I would like to express my bad experience with this branch. So that others think twice about spending their money here. And I hope to be able to help others at the same time. I totally understand and feel all the negative reviews here about this branch. In my experience today. I will never order anything or eat here again.

Really rude shift manager, the thin little woman. In the evening with Burger King Capi. So I still know that restaurant managers, shift managers, foremen at Bürger King or McDonalds are actually there for customer satisfaction. But that's exactly where it ends in this Bürger King branch. The lady is so unfriendly and can't even have proper, friendly, helpful communication with customers. Instead of helping with questions, she acts as if she doesn't understand or doesn't hear and just continues communicating in Arabic with her colleagues in the fries department and everyone acts as if they are working. What do they actually do? Other than just taking orders from the machines in the store and getting the orders ready. Are they just standing around or at the fries department and just talking to each other. And then you don't have time to take an order from the customer at the counter for 1 minute? Ridiculous. Don't even have drive. Apparently communication in this branch only takes place between employees in Arabic, instead of being able to take an order orally at the counter in German. Who hired these slow-moving employees and only Arabic-speaking workers and their incompetence, plus this totally customer-unfriendly shift manager, is a mystery to me. The McDonald's used to be much better at this location. This Citizen King is a disaster in service, competence and friendliness. I and others will definitely no longer spend our money in this 0 service branch.

Unfortunately one of the worst BK restaurants I've been to! The employees are unfriendly and annoyed, they don't really understand German or English. At least 2 of the ordering terminals are always broken (we don't even want to talk about the operation of the BK terminals and their algorithm, but the restaurant can't do anything about that). Cash register is also often defective. Orders take so long that you might think the cow is still being slaughtered and the vegetables are being harvested. Did I forget something...yes, the restaurant is hard to beat when it comes to dirtiness, at least in the evening. It is incomprehensible why such an attractive location has deteriorated to such an extent and is made unattractive for customers...

Switches don't work. Employees are annoyed and don't want to work and the cash register at the front doesn't work either. If you ask how else you can specify the codes, you get a “none”.

First I waited at an empty checkout for about 3 minutes because all the employees were busy doing something. The cashier and the male receptionist named Ali refused to pay for my order because they felt the 5 euro bill was damaged. It is not possible to pay with a card at the checkout. My favorite Burger King. Always fresh, mostly very friendly service. Too crowded at peak times. Toilet condition is more of a matter of luck.

I got plant-based bacon on my cheese melt. No, the bacon was not plant-based. And no, I didn't order extra bacon on my plant-based burger. Unfortunately, I took one bite and didn't realize it until afterward. It's a shame that this isn't being taken into account here.

We were there on January 12, 2025 at 5 p.m. We had to wait 17 minutes for 2 cappuccinos and 1x churros. We only got 1 cappuccino in the wrong cup and the other one was forgotten. The churros were without cinnamon and sugar because that was also forgotten. Unable to communicate with staff due to lack of interest and language skills. In addition, the staff as a whole seemed like a mess. Many other customers also had complaints. We will definitely not visit this branch again!

The store does not adhere to the official opening hours of 1 a.m. The store is closed on Friday January 3rd even though it is supposed to be open until 2 a.m.!

The employees here can't do their job, got our order completely wrong, didn't want to do it right, had to fight extra to make sure we got our food right, and the employee kept asking us what we wanted even though we had already placed the order have, so like what did we put it on the screen for if they don't even read the order 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄

Condition at the time of this review: Tables not wiped down, food cold, order takes forever and is incomplete, put a receipt with the order number and he asks me for the order number, floor full of trash and not swept, mice running around in the store. I don't want to give out any stars here. All the burgers we ordered (7) were cold. The saleswoman said that wasn't true. As proof, the burger was warmed under the warmer for 20 seconds on each side and then pressed back into the hand. No insight or exchange. Expired yogurt dressing was served to us for the salads over a week ago. Were swapped. Cleanliness of the hygiene rooms, i.e. toilets not clean and toilet seats broken. Very disappointing. Had 2 Big King in the menu with fries and coke. Fries good, cola good, burger disastrous. Dry, almost old, bland. I would like to express my dissatisfaction here. Your employees are incompetent. I wasn't given the change, it was only a few cents, but an offer would have been appropriate. Also, my order was takeout. I needed a bag with handles, but they didn't give me one. Every time I have to ask about it. Furthermore, part of my order is often missing, for example the cola that I ordered with it. I have to constantly remind myself of this. Therefore only one star - actually zero would be appropriate.

Burger King offers a solid selection of classic fast food dishes. The burgers are juicy and the menu selection leaves nothing to be desired. The fries are crispy and the portions are good. The service is usually quick and the staff are friendly, although it can be a bit busier and busier at peak times. The price/performance ratio is reasonable, especially for a quick snack or meal on the go. The branches could occasionally be a little cleaner, but overall it's a good place for a quick meal without high expectations.

The store is really disastrous. Several defects in escape routes and interior. Lighting comes from the ceiling and cables hang freely from the ceiling in the toilets. Very dangerous. Many products were already sold out by 7 p.m. No lift, no wraps and some sauces are no longer available. This is not how a large restaurant chain should run. The burgers taste good. It always takes a while because nothing is actually ever prepared in the display. But dear Burger King team: WHY DO YOU NEVER WEAR GLOVES? Very nice shop. Food is always fresh. The employee, Ms. Ewers, is always very nice and polite to everyone.

Staff are all friendly and the food ordered are always in stock and they prepare it always perfectly. For kids they always have patience! In terms of food, Flame Chicken Wings are goat! Hot served and I prefer them when I cannot find nowhere offering good classic korean fried chicken. BBQ chicken is well know, no more words needed. Juicy and zart. Love the vibe here. Clean, quiet and with nice view. Dine in is always my favorite choice.

Really bad service and burgers and chili cheese nuggets were old! If you don't feel like doing your job, then the customer doesn't have to suffer. Cola is not carbonated and the ice was missing. When asked, no German was understood. A guy behind the counter just said there were no ice cubes. When asked what was wrong with the carbon dioxide, he just said “that’s just the way it is”. The lady who couldn't speak a word of German still made me a new Coke, which the guy wasn't happy about. I then said “what should I do with a non-carbonated cola” and the guy just rolled his eyes and left. The store there is simply miserable. The table service doesn't work either due to laziness, they prefer to shout through the shop and wait for you to come around. Worst Burger King in Hamburg. Then you'd better go to McDonald's 👍🏼

Burgers were a bit dry and the Fanta tasted very stale and wasn't quite full. But everything is clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommended 👍

Small restaurant located right on the main street and next to the cinema. Good location, but that’s it. Staff not particularly nice, two things were forgotten when I ordered, one of which I only noticed when I was already leaving. So money paid for goods that were not delivered. It should go without saying that you check the order on the tray again before bringing it to the customer. The food still tasted good, so it's not the fault of the chefs. If necessary you can eat there, otherwise it's not recommended.

Today I was in this facility and was very stressed. That's awful. I ordered a burger without bacon. But unfortunately they still put it in my burger. When I received my order I saw the bacon. I went to the checkout and told the cashier that I ordered without bacon. Please change my order. And what do you do? You take the order, take the bacon out of this burger and give it back to me. That's awful. I've already mentioned that I'm allergic to bacon. I demanded that they make me a new burger. They did it, but they threw it at me with a dissatisfied look on their faces. Three women were on duty this afternoon. Your employees treat their customers terribly!

Employees don't understand you. I just asked if it's possible to get the sauce next to it but not all over the food, but she said no (and told me next time tell us if im ordering with the self order kiosk how am i gonna tell you lady just than be innovative and add a section "add note"). Like to throw the 7 pieces of churros won't hurt the Burger King kingdom and I'm sure if it's not sold at the end of the day most of the fresh stuff (if it's not frozen) goes to the trash. Worst BurgerKing Hamburg. Waiting times are sometimes 45 minutes. At peak times (e.g. before lunch or before the cinema starts) a maximum of 2 out of 6 ticket offices are open

The burgers are still very tasty, but the small shop was very crowded and it was very hot, we had to wait for a seat. Our table was very dirty, luckily we had cleaning cloths with us. The floor was sticky. Basically, there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness! The staff tried their best to prepare the orders quickly.

There were only 3 customers in the restaurant. I asked my burger without ketchup and cheese but there was no option to remove mayonese , so I asked an employee to please know my burger had no mayo. I heard she saying it 2 times to the team. When I received it, it really had no cheese and no mayo but came with ketchup… I didn’t even eat it… never again ..

This location is super busy. Long waiting queues ahead. Staff is constantly overwhelmed with orders and not very friendly.

The order at the table wasn't delivered but instead soured at the counter... It wasn't until I accidentally noticed after 10 minutes that something had gone wrong... Other customers complained loudly in front of me at the counter about cold food.... No apology or something like that.... My fresh burger arrived old (because it had been forgotten for 10 minutes)... Tables were dirty. There were used tablets and these standees lying around everywhere... If I had thought about it left and right before ordering looked around then the bakery or subway around the corner would have been a better choice....

Not exactly clean there. I especially can't recommend the toilets there. Every time I went there it smelled very disgusting. Soap dispensers are usually empty and paper towels and at least water is available.
