Service was fast but pomes and chicken were cold

Old food kept warm, warm drinks, half of which are not available, no ice cream or milkshakes and prices that are way too high due to the low volume because there is simply a lack of quality. There are two employees running the restaurant alone, this shop should be closed.

It's a shame... that the quality has deteriorated badly and become more expensive. 3 pieces of chicken without side dish is 9.29. Expensive and very, very dry. Mashed potatoes have hardly any taste. Milkshake is out of stock. Peppermint doesn't order there either. Ordered green tea but it comes with ginger honey flavor. I don't know if I'll come back... What a shame!

I had a real craving for crispies with fries today... and it was great! Crispies with curry sauce - delicious chicken with delicious breading. I love it.

This KFC is average. The atmosphere is not very inviting. Ordering at the machine is relaxing, the prices are too high for the goods. The fries were very soggy and they weren't hot either. I would only give 1 star for that. The staff was really very friendly and tried to get all the orders straight away. Somehow it wasn't comfortable there. Perhaps intentionally so that customers eat quickly and don't linger for long. The parking lot was fine, unfortunately very dark for this time of year.

I went to KFC again after a long time and wasn't impressed. It started with ordering; Self-service on the screen - I hate it! Then I couldn't choose between 'normal' and 'spicy' - or I was too stupid to do so. The fries were no longer as crispy as I know them to be and the coleslaw in the tear-open cup no longer tasted the same. The sauce was an indefinable broth. It used to be that there was a big hit in a cup without everything floating. I found the price of around €14 to be unreasonable.

You can do it, but you don't have to

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. Unfriendly employees, dirty tables, the clearing stations are overcrowded. The food was lukewarm, no cutlery for the cheese/bacon fries; all drinks only as zero and almost everything is swapped. Oh man… and with the exorbitant prices. Today's visit was a break from the habit!

My last attempt. Failed. Nothing has improved. Menu ordered and received. As it is. Emotionless. Drinks only without sugar. OK. Customers are alienated because the sugar substitutes cause stomach pain or diarrhea for some people. Great idea. And only because sugar substitutes are cheaper. But they are not passed on to the customer by making the drinks cheaper. After a minute of getting my drink, I then looked for a seat. I decided to go outside. 25 °C outside will probably be fine. However, not voluntarily. Because the free tables either had leftover food or were shiny with traces of grease/dirt. Disgusting. There were 3 employees standing around bored in the serving area. Citizens then taken into their hands. Cold. Looking at it: Almost like a photo, but the cheese hasn't liquefied. Complained. Without exchanging a word with me (employees but with each other) about 2 minutes later I received a "new" citizen wrapped in new paper. It looked more like it had been heated in the toaster. However, the citizen top now ran out of sesame and looks burnt. See photo. Since while I was complaining someone also liked my clean spot outside, I took a seat inside. 5 minutes later you even saw another employee who apparently was only responsible for cleanliness. Too late. Cold citizens, Pepsi Zero and dirty tables. I really had enough. The taste of the citizen was almost unmistakable, but once again it was not a great experience that the price/performance was somehow in harmony. And then the paper cups for the drink: Product contains plastic. #fail KFC and I didn't have a good day today. And this branch is definitely gone.

It's such delicious, fun-free food that you can make again and again

One of the more neglected KFCs in Hamburg. I've been there several times and it's always the same, the room may be empty but the staff won't clean it... Favorite meeting place for young Turks, Pakistanis, Afghans, etc.

Traurig. Früher war das alles lecker und zuverlässig. Mittlerweile muss man beim Einpacken der Ware und bei Sonderwünschen mit aufpassen weil sonst zuwenig Essen oder/und falsche Produkte eingepackt werden. Dazu kommt dass diese Filiale teurer ist als die anderen. So leid es mir als Stammkunde nach vielen Jahren tut ... der Laden ist bei mir auch für Mittag erst mal durch

Absolutely fraudulent shop! I buy a box for €22 and ask specifically whether it also includes parts of thighs and large parts of chicken! When we got home we were very disappointed and the food was inedible! Small pieces with thick, indefinable breading that were dry, not edible to eat!! So in Mühl 22€! The guy was the worst unfriendly person than I have ever encountered in RESTORANTE!! Absolutely a scam for me! Because 12 instead of 14 parts!! And only the 5-6 cm small dry leftover meat, and stale fat the taste! After eating one piece it was no longer edible 😡😡! On the 29th of 2024 I specifically said only drumsticks please, no matter how expensive!! Instead he gave me flights and old things he got out of the back of the cupboard!! When I asked why he didn't give me everything fresh, he said he got the club!! Apparently according to the invoice it should be 8 and 24.99!!! €. There were only 7 and not one club!! And fat smelled rancid and fluffy brown and dry! Incredible!

Food is ok, but expensive. They try to rip you off when you buy a 0.5l drink they give you a 0.2l cup and say to just refill it. No. If I bought a 0.5l , I want to get a 0.5l cup.

Fast service despite the crowds.

Very tasty every time... Only sometimes employees get annoyed quickly when the children can't make a decision - it doesn't always happen that quickly with children... The ambience is just like in all fast food shops, not bad but not special either.

Hello, been back to KFC for ages.... And get out again straight away. Such a disgusting and pungent smell of old grease.

Well, what can I say 🤔 it was a highlight to drive here. Looking forward to it today but unfortunately very disappointed 🤨🤨🤨🤨the hot wings were lukewarm and relatively dry 😐🤭the corn on the cob was totally overcooked and the Burger Colonel and the fries were soggy and lukewarm. So unfortunately the quality has left the house here 🫢🫢 a shame and at this price. We definitely won't go here again, we have to work too hard for our money.

Terrible everything, it takes forever

Ordering is now only possible at the terminal, so far it works quite well. Food was delicious as usual, especially the coleslaw.

As long as you order locally, everything always goes very well and friendly. Sometimes it's better to eat out as it can get very loud in this branch.

It was the first time I went to KFC in about 20 years. The chicken pieces were disappointingly small for the very high price. The burgers are okay, the coleslaw is extremely sweet, but also okay. In general, I spent a lot of money and didn't get really tasty products in return. The team was a bit unmotivated, but friendly. The atmosphere is a bit rocky. I think I have enough for the next 20 years. I have no idea why the bar still exists.

Drive in switch has been defective for over 3 months. Card payments sometimes work and sometimes not. Ordering online is not possible.

Good food, wings fresh and juicy. During busy periods, people may mix up or forget food under stress.

It closes at 10 p.m. sharp. The drive-in apparently ignored it. For the Superbowl, the line of vehicles stretched to the street at 10:05 p.m. and was not even informed that there was nothing left. It seemed to be similar in the store. This is weak and doesn't exactly show customer focus or loyalty. The portions are getting smaller as prices rise. There is no delivery service in Wandsbek and you cannot order in advance for collection. Absolutely out of date and disappointing.

Chicken parts tasted extremely like old fat and were still full of fat from being fried, not good! It's a real shame.

Rarely have I experienced such an unpleasant atmosphere in a fast food restaurant. Behind the counter there is a man who shouts at a woman in Turkish and points to a stain. The lady leaves her work behind, runs and cleans the stain while he watches. He had nothing to do at that moment! All the women are scurrying around and 3 men are standing arrogantly next to them. It's disgusting to have to look at something like that!

The shawarma was bad and the price was also very expensive. A shawarma sandwich costs 7 €

Just bought 24pcs hot wings(23-1-24)approx 5:30 and to my dismay when at home, saw that it's deep fried with quite dirty old cooking oil because it's not golden brown but pale brown which indicates that the oil is dirty already and weak in the sense it's too much chicken fluids inside the oil and that's why the chicken pieces is not crispy as it should be. The flesh is too soft and doesn't taste nice . Pity pity. Shouldn't be this way KFC. Oil changes is a must so that a high standard of food produce is achieved.

Ich vergleiche die deutschen KFC's immer mit den mir bekannten amerikanischen... und das ist für mich immer enttäuschend. Irgendwie bekommen wir Deutschen es nicht so ganz hin. Man kann hier essen, aber LECKER und FREUNDLICH - dass man auch willkommen fühlt - ist etwas Anderes. Mitunter hakt es auch an der Sprache, dass man das Personal nicht versteht.

Personal war sehr nett, Parkplatz schön sauber, von Innen kann man nichts sagen da nur der Drive in offen war.

Wie erwartet: Chicken in verschiedenen Variationen. Das Schnellrestaurant war sauber, die Mitarbeitenden freundlich.

Ja pije tutaj kawę, najczęściej na wynos ,dlatego że zabić się można od brudu na podłodze, też często stoliki są nie domyte , ogólnie zadbajcie o czystość. Kawa dobra,ogólnie nie jadam fastfood,więc nie wiem czy jedzenie dobre . Ale frytka jedna ,kiedyś obleci może być podana gorąca bardziej .

Hatte Original Bucket geordert, diese 8 Teile waren fünfmal mit Flügel und 3 angebliche Brust, aber alle mit sehr wenig Fleisch. Der MA suchte die Stücke lange heraus, das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Bucket bei KFC. Nie wieder in diesem KFC.

Schmeckt mir nach mehreren Jahren genauso als wenn man bei Mces oder Burger King sitzt. Ne Spur eeetwas hochwertiger vielleicht, ansonsten typisches Ammifutter.

Cooler Ort zum chilln, das Essen schmeckt und coole Atmosphäre, refill ist nice, Mitarbeiter cool und gelassen, saubere Atmosphäre, Burger Groẞ und Knackig, Menüs auch. LG

KFC Hamburg zieht ihre Kunden ab. Die verkaufen in der 3er Box Hähnchenrückenstücke (normalerweise Suppenfleisch) für knapp 16€. Völlig ausgetrocknet und wirklich kaum Fleisch dran. Das Problem: Als KFC Fan habe ich deshalb verschieden Filialen in Hamburg ausprobiert und es ist überall das selbe. Naja, meiner Gesundheit wirds nicht schaden, dann eben nicht mehr. Ihr habt kein Gewissen und einen Stammkunden weniger.

Wie immer sehr gut 👍. Dieser ist unser Stamm-KFC. Schmeckt hier von allen anderen irgendwie am besten.

Das Essen schmeckt ist gar keine Frage aber der Mitarbeiter bei der Ausgabe der Bestellung einfach unverschämt nach einer höflichen Frage meinerseits ob es zum Kindermenü eine Auswahl des Spielzeuges geben würde drehte er sich um und faltete eine leere kfc Box zusammen und legte mir diese hin mit den Worten , hier das Spielzeug, Da hätte man einfach normal antworten können ist leider ausverkauft oder sonstiges.

Nicht überlaufen und somit schneller Service. Das Essen ist sogar warm, nicht wie in anderen Fastfood-Läden.

Einer wie alle , kalte Burger schlechtes Personal, dreckige Plätze....

Seit langem wieder besucht und überrascht ob des verhältnismäßig guten Service am Autoschalter. Die MA asiatischer Herkunft war sehr freundlich uns v. a. kompetent. Bestellung war komplett und heiß, wie es sein soll. Kann man wieder hingehen

Ich finde das Personal extrem unfreundlich und nicht zuvorkommend. Beim bestellen kein Augenkontakt, auf Nachfrage was mir empfohlen werden kann wurden irgendwelche Nummern rausgehauen mit Nummern ohne mit eine Erklärung zu geben. Dann die Nachfrage zum mitnehmen oder hier essen. Klare Aussprache kann ich. Packt aber alles in Tüten. Machen er alles dann wieder auspackte und wir zum Tisch gingen erklärte mein Sohn mit das ich die ungesalzenen Pommes nicht hätte nehmen müssen sondern auch andere Möglichkeiten gehabt hätte. Super das mich der Mitarbeitende null drauf aufmerksam gemacht hat! Es gibt eben immer noch Menschen die nicht regelmäßig hier essen. War für mich auch das letzte mal!
