McDonald's in Koblenz

There is fries as a vegan option. That's it. I think it's quite a disgrace when you consider how many vegan options there used to be.

I was in a wheelchair and couldn't even enter the restaurant because of the door. It would have worked. Only the employees didn't open the door for me. They were still watching me. I've never felt so humiliated before... I can't recommend it. They don't have any humanity towards people with disabilities. .was stuck for 5 minutes just sad 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

A very, very nice McDonald's, I wanted to move on quickly but the slow egoist next to me was too slow and that's why I come less often now.

Incomplete order received, product could be replaced after complaint. Employees create an unpleasant atmosphere through their unfriendliness. If you take a closer look at the tables, cleanliness is also different.

I placed an order and then received it incomplete. There are staff, I'm not sure if they're from Afghanistan or Iran, but they're not nice at all, so I won't be coming back, and it doesn't matter if anyone will care about my comment.

Mc’s like everywhere else, but spacious and pretty for a train station.

My order was incomplete. I bought x3 apple turnovers and didn't get them + the condiments from my McShake fries. 10€ simple gift. The reason why I placed the order didn't come up!😡

I lost my messenger, I asked for video from surveillance cameras, but they are missing because the cameras near the counter only film the work of the staff

I wanted to have a coffee at 7 a.m. and that wasn't possible because "this isn't possible at this time of day."

Just another McDonald's, the food tastes almost the same as everywhere else, the problem is that they don't have air conditioning, it was terribly hot in there, other than that everything is fine, they sell you the soda in plastic cups that if you return it they will return it to you the deposit, and they wash and reuse them, I liked that

Table service is offered but not carried out. Orders are not brought to the table, but are made available for collection... ergo: food cold. Sorry/fresh food: none.

There is no toilet here at all, so you can't even wash your hands before eating. Congratulations

Absolutely unfriendly… We sat with our 2 children in the room where supposedly only birthdays are celebrated. The door was open. When we sat down, someone else was already sitting there. The waitress brought us the food. While we were eating, another employee came over in a very rude manner and told us to leave the room. I kindly told her that it was okay, but she continued to argue... 🤣 so we had to somehow take our half-eaten food and leave the room .. NEXT TIME PLEASE PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR OR LOCK IT DIRECTLY SO THAT NO ONE CAN COME IN!

Worst fries I've eaten in a long time and I didn't get my powder with the Mc Shake Fries either - I paid free money for them.

The customer service behaved unprofessionally and rudely towards the customers and shouted at them for lack of paper. The manager did not immediately respond to the situation and did not replace the paper, causing further customer dissatisfaction. The employee who was asked to help behaved unprofessionally and made stupid faces behind customers' backs. Due to the late hour, the customer preferred not to respond to the situation.

The wc is no longer in use, so you have to use the station's one.

We were there today and only had 10 minutes to our train and the team did a good job ☝️😉. Great service 👍

Opens way too late for a station MCs

This McDonald's is in nice location having entrance from train station as well as from outside. It's good place to wait for train or bus and eat something. Only issue i have is temperature. Today (19.07.2024) is sunny but inside of this McDonald's is hotter than outside not even talking about train station. I don't know if this is temporary issue or not so i added date.

Pretty underground McDonalds! Even though I had received a table display, I had to place my order myself! While eating, several flies were bothered so that the atmosphere of the visit was completely ruined. In addition, it annoyed me that my milkshake had almost no chocolate sauce in it even though I had ordered it and paid extra for it. As far as the WiFi is concerned, it is terrible! Really extremely slow. Been there first and will never go there again!

Been here twice. Good food twice! Good portions and quick service! It is a bit busier as it is located in a station building where quite a few trains run.

Ordered three Happy Meals, no toys in all three, no compensation, no price reduction, no comment from the seller, no response from customer service to the complaint. Addendum: Customer service got in touch and instead of toys as replacements, I received three vouchers worth €2 each. This is ONE Happy Meal for €5.79. So now I can buy ONE toy for ONE child while the rest go empty-handed. I'm simply not a customer here anymore if it's my bad luck that I don't receive my order in full.

We were running late to catch a train at Koblenz hbf, so ordered a takeaway. But we were given one of the orders wrong. Got chocolate milkshake instead of strawberry unfortunately 😔 Couldn't double check on spot as we were in a hurry to catch the train

Food 1 star is normal but it is expected. Service is really just disgusting, they don't even let you go to the toilet and you are held responsible for everything as a customer. I also noticed when I was eating my plant-based nuggets that some of them tasted strangely like normal ones... I then left them behind.

I actually wanted to pay with one 10 € but the employee at McDonald's said I had to pay for two afterwards. She smiled at me stupidly and was unfriendly then I would have paid a 10 € note for a fries for a hamburger instead of paying 10 € 2

We only had 4 ice cream orders. One had no sauce at all, the other had more sauce than ice cream. An already half-thawed Milky Way was really pretty bad. When we wanted to exchange a McSunday because it was already pretty melted and there was no sauce on it, we were given a small milkshake that there was nothing else available and we were foh that we would get anything else at all. I hope that management reads this and takes a look at the matter. That was just outrageous

Their customer support is very poor and they take no responsibility at all for their mistakes. My food order wasn't fully delivered and when I contacted them they said it wasn't their problem and I could request my money back from Lieferando. Very irresponsible.

I deduct one from 5 stars for cleanliness. There were several used trays on several tables at the same time. I'm deducting another star because it's unbelievable that McDonalds, a really beautifully designed and huge branch, doesn't want to afford a toilet block. Since the service itself was very good and the food was as advertised, I give it 3 stars.

You can't say anything against the food, McDonalds. The store was extremely full and wasn't 100% clean at the moment, but I can even understand why I got a table and yes. Food also came relatively quickly. Unfortunately we didn't get any napkins and no sauce. As I said, not a big problem, it was extremely busy and can happen. When I asked, I got everything.

It is and remains a juice shop, unfriendly staff (geochs), processing like on an assembly line. I don't understand why the store still exists

They don't have a toilet and they don't want to refund the receipt from the toilet next door. Last shop.

Cash register system is a disaster. When the self-service machine didn't work, the employee asked me to order and pay in the app. After 10 minutes it was done including creating an account, linking PayPal etc. I then received an order code in the app and had to go to the checkout. So get in line, wait another 10 minutes until the code could finally be printed out. Thank you McDonald's. Now you have to put in 20 minutes of effort before you even order. If fast food, then only Burger King.

Never had such a bad meal at McDonalds. Burger cold, bun dry. Poorly functioning terminals. Overall dingy. With the franchise, it would make sense to revoke the license of some operators.

Es ist wirklich richtig unverschämt wie mickrig die Cheesburger mittlerweile sind. Wir hatten zwei Smartmenüs und für diese "Burger" 6€ Euro zu verlangen ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Die werden immer Teurer und dafür immer kleiner! Wir werden definitiv ab sofort den Mc'Donalds meiden!

I ordered plant nuggets and I received a plant nugget (on the top) and 5 chicken nuggets. Really bold. I don't eat meat and I'm really upset, unfortunately I had to get to the bus and couldn't complain. If you could have simply said that there were no more, chili cheese nuggets would have been a good substitute 🤡

Everything perfect The employees are very friendly and if it's very busy at lunchtime you can still get your food quickly.

I ordered at the board with cash payment, Friday evening at 11:10 p.m., it didn't show on the order board that I had to pay first. Please pay first upon request. Ok, I paid, but the number didn't appear on the Preparation or Ready for Collection board. The numerous employees, whose shoes you could sole while running, then started laughing at you when you asked where the food was. It would have been here for a long time. How is the customer supposed to know if the number doesn't appear. It is an absolute taboo and shameful for the customer because there were more staff than customers. Only when I pointed my cell phone at the employees did the branch manager come, who unfortunately couldn't save anything with his explanation and the employees who arrived also accused me of lying. A real disgrace to make fun of the customers. The video was deleted in the presence of the branch manager. I wouldn't buy anything here again.

Die unnötigen Fotos von Albeer Gehlich nerven total, weil sie rein gar nichts mit diesem McDonalds zu tun haben. Vielleicht einfach mal vorher nachdenken. Zu dieser Filiale fahren wir immer gern, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Nette Mitarbeiter, die unter Stress immer ihr Bestes geben und meist noch warme (manchmal auch heiße) Speisen. Wir danken.

The shop gets 5 stars alone because it is the only shop open at Koblenz main station at 8:22 p.m. That's sad! Enough seats, heating and food - that's all you need!

Ordered Bicmac and medium fries. Fries lukewarm, Bicmac clasped together caressingly. I had everything brought to my table. I sat down at a free table, which was completely dirty and littered with rubbish. The employee brought my food and took away the trash. No other employee came to clean the table, nor did the employee who brought my food do so. Actually the restaurant deserves fewer stars 😔

Das Restaurant war sauber und es ging alles zügig. Wie gewohnt gut.

Dem Platz im Bahnhof geschuldet, ist das Ambiente nicht gerade das was man sonst gewohnt ist. Ansonsten das Essen wie erwartet, der Kaffee extrem lecker und das Personal freundlich.

Let's be honest: It is a McDonalds. Of course the food is not top tier. BUT for a McDonalds the food is fresh, hot, and definitely fast. Even when the store is pretty full the staff manages to get you your order fast and in time for you to catch your train. Also, the store is very clean with plenty of seating options. I never thought I would have a favourite McDonalds location but this one is definitely it :)

Die Dame von Drive mit Brille und schwarzen Haaren ist immer mal wieder unfassbar unfreundlich. Schaut einen nicht an wenn man noch ne frage hat und wenn man eine antwort bekommt dann ost diese auch noch patzig!!! Da ist echt verbesserungs bedarf !

Eigentlich beeindruckendes Ambiente. Leider wirkt das Restaurant mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Essen wie überall. Nur wird hier gerne mal was vergessen. Die Reaktion auf Reklamationen ist jedoch immer einwandfrei.

Service: als je aan de balie bestelt ben je hier niet populair. De medewerker is ongeduldig, groet niet, kijkt je niet aan, prevelt onverstaanbaar, stelt op autoritaire toon vragen. Het meisje dat het bestelde naar mijn zitplaats bracht was vriendelijker. Het voedsel was wat je kan verwachten bij de Mac. De oude stationshal is prachtig en de Mac-inrichting gaat daar redelijk gewetensvol mee om.

Very convenient place , i always enter when i am coming back home from somewhere. Easy to grab, fast ... Mc smart menu is very affordable...

Also. Hut ab vor den Mitarbeitern in dieser Filiale. Trotz Stress und viele Kunden. Habe aus Versehen das falsche Menü in der App angeklickt. Wurde direkt gelöscht und mein Wunsch Menü wurde eingebucht. Und das dauert natürlich. Trotzdem sind die Mitarbeiterinnen cool geblieben, obwohl die Hölle los war. Ihr seit top. Arbeite nebenan bei Lidl, sind auch ab und an nach Dienstschluss dort mit einigen Kollegen. Immer total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für den guten Service.

Great place to have coffee and relax

Gestern mittag 24.08 war ich um 12 Uhr essen bestellt. Wollte mal die beiden netten Mitarbeiter an der Abholung erwähnen. Selten so freundliche und liebe Mitarbeiter bei Mc Donalds gesehen. Hatte zum mitnehmen bestellt und es war zum vor Ort essen gerichtet. Ohne ein böses Wort wurde mein Essen eingepackt. Mehrfach erwähnt das dies doch kein Problem sei. Wollte nur mal Danke sagen. Für die nette Bedienung

Wieder einmal typisch McDonalds Masche: Wenn man zum Mitnehmen bestellt, dann bekommt man nahezu immer die abgestandenen Burgers! Man zahlt und schmeißt den Burger nach einem Biss weg.

Mac food. Had beyond meat meals. Well cooked and fast service. But the service is very messy and made a lot of mistakes.
