Just a McDonald's. Very friendly service. The food was a bit sloppy.

We waited 15 minutes for two shakes. Then I got a Coke instead of a shake. So I went back in to complain. And instead of showing any understanding, the guy yelled at me that I had ordered a Coke. Only after he checked the system did he give me the chocolate shake that "just happened" to be there. And then both shakes were runny and lukewarm. So, I'd rather go back to the competition!

Good for a quick snack - charging station with 2 charging points (EWE) are also on site.

Extremely disappointed! Extra meat for ribs costs twice as much as at other McDonald's!!! Or 50 percent more for fish... etc. It's worth the detour to another McDonald's! And the packaging is also poor. I won't be coming back! The grilling competitor isn't far away :-)

My boyfriend and I ordered online. Everything was fine, but one thing that arrived was the bottled fries. Also, even if you're delivering alone, you can at least let us know if it's going to take a while. We did get something, but then the bottled fries were just too much for us.

Disgusting restrooms - animals at the door, mold, no wipes, no cleaning list indicating whether the room has ever been cleaned. Very pungent smell. Before eating, you should check the restrooms; if the kitchen looks like this, good night. French fries were cold. Wrong order brought to the table.

We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat at McDonald's again today. Totally old-school, we ordered at the counter and ate at a table. Unfortunately, the staff were arrogant and incompetent! We weren't even noticed or asked what we wanted. Since we were probably in the way of the staff, they gestured to us, "You're disturbing us." We left without eating anything and went somewhere else for lunch. It's best to avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't recommend it anymore. They were missing a hamburger again, the fries were soggy and unsalted, the McCrory crispy was completely dry, as was the salad, and the shake machine was broken again. Today was the last time I went there.

Bad service, long wait times, broken display, very quiet call-outs. Employees chatter... horrible cleanliness... the restroom is just disgusting, and no one seems to mind...and that's a "young" team.

Although I'm not a big fan of such fast-food chains, I do occasionally visit them. However, I recently had to place a very large order for 40 people. Since this wasn't possible online because the shopping cart wouldn't allow for such a large order, I quickly picked up the phone and contacted the branch. They immediately offered me a solution. The following day, I placed my order in writing at lunchtime and was able to pick it up at the requested time. The employees even wrote on the bags who each order was for. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for this great performance. Apart from a few minor drink errors, this was truly an outstanding performance. Thank you very much.

Of course, everything slowly became more expensive. It's just the way it is.

Over 20 minutes waiting time and then the order is cold

We had an absolutely disastrous experience at this Henningsdorf branch today. We ordered fries for €76.74 with order number 251 and received fries worth €30. They got so mixed up with the numbers that no one could read them. We received 2 out of 10 burgers. No one felt responsible. We saw our burgers packed in a separate bag with order number 180, which wasn't picked up. But apparently, they weren't ours. Absolute disaster and outrageous. A complaint has been filed.

I can't recommend anyone order from the McDrive there. Or rather, check everything before you leave. The employees aren't the smartest. If you order 3 cheeseburgers and pay for 3 cheeseburgers, you only get 2. I just ordered and paid for €40. When I got home, the only food included was €28. Fraud at its finest. If they do this 10 times a day... The store was quiet and there were only 2 cars at the McDrive including me. So they weren't overwhelmed. Mathematics is probably not included in the hourly wage. I should also note that whenever the temperature gets warm, the ice cream machine suddenly breaks down.

This place may be suitable for those who prefer simple meals without special requests. However, caution should be exercised with more complex orders, as the potential for increased stress can be expected. The staff doesn't seem to fully understand the meaning of "extra." When we ordered a burger with two additional patties (a total of three patties) and additional cheese (a total of two slices of cheese), we received a burger with two patties and one slice of cheese. After we complained, they tried to convince us that "extra" was simply a list of the burger ingredients. After further discussion, they delivered an additional patty, but no additional cheese. A shame for the 50 cents.

Unfortunately, the quality of service has been noticeably declining for years. The ice cream machine is regularly out of service, which seems to be the norm by now. Additionally, something is missing from almost every order, forcing you to check everything carefully—especially at the McDrive. Recently, after waiting over 10 minutes at the McDrive, I had to park at the McDrive and go inside to even get served. While the employees are friendly, the overall service has become disappointing. Horror! The start of the holidays: The store is overcrowded, people wait forever for their food, the monitor at the food counter is broken. Hardly any German-speaking staff. We backed out today.

It's really annoying every time, especially when there are new products, the shaker or ice cream machine is broken, or something else. Nothing works for weeks, and every time you ask a question, you're met with even more question marks. The employees can't do anything about it, but the store manager should do something.

Something is missing from every order and there is no subsequent delivery.

I've been going to this store frequently for at least two months, and they don't have any ice cream or shakes for sale. And that's in the summer! I'm really pissed off! What's wrong? Can't find a technician? Or are they just too lazy to clean the machine? I've heard the same thing from friends who don't go there anymore. After years, I visited a McDonald's again. What can I say? Absolutely filthy McDonald's (floor, tables, chairs, toilet) and the staff are unhygienic - their clothes and aprons are dirty! The food was only half-heartedly prepared in a hurry and didn't taste good at all, some of it was even burnt! It only gets stars because the guys were really nice, but the cleanliness needs to be improved as soon as possible! Maybe some additional training for the staff on how NOT to look when handling food and how to keep a store like this clean in general and for the customers!!!

I'm honestly disappointed with my last order at McDonald's – both in terms of the service and the quality of the food delivered. Delivery time: over 3 hours Over three hours passed from payment to the arrival of the delivery. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that according to the receipt, my order was only the twelfth of the day – a time when business should have still been manageable. Food quality: unsatisfactory The long wait naturally had a massive impact on the quality of the food: • The lettuce in the burger was completely overcooked and unappetizing due to being kept warm for so long. • The curly fries were soft and soggy – no trace of their usual crispy texture. • The burger buns were also completely soggy. All in all, the food was in such a state that it was no longer edible. • Furthermore, special requests for no pickle and no onions were not honored, even though they were clearly stated in the order. Customer service: disappointing After waiting for two hours, I called the restaurant. Unfortunately, the conversation was anything but helpful. I was simply told that there was only one driver and "nothing could be done." No apology, no suggested solutions, no compensation. This unfortunately demonstrates a very poor sense of service. Conclusion: I fully understand that bottlenecks can occur from time to time – but then I expect proactive information, a reasonable apology, and at least some customer service. Unfortunately, none of these things were the case. Next time I order, I will definitely think twice about choosing this location again.

The food is getting more and more expensive, and unfortunately, sometimes they only give you a medium fries instead of a large one. And the milkshake isn't always available, but the people there are very nice.

I confess that I only visit this chain five times a year at most. I haven't been impressed by the quality for years. But since children love eating there, I do them a favor. The last time we were in Hennigsdorf, I found the place miserable. There were leftovers all over the floor, the trolleys so full that you had to hand your tablet over to the cashier. My colleague didn't even care. The restrooms were full of paper and dirty. The employees could barely speak German, and they definitely hadn't invented work. They were so slow and had such a zero-motivation attitude. Insane. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our food, and it wasn't even full. Today we spontaneously decided to go back, hoping that it would be better. A man stood at the cash register the whole time, with his arms resting there, watching everything. The employees couldn't seem to cope, they were overwhelmed, and the store was getting more and more crowded. The finished drinks and burgers were piled up in their designated storage areas, and no one could keep up with sorting and bagging everything. The tray trolleys were once again overflowing, so everything was simply left at some dirty tables. The place was getting busier, and the staff were increasingly overwhelmed. After almost 20 minutes, we got our food, some of it cold. Many guests were just annoyed and had to wait a long time. I took my tray to the cash register, as all the trolleys were full. By then, there were already three trays there. The man at the counter stood motionless and just watched. A few minutes later, after no one had cleared away the trays, he took them away, brought them to a full trolley, and went back to the counter. We had probably been there for a good 40 minutes before the man at the counter suddenly moved, disinfected his hands, and gave his colleagues a hand. If he was the supervisor or the boss, he did a terrible job. It's beyond embarrassing to present yourself like that, watching everything from the counter and making your colleagues look stupid. When I went to the restroom, I almost threw up. Everything was dirty, there was rubbish everywhere, and the toilet seat was just there for decoration. As I walked back, a man walked towards me with an overflowing trolley. Wow, I thought. As he walked past me, I almost threw up. He smelled so strongly of sweat, it was so unpleasant. I lost everything that day and I will definitely not go there again.

Great for McDonald's! The McRib even came with a refreshing towelette. Unfortunately, very few restaurants offer that these days.

Unfortunately, I'm a bit disappointed. If it had only been one product that wasn't optimal, I would have overlooked it. Unfortunately, basically everything was old. The nuggets. The curly fries were old and some weren't cooked through. The Fresh Wrap had the wrong patty, and it was also old and dry. And it was in all three wraps. The fries had been sitting in the packaging for a while, which simply meant the quality suffered. The chicken burger patty was old and dry. The breading was already flaky. The service itself was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful. But the food was unfortunately abysmal. I know of better restaurants. Order from today. Regards

First of all, there are rarely any problems with the ordering machine. The negative side: The burgers are usually crooked and are probably made in a rush. Personally, I don't find the fries that tasty, but that's a different thing for everyone. 6 years ago a normal McDonalds restaurant. Unfortunately now in 2025 it is infinitely slow. I waited over 12 minutes for a coffee and an apple turnover. Actually table order. I ended up picking it up from the counter. Mueller is not taken out of the tray carts and orders are not mixed up. Unfortunately there is also no more MC Café. That was the only highlight of quality at McDonald's. So it's just a universal system caterer.

Every time we are there something is missing and then not even a few chicken nuggets but rather a Big Tasty or Double Royal TS but what is important is that first of all there are 4 employees at the checkout chatting with visitors and running around with the baby and doing nonsense. The burgers were also not without tomatoes as stated (my partner is allergic to tomatoes).

It wasn't full, the food came quickly, but the fries were unfortunately completely dried out and very, very dark.

The last few visits have always gotten something wrong. The order machines are not working properly today and the order could not be completed. The glass that was supposed to be available from today was no longer available at midday.

Just wanted two milkshakes & a tea at 9:30 p.m. We waited 15 minutes at the drive-in while only two tables were occupied inside. During that time we didn't see a single employee in the front area. Then we went in and asked. Of course difficult without visible staff… However, we received our order after 30 seconds. Staff didn't know why it took so long... At least they wanted to give us two shakes to make up for it.

The breakfast wrap is not recommended, the ingredients like scrambled eggs and bacon had to be searched for and that at a price of over 6 €

Actually ok, except that unfortunately there is hardly any choice for vegetarians and vegans. I'm glad I found anything at all. But a burger for €5.99?? At Burger King, the cheapest plant-based burger started at €1.79 (I think the current price is around €2.40? I don't really know). The standard with far too expensive fries was clear, like a small bag for €3.45 or something. Luckily I didn't find any animal products in the apple turnover. But where I was happy at first and now think to myself, I won't get them anymore, that was with the plant-based nuggets. 20 pieces for €7.99 wasn't exactly cheap, but at the moment it was still cheaper than the actual price. I was happy that they still used the old breading. It's a shame that Burger King changed the breading because I liked the previous one. In any case, I was happy about it, they tasted great, but unfortunately they weren't ethically justifiable because, as a vegetarian/vegan for years, I couldn't distinguish them from real ones. The nuggets say the same as normal ones and since I had no comparison, I couldn't decide whether I should eat meat or not. Unfortunately, it has already happened to me once that my order was mixed up with meat. In addition, the nuggets are very heavy for me personally, which is very unpleasant. The bottom line is that I would have liked mcs to label the plant-based nuggets in such a way that the customer could more easily check that he/she/they received the correct order. Just like at Burger King. So for vegetarians or vegans, in the end only the fries and the apple turnover are left, as everything else is too overpriced or would be a guessing game. Very unfortunate 🤷🏻

The chain always offers consistent quality. And if you want to eat good fries, you can get them here. Apparently attention is paid to changing the oil on time. Price/performance is okay.

Garbage racks all full tables dirty

Went here at lunchtime and ordered a chicken cheese box to take away, only to later find out in the car that there were only plant bath nuggets in it. However, since we were so excited about the Nacho Cheese Snackers, we decided to get another bag with 8 pieces at the McDrive on the way back... there were only five pieces in there (this time we checked as soon as we received them) and came in 5th place Ignored for minutes in front of the window until you finally put the missing 3 pieces in the bag with a cheeky grin... Mistakes can happen, we completely understand that, but twice and this way it doesn't work at all.

The burgers were freshly made. That's how it should be.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday in this branch. We registered in advance by phone. The table was lovingly decorated and child-friendly. The order went quickly and smoothly. Thank you for the great service.

Actually a very nice shop when it's not rush hour. Then it can quickly become hectic, stressful and loud, so that the employees tend to shout at each other and you get the wrong food three times. Plus point for the fact that the employees still react very nicely to the customers

Team very nice and friendly. However, putting the parking lot under “protection” to a rip-off company is very unfriendly to customers; some people sit longer in the restaurant, eat more slowly and/or have to wait longer on busy days. I find it simply impossible to add a €35 “fine” to this. So next time eat somewhere else, there are a few good alternatives towards the town center 😉

I've been to many branches and they have the best ice cream here. The portions are not skimped on and the service is also friendly. Only one table could be wiped down more quickly.

After a long time, I had to adjust my review. The shop is very dirty. The toilets are so disgustingly dirty that you immediately lose all appetite. That smells bad for your health there. It wasn't the first time either. I think the toilet never gets cleaned.

Really a ..... store from A to Z! Once again I wanted to give it a chance but it was again in vain! Waited 7 minutes at the McDrive counter until someone tried to answer the intercom (please notice there were no customers inside, it was 9:50 p.m. yesterday). I placed my order with special instructions, was ordered to the next window without a final total and listlessly . Even though there was no visible amount, it was only given to me when I asked, and it was also very lackluster! At the next window and now 14 minutes later I was handed a cup (wrong drink noticed later) and the food, I asked for my special order - the young woman said she had to ask the kitchen, came back and said no, it wasn't that I had Must specify when ordering! What a dirty place. Many tables were dirty and not wiped down, the tray return boxes were overflowing, we had to squeeze other leftovers on top and the floor towards the toilets and inside were so sticky that every step could be clearly heard. Disgusting. But it was only moderately attended and the employees were standing around.

With the MC Drive, only one switch is operated, you are informed that you should wait a short time and then you are asked at the other switch, which is great if you wait 10 minutes and no one answers. Close the shop!

So basically everything would be good. The problem I have that makes the rating the way it is is that I'm a vegetarian and that's why I ordered Vegetarian 6 Nuggets. But real ones arrived. It sounds like a trifle, but it's very unpleasant for people who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. I was lucky enough to notice it at home, but I can imagine that the whole thing has happened several times and perhaps wasn't always noticed.

Now that's enough for me and I would like to point out that once again my order in the drive was completely wrong. Firstly, the food is nowhere near the temperatures required by law (actually almost never at McDonald's, the competition is better there), secondly, instead of the double BigMacs, I only got plain ones, and the McDouble also had chili instead of cucumbers . Good thing I'm not allergic! Unfortunately, it is very common for errors to occur there. Now I not only have to check the packaging, but also the contents! Bravo! But no matter, this one degree drop in temperature is no longer noticeable anyway...

No order possible from staff. Only the machines want to have customer contact. Of course you can't pay in cash at the machine. It doesn't work with the donuts either 😂. And in the end, waiting 20 minutes isn't “fast food”, nobody was friendly either 🙆🏻‍♂️. So disappointing in every respect. Oh and milkshake is also difficult right now because of the machine...

I came because I wanted to eat ice cream. Unfortunately there was no chocolate again or was there ever chocolate in this branch? I wonder if I'll ever be able to taste the McSundae chocolate at McDonald's.

Quite a small branch but still a great team that has fun at work

My visit was a few days ago. But it bothers me and that's why I want to get rid of my thoughts... One day after the Dark Glow glasses were advertised, I went to this McDonald's in Hennigsdorf with my daughter for exactly that reason. The answer (to the desired glass) came: “It doesn’t exist anymore!” I was amazed and wondered how something like that could be! (Sorry, but obviously there are “too many” employees here and it’s nice that you can now buy a lot of glasses through classified ads. Just my thought!) In any case, we chose a different glass. When the order was announced at the counter, the machines were not in operation, I saw two bags of fries in the counter, the basket was empty and I said: “I would like some hot fries please, I’ll wait too!” My daughter & I waited outside for food... Food came, we tried the fries, they were lukewarm (they had been sitting there for a while). Brought it back, went out again, 1 minute later the next bag was served to us. At this point I actually felt like I was being taken for a ride, as the next batch of tepid fries was handed to us. I went back to the counter and made my displeasure known. I described the situation and mentioned again that I had already asked for hot fries when I ordered!… ...now the icing on the cake: as I turn around, the employee (I think that was the manager) is talking to other customers about me: “She's in a bad mood just because she didn't get her glass...! “ That's exactly what her words were to other people, unbelievable!!! She actually then brought hot fries to our table. I spoke to her and said that I found her behavior and manner impossible. She didn't even stay at the table. While I was talking to her, she cleared another table and went in. I have never experienced anything like this!!! I live nearby and will go in again. Just out of interest, whether I see the same faces or perhaps meet friendlier staff...

It is and remains a fast food restaurant. It is enough to buy a milkshake, ice cream or coffee. The prices for the burgers are exorbitant, especially since everyone knows that they are beyond unhealthy. But the classic one is the ice cream machine, which is always broken because people are too lazy to clean it. The staff, just cheap labor and the hygiene rules were definitely felt by everyone. Worst shop in the world and a complete disgrace what they allow themselves to do!!! 25!!! € spent on 2 menus to get the glow in the dark glasses, but instead of 2 menus and the glasses you don't even get half of them. The highlight is that the glasses had to be selected when ordering, but the extremely unfriendly employees then informed you that the glasses had long been out of stock and asked which glasses you would like instead!!! I don't know why it is, but as soon as the order gets a little larger you practically always have to check it because something is definitely missing or wrong. Different drink than requested. Wrong contents in the Happy Meal, items ordered not included at all... there's always something.
