No lie, we stood at MC Drive for an hour. An impudence. The lady then said it was full, but I have NEVER stood in line for an hour. 29.8. 6 - 7 p.m. LANGENHAGEN MC never again. Then she got cheeky too

Clean Mecces. Always good for a quick snack, even if you feel bad afterwards.

The circumstances here are terrible. Eating takes up to 25 minutes because Lieferando orders are brought forward. Customers who want to pay at the checkout can wait 15-20 minutes. Unfriendly employees starting from the boss. The device that shows that the food can be picked up sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. That's why there's shouting in the restaurant, not once or twice, but constantly. Hardly any of the employees here speak German. When there is a demand, everything comes first except the customer. Tissues and trash are flying around outside. The full car parked outside is rarely cleaned. Tables stick together every time you touch them. The playground for the children is cordoned off and a table has been placed in front of one entrance. This one almost fell on a child. If you order at the table and the order is smaller, you will be complained that you could also pick it up. This McDonalds is really a total failure!!!

Ordered a Mikshake with chocolate sauce and it was just a few drops at the bottom, which was a bit cheeky

Not healthy but always a nice amount of fat for my low fat diet.

After a visit to the theater we got something to eat here at 1 o'clock. The restaurant was very clean and the staff polite. The food was warm and the waiting time was perfectly fine. All in all a very good restaurant that is open 24 hours.

A somewhat outdated McDonald's, lots of employees, the order came quickly, the tables were dirty. The burger was dry inside, it was covered with too much lettuce and sauce. The cola didn't have any real taste.

Well, most of the time, promotions like glasses are gone after two days, whereas others take two weeks We've had ice cubes several times even though we canceled our order and the waiting times are at least an hour or more with a regular visit from +2 suppliers I just wanted to get something to eat and the 45 minute project turned into 2½ hours. And I don't think that works at all

The price-performance ratio for deliveries is underground. The products are already more expensive than if they were ordered locally. There is also a service fee, delivery fee and transaction costs. For that much money I only get inferior McDonald's products. One driver told me that tips paid through the app never reach the delivery person. We both made mistakes there. It doesn't happen anymore from my side. Order was given an hour delivery time, arrived after 95 minutes………..

Everything is good and tasty, but the staff locked people and my order on the second floor at 11:25 pm, I cut my finger trying to remove the chain! The staff did not react in any way.

Service was bad, took far too long and instead of apple turnovers we got peach turnovers. The employees hardly spoke any German and couldn't understand us.

Eating takeaway with my family. The toys for the children's dinner are missing. And for my wife there is 1 citizen instead of 3 citizens. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Normally fast food and McDonald's are not my thing. But I was there with my children because they were hungry. It's just a fast food restaurant.

By far the worst McDonald's. I waited 35 minutes for 2 chicken burgers and a cheeseburger. Even after asking several times what was wrong with my order, I received a “I don’t know, I don’t care”. We ordered our food via the app and wanted to pick it up. Here we were guided to the front in the car and then left there for 10 minutes until the food came. This is not fast food, but slow food!!

Absolutely awesome! There is parking! Queues, citizens, cola and fries.. I mean.. Of course it's the same everywhere.. And somehow you don't always feel good afterwards. And a little more expensive compared to good food... But honestly... When it's warm it tastes really great!

A very bad store by McDonald's standards. Staff completely overwhelmed, when you've finished "294" you shouldn't do "2-4-9!" shouting through the store. If only the order had been carried out correctly, but that can probably be forgotten here. Fits the down-rocked ambience, looks like several demolition parties have already been celebrated there. Actually, I could have guessed it when I saw the remains of the bike rack when I arrived. Someone should tell people that a McRib has sauce and what a pickle is.

I just waited for my order from 11:15 p.m. to 11:40 p.m. 4 citizens, 2 fish burgers & 2 mc chicken classic. When I asked for a portion of fries for the long wait, I was told this wasn't possible. If the employee takes a large Coke with them on the way home, that's no problem... I can make fun of myself!

I was here at McDonald's today, what can I say the staff is rude and unable to give out an order correctly. When I asked that the hamburgers were missing, they said I hadn't ordered any. Well, it's just stupid that they were on the invoice. The salesman became increasingly rude and disrespectful. An employee like that should be fired quickly and his colleagues are no better, even though they noticed and said that it can happen from time to time. Yes, it can, but if you can prove it, the seller would like to apologize and it would have been good. I will avoid this pinnacle and I advise everyone to do so

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but it took a little longer until I received the food I ordered. The McRip was very tasty.

Unfortunately, the McDonald's branch wasn't in the app, so we had to order analogue. Service was very good and it was quick too. Unfortunately, the Hamburger Royal TS on the menu was not fresh. (Cheese hard and burgerpetti dried out). Ambience a bit run down.

Fries are always warm, the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly and accommodating compared to many fast food outlets. Highly recommended 👍🏼

30 minutes in drive on Sunday evening

It's McDonald, redesigned with terminals for ordering. Team is nice and quick and helps with terminal ordering. Is very clean and tidy and parking is available, including on the street and there is a drive inn.

We've been waiting for our food for 35 minutes now. In a fast food restaurant. Underground...

Very hot . Change is given in equal bills.

Absolutely bad service. Employees are disrespectful, no one takes you seriously and everyone is not customer friendly. I will never order or eat there again and I would recommend it to anyone else, believe me.

I really like the McDonalds here because it is simple and clear, very well automated and we knew where to order and pick up, otherwise the restaurant has adapted to its surroundings. Large and remarkable environment around it. LG

I thought the chicken burger from the smart menu was much tastier than in Leipzig, but there was a minus - it was not spicy.

I was there with a friend and we ate there. It was very late in the evening and I was really amazed at how long McDonalds was open. The employees are very nice and helpful. If something is missing from an order, you can let us know and the employees will then do what was missing from the order.😁

Thanks, but if you can't get breakfast on Sundays at 10:59, the internet says breakfast time is until 11:30 on Sundays, then I don't need to go there anymore.

Noisy in the Saturday afternoon. When we pick up goods with my son's, shop staff help to give us a paper bag for easy carry. Thank you for the hospitality.

They are absolutely unable to fulfill an order correctly even once. Imagine arriving home and the cheeseburger your child wanted is missing. The day is ruined. That was the last time because it has happened far too often. We won't be coming back!

Entrance somewhat hidden via the terrace. Eat as usual. However (and it's not the branch's fault, it's the fault of McD in general) the BBQ sauce was different - it was a vinegar mush and not smoky at all. Hope this only affects one batch and not the recipe as a whole

My colleague and I ordered the same McSmart menu, but he got a 5l drink and large fries. Dirty shop and bad service. Can be compared to Vegeta's hairline.

I wanted to give mces a second chance, but no, 3 menus were put on a tablet. Fries only lukewarm, curlies hard, chicken burger was ok and the cheeseburger too. The big bakon the sauce is not to be enjoyed. Disgusting taste. We will never set foot in McDonald's again.

1 star is still too much! I ordered online, paid and picked up and immediately complained that the nuggets were missing. The service tells me I didn't order nuggets. Ok, I thought I made a mistake. At home I checked again because the nugget sauce was there and the price was also for nuggets. Yes, I ordered and paid for it. So I called and asked for a subsequent delivery. After all, the delivery drivers are always in the yard. I had to hear 15 times that this wasn't possible and that there wasn't a refund for the money I had paid too much either. If you steal €3 from every customer you can make nice profits. You won't see me as a customer again!

I usually order from this McDonald’s on McDrive at night. Usually the quality of the burgers is good. However, from my experience only if the crew consists of Germans. Recently, employees with a migrant background have been working there and the quality of the burgers has declined. An example, you order a McRip and the pickles are missing and it is cold. Personally, I don't care who works there, but I would be happy if the quality of the burgers was always the same regardless of the employees.

It’s a quiet easy access place with parking and electric charging stations. Has 2 floors and space for kids to play. Weekends are really packed and busy since you can’t find anything else open in the evening specially after 6-7 pm in Hamburg. 😬

Parkplatz okay, freundliches Personal. Aber die Toiletten, zumindest bei den Männer, ohauaha. Hier wird zwar nicht gegessen aber sauber ist was anderes.

Neuerdings wird immer nur ein Kunde am McDrive abgefertigt. Dadurch entstehen lange Wartezeiten selbst wenn nur ein oder zwei vor einem sind. Wenn man dann großen Hunger hat wird das warten zur Qual. Für uns ist damit McDrive vorbei. Dann lieber Currywurst.....

Gut zu erreichen mit reichlich Parkplätzen. Bei meinem Besuch war alles sauber und habe meine Bestellung schnell bekommen. Komme gerne nochmal wieder.

Der Laden ist mäßig besucht, und trotzdem stehen da 6 Servicekräfte an der Theke, die es nicht hinbekommen, eine vollständige Bestellung abzufertigen. Zu Hause haben wir auch gemerkt, dass alle Soßen vergessen wurden.

Sauberer schneller McDonald's mit gutem Essen

Sonntag was zum Mitnehmen geholt. Fast leer, wenig los, angemessene Wartezeit. Und schmeckt gut wie gewohnt.

Bis auf einmal vergessene big tasty souse. War immer alles top , es wurde sofort ein Ersatz Angeboten.

Freundlichkeit und Service sind hier auch weiterhin Standard.

Essen war soweit gut allerdings waren die Apfeltaschen der letzte Mist...da freut man sich total auf die und dann sind die völlig verbrannt! Die kann keiner essen!

Selten ein so unfreundliches Personal gesehen…

Tut was es soll, den Magen beruhigen bis es was vernünftiges gibt. Ein 5 Sterne Restaurant sollte man hier aber nicht erwarten. Der eine oder andere Mitarbeiter darf gerne noch etwas an seinem Deutsch arbeiten (Nachtrag: Und die Kunden nicht anplaffen, nur weil sie nicht verstehen was man möchte). Dann klappt es auch besser mit der Bestellannahme.

Das Essen war nicht mal lauwarm und auf extra wünsche wie z.b. ohne Eis oder Gurken wurde keine Rücksicht genommen, auch als man das Personal drauf angesprochen hat,wurde dem nur widerwillig nach gekommen.

McDonald's nach neuem Konzept mit Bestellkiosken. Wir haben auf der Anfahrt über die App und vor Ort mit Tischbedienung bestellt. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, die Bestellung wurde vollständig geliefert. Obwohl das Lokal sehr gut besucht war, war die Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Die Toiletten waren sauber und die Service-Station mit Servietten usw war gut gefüllt, die Tablett Rückgabe noch frei. Alles sehr schön.

Gross Sauber Freundliche Mitarbeiter Essen hat MC Qualität Mein Favorit ist immer der Milchshake alle Sorten Liebe ich. Mein Tip Bei Hamburger am besten immer mit extra Wunsch auch wenn nur gurke extra, dann wird der Burger Garantiert fisch zubereitet 🤓

5 Personen- 2 Kinder 3 Erwachsene. Bestellung am Automaten. Wir wollten eigentlich im Restaurant essen. Vermutlich ein Bedienungsfehler von uns. Wir bekamen Essen zum mitnehmen. Sehr viel Verpackungsmüll. Fast Food essen war der Wunsch der Kinder. Mir gefällt das Essen nur als Notlösung

Bei McDonald's weiß man, dass man sich auf ein köstliches Abenteuer voller Geschmack und Genuss einlässt. Ja, es mag nicht gerade das gesündeste Essen sein, aber ehrlich gesagt, wer braucht schon einen Salat, wenn man in eine Welt voller leckerer Burger und knuspriger Pommes eintauchen kann? Es ist wie eine kleine kulinarische Rebellion gegen die Vernunft – und ich liebe es! Ein Festmahl für den Gaumen, auch wenn mein Arzt vielleicht anderer Meinung ist.

Essen so wie es bei McDonald’s sein aber das personal Sau unfreundlich, Menschen die es hassen ihre arbeit dort verrichten zu müssen, da bekommt man schon morgens das kotzen

Alles so gewohnt wie immer bei McDonalds. Seelenlose Mitarbeiter ohne große Freude zur Arbeit verrichten Ihren Job ganz zur Zufriedenheit. Wir saßen in der oberen Etage. Die Sonne schien durch das große Fenster und es war selbst bei moderaten Außentemperaturen sehr warm. Sonst war alles okay.
