We went to the drive-thru. The food was terrible, and the drinks were stale and the wrong ones. Just awful.

Another cold burger...after complaining, another cold burger arrived 3 minutes later (probably the same one).

A 15-minute wait at the drive-thru when it's not busy is hardly impressive for a fast-food restaurant. Food was only lukewarm.

Incredibly unfriendly staff on October 31st at 11:00 PM. We were practically brushed off and yelled at because we wanted a wrapper for a hot brownie so it would stay warm at home. Endless arguments ensued in broken German, and in the background, they were loudly gossiping about us. OUTRAGEOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL! Never again!!

Unfriendly and very slow people. I understand if it takes a little longer, but we waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru even though there were only two cars in front of us and it was empty inside!!!

I haven't been there in a while and was overwhelmed at the drive-thru. An employee (Anna) took the time to help me with my order. She was very friendly and laughed a lot with me. After this very positive experience, I will be coming back more often in the future.

Simply not recommended, there are no people in the restaurant and we wait 30 minutes for our order, which really wasn't much time, the woman at the cash register is totally rude and unfriendly and the shift manager is the same, he is too rude to have a conversation with someone who wants his money back and complains about the long wait

Very slow and very unfriendly, and they ripped us off

Just forgot one burger. I've had worse. A normal Burger King, in its entirety.

I have to openly and honestly say that the staff is very friendly, etc., but the food tasted really good at first, and in the end, you regret eating it in the restroom. At first, I thought it was just my body, but they can't help it. Then I went back and the same thing happened again. I don't like giving bad feedback, but you really need to work on the quality of your food. And I hope you don't take my honest review too personally. :)

The food is good, but the selection is a bit limited. During my visit, there were no ice cream or milkshakes on offer. Otherwise, it's fine and tasty.

Last night, I had bad luck with the quality for the third time. I always buy King Naked. Each time, there were a few that had been warmed up. Unfortunately, I only noticed them on the highway. I was always at the store just before they closed. I won't be going there again.

Yes, without reservation. Every time I go there, it's very, very clean, no sticky floor, a small sensation for a Burger King. Unfortunately, I know other franchisees, and it's sticky everywhere there. I only had a drink here, but it was very, very refreshing yesterday in the heat. The place is nicely air-conditioned. The location is very good for children with parents who are on the highway. Take the Wallerfangen exit and drive into the city of Saarlouis. Then it's already within sight. The location is good for children, as there isn't much traffic behind the building.

Staff were lethargic and unwelcoming. The restroom was incredibly dirty: empty soap dispenser, mold on the grout, and the toilet drain hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Unbelievable, I've been standing in the drive for 25 minutes and nothing has happened 😱😱😱 what kind of Burger King is that??? Never experienced anything like this. This is really a joke!!!

Food OK, waiting time a little longer

Rat in neon sign at the drive in, food didn't taste good, dirt on tablets and tables, extremely unmotivated employees. I'd rather eat at McDonalds.

The service today was, as always, a disaster, the service person who was responsible for the drive in today definitely chose the wrong job! Annoyance at having to place an order is accentuated with loud groans! No please or thank you, just cheeky “commands” and then not even looking when the food is handed to you. If you don't want to have anything to do with people, you shouldn't choose a career like this! With such contact you avoid the store in the future and immediately lose the desire to eat the food at all!!

We were there with 10 children, slightly annoyed staff because we pointed out mistakes twice. However, everything was corrected immediately. The kids liked it and that was the most important thing.

In the last three orders, something was always missing or wrong. Normal nuggets instead of vegetarian ones, forgetting to drink during the children's menu, no fries, lattice fries instead of normal fries, no sauce, etc. And that with 2 or 3 menus... it can happen sometimes, but not as often.

We hadn't been to this branch for a long time and were amazed and positively surprised by the renovation. Food was good as usual with crispy fries (not common in every branch), personal order taking was very friendly and delivery was quick. That's what I want when I visit Burger King in every branch.

We visit this restaurant about 3 times a month during our lunch break. Of course there is more going on there during the lunch break. Sometimes the waiting times are okay, other days it's a disaster. Last week I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. It was easy to read on the display. Instead of processing my order, customers were constantly getting ready, some of whom arrived 15 minutes after me. The food is mostly okay for a fast food restaurant. However, in rare cases it is very bad. More consistency in preparation and service would make it even better. However, I find it a bit critical if there is a socket hanging loosely in the seating area within children's reach. Actually everything is always clean. I haven't visited any toilets there yet.

06.09 around 11:30 p.m Staff should definitely be trained on what to do with rude guests. This circus that was going on there was both from the staff and from the bottom drawer of the customer. Apparently the cashier with the pasta hairstyle is one of those misbehaving people and likes to hand out free ice cream to people who secretly go behind the counter. I felt so sorry for the shift manager, his desperation was written all over his face. The soap in the toilet was also empty and the toilet looked as if it had been decorated for Halloween.

There was hardly anything going on, but it still felt like everyone was overwhelmed. It used to be better.

Better service now that they have the self order kiosks and the food has gotten a little better than I last rated them

Due to several strange occurrences, I thought I would write a review to warn other people about this "quick service restaurant". Let's start with the location and the chosen "entrance and exit" of this building. Since access was chosen on the main street (Wallerfangerstraße), there are honking concerts at regular intervals (almost every day), drivers shouting at each other and threatening each other with who knows what. Near misses are commonplace. If you turn right into a fast food restaurant, you're lucky and usually nothing happens to you. From my point of view, entry AND exit only in the rear area would be really safe and stress-free. So if you have managed to get to the parking lot unscathed, you already have a certain "starting tension", which is not necessarily reduced by the unfriendly staff and the very long waiting time. Waiting times of 20 minutes are not uncommon. And the staff, who jump around loudly behind the counter like children and don't just show the guests friendliness, make the long waiting time a torture! Here the team leader or branch manager seems completely overwhelmed. Things that I have experienced myself in this branch: -- In front of the entrance door, two female waiters are tearing each other's hair out and shouting at each other. -- In the rear area (drive) several employees (5) have gathered and are blocking the passage (perhaps shift handover?, perhaps cigarette break?). When you point out that you want to drive through, you are only looked at stupidly and provocatively and no one clears the way. I had to reverse to get past the employees. -- In the "quick restaurant" itself: Unfriendly service. Long waiting time. Sometimes you don't get an answer. Then you just look at it. These are things that no one really wants. In my opinion, rudeness is one thing, but another is that this branch manager/team leader obviously doesn't have the basics under control. Even with such indiscipline, I worry about the hygiene regulations. Recommendation: go to MC-Donalds in Lisdorf, 8 km away. Bon appetit.

Extremely well stocked and delicious burger

It's just Burger King but why can't Burger King manage to serve pommfrit warm so only 4 stars.

Never again... my boyfriend and I both had stomach problems during our visit. You don't hear German spoken there either by the staff or the customers. Rules there are apparently just decoration (people came in with dogs and nothing was said. This is about the principle, I love animals!). The atmosphere: uncomfortable and cold. Food was ok, just fast food.

I don't go there anymore. Been there for a long time and felt very uncomfortable. All the terminals for self-ordering were out of order, the staff spoke loudly only in their language and left the customers standing there stupidly. A couple walked in front of me and said: I'm not going here anymore. It didn't take long for me either and I left the store. While talking outside, other customers complained that the store left a lot to be desired. Sorry but that is neither customer friendly nor professional. No thanks!

Friendly employee. Prompt service. Hot meal...

I love fast food and here they have very tasty burgers and particularly delicious nuggets. It is very easy to order through the machine and pick up the order quickly. The atmosphere is very quiet, often only a few people. It's clean and cozy here, unlike other Burger King's.

Service and operation have improved positively within about 1 year!!! Small mistakes still creep in....but if they carry on as before and stick with it to improve the service, then it should keep getting better...!!!...and here I'm talking about the evening - and night service! I can't say anything about how things go during the day....!

If the asylum seekers who work there didn't talk to their peers for half an hour, the order might have been complete. Unfortunately 2/2 dips, 6 nuggets and the curly fries were half fries missing. Never again, I'd rather put up with the extra kilometers and go to Lisdorf next time! JUICE SHOP!

One star is still too many because unfortunately I can't give zero stars. The purest juice shop. They don't get anything done, unfriendly staff including shift managers are endlessly rude. I will definitely avoid the Burger King in Saarlouis in the future...the laugh of the day - you get a cola with a Happy Meal 😀

This Burger King restaurant does everything that makes a typical Burger King restaurant. It is centrally located, has a drive-thru and an indoor area. It is clean and the staff is relatively friendly. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

If you're expecting a fast-food restaurant here, you're unfortunately wrong. At the car counter, at the counter, waited almost 15 minutes for a single burger. Was the last time for me.

Check first, then walk or drive. As always, when ordering for 2 people, one or two things are missing! For once it wasn't a burger, but the dips. When you order more than one menu, something is always missing. Catastrophe!

Rarely have I been to such a bad Burger King. No wonder burgers are forgotten when the clown heads in the kitchen just laugh all the time, stare at women and talk about them, which I didn't even have to understand their language (or Arabic). There was only half of the cheese on the burger; it got lost somewhere in the packaging. Next time I'll throw my money into the nearest organic waste bin and get something to eat, it definitely looks better and it certainly tastes better too.

0 stars! Something is ALWAYS forgotten, sometimes two burgers, sometimes a whole menu and basically always mayonnaise. We ordered two menus last week and one menu was simply missing completely. The employees can't read and have absolutely no desire for this job. Buns sometimes hard (probably expired and a new date has been put on it, as we know from Burger King.) Just no extra sauce for example. You can't order chili cheese fries anyway. Conclusion: Biggest dirty shop. Bon appetit if you even get your order in full.

Ich habe mich beim Vorbeifahren schon immer gewundert, dass dort kaum Autos stehen; habe heute trotzdem einen Besuch gewagt. Zuerst einmal war es saukalt in diesem Laden. Unverständlich für mich, dass man bei Preisen für einen Burger (Tripple) mit Käse-/Chili Pommes und kleiner Cola von fast 40 Mark an der Heizung spart. Der Burger war lieblos zusammengebaut, der Käse samt Chilies auf den Pommes überschaubar. An der Anzahl der Mitarbeiter kann es nicht gelegen haben, denn die haben sich mangels Kundschaft eher im Weg gestanden. In der Toilette ein klappriger, loser Seifenspender, der Handtrockner außer Betrieb, Papierhandtücher keine vorhanden. Hier besteht dringend Schulungsbedarf oder Kontrolle der Vorgaben seitens des Franchisegebers, denn so wird der gute Ruf der Kette massiv beschädigt.

Sobald man mehr als nur ein Menü bestellt prüft immer eure bestellen , bei uns in 99% der Fälle fehlt immer mindestens eine Sache, das ist unglaublich.

Essen schmeckt, wie's schmecken soll. Man könnte sich allerdings mehr Mühe beim Zusammenbau der Burger geben. Oftmals schief und krumm, Beläge ungleichmäßig platziert, Soße nicht gleichmäßig verteilt etc. Personal scheint häufig zu wechseln, viel Fluktuation? Und wirkt sichtlich unmotiviert bis genervt - subjektiver Eindruck, schon klar. Wirklich störend sind aber sie gegenseitigen Zurufe, die man durch das komplette Restaurant zu Hören bekommt. Ambiente... Und das ist der größte Kritikpunkt: bestimmt seit einem halben Jahr (!) ist das Türfangband der Haupteingangstür defekt und die Tür knallt nach jedem Öffnen mit Wucht in den Rahmen. Ähnlich ist es mit der Tür auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite beim Drive. Wieso repariert das keiner? Ebenfalls scheint der Restaurantbereich nicht geheizt zu werden - es ist immer zu kalt. Das zusammen mit der Geräuschkulisse aus der Küche lässt einen kaum das Essen genießen. Es empfiehlt sich die Fahrt durch den Drive-in und essen im Auto. Fazit: wenn man gerade Hunger auf einen Burger hat, nicht in die City will und wenig Zeit hat und im Auto unterwegs ist, kann man hier hin. Schön ist anders.

Die Hälfte der Bestellung war kalt. Die Cheesie-Onion Fries für 4,79€ aind wine Frechheit. Ich habe darum gebeten die Pommes mal zu überprüfen, weil das etwas wenig für fast 5€ ist. Ich wurde dumm angemacht und weggeschickt. Saucen vergessen, Besteck für Polmes vergessen (okay an der wenigen Sauce kann man sich eigentlich nicht versauen) und auch Tücher wurden vergessen. UND DAS BEI 0,0 BETRIEB. Hier mangelt es an Kundenorientierung ung gutem Service.

Mitarbeiter des Monats: die Eismaschine 9/10 Mal im Jahr Urlaub

Die Mitarbeiter brüllen bis zu 15 mal "Wallah" und "Alter" während jedem meiner Besuche. Manche Mitarbeiter Bedienen sich auch gerne an den Pommes in der Küche. Die Automaten zum Bestellen und Bezahlen sind jedoch eine sehr gute Idee und das Essen schmeckt auch ganz in Ordnung.

Ich esse mehrmals in der Woche bei Burger King Saarlouis. Da ich bis spät in die Nacht arbeite, ist das die einzige Möglichkeit für mich, ohne selbst zu kochen noch etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Zum Geschmack der Burger brauche ich nicht zu sagen, da Geschmäcker individuell sind, jedenfalls bleibe ich für mich immer nur bei Cheeseburger und Pommes. Da kann man nichts falsch machen. in den letzten Monaten ist mir ständig wechselndes Personal aufgefallen. Seit circa einem Monat ist jeden Abend die selbe Schicht anwesend. Meist drei junge Männer arabischer Herkunft. Diese drei Jungs bekommen fünf Sterne von mir. Sie sind super freundlich die Burger schmecken gut und man fühlt sich, obwohl es ein Fastfood-Restaurant (mit eher schlechtem Ruf) ist, willkommen und gut aufgehoben. in den Monaten davor habe ich meist negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Es waren oft schläfrige, deutsche oder unaufmerksame Restaurantleiter im Dienst. Beispiel dafür: ich habe ein Eis bestellt und anstatt dass einer mein Eis macht was 30 sekunden dauert, und was ganz klar auf dem Monitor ersichtlich ist, dass man diesen gast unmittelbar befriedigen kann, muss ich 30 Minuten warten und niemand beachtet meine kleine schnell zu machen der Bestellung. dann sagte ich dass ich das eis in einer kleinen tüte möchte, aber der service versteht das nicht. (fast wie geistig behindert, tut mir leid das so sagen zu müssen.) ich habe diesen Laden wegen solchen momenten auch schon mehrmals mit einem Stern bewertet, aber mittlerweile ist die Spätschicht wirklich toll und wahrscheinlich nicht zu ersetzen. Bitte zahlt diesen drei Jungs mehr, damit sie immer dort bleiben. Das hilft eurem Geschäft und eurer Marke sehr.

Für mich einer der schlechtesten BK Restaurants. Echt lieblose Bude. Da fehlt es an jeglichem „American Like“!

Mehrmals schon hälfte vergessen

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, oft aber auch etwas unbeholfen. Die Eismaschine ist des öfteren Kaputt, dennoch kann man Eis am Bildschirm kaufen und bezahlen.

Soweit alles zur Zufriedenheit allerdings sollten einige Mitarbeiter hier mal einen erneuten Deutschkurs besuchen an der Kasse hat leider niemand was zu suchen der der Deutschen Sprache in Wort nicht mächtig ist

Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Bestellung über einen der vielen Terminals war einfach. Es ist genügend Personal da gewesen und das Essen war schnell fertig. Die Qualität des Essens war gut. Es war zwar recht teuer, aber die Menge dafür war ok. Was absolut nicht ging, war die ältere Dame die die Burger zubereitet hat. Nicht nur das sie ständig sich die Zutaten und Pommes in den Mund gesteckt hat, nein sie hat sich dann auch ständig in den Haaren gekratzt und dann ohne Händewaschen oder Handschuhe weiter das Essen zubereitet. Ich weiss dass gutes Personal schwer zu finden ist, aber das ist sehr unhygienisch. Vor allem wenn man dann auch noch so offen in den Küchenbereich schauen kann. Sehr schade.

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Leider sehr lange Wartezeit und der Hand-Trockner in der Toilette war defekt. Alles in allem könnte es sauberer sein.

Ich komme seit 2010 immer gerne her und werde das auch weiterhin tun. Allerdings hat der Service in letzter Zeit massiv nachgelassen. Zum ersten Mal seit ich herkomme bin ich öfter wieder weggefahren, ohne etwas zu essen, weil es trotz moderatem Betrieb einfach viel zu langsam ging. Dreißig Minuten, bevor jemand reagiert, sind einfach zu viel für Fast Food. Welche Personalentscheidungen hier in letzter Zeit auch immer getroffen wurden, sie sollten dringend geprüft werden.

Angenehmes, freundliches Personal. Essen war frisch zubereitet und lecker.

Essen und Sauberkeit war gut, Parkplätze waren auch genug vorhanden. Einen Platz hat man ohne Probleme bekommen. Nur die Wartezeit war etwas lange. Das kenne ich von manch anderen Bk's anders. War soweit auch alles Sauber Gerne wieder!
