Excellent autohof, they feed you enough to kill and it's delicious.

We were thrilled. After driving to three rest areas in the area with our caravan, looking for an overnight stay with dinner (between 7 and 8 p.m.), we were disappointed by either the hygiene or the closed kitchen. But here at the Koblenz truck stop, you feel comfortable and safe, even if you pay the parking fee, which is converted into food in a fantastic restaurant. It's definitely worth stopping here!!! 😀

“Autohof” (Truckstop) this is NOT!! Finished a 15 hour working day. Parked up. Went inside and paid €20,- for overnight parking. Across to the restaurant, looking forward to a nice schnitzel & pommes, large cold beer, Closes at 8pm. It was exactly 8pm. Breakfast then? A nice plate of scrambled eggs & bacon in the morning? Yup. From 10am. At 10am I will be halfway through Holland. Thanks for nothing! Exactly that - NOTHING!

Stopped here to charge the car. While we were the only ones charging, the charging speed was high. As soon as two other cars started charging, estimated end of charging immediately changed to 20 minutes later. Very annoying

It's a great place for a quick stop. There are good options for food and refreshments.

Two stars for the restaurant and the restrooms, the parking is terrible, I arrived at 8pm, there were no spaces and the person arranging the trucks put me in behind them, naturally others stopped in front of me and behind me, I told him I would do 9am, he said no problem, but in the morning I waited 2 hours until the other colleagues' break was over to get out...

The truck stop is very clean, with friendly employees.

The truck stop is easily accessible, just 1m from the A61. Here, you can also enjoy a good meal in the attached restaurant, which also has a lovely terrace area.

Arrived at 21 there was still a place to stand DKV accept 20 💶 parking 15 for the restaurant ordered chicken with rice paid extra 90 cents salad we put it on plates ourselves I recommend it very tasty

Was there on 30.07.2025 I liked it. You can pay with DKV, 20 euros, 15 for the restaurant. The staff is nice, both at the gas station, and in the restaurant, and at the entrance to the parking lot. I will note the restaurant: delicious, fast service, although the restaurant was 90% full. The waitresses and the kitchen are trying. But be careful, the parking lot fills up very quickly. Arrived at 18.00, there were only a couple of free spaces.

Good Aftohof. At 21 on Thursday it was still possible to get there. And also thanks to the security guy. Who helps to get up for the night, even if there are no places in the tree.. For colleagues 🚛 😎 and for all travelers! Regarding the prices: parking €20, food €15, shower €3 plus €0.50 for the turnstile! Regarding the food! The restaurant is great. A beautiful dining room, wood is always nice. The salt and pepper grinders on the tables are excellent. The service on July 23rd around 4:30 p.m. was very friendly, and initially, even alone. The food was delicious and plentiful. The fried potatoes were great. I prefer it a little darker. Regarding the parking lot: It's a parking lot. It's clean, there are enough trash cans, and someone regularly walks and checks them. The ladies in the shop were also very nice. The shop has everything you need, or maybe not 😉. Regarding the rolls: put less on display, but they're fresher. The rolls taste good, but they're already soft and papery. They were crispy an hour ago. Regarding the showers: As I wrote three weeks ago, two of the men's showers are still broken. The washroom itself is great. You walk into the room and can also just wash at the sinks. That's great. However, I don't like the open layout, and it needs some renovation. It's clean and usable. So far, it's OK. You don't have to hand over a key, as you get a coin that lets the water run for 12 minutes. I think that's great.

Everything is fine, all the service. You can pay for the laundry with visa.

For me, this is the best truck stop on the A61. They still cook decent food here. The showers and restrooms are clean. The staff are friendly, and the service is excellent. Transferring documents from email to paper is no problem. I'll be happy to come back if I'm in the area.

Very large parking lot. Friday night, Saturday and Sunday there were still free spaces. Parking costs 20 euros per night, 15 euros are returned to you as a voucher for food in the restaurant. Toilet 50 cents, shower 3 euros. The food in the restaurant is fresh and very tasty. Cleanliness is at a satisfactory level.

Everything your heart desires is there. I was genuinely surprised by the price of the toilets: half of what the other greedy people want, and still clean and tidy.

Nice truck stop with clean restrooms and showers. €3 for the shower, then 0.50 cents to enter. €20 parking, €15 food. Friendly service, and there's also a Burger King and Subway nearby. Sure, parking is a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

We went there for the first time last year. It was a really great opportunity to stop on the way to vacation. The food and value for money are excellent, and the service is friendly and fast.

Large Shell truck stop, plenty of parking space. Showers, toilets. Everything OK.

We filled up here on the way home. We also bought Snickers and a latte macchiato. Then I had to go to the bathroom again. It costs 50 cents and you get a 50-cent voucher for the gas station. I left it by the sink for the next one. It would have been good to have that information, because then I would have gone to the restroom first and paid for the Snickers and other treats with the voucher!

20 € per day, of which 15 € for the restaurant. Shower 3 €, toilet 0.50 € cents. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. There is water available in the parking lot (where the tire inflation is for cars). There are always places. 5.5 km from the beach.

Fast and tasty food, reasonable prices. Good service too. And their petrol price is a pleasant surprise compared to many other Autohöfe! Recommended!

Friendly staff, delicious food. The restrooms and showers are in desperate need of renovation. Two of the four men's showers were broken, and the only women's shower was extremely cramped; you couldn't get dressed because everything in front of it was soaking wet.

I was here for 3 days = 60€, 45 of which was for the restaurant, the food was delicious, the shower and toilet were clean, you can get water outside, and if you walk 4.5 km to the Guzel River you will see beautiful landscapes

Easily accessible because it's near the " Autobahn" ( Highway). They offer variety of food from breakfast to lunch. Some few Meters away, there's a Burgerking and a Subway.

Just super! Above all praise! A man met me at the entrance, registered me in some terminal and told me where to park (he then goes around checking the payment) 20 euros per day, 15 for the restaurant. You can pay with DKV, although the girl at the checkout said that you can't, but try - everything went through. Shower, toilet in the restaurant (payment for the shower is at the gas station, you get a token, at the entrance to the showers there is a device on the left on the wall, you choose the shower number and throw in a coin, ~12 min ), entrance through a turntable, payment only in cash. You can get water, there are washing machines. Silence, peace, birds are singing. There is somewhere to walk, if you are not afraid to walk along goat paths :) The restaurant is beyond praise, very tasty and friendly! I will definitely come back!

There is a washing machine in this car park, but be careful, the card payment system does not work, meaning you cannot pay with a card and you can only pay with cash. Be careful, the dryer does not work. It is useless to wash your clothes because you cannot dry them. The dryer blows hot air but does not spin the tub with clothes and this way the clothes do not dry. I called a manager from Peco, he looked at it and shrugged, saying he could do nothing. He could call the washing machine company and make a complaint. No one is interested, it is a big joke. After 6 pm there are no parking spaces

15€ parking and 2x5€ to use. I advise against eating in a restaurant because they have better food in a Polish hospital. If this is what German cuisine looks like, I don't wonder why they keep walking around sadly. YOU CAN'T EAT THIS! As for the parking, you can't do it guerrilla-style because a guy walks around and scans the plates to see if it's paid. On the plus side, it's close to Amazon, the toilets are clean, but the shower has a time limit and to get in you have to install 0.5€ in the machine

Yesterday I ate at a restaurant for a bonus of 15e with extra charge. I ordered beef goulash, they brought just pasta and said it was goulash? They held back the salad with the goulash, although the menu said that the salad was a bonus with the goulash. Well, the pasta was very tasteless.

Toilets are paid for customers! Buying 200 or more ltr of fuel or paying for parking for the overnight, you still have to pay for each visit to the toilet.

So far I have only been a sporadic customer at the Shell truck stop in Koblenz-Metternich. But what I experienced there today reminded me of times long past. Times in which honesty, solidarity and standing up for weaker people were still considered self-evident virtues. Today, on Friday, May 2, 2025, at around 3:30 p.m., I saw these values, which were already lost or believed to be lost, revive again with my own eyes. Blinded by love, I inquired about a 300 euro smart card, supposedly for “updating” an iPad for my “potentially new partner”. The manager who was on duty at the time mentioned above became suspicious and questioned my conspicuously naive, ignorance-based actions and it actually turned out that I had fallen for a scammer. I am eternally grateful to this team because these attentive people saved me from major financial loss. I changed my fueling habits for this reason. As a future regular customer of the Shell truck stop, from today on I will primarily and alternatively refuel there at all gas stations on my future route through half of Europe, provided the Shell gas station network allows it, exclusively as described above. Dirty toilet facility, no paper. But you still pay entrance fee.

At the entrance it says big: you can pay with DKV or UTA. When I went to the cashier they said that it is not possible to pay with UTA. Than with Visa or Mastercard!

I stood here on Easter 04/19-21/2025, there were many free places for LKW. For 3 days I paid 60€ with a Shell card, of which they gave 45€ worth of food coupons (6 pieces for 7.5€). WC 0.5€, shower 3€. Near the gas pumps there is a tire pump for passenger cars, and there is also a water tap. The area is quite clean, there are many trash cans. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the dishes are mostly 16.90€, I paid only 1.90€ extra. I ate on the spot, the waiter reminded me every time that I could go and serve myself any salad of my choice. About 4 km away is the Moselle River with vineyards, there are beautiful views (photos attached). In general, everything is beautiful.

The parking is not bad except that you can only pay with a visa or in cash and there is no toilet, 50 cents, go wherever you want. Also not safe today they cut my awning but didn’t touch the goods.

Hello colleagues, for some reason everyone says parking is 15 euros, but today I started and paid 20 euros per day, that’s 60 euros from Friday to Monday, but it’s expensive for cash, 15 euros, but it’s a bit expensive, and a shower is also 10 or 12 minutes for 3 euros, which is not enough for 3 euros, it only takes 5 minutes to shave and there are no shops nearby, closer than 4 km.

It's my first time here and I'm not surprised it's so crowded here. Very nice staff and first class cuisine. Schnitzel “Jäger Art” was wonderful.

Today the DKV card was not accepted for payment. Although I don’t know how it was before. Paid in cash for the night 20€. Of these, 15€ are given as restaurant bonuses.

What a crappy place, the parking lot is overcrowded and costs 20 euros, of which you get 15 drinks in the restaurant. Service friendly but food bad. Daily menu sauerkraut purree and xl bratwurst... Sauerkraut was just snot purred lukewarm sausage very hot and completely dried out. Shower is normally clean 3.50 euros plus 50 cents to enter. Only 1 shower defective and a long queue, cleaning lady goes in and out again. So not as clean as it should be. Unfortunately for me it will be the last time I stand here

Well located, lots of options. Gas is relatively cheap. Financial services (cash withdrawals) are available at the checkout, but there's a €6 fee for non-Postbank accounts.

For me it's one of the worst truck stops in Europe and I've been driving internationally for 38 years, CNG is no longer available, you used to risk slashing your tires when approaching the pillar. Anyone who needs to fill up with natural gas is definitely better off at Total in Koblenz, friendlier staff and high pressures for CNG (over 200),

Good and inexpensive. 10 € parking fees including 5 € voucher. There are truck stops where where where the parking space now costs €25. With such expensive truck stops, driving a truck no longer makes sense.

An unexpectedly baby friendly place!! They have toys and high chairs!! The food was also delicious and all in one just make it the perfect break when you travel with a kid. We’ve visited in December so the Christmas atmosphere was on point!!

Clean toilets and you get a receipt with which you can spend the 50 cents on a cup of coffee or something.
