I had already written a review, but my visit today trumped everything. Stopped in at the drive-thru, took the order. Everything was fine up until then, I ordered two McSmart menus and, no joke, only one arrived and was completely wrong. Of course I went back in to pick up the rest, but they couldn't even manage that... The employees were very dubious and didn't take anything seriously. One of them filled up a drink cup, drank from it and then threw it behind him. That doesn't work at all. I don't even need to start with the cleanliness. The tables and benches seem to be cleaned once a year. I don't have high expectations when I go to a fast food restaurant, but McDonald's is really bad.

Women's toilets dirty. Return trolley overcrowded.

The order was processed quickly. We didn't have to wait long for our order. You could choose the service, whether you wanted the order to be brought to the table or you wanted to pick up the order yourself. I find that advantageous. Otherwise the quality of the food was standard, as usual at McDonald's. Overall friendly team good service.

Cappuccino without milk? No problem. But I don't pay for black coffee for a cappuccino.

A McDonald's. Food usually warm. Unfortunately, the crew seems totally unstructured and confused, especially at peak times. You then wait for quite a long time and someone behind the counter is constantly being shouted at or put down... It's sometimes embarrassing while waiting*10

Actually everything is pk but it is not possible for visually impaired people to order food from the machines, you always have to have someone with you to help.🤔

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was anything but satisfactory. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was met with an unpleasant smell of urine, which made the stay unpleasant from the start. The seats were dirty, there were crumbs and trash everywhere, and the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days We also had to wait a full 30 minutes for our food, which is completely unacceptable given the general hustle and bustle in a fast food restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and cleanliness didn't seem to be a priority. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience that I won't be repeating anytime soon. Something urgently needs to be changed here!

Food came pretty quickly. BUT tables are dirty and toilets are a mess. I wonder what it looks like for some people at home. Playground update needed.

What a mess. You wait half an hour for your food and then it gets cold. The service was as friendly as a gremlin that came into contact with water at night. The restaurant is highlighted by the smell of the toilet. Simply a top shop. 🤮

The dirtiest McDonald’s restaurant I’ve ever seen. ALL the benches and tables were completely dirty, the toilets were dirty and the best thing... the food. INEDIBLE. Burgers were almost cold and so dry that they were already bending. They must have been lying there for hours. All in all a nightmare. Never again 🤮

Rarely have I seen such a dingy McDonalds. Hope this was a one-time event.

The store was empty and there was nothing going on. Nevertheless, the burgers were thrown together rather than put together properly. The fries were at most lukewarm and sticky. Women's toilet had no toilet seat. You could see it in the actual toilet.

Food was brought to the table quickly (after about 20 minutes of waiting). Staff very friendly. Gladly again!

I love this place, I'm a welcome guest and I like to visit it because of the parking and MC Donalds.. there is a beautiful girl with black hair, about 25-28 years old, very nice, I think she's from Turkey.. We actually always enjoyed eating there. But since today I've been thinking twice about going there again. An employee who seemed to have something to say there was exhausting just to listen to. (Respect to her colleagues) Not only did she speak very loudly, but she stood behind the cash register and said loudly what a lousy job she had. After the food was brought in a bad mood (by another colleague), we noticed that the burgers were soggy and the fries weren't ready (mushy and soft). Since we thought we'd better not go to the lady at the checkout, we ate it and then left.

Good shop if you pass by you can go there

Very nice restaurant with nice staff. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit because there was a lot going on at the moment. We ate there while our car was being charged at the Aral Pulse charging station

The sanitary facilities are inhumane. By experience restaurant I don't mean squat toilets.

Gerde picked up food to take away from McDonald's Hessisch Lichtenau....three things were missing from the bag, the staff barely understands German....salad was disgustingly soggy and she also forgot the dressing. Where has your quality gone????

If you're not skilled enough to assemble a burger, this McDonald's is the ideal place to work. How can it be that a burger that is exactly the same size as the packaging completely falls apart when I take it out and gets all over my clothes? I know McDonalds isn't the fanciest restaurant, but I still don't want to look like a Neanderthal eating a burger for the first time. It would also be really nice if there were wipes in the toilets to clean up the mess. When I'm at McDonalds, my expectations aren't high, but you can expect a little professionalism.

The madness ! Compliment, everyone was just so incredibly hardworking, so busy. I've actually experienced much worse. The team knows what they are doing!

Forever a long wait at the drive-in before you can even order, then a long wait for the food to arrive. 2 of the 3 sauces were forgotten when packing, food was packed with little motivation. Of course you can do this for a Mekkes that only “looks after” through traffic, but does it have to be that way?!

Feel free to order there via the app and then pick it up. It always happened that something was missing, but this has improved significantly recently. Otherwise, as usual, MCes, great for a sack and a quick meal!

Even though it was a system restaurant, that was nothing. Very dirty sanitary facilities... I pointed this out to an employee in a white shirt. He had just shrugged his shoulders. Then I ordered cappuccino [Grande], chocolate [Grande] because of the decals, it was also stored that way on the tablet. I only got them without them, they're out... Like any other McDonald's. However, there is no soap in the toilet. Addendum. Today on July 21st, 2024 the situation was again a catastrophe. There was no soap again and the hand disinfection dispensers were also empty. I didn't get a receipt because... empty. The tables dirty. I approached 3 women about soap. The first two didn't understand a word. The third one didn't either but I think she knew what I meant.

Even though you think everything is listed, orders are often forgotten or prepared incorrectly when personalized. Sometimes the employees don't understand what you want, but that's a problem when it comes to scheduling if you knowingly put staff who don't speak German well at the drive or checkout. And the problem from my point of view that leads to the wrong orders is that not one person puts the order together, but everyone messes with the other person's order. One employee doesn't order 3, so one doesn't know what the other has packed. Otherwise most people are friendly.

I wouldn't stuff myself with any of the filler in a snack bar like this. There are beautiful country inns that serve fresh and delicious food.

A simple hamburger that you can almost see through and all the flavor comes from ketchup. I don't think the price is justified

Disgusting, wilted lettuce on the Mc Chicken, all the tables dirty, the delivery stands overflowing even though the shop is empty. The Wallraff should take a look here, not a bit better than B-King...

Hello, I was just at the drive-in and stupidly appealed to the employees' intelligence. Unfortunately, when I got home, my hopes were trampled on. What's so difficult about adding the sour cream twice when you order curly fries?!! I didn't get any and instead of two cheeseburgers I only got one. I know you should give everyone a chance, but if you can't even process simple orders completely, even McDonald's is the wrong employer. Conclusion: If you expect less food for your money, the MC Donalds in Lichtenau in Hesse is exactly the right place!!!!!

I made a quick stop here on my trip and took a burger and a small coffee to the parking lot. The restaurant was very clean and the service was very friendly. The Royal-TS tasted very fresh.

This McDonald's branch is located in the middle of nowhere right next to the highway 😂 you can fill up next door. You can eat something there, take a break and then continue your journey. My only complaint is that they don't have a coffee bar. I would like something like that for this branch. It would even be worth it because there is nothing else far and wide.

Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately, salt was saved on the fries and they had to be re-salted at home. The new creations don't taste the same. Example: The McCrispy, the breading was rock hard. In addition, the honey mustard sauce didn't taste like what it was called, but like regular, slightly spicier mustard. (Mustard doesn't taste good on the burger at all.)

We were guests today at 6 p.m. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 ice creams and a chocolate shake. We waited 25 minutes for our order. And best of all, we ordered a chocolate shake and got a vanilla shake. Unfortunately, we only realized in the car that it was the wrong shake. We didn't want to do that to ourselves again and have to wait so long again. The waitress loudly shouted at her colleagues. She constantly controlled and ordered her colleagues around. I was very shocked at how colleagues were treated here. We will definitely not visit this restaurant at this location again. Thanks for nothing....

I stopped there on my trip to have something to drink and eat. But I've lost my appetite. Dirty seat, dirty table. Not that the person in front of me left the table dirty, but as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. And now the blast 🤮 the tablet still had leftovers from the previous guest. If I come by again on a trip, I certainly won't stop there again.

Fries weren't quite as warm anymore, the leather benches were pretty worn out and therefore not quite as nice anymore. A drink has probably been tipped over on a bench. That can happen sometimes, but that's not at all okay if you tell the waitress and she looks at you annoyed. There wasn't much going on at the time but apparently cleanliness isn't the most important thing.

Those were my first fries that were soggy at Mac Donalds and the two ladies at the window weren't the nicest either...

Ordentlicher Burgerbräter. Ist als Zwischenstation ein guter Rastplatz.

Ein "Muss" für uns, wenn wir zwischen NRW und Sachsen pendeln.

Das Essen ist überteuert und qualitativ nicht hochwertig. Der Flair der Anfangszeit von Mäcces ist vergangen. Der Standort hat kein MC Café, was den Laden nicht besser macht.

Schmutz auf dem Boden bleibt öfters länger liegen, oft zu wenig Personal. Essen aber gut und lecker

Tolle Produkte. Essen sauber, heiß und lecker. Freundliches Personal weiter so es lohnt sich dort hin zu fahren.

Etwas kleineres McDonalds das häufig sehr überfüllt ist. Das Personal ist überfordert und das merkt man an allen Stellen. Freundlich ist anders und Sauberkeit auch. Auf letzteres wird nicht so viel Wert gelegt, die Tische waren nicht abgewischt und die Toiletten waren nicht besonders sauber. Meine Begleitung berichtete auch von fehlenden Toilettenpapier bei den Damen und auf der Behindertentoilette. Auf Anfrage gab es dann wiederwillig eine Rolle.

Leiterin geht mit Personal unmenschlich um😭. So das es der Kunde mitbekommt.

Essen is gut is halt Mc Donald aber ansonsten ok
