McDonald's in Koblenz

It is very busy in the evenings, but the employees are very nice. We were able to redeem vouchers without any problems, it was very clean, the staff is very nice despite the many people and doesn't seem stressed. We were also asked whether we felt comfortable and whether it tasted good. For a brief moment I felt like I was in a restaurant. Gladly again :)

Everything was super fresh. Everything hot. This is how McDonald's should always be. Come again.

The cashier at the drive-thru worked with a smile and was very friendly. I was actually looking forward to the fries, which arrived hot but totally greasy, tasteless and soggy. Even biting into the double cheeseburger definitely didn't leave my taste buds feeling euphoric on my tongue!😬 Everything seemed a little mushy and the individual ingredients couldn't be tasted.🤢 Maybe I'm a little spoiled by the competitors' products... .

Currently, due to renovations, there are fewer parking spaces available. Unfortunately, I am very annoyed that the employee sends me from a parking lot that is also half cleared/blocked with a motor scooter so that a colleague can park her car there! and then put the scooter back to the side normally.

My food was cold. All the tables were dirty and the sauce was forgotten on my Mcflury.

I've been going to the Mc in Neuwied for almost seven years. WHY !!!!!!!! For the last seven years I've been going just to see if anything has changed when ordering my food from Mc Drive. Every time I get cold or lukewarm food. Last night on 10/7/24. In the evening around 9:15 p.m. I tried my luck again. Seriously, I got cold, not lukewarm, cold fries again and also dry nuggets. Never again, that was the last time. Maybe a worker with a hiding place should… camar…. Record the circumstances and submit them to headquarters. Otherwise nothing will ever change.

The employees are friendly, focused and even at peak times when they are busiest. The food is just fast food, but: “I love it”.

Food should be produced just in time, fries cold, Big Rip from my husband actually dry and not sour (wet wipe wasn't even needed) my TS cheese definitely looked juicier. We'd rather drive one town further. The ventilation was huge at the tables, and we weren't the only ones who changed places.

We wanted to redeem a coupon on September 27th, 2024 at 3:50 p.m. This didn't work on the first switch. The man sent us on to the counter where we pay. I showed the coupon again and it didn't work. According to the cashier, it had already been redeemed. We were not shown any goodwill and the staff became very unfriendly. As we drove away from the counter, the cashier said, “My face.” How can you be so unfriendly to customers? I'll never come here to eat again!

I rate fast food chains as long as they ask. Yesterday it happened again after weeks. Hunger and haste came together. McDonald's was on the side of the road, I didn't have much time. Left McDonald, hungry, went quickly. That's what the 3 points are for. But...this American restaurant culture is an insult to the word and I'm sorry...I refuse to call it food. Whether Turkish, Italian, Balkanese... I can get handmade food for 2 euros more. But as I said... I was there voluntarily and I achieved my goal.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Unfortunately, the option to order a special toy in the Happy Meal is no longer available and the Big Tasty Bacon is no longer available here

I picked up food for the family last night and everything went very quickly and easily at the terminal and the food was ready very quickly. But when I got home we noticed that there were no sweet and sour sauces for the nuggets and there was no mayonnaise or ketchup in them and that has happened several times now.

The McDonald's on the B9 has completely crashed. In the evening and into the night the food is never freshly prepared. With larger orders, something is always missing and you often get something wrong. There are a lot of new workers there and probably haven't been properly trained. Today I ordered from McDonald's in the app, arrived at the McDonald's and they were closed. Absolutely crazy stuff like that. You have to indicate in your app that you are closed and not have people order and drive there so that it can be noticed that you are closed. Change something with the workers, they shouldn't prepare the burgers and fries and leave them lying around. The food is not fresh and cold. That's not possible, the food is already expensive enough.

Very nice food and welcoming people. It's on a busy highway as well as accessible from the nearby streets so at the peak hours most tables are occupied. Spacious parking makes it even more desirable. Best choice.

Unfortunately, the outside area is often dirty and there are a lot of leftover packaging lying around. Food and drinks as usual for McDonald's. Toilets are clean.

A super great restaurant that can prepare food relatively quickly despite the large number of customers. Clean and tidy and the employees are always customer friendly and helpful. A big minus in my opinion is the use of the air conditioning. When the outside temperature is 30°C, it is cooler outside than inside. Damn if the 21st century has an invention as great as air conditioning. Then please please please use it. Otherwise everything was great. There will even soon be charging stations for electric cars that are charged with green electricity.

Unfortunately, all stickers for our 4 drinks had already been opened. An employee probably needs something special and is looking for the perfect sticker. Otherwise, as always, sauces on the paper instead of on the burger so everything as usual. But otherwise everything was fine.

I ordered a menu there and also said I would like some meat that was freshly fried. Went to Mc Drive to get food. Unfortunately, when we got home, a burger was missing. After I complained by phone, I received the forgotten burger and an apple turnover as an apology. Unfortunately we had to go to Mc Donalds again.

Cleanliness still leaves a lot to be desired. All the free tables were dirty, and there were bits of leftover food and burger paper on the benches. The burger, which cost almost 10 euros, had a single slice of bacon on it. Craziness! The cup of McSunday soft ice cream was only half full at a price of 1.69 euros. McDonald's has become more expensive, but better?

The coffee is ok. Could be a little stronger. The Mc Eggs for breakfast are also ok. A little spicier would be good. The bun was a little black in one place. Every time I visit, something is wrong with the order. Example - Drink ordered without ice, received with ice. Complained, got the wrong drink without ice, complained, got a stupid saying. No thanks....

As always, I ordered at the terminal today and forgot the receipt. After waiting about 20 minutes and still not getting anything, I asked. Lo and behold, I was asked for the receipt, but at least I could tell them what I had ordered.

On May 24th, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. I wanted to get something to eat. I've just listened for almost a quarter of an hour, just a moment please. That's a disgrace at a time when I was the only one standing at the counter.

Table service via the McDonald’s app is not available. The table number is called out. When you ask, you get the answer that it was ordered incorrectly. It's just funny that I did everything as usual. 😅

There's always better. But the food has always tasted good so far. So it's never wrong like some other McDonald's. MC Drive is always super fast! If you order inside it takes 10-15 minutes.

I have been buying my breakfast at this McDrive/McDonald's for a long time and unfortunately I have to say that (even at McDrive) the service and quality have deteriorated significantly. Normally, when you order scrambled eggs, you get 3 strips of bacon, butter, pepper and salt. However, things have looked a little different for me over the last 14 days. The bacon varied between 1-3 slices, butter is not available for the third day (but the selling price remains the same!!!) and pepper and salt are sometimes available twice per spice, sometimes none at all, or just salt or pepper. You could understand the whole thing if it were busy, but I'm the only one at the McDrive counter every morning and there are hardly any customers in the restaurant itself. I cannot understand what motivates an employer not to train their staff properly or to hire staff who seem overwhelmed by the tasks at a drive-thru counter. For years this McDonald's was the best, fastest and most reliable I knew, but unfortunately there is nothing left of it now.

Went to the drive in today (3/21/24) at 5:55 p.m. and had the best employee ever there. Easy to understand, quick to grasp and with humor.

The employee is unfriendly, you get a mushy answer to your question and then the bag is slapped in your face. I will avoid this shop in the future and the food doesn't taste good with employees like that!!

Drive in order Food was cold! Not the first time it happened. Since everyone is allowed to work there and can say hello and goodbye, things have gone downhill... Sorry. You now pay so much money and then you get cold food. Simply a no go.

Load juice. Sit for 1 hour and wait for my food. asked twice. If anything, it deserves 1 star.

When your order are ready on a display - you can't take it. You need wait for a 5-8min. Totally bad service.

Ist halt ein typisches MC Donalds. Essen war schnell da. Bedienung war sehr nett. Sonst sehr voll.

Tisch könnten bissel sauberer sein. Personal freundlich.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, für Kinder geeignet,

ein großer MC der immer gut besucht ist. Die beiden Parkplätze sind manchmal etwas knapp bemessen. Leider ist es im Restaurant oft recht laut. Alles andere wie immer be MC.

Egal wann wir in den Drive fahren, das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich!

Der McDrive-Schalter ist fast immer schnell und man wird freundlich bedient. Essen bisher immer frisch gewesen. Fahre lieber an diesen McDonalds als in der Stadt zu gehen.

Bestellvorgang am counter gemacht welcher sehr übersichtlich war ...das essen zum Tisch bringen zu lassen erfolgte sehr schnell und zuverlässig 😉 ansonsten war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.. dahinter befindet sich die Shell Tankstelle es war sehr voll aber warten auf Einlass war nicht es ging alles sehr zügig

Fast wie immer, diesmal aber: Die bestellten vegetarischen Chicken Nuggets (20) waren, da schon länger fertig und gewärmt lagernd, knüppelhart. Daher mein Tip: Bei diesem Gericht explizit eine frische Zubereitung verlangen . Dann erspart man sich eine Megaenttäuscbhung, zumal die Veggie Chicken , wenn richtig zubereitet, echt gut gelungen sind!
