Food is delicious, going to the toilet at home was deadly

Nice and friendly at all times, the food was always ok. However, I don't like ketchup or mayonnaise. For me, both tastes take a lot of getting used to. Anyway, keep it up 👍 After a long time, got a quick snack today. Onion rings and mayo, hot 🔥 and fast, friendly, competent service. It tasted very good 👍.

No small rolls, no big rolls? Can I just take the meat in my hand? How can the most important ingredient in a burger be missing xD

Our burgers didn't taste good at all. They were extremely dry, had hardly any lettuce/vegetables on them and looked like a traffic accident. After a few bites, the rest ended up in the trash. We also discovered at home that one portion of fries wasn't included enough! At least they were delicious, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. With the ever-growing burger competition in and around Berlin, BK should urgently consider improving quality. In any case, you have lost us as customers. Take care.

What else can I say about that, The burgers are put away and when someone needs them they are warmed up and handed out. This caused me to have health problems... And I can only hope that the health department will take a look 🤢🤮

Everything is great, except that when eating out you should immediately check whether everything is there, it happens that something is missing.

Waited forever in the drive-in for 15 minutes until it was our turn and another ten minutes until the order was prepared, and we only had a medium fries and large nuggets plus a fruit tiger! There were no milkshakes again on a hot summer day. Simply bad.

The worst store ever. There is ALWAYS something missing from the order! Food is 99 percent cold...and not to mention the waiting time...

Long wait even though no one was in front of us. Food was cold and half of the order was missing. .and for the second time! Food was cold like the other day... that was our last time there... they couldn't do anything with our voucher... even though they were still valid...

This has nothing to do with “fast food” at all. The few people who even work here don't get along. You wait forever and you might get the wrong one. And when the employees shout at each other, it's a big deal. Better drive to the conference

Yesterday there was nice staff at the counter. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared and tasted very good.

I think this Burger King is so cute with the employee who feels like she was built into the burger. She's so great. And every time the food is only prepared when I'm here.

Fries were soggy - burger tasted burnt - Cola had practically no carbonation. I haven't eaten so badly in a long time!

It's just Burger King. All OK. You can also eat in between. It's a shame that the guests can't behave and leave the toilets like no one would want to find them. The lighting doesn't work either. The floor sticks all over the house. Not pleasant.

A super nice little Burger King. I find the diversity in the staff exciting and positive! Thank you for giving trans people etc a chance for equality! Burger King is a clear pioneer, ahead of McDonalds, KFC, Subway and co. The employees are very accommodating and nice, the tables and toilets are extremely clean!

First the order was entered incorrectly (very time consuming), then a French fries and mayo were forgotten (unfortunately only noticed at home) and an extremely large amount of sauce, so that absolutely nothing else was tasted. But hey, the ice cream machine wasn't "broken".

Professional but not really friendly service, fries were starting to get sticky and lukewarm, cheeseburgers were almost completely cold, even though there was hardly anything going on and I didn't have to wait long for it.

I really enjoy eating at Burger King, only the branch in Hennigsdorf doesn't get it. Cheeseburger juicy and well topped. Chicken nuggets are almost choking on. 1 lettuce leaf, just lint, no sauce in the middle, a blob. I've tried it 5 times now. I'd rather go somewhere else

The employees there are always super friendly and have a nice saying on their lips. The burgers are always hot and fresh. When I'm passing through - and I often am - I like to go to the drive-in there

Digital coupons are not accepted here for whatever reason. It works everywhere else in Germany.

Drive in, not recommended. Service miserable. You regularly forget something when you order at the drive-thru. Always check the entire bag, sometimes the food is not really warm. Very poor service from the headquarters in Germany. Now a message is going out to the USA headquarters.

After many years I will and must adjust my review and correct it downwards. Something is ALWAYS missing from the order. The cleanliness of the store has deteriorated significantly. From garbage, dirt and leftover food on the floor to week-old spider webs on the lamps. Only the toilet was in a reasonable condition, at least today. The sink, on the other hand, is beyond dated and worn. The furniture is so worn and worn that even the blind can see that it needs replacing. Whoever from management is reading this will get the place back in shape. Photos taken on July 5th, 2022 during ongoing operation. Updated March 12, 2024: I noticed that the hygiene deficiencies have been remedied and the covers have finally been replaced, renewed and are worth seeing again. You still need to work on the service and friendliness. The order must be checked after payment as something is always missing But otherwise deserved increase in stars from 1 to 3. I just haven't inspected the toilet yet, so I'll do that and adjust the review again if necessary.

If you want to eat something quick and like burgers, this is a good opportunity.

Staff was extremely unfriendly.... Everything was simply forgotten. Fries, 2 burgers, a coke, sauces, the wrong ice cream was given out, etc. Simply unbelievable and stupid comments from the staff (you can forget something but the way it is said) made you sick out of !!!! The food as always. However, the shop is getting dirtier and dirtier. Fries under the tables, broken upholstery, paper on the floor, sticky tables, etc. It's just fast food 😳 Been there again after a long time. It was Friday around 7 p.m. It was busy. We waited a good 15 minutes for our order. This is probably also because coupons are in circulation again. The ambience is getting worse and worse. Now a bench is so broken that you can't/don't want to sit there anymore. I hope that the repair or new purchase has already been ordered. If this continues, we won't eat there anymore. Went to the restaurant again after months. The benches have been reupholstered! Looks good. Unfortunately, the burgers were no longer very warm, but the fries were fresh and hot.

You don't get what you ordered and paid for. Drive-in is not recommended. Seems like this happened to a lot of other customers too, based on the reviews they read. Wanted to have it delivered by phone. The delivery service is stated until 10 p.m. But apparently this is not possible because there are not enough staff on site. Bad planning. lost customers; Next time we'll let the competition deliver.

I am very disappointed with my last visit to Burger King on February 17, 2024 afternoon. I've always been very happy with the food and service, but this time it was unreasonable. A homeless man has taken up residence in the back corner of the store, emitting an unbearable stench of urine and feces. He also moaned loudly as if he was masturbating himself, which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me and my girlfriend. When he finally disappeared, he went to the only walk-in toilet for men and stayed there for 15 minutes. Afterwards the toilet was so dirty that no one could use it. I asked the staff about it twice, but they just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn't do anything because the homeless man was always there and they had little leeway because of the management. This is not an acceptable answer for a customer who has paid for their meal and expects a clean and pleasant environment. I think it's a shame that Burger King places so little value on hygiene and customer friendliness. I will not visit this store again and advise everyone else not to.

Mon 01/22/24 9:45 p.m. in Drive in… A simple order that even my deaf-blind great uncle could have processed properly: A King Rösti (potato pancake) and an apple-banana squeezer. The restaurant is empty. No one in the drive thru, the only customer present left the store shortly after they pulled up. The brilliantly working employees achieved an unbelievable record time of around 4 minutes waiting time for this order! Impressive! And that even while you were on your cell phone in front of the customers for 3 out of 4 minutes right at the drive thru window 🤩 World class! So the bag with my King Rösti is handed to me, until then everything won't be so bad. At that point you even get a wish for a nice evening! Top! It couldn't get any better ☺️ The colleague then quickly disappeared and continued chatting with his colleagues 😇 Then the sobering look into the bag. King Rösti is here, unfortunately the apple and banana squeezer is missing for a fabulous evening snack. 😋 Forgetting one of two things, well that also happens to the competent specialists in the local burger joint! 😉 After that, unfortunately no one was to be found 😀 I stood there for a moment and waited quietly to see if anything would happen again. Dead silence in the Burger King. Unfortunately, you won't hear multiple light honks to draw attention to yourself 😧 No problem at all, then you just knock on the window three times and maybe someone will come... And the fact is! You won't believe it, the young employee with black hair and beard comes to our rescue again. 🙂 “Unfortunately, we are missing our Squeeze,” I said - the highly competent employee immediately notices the Squeeze. “Oh, it’s still here,” he replied. Then I said, “Don’t try it.” “But it can be done quietly,” the dear gentleman interrupts me 🤓 Unfortunately, the order doesn't go well either. Well, next time I'll whisper for help in the hope of doing everything right 😟😳 Great experience, would love to do it again with the staff who are well trained in dealing with customers 🤗 Food was A1 with stars 🥳

There was no McChicken. The kebab box here is good.

The Whopper and also the fries are great compared to other Burger King branches. I can only explain how this is possible based on the good management of this branch. Actually the standard is set, but here the Whopper just tastes better and better...tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce always fresh...chips crispy... Nothing indicates old fat. Toilet clean.....staff attentive and friendly.....

Heute 2x 20 Chillicheese Nuggets im DriveIn bestellt. (Mehr nicht - also kein „Potenzial“ etwas zu verwechseln/zu vergessen) Nur einmal erhalten 20 Stück. Ist schon öfter vorgekommen, dass Bestellungen gefehlt haben oder falsch waren.

Essen war wie immer gut. Leider ist vieles nicht mehr heiß und die Sitze müssen dringend erneuert werden.

Halt ein Burger King. Hier kann man noch am Schalter bestellen. In manchen Filialen ja nur noch an Bildschirmen. Personal schnell überfordert. Ansonsten sauber, alles ganz. So wie es sein soll

Das Essen ist super, wie in jedem Burger King. Allerdings braucht man Geduld, wenn man auf sein Essen wartet.

Hey ho, wir sind uns glaub ich alle einig, dass wir hier eine Rezession für ein Fastfood Geschäft schreiben. Das Essen wird hier frisch zubereitet und ich hatte nie Probleme oder etwas zu beanstanden. Also, wenn Burger King, dann hier! Wir sind ab und zu hier (vielleicht auch mal öfters ^^). Jedesmal beobachte ich eine junge Dame, die unglaublich angagiert ist. Wenn ich richtig informirt bin, dann ist ihr Name Klinger. Sie ist immer voll motiviert und hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht! Ich bin Jedesmal völlig begeistert von ihr. Und falls du das liest, dann Danke dafür, dass du so bist wie du bist! Liebe Grüße ans Team

Wirklich guter Laden, wir waren zwar erst später dort, somit können wir nicht beurteilen wie es ist, wenn es wirklich voll ist. Unsere Burger waren warm und wirklich lecker, auch die Nuggets waren gut.

Das Ambiente könnte man mal erneuern. Die Sitzbänke sehen echt nicht mehr schön aus. Essen war frisch

Wieder entäuscht. Immer ist oder fehlt hier irgendwas. Zu Hause angekommen, hat der Bacon King nur eine Scheibe Fleisch und 1 Scheibe Käse. Für 6,99€ schon ärgerlich. Burger King gut, Burger King Hennigsdorf Zero points - schade

Bei Fast Food ist nicht viel zu sagen, der Standort ist aber gut zu erreichen. Besonders wenn man hungrig von der Bahn kommt und einfach irgendwas essen will. Ich persönlich find auch die Innendeko in dieser Kette leblos und unspektakulär.

Die Pommes waren kalt und labrig, meinen Kindern wurde im Happy meal ungefragt Cola gegeben. Es waren viele Wespen dort.

Nicht zu empfehlen, wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Personal hat uns kaum verstanden und deswegen falsches Essen erhalten. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Einmal und nie wieder

Nettes Personal und gute frische Burger

Die Arbeiter sind schnell und hilfsbereit, immer sehr nett. Sie tun das Beste, was sie können, in Übereinstimmung mit den Bedingungen, unter denen sie arbeiten. Essen auf einem beneidenswerten Niveau für einen Burger King. Kümmere dich um die Arbeiter !! Sie arbeiten ohne Klimaanlage bei +35? Warum arbeiten sie unter so rauen Bedingungen? Manchmal sollte man auch ein wenig in Geräte wie Kühlschränke investieren. Für Arbeiter 5/5. Für die Bedingungen, unter denen sie 1/5 schaffen.

Alles im grünen Bereich. Ein Boxenstopp lohnt sich. Ansonsten ein Standard Burger King

Super nett, super frisch, und ganz wichtig, keine dämlichen bestell Automaten.

Essen war nach Standard BK Art okay. Lokal wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Personal war grundsätzlich nett und wirkte kompetent.

Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren alle nett und hilfsbereit. Heute hat es aber etwas länger mit dem Essen gedauert. Dafür waren die Pommes frisch. Die Burger waren nicht mehr heiß. Sogar auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen. Das Behinderten WC roch unangenehm und leider war im normalen WC nur ein Händetrockner aber keine Papiertücher vorhanden.
