McDonald's Restaurant in Koblenz

The ice cream was delivered sour, most likely due to the heat of +32. I asked for a replacement, they gave me a good one and did it in front of me. But without saying a word of apology, with a clearly condemning look. I would like to see the staff being friendlier.

Sorry, don't go here anymore. Table service chosen, after 20 minutes. still no service (ID 241). I asked after 20 minutes, the food was now lukewarm. Either there is TABLE SERVICE or I switch off the function in the ordering terminal, but I can't treat the customers like that, done. Point deduction When I'm in a bar, no matter which one, I want to be left alone. I was harassed twice by an asylum seeker who begged. That doesn't work, zero. Apparently the branch management doesn't care, but I as a guest don't. I'd rather go to the Burger King in the Löhrcenter now. Unfortunately one less customer

Well, I ate something from you again for the first time in over a year and I regret it and will definitely NEVER eat anything from McDonalds again. The prices keep increasing and the burgers are getting smaller and smaller! I ordered two double cheesesburgees and I got some the size of a normal cheeseburger instead. That's really a disgrace! I'm not surprised by your headline that Mäcces has the lowest income in 4 years. You do everything to ensure that people no longer leave their money with you! I would have liked to add another photo, but apparently this is no longer possible. Then you would have seen what the “double cheeseburgers” look like now!

Disgusting store, wrong order, piglet may be forgotten. Burger bread very dry. And yet cheese on the burger even though no cheese had been ordered.

Busy place. The food is okay. Not the best McD I had. It was a nice place for a quick bite.

The food is extremely bad and I couldn't eat it a second time

Everything's fine, but there's a crooked woman who's a bit frightening. And the bread from the burgers is very dry.

Incredibly bad, the burger bun was broken on top and didn't taste good either, it was put together carelessly, fries didn't taste like fries but somehow like dishwashing liquid. The waitresses handle the food, it's impossible, they just slap it on the bar, that was the last time I ate at McDonald's. I'm lucky I didn't get a stomach ache, probably because I threw most of it away. It's a shame about the 25 euros I spent with my wife.

The staff was very friendly, but now I have confirmation why I haven't eaten something like that in the last 20 years is not my thing

Disgusting! 2/3 of the toilets are broken and there is a smell that makes you afraid of catching nasal health problems. The cleaning supplies are apparently just lying around as an excuse. I definitely won't eat anything here.

Ordered and paid for 4 cheeseburgers and two boxes of nuggets, in the end it turned out that I was only given one box of nuggets. I have never seen this anywhere. They waited for 20 minutes in vain

A standard McDonald’s with a decent amount of seating inside. Staff seem quite busy though and service is very full-on.

Visiting this branch and eating two cheeseburgers gave me an evening on the toilet. This simply cannot happen and is completely unacceptable.

Malgré la sympathie du gérant, ce McDonald’s est à fuir !!! Premièrement, la nourriture était molle, paraissait MÊME en manque de cuisson. De plus, un mendiant fait la tournée des tables comme si c’était un one man show. Il m’a donc soutiré pas moins de 2€, le couteau sous la gorge!!! Je ne savais que nous étions aux Restos du Cœur !!! I've wanted to write this review for a long time. We celebrated children's birthdays there twice in 2023 (March / April), all the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The tables for the children were very lovingly prepared - great decoration - and there were even games provided. We all had a lot of fun together. We were also served very attentively and everything tasted good.

Pretty much everything was more or less, but everything was somehow dirty, sticky.

Salat braun.Tomaten schrumpelig.Pommes lauwarm. Burger vermatscht. Salat war laut Aufkleber noch frisch.. ....so war es eine Voll Katasstrophe.

Trotz der kaputten Milchshake Maschine bekamen wir kostenlos ein Mc Flurry, Geld zurück und nach der Reparatur einen kostenlosen Milchshake. Großartiger Service

Es war mal eine schöne Filiale in Koblenz. Bin ich,wenn ich in der Stadt war,oft hingegangen. Mittlerweile Treffpunkt von Menschen, die ich nicht besonders mag. Ich fühle mich dort einfach nicht mehr wohl

Service ist aber unglaublich Katastrophe.. Sehr unfreundlich.. Ausnahme eine alte Dame.. Ist sehr nett..

Essen war von guter Qualität und sah auch gut aus, alles war frisch, wurde auch schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Filiale ist allerdings recht klein und hat nicht viel Platz.

Sehr guter McDonalds in super Lage in der Koblenzer Innenstadt. Betreiber sehr nett, kulant und zuvorkommend. 5 Sterne!

Echt 1 van de slechtste McDonalds die ik ooit bezocht heb in div landen personeel meer met zichzelf bezig dan met klant eten was niet wat ik gewend ben van McDonalds en buiten was het ook niet echt uitnodigend.

Ein typischer McDonalds mit Bestellterminals. Essen war auffallend frisch und doch schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Insgesamt in Ordnung.

McDonald's may be famous for selling affordable fast food, but its stock is by no means cheap right now. You can find for 5-6€some combos or menu . I like the atmosphere here . In Warsaw station there were self-ordering boards which was amazing. You just order and sit , they bring for you in some minutes. 👏

Ein Standard MC Donalds mit dem Standard depressiven Look wie alles mittlerweile. Ich würde dort nur zum mitnehmen bestellen, da mittlerweile immer wieder Leute von Bettel-Banden rein kommen und die Leute belästigen und ich rede hier nicht von wirklich hilfsbedürftigen Menschen. Leider wird da auch nicht viel gegen unternommen.

Leider sind die Mitarbeiter*innen nicht dazu imstande Bestellungen richtig auszuführen. Zu den Nuggets (immerhin die richtigen) gab es leider, und das trotz Nachfrage eines Mitarbeiters, die falschen Saucen und der bestellte Shake war ebenfalls falsch

Top Mc in Zentrum von Koblenz. Lange geöffnet. Bestellautomaten und Tischservice. Alles in Ordnung. Man kann schnell und gut essen. Parkmöglichkeiten in d.R. kostenpflichtig gibt es direkt in der Nähe. Gegenüber von Dom (Herz-Jesu-Kirche) und Löhr Center. Es gibt auch Toilette (hat nicht jeder Laden im Zentrum). Also generell typisch wie ein Mc im Stadtzentrum. Kann ich ruhig empfehlen.

Eismaschine defekt. War ja klar. Cola mit Eiswürfel bei 5°C muss ja nicht sein aber okay. Beschwerde statt bbq soße andere soße bekommen, aber auch nicht schlecht. 7/10. Bedingungen 10/10 sehr freundlich. Im großen und ganzen ganz gut. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich kenne diesen McDonalds schon als Kind und habe hier Geburtstage feiern dürfen. In der Regel netter Service. Ansonsten wie alle anderen McDonalds.
