It's getting worse there... Went there today to have a Long Texas BBQ. Ordered at the machine and then realized that I had accidentally ordered chicken instead of beef. Immediately after the order was sent, I asked at the counter to put beef on the burger instead of chicken. The employee I spoke to couldn't help me and just continued working. When another employee walked past 2-3 minutes later, the colleague explained my concern to him. Here they explained what it was about for another 2 minutes and then they said "unfortunately the burger is already ready, there's nothing you can do". Well, no wonder it takes forever to get something sorted out. I know better from similar fast food chains ;) Of course, the coffin packaging shown in the advertisement didn't exist either... Once again there were no ice cubes at the drinks machine, but that was always the case. The ice cube dispenser here is what the ice cream machine is at McDonalds. Arrived home (food was ordered to take away) The next minus point. Ordered nuggets with cheese sauce, but got nuggets with cheese sauce and jalapenos. Not a problem for me, but it was for my wife because she can't tolerate jalapenos. The burgers were so poorly wrapped and thrown into the bag that some of the toppings were flying around loose in the bag. On the LongTexas BBQ Chicken there was minimal to worked sauce.The part was fart dry. All in all, a very disappointing performance from this Burger King location.

It is quite a pleasant place, with a friendly staff, and qualified I think, but the products that normally should have been served hot to the clientele, were almost cold... fried potatoes, for example!! I personally think that a little attention to how these details could change the image of this restaurant a lot!

I took a vegan menu with me yesterday. I haven't eaten something so bad in a long time. The onion rings were so wide you couldn't eat them and the burgers were dry so everything ended up in the trash. Unfortunately I didn't go back because I was sick and it was just too much for me.

It's been a long time since I was there today and I have to say it was a disaster. Food was cold, meat was dry, drinks tasted like water. And for that price you can also eat out in a restaurant. Too bad. It used to be better. And the store really needed to be cleaned up.

The toilets are just deplorable.

Burger King SLS is an average Burger King. We had problems with the ordering routine on a display and the staff tried really hard, but ultimately couldn't help on the display. But we were able to order directly at the counter and get our food. The Whopper was fresh and tasty.

On our last two visits the staff were totally incompetent and extremely unfriendly. We were very annoyed. For this reason we will no longer visit this branch.

Burger King is the epitome of culinary disaster! When you think things couldn't get any worse, you come here. The burgers are so tasteless that even a piece of cardboard has more flavor. And the fries? They're so mushy you could almost serve them as mashed potatoes! But the worst thing is the drinks machine - it's more broken than any hope of a good meal here! You might think you've ordered from a restaurant, but instead you've just experienced a terrible joke. If you want to do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague!

It tastes like any BK but the service here is below average even for BK.

It has slowed down a lot recently, the last few times the order was always wrong or the burgers that were paid for were missing. In addition, the toppings are often not done properly or hardly any sauce is put on them. I'll avoid this BK immediately, it's a shame.

You get stuck on the floor in front of the drinks dispenser because the floor isn't cleaned. Some of the food is ice cold and tastes old and bland. Apart from the unfriendly staff. Unable to pack an order completely. I asked twice whether everything was included, to which the unfriendly employee answered yes both times. When I got home two menus were missing. Als8 went there again and complained. That wasn't just the case once. S8ndern for the third time now. But this time for the last time. I'll never go there again.

The service at the drive in is a total disaster. Every time I get the wrong order, you really have to check every single castle immediately and that's why only 1 star

Ordering at the terminal is very annoying

Was there today, July 6th, 2024, with my family Nice Burger King with the usual great people Unfortunately the young service employee at the counter was totally unmotivated and unfriendly, you had the feeling you had to apologize for coming to order, not that great

Long story short. DISGUSTING. May I introduce the “Big SALAD WASTE King”!!! Salad that you wouldn't even expect the chickens in the garden to eat ends up on the burger.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, otherwise ok.

One star is still too many. The chicken we ordered was partly wobbly, partly almost black and dry. The burgers, which were not forgotten, were also very dry in places and sometimes already cold, not to mention the fries. When I called to find out what happened next about the two forgotten burgers, I was told I could come by now to pick them up (regardless of whether the burgers, some of which were already cold, were actually really cold). When I refused, I was met with ignorance and was asked what should be done instead. Not even an apology let alone offered compensation. But the main thing is that the guys who were there when I ordered were having the time of their lives behind the counter. That was definitely the last time I left my money there!!!!

Catastrophe!!! If you order a happy meal and get a cola, even though the coupon says you get a fruit tiger. Then there is a discussion with someone and they have to pay the deposit. You had to go back 3 times because something was missing. Everyone is totally unfriendly. According to the shift manager, you can now only drink cola with a coupon. But that would be new to me!!! Just a juice shop!!!

We love BK - but the drive in that afternoon was an absolute disaster. First the order was placed with coupon number. Didn't understand, coupons from the app weren't available. We got the wrong drinks and they tried to withhold one from us completely. The food only found its way into the bag slowly, which meant that everything was cold and in places inedible.

During my visit I was treated very courteously by the service team, who responded to a few small special requests when ordering. The burgers were quickly and freshly prepared and generously garnished with salad. Overall, the branch seemed quite clean to me, despite the heavy traffic. Of course, sitting outside brings with it a certain amount of noise pollution, which comes from being close to the street. This means you can keep a good eye on the children on the slide.

I have often gone to this BK but it is behind time I am constantly disappointed, order error, a hellish wait. I know we have to wait a while. But then wait between 20/30 minutes, don’t overdo it either! And other customers would wait even longer than us. They also overcook the food or not at all raw enough! And when we see before leaving that they are sweeping the broom even though it's a mistake, thank you for hygiene!! It's so tense behind the counter that even once it's annoying. Avoid, I strongly advise against!!

Unfortunately, you always have to check when you drive through the drive, because in 8 out of 10 cases something is forgotten. This can no longer be a coincidence. Very annoying!

Disappointing visit! Our order at the drive-in counter had to be repeated several times because the employee apparently didn't understand us properly. Unfortunately, we then discovered that instead of the Plant Based Nuggets we ordered, normal nuggets were packed! The fries were also cold and unseasoned. A waiting time of 20 minutes for incorrect and inedible products and poor service is absolutely unjustified! The employees at the counter were much more occupied with private conversations than with serving customers.

We went there twice, both times we ordered something wrong and we missed a lot of burgers. They say they are lying when they have the whole picture in front of them!!! No politeness, we waited 30 minutes outside without being served without anything. HYGIENE leaves something to be desired NO gloves NO cap to wear NO mask!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK

We were just here and ordered two menu items. The cheeseburgers were opened twice because we ordered extra bacon. After this was finished, the fries were put into the deep fryer. The young man behind the counter then handed us the tray in a somewhat bad mood. The end of it all was: the food was cold. So go to McDonald's in the future. A pity.

Gestern war ich nach einiger Zeit mal wieder im Burger King Lisdorf, um meinen heiß geliebten Big King XXL zu essen. Nach etwa 5 Minuten erhielt ich bereits mein Essen, musste aber bei Abholung feststellen, dass die großen Pommes mittlerweile klein sind. Darauf angesprochen erwiderte die Bedienung, das wäre mittlerweile eben so. Der Big King XXL entpuppte sich beim Auspacken als auch nicht mehr der Alte. Andere und dünnere Patties, andere Soße und alles sehr labberig. Den Burger reklamierte ich, bekam aber im Grunde das Gleiche wieder, nur etwas frischer. Geschmacklich war der Burger dann auch ganz weit hinten, im Vergleich zu früher. Ich bin enttäuscht, dass Burger King eine solche Entwicklung zulässt.

Удобное расположение, хорошая парковка. Нет оплаты наличными в терминале, это плохо. Еда как и в любом Бургер Кинг. Отдельно стоит отметить обслуживание: 1. Быстро собрали заказ. 2. Из-за отсутствия оплаты наличными у терминала, делали заказ на кассе, сотрудник плохо говорит по немецки, но отлично понимает язык жестов, спасибо за это. 3. Наш заказ отдали другому человеку, не проверили чек, это огорчило, но быстро разобрались и вернули нам заказ. Еда 5/5 Сервис 3/5 Атмосфера 5/5 В целом рекомендую.

Wie jeder andere Burger King auch - gut sind die zahlreicher werdenden fleischlosen Alternativen, wenn dann die Qualität sich verbessern würde, dann wäre auch die Bewertung besser.

They have some decent plant based offerings and all can be modified, unlike McDonald's. Also, they offer free drink refills and a free sauce with fries. McDonald's doesn't.
