Burger King in Frankenthal (Pfalz)

A real juice shop, ice cream machine apparently doesn't work, it's strange because every time you go there it doesn't work. It continues with fake burgers that you didn't order. My girlfriend got the BBQ Lover Beef instead of the BBQ Lover Chicken she ordered. When we drove back to complain about this, the employees were standing outside and said it was already closed and she should just come back tomorrow. 👎🏼 It often happened that things were missing. Since the intelligent gentleman at the drive's checkout doesn't give you a receipt and you have to request one separately, you're often left helpless, but it's good that you pay in full. You also wreck your car on the site, the grille covers at the exit after the drive are missing and you destroy your rims. That was definitely the last time I went there, it used to be really good, now it's just a run down shop.

A Burger King. Little going on there. But they have become faster

If you close at 11 p.m. so that no more customers come into the store, then change the opening times accordingly. Then customers don't stop by and find the store locked and see employees already sitting up. Luckily Mcdonalds isn't far, so I'd rather leave my money there.

The only food that was served warm were the fries. The burgers are, if at all, only lukewarm and carelessly put together.

Very disappointing! The burgers were okay, but the rest was just disastrous. The nuggets were flattened and tasteless. The fries tasted like the frying oil hadn't been changed in months. The portion size was ridiculous for a king size meal - it makes you wonder how small a normal meal is. The iced tea had a soapy aftertaste and the paper cups were soggy after just a few minutes. That was my first and definitely last visit to this restaurant.

The food is good and fresh, but Alex at the checkout seems a bit overwhelmed... Long waiting times and orders pushed away, we waited almost 10 minutes for 2 orders. And I only know the name because the kitchen kept calling his name.

Instead of a plant-based burger I got a normal one with meat... unfortunately it wasn't until I got home with the last bite that I noticed how dirty this place was. There were gherkins on it even though they were ordered without.

Every time you get something different as ordered... either the things you ordered and paid for are missing, or it's simply not prepared the way you want... no cucumbers and still cucumbers on it, etc. The store is absolutely understaffed! An imposition... Very bad!

A burger was missing from our order, so our table was checked. Like we're undermining the burger. After dinner I asked the employee about it. That they could have at least apologized and checked properly in the future, then they would have discovered that the ice was missing in the drinks and was therefore below the calibration mark. The employee was very inattentive. And he didn't care about the customer. When I alerted him to a negative review. Was his answer, I should be happy to do it. The outside area was also very untidy. After the many negative headlines in the press, I dared to go there again. I'll stay away again for a while. And change the fast food chain again

Unfortunately there is no longer any free refill here either, which is a shame. Otherwise there was little going on and the food was okay.

Haven't been there in ages. Last time it was chaos and dirt everywhere. Today we were pleasantly surprised. Clean, quick preparation, good food. If the extra wishes had been taken into account it would have been perfect. Maybe next time.

Don't go here, the staff are mean and unfriendly. I was there yesterday, June 17th. The guy at the drive-thru counter acted like he didn't understand my order and told me to say it in German. Dude, how can you be at the counter if you don't understand English? It was very embarrassing and frustrating. Please train your employees.

The man who served me behaved in a disgraceful manner. He spoke too quickly, too unclearly, too unfriendly... the terminals were broken and he was annoyed that I was now ordering at the checkout... Well, what else are you supposed to do? Unbearable...

Best Burger King snack bar within 40km. Very nice employees. Super Service And everything very fresh. Particularly clean. I always like to come back...

Thanks to the ordering terminals, you can order very conveniently and get the food delivered very quickly. The ambience is a bit old, but it serves the purpose. I think it's a shame that online orders aren't possible; the franchisee could make improvements here.

Burger King. Way too expensive and somehow not all that tasty. Nevertheless, you keep going back.

I wanted to order at checkout because I have trouble reading. The cashier was rude and told me to go to the terminal it wasn't his problem. Top guy 👍🏼 really likeable

Citizens cold, request for replacement was to replace the microwave instead of rebuilding it!

The food is not edible, fries taste like old fat and the burgers are soggy and taste like nothing.

They constantly forget items at the drive-thru.

The extra-long chilli burger used to be much better, just dry (meat too well done). The fries are no longer crispy, and no, they haven't become soggy from the bag. But the nugget burger has become a lot better.

Big King was freshly made, had too much mustard sauce on it. It actually just tasted like sauce. The fries were small and too hard, they were probably leftovers from the sieve. I reordered a curry sauce and didn't receive it. I always alternate between going to BK and MC. MC is always better. A pity.

Just been to the Drive Inn. Forgetting two burgers when ordering €32 is quite an art!

Absolute Enttäuschung Lange Wartezeiten Und schlechter Service . Heute waren wir wieder im Burger kind Wir gaben 2 Hamburger und 2 Cheeseburger bestellt was kam 4 Cheeseburger Die auch noch Labrig Waren. Kein Ketchup und Wenig Gurken obwohl ich gesagt habe Mit extra viel Gurken Haben Woeder mal 10-15 Minuten lang gewartet . DIESER BURGER KING IST KEINE EMPFEHLUNG. Es waren auch wenig Leute Da Und Der Laden Hat sehr nach Müll und Abgelaufenen Produkten Gerochen.NIE WIEDER

Normalerweise gehe ich immer ins McDonald’s, aber nachdem in Frankenthal von den letzten 20 Bestellungen 18 Bestellungen nicht richtig waren und ein Chaos in diesem Mc Drive herrscht, das unbeschreiblich ist, bin ich heute das erste mal wieder ins Burger King gegangen. Super freundliche Mitarbeiterin, super sauber, super Ambiente, alles frisch gemacht, ich weiß, wo ich in Zukunft hingehe😊

Wer Burger King mag, ist hier genau richtig... Die Zubereitung des Whopper ist überdurchschnittlich. Die Freundlichkeit ist überdurchschnittlich und es ist sehr ruhig hier.

Essen war sehr gut, frisch und ordentlich belegt. Hat aber trotz wenig Betrieb gedauert Eisnaschine schon länger nicht in Betrieb

Der indische Mitarbeiter hat einen an der klatsche, trotzdem sehr nett und bedient sehr gut .super essen und die Burger sind gut zubereitet

Leider im Schatten von dem anderen großen Burger-Ladens. Nicht so voll dort aber sehr gut zu erreichen und ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Sollte die Bestellung am Automaten nicht funktionieren, bekommt man vom freundlichen Personal schnell geholfen.

Restaurant in Ordnung. Bedienung okay. Restaurant war sauber und auch mit reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was ich bemängel, die Toiletten waren zu meinen Zeitpunkt verschmutzt und nicht appetitlich vom Geruch. Aber nun gut, dafür kann der Betreiber evt. nur bedingt etwas.

Wir haben kein Ketchup bekommen. Das ist Schade, weil Pomes ohne Ketchup schmeckt nicht.

Musik viel zu laut,an fast allenTischen waren die fettigen Hand Abdrücke vom Gast zuvor zu sehen, 2 Tische waren richtig dreckig obwohl wir alleine im Restaurant waren . Der Herr hinter der Theke war die ganze Zeit am Handy. Hörte Sprachnachrichten ab und verschickte welche in einer sehr lauten Tonlage

Das Essen war in Ordnung und "frisch" zubereitet, bzw. warm. Zur Mittagszeit/Stoßzeit sollte man eine Lösung finden, die Kunden schneller zu bedienen/abzufertigen. Vielleicht mehr Leute einstellen?! 20 Minuten am Drive-In anstehen bei fast 30 Grad in der Sonne auf einem Parkplatz, wo es kein Vor und Zurück mehr gibt und durch die Autoschlange im Drive-In sogar die Parkenden Autos behindert werden, dass diese nicht mehr raus können ist ziemlich negativ
