The terminals are totally stupid, extremely slow and keep hanging up. Code scan doesn't work either. When asked (when the store is completely empty) whether you can order and pay directly at the checkout. No, you have to be patient at the terminals. Very great customer service *irronieoff

Disgraceful behavior by the manager - this is not how you treat paying guests! I am truly shocked by what happened to me and my children in that McDonald's branch. We often go to McDonald’s, but I have never experienced such disrespect! I had ordered and paid for our food and chose table service. Since it was very crowded, I looked for a free seat and sat down with my children. After a while, the manager suddenly came up to us - not friendly, but demanding - and told me in a rude tone that I should clear the table immediately because it had been reserved “just now”. I was completely surprised because there was no reservation sign on the table, and as far as I know you can't reserve tables at McDonald's! I explained this to him, but he remained stubborn and insisted that I had to leave - even though I hadn't even gotten my food yet and there were no other tables available! Other guests who overheard the conversation were equally shocked by this behavior. I then went to the checkout and described the incident to an employee. She spoke to the manager and I overheard her making it clear to him that there was no space left. His answer was cold: “Well, then she should take her food with her and eat it at home.” The indifference with which he rejected us was simply unbelievable. We then took our food with us and went home - but to be honest I didn't have any appetite after that. This is not how you treat paying guests, especially not families! A manager should behave in a respectful and professional manner, but this manager demonstrated the exact opposite. I will complain directly to the McDonald's hotline because this shouldn't happen to any other guest. And when I look at the other negative reviews of this branch, it's about time someone new takes over the management there. I can only say: An absolute disgrace! Anyone who behaves like this has no place in a customer service job.

We were very happy to have the opportunity to order in French. We're German, but it was still fun. The food was like McDonald's. Employees very unmotivated. Toilets were extremely unclean. We prefer to go to our favorite McDonald’s in Mendig.

Arrived here at 12:00 a.m. on Friday evening and didn't get anything, even though it was open until 3:00 a.m. according to the internet and the sign at the entrance. Really weak!

More than an hour before closing time (which is at 1:00 a.m.) when we handed over our order, we were not allowed to eat it on site. Our order was then packed into bags to be taken away instead of on the tray as ordered at the terminal. The gentleman (probably the shift manager), who prevented us from eating on site, directed us outside in an extremely unfriendly manner because they wanted to continue with the evening cleaning work. So we had to eat in the parking lot and could watch the ongoing activity in McDrive and wait for the announced and mentioned cleaning work to take place. There wouldn't have been a problem or obstacle because of us, we wouldn't have even sat there where the cleaning was taking place and we would have left a long time ago. At least the food was “freshly” prepared and delicious. The ambience and service do not deserve a star and should definitely be improved. Training in dealing with customers should be able to provide the current shift manager with the necessary and currently woefully inadequate skills, otherwise he is out of the position!

Please fix your cracked Windows 7 terminals, I need 3-5 business days to navigate through it because everything is about to crash with every movement and yes, I'm far too stupid to get my order together without this thing Otherwise the Megges is actually really cool 🗿

Unfortunately disappointing quality of nuggets I rarely treat myself to anything at McDonald's, but almost every time I've ordered Chicken McNuggets or McPlant Nuggets, they've been in the grease for too long. This means that they are too hard and unfortunately inedible. That's a real shame because I'm otherwise happy with the selection. It would be great if more attention was paid to the preparation time so that the products stay fresh and edible.

I can only agree with the bad reviews, they filled the children with COLA as a drink, there hasn't been an order in the last 2 years where either nothing was missing or I didn't have a stranger's order in the car. Catastrophe

The store is an absolute disaster!! There is no order where everything goes right. Absolutely unfriendly and not interested in some employees. I wanted to ask a question about the order and the person didn't speak German. So not little or broken, but not German. How does that even work in the service area? Tables not clean etc... I would fire the boss immediately!

In the evening on December 22nd. At 9 p.m. we just wanted to get a quick coffee before continuing our journey. We were rudely asked by the counter at McCafè to please go to the checkout at McDonalds. There wasn't much going on at McDonalds. I was the only one standing at the checkout but had to wait 5 minutes until I was served. Then they only understood my order after the third time. I was then informed that the coffee machines (all) were currently being cleaned and it would take 10 to 15 minutes. Would you call that sensible? Customer friendly and fast food that a gas station that closes at 9 p.m. no longer has coffee available at 9 p.m. is understandable but a McDonald's that stays open until 11 p.m. Should still have coffee. And don't clean all machines at the same time......

9:45 a.m. Breakfast Mac Drive, order free at the counter, come to the counter checked. My goods discovered that there were no stickers from this winning Monopoly campaign, so the service person asked about the missing stickers. She said there weren't any. After 5 minutes of explaining, I got a sticker for my orange juice. But I should have gotten two. The good woman became more and more stroppy and I took the time to explain the app to her since no one was waiting behind me in the Mac Drive. After a long discussion I finally got a sticker and she said we didn't want a riot because of a sticker. Bottom line, I love McDonald’s, but incompetent staff is harmful. Worst McDonald's where I was... I order my at Automat and no bill is coming out after speaking with worker she say: I don't have any order, so you need order again. I don't do that. I go to home. And what's happened? Money are out of my account!!!!!! Look out ppl they take your money for nothing!

Ordered via the app on the night of October 19th to 20th. App shows €17.33, part of the order was paid for using the points. Called the code, when we arrived at the counter at the front, the price was suddenly twice as high. I then said that couldn't be the case and showed the app. The employee then said: Well, bad luck, can't change that. Then I asked the boss, he happened to be in the warehouse and she didn't know or didn't want to know when he was coming and I now had two options, either I leave now or I pay double the price. Then I left. Conclusion: 1,000 points gone, no food and being insulted by the black-haired employee in Mc Drive. I will share my experiences and we will all avoid this “restaurant”.

Be careful and always check your purchase! There's not a lot going on and even then they can't handle small orders without problems. Either you're always missing something or they're charging you something else! Best to avoid!

The order machines are so slow and paying with a bank card on those machines not working so you have to pay cash. And the bread was stuck to the wrapping paper. I couldn't eat the sandwich.

The location used to be great. But the quality is getting worse month by month. Items are forgotten when ordering. Burgers are served cold where the cheese is hard like it came out of the packaging.

Ordered 20 McPlant nuggets and a McPlant burger, waited almost 15 minutes for it, then received 11 normal nuggets and some cheese pieces that tasted dry and old. I didn't eat the nuggets, as a vegetarian, thank you for nothing.

I can't say much about the McDonald in Frankenthal. We were there during our lunch break and there were paper coupons there when we arrived. I took one and went to order. They told me it wouldn't work. They needed the app and could only order the coupons with the app??? Then why are they even available in paper form???? Well, I downloaded the app, which I found very confusing (Burger King app is much better) but the coupons didn't work. Then I asked the service person if she could show me where the coupons were or that it didn't work. She had no idea either and brought in a second colleague who didn't know anything either. Last but not least, a third colleague was brought in and she just said "I I don't have the app - I have no idea." The service was pretty bad, so I got tired of it and went to the butcher in Kaufland. 30 minute lunch break wasted at McDonald's. I can't say anything about the food, I didn't get any. Maybe The app developers should make improvements. I've now rated everything with 1 star because I can't say whether it would have been good.

Dirtiest McDonalds in Germany! Unfortunately it's the closest McD to where I live. As always, dirty tables there, everything sticks. Requests were not complied with three times until I asked the restaurant manager. Absolutely desolate management, I'm surprised that the McD headquarters doesn't intervene. I was just forced to come back here and can only repeat my verdict. The toilet is similar to the tables. At least this time the response regarding cleaning was the same.

Every now and then you have to go to McDonald's, but this one is filthy to no end. No napkins. When I went to the toilet I felt sick. I've never seen a toilet so dirty. No toilet paper, no towels, no soap - you have to be happy if you don't get anything there.

Was at McDonalds for the first time in years. And I have to say not like it used to be. Floor was sticky to no end. The order could not be taken correctly because the station had a slight snag. And tables weren't clean either.

Ordered via app, from taking the order at the order counter to receiving the food (medium fries and 20 nuggets) it took almost 15 minutes, 2 cars in front of us, the first one had a huge wait for whatever reason... Why don't you let the person pull over to the right? So the fries were soggy and cold when we got home, 2 km drive, about 4 minutes. The nuggets were okay, no longer hot, but at least not cold either. The fries thing was nothing and it's not possible to wait that long...

Since it's never happened to me before, I'm assuming it's not normal. I went to McDonald's twice towards the end of April and the beginning of May. At a time when I had money in my account and there was no problem when it was withdrawn. Normally, when I pay at the machine, it is debited directly, at the latest 1-2 days later. McDonald's offers what you would expect from it in terms of offerings and quality. There is a McCafe and the equipment is not yet weathered. With a few exceptions, the workforce changes constantly. Service could regularly be faster and friendlier.

Yesterday (February 14th) I wanted to redeem the coupons, then I was told they would no longer work. But it was up to it. 14.2 on it. In the app, as well as on the paper coupons. Really cheeky.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's branch in Frankenthal. The staff was incredibly rude and appeared to have no training or competency. It was obvious that the employees had no idea how to carry out their jobs. It is disappointing that a company as well-known as McDonald's allows such employees to run their branches. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend this branch.

Just before 2 p.m. today, I tried to pick up my order online at MC Drive, catastrophe, you can always have fun and be silly as long as you do your job right, but if this isn't the case, that's bad! But then insulting the customer is the very last thing!!! And this from McDonald's employees who have known the customer for several years!!! If a McDonald's employee doesn't notice that a customer is standing behind her and says to her colleagues, here he comes again, and all the employees are still having fun, in my opinion she should be fired straight away, because the customers are the people who bring the money so that the companies earn their money, cheeky and disrespectful.

Ich habe den Coupon 2 Cheeseburger für 3,50€ eingelöst und eine große Cola für 3,49€ gekauft. Dann bekam ich anstatt die Cola eine Pommes, und auf Nachfrage das ich eine Cola bestellt habe, hieß es das ich die nochmal bezahlen muss. Habe also 2x die Cola bezahlt. Sehr enttäuschend.

Ihr schafft es nicht mal einen BigMac einzupacken? Traurig, echt soviel Hirn benötigt man doch nicht um einen Big Mac und ein Fisch Mac tu unterscheiden.

Die WC‘s sind nicht sauber McFlurry wird vier Grad warm serviert, so dass es schon auf dem Weg zum Sitzplatz schmilzt und man es nach einer Minute austrinken kann. Es waren Nasensekretrpckstände auf unserem Tablet Das Fleischpad vom selbst zusammengestellten Signatur Burger war kalt. Keine Empfehlung

Super Nachbesserung! Nach einem kurzen Anruf, dass etwas fehlte, wurde sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich eine Nachbesserung möglich gemacht. Die Dame an der Kasse wusste auch direkt Bescheid und ohne Probleme habe ich meinen Milkshake erhalten. Danke, für diese positive Erfahrung. Fehler sind absolut menschlich.

Haben heute um ca. 15:45 Uhr im Drive in bestellt, hat die „Bedienung“ schon so doof reagiert als wir mehrere Codes von einem Handy hatten („ oh Gott… so viele Codes“). Zuhause fällt mir dann auf, dass eine Portion Pommes vergessen wurde! Sehr schlechter Service und inkompetente „Bedienung“ !
