McDonald's in Bendorf

Food is typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, I didn't even have an order to take away where everything was right. Either something is missing or special requests (no cheese) are noted or acknowledged everywhere but not implemented. Unsatisfactory

I think the renovation has made it much less comfortable. But it seems to be the new corporate style. From autumn onwards, the air flows through the front door like pike soup. Food as always, service too, just fast food. Sometimes it has to be, especially now: BigRösti time :)))

The employees are all really friendly, helpful and competent. The food is just typical. But it's really annoying that there are always groups of people sitting there because of the free WiFi and holding on to a small soda half the time. There is a lot of chatter going around, loud phone calls and phone calls back home with the whole family. Comfortable is different and if you want to eat something in peace, you are ill advised here.

We ordered via Lieferando, I'm a vegetarian and that's why I ordered a McPlant. There was 100% a meat patty on it...it was a shame because I had to throw the burger away. There are reasons why a person doesn't eat meat, possibly also for health reasons. You should definitely pay more attention to it.

Every time a disaster here. Either something is missing or it's packed like garbage or or or. I've already gotten something twice that's on offer in every MC, only the one in Bendorf...he says it's not there yet. Just because the store is closing in a few minutes you can no longer place an order. Nothing ever warm let alone fresh. We've complained several times, but the people in charge don't care and are more likely to be insulted stupidly! Never come here again, prefer to Bad Honnef.

Super delicious, super service, say a long time ago, had breakfast at McDonald's again, about 10 years ago, super friendly, ate at the low when it was ready with sales coffee, questioned whether you still had mild mix or sugar, everything was brought to the table, super service, only recommended for a McDonald's

Very unfriendly service on the MC Drive... I had a problem with the app... if you hardly understand any German, it's no wonder if they can't help you. It's a shame. Burgers are usually dry and only lukewarm.

It's nice and also has an area for children. The outside area is nice but unfortunately on a busy street

Super friendly service. The orders are always prepared quickly and it always tastes fresh and good.

Here you will always receive friendly service and there are no unpleasant surprises when it comes to the quality of the food. Always very tasty.

Unfortunately I have to give one star but it's undeserved Worst McDonald's within a 50 km radius 8 employees and something is missing from every menu I've never been satisfied so far I've never had a complete menu here

Even though the store was full, the food was delivered to the table quickly, which is not always the case. In some branches there is little going on, but it takes twice as long, good team

I put the M in a bag without packaging. Unbelievable, I think it's hacking!!!

Everything is great but the Filet-O-Fish is always inedible. Giving out something so hard and old is simply absurd.

I got food poisoning from a BIG MAC!!! the meat was 100% old I suffer from vomiting several times and have total problems going to the toilet!!!! I ask for a refund Very bad food never again!

The employees are rude, can't explain when you ask them something and they can't even make ice cream properly.

It's a shame that you HAVE to give a star here. This McD is really the last one!!!! We had 2 burgers: both completely cold (unpacked directly in the parking lot) - the cheese slices were also completely hard - so NEVER warm! The fries were just as cold as the salad, just not nearly as crunchy... cold and soggy! An ABSOLUTE INSURANCE!!! Everyone should give this store a wide berth!!!!!!

Order complete and staff could even speak German properly. Surprisingly good.

Never again. Eat lukewarm. Nothing going on in the restaurant. Staff unfriendly, somehow I was a nuisance. Employees were chatting among themselves. The man at the checkout spoke absolutely no German. No more!

Eating itself was okay, just drinking didn't have a hair in my drink

Never again! I wanted to have a relaxed breakfast on site on June 12, 2024. However, the manager insulted the employees in the worst possible way, so I preferred to eat in the parking lot and not in the restaurant!

Food tasted good, coke was watery, service was great, MCs met my priorities

We've been here a few times and wanted to order something using the coupons from the app. Strangely enough, these work in other branches of the company. Just not a shame here.

Do you know that, full of anticipation, ordered 3 x egg Mc muffin bacon 🥓 and one was completely chewy and just warmed up. The bad thing is when you shop at Mc Drive you don't really have control over whether everything is freshly prepared. So at this McDonald’s “Uffbasse”!!!

Unfortunately, no milkshake again... I should and should save myself that trip in the future!

Best food like mom's 😋 every now and then they forget something but a solution was always found 😁 Great location, cleverly fit across the street, watching the trainees while eating, best feeling 🤪

Ordered Mc Rib with extra bacon but got none. I then got a new one, which means the other one was thrown away; what a waste. That was the second time within a short period of time. The burger was so poorly put together that I needed 10 napkins to clean my fingers afterwards. So that's better.

I haven't had any complaints so far, yes of course the ice cream machine breaks down every now and then but if you go back a little later it's whole again. But in itself quite good, yes.

Actually okay! But very dirty lately. Glued surfaces and plastered seats. Very tasty and unworthy of McDonalds.

Basically a good McDonald's, but I ordered nuggets and received chicken nuggets 4 times in a row over longer periods of time. I still eat meat 1.2 times a week, not just vegetarian, but that's not possible!!! Hence 1 star.

Chicken nuggets and Big Mac both have an old chemical aftertaste. Taste absolutely disgusting.

01/27/24 around 5:00 p.m Unfriendly lady at the drive in.

So gutgläubig wie wir waren haben wir im Drive-In schnell unsere Bestellung angenommen um die wartenden Kunden nicht lange warten zu lassen. Zuhause dann die Überraschung. 1. Es fehlt eine (bezahlte) 6er Nuggets 2. Die Burger haben (nach 700m Fahrweg mit dem Auto) noch maximal Raumtemperatur 3. Das mit Schokosauce und Mars bestellte McFlurry ist basically NUR weißes Softeis mit (abzählbar!) 20 Schokokrümeln. Von der bestellten Schokosauce nichts in Sicht. Wundert kaum, wenn man die Mitarbeiterin beobachtet wie sie gar verzweifelt auf dem (wahrscheinlich) leeren Saucenspender rumdrückt. Anschließend streuselt sie mehr halbherzig und als lebten wir in Deutschland '45 aus der Hand (aus einem Softdrinkbecher) Mars auf das Eis. Ist das nicht normalerweise durch Spender standardisiert?! Abschließend scheint es gar an vorsätzlichen Betrug zu grenzen ein derart simples und prozessoptimiertes Gastronomiesystem wie das von McDonald's als Mitarbeiter zu untergraben. Alles selbstverständlich serviert vom (der Kleidung nach zu urteilen) Filial-/Schichtleiter höchstpersönlich. Anbei ein Bild von einer "großen" Pommes

Essen kennt man ja. In Bendorf schwangt allerdings im Gegensatz zu Koblenz immer wieder die Qualität. Kalte Apfeltasche, big Mac muss erstmal neu belegt wegen da er zerlegt am Platz ankommt. Alles aber in Ordnung. Was wirklich störend ist, ist die Tatsache das mobile Bestellungen über die App regelmäßig nicht digital bezahlt werden können da die Zahlung (per Kredit oder Mastercard) dann bei der Kasse nicht angekommen wird. Es ist dann erneut die Karte nötig oder bar Zahlung. Ist mit in Koblenz noch nie passiert.

Gute Filiale in verkehrsgünstiger Lage!!! Freundliches Personal und das gewohnte Sortiment!!! Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt! Sowohl im Gastraum als auch in den Toiletten! Muss man positiv erwähnen, da es in anderen Filialen in der Umgebung deutlich anders aussieht! Fazit: Damen hoch! Weiter so!! Werde wieder kommen!!!

Super Service! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen war lecker und v.a. frisch! (Was in Fast-Food-Restaurants auch nicht immer der Fall ist) Und ich hatte sehr schnell mein warmes Essen. Vielen Dank an's ganze Team für diesen tollen Service!

Wie immer, schneller Fast Food, der in der Werbung besser aussieht als real! Aber man weiß ja auf was man sich einlässt!

Ein McDonald's wie die Meisten. Nicht besonders zu loben aber auch nichts besonderes zu meckern.

Forgot to put chili cheeseburger in takeaway bag (order 250). Chicken Nuggets are not tasty.

Nach der Bestellung war das Essen immer schnell fertig und zum abholen bereit. Essen schmeckt wie gewohnt ☺️ Die Parksituation war etwas verwirrend, weil nebendran ein Fitnessstudio ist. Wir sind dann dort erst auf den Parkplatz und dann noch mal schnell rüber zu MC. Donalds gefahren. Da standen wir aber schon direkt im Drive in obwohl wir parken und uns rein setzen wollten. Die Parkplätze haben wir aber gut und schnell erreichen können.

Typischer McDonalds. Die Wartezeit lag gestern bei der Bestellung innen bei 15min. Das ist zu lange. Sonst aber alles gut.

Das Essen war absolut in Ordnung. Wir waren in der Mittagszeit hier und es war fast nichts los. Unschön, Tische und Boden nicht so sauber wie man sich das vorstellt…

Leider werden die Portionen immer kleiner und die Preise bleiben nur anscheinend gleich … Ambiente ist überall gleich in Mc Donalds Manier Toiletten sind relativ sauber

Bei Mc Donald macht man ja fast alles selbst :) die Bestellung sowie den Service je nachdem was man eingibt am Bestellautomat. Aber es ist alles okay danke

McDrive 2 Menüs via App, Salat knackig, Cola eiskalt, Burger und Pommes alles gut, freundlich am Terminal - und endlich mal jmd. der richtiges Deutsch spricht - selten bei McD 😄

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter/in und schneller Service. Nur leider vier Sterne 🌟 weil die Toiletten nicht sauber waren und es hat doch gestunken. So das man woanders auf die Toilette gehen musste.
