I ordered for delivery and my food never arrived, which is a shame and of course there will be something else, none of them have said anything and no one answers the phone

Once again, the bag doesn't have what you ordered and paid for on the drive. I can only advise everyone to check your orders before you continue your journey. The burger buns smelled and tasted like old flour again.

I've often picked up something there because there was no alternative in GHF and the surrounding area. The food was sometimes ok, sometimes terrible. Service is so mediocre. I was only in the store twice because I usually pick it up from the drive-thru counter. But the furniture is already pretty worn out. Since the McDonalds finally opened in GHF there has hardly been anything going on at the BK. Rightly so. When I get something from the BK it's usually when I'm in Augsburg. There is a much better branch there.

Very expansive, furniture broken and dirty, toilets broken and hardly any light, air conditioning broken, terrace overgrown. Overall condition 5-

I've liked this Burger King for years...

Sorry, I've left 3 times now because the waitresses are completely overwhelmed with 3 or more customers at the checkout. Apart from that, the ambience inside is totally crazy, there are more than enough pictures of it. Cleanliness, well, I think a whaler would work wonders here. For a long time I liked Burger King better than Mc Do because it was also grilled, but this branch denies everything good.

It wasn't clean, very run down. Coffee machine broken and the double cheese lukewarm. The regional management should take a look again.

They said it would be brought to me later... I should sit down and eat. Well, as expected, my curly fries were forgotten.

I ordered a Veggie Bacon King. The patty was vegetarian, but it had real bacon on it 🤣 . Something like that simply shouldn't happen. There are also allergy sufferers. But it was exchanged immediately without any problems.

It's always been good so far. I think it's delicious 😋

Even though there were only two of us, the whole shop was filthy, they wanted to sell us fries that had been "hanging/lying" there for ages and were already so full of oil and totally hard. Never been to such a bad fast restaurant. I'd rather not eat anything and drive to a Burger King.

I've been there several times, like today, and wanted to order something else. However, the restaurant is already closed at 10:40 p.m. Although the opening hours are until midnight. You will be served quickly when it is open. However, you have to be lucky that it is. This is the third time this has happened in the evening in the last three weeks. That's why only one star for service.

So a little more decency from the employee at the checkout would be an advantage.

On April 7th, 2024 at 10:00 p.m. the employee at the checkout shows no interest in the customers, then she goes into the kitchen, looks through the chicken fillets in the warm position with her fingers and then licks her fingers... super appetizing!!! Before that, she plays around on her cell phone like all her other colleagues. Where is the hygiene? This needs to be controlled. The whopper was made with the meat from the cheeseburger instead of the “normal” meat.

Absolutely unfriendly staff. Sometimes people work there in private clothing. The store as a whole doesn't seem clean. In the future I will avoid the store and prefer to go to the nearest Burger King.

We were served in <1 minute, the gentleman was also friendly, the food was there in <2 minutes and everything was fresh and crunchy. I had to check three times to make sure I was actually at Burger King, wow! Thanks

Unfortunately there are no electronic ordering panels, so long waiting times. The usual configurations are also not possible. Drive-in, good parking situation. Toilets very clean. Too few staff during peak times. Quality of food as in other branches. Small terrace, card payment possible.

The staff wasn't necessarily very bright-minded. They had to repeat everything 10 times, but that's nothing new either. Food was typical Burger King meat fresh fries a bit old Cola was also good

Everything was great, everything was king...except for the chicken nuggets...unfortunately it's dry...inside and outside...otherwise everything is ok..Note: The burgers could be a bit warmer...otherwise nothing is closed complain...that's why 4 stars...

Total failure, incomplete, too late and extremely unfriendly

I ordered online today at 3:03 p.m. and waited until 10/16 and the order just didn't come and I canceled the order. That's a hell of a lot and soooo bad service from the Burger King branch. Burgers taste like nothing. This is not the case in other branches! However, the service person was very friendly...the only good thing.

I've known this place for many years, avoided it for a long time and now gave it another chance. Hardly anything has changed. The food was often cold and the ice cream machine was often apparently broken. Now the menu is displayed on monitors. You hardly have a chance to look at the individual dishes because the display is constantly changing and the focus is on the menus. Apparently this is intended to artificially increase sales. The staff was actually always short and you always had the feeling that you were interrupting something.

Luckily there are no machines. Friendly staff at the checkout, food was ready quickly and was good.

Im Gegensatz zu anderen Fastfoodlokalen fühlte ich mich hier nicht freundlich bedient, sondern abgefertigt. Die Einrichtung macht einen abgenutzten Eindruck.

Naja, einer der schlechtesten BK die ich kenne Toilette naja vorhanden, aber Sauber ist was anderes

Sehr kühler Innenraum, Beleuchtung defekt, wir saßen im halbdunkel in dicker Jacke am Tisch. das Essen war lauwarm, nur eine Kasse geöffnet, unvollständige Essensausgabe und am Ende konnten wir unsere Tabletts nicht abräumen, da alle Tablettwägen überfüllt gewesen sind. Ich gehe nur 2x pro Jahr zum Fastfood essen. Heute erinnerte ich auch wieder warum.

Unser nugget burger die Nuggets waren so hart und trocken wenn wir es nicht eilig gehabt hätten,hatte ich es zurück gebracht

Sehr wenig los gewesen. Trotzdem längere Wartezeit bis überhaupt jemand kam. Essen war jedoch frisch gemacht und heiß. Behinderten Toilette gut zugänglich und sauber.

Es tut mir wirklich leid, aber ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Es steht nur ein Mann an der Theke, der zwar freundlich ist aber sichtlich überfordert ist. In der Küche hinten ist niemand zu sehen. Die Filiale ist nicht gerade einladend. Unsauber, obwohl erst geöffnet wurde. Abgenutzte Möbel. Auch das Angebot ist nicht so ansprechend.

Das Essen schmeckt ziemlich üblich wie es halt bei einem BK so ist. Leider mangelt es bei dieser BK-Filiale an Sauberkeit. Es sind wenige Tische sauber, sodass die Auswahl ziemlich begrenzt ist. Die Möbel sind in einem desolaten Zustand und einige Lichter flackern schon seit längerem. Insgesamt ist es ein bedrückendes Erlebnis hier zu essen. Das Personal wirkt ziemlich gelangweilt. Ich kriege nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Zwar kann ich keine Feststellungen zu den Zuständen hinter den Kulissen machen, allerdings gibt mir die aktuellste Reportage von RTL sehr nachzudenken. Ich werde in Zukunft diese und auch andere Filialen von Burger King meiden.

Unbedingt kontrollieren was beim drive-in in der tüte ist! Ich habe heute das 3. Mal nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe.

Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Freude an ihrem Job, er herrscht ein bedrückendes Klima und man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Leider waren alle Tische draußen nicht gewischt. Auch insgesamt war es nicht sauber. Wir wurden von einem netten jungen Mann bedient, der sich aber sichtlich nicht wohl fühlte. Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und war lecker.

Freundliches Personal, Service nur vier Sterne, da von 2 Kassen nur eine Besetzung war, aber genügend Gäste. Sauberes Restaurant... Waren aus Empfehlung dort hin gefahren..
