Food was cold and tasted like cardboard 🫃🏼

All good and tasty. One small thing was wrong and they insisted on replacing it. It was very nice and not crowded. The staff was friendly and tried very hard to give a good impression of the restaurant.

Don't know where the good reviews come from. With every visit the food gets worse & you basically get the wrong thing. Last time I ordered with coupons & got EVERYTHING in Veggi. Anyone who wants to eat can eat it, not me and according to the receipt it wasn't ordered that way. Today instead of awesome fries, I got these weird curly fries. If I had wanted them, I would have ordered them. The onion rings + the chilli cheese nuggets may have briefly touched the fat from the deep fryer, but that was it. Was the last time in this store.

Store always dirty. Orders are always wrong (again today). During the trial work/interview, don't you notice that the employees don't speak German or don't take orders properly? Most disgusting branch in the area. Not once 100%. A KFC would have brought more there.

This Burger King finale makes the hearts of true Burger King lovers beat faster. Because considering what disastrous branches exist on God's beautiful earth (see my other review) this Burger King is really a place where Fast food fans of all kinds can find their happiness and well-being. As soon as you enter the house you are greeted by the fresh and cool wind coming from the ventilation grilles of a functioning air conditioning system. One look is enough to see that this restaurant offers a generous amount of space to accommodate larger crowds. For the shy ones there are even ordering screens, which means social contact can be reduced to a minimum. The absolute highlight, however, is the self-service drinks machine. Thanks to such conditions in this branch, the never-ending consumption of soft drinks is guaranteed. But as sorry as I am, I now have to talk about the dark side of this wonderful visit. When I unsuspectingly opened the box of my chilli cheese fries to find the familiar product as usual, I was overcome with horror when I realized that one of the three ingredients was missing. The existence of jalapeños was not a given! After initially not wanting to admit it, I finally decided to face the sad reality and accept that my oh-so-loved product is now incomplete. And even if I don't assume any malicious intent here, this bitter realization is like a slap in the face for me as an absolute chilli cheese addict! For this reason, it is with a heavy heart that I only give this branch 4 stars instead of 5.

If there were zero stars I would press them. I ordered and paid for a milkshake!!!!!. Then you are told that the machine is broken!!!!! The next hammer was a tapped Cola without carbon dioxide!!!!!!!. Unnerved and because I also had to drive a few hundred kilometers. I wanted my money back which took forever!!!!!!!. It's best to go to McDonalds a few meters further!!!!!!. Than load into this horror.

The preparation time of 35 minutes in a restaurant with little traffic is unacceptable. There were 2 of us and we only ordered 2 menus

One of the few Burger Kings where the food has always been fresh. Drive in took a while, but that was okay.

Yesterday, August 11th, 2024, I was in the restaurant and was served by a long-haired blonde who was very unfriendly and very “pissed” and threw down the change for the first time!!! I would like to be treated sensibly as a paying guest because this is an absolute disgrace. Dear Burger King team, the fries that were served were almost ice cold and the burger was thrown together. I also ordered it to eat on site and got it in a to go bag on the counter. I would be very happy about an answer

The King's Bacon & Cheese Double in the menu and a Long Chicken are really delicious. The King's Bacon Burger tasted almost like it was in a restaurant and the Long was also very good. Burger King has now not only overtaken MC but has left it far behind.

Very easy to find. Super tasty, prepared very quickly. And the restaurant is clean. Thanks for everything!

Totally understaffed. Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Something like this should be done every now and then and not in the order in which the receipts are received.

Made a quick stop on the highway. The burger actually tasted very good. A huge portion. Even though I'm of the opinion that you don't have to pay €10 for a burger. Order taking at the outside counter doesn't really work well. You almost couldn't understand the employee. Waiting time for a burger was almost 10 minutes. It's a bit long. The ambience was great. We ended up sitting in our own car. Since we got soaking wet while riding our bikes at the Nürburgring, we didn't want to sit in the restaurant. But we would go there again at any time. The staff was friendly.

We had to wait 30 minutes for food. We had an order for 2 adults and 3 children. In between, many smaller orders were processed and the slightly larger ones were put aside. Very unfortunate.

The 2nd visit, because everyone deserves a chance BUT once again disappointed... Poor quality (tendon meat in the nugget), bored employee who looked at the clock twice during the ordering process (probably the end of the day was approaching). On the first visit you had to wait a quarter of an hour for 4 products and then became unfriendly. The burgers just taste bland. The golden M is way better and the employees are far more friendly and accommodating... Mayen is supposed to be better but I'll stick with the tried and tested...

Just a Burger King like any other

Burger King. What should you capitalize? If you know one, you know them all. This one is the same, but you don't expect a romantic atmosphere with candlelight dining here.

Order at the machine. This is for people with time and a desire to play. I do not need that. Either I can simply order again, like before, or I can do without. So probably the latter.

Everything was delicious, churros were not tasty

Ever want to wait 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers? Then you are exactly right here! But best of all, I was stuck on the toilet with cramps for the rest of the evening. An experience that I never want to repeat and will never repeat!

Service has improved a lot. Late in the evening they even gave me a small drink for my daughter. Very nice thank you very much

Food was slightly warm and didn't taste good at all. 2 hours after eating the stomach pain started and the sprinkler system turned on in the toilet. I can't recommend this place to anyone. It's better to go to Mcs, it's 10m away.

A young man has mixed service and he was sea net I don't know the name but he has a t-shirt in his trousers very good man burger king. Food also good

Super friendly young man. Always has his T-shirts tucked in and works hard. Every time When I'm there he cleans and takes care of the orders. He also disinfects his hands every time after cleaning. He brings food to my table because I have knee problems, without me telling him. Not every Birger King has such an employee, even though he is only a “mini-jobber”. He could also be a good manager in this store. Very courteous and reliable boy. Friendly appearance. One of the best employees.

Big special praise and thanks to the two employees who worked the evening or night shift today. I got there on the way home at exactly 1am just as they were about to close, which was my mistake because I had the wrong opening time in my head. Nevertheless, they both made me a burger especially, which arrived warm and much better than at Burgerking Mayen. Top service.

Absolutely bad service. You should always check your order! Simply 2x fries plus sauces for 2!!! Forgot menus. Nobody knows how this can happen! Definitely the last time! You should go to McDonald’s opposite!

Catastrophe! It takes forever, half of it is missing and our food was cold. Trays were no longer available either. Never again!

10 minute wait to order, then 20 minute wait for food to be ready. Totally littered and dirty, staff seemed completely overwhelmed.

The young lady serving the service was as intelligent as a 100 meter dirt road, as slow as a snail and disinterested, there is no example of that, it's a miracle that the order was correctly on the tray in the end. The store itself and the toilets are dirty, I won't come here anymore. I'm used to other, better Burger King branches.

The burgers didn't taste good at all. Bacon not cooked properly etc.

I actually like going to Burger King every now and then, as many burgers - in contrast to the competition's range - are in theory also available vegetarian. Today I ordered two chili cheese burgers plant based, but received two normal cheeseburgers with meat. The whole disaster was of course hidden in plant-based packaging. It has happened several times in the past that we were given the wrong burgers there. But at least they were plant based. But this doesn't work at all! Luckily I was too hangry to drive the 10 minutes to Mendig again and preferred to go to the local supermarket. I could no longer have guaranteed friendliness on my part. Conclusion: thank you very much for nothing and goodbye!

Super friendly, helpful guy, but order machines weren't working that day... please stop saving staff with non-working and very intrusive technology. You're stealing my time!

Was at the drive in counter today at 2:30 p.m. A very friendly young man served me. I was already greeted with a smile. You could see that he enjoys what he does. Some people can use this as an example. Me too. Top keep it up

The chilli cheese nuggets tasted like old frying fat and the burger was extremely greasy. A good evening and a warm welcome to Burgerking has been reduced to "Your order please", ok there are some savings to be made but I doubt whether this is the right place. But at least there was still a “please”. The ambience was great... but only because we ate in our own car😏

Very dirty people who didn't seem to be part of the staff were walking around behind the counter in anoraks (i.e. street clothes). Money was first collected and then fries were packed without hand disinfection. Never again Burger King

Super sauberer BK. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Kleiner Fehler in der Bestellung wurde sofort behoben inkl. ernst gemeinter Entschuldigung. Sehr guter Umgang.

An diesem Tag waren Pommes und Burger leider nur lauwarm, weil die Getränke noch nicht abgefüllt waren und sie auf der Ablage bei geöffnetem Durchgabefenster standen.

Ich bin hier gerne mal auf der Durchreise ;-)

Eben Bürger King, Fastfood aber man wird satt davon! Bedingung hier ist gut und freundlich. Was stört ist das die App hier in der Gegend nicht zum bestellen eingesetzt werden kann.

Mir persönlich schmeckt es nicht so gut, aber über Geschmäcker lässt sich bekanntlich streiten. Service: Das Essen wurde mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung angerichtet. Das Ambiente ähnelt an die Konkurrenz.

Leckeres Essen für einen Zwischenstopp, es gibt easy Order, was das Bestellen sehr viel einfacher macht!

Fast but... Unfortunately the food was not as good as in some other BKs. Clearly prepared with little care. Cheese not melted. Burgers careless arranged. Fries also not living up to the standard. A pitty! Also the whole place was smelly. Can and must be improved!!!!!

Essen kalt, Sanitäre Einrichtungen extrem unsauber.

Wie jeder Bürger King. Liegt abseits von Mendig. Leider direkt neben MC Donalds. Service war nicht so begeistert und auf dem Herren WC roch es sehr stark nach Samoniak. Nachmittags war der Laden total leer.

Wahnsinnig frischer Burger, knackiger Salat, frische Zutaten, das kennt man von BK leider auch anders. Aber hier: einfach top

War im Drive In. Keine Wartezeit beim bestellen. Auf Bestellung unter 5 min gewartet. Essen war klassisches Burger King Niveau.

Geschmack komisch Bürger werden immer kleiner und Preis größer. Service schläft ein beim bedienen.

Die Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten ist inzwischen sehr gut.

Das Essen war wahrscheinlich aufgewärmt das Beef war Roh und Kalt . Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte wäre ich paar km weiter nach Mayen gefahren oder zur anderen Seite gewechselt mit dem großen M Sorry aber so schlecht war noch keiner!!!

Deutlich besserer Burgerking als der in Mayen. Die Pommes sind allerdings ab und an kalt. Ansonsten ist es sehr sauber dort (meistens) und man kann sich seine Getränke selber befüllen und auch nachfüllen. Weiter so!

Sehr Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Obwohl alles frisch zubereitet wird waren die Burger "nur" lauwarm....darum einen Stern Abzug beim Essen. Ambiente ist halt wie bei fast jedem BURGER KING.
