It's freezing cold in there. In winter.

The restaurant was pleasantly quiet, and there were plenty of seats – we could dine in comfortably. Unfortunately, the cappuccino was disappointing: even though we ate in, it was served in a paper cup – and it was only half full. Otherwise, the visit was fine.

The staff at the McDrive were extremely unfriendly. I wanted to order a Long Chicken burger with cheese, and she said this wasn't a kebab shop. I've never experienced anything like it.

I ordered food and after more than an hour McDonald's cancelled the order... unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the restaurants and the selection are getting worse and worse. Sometimes you wait five minutes for a burger, and by then the rest of the food is already cold. The ordering system is complicated and slow, and the food preparation is far too slow. Before, you could just walk in, order at the counter, pay, and get your food in under a minute—that was service. Now everything takes forever. Why did they discontinue the chocolate shake, anyway?

Disastrous service – a complete rip-off! I ordered over an hour ago, paid immediately, and still haven't received my food. I've tried calling repeatedly – ​​either no one answers or the line is constantly busy. They completely ignore me. Incorrect delivery times, no customer service, no information. I placed an order, paid by card, and nothing happened. I waited 20 minutes, asked where the food was, but nothing happened; they didn't care at all. Another 10 minutes passed, and then I got so angry I wanted my money back and to leave. Then they put the drinks on the tray and slammed it down in front of me. I ate there late at night. Despite that, the food was delicious and well-prepared. A missing drink was promptly brought out. Clean establishment.

It's become complete garbage. Unfriendly to customers, food cold, orders packed incorrectly. Always the wrong sauces and they're not even willing to talk. No answering the phone. No manager. The only thing you hear is the garbage disposal unit to the right of the entrance. And they even ignored phone calls, and now after 20 attempts, they've apparently put the phone down... McDonald's doesn't just look like a clown, it is one!

Everything here has just been renovated. It's very clean and pleasant. The toilets are just very cramped, especially if you're heavily pregnant.

The food was delicious, but my boyfriend and I had to wait in line for almost an hour.

The poor rating is due to the appalling staff. We bought food via drive-thru and parked in a lot. Sorry, my SUV is a bit wider, and then some rude, southern European employees told us to move our car. Even someone with a Mercedes WL license plate parked obnoxiously. I find it disrespectful to harass customers while they're eating. There were plenty of parking spaces... never again, they're a real bunch of scum... and all because they wanted to smoke in front of the parking entrance...

You don't get paid on time and you have to wait

So far, so good. If you're coming by car, you should be very careful when reversing. There are a lot of large stones laid down that you unfortunately can't see. I was lucky; the tow hitch saved me.

The 20cm nuggets and the chicken burger have never disappointed here and usually taste good.

Today, October 31, 2025, at 1:00 AM, I was there... a sad sight :-( Food scattered all over the floor, trays being returned, and the trash overflowing. Even better... while waiting in line, I watched the activity in the kitchen... and at the counter, the women all had beautiful long hair – but none of them were even wearing a braid :-( They just grabbed all the fries without serving them and threw them in the bag... whatever was on the tray was just thrown out afterward... every order before mine had a mistake, so the women had to redo it. And they did it all grumpily and annoyed. When it was my turn, I politely pointed out that the state of the branch and the way they handled the food was very regrettable. The waitress then said to me... "You ordered takeout... goodbye."

Orders were incomplete. Staff do not speak German.

Update: Even more depressing after the renovation!!! WHO PLANNED THIS!!! Tables are never clean! Special offers are never in stock (Glowglas is currently available)! The ordering machines are always broken! The clientele isn't great!

Good place to park and have a meal

Very unprofessional employees at this location. I once had a small argument with a blonde colleague with a low braid, during which I was yelled at for supposedly ordering food there, but I was sent to the restaurant to pick up the order inside because the drive-thru was closed at the time. A bag was thrown at me as a gesture to pack the order myself. I didn't say anything else, dismissed it as a stress reaction and tried to remain as understanding as possible. The situation that led me to this review was the following: laughter could be heard at the drive-thru microphone, and then the colleague with dark hair and darker skin pointed into my vehicle several times at the second window and giggled. She asked her employee to do the same. When I asked both of them about it, the whole thing was dismissed with "everything's fine". I am always friendly to employees, so a neutral approach can be expected. Instead, customers are "chased away". It's extremely difficult to deal with customers like this, not just professionally, but also personally.

After the renovation, things look better; breakfast was okay. It would have been nice if the restaurant had also been given a new coffee machine...the cappuccino is undrinkable, far too strong, sour, bitter, and undrinkable.

We visited this McDonald's and were very satisfied with the service—everything was of a high standard. However, we noticed that the ice cream portion at this McDonald's was the smallest of any of the other McDonald's we've visited in recent months. We would like a more generous portion next time. Overall, the impression was positive, but this point could still be improved.

It's been so extensively remodeled, with two extra McDrive lanes. I think they built it two lanes to allow more discussion at the counter. No numbers, shortcuts, or coupons can be redeemed in this branch...

Looking at the reviews here, I guess I'm not alone after all... I saw the ad for the McSpice and wanted to try it. Sold out. Okay, it happens. Ordered and got McNuggets. Ordered and paid for the great new French fries in a shaker bag. The spice was out. When I got home, I realized that the fries I paid for weren't there. Just an empty shaker bag. Shortly before 11:00 in the evening, the employees were obviously overwhelmed by two simultaneous orders. But the three of them had time to discuss what still needed to be handed out. Better German skills would also be helpful. My family's reaction: "You're not allowed to go to McDoof in Lurup either. Disaster!" True!

I'm once again very disappointed when I go to McDonald's. This is the second time I've gotten an incomplete hamburger. Last time, the bacon was missing, and this time, the Crispy Mac didn't have honey mustard sauce or cheddar cheese. McDonald's obviously intentionally forgets to list the ingredients. They're dishonest. And there's no hair protection in the kitchen; it's honestly not very clean.

The table service is a complete disaster. The staff understand little or nothing and simply hand the food to someone else at the table. The customer takes it and leaves. We waited about 30 minutes for our food until the mistake was finally rectified. On top of that, we got cold fries, cold fillet or fish, and a Coke with more ice than Coke. All in all, we'll definitely not be returning. Bad service.

None of the kitchen staff are wearing gloves – absolutely terrible! Especially at a company as large as McDonald's, I expect clear hygiene standards and their consistent implementation. When you can see that kitchen staff are working without gloves, it leaves a very unhygienic impression. This is not only unappetizing, but also disrespectful to the guests. I really hope that this is urgently improved.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order at McDonald's, but my drink wasn't delivered. I then called the restaurant to find out how to contact the delivery driver and was told they didn't know. When I asked what I should do in this situation, I was told that McDonald's had done its part and it was now my problem. I found this response extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I was very upset because I was finally ready to get something to eat after a long shift at work. When I asked the employee her name, she instead questioned me about why I wanted to know and finally hung up. Subsequent calls went unanswered. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I was at your McDrive and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee, which I would like to report here. While paying, the woman in question insulted me disrespectfully in Persian – which I could understand, as I am Iranian myself. When I confronted her about it, she reacted completely inappropriately and even poured Coke on me. Such behavior is unacceptable to me, both as a human being and in customer service. Furthermore, I found her entire demeanor very unfriendly, unpleasant, and completely inappropriate for the workplace. Her lack of German also made communication significantly more difficult. I am very disappointed by this incident and hope that you will review the situation internally and take appropriate action. Customers should be treated with respect – regardless of their origin or language.

Very bad food, McCrispy MM for €10.90 dried out, left on the stovetop for too long, truly inedible. Sadly, no longer recommended. Purchased goods worth €7.99 were missing.

Today was my last visit to this McDonald's! When the food was brought, we unfortunately discovered that the iced coffee had been forgotten! So we went to the checkout and asked for an exchange! It would all be great, but then we realized that the right sauce was missing! So we went back to the checkout! It was good that the Sprite was served without a lid, so you could at least see the black hair! Completely chaotic at the drive-thru. Finally, our order arrived after they repeatedly tried to give us the previous customer's order. 🙄 When our food finally arrived, our ice cream had already melted, the MC Tasty was cold, and the meat was hard. We definitely won't be getting our food there again.

Nice, small, clean McDonald's. Friendly and motivated employees. Unfortunately, little to no knowledge of German is available, which is reflected in the faulty food preparation.

I've been here many times. Good parking, good food, easy to order, it gets ready quickly, and you can sit outside. They just need to clean the restrooms more frequently.

€3.29 for a blueberry muffin is really official..!! More and more often these days, I ask myself, would I have paid 6.43 DM for it? 😅❓️ Especially when it's not really moist on the inside. It's possible that some of the ingredients have changed, but I still remember how "sooo moist" the muffin always tasted. It's been a while since then, though, about a year or so. "Expensive for less" is practically available everywhere with a subscription, so I'm not that surprised. Nevertheless, the burgers were delicious and the guys and girls at the counter were sweet and super friendly..!! Price/performance ratio was okay for the cheeseburger and chicken burger. They seemed a bit crammed together when unpacked, but they still tasted good..👍😊 The small fries for a whopping €2 were also delicious and nice and hot – just as fries should be. Conclusion: Phew, yes, it was great for the moment, but no more muffins and fries in the future, I'll stick with a burger. For someone with high cholesterol, it's definitely a bit too expensive. After all, it's supposed to be "fast food" and not a multi-course meal.. 🤓😅 There are no pictures of the burgers, they were already in my stomach.. 😋🍔🍔💪🏼

It took forever to get the food, at least 40 minutes, which is way too long for fast food. Both Chicken Big Macs were missing a chicken patty, and everything else was basically two slices of bread with nothing in them. It was incredibly slow how they served something like that. The other order was missing a large fries. I have no idea what kind of zombies are working there. That's just not acceptable. Everyone makes mistakes, but I've never seen anything like that before.

We went to a concert yesterday and were hungry afterwards. We weren't allowed to order at first, so I ordered at the terminal, and when my girlfriend wanted something, the terminal was closed. We were told we couldn't order anymore because it wasn't even midnight, and McDonald's is actually open until 1. The employees were extremely rude and insulting. In the end, we didn't have any food, but we spent an hour there. On top of that, the place was extremely dirty. I'm never going back.

Since my daughter has an eating disorder and only eats McDonald's fries, I'm happy to go somewhere else, but no longer to this branch where children aged 1.5 and 2.5 years are refused food! I was there on Friday and even though it was busy for customers, the toilets were very dirty, the order to the table was not carried out correctly, the employee seemed very listless and moody. I regularly and enjoy eating ice cream at McDonald's - and in all my years no one has ever told me that.😀 I would have paid a euro more on my own, but I just want a small ice cream and not a large one. Why should I order a larger item just because I want a little bit more sauce? I do not understand that.

I recently went to McDonald's again after a long time to see my son and discovered on the way home that the €12 bag didn't contain a toy or the new sauce, even though I specifically asked for both and was assured that both were available. Apart from that, current prices are comparable to the lunch menu at a normal restaurant.

Good Morning, We ordered via the McDonald’s app and had our food delivered to our table. At first we were asked to pick it up ourselves, but the staff kindly brought it to us. During the meal we found the music a bit too loud. Unfortunately, the fries were no longer really warm, but the staff brought fresh fries at our request. We later noticed that the coffee we ordered was missing. We went to the counter again and got our coffee and it could be cleaner

I ordered cheeseburgers with several people. Since the number of burgers in the kitchen probably caused frustration, all the tasty burgers were squeezed together so tightly that you can roll them up to eat them as chivapchichi. The employee with the glasses at the drive through was very cheeky. He is always disrespectful to others and with that kind of behavior I would hate to go there again!

What a lousy service. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 Big Mac, 2 McChicken and potato wedges. And there wasn't even anything going on there! But mark the order as ready for pickup after just 30 seconds so that the time looks good on paper! And if you ask where the order is after 10 minutes, you get a rude answer. And not a word of apology for having to wait over 10 minutes.

Enough is enough! That was my last order in this branch today, I tolerated wrong deliveries in the past, long delivery times happen. Just a long delivery time and everything cold. The fries went straight into the trash, they're no good when warm, they're unbearable when cold. The rest was due to hunger. Hunger drives it in, disgust drives it down. After more than 10 years I say goodbye!
