Burger waren Kalt, aber was willst machen, vermutlich Stromausfall oder so, keine Ahnung bin kein Elektriker. Service ist semi gut, man sollte meinen es wird alles digitalisiert, dem ist aber nicht so. Bestellen muss man an der Theke, dauert ewig und der Kollege hat keine Rechnung bekommen. Ambiente ist halt, ja was soll man sagen, verregnet. Da kann der BK aber Nix für.

Bestellung hat sehr lange gedauert (15 min Wartezeit bei 1 Person vor uns in der Warteschlange)

Irgendetwas ist hier nicht stimmig. Der Burger ist nicht so, wie man es von anderen Restaurants gewöhnt ist. Irgendwie aufeinandergekleistert und gut ist es. Der Bacon war noch nicht cross und auch die Pommes waren lasch. Komisch, ich gehe doch zu Burger King, um dem überall vorhandenen MC Donald zu entkommen, oder?

Keine Hunde erlaubt, daher meiden wir dieses Lokal und gehwn zu dem anserwm

Essen ist wie immer gut. Aber keine Tabletts zum Bestellen vorhandnen.

Der wohl schlechteste BK in ganz Deutschland. Perfekte Lage, viel Potential und trotzdem eine Katastrophe von A bis Z. Keine Bestell-Automaten und minutenlangens Warten zu Stoßzeiten. Das fast immer überforderte Personal kann einem schon Leid tun, so wie sie immer hin und herrennen. Eine Renovierung/Neuerung des gesamten Standortes ist schon längst überfällig.

Einmal, wenn ich ins Burger King gehe, nach einer langen Fahrt vom Urlaub nach Hause und hungrig einen Zwischenstopp mache. Lapprige, kalte Burger und der Milchshake komisch grieselig.

Burger King von seiner schlechten Seite. Die Burger waren schlampig belegt, sehr wahrscheinlich nicht wirklich frisch und lange nicht mehr so gut wie noch vor Jahren. Das Personal wirkte überfordert und langsam. Das Lokal ist schmuddelig, sodass ich möglichst nichts anfassen wollte. Ich komme nun wirklich nie wieder, das Goldene M hat Burger King (v.a. in Gersthofen) meilenweit angehängt...

In 7 Stunden Öffnungszeit ist der Füllgrad der Mülltonne nicht entstanden. Als Management gern auch den Außenbereich im Blick haben.

Freundlicher Service, frische Zubereitung, trotzdem zeitnah. Schmackhafte Burger. Pommes waren sehr gut.

Das Essen, das ich heute gegessen habe, war nicht gut und hat keinem geschmeckt; sogar mein 10 jähriger Sohn hat es ganz schlecht gefunden und nicht gegessen.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich echt keine einzigen Stern geben. Kalte und alte Burger und Pommes. Eine Frechheit bei den Preisen😡

Pommes kalt, Burger kalt, schmeckt alles alt

Ich hatte heute ein Oreo Eis bestellt, leider war es diesmal mit Schoko Soße und nicht wie üblich nur mit Oreo Keksen. Die Verkäuferin war so Kulant und hat mir ein Neues gemacht. Das fand ich sehr Kundenfreundlich und hat mich positiv überrascht. Zudem muss man sagen das die Portionen beim Eis sehr großzügig sind. Was mir fehlt ist der Oreo Milchshake, ich hoffe, dass dieser in Zukunft wieder zurück kommt. :-)

Das Restaurant ist total verdreckt, das Essen ist ungenießbar! Meiden Sie es unbedingt!

Bediener war freundlich. Essen war schon mal besser bei Burger King. Bestellungen scheinen nicht immer zu stimmen. Ich bekam das falsche Menü. Aber mit der Hygiene hapert es gewaltig. Mitarbeiterin räumt Tische ab aber abgewischt werden diese nicht. Tische, Boden und teils auch Sitzmöbel dreckig. Toilette kann ich nicht beurteilen, habe diese nicht benutzt.

Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren wirklich nicht zumutbar 🤢. Das Ambiente ist enttäuschend 👎. Lichter flackern. Insgesamt ist das Gebäude ziemlich errunter gekommenen Das Essen war in Ordnung, der Service Standard 😐.

Wir waren als Familie zu dritt dort essen am Montag, am Dienstag hatten wir alle Erbrechen und Durchfall...

Schmeckt nicht mehr , hat wirklich Stark nachgelassen.

Als ich fragte, ob Sie mich versteht, Aufgrund der störenden Umgebungsgeräusche, da ich Sie selbst kaum verstand, beantwortete Sie meine Frage prompt und wie aus der Pistole geschossen mit einem klaren Ja und Deutlich. Als ich mich bedankte und daraufhin nach den Lieferkosten im Verhältnis zu den Abholungsgebühren meiner Bestellellung erkundigen wollte (eventuelles Trinkgeld für den Fahrer (wir reden von 9KM insgesamt, da darf jeder über die aktuellen Spritpreise selbst kurz nachdenken)) kam mir ein fast typisches, aktuelles und bei aller Integration (und jeder weiß, welche Versuche und welches Mitgefühl jeder Deutsche aufgebracht hat) fast absurdes und ich wage mich kaum zu sagen, fast DUMMES und nahezu BELEIDIGENDES " ich nix verstehen ans Ohr". Welch Schande nach all den Jahren der Integration. Ebenfalls lief die Lieferung daraufhin (relativ erwatend sprachbariend) HERVORRAGENDE ENTWICKLUNG APPLAUS 👍

War (für BurgerKing Verhältnisse) ordentlich belegt, so dass sie nicht auseinander fallen und geschmacklich gut. Das Restaurant wirkte sauber.

Wenig Gäste und man muss lange warten, der Laden ist völlig verdreckt, überall ist Müll, das Personal is langsam, unfreundlich und nicht motiviert, das Essen ist kalt und lieblos zusammengebaut.

Seher geehrte Damen und Herr. Ich muss es jetzt leid los werden da. Eine bekannte gestern Abend bei Ihnen essen bestellt hat und gewisse Punkte nicht erfüllt wurden Die Pommes 🍟 waren weich und kalt und das restliche Essen war auch kalt und es hat was gefällt die Zwiebel Ringe in Wert von5€ sie hat versucht an zu rufen das erste Mal wird abgehoben und nur gesagt sie wären nicht zuständig für die Bestellung. Das zweite Mal wurde sofort aufgelegt in meinen Augen ist das kein professionelles Verhalten gegen über der Kundschaft Mann hätte es auf Augenhöhe klären können aber da es kein. Gute Kommunikation und Behandlung war und jedes mal abgelehnt wurde sehe ich das nicht als gut Art wer weis ob das öfters vor kommt in Wert von 5€ Sachen zu vergessen und Dan ablehnen und so tun als wäre. Nix und Dan sagen sie bekommt Entschädigung das komplette essen aber hat sie nie bekommen Sory aber das ist das schlimmste was Mann erleben kann als Kunde und Dan noch 18.50€ blus Trinkgeld. Heut zu Tage ist Ales teuer geworden aber Dan Sorg bitte dafür das es warm ist und vollständig und das die liver fahra auch gefälligst deutsch sprechen weil sie anrufen musste weil er sie nicht verstanden hat das da was fehlt

Wir waren heute bei der Durchfahrt bei diesem Burger King. An der Kasse haben wir den neuen Biscoff Fusion bestellt. Da wir normalerweise nicht zu Burger King gehen, wusste ich nicht, welche Soßen es gibt. Erst anhand des Bildes am Monitor habe ich gesehen, dass „Karamell“ die richtige Soße ist, und habe das auch so gesagt. Daraufhin reagierte der Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und meinte nur „dann sag doch einfach“, obwohl ich vorher erklärt hatte, dass ich nicht wusste, was genau dazugehört. Der Ton wurde anschließend sogar ausfallend. Ein so respektloser Umgang mit Kund:innen geht gar nicht. Nach diesem Erlebnis werden wir diesen Burger King nicht mehr besuchen

Der beste Burgerking bei dem ich bisher gegessen hab! Die haben sogar noch die dünnen Pommes nicht wie die anderen Burger King Kollegen die jetzt so breite trockene verkaufen.. 😬 Edit: nicht mehr so geil.. Restaurant war bei meinem letzten Besuch schmutzig obwohl gefühlt nichts los war.. und deswegen unapetitlich

Alles frisch, ging alles sehr schnell

Der schlechteste Service meines Lebens! Ich hatte ein Triple-Burger-Menü mit Chicken Wings bestellt. Bekommen habe ich einen normalen Burger mit scharfen Wings. Der Mitarbeiter (ein Inder) wollte das hinterher nicht ändern und hat sich sogar noch dumme Ausreden einfallen lassen. Geht da bloß nicht hin! Ich wiederhole: Geht da bloß nicht hin!

Man wartet ewig auf seine Bestellung... Im drive in wurde ich dieses mal ignoriert weil drinnen so voll war. Ich kann verstehen wenn viel los ist ist es stressig aber mich da 5-10 min warten zu lassen bis ich rein gehe und sehe dass alles voll ist und ich deswegen nciht dran komme ist einfach nicht okay, dann macht ein schild hin das mir sagt dass der drive in zu ist.

Sehr nettes Personal, an sich sehr sauber, auch die Toiletten sind ordentlich und sauber. Das Essen ist frisch, warm und hat gute Qualität. Leider keine Selbstbedienungsautomaten, dafür ist aber das Personal schnell und hilft gerne. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das Essen war lecker und frisch zubereitet. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – sehr höflich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist jedoch das Gebäude und die allgemeine Atmosphäre. Die Einrichtung wirkt deutlich veraltet und könnte dringend renoviert werden. Außerdem finde ich es sehr schade, dass es keine Selbstbedienungs-Bestellterminals gibt. Diese sind deutlich bequemer als die Bestellung direkt an der Kasse und gehören heutzutage eigentlich zum Standard. Aus diesen Gründen ziehe ich einen Stern ab – wegen der fehlenden Bestellterminals und der insgesamt in die Jahre gekommenen Einrichtung.

great, looks like they dont want to serve the Long chicken. Like i read from someone below, they always get a different one, still lucky, they just didnt make mine but i paid for it. Sadly i had a longer order and wasnt looking into the bag before i was at home.

Delivered cold! Lieferando! We can only advise against it. And nobody answers the phone.

Unfortunately, our visit was rather disappointing. There was clearly too little staff, even though it was very busy. There were about 10 people in line at the register, and the drive-thru was also very busy. In the evening, only one employee was assigned to the service counter, and the employee at the drive-thru window had to prepare and pack their own food, which further increased the wait time. The food itself was okay, but as is so often the case, the fries were only lukewarm or cold. That's simply unacceptable at this price point. The ice cream I ordered separately was particularly disappointing (see picture). The presentation deviates significantly from what McDonald's promises. For the price charged, the ice cream is definitely not worth it. Overall, there is an urgent need for improvement, especially regarding staffing and quality control.

Best Burger King I know, the service is super friendly, it's worth it :P

Ordering through Lieferando is a disaster, trying to contact them by phone (communication problems, lack of courtesy, etc.) is a disaster, and Burger King shows no willingness to investigate with their drivers. Deliveries take three times as long as stated.

Do not eat at this Burger King under any circumstances. It's the dirtiest I've ever seen. You risk getting a stomach bug. We found feces on the floor in the restrooms, a terrible stench, and when I pointed it out, the staff acted like they knew nothing about it. They told me they were on break and didn't feel like cleaning. Absolutely not recommended – I hope this restaurant is shut down as soon as possible.

Waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for delivery, the food was freezing cold and the burgers were squashed. No one answered the phone no matter how many times I called! Really disappointing...

Large parking lot, excellent location, and friendly staff. I enjoy coming here!

A great place to take a break. Ample parking and good access to the B2 highway. Would gladly come again!

Food is good, delivery also good but drive in just does not work out I always order the same burger for my wife, the Long Chicken, and every time i get a wrong one, Chicken Burger (which is spicy), Chilli Cheese ( Also spicy ), Crispy Chicken ( Also with a spicy sauce )...

Unfortunately, this is a prime example of a truly unpleasant fast-food restaurant experience: -Unclean restrooms without toilet paper, almost empty soap, smeared mirrors and doors, dryer not working -Food handling is completely unhygienic. From the card reader to completely wrapping your gloveless hand around the fries. -No friendliness at all -No friendliness at all -Trash and food are everywhere in the parking lot.

This Burger King branch impresses with its friendly staff, clean interior, and quick food preparation. The only criticism is the branch's hidden location, with the access road (past the gas station) that's a bit confusing at first glance. Parking is plentiful. The quality of the food and service are, as usual, good.

The food was good, but the service wasn't quite as good. Very little German was spoken, and if there are two people there, it takes a while to get your food. A major drawback is that they don't have an ordering machine, so you can only take advantage of the benefits with the app. I haven't had this feature for a year, though.

The staff has changed; they used to put more effort into it. Now the burgers are sloppily put together.

I ordered food via the app because I'm a lazy person sometimes 🙈. My kids suggested ordering from Burger King because they say it's quick and tasty. The delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes. I live 7 minutes away by car. The food arrived cold after 2.5 hours 😠. I'm not at all happy that when I try to reach someone at the branch for information, no one answers 😤. I advise everyone to cook for themselves, even if you're lazy sometimes 😊 It's more profitable than ordering from there 😄

No, the food was 40 minutes late and the driver said he would be there but he didn't come. The last order wasn't delivered at all.

Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly. They were cleaning right in front of me while I was eating. They wiped the floor with rags. Disgusting. You have to like it. A few chairs fell over with a loud bang. The employees didn't react. Wow, I'm used to a lot. That was a bit much. I was a regular. I won't be visiting this Burger King again. It's a shame.

Whopper Super! The Coke doesn't taste like Coke, it tastes like Coke that's been around for 10 days. Ordered a Double Chili Cheeseburger and only got one piece of meat. 2 Whoppers + Coke + Double Chili for €19 and I didn't even get full.

I've been waiting for my food for 2 hours and still haven't received it. The service isn't responding. I wanted to order something from BK via Lieferando once and that was the last time. I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow for my food to arrive.

Unfortunately, it's always disappointing. Delivery times are regularly over an hour, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, almost every order is missing something or is delivered completely incorrectly. When you try to reach customer service by phone, nobody answers – completely unprofessional. We felt like going to BK again and so we went to this one. We usually always go to Lechhausen, but we've been disappointed there a lot lately and so we went to this one in Gersthofen. The drive in loudspeaker is so quiet you can barely hear the employee. But it's right next to the tables in the outdoor area and when there are a lot of people talking you hardly understand anything else. So we started with our order (there were a little more than 4 people) and immediately noticed the hecticness of the employee. After each article “everything or something else?” It was a bit annoying but half as bad. What was more annoying was that they simply didn't have half of the products we wanted. Well, whatever. At the front window you could see how the shift manager apparently treated his staff in a rather unfriendly manner. The price was a brief shock. Because I'm more used to the competitors' prices with the Yellow M when it comes to fast food. So for 2 menus, 2 burgers and 3 snacks we simply had to pay €63, which is steep. But the positive. Nothing was forgotten and the food was pretty good so far. You can do it, but you don't have to.

The burgers and fries were great. Unfortunately not the King Sundae, I don't know what kind of ice cream it was, definitely not soft ice cream. The consistency looked like water with some white and a little vanilla flavor. Couldn't eat it. Too bad about the money

This branch is really terrible. Unkempt, overwhelmed employees. The food was carelessly slapped together and the fries were cold and rubbery. An employee's black shirt has about 5 different layers of sweat edges.

Basically very poor service, cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. I've been a regular customer so far, but today was the last time. When you order in the drive-thru, something is always missing. Today it was my mayo for the fries, of course it's just mayo. I actually called the branch because something was always missing. Customer service was yelling at me and hanging up on me. It's a good thing that McDonald's opened around the corner 6 months ago.

At Burger King, something is always missing when ordering, regardless of whether you pick it up at Mc Drive or have it delivered. And then you get fobbed off stupidly on the phone.

Very friendly staff, understaffed but still professional and good dealing with customers, the baklava-style churros are awesome + 1 x caramel is my recommendation, if it's a sin then do it right!

When we visited, it actually went like this: you could say that the longer you looked around, the worse it got. Men's toilet: when we entered it, we were hit by a massive stench of urine - but that's no wonder since you had to be careful not to step in urine in the cubicles. When washing your hands you would be afraid to touch the tap for two reasons. On the one hand, the tap wasn't exactly clean, and on the other hand, to put it mildly, the thing wasn't exactly screwed on well. While you're eating you look around and well, as already mentioned, you gradually see more. Fries and the like were spread out on the floor. One of the few employees who actually worked (the others were bored) tried to sweep up at least part of the order counter, with moderate success. There was trash on benches. Some of the chairs were covered with interesting stains. Even though we slowly lost our appetite due to the hygienic conditions, the burgers were at least delicious (we haven't gotten sick yet) - addendum we both had, let's say, indigestion the next day.

Fast food restaurant. If you need something quick, it's okay. It certainly tastes better than McDonald's.

The employees come from outside to start their shift, do not wash their hands and start working in private clothes. Watched 3 times! The burgers were served cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. A call will go out to the health department tomorrow!

The incredible Bobby (employed at the McDonalds in Donauwörth) is missing here, he would really spice up the place 😂😂😂. The fries were cold, the chilli cheese nuggets were frozen and half the patty was missing from the burger. One could almost assume that the employees want to overthrow the Burger King company. Bon appetit!!! 😂😂😡😭🤮

The employees seemed very overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm until everything was finally put together. And the queue at the checkout is getting longer and longer. And it wasn't even a peak meal time.

I bought check nuggets for €2.99, they really tasted like cardboard and were lukewarm. Not recommended the nuggets.

The drink was filled well below the line, but was refilled after being informed. Food as you would expect from Burgerking. No ordering terminals, as was previously only possible at the counter. Otherwise everything is okay.
