Burger King in Koblenz

I was there today, August 12th, 2024 at around 6:30 p.m. and I have to say, that was the twice and the last time I was there. Unfortunately, most of the staff are the last. The first time I come to the ordering counter, the employee has the microphone on and says to me: "Hey old man, I swear I'm totally with you.. yes, wait, I have to place an order here. Burger King here, something is fine ?... Yes first window" I thought oh my God it couldn't get any worse, no price, no demand from a "professional" or even customer friendliness, nothing belongs to the person. After I paid and just saw the person at the payment window, I unfortunately only became more aware of it. Cappi the wrong way up, lying half out of the window... absolutely impossible. Today I was there again... thought it could only have been a coincidence... I come to the counter, a woman's voice: "YES?". (No standard greeting or anything like that)... then when I asked for a drink and fries I had to ask several times because they couldn't understand her because she just couldn't talk. When we had fought our way through, the only thing that came up was “at the window”. Then I just thought for heaven's sake... After I was told there was no cost and the woman just held out her hand to me, I first asked what she would actually get. I took an annoyed breath... "12.99"... paid for it at the next counter and left the store completely. Another lady. Completely ignored the customer, just put the things on the window sill, shouted something in some language to the colleague in the background, had a toothpick in his mouth that was already wet with saliva... worked in the entire area without gloves and had fingernails as if he had them she worked in the garden. I took my order and threw it straight in the trash. So I can only say after the detailed description... stay away from the store. A letter to the franchise will definitely go out and I will check with the health department...

Are here often/often and everything is actually ok so far! However, yesterday an ice cream from three desserts was very runny and therefore not edible. Went to the counter to complain and asked them to exchange it!? The young man in the red shirt said very loudly, I'll do that but it's the same thing again in a very rude and unfriendly tone. I asked to be more polite and professional. The employee ran away and turned his back on me!! A young employee told me, I'll tell him. I'm of the opinion that it doesn't work that way. In addition, a lot of attention was paid to the fact that this employee was very loud and harsh with the customers not particularly. Polite! Other customers notice this too!! By the way, the ice cream without the warm caramel sauce was ok. (Sauces at almost 30 degrees, cooling would be better) Polite tip!!!! Greetings to the Bolz family

The place is a mess. I ordered chili, cheese fries and there was no sauce on it and I also ordered a cheeseburger and I only got bread and there was nothing on it

The order was incomplete and the men's room smelled like a monkey house.

Food doesn't taste good and you could work more with gloves. Drink was touched at the mouthpiece without gloves and with greasy fingers! The sight of the food and the dirty hands of the waitress made me sick.

Food tastes good and it's a nice place. But if you only get your food if 8 others or more who ordered after you get it first, then that's real dirt

Just disgusting!!! What the burger looks like is what the entire branch looks like!! We were just there and ordered our food and the gentleman who served us was very polite and courteous. He asked us if we wanted to eat here, we said yes, then we kindly asked that we please have our food freshly prepared. Then it started! First the order was packed in bags, then unpacked and served on the tray. We ordered the Whopper menu plus extra onion rings and the crispy chicken and asked again for it to be freshly prepared! We were offered warmed up onion rings that were lukewarm to cold and were also slobbering away. They were only prepared NEW AND FRESH upon request. When we unpacked the burgers, we couldn't believe our eyes that you weren't SHAMEFUL to give a customer such burger buns that were at least 7 days old, where the bread was far dry and fell apart with every bite! The old lettuce had crumbs inside, mealy tomato slices and the onions were just tasteless. The end consumer should pay money for this????? I ask you to SAVE somewhere else but not on food, rather take the BURGER KING on the B9 as an example. You can get fresh food there at any time of the day, regardless of whether there is a lot to do or not. And I don't even want to start with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the floor looked like a mess, there were pieces of dirty fries everywhere on every corner, the toilets God forbid you had to go in. There was no hand soap at all. Cold water and it smelled disgusting inside. SORRY NEVER AGAIN. As the owner, I would really think about what is going wrong in the store!

Quite quick service and clean shop. The place where you can get a fax from Darmstadt was also clean.

I can't say anything about the food because I've never been to this branch. But our daughter was there yesterday after her tire blew out on the highway and it took us over an hour to get to her. And the employee was very nice, sat with her and calmed her down. That meant a lot to our daughter and to us as parents, especially at a time when humanity is not always a given. We thank you and your boss for hiring such a great employee ❤️

Not bad for a roadside Burger King. We hardly had to wait to receive the order, the place was clean, the bathroom too. The food is what you would expect in these places.

Meets the expectations of a well-managed branch, friendly employees

Visited twice, twice too many. The first time I ordered a plant-based burger without cheese. What did I get? A meat patty with cheese. The second time I didn't dare try the plant-based beef substitute, at least I got the plant-based chicken alternative. Only there was so little sauce on the burger that I had to sacrifice my mayo so that my burger wasn't completely dry. The oven fries were over-salted, the normal fries could have used salt and I have never eaten such greasy food in a BK than there. Better go to the subway next door.

Ständig fehlen Artikel! Bezahlung funktioniert jedoch selbstverständlich einwandfrei. Nahezu kein Deutsch wird gesprochen/verstanden. Das reicht jetzt.

Einmal zu BK immer zu BK leider Bier kein freies WLAN was ich in der heutigen Zeit auf jedenfall nicht gewohnt bin das selbst in meiner Region und überall Gast und gratis WLAN Angeboten wird besonders wenn Mann im Laden steht Mann absolut keinen Empfang hat ( Funkloch)

Die Dame am Schalter hat einfach das Kartenlesegerät an das Auto gelegt, das grenzt schon fast an Sachbeschädigung. Auf den Hinweis es bitte nicht auf das Auto zu legen kam auch keine Reaktion. Der Rucola und die Soße vom King's Beef Double hat nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt, generell sah der burger sehr matschig aus, das bin ich von dem anderen burger king an der b9 nicht gewohnt und da werde ich dann auch lieber essen. Es wurde Ketchup und der sour cream dip vergessen, Aber Hauptsache bezahlt. Die Pommes waren nicht lecker, den einen Stern für das Essen gebe ich für die frisch frittierten onion rings. Das restaurant sieht sich nicht ansprechend aus, meiner Meinung nach, aber da hat die Konkurrenz einfach die Nase vorn. Normal ist anders, Katastrophe!

Wieder ein normales Fast-Food& Restaurant. Warum gibt es bei Ladestationen nicht auch mal qualitativ hochwertiges?

Das Essen war schnell da und es war alles lecker. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. 5/5 Sterne

Burger zur Hälfte trocken wie die Wüste.

Das Essen ist halt BürgerKing. Wobei die Pommes leckerer sind als bei meinem letzten Besuch bei Mac. Die Soßen sind auch geschmackvoller. Besonderes Lob an das höfliche Personal.

30.10.2023 19:20 Wer auch immer grade meinen long und crispy chicken gemacht hat, sollte eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommen. Nicht nur, dass der crispy chicken seit zig Besuchen in verschieden Filialen endlich wieder knusprig war, nein sogar der long chicken war knusprig. Wirklich wirklich gut! Bitte bleib in deiner Position und an die Filialleitung: Sie haben da jemanden der weiß was er tut, ich hoffe sie wissen das zu schätzen!

Sehr schneller Service. Wir waren unterwegs und mussten für eine große Anzahl an Personen etwas kaufen: Es ging sehr schnell Die Eismaschine war nicht kaputt Und alle waren freundlich Insgesamt ein Burger King den man wieder besuchen kann

Langsame Bedienung. Unhöfliches Personal. Und die bedinterminals sind so langsam. Da war mein altes Nokia schneller. Einfach schreckliches Betriebssystem.

Bester Burger King weit und breit! Generell eine der Besten Filialen die ich in Europa bisher besuchen durfte👌 Keine Probleme oder vergessenen Bestandteile der Bestellung. Frische Burger, appetitlich, sauber und freundlich. Super! Hat lange geöffnet und mich daher oft gerettet 👍

War ehrlich gut, wenn man so hungrig und kaputt vom festival kommt und 2 Burger zum fairen Preis(viel günstiger als mcs) kriegt, da bedeutet einem das schon was. Top!!!!

Pommes waren matschig, Chili Cheese Nuggets waren wie drei Mal aufgewärmt. Zusätzlich ist es fast unmöglich im BK die App aufzurufen und einen Coupon zu aktivieren. Kennen eigentlich andere Qualität von BK

Ein großes Lob an die Küche. Es ist selten, dass das Gemüse auf dem Burgern so frisch und knackig ist, ebenso sind die Pommes nicht so krass versalzen, sodass man sogar noch die Kartoffel schmeckt. Also das hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Einen Mangel hätte ich aber: Der Internetempfang im BK selber ist sehr beschränkt bis nicht vorhanden. Eine kostenlose WLAN Nutzung wäre hilfreich gerade wenn man die App benutzen will um zu bestellen.

Burger und Pommes sind wie von Burger King gewohnt... Personal freundlich... Aber die Chicken Nuggets waren grottig.

Haben 3x Eis bestellt, waren gut aber ein bisschen wenig in Becher.

Essen war gut uns im Laden war es sauber aber das Inventar ist etwas gebraucht was bestimmt nicht ausbleibt

Besser als der Burger King in der Stadt

Das Essen war gut, BK üblich. Die Pommes waren früher mal knuspriger. Wir konnten aber sehr gut einkehrt und ein Päuschen in der Sonne machen.

Bin ein Antifan von Fastfood, darum esse was ich zu hause selbst bereite. Und bereite was ich selbst erbeute. Nur blos um den Eis zu genissen, fahre ich zum BurgerKing. Diese tolle Erfindung von Margaret Thatcher kann ich selber nicht machen. Wahrscheinlich bin ich subjektiv, darum für Service 5 und für Essen 3 Sterne.

Ich war schon einige mal dort, hier ging es immer zügig voran, kaum Wartezeiten trotz Sonderwünschen. :)

Nach 3 Besuchen per DriveIn: Personal: freundlich, auch bei Nachfragen Essen: - hin und wieder lieblos zusammengeklatscht - öfter mal nicht so warm - bisher immer alles drin was bestellt wurde DriveIn: - die Kurve ist etwas eng, gerade für größere Fahrzeuge brauch man Augenmaß - Verständigung über das Bestellterminal ist wie bei vielen BKs bescheiden, aber machbar - wie bei fast alles BKs funktioniert der Bildschirm am Bestellterminal anscheinend nicht

Habe meiner Tochter heute ein Kids Box geholt, und mir 2 Cheeseburger mit Pommes, Zu einem war kein Spielzeug drin aktuell sind es ja die Schlümpfe ( Becher ) Bei beiden die Pommes total Kalt!. Sehr enttäuschend……

Essen soweit ok, Team freundlich. ABER: kein netz (o2 und d1), heisst, man kann keine coupons aus der app bestellen. Wlan für Kunden gibts nicht, was selbst der Mitarbeiter nicht gut findet. Das sollte sich ändern.
