We ordered, but half of the order turned out not to be there when we got home

The staff is not particularly friendly, the coupons from the app were not accepted, they discussed the matter for almost 20 minutes and then left the store without eating. Never again.....

Unfortunately, you can repeatedly taste and smell old fat from the fries...

So you should train your employees better, some really try hard but others should know German better. So that you can understand your customers better. This means you confuse the menu with the guests. This also upsets them and is a shame for the guests.

Worst McDonald's ever! Dirty and infested with flies. Apparently no one looks at the toilets either. Incredibly unfriendly staff.

Food very poor even for McDonalds quality. The parking situation is catastrophic and the employees often seem clueless and unmotivated.

Not even worth 1 star!! You want to have two completely normal menus and nuggets can't even do that. The nuggets weren't there, not a single sauce, let alone napkins!! No normal restaurant could afford something like that...

I ordered a regular cappuccino and received a completely overfilled, squishy coffee mug with not a hint of milk foam in it. I had to take a good sip in the Mc Drive after pouring the liquid over my hand and bag. If that fails with a simple cappuccino, then how can it be with food?!

Absolutely disgusting food. I don't even eat in this trash can anymore as an "emergency solution." Even after several hours, I feel sick to my stomach and smell like an expired can of anchovies coming out of my mouth. Never again!

Nothing has changed! Still dingy, unfriendly, dirty. Didn't want to deny my granddaughter the burger. Kurt, the worst Donalds ever. Now another year of peace.

Incredibly loud, constant pips noise and it's not possible to have a conversation there and there's hardly any space under the tables without having food tastes good and so on but that's strange it's better to take food with you

5 sauces not included with the order - KP how you can forget that

Unfortunately, the ordering process didn't even take place, I just wanted to order a simple cola, but I stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes and an order hadn't been taken yet. It's better to go to the bakery next door, you'll get quicker and better service there

It's just a typical McDonald's. However, staff is friendly and it is clean.

Our sauces were brought to the table sorted by color and perfectly placed next to each other. 5 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service is generally nice, but orders are often incomplete, something has not been given all the time and returning to the restaurant to clarify it is not profitable, there were also a few times when we arrived that the order was not complete and when we pointed it out the staff did not show any commitment, I had to emphasize it myself at the table on the receipt which I did not receive. Overall, it's getting worse every time.

The service is terrible. They didn't add Oreo to the ice cream, they didn't put a lid on the drink, they brought spilled coffee

Ordered a milkshake twice and both times I completely missed it (wrong things). Really incompetent staff

Unfortunately, every now and then one of the order boards doesn't work. You have to wait a little longer before ordering. Once you have ordered, you don't know whether your food has already been prepared, as the display for the orders sometimes doesn't work. You often find crumbs or leftovers from the previous guest on or under the table... The view is only of the main street and therefore nothing special. The restaurant itself is one of the smaller ones and therefore has fewer parking spaces than seating options.

Thanks for the ParkDepot ticket, even though we ate with you during the entire period.

Always the same. Cold ! The crispy check was bone hard. The dog was already having difficulty chewing. I will receive a replacement with a receipt. But that can't be it. To be constantly annoyed. The last Rotz club.

They didn't have my glass, even though it was possible to have one on the device (glow in dark) and forgot my McChicken classic. I paid for it :(((

Super slow. We waited 20 minutes for 3 McMenues, even though there were only 10 other people there. The result was that the order was not complete. Currently there are Coca Cola glasses again. Got the wrong color and exchanged it, which caused the staff to complain loudly about it when the guest was supposedly out of earshot. In addition, this Mc is one of the dirtiest that I know. Permanent condition here.

Despite the fact that there was a lot going on, you should remain friendly, an Indian woman served me and then left me there for 10 minutes and took care of something else, acted as if I was no longer there and left someone else to serve me. This Indian woman is really so unfriendly, I'm there often and the way she treats some of the employees there is absolutely unacceptable. This woman is really outrageous. And what's more, my food was cold and my food slammed into my face. As the saying goes, the eyes eat too. When you hire someone, look carefully with two eyes and not be arrogant.

Hi, I was in Gerolstein McDonald's today at 4 p.m. I had an Indian woman who served me very unfriendly, but please enjoy your meal, it was cold, the fries were dry, not fresh, I waited for 15 minutes. I wouldn't hire a person like the Indian woman in my restaurant right away cancel such a person

I was there and noticed how the dark-skinned Indian woman treated an employee very badly. She seemed very arrogant & very unfriendly to me when I asked for a bag. I don't understand why people like that work there

You're really nervous about teaming up with a rip-off company ParkDepot - but then again, it's fast food and not a place where you should stay for a long time!? Perhaps this could have been regulated depending on the time of day in order to separate sense from nonsense, but if you are charged EUR 40 in "parking fees" after a visit, you definitely won't come back...

There isn't much choice in terms of restaurants in Gerolstein. But I always enjoy going to McDonalds. Friendly, fast and the food is good as always. I've had a cold burger every now and then but unfortunately that's nothing new. Ambience is standard McDonald's.

Classic Mä'cces nothing extraordinary.

As always, something was forgotten when ordering. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home.

Clean, bright Mäcces location. There is nothing to complain about about the store itself or the service, although both the parking lot as a whole and the parking spaces could be larger.

The staffs are friendly and the food is delicious. But mostly the tables and seats weren't clean.

On March 10th I visited the McDonald's restaurant in Gerolstein. Once again the food was unbearably bad. This time I decided to complain via McDonald's service email address. All that happens is that they forward it to the restaurant operator, who still doesn't respond after 2 weeks. The meat was limp and barely fried, there were whole pieces missing from the back (probably trying to tear the still-frozen meat apart too quickly), the fries were unbearably soft and tasted of old, rancid fat. There was hardly any sauce and hardly any salad on the BigMäc. The rolls gave the impression that they had already been warmed up five times. When I complained, I got a new BigMäc, but it was just as bad. When I just wanted to give everything back, the answer was: "That's not possible, we'll do a new one (sic!)". Unfortunately, I ended up eating the BigMäc and regretted it the whole evening and night. The toilets here are terrible. The operators should take an example from the McDonald's in Bitburg, everything there is fresh, clean and of the same quality as you would expect (and yes, I know that McDonald's is a fast food restaurant, but you can still expect cold chains and... production instructions are followed). Actually, I don't bother with something like that, and certainly not a review on Google, but they had the opportunity to react and get in touch, which simply doesn't interest anyone. The worst McDonald's experience you can have awaits you in this McDonald's.

Price/performance no longer acceptable. McDonalds will generally be avoided from now on.

How does it get into the burger.... super messy.... stinks sour

The order wasn't even lukewarm. The fries that came with it were really cold. You should be ashamed.

I ordered a large hamburger and they brought the smallest hamburger, there was just something in the middle + bread.. nothing else... and the money was 11 or 12 euros.. thank you very much

For the second time I ordered a large order from Mc Drive using the app and once again all the sauces were forgotten!!!

Was there at short notice today and everything went very quickly, the employees were nice and the burgers hadn't been there for 60 minutes or so. I think it's still relatively old-fashioned, like MC's from 10 years ago, but it's ok

Mein jüngster Besuch bei McDonald's war größtenteils eine sehr positive Erfahrung, weshalb ich gerne vier Sterne vergebe. Das Personal hat sich durch Freundlichkeit und Effizienz ausgezeichnet, was bei einem Fast-Food-Restaurant besonders wichtig ist. Die Bestellung wurde schnell und präzise bearbeitet, und die Qualität des Essens war durchweg zufriedenstellend. Die Pommes waren genau richtig knusprig, und der Burger war frisch und lecker. Auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant, sowohl im Essbereich als auch in den Toiletten, war lobenswert. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die begrenzte Auswahl an Saucen. Einige beliebte Optionen fehlten, was die sonstige Vielfalt des Menüs etwas schmälerte. Trotzdem bietet dieser McDonald's ein gutes Essenserlebnis mit zuverlässiger Qualität und freundlichem Service. Eine größere Auswahl an Saucen würde das Angebot perfekt abrunden.

Bin wieder mal durch den Macdrive gefahren und leider nicht die Bestellung vor Ort geprüft. Zuhause ist mir dann aufgefallen, das mehrere Sachen fehlten. Warenwert ca. 23,- die fehlten. Wenn ihr dort vorbei fahrt, kontrolliert eure Bestellung. Es fehlt gefühlt immer etwas

Burger waren lau warm gewesen und die Bedienung die die Bestellung an den Tisch brachte war auch nicht gerade schnell gewesen

Kleines aber feines McDonalds mit freundlichem Personal.

Nie wieder! Tut mir Leid um den McDonalds und das Team, aber wenn ich nicht einmal dort parken kann ohne Strafe zu zahlen, ist es für mich leider keine Option. Sobald man die Zeit von 1,5 Stunden überschreitet, gibt es 30 Euro Strafe und dabei habe ich nur 10 Minuten länger gebraucht. Finde ich unverschämt und unvertretbar!!! So viel zu Schnellrestaurant....

Vorwort: Diese Bewertung ist ein Schnappschuss. Ich war heute erst zum zweiten mal in 4 Jahren hier. Essen: besser als der McD-Durchschnitt. Die Pommes waren cross und alle unsere Burger ordentlich gebaut. Service: besser als der McD-Durchschnitt. Großzügiger Personalansatz und alle sehr freundlich. Ungewöhnlich dieser Tage: das Display für den Status der Bestellung funktioniert! Leider immer noch Standard: Bestellung unbedingt penibel überprüfen bevor mal losfuttert. Bei uns fehlten zunächst die Pommes. Der Mitarbeiter hat es bei der angesprochenen peniblen Überprüfung dann selbst bemerkt und korrigiert. Ambiente: McD-Durchschnitt. Die Filiale ist eher klein. Dadurch kommen die ständigen Alarme der Küchengeräte sehr laut rüber und man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie auf der Intensivstation. Insgesamt mehr positives als negatives. Deshalb 4 Sterne.

Mein "Heimat" McDonalds den ich schon viele Jahre kenne. Service ist freundlich und gut ausgebildet.

Sehr dreckige Umgebung. Essen war relativ frisch aber schon kalt. Draußen waren alle Tische klebrig und mit Soßen übersäht.

Heute mal im MC Donalds in Gerolstein gewesen. Das Restaurant war sauber, das Mobiliar sah auch noch gut aus. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Was uns wieder einmal gestört hat, dass wieder die Bestellung nicht vollständig war. Egal bei welchem McDonald's man ist, zu 90% ist die Bestellung nicht vollständig.

Unfreundlich Service Personal, machen eine auf dicke Hose.

Einrichtung, Konzept & Service sind für mich vollkommen in Ordnung. Für mich persönlich passt der Preis und damit verbunden, das Endergebnis nicht zusammen. Viel Geld für ein Fastfood Gericht. Nur im Vergleich, kann für ein Menü ein gutes Gericht im Restaurant erhalten. Daher nur noch in Ausnahme, weils einfach schnell geht und das auch nur noch für andere, die gerade Heißhunger haben. *** Die Preispolitik kann ich selber nicht bewerten, ist ja in der Kette Einheitlich***

War eher unterdurchschnittlich für ein McDonald's. Manche von den Terminals funktionierten nicht, Coupons wurden nur teilweise akzeptiert.

Wenn man länger im Restaurant ist wie 1,5 Stunden muss man leider mit einem Knöllchen rechnen. Nicht schön.

1ere expérience Mc Donald's hors Belgique et agréablement surpris. Produits différents mais excellent. Meilleurs rapports qualité prix qu'en Belgique (moins cher , sauces gratuites,...)

Essen für was Schnelles auf die Hand super lediglich der Preis für das was man bekommt bisschen hoch an gesetzt.
