Drive through - incomplete order. Missing chicken nuggets and wrong sauce. I was mad when arrived home...

Check when you receive your orders, they are almost always incomplete.

I would like to express my extreme displeasure with this branch. Unfortunately, my negative experience with the service and quality of the food at this restaurant cannot be expressed in positive words. I have decided not to visit this branch anymore because I systematically receive either coffee of completely unacceptable quality - be it watered down, with a strange taste or just too thin. Several times we were refused coupon redemption for strange reasons, even though the coupon was scanned and the correct price ratio was displayed on the screen. However, at checkout we were suddenly charged the full price without taking the discount into account. Despite all the explanations, they were not convincing to me. We were also sold a fishburger of very strange quality where the cheese was only present in microscopic quantities. Communication with employees is extremely difficult - either they don't understand me or I don't understand them. This shows either a lack of respect for customers or extremely low qualifications and training of employees.

We were there late in the evening and it wasn't clean. I haven't visited the toilets and can't say anything about it.

This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I came on Tuesday at 11:30 and there wasn't a single person in McDonald's. Staff only. I think it's very good because this McDonald's is very big. There is more different food in the menu than in other McDonald's. Staff gave me the food very quickly in about 2-3 minutes. And the food was very tasty. In addition, the staff is very friendly and nice. 5 stars out of 5.

As you can hear in the video, erotic music was playing. One song was all about moaning and another was about oral sex. 10 out of 10, best place for a first date!

Unfortunately, on a whim, on the way home around midnight on Saturday evening, you give the shop another chance after four years. You are given a hot inflated bag in your hand. Think cool, burgers and fries fresh, or at least warm. Then after 1:30 minutes of driving home the disappointment, big Tasty Bacon was almost cold and had slipped in the packaging in such a way that it was no longer possible to simply push it off. I won't even mention the cold fries. It's a shame that the experience from four years ago hasn't changed. What's more surprising is that the store has continued to exist at this location for over 25 years. The area could be used for something more sensible than selling hugely expensive cold burgers for more than 7 euros each. If it were a not-quite-fresh cheeseburger, hmm okay... but the flagship next to the BigMäc should simply be good at any time!!! But unfortunately the store can't seem to do that.

Good fast food restaurant. There are enough parking spaces available. Employees are nice.

McDonald's, since I always order my citizens without cucumbers, they are always freshly prepared.

Ordered 4 Mc Ribs, 3 looked like the one that was delivered after the complaint, one was even worse! In the picture the McRib complained about, the one that was subsequently delivered and the product picture. I'm not lovin' it!

Burger buns soggy. When you bite them, they fall apart.

Food is always best of McDonald's; but the service staff was super. And the miss I made today in the last hour night shift , who was doing cashier; she was a superb girl, super helpful, cheerful and cool girl. I had to say sincerely that, even in the last hour of work where every worker in Gastronomie seems to be full of angerness(which they cant show) because they are too tired at last hour. Its normal human behaviour, i can too felt. But this miss was still charming and honest sincere to deal with her customer. Wonderful miss I have rarely seen in Gastronomie sector( especially at last hour of work)....!!😊♥️

So this McDonalds all respect, cleanliness 1A, we were there, tested it ourselves, eat top services, top cleanliness 1A, the toilets are also suitable for disabled people, all thumbs up, eat as you know it, hot and good I don't know why so many people here rate McDonalds so strangely - these are our personal impressions as a family

Every burger in the order was wrong, all the burgers mashed like something had been put on them

That was the last time I went to McDonalds. The touchscreens for ordering didn't work. It was dirty. The waitress dropped some of the fries on the floor, just left and some of our order was missing. When we asked for our deposit on the bottles back, they acted as if they had never heard of it. And it didn’t taste good either!!!

I wanted to get something with a coupon, but the machine didn't give me a number and you couldn't expect any help from the employees there. I didn't get the coupon or my order, if it was McDonald's, then somewhere else

Staff is unable to accept a verbal order, refused!!! Directed us to the ordering machine, after we changed to the drive Inn, it was possible to order verbally...how does it work if you order by phone? What do visually impaired people do? I think a customer can expect a little more service given the prices.

Unfriendly, tables not cleared or even wiped, staff don't know their own menu or what's on offer, they make tons of different statements in response to one question. Then there are the coupons, people are completely overwhelmed...

One of the best McDonald’s in Hamburg. Orders 99% executed correctly, fries hot and crispy, food comes quite quickly, not too crowded, people always like to stop here on the way back and have a quick snack through McDrive. If you like to treat yourself to fast food, this McDonald's is a good choice.

The man at the counter has secured the employee of the month award. Such a friendly and professional demeanor deserves only the best. Then there is the instruction that you pay first and then get the food. I really have to thank him from the bottom of my heart for enlightening me about this. Otherwise I wouldn't have known that. He also didn't forget that he said that I should go to the second window instead of the first. You get one star because the employee smiled when handing over the food and because the card reader didn't reach further than 10cm out of the window. Oh, and because you don't have to stand in the dark at your drive-in.

Was mcdrive and was served by Anastasia. Best employee. I have never met such a nice and friendly lady at the counter!!! She should be promoted!!!!!

Tables are never clean! Promotions never in stock (Glowglas current)! Order machines are always broken! Audience not so great!

Great store, I am extremely positively surprised. Everything was clean and tidy, as well as bright and well-arranged. There were probably 11 staff members on site. Everyone is nice and friendly in their dealings with the guests and also with each other. Dirty tables were cleaned quickly. The food didn't take long to arrive either. The store was already busy on Saturday evening. There are enough parking spaces available. You can also eat at tables outside.

Overwhelmed! Meat very dry! The shop was unclean, we ate there if anything was stuck on the table and it wasn't cleaned and there was leftover food on the floor, paper from table orders and the warm ones for the tablt to return, no chance of putting anything in, everything full of rubbish and no space

More expensive than the other McDonald's branches. Understaffed and therefore long waiting times, so definitely not fast food. In principle, no order is complete. There are little things missing when eating in a restaurant, but several times I even had serious defects when taking away. You can have a certain assumption...

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly staff. The listlessness is hard to beat and some young women (to put it nicely) are very disrespectful. Will definitely NEVER come back.

Very inattentive employees talk to each other but don't come to collect, if that wasn't enough I asked if the employees could wipe the tables then I was looked at askance again. The citizens cold and fries cold. When I went to the ladies' toilet I saw a baby cockroach, I mentioned it but they just looked at it and nothing was done.

Worst Meckes ever, cash payment is offered, and you stand for over 30 minutes and are not served despite repeated requests. Customers are treated rudely. It doesn't work at all! And that from the manager himself!

Placed an order online. After waiting for 1.5 Hours, I was insulted and yelled at by the worker after asking what the status of the delivery was. After asking to speak to her manager, she pretended to pass the phone and picked up again and continued insulting me. One of the worst experiences I ever had. She also began listing out the names and addresses of every order that she had delivered today, even though I told her the name and address of my delivery, and after I stopped her and told her this was a big breach of data security, she laughed. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. This call happened around 23:30 on 16.03.2024. I will try and contact management, as I believe this is highly unacceptable.

Why is it not possible to fucking distinguish between ketchup and mayonnaise? If you order something to eat at McDrive and don't look in the bag straight away, you're already screwed. Is that what McDonald's wants? Given the prices, it should be possible to pay trained staff reasonably so that no mistakes happen. Oh no matter, it was a lesson for me and for the money I'll get two portions from the Chinese next time... it's all healthier than yours anyway. There is also a fortune cookie.

I wanted to pay cash at the checkout for a McFlurry. After 15 minutes of no one feeling responsible to collect money at the checkout, even though I drew attention to myself from time to time, I left the store.

Was in Mc Drive in Lurup 10 minutes ago… What was handed to me was a complete impudence! The fries were old (very old), dry and cold. The cheeseburger absolutely disgusting, cold and the meat was tough like rubber that you couldn't eat, with nice gristle in it and the chicken burger too. If it hadn't been for the HSV game, I would have driven back and thrown it through the window. Had to throw away the order!! Nobody answers the phone. The health department will be informed.

Orders are made incorrectly or not enough or even completely forgotten, I had it on Thursday. The team works in a very disorganized manner and the normal cash register (we observed while waiting) was simply barely paid attention to.

McDonald's. Apart from the fries (which are generally wobbly, no matter which branch) they are very tasty. But also very expensive and unhealthy. Lots of children coughing and not covering their mouths also adults which is the same in most of these establishments sadly. No one learnt from how fast things spread during Covid! Mostly warm food.. again not the hottest but warm enough to eat. Never really had very hot food from mcDs

Shortly after midnight over 30!!!! Minutes waiting time at the drive-in. Then the dips were missing from every order. Instead of taking care of the orders, some of the staff start cleaning. So unfortunately a very bad service. Probably not caused by the employees but by the management.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Über Lieferando 2 Menüs bestellt. 4.49 Euro Lieferkosten plus 0.99 Euro Servicegebühr. 1 Menü kam völlig falsch und alles kalt an. Bestellt wurde Veggi, es kam Fleisch Nach der Reklamation bei Lieferando 1.99 Euro erstattet bekommen, obwohl ich für 2 Kidsmenüs 18.49 Euro bezahlt hab. Nie wieder!

Man wartet manchmal bis zu 5-10 Minuten um zu BEZAHLEN Am Drive in Schalter wird einen verklickert, dass man ab 3 Coupons eine online Bestellung tätigen muss bzw. man an einen Tag 3 Coupons maximal einlösen kann. Dieses Fastfoodrestaurant ist komplett überfordert und man verlässt jedes Mal das Restaurant als Kunde verärgert. Fahrt lieber die 10 Minuten weiter zu McDonald’s Hörgensweg.

ich bin null zu frieden ich habe nach einer trage tasche gefragt und mir wurde gesagt das es keine gibt darauf hin sehe ich nach 2min wie eine verpackt wird danach frage ich wieso es doch welche gibt mir wird gesagt das sie von unten kommt und ich sehe wie von oben eine genommen wird so gesagt wurde ich VERARSCHT von einer mitarbeiterin bissen breiter und eine brille am 11.01.24 um 22:47 sehr frech beim nächsten mal wird das folgen haben

Leider hat dieser Laden total an Service verloren. Von 10 Bestellungen am Mc Drive in einer Größenordnung von ca. 30 - 40 Euro sind 9 Bestellungen falsch gepackt worden. Immer fehlen Burger ! Kann natürlich daran liegen, dass sich immer 3 - 4 Mitarbeiter um eine Bestellung kloppen und a nicht weiß was b schon eingepackt hat. Aber dieser Zustand hält jetzt schon das zweite Jahr an. Es wäre schön, wenn sich das mal ändern könnte.

Schneller Snack- McDonald's wie man es kennt

Filet-o-fish (fischmäc) nur zu stoßzeiten lecker frisch, zu anderen zeiten wenn der laden nicht so voll ist, ist es immer ein trockens stück panade. Ofters gehabt. Mir wurde mal gesagt dass es dager kommt das die fish dinger dann zu lange im wärmebehalter gewesen sind.

Der schlechteste McD, in dem in je gegessen habe. Die Burger haben nach Pappe geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre ist nach Umbau mit einer Bahnhofshalle zu vergleichen. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich.
