Unfriendly staff - food took too long - food was cold/felt stale

Unfortunately, it's very bad. I've given the place three chances at night now. Even when it's not busy, you have to choose the least dirty table and wipe it yourself. There's trash and old napkins on the floor, and the return stations are always full. It's very unsightly. One wonders how clean the kitchen is then.

I ordered take out, so did not check what was in the bag. They gave me the incorrect salad dressing and the incorrect drink. The customer who was ahead of me also did not get what he ordered (but he discovered it before leaving, I did not). Sloppy sloppy service.

Food was cold, staff didn't fit in with the cityscape. Doner burgers and doner fries were hand-prepared.

A complete disaster! I usually go to Burger King, but this branch is nothing like it... Service was nonexistent, food was awful. I waited 40 minutes for my food. The server was annoyed and shouting across the entire restaurant, telling almost every customer he was alone and had to do everything by himself.

Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for four different meals. There were other waiting guests everywhere, all complaining.

Went here for dinner after training. Highly recommended. Everything was freshly prepared. Absolutely delicious. Other Burger King locations could learn a thing or two from this. Thanks again to the lovely Señorita Ewers. Her incredibly kind nature brings so much joy to this restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

The burgers were absolutely disgusting. The bread was so soggy. It tasted like nothing at all.

The wait was unbearably long, as only one of the six terminals was open. To make matters worse, the burgers were absolutely inedible and seemed carelessly prepared. It appeared as if the employees had no interest whatsoever in their work. It completely ruined my appetite.

It's Burger King, so you know what to expect from the food. The guy working at the counter is very unfriendly, though, and forgets something from our order every time we are there. When we remind him about the missing items, he even seems annoyed, instead of apologizing. In addition orders often take a looong time to be ready, even when we only ordered standard burgers and fries. Not really "fast food". So somehow manages to be even worse than a regular Burger King experience.

The place is nice but you have to wait for a long time in order to pay cash and it's not a good thing

The food is very good compared to other Burger King locations. Occasionally, minor things go wrong with orders, but that can happen. It's always very busy on weekends, with lots of teenagers and children who are incredibly loud and annoying. I completely understand that it can be too much for the staff sometimes. I'd give five stars for the entrance door, which actually works perfectly fine, but for some reason, many people have trouble opening it, which I find quite amusing.

Sunday, November 2, 2025. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order (a meal with two burgers). The restaurant was almost empty.

If you enjoy undercooked chicken doner meat, cold, dry burgers, and oversalted fries served on dirty tables and walking on sticky floors, then this is the place for you! Everyone else is advised to find an alternative restaurant.

The employees are incredibly kind! Agan is very accommodating, hardworking, and always has a smile on his face. Thanks to him, our visit to Burger King was a truly wonderful experience; you can't help but smile! Always happy to come back and highly recommend it!!!! :)

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff! Today I ordered a meal, but my energy drink wasn't included. Apparently, they're serving it in paper cups now. When I asked about it, the male employee reacted very rudely, and his colleague (a short Asian woman, presumably Vietnamese or Chinese) even laughed at me. This kind of behavior is disrespectful to customers. Very disappointing!

Most of the 🍔 Burgers are sticky and lukewarm. Almost all the tables are dirty, even though the restaurant is empty, and the restrooms are so filthy your shoes practically stick to the floor. For me, the Burger King thing is over for now.

The burgers are fresh and taste as they should. And the staff are very friendly, too.

The older guy with the glasses was completely rude and unprofessional! I told him that the code didn't work on the machine and that it said I should get my own employees or go to the front to collect it. He was rude to me and said he didn't have time and wouldn't do it at the front. Not even a sorry, nothing. But the other day when I was there, it suddenly didn't work at the front and as a pregnant woman I had to go hungry. The guy was completely unprofessional.

It's a disaster. Something's always forgotten when you order there. A disaster store, and hygiene on site isn't great either...

We eat here almost every week because the atmosphere is so relaxed, the staff are very friendly, and the vegan options are excellent. Highly recommended and delicious. (Also better than McDonald's!)

Insane... Every time I go to the cinema, I come here and I regret it every time 🤣 My own stupidity, I guess, but whatever. Mucking up 2 cheeseburgers and 6 chili cheese nuggets is really crazy... Waiting 7 minutes for fast food and then the burger is cold and not fresh (what was I waiting for, lol). The nuggets were apparently 2 days old or so, flaky on the inside, and the cheese was dead.... I think I'll stick with UCI Wandsbek after all, because the mayor is Friedrich Ebert Damm. 10/10

Simply incredible. Delicious burgers, fries a hundred times tastier than at McDonald's. Fast service, less than five minutes between ordering and delivery. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable. There are accessible restrooms. Conveniently located near public transportation and a shopping center. I recommend it to everyone.

Honestly, the best Burger King in Hamburg. I've been there so many times, it's always amazing. It's worth coming every time, no matter where you are, and the connections are so good too. Awesome place.

The Burger King is pretty average. The food was freshly prepared, but the taste was nothing special; I've been to better Burger King restaurants. The fries are usually just soggy and tasteless. The service is okay, and the restaurant could have been cleaner in some places.

The workers are of the lowest quality; they've come to talk to each other, and we, the customers, listen to them. Bring in qualified workers.

Okay for a late-night snack, but nothing more. The curly fries and burgers are limp and basic, and the churros are awful. Fills your stomach.

At night, when you're drunk, you think someone's going to shoot you when that sound comes that an order is ready. It's way too loud. They even forgot my onion rings once (trauma, the pain is still deep).

The manager was extremely rude to my son and practically yelled at him when he wanted to return his deposit from his meal at the cash register, claiming it wasn't allowed, even though I'd done it several times before. He then yelled throughout the entire store. Absolutely unnecessary behavior. I understand that the job is incredibly stressful, but you can also deliberately be non-threatening, especially with children. When I asked for the manager like a Karen, the guy gave me vibes like I was about to get punched in the face. I'm going to avoid the store for now. What a shame.
