Food was brought to the table quickly (after about 20 minutes of waiting). Staff very friendly. Gladly again!

There was dirt on the tables and chairs. Burger was only luke warm. Toilets were also dirty.

I love this place, I'm a welcome guest and I like to visit it because of the parking and MC Donalds.. there is a beautiful girl with black hair, about 25-28 years old, very nice, I think she's from Turkey.. I'd like to meet her, if she sees a review, contact her at Instagram (sajo crni Dizdarević)..then I'm at MC Donalds every day,😂😂🤗

We actually always enjoyed eating there. But since today I've been thinking twice about going there again. An employee who seemed to have something to say there was exhausting just to listen to. (Respect to her colleagues) Not only did she speak very loudly, but she stood behind the cash register and said loudly what a lousy job she had. After the food was brought in a bad mood (by another colleague), we noticed that the burgers were soggy and the fries weren't ready (mushy and soft). Since we thought we'd better not go to the lady at the checkout, we ate it and then left.

Good shop if you pass by you can go there

The sanitary facilities are inhumane. By experience restaurant I don't mean squat toilets.

Very nice restaurant with nice staff. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit because there was a lot going on at the moment. We ate there while our car was being charged at the Aral Pulse charging station

If you're not skilled enough to assemble a burger, this McDonald's is the ideal place to work. How can it be that a burger that is exactly the same size as the packaging completely falls apart when I take it out and gets all over my clothes? I know McDonalds isn't the fanciest restaurant, but I still don't want to look like a Neanderthal eating a burger for the first time. It would also be really nice if there were wipes in the toilets to clean up the mess. When I'm at McDonalds, my expectations aren't high, but you can expect a little professionalism.

Gerde picked up food to take away from McDonald's Hessisch Lichtenau....three things were missing from the bag, the staff barely understands German....salad was disgustingly soggy and she also forgot the dressing. Where has your quality gone????

The madness ! Compliment, everyone was just so incredibly hardworking, so busy. I've actually experienced much worse. The team knows what they are doing!

The waiting time at the drive-in is sometimes a bit long. Otherwise just a McDonald's.

Forever a long wait at the drive-in before you can even order, then a long wait for the food to arrive. 2 of the 3 sauces were forgotten when packing, food was packed with little motivation. Of course you can do this for a Mekkes that only “looks after” through traffic, but does it have to be that way?!

This McDonald's is so dirty, all the benches, tables and chairs are all sticky and full of leftover food. The order is almost always wrong so you really miss the food. It's a shame that you can't clean something like that

We actually like going there, but today it was bad. The staff was totally overwhelmed and didn't understand much German. The cappuccino was watery and had no decent foam. Very unfortunate

Feel free to order there via the app and then pick it up. It always happened that something was missing, but this has improved significantly recently. Otherwise, as usual, MCes, great for a sack and a quick meal!

Even though it was a system restaurant, that was nothing. Very dirty sanitary facilities... I pointed this out to an employee in a white shirt. He had just shrugged his shoulders. Then I ordered cappuccino [Grande], chocolate [Grande] because of the decals, it was also stored that way on the tablet. I only got them without them, they're out... The Franz roll, otherwise a highlight, really didn't taste good, very hard... It's a shame, just pay more attention to service The Ritter family from Saalfeld

It's even worth it with coupons. The fries were warm, crispy and the Big Mac was ok. Toilets smelly.

Like any other McDonald's. However, there is no soap in the toilet. Addendum. Today on July 21st, 2024 the situation was again a catastrophe. There was no soap again and the hand disinfection dispensers were also empty. I didn't get a receipt because... empty. The tables dirty. I approached 3 women about soap. The first two didn't understand a word. The third one didn't either but I think she knew what I meant.

Great service, quick delivery to the table. Toilets nice and clean. Great parking lot. Food as expected.

MC D just service was really fast

Even though you think everything is listed, orders are often forgotten or prepared incorrectly when personalized. Sometimes the employees don't understand what you want, but that's a problem when it comes to scheduling if you knowingly put staff who don't speak German well at the drive or checkout. And the problem from my point of view that leads to the wrong orders is that not one person puts the order together, but everyone messes with the other person's order. One employee doesn't order 3, so one doesn't know what the other has packed. Otherwise most people are friendly.

I wouldn't stuff myself with any of the filler in a snack bar like this. There are beautiful country inns that serve fresh and delicious food.

A simple hamburger that you can almost see through and all the flavor comes from ketchup. I don't think the price is justified

Disgusting, wilted lettuce on the Mc Chicken, all the tables dirty, the delivery stands overflowing even though the shop is empty. The Wallraff should take a look here, not a bit better than B-King...

Hello, I was just at the drive-in and stupidly appealed to the employees' intelligence. Unfortunately, when I got home, my hopes were trampled on. What's so difficult about adding the sour cream twice when you order curly fries?!! I didn't get any and instead of two cheeseburgers I only got one. I know you should give everyone a chance, but if you can't even process simple orders completely, even McDonald's is the wrong employer. Conclusion: If you expect less food for your money, the MC Donalds in Lichtenau in Hesse is exactly the right place!!!!!

I made a quick stop here on my trip and took a burger and a small coffee to the parking lot. The restaurant was very clean and the service was very friendly. The Royal-TS tasted very fresh.

This McDonald's branch is located in the middle of nowhere right next to the highway 😂 you can fill up next door. You can eat something there, take a break and then continue your journey. My only complaint is that they don't have a coffee bar. I would like something like that for this branch. It would even be worth it because there is nothing else far and wide.

Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately, salt was saved on the fries and they had to be re-salted at home. The new creations don't taste the same. Example: The McCrispy, the breading was rock hard. In addition, the honey mustard sauce didn't taste like what it was called, but like regular, slightly spicier mustard. (Mustard doesn't taste good on the burger at all.)

We were guests today at 6 p.m. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 ice creams and a chocolate shake. We waited 25 minutes for our order. And best of all, we ordered a chocolate shake and got a vanilla shake. Unfortunately, we only realized in the car that it was the wrong shake. We didn't want to do that to ourselves again and have to wait so long again. The waitress loudly shouted at her colleagues. She constantly controlled and ordered her colleagues around. I was very shocked at how colleagues were treated here. We will definitely not visit this restaurant at this location again. Thanks for nothing....

I stopped there on my trip to have something to drink and eat. But I've lost my appetite. Dirty seat, dirty table. Not that the person in front of me left the table dirty, but as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. And now the blast 🤮 the tablet still had leftovers from the previous guest. If I come by again on a trip, I certainly won't stop there again.

Super fast, tasty and finally hot food. We didn't eat the vegetarian pacifier, but we ate it conventionally and with enthusiasm. Absolute top. 👍👍👍

Fries weren't quite as warm anymore, the leather benches were pretty worn out and therefore not quite as nice anymore. A drink has probably been tipped over on a bench. That can happen sometimes, but that's not at all okay if you tell the waitress and she looks at you annoyed. There wasn't much going on at the time but apparently cleanliness isn't the most important thing.

Those were my first fries that were soggy at Mac Donalds and the two ladies at the window weren't the nicest either...

It wasn't clean, there were leftover chips etc. everywhere. And the order wasn't very fresh either, but I have to say it was busy. But we probably won't stop here again.

Ordentlicher Burgerbräter. Ist als Zwischenstation ein guter Rastplatz.

Ein "Muss" für uns, wenn wir zwischen NRW und Sachsen pendeln.

Das Essen ist überteuert und qualitativ nicht hochwertig. Der Flair der Anfangszeit von Mäcces ist vergangen. Der Standort hat kein MC Café, was den Laden nicht besser macht.

Schmutz auf dem Boden bleibt öfters länger liegen, oft zu wenig Personal. Essen aber gut und lecker

Tolle Produkte. Essen sauber, heiß und lecker. Freundliches Personal weiter so es lohnt sich dort hin zu fahren.

Etwas kleineres McDonalds das häufig sehr überfüllt ist. Das Personal ist überfordert und das merkt man an allen Stellen. Freundlich ist anders und Sauberkeit auch. Auf letzteres wird nicht so viel Wert gelegt, die Tische waren nicht abgewischt und die Toiletten waren nicht besonders sauber. Meine Begleitung berichtete auch von fehlenden Toilettenpapier bei den Damen und auf der Behindertentoilette. Auf Anfrage gab es dann wiederwillig eine Rolle.

Leiterin geht mit Personal unmenschlich um😭. So das es der Kunde mitbekommt.

Der letzte Halt vor dem Ziel. Wir haben uns für die letzte Strecke gestärkt. Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Die Zubereitung war auch sehr schnell. Nettes Personal und alles sehr sauber.

So wie jeder McDoof,nur die Toiletten,unterirdisch. Einzigster Pluspunkt, extrem schnell an Tisch geliefert.

Das Essen war super schnell am Platz. Wir haben von unterwegs bestellt. Das Restaurant ist sauber und für Kids gibt es ein schönes Klettergerüst und 3 Tablets;-)

Das Essen war leider kalt, das Beste waren die Gitterkartoffeln. Die Tische waren nicht sauber, obwohl meiner Meinung nach sehr viel Personal da war. Es war sehr laut und wir mussten lange auf unsere Bestellung warten

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung - Mcces typisch Essen war ebenfalls wie es eben bei Mcces ist Aber das Personal - sehr sehr gut! Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten das die Codes nicht gehen und uns wurde mit viel Geduld sowie hin und her versuchen geholfen! Selten erlebt das das Personal sich Zeit nimmt.

Das Mecces ist nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Jedes mal fehlt etwas oder wurde falsch reingelegt. Ewigkeiten auf sein Essen muss man auch noch warte. Liegt vielleicht daran das man zu dritt draußen am rauchen ist, wenn viel los ist.

Es war nicht so Ordenlich (alle Tische) auf bitten wurde das dann aber erledigt

Guter Ort um schnell mal ein Eis zu essen oder was gegen seinen Hunger machen, gut gelegenes McDonald's Restaurant

War mit einer kleinen Reisegruppe vor Ort, da ich tanken und eine Pause machen musste. Das WC naja. Es wäre schön, wenn es sauber gewesen wäre. Manchmal liegt es aber auch an den Kunden selber, dennoch sollte vielleicht ab und an mal jemand danach gucken. Die Bestellung war nur am Computer möglich. 20min mussten wir warten auf die Bestellung. Es war einiges los, auch hatte man den Eindruck daß genügend Personal vorhanden war. Dennoch war alles unkoordiniert. Ein Mitarbeiter machte eine Bestellung fertig, plötzlich bediente er Tische mit anderen Sachen, das was er angefangen hatte, blieb dann stehen. Ich verstehe sowieso nicht, wieso man noch die Tische bedienen muss, wenn die Bude so voll ist. Teilweise waren die Mitarbeiter bei Ausgabe der Bestellungen voll überfordert. Sollte ich dort nochmal halten müssen, dann werde ich die Filiale meiden.

So weit alles gut, nur bei der Toilette gibt's leichte Abzüge.

Essen scheckt ganz ok, aber es hat schlechte Qualität, ist nicht gesund, und dafür ist es auch zu teuer
