We were allowed in 10 minutes before it actually opened and were greeted warmly. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. We were also able to warm up our baby food in the microwave. We didn't like that the owner nipped our daughter's cheek as a joke.

The “Pizza Burg with Jalapeños and Pepperoni” gets a “very good” from me. The falafel sandwich is also very special and highly recommended.

Rudeness & brashness, that's all I can think of about the store since last night. I have often ordered there in advance and not 100% of what I ordered arrived, apart from that. But the order yesterday turned out to be a complete impudence. I tried to order three kebab plates online. Even though the goods were in the shopping cart, when I clicked the “Send” button, the hourglass froze forever and the order apparently wasn’t placed. To be on the safe side, I called the company three times within 5 minutes. Not once did anyone answer the phone, so I had to assume that the gentlemen were on vacation or had similar reasons. So I ordered from another store. 1 hour later the driver was at the door and wanted to hand over the goods. I show him on the phone that my goods are still in the shopping cart and the three unsuccessful calls I made. He was very friendly, but had to call his boss. And I have actually never experienced what came next. He shouted at me on the phone that I had to pay for the goods!! I received the order online three times. He responded to my arguments that the order was still in the shopping cart with: “That’s not my problem. “You have to pay for the goods now,” was the sentence he said five times. He became downright aggressive on the phone. I reported to him objectively and calmly several times that the order apparently had not been placed. He replied that the order had arrived three times. So we went around in circles. Why wasn't there a call back? After all, you give your phone number for such purposes! Finally, I paid the driver for the goods and gave him a five euro tip because he was very nice. When I wanted to end the conversation with the boss and say: that's not what we call customer friendliness, she shouted over the phone: We don't need you as a customer either. That was the last time I ordered from this absolutely non-customer oriented “establishment”.

As others have reported here, it's a complete mess. You order something online and provide your details, including your telephone number. And what do you give it for? Of course, to be called back when everything is ready! I'm not just going to drive past your place just because everything is ready... And there are 3 people running around behind the counter and 2 women who take care of deliveries/calls, orders, etc. but no one manages to take care of the callbacks. Things got a bit unfriendly when I got there. There wasn't much topping, but the still delicious dish cost €11. That's not how you get regular customers...

We ate here on site. The burgers were great, very tasty, delicious. The fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. The Turkish tea is very hot and delicious. The price for everything is great, we'll be back. Thanks also for the nice service. We were here again today. We had schnitzel and pizza. I came up with the words; "Hello, this is my first time with you." Then I ordered. When asked whether it was possible to pay by card, the answer was "no", but two banks in the city were mentioned directly. He would get the food ready and I could pick it up straight away. When I came back 15 minutes later, I waited another 5 minutes. After visibly cold and long-finished fries were poured into the box, meat from somewhere, i.e. not freshly cut, and pizza bread were also placed in the box When it was pressed onto the rotating spit and put into the box, the food was ready. Unfortunately we don't come/order a second time. The lady who was preparing salad behind the counter made a salad during that time.

Looks friendly, tasty and very clean. It's a shame that Oberhausen (Ruhr area) is so far away.

I often order a pizza or a kebab here. I'm very satisfied so far and have never been disappointed with the taste. The toilets are very clean. The ambience is also great and the staff is very nice 👍

Service was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the schnitzels were burnt at the bottom. The salad didn't taste like anything. Very little sauce. Ambiance, well the same song was playing constantly. Things used to be better.

The boss always acts as if you were your best friend and the meat is somehow always the “best meat”. I find it annoying to be told the same thing every time. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Essen leckere Pizzabrötchen dazu bekommen, gehörten nicht zum bestellen Essen aber super lecker. Essen und Service super das Ambiente eher wie Imbiss aber immer wieder.

Habe heute 2 döner bestellt zum abholen allerdings war das Fleisch nicht wirklich lecker. Allgemein waren die döner nicht lecker.

Essen wahr gut, aber der Service hat alles falsch gemacht! falsche Getränke, essen zum Teil nicht richtig aufgenommen, allein 30min gewartet überhaupt Getränke zu bestellen. bei bezahlen gewartet, erst nach zweimal fragen wann wir jetzt zahlen können würde uns gesagt das es vorne an der Theke bezahlt werden muss. Dabei wahr nix los! Service muss fitter sein dann wäre alles super

Beim Salat fehlte das Dressing komplett, dafür gab's fies ölige knoblauch-Mayo als Dip zum Brot. Bei der Lahmacun war die Soße auch seeeeehr sparsam dosiert. Für die aufgerufenen Preise zu viele Mängel.

Leider mal wieder nicht das Essen wie bestellt. Habe die 195 bestellt (Drehspiess-Rolle-3). Leider kam diese ohne Sauce und Salat. Zwiebeln waren vereinzelt zu finden. Sehr schade, da die Pizza echt gut ist...

Nett und freundlich. Döner und andere Gerichte können vorbestellt werden. Lieferservice auch vorhanden.

Zum wiederholten Male völligs durcheinander. Die Dame des Hauses scheint absolut überfordert zu sein. Online-Bestellsystem ist großartig...jedoch vor Ort scheint dann die Bestellung irgendwie zu verschwinden.... Der Chef ist sehr bemüht. Backt die Pizza jedoch alleine. Das ist bei der Menge wohl zu langsam. Essen ist sehr lecker. Vor kurzem mit 7 Kindern und 6 Erwachsenen vort Ort über 1.5 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet. Und den Jüngsten dann noch vergessen. Für mich erstmal nicht mehr!

Immer wieder gerne. Das Essen ist frisch, selbst gemacht und sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter und der Inhaber überaus freundlich. Im Restaurant selbst ist es gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich. Sehr empfehlenswert, alleine schon wegen dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Sehr freundlich und preislich in Ordnung. Essen war Döner und Pizza waren auch gut bis sehr gut. Bis auf ein bisschen Wartezeit gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Döner schmeckt sehr gut vor allem wenn man vor Ort abholt und das Brot frisch aus dem Ofen kommt. Brot wird selber gemacht und ist Top. Überbackene Gerichte schmecken auch gut. Die Pizza könnte noch ein bisschen mehr belegt sein.

Die Mitarbeiter sprechen unterschiedlich gut deutsch. Gleich das aber mit Freundlichkeit aus. Das Essen ist lecker und mengenmäßig top. Jederzeit wieder.

Ich wohne 3 Häuser neben euch und muss 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung warten.. Ist das euer Ernst und nach 2 Stunden warte kommt sogar die falsche Bestellung..

Absolute Katastrophe! Innerhalb von einer Woche zwei mal bestellt. Beide Male ein Totalausfall. Bei der ersten Bestellung, gab es keine Chicken Nuggets mehr. Die haben dann einfach Chicken Wings geliefert, für die der Fahrer dann noch zwei Euro extra haben wollte. Heute kam der Fahrer und wollte wieder 2 Euro extra haben, weil im Internet der falsche Preis für Pizzabrötchen steht. Ist ja eigentlich nicht das Problem des Kunden. Und wofür gebe ich denn bei Lieferheld eine Telefonnummer an, wenn sie für Rückfragen nicht genutzt wird? Die Pizza war mal absolutes Aushängeschild von Palazzo. Ist aber mittlerweile wirklich schlecht. Die Burger sind ein Totalausfall. Also wirklich Note 6. Normalerweise hätte ich nur einen Stern gegeben, aber die Pizzabrötchen sind gut. Deswegen 2 Sterne. Aber ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Pommes mit Currywurst bestellt. Mit der mayo extrem gespart und kaum Currysauce gehabt. Der Pommdöner war auch nicht so lecker. Die Pommes waren extrem hart und kaum dönerfleisch drauf. Das letzte mal da bestellt 😑

In der Pizzeria gibt es neben Gyros etc. auch Pizza. Die Speisekarte liegt im typischen Imbissbudenstil an jedem Platz. Die Einrichtung ist nüchtern und nicht gerade gemütlich. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, die Pizza durchschnittlich. Wenn man mal gerade den Hunger stillen will, ist das Restaurant in Ordnung, aber für einen gepflegten und gemütlichen Abend nicht empfehlenswert.

Über guten Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich trefflich streiten. Im Palazzo höchstens über das Ambiente 😉. Die Gerichte sind durchweg zu empfehlen, dank dem Besitzer (gleichzeitig Koch 🖒), der nicht nur durch seinen Willen und Elan überzeugt. Und wer das Besondere liebt oder mag, der probiert die angebotenen Pizzen. Und wer sich jetzt fragt, was an einer Pizza so besonderes sein kann, der fahre hin, schaut bei der Vorbereitung bis zur Fertigstellung zu und lässt es sich anschließend einfach schmecken. In Waldbröl und Umgebung definitiv die beste angebotene Pizza 👍👌!
