McDonald's has declined dramatically. There was a time when we were regulars here. Today was definitely the last time. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, the bun was soft, and the fries were soggy. The only positive thing was the hot McDonald's ribs, but the buns were just as bad as the burgers. The cleanliness of the restrooms and the restaurant was also terrible.

I absolutely cannot recommend this McDonald's. I waited 20 minutes for two citizens to get a cheeseburger and a chicken burger. Absolutely incomprehensible. I ordered online and was treated very unfriendly at the counter. The guy didn't want to give me my burgers. I will never visit this McDonald's again, even if it is the last one in Germany

Clean. Everything as it should be

Just ordered an M Burger to take away with 4 patties, got half the burger but paid almost €12. Something was missing from an order recently. So you obviously have to check meticulously whether you really got what you paid for. I keep my mouth shut when it comes to a large order, but anyone who doesn't get a burger right deserves a star.

Really wait 20 minutes for a mcSmart menu? And then I get a cold and unappetizing looking burger 🤯 Meanwhile, I experience 3 customers who need to improve their order because they received the wrong products.

3 out of 4 milkshakes were liquid, we complained and were given the same ones again with a new lid. Absolute disgrace for the price that is now being asked for! We probably won't visit this branch again in the future...

The dirtiest toilets I have ever encountered in a McD. No toilet seat but black paint on the porcelain, the whole floor is full of toilet paper and everything is dirty.

Good motorway rest point. A McDonalds restaurant with a good current standard. Good quick service, clean premises.

So honestly never again. We didn't order on board and had to explain to four employees what we wanted and then we were lied to. A current figure still in the showcase and instead of saying no, we won't give it out. We were told that children had broken open the damaged box and that's why it doesn't open. The food was good and hot but the service was really bad.

The truck stop with this McDonald's branch is hardly or not at all signposted from the motorway, but it is quite noticeable when driving past. Due to the lack of other rest options on this section of the route, it was almost the only choice. Quite a small toilet facility and guest room, which was overcrowded on Good Friday. What is striking is the long waiting time, which is made by the “boss” if it is compliant, as all orders are simply completed in between, then disappear from the overview and are only reported verbally as finished, so you can also maintain your service level...

Typical McDonald's restaurant. Not bad, not particularly good! Standard citizen offer. Not exactly the nicest atmosphere at the truck stop.

You order at the terminal, it's quite good, then you want to pay in cash and stand for 20 to 25 minutes until someone comes, but no, you stand together at the back and just talk, you're just looked at but nothing happens unless you ask that you want to pay. Then you continue to stand there and nothing happens, but the other dishes are provided and other customers then order them.

McDonalds generally has good coffee, which is why we regularly have a cup there. This branch is bad in terms of coffee. It tasted of nothing and was very watery. Toilets were filthy and no toilet paper. No more stopovers at this Mc.

This is a MC Donalds like any. It just is missing something. The cafe has no nice cakes like others do.

McDonald's, I rarely go to McDonald's but as always it was tasty, clean and fast.

The toilets are absolutely catastrophic, unclean, dirty, simply disgusting! It's unbelievable that they don't clean it and it's not just a day's worth of dirt!!!! The tray trolleys are also no longer overcrowded until they leave, it's a shame that McDonald's can't afford more staff! If the kitchen looks like the toilets then cheers meal! It's a shame I come there every 2 weeks, and today I couldn't avoid the comment!

Unfortunately, the accuracy of the preparation service is rather unsatisfactory. I ordered an M menu with double meat and double cheese, as well as 3 happy meals. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that there were only two happy meals, mine 3 children were "very happy"😤😤😤😤 but three side dishes and toys, with the M they didn't put meat on it twice as extra, but everything was nicely accounted for and the classic drink was also missing. Really not nice and that wasn't the first time......

Food is quite good but it could be warmer. Ambience: very dirty, furniture, tables, windows, etc. It used to be like that at MC. D. That they always had someone to clean etc. So that men could feel comfortable. In the branch and in Hann. Münden they don't think it's necessary. Maybe things will get better.

Waiting almost 15 minutes for a burger and fries and then not hearing even a word of regret is beyond shabby. And I wasn't the only person who had to wait so long. In addition, the fries were only lukewarm. When I wanted to speak to the shift manager, the good sales person didn't even understand what I meant. Even the shift leader who finally appeared didn't offer any real apology or even compensation. That was definitely my last visit to this branch.

It's a McDonald's like thousands of others. But it was remarkably clean. I was there on a Tuesday after 8 p.m., so it wasn't crowded and not loud.

Burgers were good. Fries without salt and the whole store was covered in dirt. No bench was clean, all the tables were dirty, sticky... Sometimes I really don't understand.

The shop is the last one, the shop is empty, 7 employees are standing around and chatting and it looks like a mess. You are afraid to sit down because there is leftover food lying around all over the place and there are simply no places to sit.

There were times when you were very dissatisfied as a guest there Food was cold or wrong or missing entirely. You had to wait forever. This is no longer the case. You no longer wait like others do. The order is complete and as ordered.

We visit this McDonald's branch a few times a year while passing through. We like to take our break there with the children. A kind of tradition when we go east. This weekend a very nice employee greeted us at the door. It's probably just for Christmas. But an absolutely good idea. Keep it up.

If you like cold fries or dried fish, you can get something from the car counter from 9 p.m. Already had it several times. Always check immediately and exchange. It's no longer possible given the prices.

I had already written a review, but my visit today trumped everything. Stopped in at the drive-thru, took the order. Everything was fine up until then, I ordered two McSmart menus and, no joke, only one arrived and was completely wrong. Of course I went back in to pick up the rest, but they couldn't even manage that... The employees were very dubious and didn't take anything seriously. One of them filled up a drink cup, drank from it and then threw it behind him. That doesn't work at all. I don't even need to start with the cleanliness. The tables and benches seem to be cleaned once a year. I don't have high expectations when I go to a fast food restaurant, but McDonald's is really bad.

The order was processed quickly. We didn't have to wait long for our order. You could choose the service, whether you wanted the order to be brought to the table or you wanted to pick up the order yourself. I find that advantageous. Otherwise the quality of the food was standard, as usual at McDonald's. Overall friendly team good service.

Cappuccino without milk? No problem. But I don't pay for black coffee for a cappuccino.

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was anything but satisfactory. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was met with an unpleasant smell of urine, which made the stay unpleasant from the start. The seats were dirty, there were crumbs and trash everywhere, and the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days We also had to wait a full 30 minutes for our food, which is completely unacceptable given the general hustle and bustle in a fast food restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and cleanliness didn't seem to be a priority. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience that I won't be repeating anytime soon. Something urgently needs to be changed here!

The dirtiest McDonald’s restaurant I’ve ever seen. ALL the benches and tables were completely dirty, the toilets were dirty and the best thing... the food. INEDIBLE. The store was empty and there was nothing going on. Nevertheless, the burgers were thrown together rather than put together properly. The fries were at most lukewarm and sticky. Women's toilet had no toilet seat. You could see it in the actual toilet.

I love this place, I'm a welcome guest and I like to visit it because of the parking and MC Donalds.. there is a beautiful girl with black hair, about 25-28 years old, very nice, I think she's from Turkey.. We actually always enjoyed eating there. But since today I've been thinking twice about going there again. An employee who seemed to have something to say there was exhausting just to listen to. (Respect to her colleagues) Not only did she speak very loudly, but she stood behind the cash register and said loudly what a lousy job she had. After the food was brought in a bad mood (by another colleague), we noticed that the burgers were soggy and the fries weren't ready (mushy and soft). Since we thought we'd better not go to the lady at the checkout, we ate it and then left.

Very nice restaurant with nice staff. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit because there was a lot going on at the moment. We ate there while our car was being charged at the Aral Pulse charging station

If you're not skilled enough to assemble a burger, this McDonald's is the ideal place to work. How can it be that a burger that is exactly the same size as the packaging completely falls apart when I take it out and gets all over my clothes? I know McDonalds isn't the fanciest restaurant, but I still don't want to look like a Neanderthal eating a burger for the first time. It would also be really nice if there were wipes in the toilets to clean up the mess. When I'm at McDonalds, my expectations aren't high, but you can expect a little professionalism.

The madness ! Compliment, everyone was just so incredibly hardworking, so busy. I've actually experienced much worse. The team knows what they are doing!

Forever a long wait at the drive-in before you can even order, then a long wait for the food to arrive. 2 of the 3 sauces were forgotten when packing, food was packed with little motivation. Of course you can do this for a Mekkes that only “looks after” through traffic, but does it have to be that way?!

Like any other McDonald's. However, there is no soap in the toilet. Addendum. Today on July 21st, 2024 the situation was again a catastrophe. There was no soap again and the hand disinfection dispensers were also empty. I didn't get a receipt because... empty. The tables dirty. I approached 3 women about soap. The first two didn't understand a word. The third one didn't either but I think she knew what I meant.

I wouldn't stuff myself with any of the filler in a snack bar like this. There are beautiful country inns that serve fresh and delicious food.

Even though you think everything is listed, orders are often forgotten or prepared incorrectly when personalized. Sometimes the employees don't understand what you want, but that's a problem when it comes to scheduling if you knowingly put staff who don't speak German well at the drive or checkout. And the problem from my point of view that leads to the wrong orders is that not one person puts the order together, but everyone messes with the other person's order. One employee doesn't order 3, so one doesn't know what the other has packed. Otherwise most people are friendly.

A simple hamburger that you can almost see through and all the flavor comes from ketchup. I don't think the price is justified

Disgusting, wilted lettuce on the Mc Chicken, all the tables dirty, the delivery stands overflowing even though the shop is empty. The Wallraff should take a look here, not a bit better than B-King...
