Mcdrive no idea about PC Wrong order accepted and wrong order placed.09/17/2024 at 2 a.m

Good coupon offers. You could sit inside and outside. I was even able to take my dogs with me. There were good play opportunities for children. Order was brought.

Parking lot completely filthy, garbage baskets not emptied, toilets in an absolutely disgusting, unhygienic condition (I've never seen anything like that in a restaurant), parts of the kitchen that could be seen were also not visually appealing. We also had to have breakfast outside. Staff seemed overwhelmed, hardly any communication with guests. Absolutely underground -> Might be a hot tip for the health department!

Employees speak broken German, understand nothing and cheat you out of money! Absolute juice shop!!! On top of that, an audience that is crazy

We were there on 9/8/24. It was just chaotic. The store was packed in the entrance area, one of the entry things was broken and the others didn't work properly either. How often you had to type and not just with us. Card payments didn't work at the terminals either. Just embarrassing. There were a lot of people behind the counter, but they still couldn't manage to finish an entire order. It was almost impossible to count how many times the unfriendly employee had to walk past us. The team boss in gray couldn't think of a solution to get this chaos under control, otherwise he would have been able to make full use of the two cash registers. Of course, the wrong one was in the bag to take away and hot, the burgers would definitely have tasted better. Sorry, but I absolutely cannot recommend this store.

It makes sense to put a sign on the McDrive that says card payment doesn't work here, but you can pay by card in the store. At the same time, you go in and the shop closes at 1:30 a.m., so you're forced to stand in line and can't go in front or back. The last time I was here, I can fuck myself alone

It's getting slower and slower: On a Thursday evening in a half-full store, I waited 17 minutes and 24 minutes for a burger. And then they forgot the sauce too. With one order, I pushed up to the counter after 20 minutes and was reminded that I had been waiting for my burger for 20 minutes. Answer: “I know”.

Friday morning, 4:30 a.m. after a long trip to Denmark, we saw everyone starving, tired and exhausted at Hamburg Central Station; our last resort *the golden M*. We knew this path wouldn't be easy, but the treasure at the end of the rainbow was too precious! After the strenuous walk we reached our destination! And were greeted by the warmest, friendliest and most compassionate McDonald's employees anywhere in the world. After a balanced breakfast, we felt the strength slowly returning to our tired bones and muscles. We will forever feel the deepest gratitude for this meal and we would like to sincerely thank the employees who worked the morning shift until 9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024! Top burgers have always been fresh so far and I've been there more than 5 times. Also very friendly workers who have fun at work from what I noticed. 👍🏻 I have to add something again (08/14/24) I visited the shop again today and I'm shocked at how good the burgers are, the new M Burger was really a 10/10 and one of the best of all the burgers. The workers laugh and are in a good mood, as already described, really good work, so you like going to a Mces. And the outdoor area is extremely chilled. I think it's pretty much the best Mces in all of Hamburg! 💯

The employees quickly get confused with the orders if they are taken out of the system too quickly. It has happened several times that an order with extras e.g. Bacon, cheese or chicken in the Caesar salad, products were wrong or missing, sometimes entire Happy Meals were missing, and that was only in the time I waited. It's very annoying when you order for just under €38 (to take away) and then find out that chicken is missing from the Caesar salad, or instead of 2x double chili cheese, unfortunately 1x chili cheese and 1x chicken burger were bagged Order received after 28 minutes, as orders that were not so extensive were repeatedly brought forward. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The place was incredibly dirty and the staff looked unkempt and uninterested. We only ordered fries and coke but had to wait more than 15 minutes for it. Everything was slow and chaotic. That same day, after the visit, I felt unwell and had food poisoning. This is the dirtiest and most incompetent McDonald's I have ever seen. I can only advise against visiting this place!

If you know one McDonald's you know them all. The food is actually the same everywhere, which is the goal. There are differences in cleanliness and service. The employees here are generally friendly and accommodating. However, it takes a very long time to get your food, maybe 30 minutes or more. Great for such waiting times, the sign in the parking lot that you can be towed after 1 hour. Eat in record time so that the tow truck doesn't pick up your car before the last fries are eaten. Otherwise, OK but not the best McDonald's in Hamburg.

The McDonald's restaurant with a boat dock is supposed to be something special, but unfortunately I don't have a boat and I can't see anything of the dock. It's a shame! Otherwise it's a completely normal McDonald's where the air conditioning fails at 32°! All I see is overwhelmed staff who don't get anything baked here. They stood at the ordering counter for about 15 minutes and no one came. Some special features McDrive and many parking spaces including parking spaces for electric cars with charging function. Otherwise I like the food quite well so I ordered one Iced Shake Choc and NY Cheesecake Oreo & Chocolate Overall the fun cost 7.68.

McDonald's on Eifelstrasse. Now my regular branch 🍔🍟 Fantastic service and top cleanliness! I was at the McDonald's on Eifelstrasse in Hamburg again today and I was really impressed. The service was excellent - the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the restaurant is particularly noteworthy. Everything in the dining room and outside was spotlessly clean. The food was of course delicious again, as you would expect from McDonald's. All in all, always a great experience!

Unfortunately a rather poor McDonald's branch. 1. Our food wasn't brought to the table and sat around for 15 minutes until I picked it up myself. (Table service selected at terminal) 2. The outside areas were extremely dirty. 3. The sauces were forgotten 4. Food was swapped, which was an absolute disgrace. Instead of planted nuggets, normal nuggets were given, which I noticed when I tried them. I then complained and then got the right nuggets, but still this is an absolute no-go!

It was an unpleasant experience. Our friend is still vomiting since the visit. It needs a little work on hygiene and staff. 1

Parking spaces are available, but you can drive in and everything is well signposted. Unfortunately, the terminals for ordering were a bit slow, but everything else went well. Unfortunately, I still had to pay at the checkout because there was no other way to do it at the terminal. Unfortunately the staff weren't that friendly, hardly any eye contact or friendly words. Only one employee noticed positively, he brought the food to the tables. But I think it's a very nice branch, even if there were a few deductions here and there.

Incredibly bad staff, can't even add a simple slice of cheese, cheeky too... the order was packed incorrectly, they thought they could play with us, plus cheeky answers... It's a real shame that as a tourist you can't even go out to eat normally can without having stress, especially because the applications weren't that bad... but no matter, there definitely won't be a second time here🙂👍

Addition: Oat milk is also rarely available. Bad image 2 out of 3 times there is no oat milk. I now find it discriminatory and I will avoid this place. I expect more professionalism when it comes to prices. It's a shame because the nice woman who prepares the coffee can't help it. The 3 stars are just a result of this, otherwise there would be half a star.

The food was hot compared to other mecces and the fries were salty, but what was a huge problem was that the employees were unfriendly, with the exception of one, unfortunately the majority could hardly speak any German. I was there 4 days ago around 9-10 p.m. and the one man who served us hardly understood anything and also brought us the wrong glasses when we pointed it out, he said no, there weren't any others when we wanted to leave But we got the glasses we wanted and asked again. Then they said they were even more unfriendly than when the colleague came and understood what we actually wanted, he gave us the glasses.

No table was clean, not even underneath it. Unfortunately I saw it too late and stepped on a huge ketchup stain with my fine shoes (which was covered by a bag). No matter where you look, it's dirty everywhere. In the kitchen too, by the way. During our 45 minute stay there was no one to be seen cleaning up or sweeping anything away. A pity. The stuff is really too expensive for that now. It doesn't really taste good either, you just go there because you know it and know where you stand. That doesn't mean it's good. After today I'm really cured of McDonalds.

Update: ordered today and as a vegetarian got a Big Tasty menu with 6 pieces of chicken nuggets. My two ice creams weren't there. Driver didn't mention it and just wanted to leave. Called the store and was only referred to Lieferando. “There is a lot going on.” I don't care at all, you can see what's on the order or not? It is always a lot going on. Then they're not allowed to deliver! Every time something is wrong, whether on site or ordered. Before the delivery went to Liefeando, everything was good. You even got something new straight away if something was wrong. Now (not for the first time) the sauce was missing from the ice cream. McDonald's is not responsible. Got the money back from Lieferando straight away, but still very annoying. McDonald's pushes you away 5 times on the phone and you can barely speak German. When you're in the branch in person, the new employees are just extremely slow and overwhelmed.

Had breakfast today. No more scrambled eggs on offer, replacing them with wraps that were completely cold. They apparently added a triple portion of sauce to my wife's but completely forgot to compensate for mine. How can you be so stupid? It was ordered through eats, so I noticed it after ordering.

Well, sometimes you just feel ripped off. Okay, a hamburger is missing, catching up works as usual without any problems. Why are there lids on our milkshakes? Am I looking underneath? Okay, took the lid off and it was clear that the cup was only half full and the crumbly brownish broth was supposed to be the vanilla milkshake... not tasty to look at.

We ordered via the app, went to Mc Drive to pick it up and gave the code. First of all, we were charged €4 more than stated in the app (€30 instead of €26). We thought it was a mistake and that we had made a mistake. At home we noticed that we had a completely different order on the receipt and the €4 difference was correct. We were charged for a Bic Mac meal, 20 nuggets and a single Big Mac, even though we didn't order any of it. We also had 2 apple turnovers with us, but we didn't receive them. I work in the catering industry myself and can understand that small mistakes can happen due to stress etc. but something like that??!! If you have incompetent staff, you should look for new people!

I drove through the Mcdrive which was too narrow and there was a construction site in the way too. As if all that wasn't bad enough, the incompetents forgot my sauce for the 20igger nuggets, how am I supposed to eat the bone-dry parts now. Never this Mces again
