McDonald's in Bendorf

Absolutely laughable service! I ordered three burgers and one was missing! It wasn't a large order, that's simply unacceptable. Some people are in a hurry and can't always check their orders, but this is blatant fraud!

Another queue stretching all the way to the main street. SO SLOW!

The book, the toy, and the potatoes were not listed on the menu.

Sixteen kilos, sixteen kills... seventeen. NO! WHAT, PAULBERGER?

I don't go there often, only in emergencies, but overall it's OK.

Finally, a McDonald's that hardly ever forgets anything at the drive-thru! Keep it up!

A fast-food restaurant like any other in this chain. Ordering at the terminals is straightforward, so service is lacking. Cleanliness is okay. It's okay for a small appetite.

Ordered online. Two items were missing. The food was cold and not fresh. For a total of €45, you'd expect everything to be there. They couldn't deliver the missing items. I'm getting a refund. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful. Overall, a disappointment.

Classic McDonald's. Like everywhere else, but the service staff were super nice.

I don't think it's good to always have the same products. Their black tea is good.

They don't get any stars from me. The Afghan manager was very unfriendly, and so was the Indian woman with the goggle eyes! I ordered Coke and got leftover Coke water.

I can't recommend it. The staff is slow and unfriendly. They even give you a hard time if you say something.

First of all, respect to all the employees for preparing our food and keeping your nerves and stress under control, amidst all the hustle and bustle that sometimes arises! I wouldn't want to do a job like that! The food is freshly prepared. The employees are polite; other branches in the area could learn a thing or two from that.

11 p.m. in Bendorf..we came back from a party and were hungry..no chance of food in terms of restaurants..except at McDonald's...there you could still get something..it was really busy..but the food came quickly anyway..it was warm and delicious..the place was clean..the service was very nice..they even brought the food to the table..thanks

Absolutely. One of the first in which I've been understood as a human being, because there's no language barrier.

Unfortunately, you have to wait up to 20 minutes for ice cream, and other people—the employees' compatriots—are given priority. Then the staff argues with you. Very rude.

Every now and then, I come to Bendorf and find everything to be okay. It's fast! That's especially good for people on the go who need it quickly. BUT! McDonald's staff somehow have to monitor who's parking in the parking lot, especially when there's a flea market across the street. Today there was a flea market, and when I arrived, all the parking spaces were full of cars, all of which weren't coming to McDonald's, but rather to the flea market. When I arrived, especially as a McDonald's customer, to order there, I simply couldn't find a parking space and had to drive away. The others who were parked got out and casually walked to the flea market. That was annoying.

So, we came here for breakfast and we were always treated very kindly, even when we weren't always easy. The staff here in the morning are very nice and patient.

Very attentive staff. Since I was there with a child in a wheelchair, the staff member brought our food to our table. Accessing the entrance with a wheelchair was a bit difficult; I had to use the roadway to find a lowered curb.

The manager who brought me my food on August 10, 2025 was very unfriendly and slammed the tray in front of me. When I told him that it wasn't OK, he didn't threaten me like that!!!

I haven't experienced such unfriendly staff in a long time. The lady at the cashier really topped it all off with her unfriendly attitude! Some burgers also came with a different kind of bread, like you'd expect from other restaurants. The floor was very dirty, as were the restrooms 🤢🤮 It's a real shame. We definitely won't be back!

One of the better branches. It's usually reasonably clean here, and the burgers actually bear a certain resemblance to the ones in the glossy pictures. That's not the case everywhere ;)

My food was cold, I waited so long! When I got home, I noticed something was missing! It was absolute chaos!!!

My girlfriend and I just ordered from Lieferando. 2 burgers were missing, fries, and everything was really oily. Then you go there and get everything new, but no compensation for having to walk there from home, even though they said you were busy and you didn't order from Lieferando for no reason, and no voucher, nothing! It's not the first time, I think it's a real shame!!! Although I really liked going to McDonald's.

No one in their right mind has high expectations of McDonald's, but what we were served on June 1, 2025, in Bendorf was truly abysmal. Because our grandchild was there, we went to McDonald's at lunchtime, and although it wasn't crowded, clean seats were in short supply. After ordering and paying, we were given the obligatory table number, which was also clearly smeared with ketchup. But the highlight was the food! Cold and soggy fries and burgers that didn't deserve the name. What a shame! But we've never eaten so badly at McDonald's, and it was definitely our last visit there!

Pre-ordered online on June 8, 2025, and picked up at the McDonald's drive-thru. The wait was relatively long, and the burgers were cold. My verdict on the Chicken Big Mac isn't so good.

Benefits from the franchise atmosphere but the food now has the same gristly meat as Karlsruhe main station, plus it's constantly dirty, orders are mixed up, burgers are swapped, rumors go around and they take 3 hours for ice cream, the last deliveries were always wrong which is a shame..they used to be really good but now they're just crap.

Better go to Ding Dong next door; McDonald's in Bendorf is no longer worth it. You'll either get the wrong order or none at all.

You are lured into the restaurants with Minecraft codes in the app as lure advertising. According to the showcase, all the figures are still there, but when you redeem the code nothing is available and you don't get anything. Not even when asked at the checkout. But costs the same. This borders on rip-off and fraud for me.

Definitely recommended. Freshly mopped, super attentive staff. Breakfast was very tasty!!

The play tower for children is in a very bad and dirty condition, otherwise classic MC's.

We had breakfast there today. Super delicious, rolls nice and crispy, hot latte macchiato and delicious croissants. The service was very friendly and overall the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant.

You enter the store shortly after 11 and order at the terminal. Given the time of day, the store is almost empty. After 26 minutes an employee comes and says: The cash register system is down, I need your receipt to place the order. It's not a problem if there are technical problems. But 5 employees who are standing behind the counter doing nothing, looking in my direction and seeing that I have a table display, don't they come up with the idea to let me know sooner? As I said, the store was empty. The restaurant manager with dark curly hair was also walking around the store. If that is the customer service or quality standard of McDonald's. Super.

So normally don't give a really bad rating. BUT! I would prefer not to give a star. Yes, we are all only human when it comes to something going wrong with the system BUT! IF ONLY 3 PEOPLE ARE SITTING IN THE STORE waiting for their food, you can also let us know that it will take a few minutes. She came to our table exactly 28 minutes later to get the receipt and then get the food ready... I don't think it's okay. If I go to a fast food restaurant I don't want to wait 45 minutes if the place is empty.!!

It's rare that something is right here. Burgers are always completely missing or drinks are forgotten. This was the case again today at Mc Donalds Bendorf, there was a burger missing and everything was distributed among each other, unfortunately everyone stays hungry and the prices are not exactly cheap. If you are there, you can be happy if you get anything at all, as orders that have already been placed and paid for several times have been completely thrown out of the system. Unfortunately, this means you have to wait an extremely long time, which is a really unpleasant experience for a family with small children. The Plant products are really delicious.

There has never been a takeaway where something was right. Either the wrong thing is in there or something is simply missing.

I've been vegan for over three years and wanted to order a Mcplant today. Then I did that too. However, in McDonald’s Bendorf you can take it away. When I got home, I noticed that the burger smelled funny. I took a bite and I immediately tasted that it wasn't a plant-based patty but a beef patty. I immediately vomited and threw the burger in the trash! That doesn't work at all! The employee I had on the phone afterwards was still quite friendly. Nevertheless, this mistake must not happen! It's disgusting and just doesn't work at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was served as shown in the pictures. Even though I asked for the bread to toast longer, it didn't happen. I don't recommend the McDonald's about €32 for 2 people and then something like that...

Food is typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, I didn't even have an order to take away where everything was right. Either something is missing or special requests (no cheese) are noted or acknowledged everywhere but not implemented. Unsatisfactory

I think the renovation has made it much less comfortable. But it seems to be the new corporate style. From autumn onwards, the air flows through the front door like pike soup. Food as always, service too, just fast food. Sometimes it has to be, especially now: BigRösti time :)))

The employees are all really friendly, helpful and competent. The food is just typical. But it's really annoying that there are always groups of people sitting there because of the free WiFi and holding on to a small soda half the time. There is a lot of chatter going around, loud phone calls and phone calls back home with the whole family. Comfortable is different and if you want to eat something in peace, you are ill advised here.

We ordered via Lieferando, I'm a vegetarian and that's why I ordered a McPlant. There was 100% a meat patty on it...it was a shame because I had to throw the burger away. There are reasons why a person doesn't eat meat, possibly also for health reasons. You should definitely pay more attention to it.

Every time a disaster here. Either something is missing or it's packed like garbage or or or. I've already gotten something twice that's on offer in every MC, only the one in Bendorf...he says it's not there yet. Just because the store is closing in a few minutes you can no longer place an order. Nothing ever warm let alone fresh. We've complained several times, but the people in charge don't care and are more likely to be insulted stupidly! Never come here again, prefer to Bad Honnef.

Super delicious, super service, say a long time ago, had breakfast at McDonald's again, about 10 years ago, super friendly, ate at the low when it was ready with sales coffee, questioned whether you still had mild mix or sugar, everything was brought to the table, super service, only recommended for a McDonald's

Very unfriendly service on the MC Drive... I had a problem with the app... if you hardly understand any German, it's no wonder if they can't help you. It's a shame. Burgers are usually dry and only lukewarm.

It's a shame that you HAVE to give a star here. This McD is really the last one!!!! We had 2 burgers: both completely cold (unpacked directly in the parking lot) - the cheese slices were also completely hard - so NEVER warm! The fries were just as cold as the salad, just not nearly as crunchy... cold and soggy! An ABSOLUTE INSURANCE!!! Everyone should give this store a wide berth!!!!!!

Ordered Mc Rib with extra bacon but got none. I then got a new one, which means the other one was thrown away; what a waste. That was the second time within a short period of time. The burger was so poorly put together that I needed 10 napkins to clean my fingers afterwards. So that's better.

I haven't had any complaints so far, yes of course the ice cream machine breaks down every now and then but if you go back a little later it's whole again. But in itself quite good, yes.

Basically a good McDonald's, but I ordered nuggets and received chicken nuggets 4 times in a row over longer periods of time. I still eat meat 1.2 times a week, not just vegetarian, but that's not possible!!! Hence 1 star.

Chicken nuggets and Big Mac both have an old chemical aftertaste. Taste absolutely disgusting.
