Had a delicious lunch. My husband and daughters had burgers and fries, and I had the vegan kebab bowl. Everyone was very full, and the portions were generous! It was quite quiet when we were there, so we got our order quickly. Highly recommended!

Good food for a better price than cheap fast food restaurants and very friendly service.

I was with a very large group (30 people; 24 children; 6 leaders). The collaboration with the service was very good. We wrote down our own orders at each table, and they were then prepared at each table, and we weren't charged for dips. Everyone returned to the campsite full and happy. We were very satisfied.

Fries taste like intestinal extract

That was the smallest portion of currywurst I've ever eaten. That used to be much better. Edit: I was just in the toilet. It smelled so bad there that I almost went backwards out of it.

The burgers were good. But nothing special. The tables outside were completely sticky. It makes you wonder what goes on in the kitchen. The service was very friendly.

It was nice. The food was reasonably priced. The fries were delicious, and the burgers were good quality. The guys behind the counter did a good job. One small criticism: someone should sweep the restaurant every now and then.

Unfortunately, the burgers are no longer vegan because there are no longer any vegan burger buns. It's a real shame, I really enjoyed eating the vegan burgers. Now with a vegan diet you only have the poutine fries to choose from if you don't just want to eat a snack. The poutine fries are delicious, but due to the lack of variety, I unfortunately don't go there as often as before.

Absolutely underground. We waited forever. By the time we got to the office everything was ice cold and muddy. Cashier also completely incompetent. Never again.

There were four of us here and it was moderately full. The order went relatively quickly. Everything tasted really excellent. The fries are hot and crispy, the burgers are juicy and well prepared, and the toppings are really tasty. Of course you can also get burgers and fries cheaper. For me personally, the quality of the ingredients is worth the extra charge. Unfortunately, the shop itself wasn't really clean, and they could have really paid more attention to it, especially given the small number of guests.

We were here for the first time today. a one-man show. Just one employee, no one else. (he was quite friendly) You have to get food when it's ready. Therefore service = zero. The food is massively overpriced!! A small burger with lettuce, tomato and a thin, small slice of meat, a tough €9 The fries are really nothing special at all. Unfortunately, the taste of the pulled pork is pungent and the finish is persistent. Unfortunately, the Kreuter remulade was a joke, as was the coleslaw, although despite all the bad things, it still tasted the best. In short: 2x fries, 2 small burgers, 2 drinks = €50 Ps: If you focus on sustainability and therefore avoid plastic cutlery, you should rethink the concept of throwing away wooden forks and cardboard boxes, which unfortunately impart the taste to the food. This is also not sustainable. Then prefer dishes that can be cleaned and reused. Are really disappointed!

Lots of delicious vegan dishes—all organic—but the disposable paper tableware isn't so sustainable...

Very tasty and juicy burgers, the fries were crispy and tasted very good. The fries with pulled pork or Danish style were also crispy and tasted very well. We will definitely come back again :)

Delicious burgers, lucky fries – a pleasant surprise! I can highly recommend it.

The bowl looked nothing like the pictures, several ingredients (e.g. the chickpeas) were simply missing. Of course, we didn't notice this until it was too late because we had to pick it up. The dressing was pretty uninspired (Sylter style or something) and also too little. For the most part it was just a raw food plate. The fries were also just mediocre: some old fries were put back in the deep fryer to “warm up”. The picture in the card also showed sweet potatoes, but they weren't included either. The prices (€11 for the “bowl”) are pretty steep. Sauces cost up to €1.50 extra. Service was nice and quick.

We ordered fries and smashburgers to work. The preparation was super quick and the food was there within a very short time. The portion of fries was huge and really tasty. They were still warm and crispy, which is rare, especially for delivered ones. The smash burger was juicy and smashingly delicious. You saved our lunch break :-)

We had fries with two different dips and a burger. Everything was super fresh and deliciously prepared. The fries were homemade and, according to the operator, the burger meat comes from a well-kept cattle farm. The two guys who served us were very friendly and we had the food less than 5 minutes later Table. Absolute recommendation in Koblenz

Sorry, but it's not tasty. You can eat, but not for everyone. You can forget about charging for phones, there are no sockets, I didn’t ask for Wi-Fi. Food for the hungry will do, the combinations are for everyone... a lot of onions and peas. An Arab establishment for Arabs?... There is one + here, not many people, if you want to be alone and in silence, in the city center, then this is it. Also, it seemed expensive. But it looks like a very large portion of food, you can take it for two. (I wouldn’t come a second time)

Vegan kebab fries are just SO delicious. Points are deducted for the vegan-declared donuts with chocolate sauce, although only the donuts are actually vegan. It's not possible that it doesn't say that the sauce isn't vegan! Especially since this is of course smart from a business point of view, because in the vegan version you still pay for the sauce.

The fries with mushroom sauce and cheddar are really amazing! However, you could taste that they were frozen fries, albeit a little higher quality than some of the competition. One star deducted because I saved a lot on the pulled pork burger, so I would have hoped for more for the price. However, the taste was great, and there was also barbecue sauce😋 Praise to the staff who calmly explained half the menu to us😅

Too bad. It was actually tasty here a long time ago. That was probably once. The fries were completely soggy, the burgers were cold and extremely small. (for the price) The staff was neither friendly nor courteous nor present in any way representative of the store. The food has absolutely no price/performance ratio. 2 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 self-service fries for €35. And none of it was really tasty.

Vegan Kebab Fries and the vegan burger are the best dishes. I actually eat there at least once a week.

A quick stop during the lunch break. The fries were hot, crispy and not greasy, the sauces were tasty and we received friendly and quick service. We had the large portion and were definitely full.

Mega tasty fries and definitely a proud portion. On top of that was the great music that just played. Relaxed Linkin Park and a few people, including staff, sang along. It was a great experience and as I said, the food was very tasty and you'll definitely feel full.

Very tasty food, especially as a vegetarian you have a nice selection! The staff were friendly, but there is one minus point for the cleanliness. On and under the tables could have been wiped down, but otherwise everything was great.

After visiting the Sacred Heart Church across the street, I had lunch here. I ordered pulled pork on fries. Pulled pork tasted sweet, the coleslaw was OK and the fries.....not crispy, just tasted a bit salty in one place. Unfortunately they didn't taste like potatoes either. For that and a bottle of organic apple spritzer I got rid of 15 okken. The concept is certainly good...but for me the price/performance ratio is not optimal. Will certainly not come back 😕

As a fries lover, I can't recommend the shop. It just wasn't good. Fries were too soggy and the preparation was a bit careless. When we entered we startled the young lady because she was engrossed in her smartphone.

Takeaway smash burgers. F#%K...!!! INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Although I'm already fed up after the DOUBLE SMASH, I really want another one now!! Buns, cheese, meat, toppings (pickles/onions) - everything fits together perfectly. I've already tried many brands, be it In & Out, Wendy's, Shake Shack, Beast etc. But I unexpectedly got the best burger in Koblenz... I would like to say thank you for the next 10 kg on my hips!! Service was casual and friendly, preparation was very quick. Burger packaged well, was still hot at home. I'll be back (unfortunately!).

In itself quite a good selection of fries etc. as well as citizens. We had currywurst in vegan and meat versions. Good taste. However, the portions of currywurst are very small. The curry sauce was too thick for us, more reminiscent of tomato paste, and the curry wasn't particularly tasty. The poutine or the pulled pork are more recommended. Prices for self-service are on the higher side. Ambiance is modern and cozy. Cleanliness is very good, toilets are also very clean. You can do it like that.

The shop is chic, but the service at the counter is very unmotivated and listless (March 16th - around 3:30 p.m.) The fries were ok. Not really crispy, the taste is good thanks to the peel on the potato.

It was my first time there and I ordered a vegan bowl and a drink. The guys behind the counter were busy, but I still received friendly service. The food tasted very good and there is no service there, you get what you order and sit down wherever it is available. So a fast food restaurant, when I'm back in Koblenz I will visit the small restaurant again. I was back last time and ordered two 🍔. They were very small for a single price of 8.50 euros. Approx. value of goods 3 euros, actually quite outrageous. They tasted good, but how can you go wrong with a burger. I'm definitely moving in here again 🌟 from everywhere and it'll be the last time for me. I discovered a better 🍔 store, the same price and the 🍔 ones are twice as big.

Tasty and nice staff. But expensive. Chairs like I know from my school, tables and benches firmly anchored outside, not really suitable for people with limited mobility. Too tight or self-collection and self-cleaning is expected. All in all, I don't think price and performance are in harmony. So personal opinion: not mine.

The place is ok, clean and almost empty at the time we were there (Sunday lunchtime). Star deducted because there was no decent map. There was a short description of the fries outside but without any price information, which was then included but kept very low. Unfortunately, the food didn't look quite as appealing either. It was ok in terms of price and taste. I'm a little disappointed though, pictures are very deceiving.

I recently visited Frittenglück in Koblenz and was amazed by the delicious fries! They were perfectly crispy and golden brown, just how you want them to be. A real treat for every fries lover. The price was a little higher than expected, but the quality and taste definitely made up for it. I'll definitely come back

I doubt whether this is really lucky for the fries. The service is actually overwhelmed with everything. The food is poorly seasoned. The double cheese burger tastes boring. The fries are too salty. Price performance definitely doesn't match.

The food was very tasty. You order at the cash register and drinks are available for self-service in a large refrigerator. After paying, you get a beeper indicating that your food is ready and you pick it up at the front. There was no service, but the tables were clean, and that's part of the service. Gladly again

I love going there, you're never really disappointed. Only with the fries with sauces is it a bit of a shame that everything underneath quickly becomes soggy and the last few times I found the fries very salty, but otherwise everything was good.

Hair in the cheeseburger!! When I returned the meal worth €45, it was explained to me that I would only be issued a voucher for the cheeseburger with hair. As if you would want to eat here again after such an experience. Pathetic hygiene and customer service Edit: Given the level of quality in the store, I'm not surprised that the owner goes one better here and brazenly lies. The man in the kitchen had curly hair down to his shoulders and no hairnet, you could clearly see him as he was asked to check out after the incident. I also think it's great how the owner admits in his answer that hair appears more often in food :D:D

The fries are really good, unfortunately the burger wasn't up to snuff. There is no real comfort here, you notice that as a customer you are being trafficked through. Processing as quickly as possible, eating quickly, getting out quickly. Better than the big competition but only because the fries are great.
