Burger King - Saarlouis Lisdorf in Saarlouis

Although I live in Saarlouis, I prefer going to Lisdorf rather than Wallerfangen. The food there is much more hygienic and tastes correspondingly better. You immediately feel a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in, especially when Hashim is there; there's always a good mood and it's always fun. Best employee ever!

It's unacceptable that burgers are regularly missing. With an order of over €80 and eight burgers, it's unacceptable that two are missing. That's 25%. If I worked like that, I'd be unemployed. It's not that difficult to read a list. If the store had been full, I could understand it. But there was another customer in the store. If I have to check everything, I at least want a discount if I have to take over tasks from employees.

We both felt sick after eating there. Sure, it's a fast food restaurant, but this is completely unacceptable. The place should be closed. Perhaps they should report it to the regulatory authority.

But the fact that you get to the intercom and have to stand there for 5 minutes until you hear a "just a moment" announcement is very irritating. After the announcement, nothing happened for another 5 minutes... In short, after waiting 10 minutes, without ordering, by the way, we drove through and went to the competitor... You feel like you're in a canteen. You order at a terminal, at some point it calls a number in a completely listless voice and you pick up your stuff. You get your own drinks from a vending machine and put your stuff away later. You could now clean the tables yourself, because the employees don't do that either. You don't feel comfortable there anymore.

Out of 5 visits to Burgerking, I was flirted with by the drive-in staff on 4 of them, but then they didn't take no for an answer and became very disgusting. I come here to order my food in peace and then drive. It would be cool if it stayed that way and I didn't have to think beforehand about whether I wanted to eat it or drive to McDonald's.

Finally, the state of the place is lamentable. It feels like a poorly run bouiboui: sticky tables, dirty floors and a depressing atmosphere. I don't understand how a place like this can still be open. I strongly advise against this fast food restaurant for anyone who wants to eat properly. An experience to forget as quickly as possible!

It's getting worse there... Went there today to have a Long Texas BBQ. Ordered at the machine and then realized that I had accidentally ordered chicken instead of beef. Immediately after the order was sent, I asked at the counter to put beef on the burger instead of chicken. The employee I spoke to couldn't help me and just continued working. When another employee walked past 2-3 minutes later, the colleague explained my concern to him. Here they explained what it was about for another 2 minutes and then they said "unfortunately the burger is already ready, there's nothing you can do". Well, no wonder it takes forever to get something sorted out. I know better from similar fast food chains ;) Of course, the coffin packaging shown in the advertisement didn't exist either... Once again there were no ice cubes at the drinks machine, but that was always the case. The ice cube dispenser here is what the ice cream machine is at McDonalds. Arrived home (food was ordered to take away) The next minus point. Ordered nuggets with cheese sauce, but got nuggets with cheese sauce and jalapenos. Not a problem for me, but it was for my wife because she can't tolerate jalapenos. The burgers were so poorly wrapped and thrown into the bag that some of the toppings were flying around loose in the bag. On the LongTexas BBQ Chicken there was minimal to worked sauce.The part was fart dry. All in all, a very disappointing performance from this Burger King location.

Burger King SLS is an average Burger King. We had problems with the ordering routine on a display and the staff tried really hard, but ultimately couldn't help on the display. But we were able to order directly at the counter and get our food. The Whopper was fresh and tasty.
