McDonald's in Hamburg

None of the kitchen staff are wearing gloves – absolutely terrible! Especially at a company as large as McDonald's, I expect clear hygiene standards and their consistent implementation. When you can see that kitchen staff are working without gloves, it leaves a very unhygienic impression. This is not only unappetizing, but also disrespectful to the guests. I really hope that this is urgently improved.

No, they should have just closed during the renovation... but no, they would rather have made people wait FOREVER in the McDrive

Very poor customer service. I placed an order at McDonald's, but my drink wasn't delivered. I then called the restaurant to find out how to contact the delivery driver and was told they didn't know. When I asked what I should do in this situation, I was told that McDonald's had done its part and it was now my problem. I found this response extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I was very upset because I was finally ready to get something to eat after a long shift at work. When I asked the employee her name, she instead questioned me about why I wanted to know and finally hung up. Subsequent calls went unanswered. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I was at your McDrive and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee, which I would like to report here. While paying, the woman in question insulted me disrespectfully in Persian – which I could understand, as I am Iranian myself. When I confronted her about it, she reacted completely inappropriately and even poured Coke on me. Such behavior is unacceptable to me, both as a human being and in customer service. Furthermore, I found her entire demeanor very unfriendly, unpleasant, and completely inappropriate for the workplace. Her lack of German also made communication significantly more difficult. I am very disappointed by this incident and hope that you will review the situation internally and take appropriate action. Customers should be treated with respect – regardless of their origin or language.

If I hadn't been able to give it a star, I would have done that. Worst McDonald's in the whole world. I stuffed my whole order into a small bag. I only walked 10 meters and the bag was already broken. 30€ are now gone. I waited an hour until I got to it. Shitty shop.

Today was my last visit to this McDonald's! When the food was brought, we unfortunately discovered that the iced coffee had been forgotten! So we went to the checkout and asked for an exchange! It would all be great, but then we realized that the right sauce was missing! So we went back to the checkout! It was good that the Sprite was served without a lid, so you could at least see the black hair! The children and my wife ordered a strawberry milkshake; reading must be very difficult because they got vanilla! So many mistakes in one order, that's a record! Completely chaotic at the drive-thru. Finally, our order arrived after they repeatedly tried to give us the previous customer's order. 🙄 When our food finally arrived, our ice cream had already melted, the MC Tasty was cold, and the meat was hard. We definitely won't be getting our food there again.

I've been here many times. Good parking, good food, easy to order, it gets ready quickly, and you can sit outside. They just need to clean the restrooms more frequently.

€3.29 for a blueberry muffin is really official..!! More and more often these days, I ask myself, would I have paid 6.43 DM for it? 😅❓️ Especially when it's not really moist on the inside. It's possible that some of the ingredients have changed, but I still remember how "sooo moist" the muffin always tasted. It's been a while since then, though, about a year or so. "Expensive for less" is practically available everywhere with a subscription, so I'm not that surprised. Nevertheless, the burgers were delicious and the guys and girls at the counter were sweet and super friendly..!! Price/performance ratio was okay for the cheeseburger and chicken burger. They seemed a bit crammed together when unpacked, but they still tasted good..👍😊 The small fries for a whopping €2 were also delicious and nice and hot – just as fries should be. Conclusion: Phew, yes, it was great for the moment, but no more muffins and fries in the future, I'll stick with a burger. For someone with high cholesterol, it's definitely a bit too expensive. After all, it's supposed to be "fast food" and not a multi-course meal.. 🤓😅 There are no pictures of the burgers, they were already in my stomach.. 😋🍔🍔💪🏼

It took forever to get the food, at least 40 minutes, which is way too long for fast food. Both Chicken Big Macs were missing a chicken patty, and everything else was basically two slices of bread with nothing in them. It was incredibly slow how they served something like that. The other order was missing a large fries. I have no idea what kind of zombies are working there. That's just not acceptable. Everyone makes mistakes, but I've never seen anything like that before.

We went to a concert yesterday and were hungry afterwards. We weren't allowed to order at first, so I ordered at the terminal, and when my girlfriend wanted something, the terminal was closed. We were told we couldn't order anymore because it wasn't even midnight, and McDonald's is actually open until 1. The employees were extremely rude and insulting. In the end, we didn't have any food, but we spent an hour there. On top of that, the place was extremely dirty. I'm never going back.

Since my daughter has an eating disorder and only eats McDonald's fries, I'm happy to go somewhere else, but no longer to this branch where children aged 1.5 and 2.5 years are refused food! This has nothing to do with general terms and conditions or legal or legal reasons, this is completely about an inter-human social level and an inter-human behavior. Which didn't happen. I was there on Friday and even though it was busy for customers, the toilets were very dirty, the order to the table was not carried out correctly, the employee seemed very listless and moody. I didn't get the food. The ambience seems cold and overall this McDonalds is not wheelchair or disabled friendly. I wish for improvement. I regularly and enjoy eating ice cream at McDonald's - and in all my years no one has ever told me that.😀 I would have paid a euro more on my own, but I just want a small ice cream and not a large one. Why should I order a larger item just because I want a little bit more sauce? I do not understand that.

I recently went to McDonald's again after a long time to see my son and discovered on the way home that the €12 bag didn't contain a toy or the new sauce, even though I specifically asked for both and was assured that both were available. Apart from that, current prices are comparable to the lunch menu at a normal restaurant.

Good Morning, We ordered via the McDonald’s app and had our food delivered to our table. At first we were asked to pick it up ourselves, but the staff kindly brought it to us. During the meal we found the music a bit too loud. Unfortunately, the fries were no longer really warm, but the staff brought fresh fries at our request. We later noticed that the coffee we ordered was missing. We went to the counter again and got our coffee and it could be cleaner

I ordered cheeseburgers with several people. Since the number of burgers in the kitchen probably caused frustration, all the tasty burgers were squeezed together so tightly that you can roll them up to eat them as chivapchichi. The employee with the glasses at the drive through was very cheeky. He is always disrespectful to others and with that kind of behavior I would hate to go there again!

What a lousy service. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 Big Mac, 2 McChicken and potato wedges. And there wasn't even anything going on there! But mark the order as ready for pickup after just 30 seconds so that the time looks good on paper! And if you ask where the order is after 10 minutes, you get a rude answer. And not a word of apology for having to wait over 10 minutes.

Enough is enough! That was my last order in this branch today, I tolerated wrong deliveries in the past, long delivery times happen. Just a long delivery time and everything cold. The fries went straight into the trash, they're no good when warm, they're unbearable when cold. The rest was due to hunger. Hunger drives it in, disgust drives it down. After more than 10 years I say goodbye!

Good location to satisfy your late-night appetite after a concert. However, the parking lot takes some getting used to, it is very narrow and strangely arranged. In the McDonald's itself it looked okay, there was a tablet table for children, which I'm not a fan of per se, but maybe some people think that's great. We ordered a chocolate milkshake with chocolate sauce and got a milkshake with nothing. When I went to the condition and politely said that we had actually ordered a chocolate milkshake, she took it from me without a word and came back after a minute. The milkshake tasted or looked just as little like chocolate as before. The waitress didn't say a word to you. The visit to McDonald's was still satisfactory, but there are much better ones.

It was super clean, the toilets were better than some of the other restaurant chains. As with everyone, they eat the same 😁 sometimes warm, sometimes cold.

Went here with friends and we all loved it! The McDonald's in Hamburg is always clean and the staff is super nice. The McChicken is simply a classic. Always a good choice for fast food. We'll definitely be back

Specially ordered the coffee to be consumed in-house so that you don't have to drink from the disgusting paper cup. What's coming? Paper cups! The employee complained about the same thing, I don't think she was even able to process it verbally. With coffee prices - never again. Better take your money somewhere else.

I specifically chose “in-house consumption” and still received my coffee in a paper cup. When I asked if she had any porcelain cups, I was told that one cup was a cappuccino and the other was a latte macchiato. It's a shame - responsible use of resources can look different!

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. You are not allowed to place your order with the staff at the checkout, then you order at the machine and want to pay at the checkout, they just look at you and still ignore you, after 10 minutes we ordered again at the machine and paid directly. Well, what can I say, we waited 35 minutes for a spicy chicken menu and a happy meal. Yes, there was a little more going on, but it wasn't possible to be as uncoordinated as they were there. Others also chose to pay at the checkout and had to wait about 15 minutes before they could finally pay.

My friend was at your place to get breakfast. I wanted to make him happy with the franzbrötchen and what did he find on the franzbrötchen? there was a hair on the franzbrötchen and that on 2 out of 4 it was just disgusting. I am always amazed at how you manage to find even more unqualified staff every time. I mean, it can always happen that things get mixed up and mistakes happen. It can't be that with EVERY DriveIn order I have something wrong or something is missing??? As usual, after the handover I check whether everything is in there and in fact everything was there today...almost. I ordered a Sprite for my children, when I got home I wanted to distribute the drinks and then the surprise came... Cola. It's ironic when you don't order a Coke and then you still get one... well. I also had 3x double cheeseburgers and 1x double chicken burger, after which the lady simply made 4x double cheeseburgers. I've been eating at this McDonald's off and on for years, I've always been annoyed about mistakes, but it's slowly enough. When I imagine how many customers you serve per day and how many mistakes have to happen when I have something wrong or missing with ALMOST every order, it's a disgrace! Not to mention that this McDonalds is even more expensive than others!!!

Fast food looks different. Even though it was really full, you had to wait far too long for the food. Orders that were on the board after one were ready sooner. Apparently it was more random than system.... Food was tasty....

All I can say is: always good and very tasty. We're not there that often; but we are very satisfied. Keep it up.
