The food is always delicious, but unfortunately the prices have become very high! The staff at the counter and at the cash register, where you push the trolleys into the kitchen, are very friendly. The lady at the reception/restaurant manager!?...can't smile and makes a very unfriendly impression...you don't feel welcome.

The best motorway rest stop I've ever seen. The store holds the flag high. 99% of the rest stops in Germany can learn a lesson from this. Well-kept, clean, good cuisine, nice service, clean toilets, charging stations for electric cars, playground for children - everything is very, very good!

The two service stations in Hegau, along the lanes of the A81, are by far the most well-kept and friendliest that I know of in Germany. You feel comfortable here.

Nice 'n cozy place, parking space gets scarce as time moves toward evening/night, very friendly and kind staff and delicious meals. My special thanks goes to the cooks, who, no matter how late it gets, never shy of preparing a hot meal for you. You can even scratch items on the menu and get different things. Kindness goes both ways, as I try not to bother them too much, they always act with the mentality of returning the favor and put me bigger portions on my plates 🤗

I actually always come here after my vacation. Small snack and move on. But this time I missed it. Small bowl of salad and a pretzel 13 euros 50. So somewhere the fun ends.

Designed for large numbers of visitors, modern, beautiful view outside. The staff was friendly, the coffee was very good, but quite expensive. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

So it starts with the waiter being very pushy. The food was catastrophic and I've never had such a bad meal. My sister and I were so sick after eating that we had diarrhea and everything. And the prices are outrageously expensive.

Good range of food and drinks. Unfortunately, it is also very expensive, as is the case at almost all motorway service stations. However, the fact that €3.40 was charged for a packaged jam (sweet pieces are written on the receipt) was either a mistake on the part of the cashier, which I unfortunately only noticed too late, or simply an act of cheek.

But then one little thing bothers me. This is the sign for teams. I had a discussion with a bus driver in the morning. We would stand in your place. Although I don't know if it's my fault or not. Simple, simple rest area. The Magnum ice cream at the gas station cost 4.30 euros. I definitely won't take part in this usury. Therefore there was no ice cream.

The shock comes at the checkout! 18.20 for a side salad, here it is probably rounded up per 100 grams. The “main courses” WITHOUT! Side dishes for around 9 euros are significantly better and cheaper. A car breakdown brought me here. Plenty of space for parking. Unfortunately Tualette was anything but clean.

Stopped there on the bus ride to Konstanz. There is seating outside and inside the building, and a larger playground for children. In the building you can enjoy normal food and coffee and cake. Since we had to get back to the bus, we didn't have time to devote ourselves to the food and so I can't say anything about the prices or enjoyment. Maybe another time.

Unfortunately, the charging station is not covered, which can be problematic in bad weather. The kiosk offers a wide range of products, which is positive. I just wanted to briefly return deposit bottles, but the older lady at the checkout was stressed and not very friendly. The toilet facilities were fine. Overall, there is room for improvement, especially in terms of service.

That's really great. Because one comes on the way there and one on the back. My uncle Toni and I always went out to eat on both sides. And you love animals too. Always have a bowl of water ready for the dogs. Food is good too. So it's definitely worth a detour if you're heading towards Lake Constance or back again. Can be reached on both sides.

When we drive towards Lake Constance, we always stop here. The rest area itself and the toilets are very clean. There is coffee and cake, a salad bar and warm food. Price performance ratio is very good. Parking spaces for wheelchair users are right in front of the door. The toilets are also easily accessible. The staff is very friendly.

Next to the A81 - driving in the direction of Switzerland or Lake Constance - it's worth stopping here! It's a usual "motorway" rest stop, but it's different because of the beauty of the landscape and the view! I could mention one thing as a negative (and this is only a personal opinion), the ventilation of the restaurant leaves something to be desired! During main meals, the smell of cooking oil is very strong in the interior! That's why the 4 stars! The restroom is clean, the service, the food is fine, that's the only problem I have.
