Some would say a passionate critical customer. I was really happy with the breakfast served in Engen. The bacon and egg were good. But the Fresh Chicken was better than anywhere else! So go for it if it's also your favourite. About the service, the staff seemed unfortunately tired, and I felt almost guilty to order. But glad I did. I promised them to write my recommendation. Today it's was Halloween and it's amazing how much work the put in the Decorations. Go there!

Thank you very much for an hour's stay in a really lovingly decorated "Mägges". The team we found was not only helpful and nice, you could really tell that they all enjoyed their jobs. Wir haben am Abend kurz beim MC Drive angehalten. Die Person am anderen Ende war kaum hörbar und auch nicht verständlich. Tusättlich gab es eine lange Wartezeit. Das Essen war wirklich ungenießbar. Die Burger liefen schon fast selbstständig aus der Tüte und die Pomes Frites waren wahrscheinlich vom Mittag. Die Bestellung wurde auch nicht vollständig übergeben. Leider merkt man das erst wenn man schon losgefahren ist. Ich kontrolliere die Bestellung leider nie.

Dieser MC ist super organisiert und die Technik scheint auch immer zu funktionieren. Wir sind regelmäßig dort. Die Angestellten sind ebenfalls super freundlich und motiviert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Andere Filialen können sich an dieser ein Beispiel nehmen.

Ich ging zum Schalter, bestellte die drei verschiedene Variationen des Big Rösti jeweils im Menü mit curly fries. Bekommen habe ich drei mal den normalen Big Rösti (keine der WIntervariationen), zwei mal normale Pommen und einmal die curly fries. Fazit: Mitarbeiter hören nicht zu und geben dann die Bestellung nicht Ordnungsgemäß heraus! Nicht zu EMpfehlen, fahrt zu einem anderen

MC Donald in Engen gehört zu meinen Favoriten bei den Burgerketten. Sauber und ordentlich, Personal ist freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Wie immer Fehler in der Bestellung, eine Speise hat komplett gefehlt und bei den anderen Menü haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt. Na ja, diese wurden dann später gebracht

Ich diesen McDonald's sehr freundlich von der Bedienung her aller Dings war der mc Drive sehr überfüllt obwohl dies auch an der zurzeitigen Lage liegen kann.

Uns hat es super gefallen. Waren auf der Durchreise und haben das Restaurant nur durch Zufall aufgesucht. Die Speisen waren super lecker und heiß (habe noch Nie so heiße Nuggets bekommen) , die Toiletten sauberer als wir je in einem MC Donald's vorgefunden haben und am besten eigentlich fanden wir die Freundlichkeit und den zu vorkommenden Service von Afrim und allen Kollegen drumherum. Ach und so nebenbei haben wir uns auch wohl gefühlt, fast wie daheim eine heimelige, herbstliche Dekoration war auch am Start 😍 TippTopp, weiter so 👋

Sauberkeit SUPER! Ob die Tische oder auch die Toiletten. Service mega schnell und auch freundlich. Alles andere drum herum auch gut. Für die Gäste die sich nicht wissen zu benehmen oder anständig zu verhalten auch mit kleinen Kindern kann das Personal von McDonalds nichts. Das ist ein menschliches Problem.

Der Kaffee ist einfach Klasse - immer wieder gern genommen !!!

Der Tischservice braucht ca 20 Minuten ( nicht nur 1x so erlebt). Wenn die Bestellung dann endlich kommt fehlt meistens etwas. Spricht man den Service drauf an versteht dieser leider weder Englisch noch Deutsch (oder tut halt so als würde er/sie es nicht verstehen). An der Theke wird einem aber sofort und freundlich geholfen. Zum Kaffee trinken immer gerne aber zum Essen muss man Zeit und Geduld mitbringen.

Ein eher kleineres Restaurant. Papierhandtücher in der Toilette waren leider leer. Produkte entsprechen der bekannten McDonalds Qualität.

Sauberer McDonalds mit digitalem Spieletisch für Kinder und Rutsche im Außenbereich. Das Essen kam schnell und war Heiß. Bei uns war etwas falsch, es wurde aber direkt von einem der Mitarbeiter vor Ort richtig gestellt.

Hatten zwar nicht exakt das Bestellte auf dem Tablett aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und haben das Problem schnell behoben. Außerdem empfanden wir es vor Ort sehr sauber. Toll wäre es, wenn man als Nichtraucher, und gerade mit Kindern, auch draußen ohne den Zigarettenrauch und den vollen Aschenbechern essen könnte.
