I don't know of a slower Burger King. The wait was 15 minutes, and it wasn't even that busy. Anyone who thinks the burgers were warm is mistaken.

When I arrived with my son and my wife it was obviously quite full but we were taken very quickly. Ours was a 12/10, the burger was juicy and the fries were also very nice. I like the shake machine. I will visit this company more often in the future.

What's going on again? I wanted to eat something "quickly." First of all, no more small burger buns, just expensive junk. Then I had to wait 25 minutes. Yeah, let me handle this.

It took a long time until we finally got to the drive-in. I thought the driver would go ahead and get a giant bag, but the wait didn't match the size of the bag. It was still delicious, though.

We wanted to try Burger King again after years: The meat was dry and the burger was pretty bland. The fries and shake were good. Unfortunately, even after asking, one of the three fries was forgotten. I know it's stressful. The employee was also so unemotional. We're kind of disappointed :( It wasn't busy.

I wanted to get in quickly at the drive-thru. There was one person in front of me. I waited 15 minutes, and the person in front of me still hadn't received their order. Then I backed out. Disaster, never again!

I was absolutely thrilled with the fantastic staff! We were celebrating a child's birthday. The staff were very accommodating, completely uncomplicated, and incredibly kind to the children! I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but I'll probably stop by more often now. Thank you so much to all the staff!

Very friendly staff. Ten of us visited the restaurant for a child's birthday party. The food was served quickly, and special requests were handled with utmost kindness. We'd be happy to return.

The store seems a bit run-down, and the service could be friendlier and more smiling. You can tell the staff doesn't like their jobs; they're just working away. The parking spaces in front of the door are great, and the fact that you can access the property from both the front and back is great. The prices have gotten expensive.

The ice machine was broken, and there were no cold drinks. The food was okay.

I think it's a real disgrace that the ice cream and shake machine hasn't been working for at least two months, and in the summer to boot! The owner doesn't seem to care. That's a great way to drive away guests. My friends don't go there anymore. I don't either. I feel like I've been ripped off! It can't be that long before the machine is defective. What's wrong? Can't find a technician, or are the employees too lazy to clean the machine in the evenings? I'm really angry!

Nice central location. The food is standard Burger King fare. Good parking.

The restaurant was dirty, the staff were unmotivated, I ordered a burger with cheese but got no cheese, and the Coke was lukewarm. This was definitely my last visit there.

Absolutely awful place... The food is already cold 10 minutes after you get it... It really spoils your appetite... And the service is also a joke... They'd be better off with self-service...

Despite the intense heat outside, even in the store, the staff was friendly and service-oriented on a Sunday.

If you order a children's menu, it should include toys. It seems logical, but apparently not to the staff 🤦‍♀️ 2 times forgotten, 2 times sad children.

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in several years, and as confirmed again today, rightly so. My order took quite a while to arrive, probably because they were looking for the oldest veggie patties that needed to be used up. The patties were so hard and old that they were inedible. The receipt would have been useful for filing a complaint. However, it's unreadable. It could have been a blank piece of paper. That's it, never again Burger King.

I waited almost two hours for the delivery service. Half of my order was missing, and it's cold!

The staff was a bit disorganized ;( Overall, everything worked out. It wasn't busy, but the trash was piling up... Perhaps they're missing a motivated restaurant manager.

Unfortunately, there were far too few staff members; even ordering immediately, the wait was at least 10 minutes. The employee at the counter was responsible for the drive-thru, orders, and serving, and she gave it her all. But at 12 p.m. and without terminals, that's not enough. Too bad, Burger King!

I very rarely get something there, but when I rarely get something wrong every time, there seems to be a system behind it. I've never experienced it "almost". No matter whether full or empty. Most of the time it is empty, which is certainly for a reason. If there are more than two cars at the drive-in counter, you can safely drive 3km further to the big M and still be back earlier. Last time I only got normal cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers, today they asked for the sauce with the chicken nuggets, but it stayed at that... If you only notice this when you get home, you've sucked the drops. You'll never find a receipt in the bag anyway. So I recommend everyone to check right away. Employees often seem uncoordinated and sometimes disoriented. Apparently the motivation in system catering is more than manageable. If you go in there two or three times a year, it's anything but comfortable. You usually look for fresh ingredients in vain and ask yourself whether the brownish yellow iceberg lettuce is a new and unique variety. All in all, I wonder how the store can survive. Maybe Burgerking is doing studies there and testing limits... that would explain a lot.

I find the burgers tastier than at other Burger King restaurants, you can tell they are always freshly made. The prices are good too and the ambience is just like a Burger King

BK Drive experience: We order 2 ice creams (ice cream machine broken) it starts well, then we order 1 drink, 2 burgers & want the new fried pickles. After the boy wanted to book a Sprite instead of fried pickles twice, we went to the window and even showed him a PHOTO! He asked if 6 or 9 pieces, we ordered 6 and waited. After waiting for 10 minutes we set off and after a 5 minute drive we opened the bag of fried pickles full of expectations. Yes, what was in it 6 onion rings which were also charged. You can't really count on competence here because we even showed a photo

Friendly service person who told us that the ice cream machine had been broken for more than 2 months and was still not working. Otherwise the tables are dirty and are not cleaned.

One of the worst Burger King's I know. Waited half an hour at the DriveInn. Order was only taken at the delivery window. Sprite was low on flavor and fizz. Receipt was unreadable. Staff poorly trained, overwhelmed and understaffed. Of course, quality and service suffer greatly as a result.

We were there last night to satisfy our hunger and were served by Mrs. Klinger, who was extremely friendly and nice, the food was very fresh and she responded to our wishes, which unfortunately cannot be said about other branches. The branch will be visited more often in the future. Kind regards go out to Ms. Klinger, who was very warm, some of Burger King's employees can take an example from her.

Overall ok, but the place seems a bit godforsaken. The staff seem surprised by the presence of people. They probably live mainly on deliveries.

We waited 17 minutes for our food. This is simply unreasonable for a fast food restaurant. That was the last time. The kitchen looks dirty and the tables and around them are cleaned very irregularly.

I just ordered 3 burgers and 9 onion rings at the drive in for €27 (TWENTY SEVEN!!!). When I got home I realized that the onion rings were simply missing. Even though there wasn't much going on. No one could be reached by phone at first. Then at some point the missing things were delivered to my home. :-)

Here, more emphasis is placed on ensuring that the parking space is not occupied by long-term parkers. More time spent training employees (ordering process and preparation), sprucing up the interior (flickering lamps and missing ordering terminals) and installing functioning toilet rooms.

Parking lot is monitored by camera. If you exceed the parking time, there is a fine of €38. I'd rather eat somewhere else.

Impossible! My friend got regular nuggets even though she ordered the vegetarian ones. After asking for an exchange we were sent out and had to throw them away!

I'm disappointed. I chose the X-tra long Chili Cheese and Big King XXL menu. The fries were okay, but the citizen didn't live up to my expectations. When you bite into it, the meat looks like it was warmed up in the microwave. The preparation of the burgers is a far cry from the animation photos. The only good thing about the chicken burger is that you can recognize the meat as chicken. Overall, this is for people who don't care as long as there's something in their mouth. As I ate the burgers, I thought I would have the same experience as the burgers from the refrigerated section at retail. I keep getting disappointed.

In itself a typical Burger King. Placing the order was quick and the employee was friendly. However, it took an unreasonably long time until the 3 burgers were ready to be picked up. There was nothing going on, so we found the waiting time incomprehensible. It was also far too cold and the additional ventilation made this even worse. Our children also noticed this and wanted to leave there.

The service was completely overwhelmed. Not only was the dressing for the salad and the extra Patie in the Whopper and cutlery forgotten, but also the chili fries. The store will never see me again.

A typical Burger King, nothing special but not bad either, just what you expect. What doesn't work is if you order take away and something is missing for the second time. Last time I had a cheeseburger that I didn't feel like sitting in the car for half an hour and today I didn't have the long chicken. Then went back today and complained about it. There was also a long chicken but no word of apology or a drink or anything. The employees are really nice but in situations like this I would like there to be at least an apology, after all we are 3.4km away for a long chicken. If you don't complain, nothing will change. So now at home, my burger was of course cold but at least my son had his LC. From today on we will always check on site to make sure everything is in the bag.

Danger! There's a huge rip-off going on. I stood in the parking lot right in front of the entrance for 12 minutes too long and now I have to pay a fine of 48 euros. The parking lot is monitored by cameras. I will never enter this store again. That's not good customer service. The food and service were ok.

There's not much to say about food. However, I thought the macaroni burger was terrible. Otherwise the restaurant is standard, a bit small you still have to order at the cash register with a very overwhelmed employee. But what really annoys me is when restaurants don't even have a children's chair. My daughter (2) is just a little too small. This is just not okay people. I fully expected it and ordered it first. If I had asked for the chair first, I would have left.

Have a relaxed meal here? Fast food=Fast eating. Otherwise parking will be expensive.

Our burgers didn't taste good at all. They were extremely dry, had hardly any lettuce/vegetables on them and looked like a traffic accident. After a few bites, the rest ended up in the trash. We also discovered at home that one portion of fries wasn't included enough! At least they were delicious, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. With the ever-growing burger competition in and around Berlin, BK should urgently consider improving quality. In any case, you have lost us as customers. Take care.

What else can I say about that, The burgers are put away and when someone needs them they are warmed up and handed out. This caused me to have health problems... And I can only hope that the health department will take a look 🤢🤮
