I've never had to wait so long for my food! The employees were on a roll, my dear friend. Absolute impudence... Let's not go there anymore!

Over 20 minutes waiting time in the restaurant. Staff disinterested and no greeting. The fries were cold. The new facility is rather cold and boring.

To be honest, I'm pretty pissed, an order was over 30 euros and over half of it was missing. Was there this evening to get something to eat for us, stupid as I was I didn't check what I received after ordering (yes I don't know how I didn't notice that...) and I only received a menu so worth it Approximately 15 euros, I paid for food worth over 35 euros! Ridiculous how something like this can happen? Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home and was no longer able to complain about it. It's a shame, I understand that something can be missing or something is wrong, how such a fatal error can arise is a mystery to me! My recommendation, you better check your orders in this branch!

Here the same: How can it be that there is no more ice cream 3 hours before closing time?! Every time the ice cream maker is supposedly “broken”! Who still believes this stupid excuse?! Everyone knows that the staff simply cleans the machine way too early because they are just too lazy to do it right before the end!! Incredible!! That would be like saying: "Sorry, the frying eye is broken, no more fries today!" Simply take a complete product off the menu because you don't feel like doing your job, easy. Thanks again for nothing!

Unfortunately I am very disappointed by unfriendly employees and cold food, several times 😔

We often eat here when we don't have time to cook and want good burgers 🍔. Personally, we personally like BURGER KING better than... It rarely happens that something isn't quite right. But Then we communicate that and there will be a replacement.

Just ordered 4 Plant-based Chili Cheeseburgers at the Drive In with PLANT BASED PACKAGING and there were still real meat patties in them! It's just annoying that you can't even trust the store/staff anymore, whether they're really plant-based citizens, that's not possible! This incident was an absolute disgrace and catastrophe! Something like that simply shouldn't happen! 15 euros in the trash. No further recommendation and preferably no star either! It was my last visit to this store.

The food was “freshly” prepared and the staff were more than friendly. However, I was only there because it was 32° outside and I wanted to eat somewhere cool. After pulling into the tightest parking spot (heavily pregnant), I was glad I didn't have to sweat inside anymore. But that was wrong, why is there no air conditioning in a building belonging to a giant American fast food chain?? It was even warmer inside than outside and I escaped back into my car to eat. I felt sorry for the employees in the kitchen.

I came across the Google reviews because I unfortunately had the same experience as many others at the weekend. Less than 5 hours after eating in this branch I had severe stomach pain. This lasted for several hours until it really started. I really can't believe how this happened. That was the last time I entered this Burger King. The health department should come and see you.

First of all, the renovation is really great, the whole ambience looks great, even the air conditioning is really awesome. The food was also great, fresh and really tasty. So you can really recommend that. The Emmental burger was really very very 😋

I'm really pissed, I got dangerous food poisoning because of eating this shed. SO WARNING TO ANYONE WITH CHILDREN!!! I would like to share a very negative experience we had on May 19th, 2024 at Burger King on the B9 in Koblenz. After eating a teriyaki burger including fries with mayo, my husband suffered the worst food poisoning of his life. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we noticed that the employees preferred to smoke outside in the restaurant area instead of freshly preparing the food. This was also reflected in the quality of the food: the fries were cold and old, and our order was taken incorrectly. What was particularly irritating was that the employees were sitting comfortably outside, smoking and taking orders from McDrive at the same time. About 15 minutes after eating the burger, my husband started feeling nauseous. Less than an hour later our Sunday was completely ruined by severe food poisoning. Stay away from this Burger King! It is extremely dangerous to eat there if there are no proper staff on site and hygiene is so seriously neglected.

Unfriendly service and employees

Absolutely no recommendation. Ordered 2 menus etc. When we got home, the fries were missing from both menus. The King Nuggets were “cross” and dark brown and actually totally dry and inedible. Double Whopper mashed together in paper and therefore not edible. This has nothing to do with fast food at BurgerKing! By the way, ketchup was there, but has now gone in the trash, along with the drinks. Absolutely disappointing.

We have been there many times because we have been satisfied so far. But that was it for now... Yesterday, April 28th, 2024, when I was waiting for food, I saw an employee preparing the food without gloves... I ordered 2 bigkings, and about an hour after eating I started having stomach ache, and now it's real cramps, with very severe gastrointestinal problems... I also let my wife bite twice, but shortly afterwards she had the problems, but they didn't last as long as mine... I thank you for allowing us to pay for the illnesses... The health department should take a look.

Just a quick snack. Semi-automatic order processing. Service is not, and no one expects it. Staff friendly.

After the last 3-4 visits to this branch, I always felt very bad the day after. I won't be visiting the branch again for the time being. Otherwise, the employees are very friendly and the new interior is also very chic.

This Burger King is located in a commercial area in Koblenz, but you can still sit very comfortably inside and outside. Outside, a few trees contribute to a pleasant climate. The quality of service varies slightly depending on the rush (quantity of customers) and from person to person. On the whole, however, mostly friendly and therefore slightly above average for a fast food restaurant. The food on offer is of good quality and freshly prepared. There are now some vegetarian and vegan products that can now finally be distinguished visually and that really taste good. Unfortunately, a lot of waste is still produced, even despite the new reusable option for drinks. The new ambience after the renovation (03/2024) is modern and has some eye-catchers. On Saturday, February 24th, 2024 we once again had a “super” experience at the BURGER KING Koblenz on the B9! While we were waiting for our food to be prepared and put together, we witnessed an employee in the area where the burgers were prepared sneeze very heavily and loudly 3 times after each course, WITHOUT putting his hand over his nose and mouth, or even to turn away accordingly…. he “STROOT” in the area where the food was! When I then expressed myself a little louder about the fact that you would/should please keep your hand in front of your nose and mouth and that this would probably just be disgusting and disgusting, I was then told off by the employee [in extremely bad German]. insulted and he said that he would wash his hands after all, but I didn't see that because he most likely DIDN'T do it! Likewise, the employees [everyone... including those at the counter] simply reach into the container with cucumbers etc. with their bare hands [unwashed/without gloves] in order to then eat them... that's not possible! None of the employees who prepare the burgers wear gloves or anything similar... which is probably also required for hygiene reasons!? In addition, the only people employed here are those who barely speak the German language and hardly ever/rarely understand it! The leader could just as well come from the “Taliban” because he looks exactly like that and of course he has very poor command of the German language and showed no reaction whatsoever to the incident described above! I will of course make a corresponding information/complaint to both the health department and the trade inspection office so that such practices can be put to a stop and this shop will then hopefully be closed!

I just stood in the drive-in for 25 minutes for four burgers, what did I get? Three burgers for the price of four and another rude guy at the drive-in counter, it was the last time I'll eat there!!!!

After the renovation. It was cold in the entire restaurant due to the new outside air climate. It wasn't much different from outside. It wasn't just my impression, because many other guests were also sitting in the (!) restaurant with jackets on. The new lighting. The decorative lighting and the pick-up lighting create an unpleasant glare. Later, all interior lighting was switched on. Too bright and unpleasant. The atmosphere. Like in a hall (similar to a swimming pool or train station hall). A volume that makes it impossible to have a normal conversation. There weren't loud talking other guests. That such interior work is still being done without noise-absorbing elements. Overall, we no longer felt comfortable and will not stay in the restaurant again. We liked the new order terminals.

Food and service of the usual quality, but air conditioning/ventilation much too cold. Blindingly bright neon signs on the wall and above the counter, making it hard to see the order numbers on the screen. Background noise like in an indoor swimming pool, especially when there are many families with children. It's a shame, the new furniture doesn't make up for it.

If you've seen a Burger King, you know them all. Service, food, ambience, everything OK.

I neither had the time nor the inclination to stand in line for another 20 minutes to complain and let the remaining food get cold. A pity! Update 3 years later: After ordering at the self-service terminal today, you can wait 20 minutes for your food. My wife got a chili cheeseburger instead of a normal cheeseburger, while my two plant-based cheeseburgers turned into just one and a normal one. There was also an unexplained price correction at the terminal in the last step when paying. The employees appear to be poorly trained and barely trained. But the branch management is clearly to blame here. It's clear that planning is being done with far too few employees. And the employees present can then work crookedly or receive little or no training. The newly designed seating area is anything but inviting. Cold, sober and extremely loud. That was our last visit to Burger King for a long time and the last visit to this branch.

The staff is very unfriendly and I think they're just stupid because even after asking, half of the order was forgotten. Cashier 099 probably shouldn't work in "customer service" if she doesn't like people.

I've always been satisfied so far, nothing special but also no worse than other BurgerKings. On January 31st, 2024, everything was dark at lunchtime, cordoned off with a tape and a lot of craftsmen there. Either it is completely closed and something new is coming in or they are renovating. So currently closed.

We arrived at 11pm on Saturday and we were told that there was no more beef. Ok, no problem, we're vegetarians anyway... So we wanted to order a plant based burger, but we were told that that wasn't possible either, because the grill is already off. ... OK, so we asked for fries but "the machine was broken" but they could offer us chilli cheese nuggets. When asked if they were also fried, one of the employees completely backtracked and said they couldn't offer anything anymore. A simple "Sorry, we've already cleaned everything! There's nothing left" would have saved us a ton of time :/ If the internet says it's open until 12 p.m., people expect food to be available until then. Management should ensure that either time is scheduled for clean-up or the time is adjusted.

I'm not a fan of fast food, but this alternative was really OK. Very good fries, very tasty burgers.

First of all, the negative, arrived at 12:30 a.m. and the store is closing, it is closed on January 19, 2024 and the employees are finishing work. I usually work until my shift is over and my services are completed. Good: no mistakes have been made so far and I was full, which in my opinion is the most important thing about a meal!

One of the more boring BK restaurants. Light wasn't turned on. The employee at the checkout was also responsible for the drive-thru and was understandably very stressed and almost overwhelmed. According to the protocol, the toilets were last checked the day before.

Has nothing to do with “fast food”. If I have time I'll go somewhere else and if I don't have time it's better too.

Waited a long time and the food wasn't great

Uff. Wo fange ich an. Großer Laden, leider Probleme an allen Ecken. Ja, es mag heute viel los sein, aber das Restaurant war nicht voll. Nur an der Kasse (2 besetzt) hängt es. Und bei den Abläufen im Hintergrund.... Effizienz ist hier ein Fremdwort. Ich musste erst einmal 15 Minuten anstehen, um dann noch einmal 10 Minuten auf mein Essen zu warten. Zwischendurch war zumindest ein Teil meiner Bestellung fertig und wurde schon in einer Tüte gelegt, der Burger wurde aber von der Mitarbeiterin des Drive In in Anspruch genommen /aus meiner Tüte genommen, was meine Wartezeit noch mal um einige Minuten verlängert hat. der Mitarbeiter, der meine Tüte gepackt hat, hat dies bemerkt und sich auch bei einer älteren Kollegin beschwert (ich auch zusätzlich!) , diese hat aber keine Verantwortung übernommen. Fraglich ist wer hier die Schichtleitung ist und dieses Chaos zulässt, was kundenunfreundlicher nicht sein kann. In der langen Wartezeit am Tresen habe ich viel Zeit gehabt, das was mir möglich war, einzusehen und zu beobachten. In Sachen Hygiene ist mir aufgefallen, dass ein Mitarbeiter, ich konnte seinen Kopf nicht sehen, mit einem Kettchen am Handgelenk sowie einem Metallring am Finger Burger zusammengestellt hat... meines Wissens nach ist das in Bezug auf Hygienevorschrift nicht in Ordnung.Entweder Handschuhe oder ohne Schmuck! Andere sichtbare Mitarbeiter trugen auch keine Handschuhe oder Haarnetze. Zwischendrin ist mein zuständiger Mitarbeiter in den Zubereitungs-Raum gegangen, wo die Burger zusammengestellt werden und hat mit Kollegen laut gefeixt, aber auch nach den Burgern gefragt und erwähnt, dass ich durch den "Klau" der Kollegin vom drive-in schon sehr lange auf meine Bestellung warte. Dafür der 1 Stern... leider hat er sich nicht entschuldigt als er mir dann endlich die Bestellung übergeben hat. Es war ihm dann doch sehr egal. Das Personal kommt insgesamt wenig kundenorientiert und verlässlich oder vertrauenserweckend vor. Es wurden viele Gespräche geführt, unter anderem auch dass ein Kollege nicht gekommen sei und man nicht wisse, was mit ihm ist. Zudem war der Service Stand mit Servietten und Co. nicht aufgefüllt. Einen Kassenbon habe ich auch nicht erhalten (essen war to - go). Insgesamt finde ich es traurig, wie schlecht und ineffizient dieser Laden geführt wird. Wenn die Prozesse wirklich so vorgeschrieben sind, wie sie hier heute sichtbar waren, ist das bedauerlich und auf niedrigem Niveau geplant bzw nicht evaluiert und der Service allgemein schlecht, sowie die Service - Zeit in speziellen ist viel zu lang. Ich komme aus dem Bereich (Kundenservice -) Beratung,bin also fachlich nicht ohne Kenntnis. Fastfood ist es bei einer Wartezeit von insgesamt 25 Minuten jedenfalls nicht mehr... Und hygienisch auch fraglich. In diesen Burger King werde ich nicht wieder gehen, und vielleicht generell in keinen Laden der Kette mehr. Nachtrag : War mein einziges Essen heute. Hatte den ganzen Abend Bauchkrämpfe und Durchfall. Ob es zusammenhängt, darf nun gerne überlegt werden.

So weit ist das Essen okay Bedingung ist freundlichen gewesen. Toilette ist bei den Herren mehr als ekelhaft es stinkt also ob alle auf den Boden gemacht haben die Klobrillen sind Lose und laden nicht zum sitzen ein sind um 13 ihr da gewesen bis dahin augenscheinlich auch noch keine Kontrolle durch Personal

Die Qualität vom Essen hat leider stark abgebaut. Burger nur lauwarm. Die warmhalte Theke komplett voll Essen. Wartezeit trotzdem recht lang. Pommes laberig.

Der langsamste BK den ich je erlebt habe!

Einziger BK im Umkreis. Personal mit einer weiblichen Ausnahme bestenfalls "naja" vom Gesamteindruck her. Pommes nur lauwarm, da bereits sehr lange abgepackt, obwohl nichts los war. Cola ohne hatte dann doch Eis im Becher. Becher leider immer noch mit Plastikdeckel. Nein, dieser Besuch war nix.

Der Service vor Ort ist freundlich, daher 2 Sterne. Aber das ist leider kein Plant based Long Chicken...ist es überhaupt Plant based?

Das Personal lustlos. Teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten, obwohl kaum Betrieb ist. Das Essen ist trotzdem nicht heiß. Alles in allem war das ich endteucht von Service und dem Essen.

Längere Wartezeit bis überhaupt die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Vom Betreten bis zum Verlassen (Essen zum Mitnehmen) vergangen 20-30 min, obwohl sehr wenig los war. Parkplatz war voll, obwohl in der Filiale wenig Personen waren.

Ist nicht der Beste Burger King, aber soweit OK. Leider war nicht alles heiß und die Pommes etwas labberig.
