Burger KING in Bad Salzdetfurth

A small corner in the large building. The touchscreens are getting on my nerves. So many clicks.

I found the experience rather unpleasant, especially if you're bothering someone. The nice lady, who was very friendly by the way, was sitting at a table chatting with an acquaintance and only got up when someone came in. The man in the kitchen was sitting on the counter with his phone. I didn't find that very appetizing, but oh well, okay. The food was okay, like at any other Burger King. What was extremely annoying was that you couldn't use the coupons on your phone because the restaurant doesn't participate. Honestly, I wouldn't have been surprised if I had known.

Cleanliness and speed of service

I can only agree with the reviews. My burgers weren't served with salad either. That was a bad experience. In my opinion, Burger King has gotten very bad in recent years. They'll probably go bankrupt soon.

Unfortunately, the staff are unmotivated and the burgers are poorly prepared...no lettuce, no tomato, a blob of ketchup in the middle.

Unfortunately, you can't collect any "crowns" there, as the restaurant isn't part of the bonus system. Otherwise, everything was fine.

A disaster. The burger was lukewarm. The cheese was cold, and the chef was incredibly unkempt!

The ordering machine wasn't working, and ordering at the cash register wasn't an option either, as no one came. You just get strange looks. It's not a real Burger King because you can't enter your account code to order coupons, and you can't collect points. No effort was put into the food, and you can't redeem the Sanifair voucher at Burger King either. A total disappointment and a rip-off in my opinion. Please call this restaurant UM!

We were there 90 minutes before closing time and they didn't want to do anything anymore, which was only communicated after waiting 10 minutes

The burgers and fries were really good and tasty. The only downside for me: there's no loyalty program available. That's really unsatisfactory for me.

Endlessly long lines. Two functioning ordering machines. Too few employees and no one at the cash register. And that's what you get at a motorway service station.

Unfortunately, this branch doesn't offer coupons from the app, as it's not connected to the points system. There are also fewer vegetarian options than other branches and no milkshakes. It's a shame, but otherwise the visit was fine.

Bad Burger King location. We only had ice cream, but three of the four were wrong and had already melted. We got two new ones, but that took forever and they were eventually melted as well. The staff weren't friendly either; you could tell they didn't care at all.

Unfortunately, I couldn't redeem the coupons. The employees seemed very stressed to me. I went to the counter and was immediately sent to the order panels. I've seen busier burger joints, and things were much better. I had to wait for my two burgers, but unfortunately, they weren't freshly made. And it's not the owners' fault; the prices for these small burgers are truly outrageous; but the same applies to McDonald's. It's just a once-a-year thing for the kids. I'd rather get a kebab for that money.

Very loud, yes, it is a rest stop. The staff was friendly. The food was good. Since it's very busy, everything was freshly prepared and hadn't been sitting around keeping warm for half the day.

You get to do something like this once a year, and it worked perfectly from the moment you ordered. We enjoyed it. The meat was juicy, the salad was crisp, and the fries were crispy—what more could you want?

I wanted to order two cheeseburgers. Orders aren't accepted at the counter, only on the touchscreen. But there, you can't just order two cheeseburgers, just sauce, drinks, and cups. It's a shitty way to rip people off. I didn't buy anything. This worked fine.

Good service and friendly staff

Well, it's pretty dated and looks pretty shabby. The burgers aren't what they used to be either.

With pleasure, we went canoeing. It's strenuous but very beautiful.

We were passing through and stopped in. We ordered at the terminal and received a pickup number. Since I only had salad, I was served right away. The fries took their usual time and were hot and crispy. Perfect for a quick snack!

I ordered a King Junior Meal and didn't even get the paper bag. Otherwise, I highly recommend this fast food restaurant. I also really liked the self-service straw. All my special requests were accommodated.

Only 2 of 4 ordering terminals worked. The food was freshly prepared, but it felt like the senior manager was just delegating. It also felt like if someone went on a break, everything stopped working. After about 10 minutes, all ordering terminals were turned off, and the cash register wasn't even open. After we got our food, everything was closed (due to technical problems). In addition, the tables were sticky and the floor wasn't cleaned properly. Fact: I wouldn't necessarily eat there again if I needed to get something quickly.

Just fast food. Clean Burger King. Staff is on the ball. Orders are processed promptly. Ample parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Clean restrooms.

Burger King is either a favorite or a dislike. All the burgers and sides were warm. The Coke was cold, which is how it should always be (but unfortunately, that's not the case everywhere at Burger King).

A very small Burger King at a rest stop...the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was okay. Still, in my opinion, there weren't enough people to cope with the rush. It's also very dirty outside, and the trash cans are overflowing! No blame on the staff! More on the area manager!

The toilet disinfection does not work and some of the toilets were dirty.

Hmmm, it's a Burger King with a pay toilet...in the basement, you first have to go through the hungry crowd and then into the basement to pee.

Ordering through the terminal was so awful that we left without food. They couldn't help us at the checkout. The problem was, I only speak German. 25 km further south, we came to a truck stop with the following advantages: German, with waitresses, fast service, and friendly service. The food was inexpensive and delicious.

No connection to the bonus program. The price simply gets more expensive before paying. Coupons don't work either.

The food was good, the fries were hot, and the chicken burger tasted good too, although the Coke was a bit stale. All in all, it was okay. I would come again.

There's not much to say. The burger was super delicious and absolutely freshly prepared.

We stopped here for a break and can't recommend it highly enough. - Burgers were lukewarm, soggy, tasteless, and expensive for what we got. - Service was uninterested and bored. - Tables were dirty and sticky.

Typical Burgerking with an extensive menu and a good number of self-terminals. Good parking situation and with terraces on the ground floor and first floor also suitable on warm days. On the first floor there are the toilets and the play area for children as well as quieter seating areas.

Well, two ordering functions are switched off because only two women are supposed to run the store. The crowd was enormous. Therefore you have to wait a long time. The Wopper was also poorly assembled. It didn't taste good to me. Even the dog didn't want it.

This motorway mini-service station is a mix of Serway at the front and Burgerking at the back. Price/performance not acceptable in my opinion. Limited space for seating. Food is okay. The prices quoted for the dishes (Serways) reflect wages and energy costs, not the food itself. For a quick little meal with a drink, three of you can easily spend 40 - 60 euros!

A super nice employee who keeps the entire store running, i.e. taking orders and preparing the food, you can't do that to an employee! In addition, no coupons worked and 4/4 order terminals were broken. The availability of the food was also very limited, but everything tasted great and was fresh.

Everything is OK except that the vegetables are not evenly distributed in the purchased food.

We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Finding the restaurant was irritating at first because it is in a building with a competitor and so you can't see it directly from the outside. Only small advertising banners draw attention to it, which can easily be overlooked in the dark. The staff was very friendly and the waiting time was short. The burger menu was freshly prepared with a small catch! There was a lot of trickery with the onion rings! The old, already limp onion rings went in the bottom of the bag and the fresh good ones on top, deliberately giving the impression that all the onion rings were fresh. A star deduction for that too! That doesn't work for customers. The old onion rings should no longer have been given out. Unfortunately a common problem at Burger King! The cleanliness in the restaurant was okay. If this trickery has stopped, I'll be happy to come back.

Food expensive and typical fast food. But very comfortable and cozy to sit with a baby/toddler. Several children's chairs, microwave for the porridge and free changing corner!

I had severe flatula for two days from the plant based nuggets. Fast food on the motorway is simply not a thing in Germany.

The food was edible as usual. The ordering system remains a mystery to the clumsy. This is due to the times and is intended to confuse or run over the ever-increasing number of apps. This means that the companies have to process 4 order points each! (directly via checkout; like before 😊 - is reluctantly processed by the Ma's and then the drive-in counter) Saw for the first time that you could also get it delivered?! You can argue about hygiene! A) Toilet during operation, cleaned very wet almost at the end of the workday (1.5 hours) and then access blocked with slip hazard signs? I climbed over it anyway so I could meet my needs. B) You use certain cleaning agent in a spray bottle and spray tables and seats with it. That's good 👍 The tables and seats, including the backrests, are then wiped with two cloths. Actually very good, only then each one has to be used for one area! The cloths are used for several tables and such and are not washed out! Very worrying 🤔 After more than an hour, the overcrowded dish trolleys were replaced and at the time I was there, the shop was only very sparsely attended. I'm guessing that the staff doesn't really want to get involved with the business? What could be the reason for this and we as customers should also take a look at it and think about it a bit! Just behavior, handling of resources and things….

Delicious food as always at Burger KING! Opens at 10 a.m. everything is clean, nice staff! Lots of space for guests and there is a children's playground outside that can be easily observed from inside!
