Ordered 4 Mc Ribs, 3 looked like the one that was delivered after the complaint, one was even worse! In the picture the McRib complained about, the one that was subsequently delivered and the product picture. I'm not lovin' it!!

The manager in question; very unprofessional and extremely unfriendly, a small, slightly more corpulent young woman, with a piercing in her lip, (in my opinion also unhygienic, as it can fall off and contaminate the food) and her hair was not tied completely, it was loose and loose, thought she was superior and took the right not to respond to our wishes or requests, nor did she let us speak to her or let us express ourselves. The matter was explained to her even though she was in the right. In addition, she forbade her employees to speak to us, because the staff had no choice, because she spoke so penetratingly to the employees, they submitted, what else, after all, it's their job and who would want to defy a superior like that? I felt very sorry for the employees, I noticed that they wanted to help me, but weren't allowed to. Well, I'll put it this way: if you're going to eat with your family, then you should also take certain things into account as a company, for example. Better communication with customers. Maybe the lady needs to take another training course on how to deal with customer service, because that gives the branch a very bad impression. I don't think the employee is competent enough because she also reacted very emotionally to solve and overcome conflicts. But maybe she also liked getting some attention since she could/wanted to prove herself. The bottom line is: You really have to see whether certain people are really mature enough, even if they don't have children/family or partners, to understand certain points. In this case it wasn't like that and the lady was pretty vulgar. Since my daughter has an eating disorder and only eats McDonald's fries, I'm happy to go somewhere else, but no longer to this branch where children aged 1.5 and 2.5 years are refused food! This has nothing to do with general terms and conditions or legal or legal reasons, this is completely about an inter-human social level and an inter-human behavior. Which didn't happen. And I can tell you that there is no one here either, I just did my job and behaved correctly. Sorry, but you behaved completely wrong and as a manager.

I was there on Friday and even though it was busy for customers, the toilets were very dirty, the order to the table was not carried out correctly, the employee seemed very listless and moody. I didn't get the food. The ambience seems cold and overall this McDonalds is not wheelchair or disabled friendly. I wish for improvement. I also expressed this via email last year (last year I often wrote about the cleanliness of the restaurant).

I ordered some ice cream and when I was paying I politely asked if I could get a little more chocolate sauce. I then got my ice cream and said nicely again that I had asked if I could have a little more sauce. This time it was a different employee, but she also had to ask twice what I meant. I then explained it to her again. She then told me to order a McFlurry. I regularly and enjoy eating ice cream at McDonald's - and in all my years no one has ever told me that.😀 I would have paid a euro more on my own, but I just want a small ice cream and not a large one. Why should I order a larger item just because I want a little bit more sauce? I do not understand that.

I recently went to McDonald's again after a long time to see my son and discovered on the way home that the €12 bag didn't contain a toy or the new sauce, even though I specifically asked for both and was assured that both were available. Apart from that, current prices are comparable to the lunch menu at a normal restaurant.

Good Morning, We ordered via the McDonald’s app and had our food delivered to our table. At first we were asked to pick it up ourselves, but the staff kindly brought it to us. During the meal we found the music a bit too loud. Unfortunately, the fries were no longer really warm, but the staff brought fresh fries at our request. We later noticed that the coffee we ordered was missing. We went to the counter again and got our coffee and it could be cleaner

The employee with the glasses at the drive through was very cheeky. He is always disrespectful to others and with that kind of behavior I would hate to go there again!

I ordered cheeseburgers with several people. Since the number of burgers in the kitchen probably caused frustration, all the tasty burgers were squeezed together so tightly that you can roll them up to eat them as chivapchichi. So let's be honest, anyone who handles food like this shouldn't work in the kitchen of a company that advertises quality like that. What a lousy service. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 Big Mac, 2 McChicken and potato wedges. And there wasn't even anything going on there! But mark the order as ready for pickup after just 30 seconds so that the time looks good on paper! And if you ask where the order is after 10 minutes, you get a rude answer. And not a word of apology for having to wait over 10 minutes.

Enough is enough! That was my last order in this branch today, I tolerated wrong deliveries in the past, long delivery times happen. Just a long delivery time and everything cold. The fries went straight into the trash, they're no good when warm, they're unbearable when cold. The rest was due to hunger. Hunger drives it in, disgust drives it down. After more than 10 years I say goodbye!

Good location to satisfy your late-night appetite after a concert. However, the parking lot takes some getting used to, it is very narrow and strangely arranged. In the McDonald's itself it looked okay, there was a tablet table for children, which I'm not a fan of per se, but maybe some people think that's great. We ordered a chocolate milkshake with chocolate sauce and got a milkshake with nothing. When I went to the condition and politely said that we had actually ordered a chocolate milkshake, she took it from me without a word and came back after a minute. The milkshake tasted or looked just as little like chocolate as before. The waitress didn't say a word to you. The visit to McDonald's was still satisfactory, but there are much better ones.

It was super clean, the toilets were better than some of the other restaurant chains. As with everyone, they eat the same 😁 sometimes warm, sometimes cold.

Went here with friends and we all loved it! The McDonald's in Hamburg is always clean and the staff is super nice. The McChicken is simply a classic. Always a good choice for fast food. We'll definitely be back

A nice branch in itself. Service was very good. Toilet clean. The only drawback is that at 8 in the morning you can't get a Big Mac or a Coke.

I specifically chose “in-house consumption” and still received my coffee in a paper cup. When I asked if she had any porcelain cups, I was told that one cup was a cappuccino and the other was a latte macchiato. It's a shame - responsible use of resources can look different!

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. You are not allowed to place your order with the staff at the checkout, then you order at the machine and want to pay at the checkout, they just look at you and still ignore you, after 10 minutes we ordered again at the machine and paid directly. Well, what can I say, we waited 35 minutes for a spicy chicken menu and a happy meal. Yes, there was a little more going on, but it wasn't possible to be as uncoordinated as they were there. Others also chose to pay at the checkout and had to wait about 15 minutes before they could finally pay.

Never experienced such a bad Mc's. Firstly, they don't want to take an order and then a waiting time of 35 minutes after ordering is simply catastrophic. Never again, staff simply overwhelmed. The best thing was that terminals were simply issued so that not so many orders came in at once.

We ordered a burger and a meal with chicken burger and coke. Instead of a chicken burger there was a cheeseburger. And the cola tasted strangely like mint and wasn't carbonated either. After a sip, we poured it out and there were 5 chewed pieces of gum at the bottom of the cup. Just disgusting!

When we were there it was empty and quiet. We were able to place our order at the counter. The lady at the checkout was very nice, friendly and waited patiently for our order. The tables and floor were clean. We were very at peace.

My friend was at your place to get breakfast. I am always amazed at how you manage to find even more unqualified staff every time. I mean, it can always happen that things get mixed up and mistakes happen. It can't be that with EVERY DriveIn order I have something wrong or something is missing??? As usual, after the handover I check whether everything is in there and in fact everything was there today...almost. I ordered a Sprite for my children, when I got home I wanted to distribute the drinks and then the surprise came... Cola. It's ironic when you don't order a Coke and then you still get one... well. I also had 3x double cheeseburgers and 1x double chicken burger, after which the lady simply made 4x double cheeseburgers. I've been eating at this McDonald's off and on for years, I've always been annoyed about mistakes, but it's slowly enough. When I imagine how many customers you serve per day and how many mistakes have to happen when I have something wrong or missing with ALMOST every order, it's a disgrace! Not to mention that this McDonalds is even more expensive than others!!!

An incredibly bad Mc D. I was there late on a Friday evening, it was loud, dirty, packaging waste on almost every table. As always, I ordered a menu using the Mc D. app, selecting "eat in the restaurant" and "service at the table". I entered the table number and the app message said “See you soon at your table”, music on the headphones loud and I waited, engrossed in my cell phone. And waited. And waited. It became significantly quieter and the number of guests decreased noticeably. But my food didn't come. After half an hour I went to the serving counter and asked about my food. There were no open orders, which number I had, followed by "Don't say you're table 14". I was “called” several times over 10 minutes ago. But now I selected “service at the table” and had it confirmed in the app, so of course I didn’t expect a “call”. Answer: They don't offer table service in this restaurant (anymore), after all, that's what it says on the ordering terminals (which, as an app orderer, I of course didn't study) and it would be my own fault. To top it off, they wanted to give me a bag(!) with cold Big Mac and cold fries (which I didn't even order, but a version of fries). They “generously” offered to warm up the fries again, but not the Big Mac, as it had been prepared especially for me. I then decided to refuse to accept the cold food and asked for written confirmation of this, which was refused. I should contact “Munich”, a cash payment for my order paid via Paypal is not possible. Well, the complaint went out to Munich and was answered with a comforting standard email and you had to contact the operator on site. Let's see if something else happens or if the 11 euros are wasted. By the way, you can make Paypal payments to Mc. D. DO NOT charge back. The three stars for the food rating refer to Standard Mc. D. Food, there was no food for me that day.

I would like to express my extreme displeasure with this branch. Unfortunately, my negative experience with the service and quality of the food at this restaurant cannot be expressed in positive words. I have decided not to visit this branch anymore because I systematically receive either coffee of completely unacceptable quality - be it watered down, with a strange taste or just too thin. Several times we were refused coupon redemption for strange reasons, even though the coupon was scanned and the correct price ratio was displayed on the screen. However, at checkout we were suddenly charged the full price without taking the discount into account. Despite all the explanations, they were not convincing to me. We were also sold a fishburger of very strange quality where the cheese was only present in microscopic quantities. Communication with employees is extremely difficult - either they don't understand me or I don't understand them. This shows either a lack of respect for customers or extremely low qualifications and training of employees.

This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I came on Tuesday at 11:30 and there wasn't a single person in McDonald's. Staff only. I think it's very good because this McDonald's is very big. There is more different food in the menu than in other McDonald's. Staff gave me the food very quickly in about 2-3 minutes. And the food was very tasty. In addition, the staff is very friendly and nice. 5 stars out of 5.

Unfortunately, on a whim, on the way home around midnight on Saturday evening, you give the shop another chance after four years. You are given a hot inflated bag in your hand. Think cool, burgers and fries fresh, or at least warm. Then after 1:30 minutes of driving home the disappointment, big Tasty Bacon was almost cold and had slipped in the packaging in such a way that it was no longer possible to simply push it off. I won't even mention the cold fries. It's a shame that the experience from four years ago hasn't changed. What's more surprising is that the store has continued to exist at this location for over 25 years. The area could be used for something more sensible than selling hugely expensive cold burgers for more than 7 euros each. If it were a not-quite-fresh cheeseburger, hmm okay... but the flagship next to the BigMäc should simply be good at any time!!! But unfortunately the store can't seem to do that.
