The food was the usual McDonald's fare. The staff were okay, but completely overwhelmed by my issue – the toilets don't have seats; the manufacturer has simply marked them on the wall. My poop bag touched the bowl and got wet – absolutely unacceptable, my poor crotch! It was truly disgusting.

It's okay, you can eat...not particularly expensive.

The food is always "the same." We actually wanted to eat inside, but since the table and benches were so sticky it was unbearable, we were willing to eat outside in the cold. The service? Well, being able to speak a little German isn't too much to ask.

My wife and I just wanted to treat ourselves to something at 1:20 on a Friday evening, so we drove to the Blue Lagoon in Hessisch Lichtenau to McD, and what can I say? I have never been served such pathetic crap in my entire life, and for over 20 euros... cold fries, a yucky burger, and the staff were completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with my breathing without counting... the nerve.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean restrooms. The fact that there's someone there to help with ordering is, on one hand, good. On the other hand, it shows that the McDonald's ordering system in the app is too complicated for everyday use. It should be simplified.

What super friendly staff. They come to ask if everything is okay. And they personally help people if they don't understand something. I was looking at the order board when a friendly man came over and helped me right away. I've been to so many McDonald's, but I've never encountered such friendly staff.

If you know that, bring your own soap and disinfectant spray. And now for the food: folks, you can't be serious. A Big Chicken Salad for 5.19 with shredded breading, chicken mush stuck in between somewhere, lettuce stalks and a few large leaves that were almost impossible to cut with a wooden knife, 2 large lengthwise strips of cucumber and 2 large tomato slices: carelessly smashed together, mushy, huge slices that you first have to cut into bite-sized pieces. I spilled half a packet of dressing down my pants while cutting it up. McDonald's used to be known for its good fries. I like the idea of ​​offering them with and without salt. However, I haven't found any good quality. The cheeseburgers are dry, but they're fine with a little extra ketchup. The McPlants Burger lacks flavor—it's not a model for the future. And 30.90 for that?

This MD used to be surprisingly clean; I've had better experiences! The food was warm and freshly prepared, which isn't always the case. It was pretty quick, it wasn't busy, and there was plenty of parking.

I'm evaluating it this way because I witnessed a terrible scene a few months ago, an employee apparently having a bad day, crying and in visible pain, she asked to leave and the manager was totally inhumane, rude and with no profile of a leader, the girl who was feeling ILL continued to serve us super well, I also like a Romanian who works there in customer service, always with a smile on his face and treats everyone well, that one should be a leader of that unit.

No matter what time of day, you always have to check to see if everything you ordered is actually packed. I've never experienced getting everything I ordered; something was always missing. The burgers aren't freshly prepared; you order, and less than two minutes later, the burger is packed in a bag and accordingly cold.

The floor looked like it had been mopped with rancid grease. Extremely slippery. The entrance and restroom areas reeked of urine. The staff seemed disorganized. 10-minute wait for a coffee, even though there was nothing going on. Never aggain.

Just ordered an M Burger to take away with 4 patties, got half the burger but paid almost €12. Something was missing from an order recently. So you obviously have to check meticulously whether you really got what you paid for. I keep my mouth shut when it comes to a large order, but anyone who doesn't get a burger right deserves a star.

So honestly never again. We didn't order on board and had to explain to four employees what we wanted and then we were lied to. A current figure still in the showcase and instead of saying no, we won't give it out. We were told that children had broken open the damaged box and that's why it doesn't open. The food was good and hot but the service was really bad.

The truck stop with this McDonald's branch is hardly or not at all signposted from the motorway, but it is quite noticeable when driving past. Due to the lack of other rest options on this section of the route, it was almost the only choice. Quite a small toilet facility and guest room, which was overcrowded on Good Friday. I had already written a review, but my visit today trumped everything. Stopped in at the drive-thru, took the order. Everything was fine up until then, I ordered two McSmart menus and, no joke, only one arrived and was completely wrong. Of course I went back in to pick up the rest, but they couldn't even manage that... The employees were very dubious and didn't take anything seriously. One of them filled up a drink cup, drank from it and then threw it behind him. That doesn't work at all. I don't even need to start with the cleanliness. The tables and benches seem to be cleaned once a year. I don't have high expectations when I go to a fast food restaurant, but McDonald's is really bad.
