Simply disrespectful! An employee left me outside for 30 hours in the cold and gave me the wrong food four times. When I asked where mine was, he became aggressive. Very disrespectful and aggressive. He has blond hair and is half bald. No respect whatsoever! 😡😡😡😡 This will be a serious matter for your employee. I will be contacting my lawyer. It's simply outrageous! 😡😡😡😡

The workers in this place clearly believe that they’re too good to serve their customers, and preparing an order in the early hours of the morning is beneath them. My girlfriend and I came here to order food the day I was due to fly back home, we sat in the car park and one of the workers literally saw us waiting as she emptied the garbage and re-bagged the bins. We’d initially tried the front door but saw that this was locked (probably due to the time of day which is understandable) - the app however showed they were accepting drive thru orders, which we decided to do from the comfort of our car. Upon placing the order and receiving our code - we drove round to the drive thru only to find they’d blockaded the entrance with crate boxes?! We parked the car and walked through on foot to try and get their attention at the windows. After this didn’t work, we went up to the front door and knocked on the windows and tried waving to get someone to notice us. We were simply ignored - there is no way they didn’t see us standing there; in fact one of the male workers even looked directly at us. I even went as far as pointing the car towards the entrance and repeatedly flashing my headlights, (okay, maybe a bit extreme from me but in the heat of the moment i was highly frustrated and just wanted some food as i was due at the airport and hadn’t eaten all morning) even this didn’t get any response. The staff just continued to amble around the kitchen and mess around with equipment with the gormless expressions you’d expect from literal zombies. The workers seem to decide when and how they want to work. If they were on a maintenance hour, or are contractually obligated to clean the restaurant at set times, fine - but there was ZERO indication that this was the case. No note on the door, or any of the windows, as far as we were concerned they were open for business as usual. Furthermore, I can’t imagine any franchise owner would want cleaning to directly impact business hours and prevent income - that is ludicrous. This is either a terrible case of miscommunication, or straightforward incompetence and pure laziness. Whichever it may be, the level of customer care and external stakeholder management is below gutter level. From what we could tell, these people are robbing a living and would be better off surrendering their jobs to people who would actually take their duties seriously. The ignorance, disregard and rudeness on display here the other morning was an absolute joke. Simply do better!

I've never experienced anything like this!! We ordered through the app and wanted to pick it up at the drive-thru. The drive-thru was locked, so we walked all the way around the building, and even after knocking several times, the employees acted like we didn't exist. My order in the app was gone too, it was incredibly frustrating, what are you being paid for?! We then had to drive to another 24/7 McDonald's, 20 minutes away! Thanks for nothing!

Very poor service and incompetent employees – especially the store manager. My takeout order today was poorly packaged: The employee put the Coke cup in a bag along with the food, causing the Coke to leak completely. As a result, my entire meal, including the fries, was soggy and inedible. What was particularly disappointing was that the store manager didn't respond to my complaint with an apology, but instead accused me of lying.

This branch has unfortunately declined considerably. In the past, you would have expected the food to be fresh, the order to be correct, and the staff to be friendly, but that's unfortunately no longer the case. We ordered food to be delivered to our table, which didn't happen, and only after I inquired did it turn out that the food was practically cold on the counter. When I got to my seat, I regretfully realized that the order wasn't correct, even though it was written down on the receipt that came with the tray.

Complaint about a McDonald's branch Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to complain about my recent visit to one of your branches. Unfortunately, we discovered that the table was dirty and there were no napkins. The cutlery and napkin holders were also empty. It is very disappointing to experience such deficiencies at such a large and renowned brand as McDonald's. We had to clean the table ourselves with our own tissues, which is absolutely unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic amenities should be a given – especially at a well-known fast-food establishment like yours. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced such inconveniences at this branch. We have encountered repeated problems on several visits. We expect a higher standard from a brand like McDonald's and therefore ask you to take these grievances seriously and take appropriate action. Sincerely

Worst delivery service. Half the order was missing again, and when you call, you're bluntly referred to Lieferando, even though everything is listed on the receipt. Burgers worth €20 are simply forgotten. Instead of sending a driver with the missing burgers because you paid for everything via PayPal, you only get rude answers on the phone. Take your burgers somewhere else, like with my €20, never again.

My friends and I were there on a Saturday night. We had to go through the drive-thru, which wasn't a big deal. We were called to the second window and went there. The man took our order first, and my colleague got his drink, and we waited. Then another employee came over and said, "Go to the first window like everyone else and get in line!" As if one of us had jumped the line. The six of us then waited another 30 minutes to order, and another 20 minutes after ordering. Some of the orders were incorrect. Well, it's hard to find qualified staff!

It's really chilled at this McKinney. I always enjoy coming back and am rarely disappointed. There are occasional mistakes, but they're quickly corrected. It can get crowded at times, but the upstairs area is very pleasant. You can't complain about the food, and the ice cream machine pretty much always works. The opening hours are the best thing in my opinion; no matter when or where, you can always come and fill your belly. I would recommend it to anyone.

You have to go to the cash register every time because it's apparently too difficult for the employees to read. The manager should be pretty ashamed of running such a filthy place. All in all, the worst McKinsey & Company in all of Hamburg, by far. Oh yeah, I know from a former employee that rats and vermin are rampant there, and in the last internal business inspection, they only passed one point. More like zero stars. Orders are repeatedly left unwrapped... whether for delivery or to take out from the store. Previously, it was usually the side dish or sauce that was missing. This time, both burgers we ordered were even missing. You get used to actively checking everything when ordering in person (no matter if it takes longer for others or the employee is extremely stressed). It's just annoying when someone doesn't know the store and brings something from there, not knowing that orders are VERY OFTEN incorrect there, and in the worst case, some items aren't even wrapped at all. It's a shame this problem just won't be fixed. If it's happened to me a few times, even though I don't eat or order there very often, I'd really like to know the error rate.

So when I read some of this that McDonald's has its own delivery service etc. I just think to myself, Dear people, inform yourself correctly. The branch on Steilhooper Allee does not have its own delivery service. The companies Lieferando and Über eats deliver for this branch. This means that if at all you should blame the two delivery services if the food arrives cold or is sometimes incomplete. Yes, mistakes certainly happen and are also human. And if you pick something up directly from the branch as a KD, why don't you check the order directly?

Zero stars would still be too many. 5 orders for 5 people and at least 1 Happy Meal was right. 2 burgers and 2x nuggets (1×20 +1×9) were completely missing. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. On the phone, 1 BigMac menu was offered as compensation for the next visit... as I said, with 4 incorrect orders! From the background you could only hear 'yes, nuggets are still here'. And, although MCD has a delivery service, they are unable to send the missing items afterwards. Conclusion, this store will never see me again and I am very happy to share my experience.

4 orders were placed, 4 orders were wrong and faulty, 20 and 9 chicken were missing, but the main thing was sauces... even the junior bag was faulty... the shittiest and worst McDonald's I've ever visited and that after 30 years of experience... after asking by phone, a Big Mäc menu was suggested to us the next day... this store was laughable and unsustainable, preferably 0 stars.

Let's just say there are MANY GOOD MEMORIES of these McDonads (my church was close by) also very tasty burgers with delicious chicken with this sweet chilli REALLY GOOD. Only toilet sometimes smells like a cat is no longer alive but that's normal. FOOD GREAT, Kasserer sometimes tired but that's ok, they NEVER forget anything with my food. The worst McDonald's I know and unfortunately the only one near us. Orders in the drive have always been incomplete almost every time. New employees every time, one more overwhelmed than the other! Sometimes they don't speak understandable German, sometimes they can't count, it's so frustrating when you get what you ordered after 30 - 45 minutes at the drive and then find out almost EVERY TIME at home that something is missing! But the hard part is that the employees at the window take a quick look at the order (as if they were really interested in its completeness - that's probably what the training says) and then hand the incorrect order into your hand and suggest to the customer that everything was issued correctly! You are simply a disaster! But the food itself is okay.

Just been on the mc drive at 7:15 p.m. on February 23, 2025. Had a pre-order via the app. 3 ice cream. It was not possible to change the sauce from chocolate to caramel sauce for an mc flurry in the app. So I drive up and ask that I gave her the code, if she can please make a small change to an ice cream, she tells me no, I should have changed it in the app and I tell her it wasn't possible to change it, then she says then you can't change it, it's like that now, I said to her what the problem is that they put caramel instead of chocolate, she got loud and said again that I should have done that in the app, but if it doesn't work how should I change it, so I ask Right after she got loud, I didn't like it at all and especially when it's just changing a sauce that's not the end of the world, then she said she'd cancel the ice cream and make her own again, so what was the problem with her if she could just change it in her system? Customer friendliness and satisfaction are something different for me, I would have been fired straight away during my training if I had treated customers like that!!! And she also says she didn't raise her voice, but hello... and also says I should send a complaint by email that the app isn't working properly. I told her that there would definitely be a complaint about how unfriendly she had become to me. Then at the window she wasn't the one who made me pay, but rather a colleague who sent me ahead. You have to say that maybe you should also think that there are people who don't eat at McDonald's every day or every other day and that you should show understanding, even with Mc Drive, that you don't know the entire menu by heart and you can't say everything straight away because many people get annoyed if they don't enter everything straight away!!!! But I hope to hear from today after this review. It's a woman with round glasses, light brown, long hair and corpulent!!! More respect because the customer is king and if you make an elephant out of a fly then it's not your job for her!

At night, while completely drunk, I ate a cheesecake and an hour later I puked in front of the Davidwache. The positive thing was that I was allowed to taste my beer in the shop. The Hotel Davidwache cost me 150 euros for the night, but the bread included in the price was very gentle on the stomach.
