On June 9, 2025, I was at your restaurant with my family at 5 p.m. We placed an order. While we were taking our order, a girl who appeared to have a cold blew her nose with a napkin in front of us, threw the napkin in the trash, and immediately began preparing our food without washing her hands. We pointed this out and asked her to wash her hands. The girl then made faces and started arguing. I've never experienced anything like this before. When working with people, your first priority should be your own health and the health of your customers.

After placing my order on the order board, I wanted to add chili cheese fries to my meal instead of regular fries, but it wasn't possible. This has never been a problem at other branches; they simply asked and it was taken care of. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do here. It's a bit of a shame.

Like every fast food, this one did not disappoint. Disgusting service, unpleasant behavior, food with no taste, just nothing

One of the better truck stops in Germany, the price/performance ratio is right, friendly and helpful staff, would gladly go there again
