Harmful to health, tasteless, expensive.

Everyone knows this one MC Drive employee - I was there today with my wife and we agree, he is by far the best employee/salesman! Always friendly, full of insight and with a bit of charm, he then sold us cake that we would never have ordered otherwise. Thanks!

Modern interior design, but cold fries and overflowing tray carts are a no-go.

I actually thought it would shine in new splendor since it was renovated!!! But no trace of shine. We were there on a Friday evening after an event and it was well attended. But there were still free spaces, all of which were completely dirty. When we placed our order, we didn't have to wait long, which was no surprise. Neither the fries nor the burgers were warm, let alone hot. We ordered the drinks at -4° without ice. We got them with ice cream, but there wasn't a napkin to be found in the entire store. You may want to avoid waste, but you have to be able to use a napkin. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and disoriented. We did have our food exchanged, but there was still a bitter aftertaste. I really don't think it's fair, as this company has also catapulted the price spiral upwards. Therefore, you should assume that for a burger that you have to spend so much money on, you will also get a reasonable product that is warm and tasty.

Yes, it's a McDonald's, but nothing more. The recent redevelopment was, in my opinion, more counterproductive than beneficial. The food sometimes leaves a lot to be desired because it is simply no longer hot and the ingredients such as sauce are becoming fewer and fewer.

Apparently the employees can't count to 2, something that was paid for is always missing. Really not normal. How difficult can it be to pack the order completely?

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at McDonald's. I saw a burger that had fallen on the floor being picked up and simply packed back up - an incredible hygiene scandal! When I wanted to complain to the boss, he was extremely unfriendly and brushed me off disrespectfully. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, and the burger was unreasonable. There is absolutely no excuse for such conditions. Never again!

Since the renovation, the service has been catastrophic How often do people forget something when ordering? Every time you have to check whether everything is there, when you let them know you often get an unfriendly response. When it happened, I thought to myself, "It could happen, especially when there's a lot going on and it's all just people." But the second time we were there, something was forgotten again when there wasn't much activity. The fries are now so wobbly that they don't even resemble fries. The inside of the store itself is beautiful

A few hours after eating 2 hamburgers, stomach pain, chills, body aches and nausea. Never happened to me after eating McDonald's. It doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately, my experience with MCS was anything but satisfactory. Customer service was difficult to reach and provided unhelpful answers. The products did not meet expectations, many functions did not work as promised. The delivery was also a disappointment - it arrived late and in damaged condition. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing and I cannot recommend MCS at all.

It's just disgusting! Not recommended at all, it's absolutely impossible this thing!! I took the hair out of the burger once, got a new one and did it again. It doesn't work at all!!!!!!

It is not recommended, the food arrived cold and it was not at all what I ordered!! When I gave notice I was told that there would be no other and was completely rude!! Once and never again

Most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to! I was there twice and the last time I'm going there!!!! The first time the food came absolutely cold and I was cheekily told that I was lying!! The second time I had a nail in my burger, it is not recommended! Complete service just as bad!

Visually, this McDonald’s is a real eye-catcher. When we arrived, we ordered first. The food was brought to our table. However, we immediately noticed that there was no knife and fork. Apparently you have to eat the burger with your hand here. I personally don't think it's okay. After all, we are human and can handle a knife and fork. All jokes aside: there's rubbish sitting around on many tables for ages. Sure, you clear it away yourself, but others can't do that. Then you as an employee can clear it away. The tables are also very dirty! The food was still okay. Next time we visit we will bring our own cutlery

Inability would be too much of a good thing. Waited 30 minutes and it wasn't until the third time that everything was there. When you ask, you get the answer: “It’s not my problem.” Absolutely incompetent bunch and service is a foreign word.

The food was cold, the meat tasted like rubber, the dude at the checkout was particularly funny (not) polite either, the only positive thing was that I could look at my car from my seat.

Since the renovation, everything is somehow tighter. But the table service has become better.

I ordered locally using the app. A cappuccino and a cookie. I waited a full 20 minutes for my order despite a complaint and received a coffee that was no longer hot and the cookie wasn't fresh. Unfortunately not a good experience there.

I was here for the first time today. To be honest, I was really disappointed, this is the first McDonald's where I absolutely didn't like it, we had to wait a really long time until we could pay and then until it was prepared. I was in there for an hour and it wasn't full and the employees weren't exactly friendly. It was the first and last time I had been there. But every person judges things differently and has different experiences. Then a thousand times prefer Mayen or Trier.

Delicious quick food. It has just been renovated and looks really chic.

I can only report good things. Service 5 stars. Super great helping us at the counter. Get food even without a computer. On the MC. We look forward to Rösti all year round. The MC. Currently being remodeled. But it was clean.

12/06/2024 There was a white-haired man with glasses sitting at the drive-in counter at 10:30 p.m. He was so unfriendly that he didn't answer all the questions. Added to that was the disrespectful treatment of the customers. And last but not least, he threw out the change intentionally passed the hand that was held out. He still acted as if nothing had happened and we had to get out of the car ourselves and look for it. Instead of apologizing, this man laughed at us and took the next order An absolute nonsense. We won't come back if this man works there.

We were there just after the renovation at the Mc Donalds on the B9 and had to notice that the Mc Drive doesn't work at both counters after the new construction, although I have to say that after the new construction there can be errors... In addition, the food was unfortunately cold after a very short time and was more or less broken down into individual ingredients in the packaging. After we ordered the same drink three times and got the original once and zero drinks twice, we were unfortunately a little disappointed. Unfortunately, it's a shame because it was a quick and good snack for a while...

Very good service and it was delicious too

It is very busy in the evenings, but the employees are very nice. We were able to redeem vouchers without any problems, it was very clean, the staff is very nice despite the many people and doesn't seem stressed. We were also asked whether we felt comfortable and whether it tasted good. For a brief moment I felt like I was in a restaurant. Gladly again :)

The cashier at the drive-thru worked with a smile and was very friendly. I was actually looking forward to the fries, which arrived hot but totally greasy, tasteless and soggy. Unfortunately, I am very annoyed that the employee sends me from a parking lot that is also half cleared/blocked with a motor scooter so that a colleague can park her car there! and then put the scooter back to the side normally.

I've been going to the Mc in Neuwied for almost seven years. WHY !!!!!!!! For the last seven years I've been going just to see if anything has changed when ordering my food from Mc Drive. Every time I get cold or lukewarm food. Last night on 10/7/24. In the evening around 9:15 p.m. I tried my luck again. Seriously, I got cold, not lukewarm, cold fries again and also dry nuggets. Never again, that was the last time. Maybe a worker with a hiding place should… camar…. Record the circumstances and submit them to headquarters. Otherwise nothing will ever change.

The employees are friendly, focused and even at peak times when they are busiest. The food is just fast food, but: “I love it”.

Food should be produced just in time, fries cold, Big Rip from my husband actually dry and not sour (wet wipe wasn't even needed) my TS cheese definitely looked juicier. We'd rather drive one town further. The ventilation was huge at the tables, and we weren't the only ones who changed places.

We wanted to redeem a coupon on September 27th, 2024 at 3:50 p.m. This didn't work on the first switch. The man sent us on to the counter where we pay. I showed the coupon again and it didn't work. According to the cashier, it had already been redeemed. We were not shown any goodwill and the staff became very unfriendly. As we drove away from the counter, the cashier said, “My face.” How can you be so unfriendly to customers? I'll never come here to eat again!

I rate fast food chains as long as they ask. Yesterday it happened again after weeks. Hunger and haste came together. McDonald's was on the side of the road, I didn't have much time. Left McDonald, hungry, went quickly. That's what the 3 points are for. But...this American restaurant culture is an insult to the word and I'm sorry...I refuse to call it food. Whether Turkish, Italian, Balkanese... I can get handmade food for 2 euros more. But as I said... I was there voluntarily and I achieved my goal.

I picked up food for the family last night and everything went very quickly and easily at the terminal and the food was ready very quickly. But when I got home we noticed that there were no sweet and sour sauces for the nuggets and there was no mayonnaise or ketchup in them and that has happened several times now.

The McDonald's on the B9 has completely crashed. In the evening and into the night the food is never freshly prepared. With larger orders, something is always missing and you often get something wrong. There are a lot of new workers there and probably haven't been properly trained. Today I ordered from McDonald's in the app, arrived at the McDonald's and they were closed. Absolutely crazy stuff like that. You have to indicate in your app that you are closed and not have people order and drive there so that it can be noticed that you are closed. Change something with the workers, they shouldn't prepare the burgers and fries and leave them lying around. The food is not fresh and cold. That's not possible, the food is already expensive enough.

Very nice food and welcoming people. It's on a busy highway as well as accessible from the nearby streets so at the peak hours most tables are occupied. Spacious parking makes it even more desirable. Best choice.

A super great restaurant that can prepare food relatively quickly despite the large number of customers. Clean and tidy and the employees are always customer friendly and helpful. A big minus in my opinion is the use of the air conditioning. When the outside temperature is 30°C, it is cooler outside than inside. Damn if the 21st century has an invention as great as air conditioning. Then please please please use it. Otherwise everything was great. There will even soon be charging stations for electric cars that are charged with green electricity.

Went to Mc Drive to get food. Unfortunately, when we got home, a burger was missing. After I complained by phone, I received the forgotten burger and an apple turnover as an apology. Unfortunately we had to go to Mc Donalds again.

Every time I visit, something is wrong with the order. Example - Drink ordered without ice, received with ice. Complained, got the wrong drink without ice, complained, got a stupid saying. No thanks....

As always, I ordered at the terminal today and forgot the receipt. After waiting about 20 minutes and still not getting anything, I asked. Lo and behold, I was asked for the receipt, but at least I could tell them what I had ordered.

Table service via the McDonald’s app is not available. The table number is called out. When you ask, you get the answer that it was ordered incorrectly. It's just funny that I did everything as usual. 😅
