I haven't been to this branch in a while – and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything looks new and modern, the premises are clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the friendly staff, who were very attentive and helpful. My visit was pleasant, and the food came quickly and freshly. Overall, a significant step forward – I'll be happy to come back!

I ate at McDonald's on Eiffestraße in Hamburg around lunchtime today and had an overall positive experience. The restaurant was clean, ordering was quick, and the food was fresh and hot. I especially want to emphasize the friendliness of the employees – despite the busy schedule, the team was very attentive and well-organized. You can tell the motivation here. Thank you very much, I'll be back!

Burgers and fries were only lukewarm. All of the tables outside were not clean and had not been wiped down for a long time.

The staff seems completely listless and grumpy. Three guests and everyone has been waiting for their orders for a long time. I won't stop here anymore.

I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon, after about 8 minutes I got everything and noticed the bag smelled of mold... I went to the counter and told them I didn't want to eat it. They then made me new fries but put the same burger in a new bag. After I smelled the bag again everything was ok. However, I smelled mold again and threw the food away... definitely won't eat there again.

My last visits to this branch were rather unpleasant. The employee was very overwhelmed, just like today. An employee with curls who packed my order incorrectly for the second time today. Last time I ordered a veggie wrap as a vegetarian and unfortunately had to bite into chicken when I took a bite. That doesn't work at all. And today my order was given to another person, again by the employee mentioned above. And instead of apologizing or accommodating both incidents, you only got annoyed looks. And the waiting times there are no longer reasonable... (for a fast food chain) After all the unpleasant experiences, I won't set foot in this branch again!!!

MC standard is largely adhered to

It tasted great! Nothing comes close to Mcs' fresh and vitamin-rich selection. Friendly, fast service. The new Sunny Tomato sauce with the Curly Fries was particularly excellent. What a real flavor explosion! Always a pleasure. Amen.

It was time to replace my very old bad review with a very good one. We have now had a very good experience there with very good food and very friendly staff! My son picked up a few small things in a backpack on his escooter today. The cheesecake was packed very well and the Oreo cookies and sauce were stored separately so that he could transport the whole thing in his backpack. Big praise for that and thank you very much!

For a McDonald's restaurant it's really good. I've been there several times and the food has always been warm. Not many of the chain's branches can do that.

Waited 19 minutes for a coffee at Mc Drive, the employees prefer to chat at the counter. There was no one in front of me in the drive and there was nothing going on in the store either...

Best service ever! Mr. Faro served us in an incredibly friendly manner. I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's.

The cleanliness is good overall, although the toilets could be a little better maintained. Offers and vouchers can be redeemed as usual. Three out of five stars for cleanliness.

Hello, I was there today and the food didn't taste good, I ordered nuggets and ate them and they tasted very much like cardboard and were quite oily and greasy and hard, it's not like it used to be today, I thought the old McDonald's was better, now it's small and cold so I didn't feel very comfortable. It's a shame.

We always get our order quickly via app pre-order. The employees are very friendly.

I just dined here on site. Ordered 2 happy meals. My order number immediately disappeared on the waiting sign and 2 people got their turn before me, the waiting time was a bit annoying but okay. I was able to observe an internal argument between the staff behind the counter (service staff was arguing with kitchen staff). They weren't loud but it looked personal. That's why I had to wait longer for my nuggets. When my order came I was again asked to wait for a small bag of fries as an apology. I also ordered 2x mayo and got 2x ketchup instead. Afterwards a lady from the service came to my table again and gave me another portion of nuggets as an apology. Well... But who's going to eat all that? The quality of the nuggets varied greatly: from cold hard and very dry to greasy hot not quite finished. The quality of the fries was also very mixed: from very salty to slightly mushy and creamy. There were no ice cubes with my lukewarm cola. The newly renovated building appears cool and uninviting inside. The seats are very neutral, the tables are all greasy and dirty even though there was nothing going on there. During the time I ate my food, I didn't see anyone with a rag or dustpan. There was no music, just loud beeping from machines and orders. The playground resembles a concrete desert. The abstract yellow-red art compositions on the wall irritated me. The store invites you to leave.

After 23 minutes there is still no food ready! Employees unfriendly. The paper at the machines was empty, I couldn't place an order and it wasn't changed. Our food arrived, unfortunately half of it was cold. Not recommended.

I ordered via the app and picked up the food at the Drive Inn. At home it was noticed that an entire menu had been forgotten.

It's a McDonald's where the employees have no empathy. A needy gentleman who politely asks for a single cheeseburger when the outside temperature is 2 degrees is banned from the house. The good gentleman then received two cheeseburgers from us, and when we handed them out he was told to leave the store. Since he probably didn't notice/understand it, he sat down to eat. An employee then went to the front of the store to call the police. I can't say how it turned out, I was only present by telephone. Next time I'll drive up in my big car with a few people looking for help, eat fat and then definitely won't go to that McDonald's again.

This is my first one-star review ever. I ordered through the self-service machine, but no receipt was printed, leaving me unaware of my order number. When I sought help, over ten people were already waiting for assistance. After waiting more than an hour, my order still wasn’t processed. I approached a staff member, who rudely dismissed me. When I requested a refund, they refused. Frustrated, I left without food or my money. This was the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had, and judging by the crowd of unhappy customers, I’m not alone. A complete embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand.

New Year's Eve tomorrow: come in everything dirty! As if an atomic bomb had hit... Orders took up to 30-40 minutes. I have never had so many complaints in a single order. Paid drink 0.5, got 0.4. Ordered an apple bag, got a chocolate bag. Ordered spicy nuggets, got regular nuggets. The shift leader was friendly and apologized several times. Since it was generally very difficult to talk to the employees on site (language barrier), I will avoid this branch in the future. Three stars for the shift leader's helpfulness.

After the renovation it's just cold, the ambience doesn't exactly invite you to linger. One might think that they are trying to get rid of the guests here. There is no real contact with the staff, only brief during table service. In the restaurant, someone is always running around aimlessly, looking over their shoulders as they order.

This McDonald’s is the closest to my home. Unfortunately. The waiting time feels like it's not fast food but a real restaurant. Today my take-out order didn't come with the sauce or fries. It's really very sad that service and certain standards seem to only exist on paper.

Even after the renovation: A great team, decent products but the restaurant is cold (no vestibule) and the interior hasn't really become any more comfortable. I miss the old interior!

The worst McDonald's I know. First of all, you wait forever, whether in a restaurant or in Mc Drive. Added to this is the unfriendly staff. They remodeled it, what a catastrophe: it's far too narrow everywhere. You come in and there are only the ordering terminals in the middle of the way. Seems extremely uninviting. And in the area where you pick up your food, it's total chaos. No waiting benches, far too little space. You stand directly at the tables where people are eating. And then in this narrow, dark corner the employees walk around with the full trays all the time. You have to make sure that you can still see the scoreboard. But it doesn't actually matter because what it says isn't true anyway. The employees simply call random numbers into the room that have nothing to do with the ad. My number was simply gone, so you have to dig through the crowd and ask urgently for the order, which is then standing around somewhere. Really not a pleasant visit.

The food is typical McDonald's. Culinary enthusiasts are unlikely to get lost here. It was 3 a.m. in the morning. The service was nice, the ambience was good. The disabled toilet had been vandalized. All snapshots.

Twice in a row I ordered a double cheeseburger with a large portion of fries and both times I opened the bag at the next traffic light and the fries weren't even half full. Since these were my only two contacts with this McDonald's recently, I fear that it is unfortunately a scam. I particularly noticed an exceptionally good employee named Imed from McDonald's on Eiffestrasse. He is the first McDonald’s employee I have ever seen who spoke clearly. His communication was precise and friendly, which made the visit to McDonald's a pleasant experience.

Ordered via Lieferando. Waited over 1 hour. 1km as the crow flies would have been faster on foot, just ridiculous.

What happened to this branch? Who planned this? After the renovation, it's terribly cluttered and uncomfortable. Even if it's only mediocrely attended, people get in each other's way and everything is somehow stressful and mis-planned. I also wonder how the furniture can be so destroyed even though it has only just opened.

I was at the branch yesterday around 11:18 p.m. The renovation is definitely impressive. So far everything is great for me. However, I got a cold burger. After a quick consultation with the shift manager, who was always on the lookout to see if everything was OK (very courteous and helpful!), it was immediately replaced with a new burger and I was kindly given a drink voucher on top. Always my pleasure :)
