McDonald's in Regen

That evening, the restaurant was extremely dirty. Didn't wipe the table, we cleaned it ourselves.

The “Schachterlwirt” on site, if nothing is open there is the typical fast food here.

The food here doesn't cut it anymore either. What can I say, the crappy ordering machines don't react properly, so the payment was a disaster and the employee forgot about it. I'm going to Burger King again.

Once again by chance in this Mäci. Basically a clean shop. We ordered at the terminal. After 20 minutes I went to the front and asked. Annoyed, probably overwhelmed employees found a tray but not the food. This was packed as to go. The MA then simply put it on the tray and was ready... fries half empty, eaten cold and the special order was missing.

They aren't even able to respond to an email. An impudence. You get half an apple turnover and tell them that, then as compensation you get 2 new apple turnovers that were exactly half that. That's unbelievable.

Literally 20 minutes ago the lady “placed” my order. Happymeal + wrap included. I ordered takeaway since there were no other orders except mine, but when I got to the car it turned out that they didn't give me a toy or at least a tissue. By the way, the packaging was stuck to the paper and when I tried to unfold it the whole thing opened up

This store is so bad, you never get what you ordered or the order was changed by the staff. I once ordered a Big Tasty Bacon but got something else. My "Big Tasty" had gherkins and the wrong sauce on it and the fries/lattice potatoes were also forgotten. Instead of getting 2x triple choc cookies, others are always delivered or even completely forgotten. Unfortunately, this happens regularly and is unacceptable! We pay you so that we get our food on time and in full. You have the phone numbers. But just call and say you don't have any sprites or anything else left!

I'm really mad now! Something is missing from the order again. It's already a good €20.00 that I've thrown into the wind with you!!!

Order received completely cold. Hot drink was not as requested due to laziness. Not recommended.

After four years as loyal regular customers, we have never been disappointed. Our group of three visited this restaurant again (at least once every week). But on this day the worst really happened to us. Although we knew the parking situation, it was so critical that day that people were sometimes standing in two parking spaces or the parking spaces were so crooked that you couldn't even park next to them. After we entered the restaurant, it was crowded. We are aware that employees are under stress in such a situation. This does not justify the rudeness of several employees. As always, we ordered our food at the terminal and were able to secure a seat even with this number of people. When we sat down, it didn't take a few minutes until an employee with a tray in his hand suddenly stopped and tipped the tray on us without us doing anything. Afterwards he sent us away immediately, but there was no sincere apology (we are aware that this can happen this time). We asked for wipes, but the employee stopped showing up. Another employee came and looked at us really malicious people and blamed us for this mess. She then insulted us in another language. We asked again for cloths and offered help. We were ignored again and didn't get any towels, just dirty looks. When we finally got our food, the food was already cold, the packaging was soggy and incomplete. In the end we had to take care of completing the towels and the rest of our order ourselves (even after that it wasn't the whole order, despite the invoice). A small compensation, e.g. Something like a coffee or a sincere apology would have been appropriate here. In the end, we were happy to visit the restaurant and offered to help, even though we were completely soaked from the iced tea and even smelled of it. Subsequent compensation would be very appropriate and the minimum.

Totally thrilled! Why? The DRIVE-IN lady spoke Bavarian!!! As it turned out afterwards, from a farmer's wife to a McDonald's Bavarian!! You have to do that first! Also super friendly and personable! Simply TIPTOP! So all thumbs up!! That's how it has to be. Top👍👍#Salary increase 👍

It's a shame that EVERY time something is missing from the order... The second time we had it delivered, we had two Happy Meals for the kids, which were then mercifully delivered later. Of course the children were no longer hungry. Recently it was 2x large fries when picked up, etc etc... It can't be that you always have to check everything to make sure it's complete, it's YOUR job, after all the customers pay for it! I mean, we're not talking about a packet of ketchup... Guys, it all costs money and adds up over time...

Was at the branch in Regen last night at 10:15 p.m. Paid and waited for our food. The lady with blonde hair with a braid and glasses, probably the team leader, shouted at the employees in front of us, even though many guests were at the pillars and noticed it. He said he had to clean up but she didn't even let him finish. He shouldn't argue but bring the food to the tables. In any case, I thought I had to check my order properly after receiving it because the people who worked there were under stress because of the lady. I thought the new fries were missing. When I asked an employee about it, the lady (team leader) came around the corner with a tone, they're supposed to take a closer look, everything they looked at wasn't there. She didn't even think it was necessary to apologize. If I had worked with a lady like that the trays would have flown. And if you don't know how to deal with customers or don't approach employees in front of customers, this isn't the right job for you. Preferably zero stars

Ordering online via the app worked perfectly. The entire order was served to us right at the table without any errors! Unfortunately, the restaurant is somewhat awkwardly constructed and guests walk directly past the individual tables on the way to pick up/order or play area/toilet.

Always an adventure, always something else goes wrong. Restaurant is clean but service omg. You have to look at it with humor, a simple coffee here easily takes 12 minutes - even if you are the only guest. The burgers will definitely be served warm at some point - maybe next time :)

Sunday 04/14/24: 10:15 p.m I wanted to order one thing, but trying it at the columns for 10 minutes didn't work. Then tried it with the employee at the counter and had problems. The man, dark hair with a beard and glasses, around 40 years old, was so unfriendly, sulky and then became louder... it was really an unpleasant experience. I was the only one of us at the table who didn't eat anything because I lost my appetite because of his behavior. Never had such a bad experience in a McDonald's. Felt so uncomfortable as a woman... I will never come here again in my life.

I ordered a Big Tasty via the app and then the counter told me that they didn't have any more sauce for it. And I should just take a Big Mac. If it wasn't already so late or there was something else going on somewhere else, I would have gone again...

It's just a McDonald's, in terms of design it's definitely possible to do more, the taste is also safe and the service is there, they're not particularly friendly but not unfriendly either, average. There's not necessarily anything missing, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Very clean and welcoming MC Donald. The food will be brought to your table immediately. Short waiting time and friendly staff. Were in transit and were positively impressed by this location in Regen. Very good compared to other McDonald's in Munich and the surrounding area.

This McDonald's is one of the cleanest and friendliest of all the McDonald's restaurants we have visited in Germany. The burgers were absolutely hot and fresh and the service was carried out by a person who clearly enjoyed customer contact and, above all, this service. Top rating from us, with all our hearts! ❤️

So somehow you probably don't understand the principle of service. Now, as a customer, you type in the entire order at a service point, pay by card and then wait for your order. Apparently the staff didn't even manage to pack the order properly into the bag - two large fries were missing - in other words, I was cheated on for over 7 euros. You immediately remember why you haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. It won't happen again in the future if I have to worry about being linked by the staff every time.

Der Lieferant war sehr nett. Hat beim liefern einen Unfall gebaut. Der Schichtführer und die Restauranleitung waren sehr unkompetent. Der Fahrer wurde zur "Fahrerflucht" genötigt. Er durfte keinen Abschleppdienst anrufen. Ein weiterer Fahrer wurde geschickt. Dieser,wir als Kunden und Nachbarn haben dann geholfen. Auto und Böschung sind beschädigt. Es wurde keine Polizei verständigt. Die beiden Fahrer waren sehr höflich. Haben sich mehrfach für die Hilfe bedankt. Ja jetzt ist unser Essen kalt und ich habe jetzt gemerkt das es sehr unsympathische Menschen gibt. Minus 10 Punkte für die Führungsetage. Plus 10 Punkte für die beiden Fahrer.

Erstmal etwas gutes... Es Schmeckt wie Ein Burger und es riecht auch wie ein Burger. Aber der Reine Wahnsinn ist ja das jedes mal die Burger genau so (Siehe Bild) ausschauen. Ich meine fahren die Da Mit einem Auto im Mc-drive drauf oder was? Außerdem die Preise sind Mittlerweile auch echt bisschen überteuert. Zudem ist Service auch eher unfreundlich und nicht gerade Kompetent.

Ab und zu hat man das Gefühl das einige Mitarbeiter den falschen Beruf haben

Nettes Restaurant mit nettem Personal und extrem freundlicher und kundenorientierter Managerin. Mir wurde gestern im Drive Through aus Versehen ein Hamburger statt Big Mac mitgegeben. Als ich mich heute bei der Managerin meldete bekam ich ohne große Diskussion ein komplettes Menü umsonst. So wurde aus einer negativen eine extrem positive Erfahrung. Vielen Dank dafür.

Essen und Service wie gewohnt bei Mac Donalds. Jedoch kann man nur mit Jacke sein Essen genießen, da es unangenehm kalt war. Schnell wieder nach Hause. Schade

Sehr schneller Service, schönes Interieur, alles ist in Ordnung, bis auf eines: BITTE zuerst weiße, saubere Servietten auf das Tablett legen und erst dann Pommes Fri darauf legen. Es ist nicht gut, Lebensmittel auf Papier zu legen, das ein früherer Kunde bereits vor mir verwendet hat!!! Hier geht es um Hygiene und Sauberkeit der Lebensmittel!

Normales McDonalds -- ABER CSS Schnelladestation - 2 Autos - klasse. Über 100kw mit einem VW ID.4 - 1xEssen und der Akku ist fast voll. Das wünsche ich mir bei allen Lokalen.

Die Alternative wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, oder die Kinder hungrig werden. Bestellungen sind dank der übersichtlichen Bestellterminals schnell ausgewählt und bezahlt. Die Bestellungen werden sehr schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Wundervoller Ort, einfach Himmel im gegensatz zu Sportcamp Regen. Das Rindfleisch, das auf meiner Zunge zergeht, der Käse der lecker milchig schmeckt, alles in einem, ein sehr tolles Schnell-Essen-Restaurant.

Im Vergleich zu anderen MCDonalds in der Nähe, bezogen auf das Essen, der beste.

Positiv: Tolle Lage und Ausblick. Schnellladesäule. Freundliches Bedienpersonal. Schönes Ambiente. Negativ: Organisatorische Mängel beim Putzen: Wenn man um 8 Uhr (offizielle Öffnungszeit) frühstücken kommt ist man mitten im Bodenputzen und man fühlt sich als Kunde sehr fehl am Platz. Als ich um 10 Uhr dort war, waren auf den Bestellautomaten soviele Fingerabdrücke, dass die sicher nicht von diesem Tag waren. Bei Tisch 15 entstehen in den Zwischenräumen der Sitzauflagen demnächst neue Lebensformen.

Ich halte persönlich nichts von Fastfood, kann hier jedoch die Schnellladesäule für die E-Autos empfehlen 🔌🚘 Das Eis war ganz okay.

Happy Meal Ausverkauft und als Entschädigung bekommt mal nicht mal ein Geschenk trotz alternativ Menü. Jetzt sind die Kids traurig. Die Frage die sich mir stellt ist, wie kann ein Happy Meal Ausverkauft sein?

War voll gut aber nervt mich, dass man um 23.15 uhr nicht mal mehr aufs Klo gehen kann weil jetzt geputzt wird obwohl sich 12 Leute im Restaurant befinden und drinnen essen. Liebe Grüße an den mit dem Lockenhaaren!

Ambiente sollte man eigentlich 6 Sterne geben. Er befindet sich in Top Lage einzeln gut erreichbar. Mit genialer Aussicht.

Typisch MC Donalds. Schon leicht kalt. Seit langem werden die Portionen kleiner und der Preis steigt ins unermessliche.

Alles schön dort. Parkplätze sollten genügen, aber etwas eng. Man kann dort ohne Zeitbeschränkung parken (natürlich nur solange man dort is(s)t)
