Food is delicious, but the atmosphere isn't so great... Prices are very good though! The new owner makes a decent impression, and the staff is also quite nice. But somehow the place is a bit run down... torn foil... not very clean... When I pay, he first looks behind him at the large blackboard to check the prices? I ask for a menu, and then he rudely says they don't have one I can take with me. Sorry, but they'll take care of that before the reopening! Doesn't make a good impression... I hope they've been able to maintain the quality of the old owner in the long run, because the pita also had more salad and sauce than meat. Otherwise, I'll personally go back to Arena...

I come from near Bochum and I was there with my children, I have to say it's really tasty, you can make it often, the employees are very nice and nice, super friendly, what more could you want if the chemistry is right? The food is prepared quickly and when it is served it is really warm and delicious 😊 it was also very nice for my children there in front of the shop, they could run around and have fun and come eat and the visibility was also really good. I was able to constantly watch my children while I and my husband ate, I wanted to thank you again and I'm really looking forward to the next time!😊

Until recently the best kebab I knew. Unfortunately the owner changed then different bread different meat and the kebab is smaller. If they now increase the price by 5 euros, it will be the same as all the other kebab shops in the area. Sad what was made of it.

I've never liked it there, the kebab was big (full of coleslaw and that mayo sauce) and a lot of meat, but the quality just wasn't good. Not a single kebab tastes good in Waldbröl, it only starts to get better in Bergneustadt. Anyone who writes here that it used to be better has never eaten a decent kebab. But it was always dirty inside.

Offer days vary depending on your mood. Sometimes you get the discount, sometimes you don't, and then you're spoken to in an unfriendly manner when you express your displeasure. Delivery time is also unreasonably long.

Just been there again, got two veal doner kebabs to take away. New owner, veal doner now from the wholesaler, costs only €5, but you can taste it. Not the same quality as under the previous owner. His doner kebabs were more expensive, but the taste was far better. It's a shame, now it's the same crap as in the other Waldbröl kebab shops. It's been done.

Tested the new owners today. Very nice staff! The food was really delicious. We were the first to eat the Kreuzberg plate (which will be on the menu in about 2 weeks). Guys...really great, very plentiful. fresh side dishes, very well seasoned! You definitely have to try it out. We would love to come back 👍👍👍

Fast, warm and tasty, what more could you want? I would perhaps add a small medium or large kebab box so that children and adults can imagine how big it is and if you are not that hungry then get the smaller box

Dürüm was really ice cold despite picking it up ourselves and eating it straight away. The salad was probably taken out of the fridge shortly beforehand. It's a shame, because the staff was very friendly and the portion itself was sufficient. So I'm sticking with my current trusted kebab shop.

The operators may be the nicest people in the world. That's nice, but it doesn't justify becoming self-employed in the catering industry. And also not to try dishes that have nothing to do with your own national cuisine. I can only comment on the Italian one since I tried it. The pizzas: The crust is far too thick, the toppings are tasteless. This is apparently due to the spice of the tomato sauce, which is supposed to give every pizza a flavor kick. You look for the kick in vain. Fairly edible, but nothing worth eating again. Vegetarian pizza completely uninspired. If the Waldbröl pizza with rotisserie meat is to be a flagship for the city of Waldbröl, then good night. I'm still wondering how you get so much dripping grease on a pizza. Spaghetti carbonara? Oh man, I don't know where to start? Carbonara is NOT made with cream. If you do it anyway, it should at least have a spicy flavor and not be a single creamy mess. Guys, when will you finally understand it? Menus with around 200 (even if some just modified) dishes are a declaration of culinary bankruptcy, even for a snack bar. When will there finally be a law that requires the employment of a trained chef when opening a restaurant? I don't even want to start with the visual appearance of the area. Then I wouldn't be able to finish it today.

It's been a few years since I was there. People were still very friendly to you and the pizza was still really tasty. That has probably changed with the new owner. It looks very rancid and run down.

Really really highly recommended and very inexpensive. Especially when I see that in Bad Neuenahr you pay €9 for a small kebab and there I get a large kebab for €6. The pizzas were freshly made and were very tasty. In order to shorten the waiting time, I was immediately offered tea.

The waitress could take a rag and wipe the tables with it when she has nothing to do... This spoils the good impression of really good food...

I would love to exchange the food again. I never write reviews but this was DISGUSTING! I ordered a pita, herb butter with bread, tzatziki and Turkish pizza. I couldn't eat any of it. The spices weren't right and the pita was soggy. I'm so angry to be so disappointed after waiting 1:25 hours.

Our last order was completely wrong again. We had ordered three Dürüm and three normal kebabs, but we got 6 normal kebabs, and one was supposed to be without salad, but all of them were with salad. We also had to pay for the cola, even though it was supposed to be free for orders over €25. Since this is not the first time that our order was incorrect, we are becoming very disappointed and have decided not to order from them again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from there.!!

I love the staff, and I love some of the food, but they changed their Drehspießfleisch with spices like cardamom, giving it an odd Indian cuisine flavor. Not a fan. Until this changes, not sure we'll be back.

Ordered food at 5:45 p.m., asked how long delivery time was, response 45 minutes. Called again at 7:30 p.m. when food was coming, oh now they wanted a phone number first, why not on the first call???. Food arrived shortly after 8 p.m., and surprise, we had to pay 4.50 euros for delivery even though it didn't say anything about it on the homepage. Oh and the food, it would definitely have been edible if it had been warm. Unbelievable, absolutely not recommended

We actually always enjoyed ordering here, until a few weeks ago the kebab meat suddenly didn't taste good at all - like some kind of spice that clearly didn't belong there. Maybe turmeric or something curry-like? Both of them couldn't finish the dishes because it was really terrible and they won't be coming here anymore for the time being.

What I received here today as a “menu platter” for €16 borders on being cheeky and is ripping off customers. Some of the things clearly described in the Lieferando app are missing. Since mistakes can definitely happen, I asked over the phone and was not even taken seriously when I said, “Do you have to order for 2 people, brother?” Guys, this isn't the first time I've had this record I ordered and knew exactly what I would have to get and we would certainly have come to an agreement, but they weren't interested in a solution at all. Thanks, but you have one less regular customer.

A very quaint shop with very friendly staff who always manage to be friendly despite the extremely high workload. Special requests are taken into account and the colorful hustle and bustle is part of the atmosphere. The quality of the food is still only average and, in our experience, is hardly subject to fluctuations, as is unfortunately often the case with others. This applies to the chicken kebab, which is sometimes too dry. The price is ok, but one street further you might get a few cardboard rolls at Mcdoof that will make you hungry again after an hour for the same money. Then the price is reasonable again :) If someone doesn't like something, it might be helpful to send feedback to the owner. This is the only way something can change. Overall, we are very satisfied and enjoy going there. We prefer to pick up rather than have it delivered.

2 stars for the largely friendly service, 0 stars for the food and the relatively high price (compared to the Ruhr area) (€1.50 more per dish). We found it quite dirty there (for example, the table hadn't been cleaned by the previous user - if we hadn't already ordered, we would have left) and we both had massive!!! Stomach problems afterwards (nothing else eaten). Wouldn't eat here again

Felisch wasn't good. The sauce is greasy and has a strange aftertaste, similar to anise.

The kebab there was always good and, above all, fresh. Unfortunately the last few times the meat didn't taste good at all and the sauce was more artificial than fresh. So I won't eat there anymore.

Disaster!!! The default time was 30-45 minutes. After about an hour we called and was told that the food would be there soon. After half an hour we called again and said the food was on the way and would be there soon, after 2 hours the food finally arrived and was cold. Not recommended, I only order from Ümit!!!

Sehr lecker und gute Portionen. Der beste Imbiss, den es im Umkreis von 25km gibt. Es wird auch gerne mal Tee oder Kaffee kostenlos angeboten um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen 🙂 Ob Pizzabrötchen mit Aioli oder Lahmacun - schmackofatz!

Das Essen und der Service bzw. das Servicepersonal sind super. Das Ambiente ist nicht so mein Fall, aber das ist kein Problem, da wir meistens eh nur was abholen.

Ich kann absolut nichts schlechtes sagen. Sehr guter Laden. Guter Service (Chai wird auch angeboten). Sehr gute Preise. Freundliche Menschen. Man ist einfach gerne da. Warscheinlich ist deswegen der Laden bis spät in die Nacht voll. Manchmal wartet man vielleicht 2-3 Minuten länger aber das ist es mir wert.

An diesem Tag war es über 30 Grad. Der Laden sehr voll. Trotzdem war das Personal freundlich und sehr schnell.

Schmeckt gut, wer wenig Zeit hat und schnell was essen will findet da auf jeden Fall einen Parkplatz.. Preis Leistung ist moderat, wen der fließende Strassenverkehr nicht stört kann überdacht draußen essen, man wird dort auch bedient und das Personal ist freundlich!

Wir sind froh, dass der Imbiss wieder geöffnet hat. Man kann draussen überdacht und auch drin sitzen. Die Inhaber und Angestellten sind zuvorkommend und freundlich, aber das beste daran ist : Preis Leistung ist einfach top. Man bekommt nirgendwo in Waldbröl eine vergleichbar gefüllte Dönertasche, die auch noch geschmacklich so gut ist, und auch qualitativ frisches und leckeres Gemüse /Salat etc verarbeitet hat. Das Bild eines vor bewerters mit 630g kann ich so nur bestätigen, die Dönnerrolle ist ebenfalls prall gefüllt. Currywurst Fritten aich geschmacklich wirklich super und ab den Rest testen wir uns bei Gelegenheit auch noch ran. Ganz klar : 5 Verdiente Sterne und verdient nach all den Strapazen die der Inhaber hinter sich hat (Oberberg Aktuell berichtete). Weiter so und viel Erfolg weiterhin...

Top zufrieden. Bei keinem anderen dönerladen bekommt man in Waldbröl ein so vollen Döner. 630g. Bei den anderen ist gefühlt nur die Hälfte drin wenn man eine Lieferung bekommt… geschmacklich ist er fast mit dem üm*t vergleichbar…Jedoch wesentlich preiswerter.
