I ordered a menu there and also said I would like some meat that was freshly fried. I got a burger where neither the bread was freshly rusted nor the meat looked like it was overcooked, it came out of a drawer and the bun was browned but probably too long ago so everything was of poor quality. I regulated and got the same thing again after pressure from me. I gave up and lost McDonald as a customer

Stay away from this McDonald’s! A cheeseburger has few components and then this: no mustard, a slice of pickle and a tiny piece of onion. Of course, unfortunately I also ordered 2... I'm stunned... Please ask the restaurant for an explanation.

Good old McDonald's. The most traditional branch in all of Koblenz other than the train station. Fast processing of the order. Brings back memories of the past, when you danced at the Disco Extra and then had a burger from Macces. And for the insiders: Django isn't paying today 😂

Went to Mc Drive to get food. Unfortunately, when we got home, a burger was missing. After I complained by phone, I received the forgotten burger and an apple turnover as an apology. Unfortunately we had to go to Mc Donalds again.

Cleanliness still leaves a lot to be desired. All the free tables were dirty, and there were bits of leftover food and burger paper on the benches. The burger, which cost almost 10 euros, had a single slice of bacon on it. Craziness! The cup of McSunday soft ice cream was only half full at a price of 1.69 euros. McDonald's has become more expensive, but better?

....and this...fits into our totally depraved Germany...everything, black tiles, smeared walls, dirty tables, ugly, fat, dark figures everywhere...in between women in miniskirts with fingernails that clearly strain their entire mental capacity , .... the whole thing with really disgusting food with soft fries and non-carbonated cola... never again .... ;-((((((

The coffee is ok. Could be a little stronger. The Mc Eggs for breakfast are also ok. A little spicier would be good. The bun was a little black in one place. The Mc egg with salad is immediately cold due to the salad, even though it is eaten right in front of the door. But overall ok for a quick little breakfast

Every time I visit, something is wrong with the order. Example - Drink ordered without ice, received with ice. Complained, got the wrong drink without ice, complained, got a stupid saying. No thanks....

Sometimes you have to wait, otherwise it’s fine.

I always like to go there even if you have to check your order because yesterday June 2nd. For example, a Coke was ordered and Fanta was given out.

👍👍Everything as usual. Took a little longer today. By the way, when ordering at the terminal, keep the receipt, even if you don't think you need it. As always, I ordered at the terminal today and forgot the receipt. After waiting about 20 minutes and still not getting anything, I asked. Lo and behold, I was asked for the receipt, but at least I could tell them what I had ordered.

On May 24th, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. I wanted to get something to eat. I've just listened for almost a quarter of an hour, just a moment please. That's a disgrace at a time when I was the only one standing at the counter.

Table service via the McDonald’s app is not available. The table number is called out. When you ask, you get the answer that it was ordered incorrectly. It's just funny that I did everything as usual. 😅

Actually quite nice MCs. Unfortunately, it has happened several times now that my order was carried out incorrectly.

Standard Mecces, food quite ok but at least ready quickly Relatively clean

There's always better. But the food has always tasted good so far. So it's never wrong like some other McDonald's. MC Drive is always super fast! If you order inside it takes 10-15 minutes.

Depending on when you get there, it takes a long time and is also relatively dirty.

I have been buying my breakfast at this McDrive/McDonald's for a long time and unfortunately I have to say that (even at McDrive) the service and quality have deteriorated significantly. Normally, when you order scrambled eggs, you get 3 strips of bacon, butter, pepper and salt. However, things have looked a little different for me over the last 14 days. The bacon varied between 1-3 slices, butter is not available for the third day (but the selling price remains the same!!!) and pepper and salt are sometimes available twice per spice, sometimes none at all, or just salt or pepper. You could understand the whole thing if it were busy, but I'm the only one at the McDrive counter every morning and there are hardly any customers in the restaurant itself. I cannot understand what motivates an employer not to train their staff properly or to hire staff who seem overwhelmed by the tasks at a drive-thru counter. For years this McDonald's was the best, fastest and most reliable I knew, but unfortunately there is nothing left of it now.

Went to the drive in today (3/21/24) at 5:55 p.m. and had the best employee ever there. Easy to understand, quick to grasp and with humor.

The employee is unfriendly, you get a mushy answer to your question and then the bag is slapped in your face. I will avoid this shop in the future and the food doesn't taste good with employees like that!!

Drive in order Food was cold! Not the first time it happened. Since everyone is allowed to work there and can say hello and goodbye, things have gone downhill... Sorry. You now pay so much money and then you get cold food. Simply a no go.

Load juice. Sit for 1 hour and wait for my food. asked twice. If anything, it deserves 1 star.

When your order are ready on a display - you can't take it. You need wait for a 5-8min. Totally bad service.

All spontaneous trips end here, but why is that?

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes MC Donalds essen wie immer schnell und sehr lecker kommen regelmäßig hier her

Ist halt ein typisches MC Donalds. Essen war schnell da. Bedienung war sehr nett. Sonst sehr voll.

Tisch könnten bissel sauberer sein. Personal freundlich.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, für Kinder geeignet,

ein großer MC der immer gut besucht ist. Die beiden Parkplätze sind manchmal etwas knapp bemessen. Leider ist es im Restaurant oft recht laut. Alles andere wie immer be MC.

Egal wann wir in den Drive fahren, das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich!

Der McDrive-Schalter ist fast immer schnell und man wird freundlich bedient. Essen bisher immer frisch gewesen. Fahre lieber an diesen McDonalds als in der Stadt zu gehen.

Bestellvorgang am counter gemacht welcher sehr übersichtlich war ...das essen zum Tisch bringen zu lassen erfolgte sehr schnell und zuverlässig 😉 ansonsten war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.. dahinter befindet sich die Shell Tankstelle es war sehr voll aber warten auf Einlass war nicht es ging alles sehr zügig

Fast wie immer, diesmal aber: Die bestellten vegetarischen Chicken Nuggets (20) waren, da schon länger fertig und gewärmt lagernd, knüppelhart. Daher mein Tip: Bei diesem Gericht explizit eine frische Zubereitung verlangen . Dann erspart man sich eine Megaenttäuscbhung, zumal die Veggie Chicken , wenn richtig zubereitet, echt gut gelungen sind!

Sehr guter McDonalds. Klassisch eingerichtet, von außen jedoch sehr stylish und auffällig mit Graffiti gestaltet.

Alles gut, nur können wohl nicht alle zählen. 2 Burger bestellt, 1 bekommen, 20er Nuggets (waren 22 drin) , jedoch für die 2 Burger und Nuggets bezahlt. Preis für 2 Nuggets mehr definitiv zu teuer. Leider erst Zuhause gesehen.

Gutes und frisches Essen ist meiner Meinung nach hier eher Glücksache. Mal ist es i.O. und mal ist es mangelhaft in Form von kaltem Essen...... .....wenn MC, dann lieber in Mülheim Kärlich !!!

Essen war gut und der Service superschnell

Die waren mal gut. Aber die Pommes sind mittlerweile das aller letzte.

Trotz soviel Fachkräfte die man am drive in schalter hat wird bei jeder Bestellung oder jede 2te Bestellung was vergessen 6x hab ich das mitgemacht nach hause und dann fehlt das oder das und das schlimmste ist wenn es für die kinder wahren konnte ich zurück fahren und seit dem nehme ich jeden kassen bon und halte rechts an um zu schauen ob alles drinn ist. Im Reataurant selber ist alles sauber und ist relativ schnell vorne kann man im sommer gut sitzen sein mc flurry genießen und die kinder können spielen ja evtl. Könnte man da noch was für die kinder machen nicht nur Rutsche ansonsten ok.

Langsam reicht es, nicht der erste dafür fürs erste der letzte Besuch hier!!! Denn Essen an den tisch service können sie sich sparen wenn man danach noch dreimal zum Thresen rennen muss weil, Soßen,Beilagen und sogar ein ganzer Nachtisch fehlt...!!! Und das nicht zum ersten mal!!!!!!

Einer der schlechtesten MC Donald's . Klar sehr viel Betrieb, aber trodem sollte es sauber sein.

Da an diesem MC Donald immer viel los ist, sind die Burger immer frisch und heiß. 😊👍

MC Donald hat schwer nachgelassen

Euer Personal muss dringend entlastet werden. Der Laden ist andauernd zu voll und das Personal dementsprechend zu viel beschäftigt. Andere mussten immer Ewigkeiten aufs Essen warten. Ich habe zum Glück meins immer nach wenigen Minuten erhalten.

War alles gut. Liegt günstig an der Bundesstraße

Durch das Fleisch, welches den Schuhsohlen meiner Jordans gleichen, kommt ein sehr hochwertig Ambiente zum Vorschein, welches nur durch die indischen Mitarbeiter, welche nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig sind und somit ein exotisches Gefühl verbreiten, übertroffen wird. Zudem wird durch die schlechte Bedienung ein Gefühl der Gleichheit unter Menschen verbreitet, was sehr wahrscheinlich ein Zeichen gegen den Rassismus ist und ein sehr positives Gefühl in mir auslöst. Müsst ihr wissen.

Sehr nette Bedienung haben für unsere Hund (Draußen) extra Wasser gebracht. Vielen lieben Dank für die nette Geste

Mcdonald's in Koblenz hat den Fußverkehr vollständig eingestellt und bedient nur noch motorisierte Kunden im McDrive. Sehr schlechter Service!

Das Angebot von 1,99 Euro für einen Mc Rib ist unschlagbar. Das Lokal war sauber, die Dame am Counter sehr nett.

Vielleicht gehöre ich ja nicht mehr in die Zielgruppe mit 51 Jahren für Fast Food! Aber schnell ist was anderes, selbst mit dem Terminal der Bestellung und Nummer für den Tisch wartet man eine Ewigkeit, meinch ein Mitarbeiter kann auch die Tischnummer nicht lesen und mann bekommt das Essen einfach hingestellt, vom anderen Besteller. Kein richtiges Deutsch , keine Sachkunde und Schulter zucken ist die meiste Reaktion die ich erlebe bei MC.Donalds. ich bin im Außendienst und war sehr oft im alten MC Cafe, das war wesentlich angenehmer. In Punkto Sauberkeit ein absolutes Chaos, besonders Mülheim-Kärlich,Bendorf und Mogendorf. Essen auf dem Boden verschmierte Tische . Und wenn wirklich jemand den Tisch wischt ist er mit dem benutzen Lappen noch verschmierter. Die Burger oft Kalt die Pommes matschig, bei einer Reklamation bekommt mann natürlich neue . Im großen und ganzen , bekomme ich mehr Hygiene ,Freundlichkeit und Produkte woanders besser. und dort sind die Aktionen auch nicht immer Ausverkauft oder nicht verfügbar.

Das neue System - erst bezahlen und dann abholen - ist katastrophal langsam, selbst wenn man die Terminals nutzt. Das Personal scheint das eigene System nicht zu beherrschen. Was wirkt etwas planlos und auch die Kunden sind verwirrt. Tut mir Leid - hier komme ich nicht mehr hin.
