Kochlöffel in Frankenthal (Pfalz)

The older lady, who seemed like the boss to me, was totally courteous, charming and entertaining. This is how you imagine service in a snack bar of this type these days. Absolutely great. As expected, the food was good and freshly prepared. The only thing that was unpleasant was the ambience in this tube-shaped restaurant because of the noise caused by children, customers and any loud devices. It is also unfortunate that in this form of snack bar, all customers who use the toilet have to walk past all eating customers in the snack bar. This running back and forth is even more disruptive during a leisurely meal.

If the employee doesn't feel like serving people, she should stay at home and make room for someone who wants to. If you're not able to take an order at least within 10 minutes even though you don't do anything other than say something and say three times that you'll be there soon, that's not so great. The couple in front of me left, I went with them and the one behind me too, that was a quick 50 euros in sales that was lost, actually unbearable for a business 🙈

The hamburger and chessburger were cheap, but tasted terrible...

Very unfriendly, listless staff in facial expressions, gestures and articulation, (a lady and a colleague) simple orders are not understood, discussed for a long time, eyes rolled as if as a customer you had to apologize for wanting to leave money and the rough tone and that Statement to customers and "bye" you can leave if you don't like it is a no go for a business. Although I complained on site, this employee continued to complain to her supervisor and there was no apology.

Unfortunately I only read the reviews after eating the burgers :( About the burgers: Cold except for the meat which tasted strange, the bacon cold from the fridge on the burger. Disgusting! Regarding the service: they were more preoccupied with themselves than anything else, unfriendly Ambiance: dirty, stinky, a mixture of frying oil and the man who hadn't seen the inside of a shower for a long time. Conclusion. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! The health department should actually be called in to check.

This restaurant is not in the best hygienic condition and the food is often not well made. It is NOT recommended to keep your distance and order a few euros more somewhere else.

Anyone who can afford it please. Price performance below all cannon.

I've been there several times now, but today (August 29, 2024) was the last time. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I have no other choice here. You come in and you're seen, you're not even greeted. Since someone in front of me had a slightly longer order today, I ordered at the new terminal. I placed the order at 4:53 p.m. Thankfully the card readers didn't work, so I would have had to pay in cash. So I've already taken out my €3 so that I have it ready. I stood there and stood there. There were 2 employees who prepared food at one speed (as I read in reviews that have already been written, I'm not the only one who sees it that way). I was looked at several times so they noticed me too (at least it seemed that way to me). One employee walked past the checkout, did something and went back to work. After 10 minutes at 5:03 p.m. I left and will definitely not come back. Conclusion: At the beginning I always thought it was okay, but over time it became more and more unfriendly. I can't give any recommendation.

Cheeseburger was inedible. It tasted old and you were really afraid of getting food poisoning because it had probably been on display for a long time.

Wanted to pick up a bag via Tgtg shortly after 10 p.m. Unfortunately I found myself standing in front of a locked door. Pick up time was until 10:15 p.m.

The staff is really rude and doesn't know how to behave and is not professional, especially a woman with braun skin, she's always angry and wants to argue, if you don't like this job, change it, and don't take it out on the customers.

I was at Kochlöffel today on August 16th at 9:30 p.m. Super rude employee there. You ask if you can get the ketchup extra, all you get is a disrespectful look and no response at all to the question. When we went out, people said, “Thank God they’re gone.” Mega rude woman who works there. Should you change something? The service is minus 10 stars. I've never seen anything so slow. The unfriendly look and tone surpasses everything. If I work in service myself, all service staff would be good night. Was the last time with the wooden spoon.

Employees were extremely unfriendly. We ordered chili cheese fries and got cheese fries. The currywurst tastes stale. The employees complain to customers and say that you can only order at the counter (because they couldn't do mental math). They complained to us because they miscalculated. I had a Starburger and a Cheeseburger. Both were inedible. The paddy were very thin, gnarly and hard fried. Almost no sauce. I've had this quality the last 3 times now. The waitresses also prefer chatting to working. Very long waiting times. I don't think I need this a fourth time.

Unfriendly reception and farewell. The saleswoman collected the money from the customer before I did. After coming into contact with coins, she picked up the burger patties by hand without washing her hands or doing anything else. Unfortunately there was no hygiene!!!

I got food from to good to go. Yes, you can't really expect much for 5 euros. 2 cheeseburgers, 1 fries, 1 roll and 1 currywurst. Now to the food itself. Cheeseburgers were flooded with ketchup, buns hard as a rock, fries so salty you couldn't eat them. The sausage tasted like oily fat and the ketchup on top was way too sour and I immediately got heartburn -.- It's a shame, I definitely won't get anything there anymore. The service was nice.

Since the new owners came, a lot has gone wrong. Ma too slow and unfriendly. Ordered today via Lieferando. I waited 2 hours. After calling, the food arrived after half an hour. 5 minutes journey. Fries soggy and inedible. I was so looking forward to it. They're ruining the place. I hope the owner plus Ma change soon.

Ordered food, delivered completely wrong food and didn't even call that the things weren't there. They just put things in where you don't eat and paid so much money for it. You can't eat there

Ordered three coupons over the phone to pick them up there. At home noticed that some of the order was missing. Called and asked for the missing food to be delivered. In the end, you were passed around between three employees for 10 minutes, no one really understood what was happening and what you wanted, because no one understood or wanted to understand German. Unfortunately, spelling out the street several times didn't lead to any success. In the end the phone was given to a GUEST!!! given who speaks German to record the address for delivery. After 20 minutes, to our surprise, the delivery arrived by bike.

I'm reluctant to leave a slightly worse review because we often enjoy going to Kochlöffel and have done so since childhood... First the positive! Most of the time the waitresses are very friendly, the food tastes very tasty and since Kochlöffel Frankenthal is involved in Too good to Go, I think they control it and I'm against food waste... Now, unfortunately, what has been bothering me more recently... There is an ordering function with a time in the Kochlöffel app, which we used twice with both the old and the new app, but we were put off with both the old and the new app. that the order was not ready at the selected time or, according to the staff, the order did not arrive. Unfortunately we won't get this 30 minute lifetime again, which is a shame. In addition, as I understand it, the staff is a bit overwhelmed with the technology, which could perhaps be improved with a small staff meeting and training. Otherwise, out of childhood nostalgia and the effort that many still make, Kochlöffel is still a great alternative to other restaurants... Maybe things will improve!

The hamburgers looked as if they had been on the warming plate since this morning. The paddy was as dry and tasteless as I have ever experienced. An overcooked cucumber slice and ketchup complete the terrible product. Even the extra bacon slices, which cost more than the burger, couldn't save anything. This was the worst burger experience in my 53 years. If the producer does not value the product, he should change his job

They ask what feels like 20 times, they can only serve one person and they only come when the order is ready Next customer's turn. Ultra slow, chatting with the work colleague instead of serving the customers... It's a shame, I was at Kochlöffel very often because I work nearby.....

Outrageously overpriced for very small portions I was in a very good mood, and my mood was directly taken away by the cheekiness of the worker. I ordered food through Lieferando at 4:55 p.m. It arrived at 7:50 p.m. and the best part was completely ice cold!!!! I called you and the employee was very unfriendly, that was the last time with you!!! But the supplier was very nice

Ordered via Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as 30 - 55 minutes. Actual delivery time greater than 2 hours. Food was quite good. But the prices are now a disgrace.

Unfriendly staffs! Bad foods! I tried to be nice but the staffs are just so rude. They don’t know how to smile. They even gave me the wrong sauce. They seemed annoyed because I ate there for more than an hour. Everytime they pass by my table, they would look to you with rude eyes. I also got stomachache afterwards. Not worth the money 🤮

Guten Abend. Ich würde zwar ungerne eine nicht so positive Bewertung hinterlassen, aber leider muss ich es. Denn ich hatte ein Menü ,,für alle was" bestellt gehabt und es wurde leider der Star Burger vergessen. Dieser kostet knapp 7€, sehr ärgerlich. An sich war aber das Essen lecker.

Die Kochlöffel besuche ich schon seit über 30 Jahren. Irgendwie hängen damit Kindheitserinnerungen zusammen. Man weiß auch, was man bekommt: sicher keine "haute cuisine", aber für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch ziehe ich sie eigentlich der amerikanischen Konkurrenz bei Weitem vor. Insbesondere gibt es nach Jahrzehnten noch immer die Holländischen Kroketten. 😊 Was aber wirklich nicht geht, ist leider die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals in Frankenthal. Nicht zum ersten Mal ging es mir wie heute: da stehen 4 Damen hinter der Theke und sind mit 2 (!) Onlinebestellungen und einer Diskussion mit dem Fahrer beschäftigt. Vor der Theke versammeln sich mit der Zeit 6-7 Kunden und kein einziger wird nach seiner Bestellung gefragt - das ganze Schauspiel erstreckt sich über mehrere Minuten. Das ist leider einfach nur planlos. Dass von den Vieren letztlich dann niemand mehr so ganz genau weiß, wer was bekommt, ist das vorhersehbare Ergebnis. Schade... mehr fällt mir dazu leider nicht mehr ein. 😕

ein Kochlöffel wie man ihn früher viel öfters gefunden hat 😉 Angebot reicht von klassischen Grillhähnchen über Hähnchenteile bis zum "gewöhnlichen Hamburger" ... und ich muss sagen 🤗 schmeckt noch wie damals 👍 ... Preis/ Leistung passt, Personal war freundlich nur die Temperatur im Speiseraum war trotz Ventilator kaum auszuhalten ... aber auch hier schon immer so gewesen 😎 ... wer's probieren will sollte sich vorher die App runterladen da sich damit durchaus der ein oder andere Taler sparen lässt ✌️ ...

09.04.2023, 12:40: Heute zwei Chesseburger gekauft, laut Umverpackung zwei Chesseburger erhalten, zuhause den ersten ausgepackt, hmmm Cheeseburger ohne Käse? Ist wohl ein Hamburger, den zweiten ausgepackt, Käse drauf, geht doch. Deshalb zwei von den bisherigen vier Sternen Abzug zumal, wie schon einmal, sich das Personal mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt als mit dem Kunden

Handschuhe werden erst nach Aufforderung getragen. Restliche Hygiene sieht genauso aus. Kassieren nicht Kompetent. Viel Verbesserrungsbedarf. Veggie und Fleisch werden am selben Ort zubereitet.

Früher, war es Sauberer. Essen war nicht wirklich warm. Freundliche Mitarbeiter sind anders...

Burger bzw. Brot oft an einer Stelle schon zu hart aufgeheizt. Beim Kaffee wird nicht von alleine gefragt ob mit Milch / Zucker. Preise schon relativ hoch für das gebotene. Alleine die Hähnchen sind immer empfehlenswert.

Schade,die holländischen Fleischkroketten wurden im lauwarmen Öl nicht durchfrittiert und waren dann zuhause total vermanscht und trieften vor Öl. Dann sollte man vielleicht auch darauf achten das man Personal einstellt das die Deutsche Sprache versteht,vorausgesetzt man findet welches. Trotzdem kommen wir wieder, Fehler passieren eben.

Der Fahrer schien noch nicht lange da zu sein und brachte die Damen hinter der Theke etwas durcheinander. Meinen Cheeseburger und die Pommes empfand ich zu lätschig.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren mal deutlich unfreundlicher aber da ist immernoch viel Luft nach oben. Bei größeren Bestellungen (ein paar Burger) muss man wirklich aufpassen....das war jetzt nicht das erste mal, dass ich einen Burger zu wenig bekommen habe.

Kochlöffel ist und bleibt ein Schnellimbiss und ist weit entfernt von einem Restaurant. (obwohl Sitzgelegenheiten da sind) Wie in der Bewertung angekreuzt, maximal ganz Ok für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch, nicht um sich statt zu Essen. Qualitativ so la la.

Immerhin mit Legoecke für die Kleinen während man wartet. Manchmal auch etwas länger und dann auf mittelmäßiges Essen. Sicher besser als McDonald's und Co. aber eben Fast Food.

Mal wieder nach langer Zeit zu Kochlöffel. Ich werde das Restaurant in Frankenthal nie wieder besuchen… Auf der Damentoilette funktioniert das Wasser nicht. Die Burger lieblos, das Brot schon hart getoastet an vielen Stellen. Best Chicken hat nicht so geschmeckt wie immer. Star Burger war ok… Die Pommes waren das einzige was wirklich gut war. Schade, für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet und kannte es aus der Vergangenheit auch anders. Einer hat bedient, die andere draußen geraucht…

Essen lag schon etwa länger rum, nicht zu empfehlen.

Seit der corona regel ist es nirgend einfach
