Today I was in this facility and was very stressed. That's awful. I ordered a burger without bacon. But unfortunately they still put it in my burger. When I received my order I saw the bacon. I went to the checkout and told the cashier that I ordered without bacon. Please change my order. And what do you do? You take the order, take the bacon out of this burger and give it back to me. That's awful. I've already mentioned that I'm allergic to bacon. I demanded that they make me a new burger. They did it, but they threw it at me with a dissatisfied look on their faces. Three women were on duty this afternoon. Your employees treat their customers terribly!

How good the food must be if you can afford such poor service.

It's always nice to experience friendly service, especially at a quick-service restaurant. Even though the selection was limited, it's good to know that the food was still tasty and served quickly.

Most miserable service ever. Waited a long time, food was cold, employees were unfriendly and uncomprehending. Underground even for a Burger King.

This location is super busy. Long waiting queues ahead. Staff is constantly overwhelmed with orders and not very friendly.

The order at the table wasn't delivered but instead soured at the counter... It wasn't until I accidentally noticed after 10 minutes that something had gone wrong... Other customers complained loudly in front of me at the counter about cold food.... No apology or something like that.... My fresh burger arrived old (because it had been forgotten for 10 minutes)... Tables were dirty. There were used tablets and these standees lying around everywhere... If I had thought about it left and right before ordering looked around then the bakery or subway around the corner would have been a better choice....

I've been waiting for 32 minutes and still nothing is ready. (Burger, fries, lift) Let's see how long it lasts.

Burger King. Good vegetarian alternatives. The chicken nuggets with a new recipe are recommended. Beef is often dry. Entering with a city scooter is apparently not allowed, which deducts 1 more star.

Unfortunately, it is not the first time that employees at Burger King Mundsburg have been somewhat disrespectful. But today it was very unpleasant. The worker named “aref” screamed & spoke very rudely & disrespectfully. Unfortunately, such experiences often happen when the boss is not in the house. When I asked if the supervisor was there, I was only told that he was the boss. Which is not true

At Burgerking you wait 100 years for your food

We were there yesterday, but was actually really shocked at how unfriendly the staff was to me. And for the first time in my life I'm saying that about a fast food restaurant. It was about the fact that I had actually complained about our drinks because they didn't taste good, because in terms of freshness they were definitely no longer up to date and then I was attacked because according to them everything was normal. "Nobody complained! Only you!" Just saying btw: the cashier was unfriendly than any other person. If you don't feel like working, then you should think about something else and not take your frustration out on friendly customers. Let's be honest folks: I'm a local guide and I know roughly what a fresh drink should taste like. I have visited several BK and McDonald's branches (!) and know how to deal with any problems, but this was a big exception and I have never experienced it before!! Sorry, but that was my last visit to this branch. I'm super friendly and complained in a very relaxed manner (!!!), but if it's handled like that then I don't need to come back. Customer service looks different. And I deal with customers myself. This was a 0/10! Absolute fail and I didn't expect it. I'll say it again: This was the very first time that a complaint was handled like this. I have never had any problems!!

Delicious burger (Goudalover beef) in a pleasant atmosphere. Medium waiting time - but friendly and helpful team. The restaurant is easily accessible for people with disabilities.

We were today 02/10/24. here on 02/11/24 and ordered something to take away. 3 people “worked”. One woman and two men. Only the woman did anything at all, the two men barely did anything. We also gave out orders according to our mood. Then friends of the older man came and they immediately got something without paying. Even people who ordered after us got their food before us. Only when we complained was our order packed up. We ordered at 12:03 a.m. and got our food out at 12:39 a.m. Never again!!! Incredibly bad staff. There is no need to be surprised that more and more BK branches are disappearing.

Sometimes like this and sometimes like that... As with the deliveries... Sometimes the order is correct and sometimes something is missing or just doesn't correspond to what was ordered...

When we ordered, a burger was missing from one of the menus. When we informed the helpdesk we were expecting the burger. Instead, they refunded the purchase price. And if I want to reorder, I have to pay half the price of the burger for delivery... Is this how we treat our hungry customers? Now I'm enjoying my Coke with some cold fries and looking at my fridge...

I ordered the following: Smart menu: Both cheeseburgers WITHOUT ketchup and WITHOUT cucumber, fries WITHOUT salt, Coke WITHOUT ice cream!!! I got both cheeseburgers WITH EVERYTHING and Coke WITH ice cream! COMPLAINTED and received a cheeseburger with a lot of mustard. The gentleman who took the order just looked at me stupidly. See pictures. This branch is NOT recommended for people with dietary restrictions.

Sehr lecker und schnell Service

Sehr schlecht , habe ein Stuck Metal rein im ein Hamburg gefunden , das Personal sehr unfreundlich!!! Bitte nie rein gehen!!!

Habe online bestellt. Die Hälfte der Bestellung ist nicht angekommen und wir wurden nicht satt. Man bestellt ja um nicht kochen zu müssen. Nach einigen Telefonaten mit dem Restaurant wollte man sich darum kümmern, dass die fehlende Bestellung innerhalb von 20 Minuten nachgeliefert wird “ Hunger hatten wir immer noch “ nach über 2 Std haben wir immer noch nichts bekommen und ich habe zuhause was anderes zubereiten müssen und ans Telefon geht niemand ran. Ich empfehle euch das Restaurant nicht.

Gibt andere BK Filialen wo das Fleisch saftiger ist und die Burger auch noch wärmer sind. Schmecken tun die Burger trotzdem noch. Ärgerlich ist, dass man an den SB-Terminals keine Coupons scannen kann. Da kommt dann immer ne Fehlermeldung dass der Scan nicht geklappt hat. Und an der Kasse kann man nur in Bar bezahlen. Ein Grund, um dort nicht hinzugehen, wenn man gerade nicht genug Bargeld hat.

McD Uppsala fast vergeigt, Fastfood Kette eben. Nix besonderes. Für den kleinen Hunger völlig okay. Schade das man nicht mehr bei Menschen bestellen kann, ist dem Gewinn geschuldet. Da kann man nur hoffen, dass die verblieben Mitarbeiter etwas mehr verdienen.

Burger King Mundsburg hat die Besten, Krossesten aber dennoch saftigsten Pommes in ganz Deutschland. Eine Wahre Meisterleistung!

Bei meinen letzten drei Bestellungen waren meine Plant Based Burger so kalt, dass der Käse kaum angeschmolzen war. War früher anders. Schmeckt mir so leider nicht.

Im Fleisch war zu wenig Salz, sonst war alles gut. Ich bin glücklich :)

Die Bestellung über die neuen Automaten dauert länger als früher an der Kasse. Bis man sich da ein Menü zusammengestellt hat ist man halb verhungert. Für mich ist das ein Grund deutlich seltener zu Burger King zu gehen.

Noch nie gesehen das jemand sich beim anrichten so viel Mühe bei einem Imbiss macht echt Hammer!

Sehr leckeres Essen und Personal

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir nehmen meistens etwas mit. Bis heute immer alles wie gewohnt: Bestellung war vollständig, frisch zubereitet und relativ schnell geht's auch.

Also immer gute Erfahrungen. Leckere Burger, heißes essen, tolle Pommes. Kann mich nicht beschweren. Das Personal ist mal motiviert und mal gelangweilt, aber das ist leider heutzutage.

Ein etwa über 50 jähriger Mann konnte nicht am Bestellterminal bestellen, er fragte nach Hilfe, wurde aber abgewiesen. Er solle es alleine machen. Er versuchte es verzweifelt einpaar mal und ging weg ohne bestellen zu können. Ich finde Bürger King soll das in sein Konzept aufnehmen ältere Generationen oder jemand, der Hilfe bei Bestellung braucht zu helfen. Es macht auch die Ambiente kaputt, wenn Menschen Ansammlung am Bestellterminal gibt und Stau durch lange Wartezeiten am Bedienschalter ergeben. Unfreundliche Bedienung ist Gift fürs Geschäft.

Vorleistung. Nicht die Ware wird kredenzt, und ich zahle bar. Erst zahlen, dann wird überhaupt erst zubereitet. Okay, neue Welt für mich. Dann aber der Hammer: Burger ausgesucht, Soße abgewählt, aber leider nur die Pesto-Sauce. Beim Auspacken des Burgers dann auf eine Remoulade mit Kräutern gestoßen. Keine Kommunikation dahingehend möglich, einen Burger ohne Soße zu bestellen. Ich habe auf Nachbesserung verzichtet und das Lokal verlassen. Schade.
