The operator and the staff were totally overwhelmed. There was apparently a malfunction and the order terminals were switched off. The toilets were also closed. After half an hour things continued slowly. The toilet was opened and men and women could go to the toilet for 1 euro each. We had to wait a long time for the burger because we were almost the last ones to order. And then the “icing on the cake” came: I wanted to redeem the two vouchers from the toilet for a coffee. I was told that 2 vouchers are not valid for 1 coffee. I then gave up and angrily threw the Bonns onto the counter. The service staff got very angry about this. It wasn't okay for me to throw the Bonns down, but I can't understand why no exceptions were made to the redemption conditions. After all the chaos at the time, everyone was stressed, including us. Personally, I will never visit this rest stop again.

According to the internet, open until 1:00 a.m., the cash registers were closed at 10:00 p.m. What's that supposed to mean? Can't you adjust your opening times to save yourself the journey? Also disgusting toilets for which you have to pay €1, super dirty and empty of soap and towels!

Unfortunately very dirty. The garbage was overflowing and the tables and chairs were very dirty.

Absolutely bad. It took over 15 minutes for a few things. A burger was forgotten. And for another burger, the burger fryer used the same side of the bun for both top and bottom...

Closing at 10 p.m. on the highway. Doesn't work at all

2 out of 4 order terminals are defective, checkout is closed, mobile ordering via app is not possible in this branch. Disinfectant dispenser is empty. Floor dirty. According to other reviews, this condition has lasted for over a month. Almost a case for the local health department. Work and service was definitely NOT invented here. I would like to have a life like that at work...

Unfortunately, this Burger King is not recommended. We were here near Geiselwind. The staff doesn't care about the rubbish that is lying around everywhere, the sanitary facilities cannot be used because they are completely dirty. Here you should think carefully about whether you want to eat something.

On the whole it was a normal BK, although I had the feeling that the food was ready a little quicker here than elsewhere

The prices are too expensive, you can't pay 3.49 euros for a Cola and also pay to go to the bathroom.

WHY is it that Germans doesn't empty their garbage bins! Just 2 m. outside this Burger King the garbage overflowded alle the bins and were brought here and there because of the wind!

There doesn't seem to be any air conditioning there. Very warm in summer.

The nuggets were very dry and the burgers didn't taste good and the staff said that he was alone even though there were two of him 😡

Great Burger King! Mostly stop here on commuter journeys. Employees are very friendly and take special requests into account. Note: no milkshake, but ice cream :-)

Very fast and helpful service. The food is fresh, the coffee is delicious.

Ordered a strawberry ice cream with extra sauce. The extra sauce was also charged extra and then you had to look for the sauce, which wasn't possible. People who don't get along with the terminal are sent away. Going to 2 of 4 terminals takes time

15 minutes. Waiting period. Customers who couldn't handle the terminal were sent away. Food was cold. Tables were dirty and the entire floor was full of leftover food and cigarette butts

We were there with a group of girls for 10 minutes and were insulted twice by the employees (burger king and coffee fellows). We left on principle, despite being very hungry after a long car journey.

It was just before ten o'clock and there were no opening times anywhere... The parking lot markings were also difficult to see.

The hamburger we ate was cold. Got only 1 ketchup for 2 hamburgers and French fries. The cashier didn't want to give me another ketchup for free.

Crispy chicken were tough and one of a kind. Since I had driven further to eat them in the car, I didn't turn back. Two young gentlemen served there.

Wasn't open! Opening times are wrong! Please let it go bankrupt so something better and more reliable can take over! Thanks!

Little choice, food cold and half of it forgotten

It just doesn't taste good and you try it again and again and it doesn't get any better. Doesn't look an inch like advertised. And then it's not even cheap.

The staff wasn't as friendly as you would like

It's a good place and all services are available, also there are seats for children and some games, and the place was very clean

Unfortunately I can't even say anything about the food, I was there at 9:30 p.m., online at Burger King and at Maps it says open until 10 p.m., it's just strange that half an hour before that everything is locked up, all the chairs are up, etc.

We only went to the coffee shop and not to Burger King. Super Service. Thanks for that.. didn't have any food there.

This Burger King branch doesn't have Red Bull! At a rest stop. How are you supposed to manage the last few kilometers? I am very disappointed.

It's fast food. I dont know why people want to coment and give one star. This is fast food. For me this is ok,it's hoot,chees is melted,all is fine. People who work here haves big smile and thay so kinde. 5star.

Even one star is too many here. It's a disgrace how customers are treated there. I stand at the checkout and am not served and even laughed at by the staff.

Burgerking halt. Ist besser als MC.Donalds, aber immernoch Fast Food. Ambiente ist schon ziemlich runtergekommen und auch nicht gerade sauber. Das Service Personal war nicht super motiviert, aber zumindest nett.

Normaler Raststätten Burger King, nichts besonderes und nichts schlechtes.

Mit dem Auto ging es schnell. Die Gerichte waren fertig und man konnte wieder vom Hof fahren. Hat alles super geschmeckt.

Ein MUST GIO, immer wieder gerne, Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage....

Alles bestens. Die Whopper waren sehr lecker. Das wurde sehr schnell zubereitet und die Bedienung war gut.

Really slow, not enough toilets, a child pressed a button on a screen and no food could be delivered from the kitchen as no one knew how to restart the system. I had read the bad reviews but I hoped for something better

Essen nicht warm, Pommes eigenartigen Geschmack- vielleicht mal Fett wechseln od Handschuhe tragen bzw hygienische Standards beachten. Bitte wieder zu Kunststoffstrohhalm wechseln. Bestellung am Monitor dauerte ewig

I've rarely seen a fast food restaurant as filthy as this. Clearly under staffed! Poor staffers did their best, but I'd say they never stood a chance against the scores of holiday travellers.

Die Dame am Schalter war sehr unfreundlich und wirkte arg genervt. Die Bestellautomaten funktionierten teilweise nicht bzw nahmen die Zahlung nicht an. 'Dann müssen Sie eben woanders essen.' War der Rat an das Paar vor uns. Die Sauberkeit war innen und aussen unter aller Sau. Nicht unbedingt Schuld des Personals, aber sauber gemacht hat auch niemand. Das Essen selbst war halt das übliche. Nicht besser oder schlechter als anderswo.

Die Bürger waren für Bürger King verhältnisse nicht wirklich gut. Der Käse war nicht richtig verlaufen und die burger waren nicht heiß genug. Mitarbeiter waren nett. Service war schnell. Ambiente: Standard Burger King Toilettengang 1€...Frechheit. Wir wäre mit der Familie dort und es kann pro Bestellung nur ein Toilettenticket eingelöst werden.

Enge, laute Raststätte. Das Essen ist halt Burger King.

Kleiner Burger King stand innerhalb des Restaurants. Leider springt das Personal dort hin und her zwischen dem Restaurant und dem Burger King Stand und das Personal kennt sich deshalb leider auch nicht adäquat mit den Produkten aus. Die Burger waren überwiegend kalt und die chilli cheese Nuggets Stein hart. Deshalb leider nur 2 Sterne.

Das Essen war hatl Burger King, die Bedienung sehr Wortkark, die Toilette sollte 1,-Euro kosten und der Laden war sehr dreckig.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, schnell zubereitetes Menü. Tische und Boden sollten öfter gereinigt werden...

Es war der beste Whopper, den ich je gegessen habe! Der Service war fantastisch, ich wurde freundlich bedient, obwohl ich ganz kurz vorm Schließen kam. Ich bin sehr dankbar!

5⭐ Für das Personal, nett, freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und echt auf Zack. Für das Mobiliar leider 0⭐ Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind leider völlig abgeranzt, kaputt, Sitzbänke wackeln, Hochstüle kaputt, Tische defekt und es macht insgesamt den Eindruck als wenn hier keiner investieren würde, die blöden Autobahn Touristen fahren ja eh gleich weiter und kommen bestimmt nicht wieder. Die Payback Karte kann nicht gescannt werden sondern wird wie vor Jahrzehnten noch von Hand eingegeben. Das ist aber nicht das Problem der Filiale, sondern von Burger King.
