Very bad quality do not do their job properly what they want really just bad

The staff was very friendly, and the food was also delicious. Delivery was 20 minutes faster than stated. They also generously included extra side dishes, which was very well received.

Unfortunately, the quality was very poor, as was the service. I was served reluctantly. No desire for the job at all. The food was burnt.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I should have read the reviews beforehand. The tables outside could use a wipe, the floor was very dirty, the meat was cold, and everything else was pretty tasteless. When it was served, the doner bread was already completely soggy, and the filling fell out. When I paid, they didn't even ask if I enjoyed it or if everything was okay.

I paid €5 for a portion of rice at Reina today. (I had also bought three other dishes.) Are you serious?

Unfortunately, not a good experience. I recently visited this kebab shop and I must say I was very disappointed. Immediately after eating (a kebab with meat, sauce, and salad), I got severe stomach pains that lasted for several hours. I suspect that either the meat or the sauce wasn't quite fresh. The kebab tasted rather mediocre; the meat was fatty, and the sauce was too watery. Hygiene and quality should be top priorities in the restaurant industry, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I definitely won't be going there again.

Ordered online today. Delivery was right on time, at the requested time. The bread was burnt and salty, and I chose two sauces, but somehow they only came in drops, so you couldn't find them in the kebab. I'll never order from there again because there are simply better ones.

I went there and ordered a lamacun with chicken doner meat. After about three hours, I had stomach cramps and felt nauseous (I vomited after eating and went to the doctor the next day). It turned out I got food poisoning from the food. I don't recommend eating there. The service and atmosphere were good, but if you don't want to get food poisoning, you shouldn't eat there.

I've been there several times now and I can't understand all the negative reviews. I've always enjoyed it personally; sometimes the food was a bit greasy, but not very often. The service is also wonderful; quick orders and short wait times have never disappointed me. Unfortunately, the floor in the shop itself is very greasy, and some of the lights flicker. But nothing vital. You can definitely have a cozy evening there, as the food is really very good, and the covered outdoor area makes it easy to eat outside even if it's raining. Overall, I highly recommend the shop.

I don't understand the negative reviews. The food arrived 10 minutes before the stated time. The meat wasn't dry, wasn't overseasoned, but simply delicious and there was a decent amount. The delivery employee was very friendly. So, this won't be the last time I order from there. Keep it up 👍

I ordered fries because I was a vegetarian. There's a chicken bone in my fries. Probably left over from another guest. I suspect that the operators here “recycle” the leftovers from other guests. So instead of throwing leftover fries in the trash, put them back in the deep fryer. That would definitely be a very innovative way to actively combat food waste.

I've often thought about leaving a review. I'll also add my two cents: We mostly like the kebab specialties (I'll come back to the punk in a moment). The food usually arrives warm or still hot. Then why only three stars? I deducted one star for the order. It has happened several times that there is different meat than what was ordered. Sometimes other sauces are used than those ordered. In the evening I can still understand that. I just think it's a shame that you don't get any information about it. I deduct the second star for the delivery times. According to Restablo (after confirmation of the order process), delivery takes approximately one hour. That's completely okay too. Often the food comes later (10-20 minutes) or much later (30-50 minutes). The drivers, on the other hand, are actually always friendly. So there is still room for improvement. But we are always satisfied when the food arrives on time and as ordered. -UPDATE- The second to last order came 2 hours later. I called the phone twice and placed our order. When the food came, half of it was missing and so we had to wait another hour. The employee explained that a driver had called in sick at short notice. They would only have one driver. Strangely enough, someone else came later to bring us the rest of our order. Today we ordered again. Another portion of fries was missing. I give the €3.40 to the restaurant. We will now order somewhere else.

The shop has suffered massively. It was my regular kebab shop a few years ago. We stopped by again today and were absolutely shocked. The meat was dry, the salad wasn't fresh, the sauces had dried edges, the shop was dirty, and the bread was falling apart just by looking at it. To top it all off, they charged us more at the checkout than we actually got (almost 20%). On the way out, we were yelled at for sending back half a kebab. It was my last time there.

I have ordered from this store several times and have often waited more than 2 hours for my food. That's not enough for the shop owners, but on top of that they just cheekily don't answer the phone. Probably with the idea that you just don't have to worry about canceling your orders. This is an absolute disgrace. Even the fact that you don't get any feedback as to why this happens and that happens all the time. The delivery person always tells stories about the person at the door and so on. Then you should make improvements if necessary and not just order things through boxes. And the food isn't so bad that you would want to wait 2 hours for it. That was the last time I ordered from this store.

Ordered half chicken with fries. Long delivery time, still ok since ordered on Sunday. Half of the chicken was so dry and had been grilled for far too long. It tasted and looked as if the chicken from the previous day had been briefly warmed up in the deep fryer. It felt like half of the chicken was inedible. French fries wet and soggy. I've been ordering here for a long time and it's never been as bad as this time. Hope it will be better next time.

We have just received our order. A Dürüm roll was cold and I mean really cold. As if she had been waiting in the fridge for the rest of the order. I also ordered without tomatoes and of course there were tomatoes on it. The children's fries were also cold and even dry. Now you could say, “it can happen” and you call and find a solution. These employees who currently manage this location, are just arrogant, prejudiced and unable.

So I order from time to time or pick something up. I've always enjoyed it except once. I don't find the staff or driver unfriendly either. I think you can eat well there and the price is right too. It's not cheap everywhere.

It is the best restaurant in Langenhorn. I recommend it to everyone. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Half chicken doner, chicken doner meat is excellent, their service is very good and the prices are affordable 💯👍

Taste, Service and Atmosphere is really good. The prices are slightly higher for a Döner place. I've had Döner Teller and Lahmajun.

It's really not tasty. Old disgusting meat and ready-made sauces. I can only agree with the previous speakers. Employees are also totally unfriendly and don't understand you. Never again.

If I could I would give zero stars. I'll never order here again. And I advise everyone to order something here. The delivery driver was also unfriendly and rude. I ordered 2 kebabs and with a special request salad without onions and I only got onions!!! In addition, they completely forgot about the sauce or didn't put it on it at all!!! Then I called, nothing came, no apology, no insight, absolutely not. I was told that they would deliver it later, but that didn't happen either. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO ORDER SOMETHING FROM HERE!

Things have gotten a lot worse, I always closed both eyes but the last time I bought a kebab there was! I ordered 25€ for two kebabs with extra meat and extra shepherd's cheese to take away. At home I almost had to throw up because the cheese tasted so disgusting. I don't know if it was rotten or just old, but I had to throw both kebabs away... dude... that taste was terrible.....🤢

Ordered food to pick up. Employees apparently can't read and give the food to the driver. After 20 minutes the driver came back completely relaxed. I was offered a coke while I waited

Doner bread is simple flatbread, the sauces are like water and don't really taste anything special. Plus a minced meat kebab skewer which is not good.

Ordered the kebab plate and it was very tasty, the meat was a bit thin, but in my opinion it was very tasty. The rice was good, the meat was delicious, the salad was fresh and crunchy. I would be happy to order again!

I think the food is very tasty, but when I order online I don't always get what I ordered, e.g.: 2x kebab pockets without salad and extra meat, one with cocktail sauce and one with tzatziki/spicy sauce... Now I have 2x kebab pockets with salad, without extra meat and both with cocktail sauce...

Delicious Turkish food. It's very practical in the center and I always come here after training.

This is definitely not a "huge" currywurst (I've already eaten three parts in the photo), not even a normal currywurst, because it doesn't have the curry sauce. Very dry, with a hint of sauce.... For €6.90 this is probably the worst value for money I've experienced in the last 5 years. Never again thank you!

I never received the order. They don't answer. I ordered at 5:40 p.m. Now 8:00 p.m. is not received.!!!

Niiiiiiiiii again. I ordered Dürüm, ate on site. It was very cold. Little meat. Lots and lots of salad. You can't taste the meat. It tasted like dough. It's a shame I expected something different.

Very friendly team and very delicious food.

The first time we ate there, it was an upscale place with tables in the hall and tables outside. The food is very good. The staff are kind and helpful. I encourage you to go there if you want to eat.

My homie and I went out after the gym and were really hungry. This kebab was so babba and saved us so much. Next time again, for the bulk! Staff was correct.

The food was okay, the portions were quite manageable. We had 3 kebab plates and we weren't really full. There was also hardly any difference between small and large portions. The sauces were nothing special and were placed on the plate in small plastic bowls. Neither contemporary nor beautiful and also very little. The atmosphere isn't particularly inviting, but it was the only one that was still open. Overall, you can do it, but you don't have to.

The delivery service is great. Maybe pay more attention to the salad otherwise 🥂

Ordered simple food via Lieferando. Doner kebab bag and jumbo kebab. Even though it was only 3 km away, we waited around 2 hours. Food was slightly warm, a little soggy but otherwise OK. As "compensation" you didn't receive a price reduction, but rather a 1.5 bottle of apple spritzer from Netto without asking... Wouldn't order there again. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Der Döner hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, bisher der beste den ich in Langenhorn gegessen habe. ✌️

Habe nur eine Portion Pommes gegessen.Die waren so wie sie sein sollten.Heiß und knusprig.Die Menge war auch in Ordnung.Leider waren die Tische dreckig und auf die bestellten Pommes,musste ich vieeel zu lange warten.

Lieferung perfekt, ist auch eine weiter ANFAHRT. (1 std) Essen war alles heiß und sehr sehr lecker und viel noch dazu. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Ein Restaurant macht es nicht besser. Das Fleisch war sehr 😋 lecker. Macht weiter so👍

The vegan döner teller was really good. They have two vegan sauces: scharfes and vegan mayonaise. The 'sharp' sauce is amazing, but get both for the complete experience ;) Friendly staff too and nice to be able to sit down outside (although covered) while eating.

Hier kann man sehr gut essen. Wir hatten den Mixgrillteller. Der war für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist freundlich. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Sehr nette Leute, der vegane Döner war sehr lecker.

Bester veganer Döner Teller im Umkreis. Auf Wünsche beim Bestellen wird fast immer eingegangen und gibt immer mal etwas besonderes dazu. Mal mehr Brot, mal leckeres Baklava. Portion wird leider von Monat zu Monat kleiner. Bestelle hier trotzdem sehr gerne! Edit: Kann ich leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Alles oben genannte hat sich zum Negativen verändert.

Wir haben uns etwas zu essen bestellt, darunter ein Dürüm mit Dönerfleisch. Leider schmeckte der Dürüm nur nach Fritteuse. Sobald man die Teigtasche anfasst, hat man fettige Finger. Es sieht so aus, als wenn man das Fleisch im Teig in der Fritteuse erhitzt hat und dann noch schnell frisches Gemüse und Soße drauf. Bei der telefonischen Reklamation wurde dies abgestritten und zum Schluss gesagt: "Nächstes mal machen wir es besser". Kein Angebot auf eine Gutschrift oder Ähnliches. Tut mir leid, das ist keinen Stern wert. (Update- Ein Stern mehr, weil doch eine Nachbesserung angeboten wurde [Missverständnis unter den Belieferten])

Tolle Döner. Netter service. Im Sommer schön zum draußen verweilen und den Treiben zuzuschauen.

Wir hatten am Wochenende über eine Bestellplattform bestellt und super zufrieden gewesen. Essen war heiß und frisch, Bote war auch echt nett.

Hier ist alles super, das Essen war lecker, der Service ist wunderbar und die Leute hier sind freundlich. Ich werde es gerne wiederkommen 🙂
