McDonald's in Saarlouis

The waiting times in MC Drive are an absolute disaster. I spent almost 45 minutes there yesterday until I finally left the place with almost cold food and the wrong food. Way too expensive to do that again!

Waiting times have become catastrophic, plan for at least 30 minutes. Completely disorganized staff and obviously annoyed team leader

I bought a Happy Meal especially because of the book Pino's World. I wanted to read this to fall asleep tonight. Now I have to read some Atlas shit... Cheeseburger was okay but only one star because of the wrong book

Drank a coffee and noticed how the supervisor threatened an employee with a warning for whatever reason. Has nothing lost in front of the customers

Expensive price, the machine for ordering is first of all slow, secondly it only ever accepts one voucher for whatever reason. The staff always sends you to the part to order. I want to eat and not deal with this crap. End of song, I didn't order anything

Burger was no longer warm and something was missing. Didn't want the stress at the counter again, so I skipped it. I don't like the interior design any more than before, but that's a matter of taste.

I really liked it and the staff is really great! That's why I like going there!

Food was warm and fresh, even in the middle of the night, the staff was very friendly and the food didn't take long to prepare either. The restaurant is also very clean, there is only no paper in the toilets, which could be improved but unfortunately that is no longer the case in many fast food restaurants.

Even though we were served properly and everything went smoothly, that wasn't the case at two neighboring tables. It's sad that the guests had to run forward several times until everything was sorted out. The entrance is confusing, which meant that there was a real chaos in front of us between the drive in, KFC and parking spaces. That's not how it should work.

Everything as you would expect at a McDonald's. However, it's best to drive a smart car in this parking lot.

Well-known service. Clean. Why do you have to build a driveway at a 90 degree angle with a concrete wall? Numerous traces of contact on the wall prove that I'm not the only one who describes it as uncomfortably narrow. And 25cm curbs call for claims for damages.

After the change of ownership, the “2 Big Mac for the price of one” promotion also fell victim. The quality increased compared to the previous owner. Nevertheless, you have to deal with changing parking positions and you have turned the price screw massively.

I have never had to wait so long for my food in a fast food restaurant.

Unfortunately, the branch in Lisdorf is not very well organized. So far, something has been missing from every order recently. Unfortunately it happened again today and it wasn't even busy yet.

I now rarely go to McDonald's (I've been there maybe three times this year with our children; in McDrive). I can only speak for myself now, but EVERY TIME there was something wrong when ordering from this store. Something was always forgotten or packed incorrectly in the bags. Either the branch is completely understaffed or the staff is simply incompetent.

You drive through McDrive and when you get home you realize that something is missing or packed incorrectly. Unfortunately, such cases have become the norm recently. Every second order is incorrect or incomplete. Since the cars are sometimes parked right up to the main street and everything is packed in the bags in a confusing manner, you don't always have the time to check everything 100 percent. The staff is at least very friendly.

Wart in the drive again for 15 minutes. Human resource management is just an absolute disaster.

Was on site during the demolition of the power plant towers (June 30, 2024). At around 8 a.m. the staff was very understaffed but still very courageous and wonderfully pleasant. Great praise

Long-announced demolitions were ignored. Not enough staff. The staff that was there was overwhelmed but friendly. Waited 50 minutes for the order. The boss there then reminded himself to come to the restaurant after 40 minutes. The poor people had to manage everything on their own

When you enter this restaurant, you immediately see the numerous ordering terminals, which is definitely a positive aspect. You didn't have to wait to place your order. There is table service that brought the food to the table quickly. Unfortunately the place was not clean and was not cleaned.

Drove through MC Drive today. Totally bad-tempered and totally annoyed service, misunderstood a lot of things and the points on the app aren't there either. The fries were almost cold again. That was definitely the last time we went to Lisdorf.

We haven't been to McDonald's in a long time and were shocked at how much money we had to pay with two people. 2x menu and 2 burgers extra almost 33 euros. In addition, the burgers were thrown into the cardboard box. We had to put them together first. The hit was the fillet fish with half a slice of cheese. From the reviews you can see that the Mc in Saarlouis is really nothing.

Mc do is mc do, but here mc café was a strawberry dessert straight out of "ivry sur seine" capital of Mr.'s industrial products.... Very expensive for average, entry-level products. It's better to travel a few kilometers and take the same thing in France for less. Even if it doesn't feel good, it's the truth. We are waiting for the competition to open

Very, very nice staff is unfortunately becoming more and more expensive.

Waited in drive for over 20 minutes. First order was brought incorrectly and then they said the nuggets had to be made first. There were 3 other cars waiting with us. Mind you, we only ordered a Happy Meal with Plantbase Nuggets and two cheeseburgers. New waiting record.

For people who like to have some peace and quiet, outside is a good sheltered place. Otherwise everything is great and there is a brilliant setup inside

It's a shame that you have to open the burger beforehand to find out whether there is any sauce on the burger. Long waiting times and incompetent employees. Danger of colds. Visit today 3/6/24. A McMuffin Bacon and Egg was ordered, unfortunately the roll was burnt, you shouldn't give something like that out! In the restaurant, guests dine in jackets/winter jackets. The service staff would have to be trained to deal with complaints.

There is one star in particular because of McDonald's current pricing policy, which is equivalent to modern robber baronism and really leaves you speechless. The best example is the 20-piece chicken nuggets: they currently cost €7.49 with a coupon (!!!), whereas just four years ago the price was €4.99 with a coupon. I can't think of any argument that would justify such a price increase. My income and that of most other citizens in this country are unlikely to rise nearly as quickly as the prices at McDonalds do. Given the notoriously low food quality, the profit margin should now be almost 90% for every product sold. Sad but true, you hardly pay more in a normal burger restaurant than you do here. The height of audacity is that the VAT increase in the catering industry was applied punctually to the minute and in full on every single product. Hopefully this endless greed will backfire at some point. Regarding the branch in Lisdorf itself: Unfortunately, I have never once seen this restaurant clean, neither the toilets, nor the tables, nor the floor. Whether table service is available probably depends on the mood of the staff; sometimes there are no table stands at all, sometimes there are just a few, sometimes there are enough. At least the staff is otherwise quite friendly.

The McDonald's restaurant is not bad in terms of ambience. I ordered the chicken nuggets and sweet and sour and also ordered sweet and sour from the mc Smart menu and the only sauce I got was mayonnaise

Always make the food good. But if you take away, always check for large orders. There are only people there. :-)

Bekam nen kalten Burger,als ich das Problem angesprochen hatte,sagte man mir das wäre jetzt der Standard von MC Donald. Geht gar nicht.....

Es ist Systemgastronomie. Der Clou: Sie sind alle irgendwie gleich. Ich weiß was ich bekomme. Die Burger sind definitiv nie zu heiß.

MC sollte schnellstmöglich diese Probleme mit App lösen Funktionierte nicht müsste vollen Preis bezahlen von wegen sparen

Das Restaurant ist sauber, die Tische werden alle mit einem Lappen abgewaschen und einem undefinierbarem Spray besprüht. Wie in allen Filialen wird immer mal was vergessen.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich da war, wurde meine Bestellung vergessen oder? Ich musste fast eine halbe Stunde warten. Unmöglich, für ein schnellrestaurant

Die Gutscheine sind da und hier ist eine Katastrophe, erst mla zi wenig Mitarbeiter, keine Automaten wo man mit Handy bestllet hat funktioniert, die Frau an der Kasse hat komplett keine Ahnung vom kassieren hat mir sogar 10 Euro abgezockt Nochmal würde ich nicht hier komme

Man bestellt McCafe bekommt aber trotzdem nur am normalen Tresen einen Pappbecher das ist eigentlich nicht so schön denn die Preise für Kaffee haben sich die letzten drei Jahre verdoppelt

Schnell und gut, nur die Ausfahrt ist super engzum wiederholten Mal Essen bei der Bestellung vergessen. Natürlich erst zuhause gemerkt. Schade dass man alles immer kontrollieren muss

Es ist sauber, der Service freundlich und, wie ich mittlerweile gelernt habe wichtig: die Maschine für Softeis und Shakes ist nicht dauernd kaputt. ^^

Sauberer, ordentlicher Laden! Parkplätze beim Mitbewerber! Die Ecke mit dem Sofa und den Sesseln fehlt komplett! Brettharte Bestuhlung! Ansonsten alles in Ordnung 👍

Ist halt ein Schnellrestaurant, oft sind die Müllwagen voll so das man nicht weiß wo man es hinstellen soll.

Die Curly Fries waren Matschig umd nicht frisch aus der Friteuse. Zudem nur wenig in der Tüte drin. Und es war eiskalt im Restaurant

Unsere Mc Café Bestellung hat sehr lange auf sich warten lassen und dann haben wir auch noch einen falschen Cookie bekommen. Ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Ansonsten war das Restaurant inkl Toilette sauber.

Mitarbeiter zu 90% sehr unfreundlich oder ignorieren die Kunden und lassen sie lange warten ... Essen ist oft kalt bzw lag lange rum oder wird ganz vergessen einzupacken

Heute mittag so um 11.50 mit meiner Schwester zum Mittagessen! Super freundlich bedient worden,Speisen frisch Pommes heiss und lecker!!!Klar es war sehr warm innen hoffe aber das die Leute bei der Hitze genug Wasser zu trinken bekommen ist nicht gerade ein Zucker schlecken zu arbeiten...... Hut ab !!!!!!

Wir haben uns zwei Mc Flurry genommen waren sehr lecker. Ging schnell an der Kasse und Mc Flurry kam auch schnell.

Katastrophal und das ist noch milde ausgedruckt !!! Man lies mich bestimmt 15 Minuten an der Theke warten. Dann kam mal ein Ruf aus der Küche „ Moment noch „ nach weiteren Minuten warten kam dann mal eine sehr unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin um mich zu bedienen. Dann stellte sich heraus das an der Theke keine kartenzahlungen möglich sind. Sie wollte dann mit mir an eines der Terminals gehen um zu bestellen. Die waren dann alle belegt. Der Service ist seit Jahren eine Katastrophe. Aber immer mehr Geld verlangen für den miesen Service. Ich bin dann gegangen. Mc Donalds hat mich jetzt nach über 30 Jahren endgültig als Gast verloren. Macht weiter so. Hohe Preise für nichts !!!

Der Service ist gut. Leider waren unsere Chicken Nuggets nicht mehr heiß und es war sehr unangenehm heiß im Restaurant. Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige.

Ich war am 06.07.22 im McDonalds Lisdorf um zu frühstücken. Der völlig unmotivierte, auf mich genervt wirkende Mitarbeiter nahm meine Bestellung entgegen, bei der ich um Rührei, Toast, Butter, Kaffee, Kondensmilch, Süssstoff, Salz und Pfeffer bat. Er stellte mir wortlos einen Nummer vor die Nase und drehte sich um, ging Richtung Küche. Also schnappte ich mir die Nummer und nahm Platz. Einige Minuten später stellte er mir das "Frühstück" auf den Tisch. Darin, wie bestellt, das Rührei mit einem minimal angebratenen Stück Bacon, zwei Toastscheiben, einem Kaffee und sonst nix. Keine Butter, kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, keine Kondensmilch, kein Süßstoff. Nun gut. Ich also wieder aufgestanden und danach gefragt. Antwort: "Butter ist aus, Süßstoff und Milch steht irgendwo dahinten, Salz und Pfeffer müsste ich aus dem Lager holen". Also wartete ich am Tresen nochmals eine Minute, bis er Salz und Pfeffer parat hatte. Süßstoff und Milch schnappte ich mir dann auf dem Rückweg, irgendwo an der Kuchenbar. Der trockene Toast steckt mir, während ich diese Rezension schreibe, immer noch im Hals. Eine kleine Reklamation an den Betreiber "McDonald`s Getrey / Frau Hunsicker" per Email ergab einige Stunden später eine Standard-Email-Entschuldigung mit dem Hinweis, ich solle mich im Restaurant Lisdorf melden, man gebe mir einen kostenlosen Kaffee aus. Liebe Leute von McDonald's Getrey: GEHT'S NOCH?! Das war jetzt schon die zweite Reklamation binnen 3 Monaten, bezüglich Frühstück, fehlender Komponenten und unfreundlichen, unmotivierten Personal's. Es wird Euch zwar nicht im geringsten weh tun, wenn Ihr einen Gast weniger habt, aber ich hoffe, dass diese Rezension dazu beiträgt, dass Ihr Euch mal an den Kopf fasst und Euren Umgang mit zahlenden Gästen überdenkt.
