The app is quite good. Ordering to the table often works. 😃 A good idea! Became more and more expensive in recent years. I am therefore less satisfied with the price performance.

I'm really speechless. For the first time, the Hamburger Royal I ordered looked almost like it did in the advertisement. It almost seemed like the person who made this burger didn't hate their life. Nothing was forgotten when ordering and everything was neatly packed into the bag. You could even use the napkins without any problems. Even the lady who took the order was very friendly and professional. I could understand her language even though she spoke very quickly. There was even no trash lying around outside As I was leaving this location, I took another look at the company logo just to be on the safe side. Just kidding, it really said McDonald's!!!! Honestly: I am pleasantly surprised and really enjoy writing this review.

Very long waiting time and unfriendly service

Clumsy and overwhelmed staff, long waiting times, the result was 2 burgers that I didn't order instead of 5 burgers. Oh yes and instead of Cola it was a Fanta and the burger that was ordered EXTRA without cheese had, oh wonder, cheese on it. Worst shift ever. Thanks for nothing

The atmosphere is more like a Taylor Swift concert than a restaurant. The order tablet thought it would be better to keep the receipt to itself, so I had to ask the highly motivated employee at the checkout what number my order had. The rocket scientists in the kitchen managed to make three mistakes in one order: 1. The black glass I ordered for a Mac menu turned into a dark blue one. The reason for this could have been the poor lighting conditions. 2. Instead of the sweet and sour sauce I ordered, I could only find a sweet chilli sauce in my bag. 3. The Double Hamburger Royal Cheese we ordered could also not be found (possible mouth robbery). But otherwise quite pleasant

Very clean and well maintained. The drive in area is unfortunately very narrow. A larger roof is needed here because when it rains the water runs directly into the car...

Citizens have become far too small. Fries taste good. But for a lot of money 💰 eat little 😕

Wow, I am absolutely thrilled with the service, especially from Nelli Wiebe. She works incredibly quickly, is very polite and is a feast for tired eyes. 10/10 she is the best!

McDonald's Waldbröl not only offers delicious food, but also reliable service. Ordering is quick and the staff is always friendly. We particularly noticed the employee Nelli, who creates a nice atmosphere with her friendly and courteous manner. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy and the drinks are refreshing. A clear recommendation for a quick and satisfying snack!

Unfortunately, the rating keeps going down. Prices massively increased and customer service significantly worsened: -One of the large screens used to display the menus has been broken for over 6 weeks. -The receipt printer on a terminal has been defective for probably two months -The EC reader on the same terminal has been defective for 6 weeks. -The EC reader on another terminal has been defective for two weeks. For 6-7 months, the employees have been clearing away the table tents so that customers can get their food at the counter and ordering to the tables is not possible.

The waitress only gave out Tropicana O-Juice when we asked persistently. The hammer: Mc Menu is advertised for 5.99 - charged at 11.99

Food is great, service is good but it can be better... Ambient smells like fried oil.

I rarely go to McDonald's, but I really wanted a Big Mac and fries and I'm completely satisfied and full 😂

Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant is beautifully designed. But the service is subpar. There are no table signs hanging on the ordering terminals so that the staff does not have to serve at the tables. When we ordered at the table via cell phone and stated the table number, instead of being served, our table number was actually shouted throughout the entire store. Without words.

Absolute rubbish shop, ordered food first of all directly at the terminal broken order can be made again directly again new burger royal smoky is just a petty with bread got wrong sauces and wrong drink no straw although the drink tastes in the bottom drawer absolutely unfriendly staff it can't be the man Ordered here for expensive money and the people are too stupid to put a burger together properly. Absolutely not recommended to go here, then pay twice as much and eat properly

I just ordered 2 burgers and fries for my sister and waited 10 minutes until I paid the voucher, rarely seen such a disorganized operation! It felt like 20 employees who couldn't get anything done. I work in sales myself and know what I'm talking about. It's best to just pay by card, then the order will be added to the system immediately. Cash payment is probably not that popular 😕

Burger cold and poorly put together. Salad lay around the burger in the box and not on the burger All tables have a filthy floor and are very dirty and all the clearing carts are closed due to overcrowding

I can't recommend this MC, the fries are always cold and soft, like someone fried them beforehand and then just served cold sandwiches. The staff looks like they are working towards punishment. I love Mc-Fries, but unfortunately they are terrible here.

Endlich mal wieder ein mc wo ordentlich gearbeitet wird. Essen war schneller fertig wie ich bestellen konnte das das Lokal propen voll. Und sogar vollständig.. Danke für den guten Service

Das Essen wird immer teurer, die Burger gefühlt immer kleiner. Der Service verschlechtert sich leider auch. Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit würde nicht schaden. Am schlimmsten finde ich die Sauberkeit der Tische. Man muss schon einen suchen, der nicht total verdreckt ist.

Mc Crispy nur noch vor 22uhr is fatal. Bitte mehr Pappsteller von künstlern!

Tische immer schmutzig. Sollte man öfter feucht abwischen. Toiletten stinken manchmal. Kein Desinfektionsmittel an den Bestellautomaten

Die Bedienung redet mit der Kollegin über Kunden und hat das Mikrofon dabei auf. Am Drive in hörte man alles mit. Dafür durfte ich länger mit offener Scheibe bei Sauwetter warten als nötig. Die Chicken Nuggets waren hart und furztrocken. Irgendetwas fehlt immer in der Bestellung.

Leider musste die Freundlichkeit manchmal etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren schon mehrfach hier. Also keine Momentaufnahme. Auch der Service ist teilweise ausbaufähig.

Slightly understaffed and therefore longer wait time

Es war kalt und zugig. Viele haben ihre jacken anbehalten. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Auf der herren Toilette war keine seife. Am bestell point fehlte die bonrolle. Essen war okay.

Bin nicht die Richtige für eine positiver Bewertung, da das nicht meine Lokalitäten sind. Ist was für jüngere Leute, bin zu alt für so etwas.

Naja mc Donalds halt. Die Mitarbeiter sind echt nett und oft schlecht verständlich. Es ist halt nicht wirklich viel cooles für Kinder dort. Aber alles in allem halt einfach mc Donalds Qualität 😁

Ich habe wirklich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Essen ist besser als in anderen Filialen, besonders die Nuggets. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Hamburger sind kleiner geworden. Ein Minus welches weh tut. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Mäckes halt, alles wie immer. Wär ja auch komisch wenn's anders wäre.

Wir haben zum Mitnehmen bestellt und zu Hause bemerkt, dass der Big Mäc fehlte. Ärgerlich und teuer.....seht nach, ob alles in der Tüte ist☝️

Diese Filiale ist bei der Jugend sehr beliebt (vor allem am WE), dementsprechend kommt die Service Kraft nicht mit putzen hinterher.. Das Essen haut einen nicht unbedingt vom Hocker, aber es schmeckt (die Pommes werden knusprig fritiert) Stromquellen & Ladebuchsen vorhanden.

Wie immer. Wie jeder andere McDonald's. Esse selten vor Ort. Nehme immer mit. Abgesehen davon, dass die mal 2 Tage am Stück keine Strohhalme hatten und die Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich war, ist alles in den letzten Jahren reibungslos gewesen.

So ein freundliches Personal. Sorry wenn ich dass so sage, aber im Vergleich zu MC Donalds in Gummersbach sind die so lieb und nett und man bekommt sogar ein danke und guten morgen/guten Tag. Im Drive und drinnen sind die Bestellungen zügig fertig und wir müssen so gut wie nie warten und fehlen tut auch nie was.

Im großen und ganzen gut, aber der Preis für den vorzeige Bürger Big Mac ist immens hoch. Im Hochbetrieb lässt sogar der Service extrem nach, sodass wir für eine Bestellung 40 Minuten warten mussten. Da herrscht Nachholbedarf.

An den meisten Bahnhöfen ist der McDonald's sauberer
