Good place but not very good for a budget tourist. I'll explain: there is no fridge in the kitchen + to cook food in a public kitchen you have to have little money (that's stupid), the beach is flat and the place is interesting

Everything is great, except for the directions - it's a bit confusing...

Clean toilets and at first glance the rest of the facility was also clean. However, the food was too expensive for us. Everyone can decide that for themselves. We then preferred to drive to our holiday apartment, which was 30 minutes away.

Today I went to the toilet here - unbelievable 3 pee pools available but not in use 1 of 2 toilets without a seat No soap at the vanity. At the entrance, 1 euro was thrown into the turnstile, unfortunately no change came out. In addition, no voucher came out.

Nice view - but food (to put it very carefully) not my taste: cold grilled sausage with no taste and fish (children's dish!) with endless bones. Unfortunately, a return or exchange was not possible because a bite was missing. 🤪 I prefer not to rate staff… But at least clean toilets and a nice view of the Hegau, which is why I still give it two stars.

Simple, simple rest area. The Magnum ice cream at the gas station cost 4.30 euros. I definitely won't take part in this usury. Therefore there was no ice cream.

The shock comes at the checkout! 18.20 for a side salad, here it is probably rounded up per 100 grams. The “main courses” WITHOUT! Side dishes for around 9 euros are significantly better and cheaper. Unfortunately, it's not a star restaurant in terms of taste, but for the price, you at least don't expect a heavily seasoned salad dressing. The good reviews here are incomprehensible. Every kebab shop around the corner is better. Never again, thank you very much

A car breakdown brought me here. Plenty of space for parking. Unfortunately Tualette was anything but clean.

Stopped there on the bus ride to Konstanz. There is seating outside and inside the building, and a larger playground for children. In the building you can enjoy normal food and coffee and cake. Since we had to get back to the bus, we didn't have time to devote ourselves to the food and so I can't say anything about the prices or enjoyment. Maybe another time.

Very nice rest area with restaurant and washrooms, shop. Very friendly staff, ENBW charging stations not far from the entrance. The train journey to the charging stations is a bit confusing, this is at the end of the access road, just before the entrance to the motorway. You can be directed in the wrong direction by a one-way street sign. There is also a tourist information center here.

The food (beef slices) tasted horrible and had probably been lying around for a while. The pork neck steak is also not recommended.

Unfortunately, the charging station is not covered, which can be problematic in bad weather. The kiosk offers a wide range of products, which is positive. I just wanted to briefly return deposit bottles, but the older lady at the checkout was stressed and not very friendly. The toilet facilities were fine. Overall, there is room for improvement, especially in terms of service.

That's really great. Because one comes on the way there and one on the back. My uncle Toni and I always went out to eat on both sides. And you love animals too. Always have a bowl of water ready for the dogs. Food is good too. So it's definitely worth a detour if you're heading towards Lake Constance or back again. Can be reached on both sides.

Unfortunately it used to be one of the best and cheapest places where you could eat as a rest stop, now after a long time you have to pay for the toilet, it wouldn't be a problem but you don't get it taken into account, then today I had to pay an unbelievable 16 euros for a salad, I don't know Why are people being ripped off like that, then the air conditioning no longer works, the poor staff have to work with fans at 28 degrees, they really feel sorry for me, that's how it is with the bosses, after many years I'll give them a wide berth

Toulette stop on our trip... everything was clean, moderate prices.

When we drive towards Lake Constance, we always stop here. The rest area itself and the toilets are very clean. There is coffee and cake, a salad bar and warm food. Price performance ratio is very good. Parking spaces for wheelchair users are right in front of the door. The toilets are also easily accessible. The staff is very friendly.

Next to the A81 - driving in the direction of Switzerland or Lake Constance - it's worth stopping here! It's a usual "motorway" rest stop, but it's different because of the beauty of the landscape and the view! I could mention one thing as a negative (and this is only a personal opinion), the ventilation of the restaurant leaves something to be desired! During main meals, the smell of cooking oil is very strong in the interior! That's why the 4 stars! The restroom is clean, the service, the food is fine, that's the only problem I have.

The food is very hearty, it smelled of older fat or burnt fat and everything seemed a bit dated. The employees are very friendly and the toilets are clean.

Be careful, it’s super expensive. You can go out with a simple plate of raw vegetables for €26!!!

A wonderful view, a good place to relax, stood for 45 hours without any comments, there is a shower for €5, there are shops Netto, Norma, Lidl, Kik nearby, and there is also a swimming pool for €5 all day, everyone is in a good mood

Charging EUR 4,40 for the most simple industrial to-go-coffee which tastes sour, including the cheapest cream, is a rip-off that I haven't experienced in ages (both domestically and internationally). I have no problem at all to pay high prices, if there is a bit of value included.

There you can rest and rest for a while. Very clean toilets with no entrance fees!

The outdoor area is good, but if you want and need to take a shower it leaves a lot to be desired. For 2 people 10 euros is a proud price. At other places in Germany you pay a maximum of 6 euros and can use the WC vouchers. Furthermore, other showers have a toilet and a hairdryer, but not in Hegau. If you talk about it, you get the answer: You can go somewhere else. My conclusion: just before Switzerland, Swiss prices, but then the service should also be adjusted accordingly, like in Switzerland.

The rest stop offers a fantastic view. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a longer break.

We were happy with the food, but asking €17 for a small salad plate is audacious. When asked, the plate was put back on the scales saying €4 per 100g.

Instead of finding a usual rest stop like at Tank and Rest, I was surprised. The foyer is clean, clear and bright. Showers are five euros, a bit expensive, but only four stars. The hook was also gone and a second one was screwed next to it, somewhat carelessly. That something like that is always and everywhere missing. There were no more paper towels either. There are already enough photos.

Very well-kept rest area with a beautiful panorama. The restaurant offers a good selection of food and the staff is very friendly. When the weather is good, the terrace offers very nice seating! The hotel there is also modernly furnished and offers several conference rooms that can be individually arranged. Were there with 6 people and it was excellently organized, everything went completely smoothly.

The food is of a quality that you don't get from motorway service stations. Also the view over the Hegau, many a restaurant would write “from” there. You hardly notice anything from the highway.

Probably the most beautiful rest area I have stayed in. Modern clean rooms with a great view. You can't hear the cars on the nearby highway at all. Even with the windows open. The staff is nice and the breakfast is rich. But it's best to go to the cities for dinner.

We were lucky to be able to enjoy the mountain panorama during lunch in foehn weather. And of course I distributed something outside before heading home.
