McDonald's Deutschland Inc. in Hamburg

After a long search, we were informed that there is no McDonald's in the building at all, even though the advertisement stated that you could eat there. Very disappointed 😞. What a jerk!

The administration here is not a restaurant. Therefore, stars cannot be assigned to the different points.

A bit hard to find. Instead of a drive-thru, there's a walk-thru, but the order takes a while, when it arrives. Otherwise, it's just McDonald's :-D

It's certainly strange when McDonald's serves Monopoly once a year. No one has ever won anything in this Christmas game. It's nowhere to be seen or read about on Google Maps. It's all just a scam to get unsuspecting people to go to Mac to increase sales for McDonald's.

Restaurant is no longer in operation

It's truly a shame what's become of it. Aside from the price increases, you have to order yourself. If I want to pay in cash, I all too often feel like I'm inconvenient and a nuisance because I didn't pay by card. Quality has only improved moderately in recent years. Relative to the price increases, it's actually more negative. All too often, the tables aren't clean, and products are regularly left behind, especially at the drive-thru counter. And the most popular side dish, fries, are still all too often not hot and crispy but lukewarm, wobbly, and sometimes covered in clumps of fat and salt crystals if the tray isn't wiped down regularly. A new dimension in guest satisfaction is the collaboration with supposed parking lot surveillance companies. Even restaurant guests are invariably asked to pay. Like me: I'm now even being told how long I can stay in the restaurant and when I have to remove my car. They don't seem interested in resolving the matter, and even 1.5 years later, I still receive regular mail from a debt collection agency. Tell me yourself: Do you want to visit a restaurant like that?

It is really not the mcd where you can get food, there is no mcd restaurant here

Lange Wartezeit und harter Rand am Cheeseburger, wurde getauscht. Ist aber ärgerlich weil es bei Fast Food doch schnell gehen sollte. Es geht deutlich besser.

Es handelt sich um die Verwaltung. Kein Restaurant.

Diese ist KEINE Filiale mehr ein Büro... In der Eiffestraße an Burger King vorbei da ist ein MC Donalds ca. 600m
