Eat MC Donald typical. If you are not familiar with the ordering system and want to redeem a coupon, it can be a bit difficult if you are not familiar with it. Someone was willing to help me because I was only supposed to order from the machines and not at the checkout. The toilet looked awful... Nobody had time to even roughly clean up here. Maybe understaffed, but still disgusting. I'll probably have to look into the ordering system if I want to go to McDonald's again.

Wollten hier nur schnell einen Burger essen. Hatten nicht viel Zeit und haben an der Kasse bestellt, weil die Bestelltürme besetzt waren. Dem Mann an der Kasse war die Unlust anzusehen. Keine Begrüßung , nur ein muffiger Gesichtsausdruck. Es wurden 2 Artikel von der APP gescannt - 1 Cheeseburger, 1 Chickenburger, 1 Doppel-Cheeseburger, Pommes und ne Cola. Das hat geschlagene 20 Minuten gedauert. Wir wollten eigentlich vor Ort essen. Da wir jedoch unter Zeitdruck standen, haben wir gebeten alles einzupacken. Der Kassierer hat uns dann nur wortlos eine Tüte aufs Tablett gelegt. Hier war ich zum letzten Mal.

Were there for breakfast between 9 and 10 a.m. Everything was very clean, staff very nice. The outside area for eating was also very clean.

Service a bit overwhelmed Needs to be cleaned more often

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is unable or unwilling to provide hot drinks in cups. Only disposable cups with a plastic coating are offered. Be careful, the coating inside is harmful to health. Too bad...

One of the cleanest McDs Ive ever visited

It took 10 minutes before we could order at the counter and pay in cash. The employee was quite stressed and later I was given my drink outside. After this I wanted to order something, there were 2 people in front of me waiting to order at the counter. The manager started yelling at the counter clerk to put orders on the counter instead of taking customer orders, and even yelled at the waiting customers to order at the screen itself. After this, the manager simply locked the door and no new customers could enter. Never experienced this before, and luckily I never have to go here again.

Never visit the yellow seagull here again. Unfriendly staff and endless waiting times. I've experienced better MC

Food was not fresh and almost cold. Chicken nuggets didn't taste fresh, and the fat certainly wasn't good enough when we were there in the evening. We also had to wait forever for the order to be placed and then again for it to be delivered. There wasn't much going on. But staff was friendly. If we hadn't ordered in the drive, we would have complained about the food. Not worth money.

Clean but old-fashioned. Otherwise like everyone else from the chain. But longer opening hours than most, that's ok

There were 100 meals in queue, toilet was broken, one selfservice machine was broken, food was cold, they forgot a straw, the sauce was not available, tv was broken, it was stinky etc.

The food and drinks were absolutely fine! On the other hand, the toilets were not very clean, which could really be improved.

Good food, but it was not really pleasant, rather the feeling that everyone still had to wake up.

Unfortunately one star is too many. Were on the way home from Phantasialand today and wanted to eat something there. Waiting time after ordering 45 minutes and it wasn't busy. When the food came it was almost completely cold. All outside tables sticky and dirty. Toilets cannot be used because they are completely covered in pee. Staff extremely unfriendly and give stroppy answers. Very unfortunate, we were actually happy.

A short stop to charge your electric car. Otherwise, McDonalds is no different from other fast food houses of its kind 😄

Every now and then you crave a hamburger from McDonald's. Then you drive there. You know what you're getting there. Always freshly prepared and good quality.

Organization on site would have earned minus stars. Long waiting times, missing parts when ordering. Order to take away was placed on the tray and when we said that we wanted to take the food away and the fries were missing, the service was rude, stroppy and annoyed. A pity

Unfortunately the restaurant makes an unclean impression. Tablet return runs over tables are dirty. Staff is not in a good mood!

2:40 p.m. on site. Unfortunately there are a lot of cigarette butts in the parking lot - they should be removed. Women's toilet stinks, no toilet paper (I informed the staff). Be sure to clean tables and benches properly - crumbs or food often stick to them. Of course, this depends on the clientele, but the staff should pay attention to everything. Toilet paper still not refilled about 1/2 hour later.

Ambience quite ok but clean. The employees are very friendly. However, the food wasn't that good. I ordered a BicMac menu with curly fries. The BicMac roll was heated a little too much that it was already dark brown and dry. The curly fries were cold. I didn't like it...

The meal was as usual at McDonald's. People were friendly, cleanliness could be improved.

Wanted to pay the bill of almost €40 with a €200 note. The supervisor who was summoned told me in a very unfriendly manner that they did not accept these notes! There was absolutely no accommodation from the supervisor and she didn't even let me finish. When it was clear that she was just annoyed. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. There was nothing to eat but luckily there is Burger King opposite where paying was no problem with a €200 note.

Definitely a 5 out of 5 for a McDonald's. Fast service and the burgers look like the poster. Freshly prepared and hot.

We haven't been to this "fast food joint" often, but the few times we did, the order was always wrong. Yesterday we placed a simple order that made you think that nothing could be missing. After we got home, we wanted to unpack the order and discovered that something was missing again. We then took the 10km back and were told that we were obligated to check the order after handing it over at the drive-in counter. The rest of the order was now cold and we then got everything new again. The filet o fish looked particularly appealing.

I always get a quick appointment and the people are very friendly. The small drawback is that paying by card is only possible from 50 euros, but if you know...

Simply disgusting, it was very dirty and there were trays everywhere. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the worst thing is that I had a fried insect in my fries, which is really a disgrace, even if you can't expect much from McDonald's, but there should be a certain level of hygiene, just disgusting

There are a lot of bad McDonald's. This one is one of the few good ones! It was quick, it was clean, it tasted good and it was well prepared

Ordered to the table via the app for the first time and it worked wonderfully. We then wanted to order something again but unfortunately only realized later that there was a technical error. I had to go to the checkout again with the error number and describe it. They took my order straight away and less than 5 minutes later it was brought to our table. Employees were very friendly. According to the employee, the error was because you can't pay with PayPal twice on the same day. Our food was just like you would expect from McDonald's. When you're hungry it tastes good and then you regret it. The fries and curly fries could have been hoarse. The main thing is that the children were happy. We tried the plant nuggets and we didn't like them at all. Just like fried breading. We will definitely visit this McDonald's again, it is so conveniently located at the motorway exit.

Incredibly long wait at Mc Drive. Wait a total of 30 minutes and the food is still not out. All that for two breakfast burgers. Incredible! I was made to wait at the counter for over 5 minutes. Just ridiculous

Everything as you would expect from the chain. Waiting time ok and nothing to complain about. In contrast to before, the shop is now pleasantly heated. In the past you had to keep your jacket on.

What struck me positively was that there were lots of balloons available for children. This is not the case in every store.

We've been waiting for our takeaway order for almost 30 minutes now. Everything seems very chaotic. The drinks came after 10 minutes. We went to a McDonald's for the first time in a long time. That was definitely the last time.

The McFlurry was filled with the amount of a McSunday.

McDonalds is just McDonalds! All franchise companies. Almost always looking the same. This one is great for me!

Staff always seem overwhelmed, even when there is little going on. Also very unfriendly. I will switch to snack bars/ kebab shops more often in the future.

The service at the drive has always been very friendly, the food was warm and fresh - nothing to complain about. 5 stars are given if the picture is hanging straight up in the house (the perfectionist in me complains from afar 🤓)

I don't like making negative reviews, but there's plenty of room for improvement here. The staff was committed but unfortunately there were language problems. At some point we admitted defeat and only ordered a portion, about half of what we originally wanted. There was also a milkshake. We've had it much better in other McDonalds. The price-performance ratio is no longer what it used to be

Ordered a chicken burger -> got a cheeseburger. Ordered sweet and sour sauce with the nuggets -> got sweet chilli sauce. I'm also for integration and understand that it's hard to find staff, but when it comes to taking orders it would be really nice if there was someone who understood what I wanted. I left a lot of money with them and half of our people have nothing eaten because no one liked it. A pity Next time we'll definitely go to the BK next door if we're in a hurry

There is a toilet for wheelchair users, but no designated parking space for wheelchair users. The doors are an insurmountable obstacle for a wheelchair user without help, they are too heavy and the entrance area is too narrow. A pity. Food was good. Service friendly.

Were there again this morning. It was pretty quiet. But otherwise it was as usual.

The service in the branch is a disaster. Apart from the staff constantly bitching at each other, bags are packed absolutely incorrectly and parts are forgotten. Maybe the branch should include a Mendiger surprise box in its program, it has the same effect because you get things that you didn't even order.

In over 10 years of commuting, I have never experienced anything like this. 20 nuggets as cold as if they came from the fridge and not because they had been on the shelf for a long time, but because some of them were still frozen! Bottomless impudence. In addition, the employees seemed overwhelmed, shouted at each other and were not particularly friendly.

There was no winter service and the parking lot was slippery

Very inflexible, arrived on site at 10 a.m. sharp. Then we got the answer that breakfast would no longer be possible because everything would already be “gone”. I've already worked on site myself, if you worked customer-oriented, "breakfast" would still have been possible. Apparently it was a catastrophe under the new bosses, but things were different with Diederichs.

Sorry McDonalds... your prices are unbearable. Anyway, you're just an emergency solution on the motorway and for 15,- I'll soon stop at a Serways restaurant to get halfway full.

Wir waren nach einem Termin in der Mendiger Mc-Donalds-Filiale. Kurz davor haben wir uns noch die App heruntergeladen und die dort zu findenden Gutscheine aktiviert. An den Selbstbedienungsterminals haben diese Gutscheine jedoch nicht funktioniert, obwohl sie gültig waren. So haben wir uns dann an der Bedientheke angestellt. Ein hilflos wirkendender Mitarbeiter gab uns nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen einen gültigen Gutschein einzulösen, zu verstehen, dass man nichts tun könne. Also das wir den normalen Preis für die Menüs zu bezahlen hätten. Darauf hin haben wir das Restaurant unverrichteter Dinge verlassen. Mit so einem Service kann man natürlich nicht punkten. Da die Filiale in Mayen auf dem Heimwg lag, sind wir dort eingekehrt. Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat das dann super geregelt und wir haben alles zu den Gutscheinpreisen erhalten. Wir gehen nicht oft zu Mc Donalds. In die Filiale in Mendig gehen wir aber nun gar nicht mehr.

Leider war der Burger nur lauwarm.

Alles Top. Immer freundliche Mitarbeiter, essen ist immer frisch und warm. Sonderwünsche werden jederzeit Gewissenhaft beachtet und umgesetzt. In diesen Landkreis der Beste McDonald's seiner Art.

Die Filiale ist modern ausgestattet und immer sauber. Bei den Mitarbeitern muss man Glück haben. Von extrem unfreundlich und herrisch gegenüber den Kollegen bis zum freundlichen und schnellen Bedienen ist alles drin. Leider wird häufig mal ein Teil in der Tüte zum Mitnehmen vergessen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, vor dem Verlassen des McDonald's nachzuschauen, ob alles drin ist. Burger gibt es mal lieblos gestapelt und mit extrem wenig Soße oder optisch und geschmacklich einwandfrei.

Wenn es schnell gehen muss und man keine Zeit hat zum Kochen.

War alles ok. Tische und Boden sauber.

Wir kehren nach jedem Spiel aus Dortmund hier ein. Nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.

Pommes waren lecker, insbesondere mit unserer Chick-fil-A-Soße aus den USA. Essen ging sehr schnell. Korusprig, sehr gut, Käse ist überläuft, alles sön, wunderbar!

Sauber, auch die Toilettensnlagen Service sehr gut

Ich habe selten so ein sauberen und ordentlichen Mcs gesehen wie hier. Tolles Team, sehr freundlich und fleißig immer dabei. Achten sehr auf die Sauberkeit. Besonders jetzt in Weihnachtszeit ist der Laden sehr schön Weihnachtlich geschmückt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und wünschen jeden Gast die selbe Erfahrung!

War mal wieder beim Mekkes. Burger waren okay Die Pommes leider wie die letzten beide Male nur lauwarm. 😭

Schnelle Bedienung und Lieferung. Sauberes Restaurant. Günstig gelegen an der Kraftfahrstrasse. Sehr leckerer Schokoladenkuchen. Freundliches Personal.

Ist so wie ein Meckes sein sollte

Wir waren am 11.10.2023 im Restaurant. Es war ein Recht kleines Team vor Ort. Beim Essen gab es bezüglich McDonald's Standards nichts zu beanstanden und die Bestellung kam schnell und heiß zum Tisch. Der Grund warum ich eine Rezension schreibe, ist dass mir in der Systemgastronomie selten so freundliche, aufmerksame und gleichzeitig authentische Bedienungen begegnet sind. 😊

Gehe selten zu Mac Donalds war aber gut

Und wieder hat etwas (6er Nuggets) beim Essen (Abholung) gefehlt :-( Wie schwer kann es sein eine Bestellliste abzuarbeiten?? Danke für nichts.
