McDonald's in Koblenz

My Samurai Burger looked like it was made three days ago, and it tasted just like that. And if your products also contain garlic, please make sure to capitalize it!

Slowest Meccanica in the entire area, if not Rhineland-Palatinate. It has absolutely nothing to do with "fast food"; I wait at least 15 minutes for my food EVERY TIME (for one person). The staff apparently have no idea how to prepare meals correctly in chronological order.

The taste is subpar at this McDonald's. The staff is very unfriendly. The picture shows a "royale cheese." Apparently, this McDonald's doesn't even put onions on its burgers anymore.

Yesterday, I was here for the first time in a while. With two kids and a standard selection, I paid €30 (that's thirty!!!). Tss, are you crazy? The fries were only lukewarm as always, and the restrooms are now terrible. Friends, you're cutting corners. Change something quickly, or it's over for us!

Picking up isn't possible. It takes forever. The service at the restaurant is definitely quicker.

Recommended for a quick snack between meals. They're currently offering coupons again. It's worth it. I'll be back.

The lady at the counter was extremely unfriendly, seemed visibly in a bad mood, and lacked patience and understanding. As a customer, you feel completely unwelcome in such a situation – a brief moment of friendliness would have been enough. Especially at a company as large as McDonald's, I expect a minimum level of courtesy and professional behavior, even during stressful times. It's a real shame.

Every time I'm there the tables inside and out are completely filthy. You have to tell the cashier every time that all the tables need to be cleaned. It can't be that the customer has to ask the staff what needs to be done. Then someone came and only cleaned our table but all the other tables were ignored. If it's so dirty inside and out, what's it like in the kitchen? Kind regards.

I now come once a week with my 85-year-old mother. She loves fish burgers. We're always served with incredible friendliness and warmth. Thank you so much!!! We love you!

You go there once a year, and half the food is packed incorrectly. Last time, they were complete incompetents. They're too stupid to read the display and pack things correctly three times. 0 stars is best.

Totally disorganized and chaotic, the drive-thru counter was broken or unmanned, but not marked, so all cars had to back out. Completely wrong food was handed out. Disaster!

A tidy shop. The food was ready and delivered quickly. The staff was very friendly. The shop and tables were clean.

When I'm asked twice at the pickup window if I want a McChicken, and I say no twice, the employee then walks away with the bag, comes back, and I repeat my order, without McChicken!!! The lady then beams with joy and says, "Yeah, yeah," and I come home with McChicken, then I'm sorry, I don't know what to do. 🤔🤔

Simply great, I was there yesterday between stops, the branch was really clean, staff friendly and always busy tidying up.

Worst visit in ages. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked where our order was. Only then did they apparently begin ordering. The matcha reeked of fish, and the napkins and sauces for the nuggets were completely missing. The rest wasn't exactly edible either. Never again McCes.

The best McDonald's I've ever visited in terms of design! Unfortunately, many tables were dirty and the employees weren't friendly! Edit: 6 years later, it looks much cleaner, but the cool design is gone.

Cold, wobbly, over-salted fries. For everyone, you couldn't select a toy for the kids' menu on the monitor when ordering. When I asked them when they were delivered, they obviously had something...

Significantly more hectic and dirtier than other branches. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for your food, which isn't appropriate for a fast-food restaurant. The food is okay, but sometimes the food is sloppily crammed into the containers.

You don't really need it. The fries were lukewarm and the burger was almost falling apart. There was also no napkin. However, after about 10 minutes, I was asked if everything was OK, and they immediately brought me a napkin. That was good.

And once again, the ice cream machine is broken. I'm not a frequent McDonald's visitor, but I always seem to stop by when this particular branch "has a breakdown." New machines, staff training, and regular maintenance checks. Other branches manage it, too.

Completely renovated this year, it now boasts a more pleasant ambiance than before, in the context of a fast-food restaurant.

This was our second time there. The wait times are simply terrible. We waited 40 minutes for the food to be ready. And then some of it was even the wrong kind. The entire staff is completely overwhelmed. The Chicken McNuggets were cold and the fries were terrible. No thanks. Not a third time.

I came here with my family. The wait time was 15 minutes (normal since we ordered food for 30 euros). The Big Mac was good, and so was everything else. Best McDonald's for me in Koblenz.

Every time, you're happy that the B9 McS is still open until you get there and can once again personally enjoy the culinary garbage, which falls far short of the already low McS standards. Add to that the incredibly unfriendly employees who complain if you hand over a twenty-cent piece in your paycheck. Recommendation: It's better to go to sleep at night than to think, "I'll still make the trip to the B9 McS."

The tables are completely filthy! I can't understand why they can't be wiped clean! The wait for table service was so long, and then the wrong burgers were served on the tray!

I'd like to point out that something was missing on my third visit in a row. Of course, I didn't take the slip with me when I paid, and with three kids in the car, I didn't check directly. Visit 1: Cheeseburger, visit 2: Happy Meal game, visit 3: 6-pack of chicken nuggets... Not being able to get everything in a 3v3 situation for orders between €10 and €25 is pretty critical in my opinion. Thanks for your feedback. The man on the switchboard, on the other hand, was a real stroke of luck - keep it up.

Just a typical shop. The food was okay. After the renovation, everything is a bit more modern. The service is also okay. My order disappeared from the screen once, but of course I still got it.

The food is just like any other McDonald's, but the wait time for food is abysmal these days. It's not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for your order. Last time I went there, I left without ordering because I didn't want my McCaffee cappuccino after 30 minutes. It's a truly disorganized place. You can't really call it a "system" restaurant.

Unfortunately, I agree with most people here. Since this McDonald's was remodeled, the quality has declined so much. It's really sad. You order your food to go from the restaurant and have to wait well over 20 minutes. The location isn't well chosen either. The worst thing about it, though, is that when you finally get your food, it's already very cold before you've even left the restaurant. Before the remodel, things were much better. Why do we have to change things like this? We will avoid this McDonald's branch from now on and won't visit it again. You can lose customers this way, but that probably doesn't matter. It's a shame, we always enjoyed going there. That won't happen again.

I'm often in Koblenz for work and like to make a quick stop there on my return journey. Since I've never been disappointed so far, I just have to praise it! In my experience, this Mäcces is clearly one of the better ones. I haven't had any problems with the food, service or cleanliness. And what is an absolute rarity: on several of my last visits, I was asked by an MA (apparently in a managerial position) during my stay whether I was satisfied. I don't know where I've experienced this before in any other McDonald's restaurant and I think it's absolutely exemplary. Therefore: I would like to come back next time I visit KO.

I was at mcs and got a breakfast menu and there was a (WHITE LONG HAIR DRINE) and then the wrap was half full. I just want to point out that I've gotten so much away from it for nothing.

Unfortunately, as in many branches, the same problem is that when you order a latte macchiato, no portafilter coffee is prepared. It's a shame, since McDonalds advertises this with McCafe. When I asked at the counter, all I got was: “You have to talk to the manager.”

Ordered food at the drive-thru. Of 5 things, 2 were forgotten. Inside the “restaurant” they complained to me that she personally packed the food. After a long discussion, we realized that a bag had been forgotten to be handed over to us. This was then sloppily slammed onto the counter. Super unprofessional and unfriendly employee! Bad service.

Unfortunately one of the less good branches... can learn a lesson from others when it comes to cleanliness.

I was at McDonald's on the B9 after work that evening around 10:30 p.m. The store was normally busy to rather empty, but I still waited 10 to 15 minutes at the checkout to place my order - to no avail. Even a service employee loudly said that someone should come to the checkout, but no one paid attention. At some point I just gave up and left the store. Very disappointing, especially when you just want something quick to eat after a long day at work.

Unfortunately, cleanliness is not evident here.

Waited 20 minutes to order, not even everything I ordered came, the employees are unfriendly, that was definitely my last visit here. Prices rise Portions are getting smaller and smaller And they should choose the staff better.

We were just eating there. The employee who brought us food accidentally spilled the entire 0.5l of Fanta on my 7 year old son. Since we were passing through, we had a change of clothes with us. He was soaked except for his underwear and socks. The employee apologized what felt like 1,000 times. The manager, on the other hand, was underground!! Shrugged off the situation with a lack of empathy and left without saying a word. No compensation and no apology from the manager. You could have at least offered the little one some ice cream. When the affected employee asked why the situation was being handled this way, he said he would consult with the boss. And came back with a happy meal toy. Even now there was no adequate reaction from the manager. We were here for the last time!

Craziness! It's now 45 minutes after ordering in the store and still no food. 1 happy meal and 1 menu. Absolute disaster. Is that still McDonald's? The drive is prioritized and the customers around the store are ignored. The staff in the store have lost their calm and the shift leader sneaks through the lobby so that her shoes can be stolen while she walks. If I hadn't paid, I would have left. Tip: only order through the McDrive, better not to order in the store.

When I brought the food home, the condition of the fries was as if they had been fried at least twice - way too dry. At least have respect for the food!

No matter where I go to McD, something is always missing from the order. Although there is a sophisticated system behind it, it is people who execute it. As long as I notice it in the restaurant myself, everything is still ok. But not when away from home. Why is this the case everywhere...

Unfortunately, since the new opening it has only been a disappointment! The service is a disaster because communication is in short supply. The burgers are simply slapped together so that half of the sauce hangs in the packaging just like the salad. The meat is almost completely hanging out, so it's just sad to see the people working there who can't do something like that themselves. I don't want to say anything about the toilets, they are a complete disaster, they smell extremely bad and there is no cleanliness. All in all, the health department should take a closer look at the place

It feels like every order is missing something, like today again

They gave me the wrong order in the drive through. Of course I was already gone when I noticed it.

Grabbed breakfast at MCs for the first and last time. Toasties were pitch black. At the counter they said there was no drink in the menu even though it was clearly stated in the app. So we ordered via the app and picked it up inside. There was probably a drink in it after all 😉

Absolute disaster since the renovation. Today almost 30 minutes waiting time for a normal single menu. And then get dead fried brown fries. The crew was obviously completely overwhelmed despite the restaurant not even being full. No apology, just a shrug. Every street snack bar is better - and cheaper too.

Royal and tomato ketchup slapped together to represent my curry sauce. Really not funny anymore @Mcdonalds for all the money you have to pay now. Became a negative charge. The food is according to standard. But here in Koblenz it has nothing to do with fast food. I am in favor of reintroducing the 60s campaign.

Was there on February 16, 2025 and I have to say that since the renovation, the service has been an absolute disaster!!! Waited 45 minutes, in between the number was being prepared and then never seen again. People who ordered much later got their turn. Only after multiple inquiries and direct confrontation did I receive my order. I even had to explain to the man how he could get the things into the bag to take with him. Guys, are you serious?? The staff is unable to clarify anything or even get a straight sentence out. They just look at you stupidly. The MC is a finger food seevice, but that's not possible!!!!

No!!! We were there on Thursday and everything was still unsuspicious. Friendly staff, delicious chocolate cake, etc. Today on the way back we went there for “breakfast”. It says on the internet that breakfast is available until 11am. Today they apparently switched from breakfast to normal food while we were ordering at the terminal. Even though our order went through, when we paid we were told that there was no more breakfast because it was 10:32 a.m. (!!!!) and we had taken too long!!! So we ordered burgers and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was so cold and hard as a bone!! When I complained, the waitress said it was normal! After discussions, she seriously used our used (!!!!!) cake fork and poked into 3 more cakes to demonstrate that this would be the case with the others too🤢🤮. We got another cake in exchange. Simply unbelievable...

The 2* is for the ambience. You cannot and cannot leave the store without checking whether everything is in the bag. It makes you wish you had the old order counters back, when you could still see what was being packed. Sorry for ripping off the rear door handle.

Everyone knows this one MC Drive employee - I was there today with my wife and we agree, he is by far the best employee/salesman! Always friendly, full of insight and with a bit of charm, he then sold us cake that we would never have ordered otherwise. Thanks!

I actually thought it would shine in new splendor since it was renovated!!! But no trace of shine. We were there on a Friday evening after an event and it was well attended. But there were still free spaces, all of which were completely dirty. When we placed our order, we didn't have to wait long, which was no surprise. Neither the fries nor the burgers were warm, let alone hot. We ordered the drinks at -4° without ice. We got them with ice cream, but there wasn't a napkin to be found in the entire store. You may want to avoid waste, but you have to be able to use a napkin. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and disoriented. We did have our food exchanged, but there was still a bitter aftertaste. I really don't think it's fair, as this company has also catapulted the price spiral upwards. Therefore, you should assume that for a burger that you have to spend so much money on, you will also get a reasonable product that is warm and tasty.

Yes, it's a McDonald's, but nothing more. The recent redevelopment was, in my opinion, more counterproductive than beneficial. The food sometimes leaves a lot to be desired because it is simply no longer hot and the ingredients such as sauce are becoming fewer and fewer.

Unfortunately, my experience with MCS was anything but satisfactory. Customer service was difficult to reach and provided unhelpful answers. The products did not meet expectations, many functions did not work as promised. The delivery was also a disappointment - it arrived late and in damaged condition. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing and I cannot recommend MCS at all.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at McDonald's. I saw a burger that had fallen on the floor being picked up and simply packed back up - an incredible hygiene scandal! When I wanted to complain to the boss, he was extremely unfriendly and brushed me off disrespectfully. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, and the burger was unreasonable. There is absolutely no excuse for such conditions. Never again!

A few hours after eating 2 hamburgers, stomach pain, chills, body aches and nausea. Never happened to me after eating McDonald's. It doesn't work at all.

Since the renovation, the service has been catastrophic How often do people forget something when ordering? Every time you have to check whether everything is there, when you let them know you often get an unfriendly response. When it happened, I thought to myself, "It could happen, especially when there's a lot going on and it's all just people." But the second time we were there, something was forgotten again when there wasn't much activity. The fries are now so wobbly that they don't even resemble fries.
