McDonald's in Hennigsdorf

Actually a very nice shop when it's not rush hour. Then it can quickly become hectic, stressful and loud, so that the employees tend to shout at each other and you get the wrong food three times. Plus point for the fact that the employees still react very nicely to the customers

The fries 🍟 are so crispy and always get soggy so quickly. The rest was hot 🔥 and tasted after a long time.

It's really unbelievable how long you have to wait for your food! In addition, it is not even delivered hot and there is also unfriendly service. Sad what has become of this chain! I'm disappointed

Team very nice and friendly. However, putting the parking lot under “protection” to a rip-off company is very unfriendly to customers; some people sit longer in the restaurant, eat more slowly and/or have to wait longer on busy days. I find it simply impossible to add a €35 “fine” to this. So next time eat somewhere else, there are a few good alternatives towards the town center 😉

I've been to many branches and they have the best ice cream here. The portions are not skimped on and the service is also friendly. Only one table could be wiped down more quickly.

Unfortunately you don't get the food you ordered 10 to 11. Rude and uncooperative...

Something is always missing from the order. Some of the employees can hardly speak German, which is why they don't understand you. We ordered 2 McSmart menus and thought they would probably do it. Wrong thought. Saw at home that 1x fries were missing and one chicken burger had more sauce on the outside than inside. If you are too incompetent for this job, you shouldn't work at all. Such a juice shop. At least they really try hard and are nice

After a long time, I had to adjust my review. The shop is very dirty. The toilets are so disgustingly dirty that you immediately lose all appetite. That smells bad for your health there. It wasn't the first time either. I think the toilet never gets cleaned.

Really a ..... store from A to Z! Once again I wanted to give it a chance but it was again in vain! Waited 7 minutes at the McDrive counter until someone tried to answer the intercom (please notice there were no customers inside, it was 9:50 p.m. yesterday). I placed my order with special instructions, was ordered to the next window without a final total and listlessly . Even though there was no visible amount, it was only given to me when I asked, and it was also very lackluster! At the next window and now 14 minutes later I was handed a cup (wrong drink noticed later) and the food, I asked for my special order - the young woman said she had to ask the kitchen, came back and said no, it wasn't that I had Must specify when ordering! Uhhhhh, is that still okay? I ordered this and there were witnesses who were sitting in the car! So to be honest, it's a turning shop with no nice staff, no desire and of the totally lame variety. Save yourself any visits here!! PS: the last time in the summer shortly before 10.30pm I wanted a Mcflurry with my girlfriend - they said again and again that the machine was defective! It's just stupid that you know people who know that they just don't feel like cleaning the thing right before the end of the day. No sales are really needed here,

What a dirty place. Many tables were dirty and not wiped down, the tray return boxes were overflowing, we had to squeeze other leftovers on top and the floor towards the toilets and inside were so sticky that every step could be clearly heard. Disgusting. But it was only moderately attended and the employees were standing around.

With the MC Drive, only one switch is operated, you are informed that you should wait a short time and then you are asked at the other switch, which is great if you wait 10 minutes and no one answers. Close the shop!

So basically everything would be good. The problem I have that makes the rating the way it is is that I'm a vegetarian and that's why I ordered Vegetarian 6 Nuggets. But real ones arrived. It sounds like a trifle, but it's very unpleasant for people who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. I was lucky enough to notice it at home, but I can imagine that the whole thing has happened several times and perhaps wasn't always noticed.

The whole floor sticks no matter when you come

Now that's enough for me and I would like to point out that once again my order in the drive was completely wrong. Firstly, the food is nowhere near the temperatures required by law (actually almost never at McDonald's, the competition is better there), secondly, instead of the double BigMacs, I only got plain ones, and the McDouble also had chili instead of cucumbers . Good thing I'm not allergic! Unfortunately, it is very common for errors to occur there. Now I not only have to check the packaging, but also the contents! Bravo! But no matter, this one degree drop in temperature is no longer noticeable anyway...

Great service, food is just fine McDonald's. Otherwise, fast service and my special requests were taken into account.

I'm disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the tables. I then went to the employee and asked him if he could clean the table. He was in a bad mood and disinterested and then cleaned the table, the last time I was there.

Too few parking spaces and too small! The driveway is narrow for two oncoming turning cars. Impure unfresh. Messy. Disabled spaces occupied.

Unfortunately, repeatedly prepared carelessly

No order possible from staff. Only the machines want to have customer contact. Of course you can't pay in cash at the machine. It doesn't work with the donuts either 😂. And in the end, waiting 20 minutes isn't “fast food”, nobody was friendly either 🙆🏻‍♂️. So disappointing in every respect. Oh and milkshake is also difficult right now because of the machine...

The tables were stuck, the tray could no longer be pushed into the carts...they were completely overcrowded. But no one was interested in that.

5 out of 13 things were missing. Otherwise I always check. Not that one time. Only noticed it at home. Very annoying.

Good food and drink, unfortunately the waiting time is sometimes a little longer. The terminal usually works perfectly and the employees are nice and friendly.

There weren't enough nuggets in my order, but I paid the full price. Not OK, I want my money back or a nugget more. Otherwise I won't come back!! But the tall, blonde employee with shaggy hair is great!

In the past (2010) it was more comfortable. Today only electronic ordering, somehow impersonal. But still a Haylight for the kids.

I came because I wanted to eat ice cream. Unfortunately there was no chocolate again or was there ever chocolate in this branch? I wonder if I'll ever be able to taste the McSundae chocolate at McDonald's.

Quite a small branch but still a great team that has fun at work

My visit was a few days ago. But it bothers me and that's why I want to get rid of my thoughts... One day after the Dark Glow glasses were advertised, I went to this McDonald's in Hennigsdorf with my daughter for exactly that reason. The answer (to the desired glass) came: “It doesn’t exist anymore!” I was amazed and wondered how something like that could be! (Sorry, but obviously there are “too many” employees here and it’s nice that you can now buy a lot of glasses through classified ads. Just my thought!) In any case, we chose a different glass. When the order was announced at the counter, the machines were not in operation, I saw two bags of fries in the counter, the basket was empty and I said: “I would like some hot fries please, I’ll wait too!” My daughter & I waited outside for food... Food came, we tried the fries, they were lukewarm (they had been sitting there for a while). Brought it back, went out again, 1 minute later the next bag was served to us. At this point I actually felt like I was being taken for a ride, as the next batch of tepid fries was handed to us. I went back to the counter and made my displeasure known. I described the situation and mentioned again that I had already asked for hot fries when I ordered!… ...now the icing on the cake: as I turn around, the employee (I think that was the manager) is talking to other customers about me: “She's in a bad mood just because she didn't get her glass...! “ That's exactly what her words were to other people, unbelievable!!! She actually then brought hot fries to our table. I spoke to her and said that I found her behavior and manner impossible. She didn't even stay at the table. While I was talking to her, she cleared another table and went in. I have never experienced anything like this!!! I live nearby and will go in again. Just out of interest, whether I see the same faces or perhaps meet friendlier staff...

It is and remains a fast food restaurant. It is enough to buy a milkshake, ice cream or coffee. The prices for the burgers are exorbitant, especially since everyone knows that they are beyond unhealthy. But the classic one is the ice cream machine, which is always broken because people are too lazy to clean it. The staff, just cheap labor and the hygiene rules were definitely felt by everyone. The organic apple bag is also funny, beautiful organic apples and then contaminated with preservatives, sad sad. So submitted you only get one poison to eat.

Even though we had already ordered via the app, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. The friendly employee, who had previously cleaned the tables after a gentle hint from me, apologized several times for the delay. Ordered and received a Cola without ice, cappuccino freshly prepared and served hot, both great. Fries 🍟 crispy and not too salty. The McRipp also tastes balanced. Only the Hamburger Royal TS was quite colorless in taste. I remembered it tasting spicier.

Worst shop in the world and a complete disgrace what they allow themselves to do!!! 25!!! € spent on 2 menus to get the glow in the dark glasses, but instead of 2 menus and the glasses you don't even get half of them. Both drinks were missing, a large fries were missing and mercilessly all 4 sauces were completely wrong!!! The highlight is that the glasses had to be selected when ordering, but the extremely unfriendly employees then informed you that the glasses had long been out of stock and asked which glasses you would like instead!!! Thanks for nothing at all and attention to everyone, complete rip-off and incompetence that you encounter here!!!

I don't know why it is, but as soon as the order gets a little larger you practically always have to check it because something is definitely missing or wrong. Different drink than requested. Wrong contents in the Happy Meal, items ordered not included at all... there's always something.

Location and food average, miserable staff. After asking about 2 straws, I didn't get one with the reason "you can't get it". After my confused look, I was approached and asked "what I was looking at." Plus slow and extremely loud (the staff, not the ambience in general)

The tables could be wiped down occasionally. Overall it didn't seem very clean there. You're immediately less hungry.

One of the worst McDonald's I know....finger food but no hand washing possible and no toilet for guests. I wonder what that's all about at prices like that. I'll have it checked to see if that's even allowed.....wonder where the employees go to the toilet after repeated requests, no normal answer, the staff hardly speaks German, things are going well with you...

So I recommend everyone to check their ordering again. But mistakes happen. It's a good restaurant.

McDonald's is such a crap shop, I just wanted a Sprite instead I got water, cheeky something like that and had to pay €3 for it.

After ordering and handing over the order, please check it may be that half is missing, like my order! Will never see me there again!!!!!

NO straws for soft drinks upon request in the drive in!!!! With children in the car, this is difficult or impossible with the new sippy cups. According to the manager, this is their personal strategy and even when asked politely, there were no straws! No problem in all branches in Berlin 😌. This is the only place where drama is made out of it. It's a shame ☹️ Can't recommend it to any family (drive in). We will bypass this branch in the future.

Just waited for our order in the drive in about 20 minutes. Anything can happen, it was very full. What shouldn't happen is finding a long hair in the burger. Ruined everything for me. Unfortunately the food was also cold. The rolls and meat were dry…. The service was tried hard, but there was no sign of hygiene...

Order came to the table quickly. The burger (mcPlant) looked very appetizing. The only annoying thing were the flickering lamps on the ceiling. Unfortunately there was no frozen yogurt. Well, it's probably just not the season for it yet.

Burger totally squashed as always. Unfortunately they ran out of 3 cents in change and instead gave us a bag of ketchup that we didn't want.

One of the worst McDonald's branches!!! Service unmotivated, unfriendly... Food sits in the warming station for who knows how long, so it's sometimes cold until you get it, etc... that was in 2019! We were here again in 2024 by chance, it could have been better. Without words for everything! Whether it's the cleanliness, the food, etc... only the staff has gotten a little better in 2019!

Overcrowded and therefore lack of hygiene

It happened several times that we had to wait a long time even though there wasn't much going on. And even though there was nothing going on, we were forgotten.

Ich noch niemals erlebt, dass ich mehr als bestellt in der Tüte habe und wäre mit einer korrekten Bestellung auch zufrieden. Heute mal nicht vor Ort kontrolliert und natürlich fehlen zwei Cheeseburger. Absolut ärgerlich bei 15 min. Autofahrt.

Schöner und sauberer MC Donalds, das Team ist nett und freundlich und ansonsten Essen wie immer und überall bei der Kette.

In diesem MC Donalds sind die Mitarbeiter noch sehr freundlich und auch das Restaurant ist mit freundlichen Farben drinnen gestaltet.

Leider fehlte von der Juniortüte einmal Nuggets und Pommes. Alles andere war lecker

Fast food Restaurant, es war sauber und Tische waren auch sauber

Toilettenpapier ist wasserabweisend, Pommes sind nicht richtig durch. Mir ist ein Rätsel wie man das in einer systemgastronomie hinbekommt. Toilette an sich sauber aber die Griffe sind dreckig von der Tür. Man kommt hier nur hin weil die nächste Filiale so weit weg ist.

Bestellung im Restaurant wurde in der Tüte serviert.

Sehr nette Damen an der Sofort Kasse. Schnell und geschmeckt hatt es auch.

Am Mc Drive hatte man längere Wartezeit als wenn man das Essen drinnen geholt hätte. Die Leute sind da alle supernett. Das Essen war lecker, allerdings hatten wir beide das Gleiche und hatten danach massive Bauchkrämpfe und kamen nicht mehr aus dem Bad raus. Wir haben die Burger im Verdacht.

Personal ist sehr flink und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, leider war das Essen kalt. Wir haben es angesprochen und sofort Ersatz bekommen. Dann waren die Pokémon Karten aus...auch nicht so schön, aber dafür kann keiner was. Leider war es ziemlich kühl im Restaurant. Das kann man wirklich ein paar Grad höher stellen. Die Tische könnten einmal mehr abgewischt werden. Personal war oft unterwegs und einen Hand wäre für einen Lappen immer frei gewesen. Deswegen 4/5 Sterne.

Sehr toller Service...bei der Bestellung sind 6 Pommes aus der Tüte gefallen, prompt bekamen wir eine neue volle Pommestüte...selten so eine super Servicekraft in der letzten Zeit gesehen....weiter so, wir kommen wieder....

Hier hat anscheinend niemand Interesse an den Gästen. Obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, fanden wir kaum einen Platz, der nicht verdreckt war. Die heiße Erdbeertasche war kalt. Kaffee wurde im Pappbecher serviert. Es gab angeblich kein Geschirr nach einem Regenschauer schien schon eine Weile wieder die Sonne, aber niemand kam. Auf die Idee, draußen mal die Tische und Bänke trocken zu wischen alles in allem ungewöhnlich schlecht für einen McDonald’s!

Essen war frisch zubereitet Service war super leider ein Stern Abzug für die Toiletten die nicht sauber waren

Schnell zubereitet , freundliches Personal , hätte mir gewünscht das die Tische öfter gereinigt werden , rückgabe Stationen fast alle voll zur Zeit als ich da war.

Noch nie so ein überfordertes Team gesehen. Bei der Bestellung wurde jetzt zum wiederholten Male die Hälfte vergessen .Leute, ihr müsst nur alles ablesen und nochmal checken bevor ihr das in die Tüten packt ! Und so voll ist es dort auch nicht das ihr unter Stress steht bei 3 Bestellungen in 30 Minuten... checkt eure Bestellungen lieber vor Ort!

Sind zwar ne weile gefahren um hin zu kommen. Wurden aber belohnt. McDonalds eben.

Sehr langsam, obwohl nicht viel los war

Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten.

Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind knapp. Es gibt 3 reservierte Plätze für den MC Donalds Lieferdienst, die man nicht benutzen darf. Alle drei sind leer und die Lieferfahrzeuge parken auf den normalen, knappen Parkplätzen. Macht wenig Sinn.

Das Restaurant hat schon seit längerer Zeit nachgelassen, von A-Z! Und zu allen Unmut kommt jetz noch dazu das man nicht einmal mehr länger seine Kaffee's und Speisen in ruhe und gelassen heit dort verzehren kann. Auch Fastfood sollte die Möglichkeit geben in Ruhe zu essen und mit Freunden ( was für manch einen Qualitytime bedeutet ) Zeit zu verbringen. Wir sind enttäuscht 40,- Euro Parkticket wegen Parkzeit Überschreitung, GEHT EINFACH GARNICHT!

Standard McDonald's ohne Schnickschnack

Geht so! Mc Donald's ist schon lange nicht mehr das was es mal war. Es gibt mittlerweile soviel bessere Burgerläden. Die Preise sind unverschämt hoch für das was man bekommt.

Wir waren am Kindertag da und es herrschte ein totales Durcheinander. Wir standen am Mc Drive, die Mitarbeiterin gab dem Fahrer vor uns versehentlich unsere Bestellung, dies bekamen wir mit und machten gleich darauf aufmerksam. Als wir vom Parkplatz fuhren, stellten wir fest, dass ein Hamburger fehlte. Also wieder zurück, es wurde uns ohne Widerworte der fehlende Burger zubereitet. Wieder unterwegs stellten die Kinder allerdings fest, dass die Getränke falsch waren. Wir haben versehentlich Erdbeermilchshakes bekommen, da die Kinder diese nicht mögen, landeten sie leider in der Tonne. Nochmal zurück zu fahren kam aus Zeitgründen dann nicht mehr in Frage. Fazit: Wenn etwas mehr los ist, kam es schon häufiger zu Verwechselungen oder fehlenden Menübestandteilen, was zum Teil nachvollziehbar ist, allerdings für den Kunden mitunter etwas anstrengend. Daher würde ich immer empfehlen, die ausgegebene Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit zu prüfen, insbesondere an Tagen wo mehr los ist.

Leider fehlt oft viel in den Bestellungen und an Tagen wo viel los ist muss man schon bis zu 3 Stunden auf die Nachhause Lieferung warten. Telefonisch ist es auch sehr schwer dort jemand zu erreichen.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, dazu falsch gepackt. Werder Strohhalm noch Servietten die man schon braucht um im Auto zu Speisen. Die Nugguts im happy Meal mangelhaft.

Ich finde es immer wieder Schade wenn im Außenbereich direkt neben der Rutsche oder bei den Tischen wo die Kinder Spielen und Essen ein Riesengrosser Aschenbecher steht und alle genüsslich und ohne Rücksicht auf andere, nicht nur auf die Kinder, ihre Zigarretten rauchen. Das könnte man anders Regeln. Die Sucht der Raucher wird über die Gesundheit anderen Menschen gestellt!

Speisen wie bei den anderen MD, gut aber nicht imer frisch hergestellt. Burger etwas lapprig. Dauert auch meißtens ganz schön lange. Bedienung freundlich!

Schmecken tut es überall gleich, aber sollte auch der Service stimmen: - Abends kann man sich meist nicht mehr Hinsetzen, da schon relativ zeitig alle Tische hochgestellt und teile des Restaurants abgesperrt werden. Nicht sehr einladend. - im Mcdrive niemals Eis oder gekühlte Dinge mit einem Burger bestellen, da das Eis dann schon sofort gemacht wird und wir letztens über 10 Minuten!! auf den Bürger warten mussten. Dann bekommt man den Burger und das flüssige Eis in die Hand gedrückt und versteht dann den Unmut nicht. Leider 2x passiert. Ein Umbau auf das neue Konzept würde hier gut tun.

Das Essen war in gewohnter McDonalds Art gut. Leider fand sich im ganzen Restaurant ein abgewischter Tisch und es lag ziemlich viel Verpackung herum. Dabei war das McDonalds nicht stark besucht.
