I was there today, August 12th, 2024 at around 6:30 p.m. and I have to say, that was the twice and the last time I was there. Unfortunately, most of the staff are the last. The first time I come to the ordering counter, the employee has the microphone on and says to me: "Hey old man, I swear I'm totally with you.. yes, wait, I have to place an order here. Burger King here, something is fine ?... Yes first window" I thought oh my God it couldn't get any worse, no price, no demand from a "professional" or even customer friendliness, nothing belongs to the person. After I paid and just saw the person at the payment window, I unfortunately only became more aware of it. Cappi the wrong way up, lying half out of the window... absolutely impossible. Today I was there again... thought it could only have been a coincidence... I come to the counter, a woman's voice: "YES?". (No standard greeting or anything like that)... then when I asked for a drink and fries I had to ask several times because they couldn't understand her because she just couldn't talk. When we had fought our way through, the only thing that came up was “at the window”. Then I just thought for heaven's sake... After I was told there was no cost and the woman just held out her hand to me, I first asked what she would actually get. I took an annoyed breath... "12.99"... paid for it at the next counter and left the store completely. Another lady. Completely ignored the customer, just put the things on the window sill, shouted something in some language to the colleague in the background, had a toothpick in his mouth that was already wet with saliva... worked in the entire area without gloves and had fingernails as if he had them she worked in the garden. I took my order and threw it straight in the trash. So I can only say after the detailed description... stay away from the store. A letter to the franchise will definitely go out and I will check with the health department...

There is fries as a vegan option. That's it. I think it's quite a disgrace when you consider how many vegan options there used to be.
