space. Today, even when you order at the checkout, you have to check to see if everything you ordered is there. People complain that the machine can't be turned on 30-40 minutes before the store closes, meaning they can't get the desired meal and give you something else instead—well, you think. One or two more chickens in the bucket and then you get the middle finger. Ordered for three people, but ended up only ordering for 1.5. A lousy store.

We were there on 9.06, ordered a set: 2 fries and a bucket 20.49 € and two Pepsi 8 €. As it turned out, there were no potatoes, they gave us two salads (which the child does not eat), the pieces of meat are terribly small (you can see them in the photo), they silently put them together and that's it.😡

The food isn't always really hot. You often notice that the chicken pieces have been kept warm for a long time, orders are loudly warm. Eating in the restaurant is almost impossible. It is very loud and there is no coziness. When ordering, you should count the number. Not every operator is a math genius. Criticism is not welcome and is taken personally. Unfortunately not the best KFC

An old lady worked at the cash register. I asked her about an order. She spoke to me as if she wanted to help me. Then I wanted to order the cheaper one. She said there weren't any. But I didn't know how to order. She didn't help me. Other customers who came helped me. I placed my order and she looked at me rudely and spoke rudely as if she was making fun of me. I rarely buy anything for my son from KFC. Although there were male employees who were nice, respectful and reprimanding to me, unfortunately I will never buy anything there again because of this woman.

What bothers me most is that I have to check every time to make sure everything I ordered is in my to-go order (and ideally, the employees collect the receipt right when they hand over the food)... And unfortunately, that's not the case. And every time, someone rudely pokes around in the bag – I don't mean any harm when I say something is missing or not wrapped properly – but today it was truly a disaster: employees eating fries while the food was actually being prepared, chattering endlessly... Because I was in a hurry today, I didn't check the burger I ordered – wrong burger (and not just the wrong burger, I ordered mine with extra cheese, someone else might like it) – instead of 6 wasted tenders, only 3... I won't be coming back! I'm really disappointed, because even criticism is interpreted negatively, and I'll just draw my own conclusions!

The restaurant is very clean compared to many other KFC restaurants and the drinks can easily be filled and picked up several times for free while eating in the restaurant.

We were there with 6 children and 2 adults. More than two menus were missing and were immediately addressed and had to be discussed. In the end everything was only lukewarm. For the price you pay there, it definitely wasn't worth it.

Whenever I take something there for the family, something is always wrong. Either the order is not complete or the chicken is dry and tastes overdone. I don't go there anymore. You can now only order at the Tetminal and the system is super annoying.

It is disappointing that a large company like KFC does not have transparent information about the ingredients of its products - neither online nor on site. When I asked if there was pork in the Chili Cheese Fries, I was told they were made from beef. However, there was no evidence of this or a detailed list of ingredients, which is incomprehensible for a company of this size. For this reason, I had to throw the Chili Cheese Fries away after purchasing them because I was unsure of what was actually contained. In addition, the product does not meet my expectations: When you think of chili cheese fries, you usually think of fries with cheese and jalapeños, not a chili con carne-like mixture. It's not about the branch directly, but about KFC in general. A company this large should ensure that all products are clearly labeled and the full ingredient lists are easily visible
