They are deliberately delaying things, especially with the delivery drivers. I hope the delivery drivers' orders are prepared quickly, because if the driver has food in the car and there are delays in preparation, there will be problems with the driver. Thank you.

The fries were cold, the burger barely had any sauce, and they weren't cleaning the tables anymore. The touch kiosks for ordering were sticky, there was no way to disinfect them, and then you had to hand-eat the burger – mmm, delicious! Never again in this germ-ridden place.

We used the app to order what is probably the most common McDonald's product for pickup at the counter. Our order appeared ready for pickup on the monitor, but was immediately dismissed. After about 5 minutes at the counter, we asked where our order was. The employee ignored us, and after a few more minutes, the manager finally came. He asked if we were waiting for something. After waiting another 5 minutes, and me asking for the manager again, we were laughed at and ignored once more. After a full 15 minutes, we finally received our cheeseburgers and two Cokes. They were also "ragged" and very sloppily assembled. There was absolutely no sign of fast food, and the service seemed to be on break.

It's always fascinating how the order can be wrong every time you go to the drive-thru and the nice bearded man isn't there. You should clone the man or publish his work schedule so people know when to pull up to the window or, better yet, go inside.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We ordered breakfast here. Fifty minutes and four inquiries later, we finally had most of our order at the table (but still not everything!). The pancakes we ordered were initially sold out, but when we asked for a refund, they found some in the storeroom. Instead of a burger, we were given a chicken burger. The food was all cold; some of the cheese slices were practically frozen solid. Not recommended! We both feel sick after our visit.

This is the second time in a row that something has been missing from my order. The first time, the Royal TS was completely missing from an order of around €30. This time, I checked the order (around €20) directly at the counter to make sure everything was there, since I wasn't going to drive 10 kilometers back and forth to complain. Today, there was only one hamburger in the TS package. This is simply infuriating.

I went to McDonald's today and was very dissatisfied with my experience. The bun on my burger was noticeably burnt and therefore inedible. In addition, the preparation took an unusually long time. I was understanding and considerate, but fast food shouldn't take that long. I would be very grateful if someone could apologize for this incident. It's very dirty and there's trash everywhere. The restrooms are filthy and lack toilet paper. The service leaves much to be desired; I waited 10 minutes at the register before I could pay for two McFlurries. The food is actually quite good, but sometimes a bit cold.

A modern McDonald's branch, like many others! Fast and mostly good service! Friendly staff! Everything is tidy and clean! Due to its convenient location, it's always busy! For me, it's more of a place to get takeout than to eat in! In short: It's a McDonald's!

Unfriendly! Apparently, they're no longer serving fries at breakfast time??? They're available everywhere except in Koblenz on the B9... And of course, no milkshakes or ice cream either, because the machine is being cleaned 22 out of 24 hours, and yet the milkshakes and ice cream remain a germ factory 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They're also allowed to smoke on the slide where kids play during the day, even during breakfast hours. Cologne, Alaaf! I won't be setting foot in that place again. Have a good breakfast.

Clean McDonald's, food of usual quality.

Apparently, as with all locations of this chain, qualified staff are never valued. The hiring criteria never seem to include reading and counting skills. I find it disrespectful how high the error rates are in such establishments.

We'll be avoiding this place. We bought food at the drive-thru there on Sunday for almost €40. Unfortunately, we didn't check the order immediately. Two orders of fries with mayo were missing; we only noticed this when we got home. I contacted the branch by email and received no reply. This is terrible quality management and, above all, terrible service. Reading the reviews, you'd think it's a scam. It saves them a lot of money; the customer, especially at the drive-thru, is the one who gets the short end of the stick. I'll be filing a complaint with management.

The fries were ice cold. Some female employees don't treat customers like customers. On busy days, more attention should be paid to both the products and the customers.

All in all, a good experience; we would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

The food is like everywhere else. You can order at the kiosks or at the counter, like in the old days. You can pay by card or cash at the register. The food is brought to your table. It's located right next to the main road, and on the other side is a less attractive part of Koblenz. In the mornings, there's often something in the parking lot, sometimes even vomit. But McDonald's can't be held responsible for that. There's always someone cleaning up. They're always trying their best. There are also power outlets inside for charging.

Hi everyone, I went to McDonald's again after a really long time. Unfortunately, not much has changed here. Many items were sold out, which is terrible for a Saturday night. But the real issue is that the fries were cold, and the large M (presumably a type of beer) was also cold. For a takeaway order, there were no napkins or even a straw. That's not what I call service. Lately, the fries and Tasty Burgers have been too cold. After complaining, I received new fries (hot) and a new burger (internal temperature below 36 degrees Celsius), which I complained about again. They claimed they were unable to serve a warm burger and gave me a refund. I'm looking for a better branch – or have they simply lost their touch?

Today was definitely my last time at McDonald's!!! Not a single table was clean. The burger and fries were cold; after complaining twice, the fries were hot and the burgers lukewarm. The staff was very unfriendly!!! They force you to pay by card or PayPal in the app, and it's the same in the restaurant, as they simply ignore you.

I think it has become very expensive and unfortunately the citizens are no longer what they used to be, in terms of taste and size.

NEVER AGAIN McDonald's Koblenz Friedrich Mohr Straße. Ordered via mobile phone, order couldn't be found. Ordered normally, of course paid more, the Big Mac didn't deserve the word "Big" in its name anymore and the cold fries had practically no salt on them. If you decide to order takeout, CHECK YOUR ORDER!! I ordered €34 worth of takeout and discovered that a burger was missing. The shift manager told me to come by and he would make it up to me. They also gave me a portion of fries and a vanilla apple turnover for free. In short: I could throw away a €25 burger because it was cold!!! But we could easily share a portion of fries, a burger, and an apple turnover three ways!!!!!

The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. The fries were coldand smelly, and somehow both soggy and dry at the same time a true mystery of modern science. The burger looked nothing like the picture; it was a sad, flattened mess with a slice of cheese that barely covered half the patty.

We usually like going here, but today was a nightmare! It was the middle of the night and there were only three cars...the second car in front of us only ordered French fries and had to wait 15 minutes before they even got the right one...we got the order from the person directly in front of us and, after waiting 15 minutes, got our cold food. The employee was quite unfriendly and didn't really accommodate the customers after the several mistakes. We were given stupid looks when we complained that after waiting 15 minutes, not even the French fries were lukewarm. Please find better employees!

Very friendly staff Food? It's just fast food.

McDrive, outdoor seating plus a children's play area. Recently modernized, and the major drawback (TINY toilet cubicles) has at least been addressed with a disabled/family restroom. Furthermore, the outdoor area has been roofed and enclosed with glass, which is great because it reduces noise (quite loud due to the B9) and you can sit outside even in the rain if you're a smoker or have smokers with you who would otherwise be annoying. A big compliment to the exceptional McDrive employee—a fixture at the microphone, a long-time employee here—is synonymous with efficiency and precision. I learned the NATO alphabet for the correct letters of the codes from him. A great guy and an asset to the quality of this McDrive!

The food itself is just standard McDonald's. The problem here is that none of the service employees seem to speak German, let alone be able to communicate. Unfortunately, that's why I only give it 3 stars for service. Otherwise, a cozy place.

I'm really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. Neither the vanilla milkshake nor the pistachio McPop were available – two products I was particularly looking forward to. Especially with a large and established brand like McDonald's, I expect reliable availability of advertised products. Additionally, the white chocolate raspberry cookie was a real disappointment. It was so hard that you could probably have easily smashed a car window with it – that's definitely not what enjoyment looks like. Overall, the visit was disappointing and poor, as both the product range and product quality fell well short of my expectations. I hope that McDonald's will place more emphasis on freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction in the future. And add Red Bull to their range! I wouldn't give it a star, but unfortunately, you have to.

The food is never really hot. Fries and burgers are always lukewarm, but the tables and the floor inside and out are the last straw; they're so disgusting, it makes you want to eat. After the renovations, everything got even worse. The pillar next to the cash register obscures your view of it, so you always have to call for an employee to finally get someone to come to the cash register. At other McDonald's restaurants, you get hot food and it's at least halfway decently clean. This place should definitely be inspected by McDonald's Germany.

Slowest Meccanica in the entire area, if not Rhineland-Palatinate. It has absolutely nothing to do with "fast food"; I wait at least 15 minutes for my food EVERY TIME (for one person). The staff apparently have no idea how to prepare meals correctly in chronological order.

Yesterday, I was here for the first time in a while. With two kids and a standard selection, I paid €30 (that's thirty!!!). Tss, are you crazy? The fries were only lukewarm as always, and the restrooms are now terrible. Friends, you're cutting corners. Change something quickly, or it's over for us!

Picking up isn't possible. It takes forever. The service at the restaurant is definitely quicker.

Every time I'm there the tables inside and out are completely filthy. You have to tell the cashier every time that all the tables need to be cleaned. It can't be that the customer has to ask the staff what needs to be done. Then someone came and only cleaned our table but all the other tables were ignored. If it's so dirty inside and out, what's it like in the kitchen? Kind regards.

The lady at the counter was extremely unfriendly, seemed visibly in a bad mood, and lacked patience and understanding. As a customer, you feel completely unwelcome in such a situation – a brief moment of friendliness would have been enough. Especially at a company as large as McDonald's, I expect a minimum level of courtesy and professional behavior, even during stressful times. It's a real shame.

You go there once a year, and half the food is packed incorrectly. Last time, they were complete incompetents. They're too stupid to read the display and pack things correctly three times. 0 stars is best.

Totally disorganized and chaotic, the drive-thru counter was broken or unmanned, but not marked, so all cars had to back out. Completely wrong food was handed out. Disaster!

When I'm asked twice at the pickup window if I want a McChicken, and I say no twice, the employee then walks away with the bag, comes back, and I repeat my order, without McChicken!!! Cold, wobbly, over-salted fries. For everyone, you couldn't select a toy for the kids' menu on the monitor when ordering. When I asked them when they were delivered, they obviously had something...

Significantly more hectic and dirtier than other branches. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for your food, which isn't appropriate for a fast-food restaurant. The food is okay, but sometimes the food is sloppily crammed into the containers.

You don't really need it. The fries were lukewarm and the burger was almost falling apart. There was also no napkin. However, after about 10 minutes, I was asked if everything was OK, and they immediately brought me a napkin. That was good.

This was our second time there. The wait times are simply terrible. We waited 40 minutes for the food to be ready. And then some of it was even the wrong kind. The entire staff is completely overwhelmed. The Chicken McNuggets were cold and the fries were terrible. No thanks. Not a third time.

I came here with my family. The wait time was 15 minutes (normal since we ordered food for 30 euros). The Big Mac was good, and so was everything else. Best McDonald's for me in Koblenz.

Every time, you're happy that the B9 McS is still open until you get there and can once again personally enjoy the culinary garbage, which falls far short of the already low McS standards. Add to that the incredibly unfriendly employees who complain if you hand over a twenty-cent piece in your paycheck. Recommendation: It's better to go to sleep at night than to think, "I'll still make the trip to the B9 McS."

The tables are completely filthy! I can't understand why they can't be wiped clean! The wait for table service was so long, and then the wrong burgers were served on the tray!

I'd like to point out that something was missing on my third visit in a row. Of course, I didn't take the slip with me when I paid, and with three kids in the car, I didn't check directly. Visit 1: Cheeseburger, visit 2: Happy Meal game, visit 3: 6-pack of chicken nuggets... Not being able to get everything in a 3v3 situation for orders between €10 and €25 is pretty critical in my opinion. Thanks for your feedback. The man on the switchboard, on the other hand, was a real stroke of luck - keep it up.

Just a typical shop. The food was okay. After the renovation, everything is a bit more modern. The service is also okay. My order disappeared from the screen once, but of course I still got it.

The food is just like any other McDonald's, but the wait time for food is abysmal these days. It's not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for your order. Last time I went there, I left without ordering because I didn't want my McCaffee cappuccino after 30 minutes. It's a truly disorganized place. You can't really call it a "system" restaurant.

Unfortunately, I agree with most people here. Since this McDonald's was remodeled, the quality has declined so much. It's really sad. You order your food to go from the restaurant and have to wait well over 20 minutes. The location isn't well chosen either. The worst thing about it, though, is that when you finally get your food, it's already very cold before you've even left the restaurant. Before the remodel, things were much better. Why do we have to change things like this? We will avoid this McDonald's branch from now on and won't visit it again. You can lose customers this way, but that probably doesn't matter. It's a shame, we always enjoyed going there. That won't happen again.

I'm often in Koblenz for work and like to make a quick stop there on my return journey. Since I've never been disappointed so far, I just have to praise it! In my experience, this Mäcces is clearly one of the better ones. I haven't had any problems with the food, service or cleanliness. And what is an absolute rarity: on several of my last visits, I was asked by an MA (apparently in a managerial position) during my stay whether I was satisfied. I don't know where I've experienced this before in any other McDonald's restaurant and I think it's absolutely exemplary. Therefore: I would like to come back next time I visit KO.

I was at mcs and got a breakfast menu and there was a (WHITE LONG HAIR DRINE) and then the wrap was half full. I just want to point out that I've gotten so much away from it for nothing.

Unfortunately, as in many branches, the same problem is that when you order a latte macchiato, no portafilter coffee is prepared. It's a shame, since McDonalds advertises this with McCafe. When I asked at the counter, all I got was: “You have to talk to the manager.”

Ordered food at the drive-thru. Of 5 things, 2 were forgotten. Inside the “restaurant” they complained to me that she personally packed the food. After a long discussion, we realized that a bag had been forgotten to be handed over to us. This was then sloppily slammed onto the counter. Super unprofessional and unfriendly employee! Bad service.

Very loud beeps and beeps are annoying.

I was at McDonald's on the B9 after work that evening around 10:30 p.m. The store was normally busy to rather empty, but I still waited 10 to 15 minutes at the checkout to place my order - to no avail. Even a service employee loudly said that someone should come to the checkout, but no one paid attention. At some point I just gave up and left the store. Very disappointing, especially when you just want something quick to eat after a long day at work.

Unfortunately, cleanliness is not evident here.
