A large rest area with a beautiful view of Lake Constance. A must for us before heading down to the lake.

We stop here every time we go to Lake Constance. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined considerably. And the prices are outrageous. A portion of fries cost €4.90, and they weren't particularly large. The fries were stale with everything. It could be better! The staff were moderately friendly. We've had better experiences. The restroom was clean, as always. I don't think we'll stop here for food again.

Beautiful rest stop, especially great with small children

The restaurant staff is extremely unfriendly and the food immediately gave me a stomach ache. In addition, the chefs cannot record the cooking point of meat. Definitely not a recommendation!

Unfortunately very crowded, which means far too small. Motorhome parking spaces are designated for this purpose, but without a supply and disposal station. What do we actually pay taxes for?? Stupid country 3.0

The toilets were clean and there were enough outdoor seats for a rest. The food offering urgently needs an update. A vegetarian dish at 16 euros is far too expensive, and there are no vegan snacks. Not even an oat latte or vegan iced coffee to go, let alone vegan pastries or breakfast possible. No longer up to date. Therefore points deducted.

I asked to collect water in a canister, they said 5 euros!!!!!!!! 10l 5 euros, disaster!!!! Maybe you have water with gold sediment??????

Traditional breakfast on Easter Sunday with the family. Everything fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and quick.

Were there yesterday and ate 2x soup and something to drink for lunch and 2 croissants and it cost 30 euros, then we went to the toilet and thought since we ate here the toilet was free, nothing because each of us still had to pay 50 cents, we were called why we didn't pay Ah....

I've been here before and the experience was very positive. The gentleman at the reception served me very warmly. He made sure to show me the room and the alternate exit for the night and told me that if I wanted I could eat dinner by a certain time, which I did. I arrived at the hotel door at 8:55 p.m. It was closed, but there was a notice with the phone number to call by 9 p.m. I have made several unsuccessful attempts. When I noticed that an employee from the room was at the bar, I knocked on the glass and tried to explain to her that I wanted a room that evening. He didn't even come to the door and from the gestures he made I could only tell that the reception was already closed. I still tried to insist and tell him from that side of the glass that it wasn't 9pm yet, that I had already tried to call the number given and that I wanted a room for one night. The gestural answer was that it was closed. In my country there is a saying that says: "The stain comes from the best cloth"... it applies to this experience, which I certainly will not repeat. I advise you to remove the information written on the glass - it is incorrect. I wish you much success, but above all happiness. To function as well as they do, they will need it. I hope the language is understandable as I used Google Translate to make myself understood. This means that you can always have an experience with a lot of positivity. A resposta, gestual, foi a de que estava fechado. No me país temos um ditado que diz "no melhor pano cai a nódoa"... aplica-se a esta experiência que não repito certamente. Aconselho-vos a retirarem a informação afixada no vidro - está errada. Desejo-vos sucesso mas acima de tudo variety. A trabalharem assim bem precisarão dela. Great view of the snow covered Swiss mountains. The cashier also had to prepare food, but she was still friendly and helpful, even though a bus had to be dispatched. Would love to stop here again. Top team, top restaurant 👍 Update: lovingly prepared again today and plentiful at a fair price. Other restaurants on my route should follow an example.

The food is always very tasty, unfortunately the prices have become very high!! The staff at the counter and at the checkout where the carts are pushed into the kitchen are very friendly. The lady at the reception/restaurant management!?....can't smile, makes a very unfriendly impression... you don't feel welcome.

The two service stations in Hegau, along the lanes of the A81, are by far the most well-kept and friendliest that I know of in Germany. You feel comfortable here.

Nice 'n cozy place, parking space gets scarce as time moves toward evening/night, very friendly and kind staff and delicious meals. My special thanks goes to the cooks, who, no matter how late it gets, never shy of preparing a hot meal for you. You can even scratch items on the menu and get different things. Kindness goes both ways, as I try not to bother them too much, they always act with the mentality of returning the favor and put me bigger portions on my plates 🤗

Designed for large numbers of visitors, modern, beautiful view outside. The staff was friendly, the coffee was very good, but quite expensive. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.
