The food was served lukewarm, but the staff were friendly.

When I go to a fast-food giant and have to wait an extra 15 minutes even though I pre-ordered and paid via the app for pickup early in the morning, something has gone seriously wrong. I read the code from the app (4 digits) and the response was, "No, you've done something wrong, that can't be right, there's nothing here." Of course, I have proof of purchase for the online payment, and I still have the code from the app. I then went to the front to prove it, but I was ignored. I waited for 10 minutes in front of the window until it opened, and then they said, "Here's your coffee, pull over to the right, I'll come out." Then the window closed. Unfriendly, rude, slow, and unmotivated. They should change jobs or their position on the premises. Unfortunately, I left very dissatisfied and angry.

We were there on Friday night and it looked like a bomb had hit it; everything was filthy. Our food wasn't good either; the burgers were just thrown together and were cold.

I saw the new burgers with hash browns advertised and thought they might be interesting and tasty. Unfortunately, the sad-looking burger in my box bore absolutely no resemblance to the picture in the ad. I found that extremely disappointing. Next time I'll go back to KFC.

The mussels were very good; we've never eaten better.

For the second time, I didn't get what I ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I got home. Why hasn't it been working lately? During my last visit with my family, all I heard were complaints. Either something was wrong or missing! Sorry, but that's just not acceptable!

It has become much too expensive but if you have children you have to go through it

I ordered a wrap. Unfortunately, there was very little or no sauce on it. I then informed the staff member, and the staff member said, "We have to follow the guidelines; knead the wrap." So, I was supposed to knead a wrap to spread the sauce, which isn't there. The staff were unfriendly, and the food wasn't tasty either.

The staff are incredibly unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. Whenever you give them information, they immediately yell at you to avoid any misunderstandings. We waited forever for our food. Mecces Dillingen, top spot!

Fast food where I wait over 15 minutes for my food. Three burgers for two people... I can understand if I ordered for 20 people. But two burgers and one special and over 15 minutes.

I found the staff rather absent. Not particularly friendly. The food was like any other McDonald's.

How can you forget something every time? That's unbelievable. Every time, every time, every time. Last time, my chicken didn't come with any sauce at all, today my 20-pound chicken only came with one sauce, and then they swapped the bags. Just in case, this store is a real joke... Decent McDonald’s with charging station

McDonald's is becoming increasingly expensive and unimaginative. Of course, they're also suffering from the high minimum wage for unskilled workers, but still. Yesterday I tried the Chicken Samurai, which is nothing more than: Get a double chicken burger, take the sauce off, pour on the McChicken sauce, and add a little teriyaki sauce, and you're done... Stick to the classics and make the cheeseburger affordable again, so you can eat your way around the world with 10 cheeseburgers and a few dips instead of traveling the world with weird burgers.

They're getting more and more expensive, and the burgers are getting smaller and smaller. Not so great.

Playground only for older children

You want to make your little child happy, with a Happy Meal, and because it's 32 degrees outside, you park in the only parking space that has shade, until a very nice employee knocks on the window and politely explains that it's an employee parking space. After I explained that it was very hot and my daughter was 3 years old, I was very politely asked to leave immediately because she had to park there. Apart from this absolutely inhumane cheek, at home I could have cooked nuggets twice in the 30 minutes it takes for one Happy Meal - 1 Happy Meal doesn't cost 100. I'll do the same in the future.

There's always something missing, and even when you specifically request something, like sauces, they're missing. Unbelievable for such overpriced junk...

Actually, it's a good McDonald's. The food and table service are all excellent. It just happens quite often (we go there often) that the pill carts are completely overflowing. So you just leave everything at the table.

Pretty run-down, the toilets are always broken or covered in piss, the tables are always dirty, and the prices are absolutely ridiculous. How do you justify a large fries for €4.59? And then there's not even sauce included, which costs an extra €0.60? Excuse me? €5.19? That's completely out of proportion and completely unrealistic. Sorry, but this kind of greed is unacceptable, Mr. Getrey.

Half of the menu is unorderable. The vegetarian options, in particular, are "unfortunately sold out right now (for weeks)," assuming the employee is even aware of their existence (which, unfortunately, wasn't the case in our case – we had to help out and refresh the menu together). Customer friendliness is therefore rather mediocre. Okay in a pinch, but the competition two hundred meters further towards Ikea is a different story ;-) And on top of that; When I unpacked it at home, I was of course still missing the apple pie and the curly fries. Cool, well positioned and easy to park

After years, I let my wife and junior persuade me to eat something in this McDonald's 😑 the staff was very nice but the food is and remains suspiciously funny to me, the fact that a McRap was dropped in a rectangular shape 😂🌯 how do you come up with that? 😅 But it was exchanged for a neatly folded one without any grumbling or growling. In short, staff top food remains a flop for me.

Easy to find fast food restaurant right on the A620 in Saarlouis. There is free parking. The restaurant is often not as clean as you would like, especially at peak times. Of the 4 ordering terminals, 3 were broken and there was a very unfriendly lady at the counter who didn't want to take an order because "she has enough problems herself". And then you sometimes wait quite a long time for your food. The record today was 20 minutes. The quality of the food is good. There is also an MC Drive and an MC Café.

Service has improved enormously. A slightly older man who has been working there for a short time is doing his job very well. The store also looks neater and more pleasant to eat in.

Far too full, only 2 of 4 order terminals work and all the sauces ordered were missing and had to be requested. Hopefully it was just a bad day today.

A sweet 30 minute wait for cold and incomplete food. Running. And drive 10KM again to have it sorted out half-heartedly and no one will pay me. And suddenly I remember why I avoid the Golden Seagull restaurant. Above all, this branch in Lisdorf... 35€ for 8 nuggets and french fries was really worth it! Thanks, but no thanks! PS: The two accompanying drinks were both wrong, but that's really negligible at this point. MC Donald's Lisdorf put 6!

Today was the first time back to McDonald's in a long, long time... Where do I start? Arrived home and divided the food first... 4 Happy Meals, there are Pokémon cards, great. Update November 2024. The food was great, but they still repeatedly didn't get the special requests they made!! (Without onions, there is a sticker on it...but there are still onions on it?! e.g.) Card payment at the terminals is not working, unfortunately the food is not prepared until you pay at the checkout. Call/collection screen not really operational. Long waiting time at peak times. Problems with card payments for months (August 2022)... again and again. Either it doesn't work at all, or the boss has to come and reboots the card reader by partially dismantling it at the checkout (takes at least 5 minutes). Then sometimes it works. Update 11/22/24 Forgotten nuggets in the order, annoying. All terminals out of service. The pickup number is called, no screen, no transparency.

The waiting times in MC Drive are an absolute disaster. I spent almost 45 minutes there yesterday until I finally left the place with almost cold food and the wrong food. Way too expensive to do that again!

I now rarely go to McDonald's (I've been there maybe three times this year with our children; in McDrive). I can only speak for myself now, but EVERY TIME there was something wrong when ordering from this store. Something was always forgotten or packed incorrectly in the bags. Either the branch is completely understaffed or the staff is simply incompetent.

You drive through McDrive and when you get home you realize that something is missing or packed incorrectly. Unfortunately, such cases have become the norm recently. Every second order is incorrect or incomplete. Since the cars are sometimes parked right up to the main street and everything is packed in the bags in a confusing manner, you don't always have the time to check everything 100 percent. The staff is at least very friendly.
